Would absolutely recommend TH Tents for any outdoor event! We rented tents, tables, and chairs for our backyard Baby Welcome party in case of extreme sun or rain. Hetan and team were amazing, they setup the tents prior to the event date, which allowed us to decorate and setup everything else ahead of time. The setup was very smooth and seamless, and the event was a great success! The team was also very quick in removing everything the day after the event. Will definitely be using them again for future parties and events.

I’m so happy with my experience with TH Tents. The staff was exceptional, so friendly and easy to work with. I can't recommend them enough! If you're looking for a reliable service and a stress-free experience, look no further!

MC Malik provided MC services for my daughter's sweet 16 and did so effortlessly. He engaged the crowd as soon as he grabbed the mic. He organized a game that got everyone involved, regardless of age group. I had guests ask if he was a relative, that's how good he is... he totally integrated himself like he's part of the family. I never thought we needed a MC, but so glad that we had MC Malik there.

We worked with Gee The MC for our August wedding. He was absolutely amazing. The lines of communication were always open and he delivered the experience he promised. My husband and I wanted someone who could bring energy to the party while being respectful to our grandparents who were in attendance. He did that and more! From the entrance, to the selfie rush, to the speech introductions….to my hubby’s scandalous dancing. Gee knew how to maneuver the motions of our event. Our family is still talking about him today! Everyone loved him!

We had our wedding at Bleeks and Bergamot in July 2025 at their beautiful new Riverside Venue and had the best experience! Bailey was an absolute star from the beginning, very helpful and considerate, always taking the time to answer my never-ending questions. The venue takes care of so many things that made planning a wedding so much easier - they even did our florals! Christine, our day-of-coordinator was also great and helped ensure everything went smoothly leading up to and on the big day. They truly do everything they can to ensure your special day is how you envision it. We would definitely recommend having your wedding here, you won't regret it!

We managed to snag the last date available at this venue for 2024 due to a cancellation from another couple and we are SO happy we did. Bailey and her team at B&B are absolutely phenomenal. Their communication leading up to our wedding and during our planning was impeccable. They always responded within 24 hours and answered all our questions. We felt confident that things would be well handled. Unfortunately, we had some on and off rain during our wedding day and Bailey and her team actually moved the chairs for our ceremony between the inside and outside area THREE times between rain showers before finally settling on having an outdoor ceremony when the rain stopped. They were readily available with umbrellas and everything we needed. They managed a lot of the coordination day of, and reduced a lot of our stress! The venue is absolutely beautiful, so if you’re considering this venue do yourself a favour and book it! You won’t regret it!

Bailey also did our wedding bouquets, boutonnières and arch pieces. The bouquets were EXACTLY what I wanted. The colour palette matched perfectly, and all the floral pieces were breathtaking.

What a beautiful location to host an event. At first glance, the corn field kind of hid it's location but once you got back to the facility, it was absolutely amazing. Hosts were super sweet and very easy to talk too. They provided games for our event. They also had a bar and very clean/well kept bathrooms. Highly recommend if your looking for a vendor

We had our wedding here middle of October and only have good things to say! Bailey and Rebecca were amazing and super helpful through out the whole process with recommendations and suggestions for all of my questions! Having the bridal suite and grooms area is a huge bonus for day of getting ready. So many of our guests commented on how stunning the venue was!
Will definitely be suggesting the venue to all our friends and family in the future. And hopefully will be back in 10 years for a vow renewal!

Our wedding at Bleeks and Bergamot was a dream come true!

Communication with Bailey and Rebecca leading up to our day was so simple, putting any of our worries at ease. We felt we were in excellent hands every step of the way. We especially loved that there were no hidden fees for every little thing, something we encountered at many other venues. Right away, Bailey provided us with a lot of information, making it easy to find our other vendors.

We had many opportunities to see the venue prior to our day, which helped to build excitement and envision our day.

The bridal suite is the perfect place for getting ready with your girls. Being adjacent to the creek made it the perfect spot for our first look photos as well as photos with our immediate family. We didn't have to worry about guests seeing us as they arrived since this property is down the road from the main venue.

The layout of the main property is fantastic. Our guests still rave about how fantastic our venue was and how everyone felt a part of the crowd no matter if they were on the dancefloor or enjoying a conversation. For the crowd that wanted quiet area to chat, the courtyard provided the perfect space. With the 5 large barn doors open, it still felt like everyone was in one space, which was especially important to us.

