Rula and her team did not disappoint! Our wedding was May 16th. Rula went above and beyond for us from picking up our wedding favours and dropping them to the venue to doing a beautiful memorial table for my husband’s mother. She put so much thought and effort into executing the perfect decor. Our guests were blown away. Weddings can be very stressful but Rula made sure to take care of everything day of; she did not contact us with any issues and made sure to keep us focused on just showing up and having a good time. It was truly a seamless experience and we would recommend All in One Events to anyone looking for a decor company that is truly passionate about what they do & will ensure amazing results.

I chose Ark Haus as a venue for my 40th birthday. The ladies brought my visions to life!! The decor took everyone breath away, this was a key point for me in selecting the space. Ramla and her sister are very professional, even with my ever growing list of guests they were great to work with. I love that we had a big dancefloor in the middle.

We had our wedding at Bleeks and Bergamot in July 2025 at their beautiful new Riverside Venue and had the best experience! Bailey was an absolute star from the beginning, very helpful and considerate, always taking the time to answer my never-ending questions. The venue takes care of so many things that made planning a wedding so much easier - they even did our florals! Christine, our day-of-coordinator was also great and helped ensure everything went smoothly leading up to and on the big day. They truly do everything they can to ensure your special day is how you envision it. We would definitely recommend having your wedding here, you won't regret it!

We managed to snag the last date available at this venue for 2024 due to a cancellation from another couple and we are SO happy we did. Bailey and her team at B&B are absolutely phenomenal. Their communication leading up to our wedding and during our planning was impeccable. They always responded within 24 hours and answered all our questions. We felt confident that things would be well handled. Unfortunately, we had some on and off rain during our wedding day and Bailey and her team actually moved the chairs for our ceremony between the inside and outside area THREE times between rain showers before finally settling on having an outdoor ceremony when the rain stopped. They were readily available with umbrellas and everything we needed. They managed a lot of the coordination day of, and reduced a lot of our stress! The venue is absolutely beautiful, so if you’re considering this venue do yourself a favour and book it! You won’t regret it!

Bailey also did our wedding bouquets, boutonnières and arch pieces. The bouquets were EXACTLY what I wanted. The colour palette matched perfectly, and all the floral pieces were breathtaking.

What a beautiful location to host an event. At first glance, the corn field kind of hid it's location but once you got back to the facility, it was absolutely amazing. Hosts were super sweet and very easy to talk too. They provided games for our event. They also had a bar and very clean/well kept bathrooms. Highly recommend if your looking for a vendor

We had our wedding here middle of October and only have good things to say! Bailey and Rebecca were amazing and super helpful through out the whole process with recommendations and suggestions for all of my questions! Having the bridal suite and grooms area is a huge bonus for day of getting ready. So many of our guests commented on how stunning the venue was!
Will definitely be suggesting the venue to all our friends and family in the future. And hopefully will be back in 10 years for a vow renewal!

Our wedding at Bleeks and Bergamot was a dream come true!

Communication with Bailey and Rebecca leading up to our day was so simple, putting any of our worries at ease. We felt we were in excellent hands every step of the way. We especially loved that there were no hidden fees for every little thing, something we encountered at many other venues. Right away, Bailey provided us with a lot of information, making it easy to find our other vendors.

We had many opportunities to see the venue prior to our day, which helped to build excitement and envision our day.

The bridal suite is the perfect place for getting ready with your girls. Being adjacent to the creek made it the perfect spot for our first look photos as well as photos with our immediate family. We didn't have to worry about guests seeing us as they arrived since this property is down the road from the main venue.

The layout of the main property is fantastic. Our guests still rave about how fantastic our venue was and how everyone felt a part of the crowd no matter if they were on the dancefloor or enjoying a conversation. For the crowd that wanted quiet area to chat, the courtyard provided the perfect space. With the 5 large barn doors open, it still felt like everyone was in one space, which was especially important to us.

We can't thank Bailey and Rebecca enough for all that they did to make our dream day come true!