We can't thank Bailey and Rebecca enough for all that they did to make our dream day come true!

I spent a weekend at Ciel et Bois for a wellness getaway with friends, and it was such a sweet winter escape from the day-to-day city living. The convenience of having it be 20-30 minutes of travel time made it easy to drop in and get comfortable. The lodge is gorgeous, spacious and well equipped. The property has so much to offer. We took advantage of the sauna, kitchen, and games. The additional workshop room was perfect for me to host a yoga class, we loved the heated floors, fireside feels and windows that connected us to nature even while we were inside. We also went cross country skiing, only 7 minutes away from the lodge. It was a specular weekend, and felt right at home at Ciel et Bois. I highly recommend and will book again.

A large group of my friends and I stayed throughout the weekend at Ciel et Bois and had a wonderful experience. The drive there was short (only 20-30 minutes from most locations in Ottawa), and the space itself is so beautiful. We all felt very comfortable there and took advantage of all the rooms (especially the spacious kitchen which had everything you can think of)! A friend hosted a yoga session one morning in the studio space, and we spent a great deal of time in the sauna. This was a great pause from city life, and a beautiful staycation.

We were blown away at the place, the team left us a lovely welcome basket… Did not expect that 😀, and all of the details that make it feel like a home away from home are here. BBQ grill, chefs kitchen. The chill space is incredible, sunny and bright yoga room, the livings room, fire pit, hammocks, pick-nick benches. All just a great place to hang out and the basement is perfect for the kids to have their own space. Could not recommend this more, clean spacious, well decorated, comfy beds. Perfect if you have a couple families, or group of friends that want to get away together. You can all have your own space and still be together. Highly recommend 👍🏽👍🏽

Love Ciel et Bois! Beautiful property, incredibly well set up for any activity you have planned. Sauna was definitely a highlight! Also super great owners, they were always happy to answer our questions leading up to and during our stay.

Dreamers Farm Gatherings literally saved my wedding! A venue fell through on us last minute, and I searched for a new place. These people were prompt, friendly, and professional, and offered me their services last minute. Stephanie was a dream to work with, so kind and accommodating. The farm was gorgeous and peaceful with amazing views. The property has convenient onsite parking, a tent for reception or rain, and several locations for the ceremony, with arches provided if desired. There's also a bathroom, and beautiful antique signing table for signing your marriage license. All and all, they gave us the best experience and very personal care from start to finish. I couldn't recommend them more, our wedding was so dreamy because of this venue.

I can’t say enough good things about this space and about Steph and Tyler. We hosted our summer wedding here this year, and not only was the venue beautiful, but the entire experience of working with them was so easy and enjoyable. Like many couples engaged in 2020, my husband and I ended up having two weddings: the “real” big one that got delayed, and the microwedding that got suddenly planned in a panic. So it’s hard to know where to begin with how wonderful, helpful, indispensable, and reliable Kim and the Envision team were over years of planning (and replanning) two weddings during a time when nothing was remotely certain. Kim somehow knew what I wanted better than I did, always ready to tell me exactly what I needed to hear (even when it was “no!”). She also did our flowers and design, and essentially read our minds through the entire process. She was also fantastic at working within our budget, especially keeping the encore wedding in mind. Kim, in her expertise, suggested some fantastic vendors, and came up with ideas I had written off (like a vineyard wedding? I never would have imagined. But Kim did). The wedding days themselves were logistical wonders. Meghan took over in the weeks leading toward each event, and she might be the most competent person I’ve met in my life, while still being so warm and cheerful. Many wedding planners in southern Ontario have years of expertise, they have connections, they have the portfolio. But Kim is truly a rare gem of a person. She’s so real, so genuine, so down to earth. You will get your dream wedding with Kim not only because she is a connected, creative, hard working professional, but also because of who she is as a person and how much true passion and dedication she puts into her work. My husband and I consider her a friend after all she’s been through with us at this point. That, and she guessed my favourite bubble tea flavour :)

When I was looking for a florist, I talked to a couple other designers that were far less experienced than Envision, but Envision
still gave me the best price quote. I’m so glad we went with them because they were absolutely beautiful! It was the chuppah of my dreams! The team did a great job transforming the room for the ceremony and the reception. Our sweetheart table and centerpieces looked amazing. They also added flowers to my bouquet the day of to make it match my vision exactly! They are very knowledgeable and practical about what kind of flowers to use, and how many you need to get the look you want! I would recommended them to design your day!

To anyone thinking of working with the Envision Wedding Team - DO IT! We could not have imagined our special day and surrounding weekend coming together the way it did without them.

We are a couple from California, so we went with the full wedding planning package knowing that we needed to work with someone local - for timezone and geographical reasons, as well as knowing the current market and having network contacts in the industry, among other important factors. We got more than we could have asked for, as we are a Filipino-American couple with plans to incorporate cultural wedding traditions, and us luck would have it, Kim grew up with Filipinos and was already very familiar with what we wanted to do. Also definitely worth mentioning that as we were going through the interviewing process, a non-negotiable for us was someone who has had prior experience working with Casa Loma, which was to be our wedding venue. Not only had Kim done weddings at Casa Loma before, but she is so highly regarded by them that she was invited to decorate one of the rooms there during Christmas. Needless to say, there was no one else for the job for us after completing all the other interviews. So if you're getting married at Casa Loma, you DEFINITELY need to work with Envision!

Our celebrations took place over the course of a full weekend which also included a welcome party, rehearsal dinner, and farewell brunch event. Kim and her team were instrumental in every part of the weekend. They don't just take care of you for one special day in your life, they are with you through the whole thing.

When you work with Envision Weddings, you get the whole package - they work with you on all design aspects – we had a lightly Tangled-themed wedding and they brought our vision into reality. They have their own floral studio and can do the day-of stationery as well. Their industry connections were amazing, and we were glad to have been put in contact with their partners and vendor recommendations. Kim was also an invaluable teammate, going to bat for us when working with outside vendors when the time came.

During the planning process – Kim was able to accommodate our late night zoom meetings due to the timezone difference. She also reassured us wherever we were during our planning process – TRUST that they know what they’re doing. They were our biggest advocates and supporters, as well as our therapists when we needed it (lol). Also special mention to Megan who went above and beyond so many times throughout the process and the day-of team including Chantal who helped to keep us sane, on track, and on point on our big day, even in spite of how chaotic things seemed at times. It’s also worth mentioning that our venue coordinator at Casa Loma changed on us unexpectedly TWICE during the process, but the Envision Team kept us solid and grounded until the end.

Kim, Fiona, and the whole Envision Wedding Team really are incredible at what they do and we are so fortunate to have been able to work with them and build off of their passion and hard work. You’ve given us memories and experiences we’ll never forget.

I waited a few weeks to write this review because I needed time to truly reflect on everything Erica did for our wedding. The headline is simple: say yes to Erica. Don’t hesitate—just do it. From the very beginning, I knew I could trust Erica completely to bring our vision to life. That trust meant that on the wedding day, we could simply enjoy ourselves. We didn’t worry about a single detail—because Erica had every one of them covered (She also day of taught me how to fold my pocket square… life saver).

It was important to us that wedding planning didn’t feel like a chore—it should be a joy. Erica made that possible. Even though most of our meetings were over Zoom, we looked forward to every one. She matched our energy perfectly and made the entire process—from planning to the wedding weekend itself—fun, easy, and memorable. Not every planner brings that kind of lightness. Erica does.

Perfection might seem like a baseline expectation for a planner, but Erica brings it to a whole other level. She is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and a true perfectionist—in the best way. She also helped us be thoughtful about where to invest and where to scale back, never pushing us to spend more just for the sake of it. Her goal is a perfect wedding, not an expensive one. And she and her team absolutely delivered.

Book Franco! The easiest wedding decision you can make. I was feeling overwhelmed choosing a photorgrapher. A friend of mine had hired FCP Weddings for her wedding and she showed me her engagement photos (which is included when you book a wedding with them) and they were gorgeous! Franco will take all the traditional wedding shots, but he will also take super Vogue-inspired/ magazine worthy pics. Franco was super easy to work with. He made my husband and I feel comfortable infront of the camera even though we are super awkward. We LOVED all of our wedding pictures (there were hundreds of them). He did a great job of capturing the moment naturally and also posing us in a way to get some truly phenomenal shots. We would book FCP Weddings again in a heartbeat.