I had such an amazing experience coming to this amazing venue, Galit & Zev are are more then just vendors. They are humble and kind humans who welcome a variety of vendors to their Bride2B fair. Absolutely fantastic bridal show. I have been a vendor now for 2 years I will continue to be vendor in this expo. With the expo having a boutique feel you have the opportunity to actually talk with the vendors and book with some the best in the industry. The fashion show also hosts the latest dress styles. BEST DATE OF MY LIFE! I planned a surprise date for my special person while we were vacationing in the Banff area. WOW- did Amanda deliver! We arrived to the most beautiful picnic, perfectly set up with everything you could dream of! Cannot recommend Captivating Occasions enough! We hired Lexine and Amanda as our day of coordinators and they made everything before and during our wedding so fun and so much less stressful. They go through every detail you can think of about 3 months out and it really helps you gauge where you’re at with planning. Day of they took care of everything from logistics to making our reception venue decor dreams come true. Also be sure to check out River Rock Retreat which is their wedding venue (we had our ceremony here) and it was absolutely perfect!! Amanda and Lexine are single handedly responsible for the stress free wedding day that my husband and I were able to enjoy. We spent a year planning our day and Captivating Occasions was right there to provide guidance all along the way. The spreadsheet that these two put together to keep our wedding day on track was so appreciated by not only us but all our vendors. Amanda and Lexine ran our rehearsal, set up our decor, ran our wedding day and came back late in the evening to take everything down and pack up. As the Bride and Groom we truly didn't have to worry about a thing all day and not to mention our parents and bridal party were also able to fully enjoy the day. Amanda and Lexine created a group chat with us and were available for questions leading up to the wedding, and also sent us a bunch of behind the scenes pictures and videos from the day of which was an unexpected surprise. We would recommend these two for any event!

These ladies put together such beautiful decor for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party! They knew exactly how to incorporate our theme & everything was so elegant. They also provided delicious cake pops & cupcakes which I found super convenient. Definitely would recommend to my loved ones.

I highly recommend this company. They are such humble individuals. They met our requirements to make this event so special and did such an amazing job. I am still amazed at how great the backdrop looked. Everyone loved it. I am so glad I was able to contact them, & I will definitely be asking them to decorate for future events.

Monika and Shabina did an amazing job decorating my house before my wedding and decorated my pre-wedding event (Sangeet) beautifully back in October. Held a small (under 50 person) wedding here over the Thanksgiving weekend, we sure lucked out with weather! This little gem was perfect for our family and friends to gather. An old house, but with cute accents and details. It was perfect. We did leave a note with those minor technical issues! They had folding chairs and tables, I was able to tuck away the house decor in the cupboards and put up our table clothes, decor and floral arrangements!
Beds are a bit hard but wasn’t a huge make or break for me.
The huge deck out back really helped make it feel fun, and gave space for everyone to hang out and not be elbow to elbow inside. For the back yard we got more leaves to cover some of the patchy grass from autumn, but a decently sized yard. Highly recommend for a cozy feeling! I will cherish the memories made here.

A wedding at home is a beautiful nightmare, and Bree was my superhero!

From start to finish, Bree was an absolute lifesaver. She was hired to execute my vision on the wedding day and let me actually enjoy the moment. But she did so much more than that. I called her with my random questions, crazy ideas, and even just to vent about vendors. She was patient, kind, and always knew how to steer me in the right direction.

On the big day, she truly shined. She understood my vision and executed everything flawlessly, elevating my ideas with her own special touches. If there were any hiccups, I had no idea because she handled every single one without a word. The next day, while I relaxed and enjoyed time with family, she came back and took everything down.

Bree went above and beyond, and I can't thank her enough. She’s the reason my day was perfect. From now on, I will not plan a party without her. My next event is officially in her hands!

The best decision I made when planning my wedding was hiring Bree and her team for design and day of coordination. Bree is so organized, supportive and the best at what she does! My wedding day went smoothly and I was actually able to sit back and enjoy it without stressing over all the small details. All of the guests loved the table centre pieces she helped design, an added bonus is that she is eco-friendly and has her own rental company so you don’t have to worry about buying things for the wedding you’ll probably never use again.