Fiona Lau and her team were invaluable to our wedding planning. We paid for Full Planning and I recommend this package for every couple who can afford a wedding planner (very reasonable prices). Fiona is the perfect balance of highly organized and going with the flow; ensuring important issues are promptly addressed while not letting minor details bog us down. She is exceptionally team-oriented ensuring that I, André and all the vendors felt like we were all on the same page. She was crucial to making our planning process and wedding so enjoyable.

Some of my favourite moments:
- When our first officiant had to cancel (many months before the wedding thankfully), Fiona helped us book a new amazing officiant within 24 hours.
- When we had the final meeting with our venue, Fiona did all the heavy lifting so Andre and I spent most of that meeting in our own world admiring the venue. We only chimed in when they needed our opinion.
- My mother coming into my bridal suite saying, "What is this?! I am the mother of the bride, I am supposed to be stressed but I have nothing to do!"
- During the wedding, I was completely in the moment without a worry. Everything was magically in the right place during the event. Even when I got home, I went through all my stuff worried that something had been forgotten at the venue but it was all in place...I don't even know when they did that but I know that was Fiona and Danielle's doing!

I am absolutely happy with my decision to hire Fiona as a coordinator with partial planning support for my wedding in 2023. If you are planning a wedding and wondering if these services are worthwhile, they absolutely are and will make the entire process and day-of much, much less stressful.

This review will be long, but I wanted to provide as much detail as possible to help you make an informed decision and know what to expect.

Fiona was very professional, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. We met regularly both in-person and virtually on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, where Fiona would check up on our progress and identify what we needed to do next. As we did not have family in the area who could help us, we found her recommendations and checklists vital to our success.

She helped us by pulling together a vision board complete with the colours we'd chosen to help with decorative aspects and finding the perfect venue. She was happy to provide a list of vendor recommendations, but definitely was not pushy and will work with anyone you have chosen.

She set up templates to document and track our budget, decorations, guest list and more. All of this is done in Google Drive and easily accessed and shared with whoever needs to be involved.

Once we'd chosen and contacted vendors, Fiona attended many of our meetings with them. This is very helpful because she asked so many questions that I had never even thought of to ensure all bases are covered. She reviewed our contracts before we signed and highlight anything which seemed non-standard, missing, or that we should clarify. This was very reassuring given the amount of money at stake.

Fiona developed the schedule for the day and worked with the coordinator at the venue and with all of our vendors. The day of, Fiona and her staff were basically *the* fairy crew. Fiona's team received all of our deliveries, in some cases picked things up for us, ensured that the venue was set up, kept the day on running schedule, stepped in to help wherever it is needed, and also helps the wedding parties as they get ready and during photos.

As a result, our day was fun, stress free, and absolutely worth it.

Fiona was a superstar helping us plan our wedding! From our first conversation she made me and my husband feel so comfortable and it was so clear to us that not only is she an amazing support, she definitely takes charge! Our communication lasted for over a year and she kept us on track for acquiring vendors, and coming up with our vision for the day. By the time our wedding rolled around, I was very comfortable knowing that Fiona had our backs and was going to make it the best day possible so that we could relax and just enjoy ourselves. The definite highlight of working with Fiona was the wedding day and knowing that she had everything under control.

Held a small (under 50 person) wedding here over the Thanksgiving weekend, we sure lucked out with weather! This little gem was perfect for our family and friends to gather. An old house, but with cute accents and details. It was perfect. We did leave a note with those minor technical issues! They had folding chairs and tables, I was able to tuck away the house decor in the cupboards and put up our table clothes, decor and floral arrangements!
Beds are a bit hard but wasn’t a huge make or break for me.
The huge deck out back really helped make it feel fun, and gave space for everyone to hang out and not be elbow to elbow inside. For the back yard we got more leaves to cover some of the patchy grass from autumn, but a decently sized yard. Highly recommend for a cozy feeling! I will cherish the memories made here.

My now husband and I had our wedding at Homestead 1880 this past July 20th 2024.

The day was SO beautiful! The weather was perfect, the details of the DIY projects we prepped for the day looked absolutely gorgeous with the venue as the backdrop.

The venue owner, Cathy Zuana along with her husband Ronnie did an absolutely incredible job prepping the property for our big day. Everything from the landscaping to how nice and clean the farm and farm house (that we rented for the weekend) was just picture perfect.

Everyone was in awe of how stunning the venue was! We received countless compliments and people asking about it throughout the day.

The venue was perfect for what we were wanting. I would recommend it to all brides who are looking for a venue that they can personalize in a way that suits them best.

We haven’t gotten our wedding photos back yet from our photographer but please enjoy looking through these photos that our guests captured, that we screenshot from our wedding video etc. As you can see from the photos, this venue is a dream come true!

My husband and I held our wedding at Homestead 1880 last September and I truly can’t say enough good things about this venue. You would never know it was a newer venue as the owners (Cathy and Ronnie) have it operating so smoothly. They were both an absolute pleasure to work with and were flexible and accommodating throughout our entire planning process. They were also able to recommend some wonderful vendors, including a phenomenal day of coordinator!

The venue itself is stunning and the bridal suite on site is convenient and fully equipped with everything you might need for an easy, fun, and seamless getting ready morning.

Cathy and Ronnie went out of their way to make sure we had the absolute best wedding day. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue to anyone!

My family and I attended a wedding at this venue in the fall of 2022, and we were absolutely blown away by the stunning setting and high-end finishing of the facilities. The outdoor ceremony took place overlooking beautiful corn fields, which provided a breathtaking backdrop for the event. The reception was held in a renovated barn, which had been beautifully finished with high-end details including a stunning chandelier. The far side of the barn had a covered deck with multiple seating areas around gas-fired heaters, which provided a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for guests. We were also impressed to find that the barn had newly installed washroom facilities, which were clean and well-maintained throughout the event. Overall, we had an amazing experience at this venue and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and luxurious wedding or event location. Five stars!

We recently attended a country wedding at Homestead 1880. The huge barn was fully restored and had beautiful sunset views of the country farm. Also amazing were the amenities including large modern bathrooms, very high ceilings with a gorgeous chandelier and outdoor covered fire pits offering comfy seating for some fresh air. The dance floor is large and the ambience is very quaint. What a great location for a wedding, birthday party or country hoedown.

She came prepared with resources and gave us the freedom to customize our ceremony as much as we wanted. When me and my husband were looking for an officiant to our wedding we didn't expect to be able to afford anything as special as we got with Rev. Smaller and her team. We had just moved away from our home country, which prevented our family from attending in person. Nonetheless, we were delivered the most lovely ceremony that completely exceeded our expectations. Everything from the very first step in the preparation to the fast handling of the paperwork was perfect. And we even managed to send a livestream of the ceremony to our parents (in a pre-pandemic world, I must add).

We're planning to have a renewal of our vows eventually, with our family present, and will most definitely do everything with this same team again. I can't recommend them enough. ❤️

It was a breeze working with Shannon on my micro-wedding. She was able to help us organize a traditional style wedding with a lot of cultural elements with 5 weeks of notice! The constant reminders and status updates made us feel looped in the process.

Both my wife and I, are not residents of Ottawa but the wedding took place there. We had a lot of doubts of how to plan a wedding in a different city but Shannon made sure to set up everything perfectly with all the venders without us having to be worried about anything. From decor to venue and everything in between, she had amazing recommendations for each item on our list and took care of booking, logistics and timeline. Communication was excellent on her end. I had the pleasure of coordinating a wedding at Lavender Ridge Farm this past weekend and was blown away by how wonderful this venue is! From the start, the team (Tania, Dave & Feddie) was incredible to work with. The ceremony site was fully set up well in advance, so all we had to do was add our own decorations. They went above and beyond with thoughtful touches—turning on every candle and tea light for us and even refreshing the outdoor flower pots by picking out any blooms that were starting to wilt so everything looked perfect.

You can tell they really care and take so much pride in the space. The property is gorgeous and fits about 100 guests super comfortably—such a beautiful spot for a wedding. They might be a newer venue, but you’d never know it with how smoothly everything ran. Highly recommend!

Lavender Ridge Farm is a treasure - a brand new timber frame barn surrounded by lavender fields and horses grazing for guests to walk. It was a perfect and fitting venue for our mom’s Celebration of Life. Tania, Dave and Feddie were wonderful helping us plan this event - answering questions quickly as they arose and offering their recommendations for caterers, staff and even event insurance brokers. Despite a wedding the day before our event, the venue was immaculate, clean and ready upon our arrival at 09:00, with freshly cut lavender, priority parking signs in place and the air conditioning running. Tania, Dave and Freddie popped in now and then throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed. This place, and its owners, are gems!