Bree was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding. I didn't have to think about anything on our wedding day as I knew Bree had everything taken care of. She ensured everything was setup properly, speakers knew when they were about to go up and kept us on schedule all night. I recently attended a paint & coffee event at Maison Flow, and I can’t recommend it enough! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making the experience truly enjoyable. Everyone, from the organizers to the participants, was friendly and supportive. Plus, the coffee served was delicious, the perfect boost for creativity during the painting session. It’s an experience I’d happily repeat!

I LOVED MY TIME AT LA MAISON FLOW! It was my first time ever going here, I did pilates+brunch and from the moment I entered to when I left, it was a 5 star experience. The work out itself almost killed me but in all the good ways, and the food was a 10/10. The team makes everyone feel like family and included. 100% recommend and 100% will go back!

We hosted our wedding at Oak & Pines and honestly it was the easiest decision of the wedding planning. This family owned business, close to Orleans, is absolutely stunning. The barn (main reception area) is rustic yet modern. The large grounds allow for many beautiful background for photos.

During our first visit in 2023, we were told there would be lots of renovation in the coming year. They did not disappoint. The addition of the sunshade ceremony space is absolutely amazing. Allowing guest to still be outside while still being covered by the elements. Although we had initially booked this venue due to the forest ceremony space, once we saw the sunshade it was an easy switch (also allowed us to have a DJ during the ceremony). The renovations of the inside were also beautiful.

They answered my endless emails quickly and thoroughly. They even went above and beyond and contacted one of my vendor directly so that everything would be set up correctly. Overall, we highly recommend this hidden gem.

Oak and Pines was the perfect venue for our wedding! The setting was absolutely breathtaking — every corner felt magical and created the most beautiful backdrop for our day. As a photographer, I had the opportunity to work with Lynea for a surprise proposal. I could see her amazing work and how she put together all the clients ideas.
Then, a few weeks later, I had to let go my wedding coordinator just 3 weeks before my wedding. I was at a loss and super anxious, then I contacted Lynea.
She promptly accepted to work with me and my now husband, even though it was last minute. Thankfully she had the date available.
She set up a meeting with me, then a final meeting with the both of us.
She coordinated everything amazingly and helped me with the decor and other wedding demands.
She had her husband as a support and he was incredible too.
I really appreciate their help and everything they’ve done for us. I highly recommend them!

the sand art experience was so amazing! When Kelly the sand artist was doing her performance, we all teared up 🥺 that was so touchy and sensational! And than we enjoyed the tea ceremony! Omg that was so relaxing and beautiful: the teas selection, the tea sets, the presentation and service! Just wow! definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a couple, girls night, or family creative activities!

We booked a tea blending experience and it was AMAZING! It was an incredible experience! We had so much fun exploring the different flavors and once we were done we even got to try it during our own tea time with cookies & postcards to color! The service was above & beyond, they were so attentive & kind, presented and explained everything we needed to know and helped where it was needed. The owner was kind enough to show us her sand art and it was so beautiful to see what she created!
We will definitely be returning in the future!

We were here to celebrate a briday shower and this experience exceeded our expectations. Sand art is very therapeutic , Kelly and her husband JD are so amazing ... very nice people. The tea + pastry time after is just as artsy... and the teas are super nice. I already told my friends about this and we cannot wait to check it out again. Thank you Kelly!

I booked a reservation at T.Sand for the tea blending and tea set experience as a birthday gift for my mum. We both love to drink tea and I was looking for a unique experience the two of us could go to together. We really enjoyed our time today. We had a lot of fun putting together our custom tea blends and it was very relaxing to drink our tea, chat and do some colouring.

The service was excellent. Everything was very well presented and explained, ensuring my mum and I had everything we needed while also allowing us privacy to hang our together. I would definitely recommend this for a date or group activity, and would be interested in returning to try out the sand art workshop.

Loved this place! Went with my girlfriends and we love our tea time, and the sand art was an extra treat! The sand artist was so fun to watch and she taught us so many things! A unique experience and great for team building as at the end we all collaborated on a sand art piece together!
