When did actually go in November 10th event it was nice and fun place and the parking is nearby only so you can park there and there are a couple of parking options nearby cheap options this whole consists of two places of bottom floor and the ground floor but it's just very squeaky because it's made out of wood

Mark and the staff at the Great Hall hosted our wedding and did an incredible job.

Mark is very accommodating and easy to work with. The coordination with vendors was seamless.

The bar service was fantastic. Great drinks, no waits, good times.

I would highly recommend the Great Hall.

The Great Hall is a stunning concert venue that also serves as a wonderful location for a wedding. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Everyone at the Great Hall was very genuinely invested in making sure our event went well from start to finish. While there were a few unexpected turns, the staff at the Great Hall did a wonderful job of working with our vendors to keep things running smoothly. We didn’t really know how much went in to putting on a big event like this, but having the support and expertise of Mark and his team made the process a whole lot easier, and the end result was absolutely perfect!

Yea solid venue, love concert halls this size, feels very intimate and connected to the music and band but still big enough to have a decent size crowd that can really roar. Toronto has a few venues like this now and it's great, typically the shows are more affordable and offers options to more obscure bands that still make it worthwhile coming here as they can fill the hall.

Security was fast and efficient. Getting through the doors was easy. The bar was well stocked and service was prompt. Everything was clean and organized and well laid out.

Two criticisms
1 The sound crew seemed to have some issues mixing for both bands. Both bands were signaling them throughout their sets. This is not exclusively a problem to the great hall, every venue in Toronto has this issue it seems like. Can the sound techs in the city please figure it out? The music is always A) too loud to the point that speakers are peaking and B) instruments aren't mixed well where you always have one instrument over powering the others. Please, please, please - venue owners you need to pressure the sound techs to do better, more testing, more practice, more work with the artist ahead of time etc because we are robbing fans by not being able to hear these artists at their best.

2 It was way too hot in there. Try improving the A/C, if it was even on?

It didn't ruin my experience but overall I feel like it could have been more fun if the mixing and temperature were improved.

I've photographed several weddings in this beautiful space and I always love coming back! So much character and charm in the main hall. The light in the Drawing Room and the Conversation Room is beautiful for ceremonies & cocktail hour. Lovely staff too!

We love this place but it's a bit of a trek. Went to see frog and toad. Have gone to gluten free garage in the past and this was much more chill.

Great playground! Unique playground equipment, my son loves to climb the web line Spiderman and the rotating monkey bar wheel thing. Splash pad is cool too.

A big city gem! The Saturday morning market is something everyone should experience, and you'll likely want to keep coming back! Come hungry and bring your shopping bags for fresh produce, cheese etc...

Attended Halloween Howl with Solid and Rob with my little ones. Amazing show if you have not taken it in. The farmers market is not to be missed either. Highly recommended. It's a good way to meet other members of the community and it's important to teach our children how they can be part of the local community.

A nice way to connect with the neighborhood and community. One get authentic fish roti, Tibetan momo's, homemade sushi and miso soup, fresh pastries, baked goodies, cheese, meat and fruit and vegetables. The price is a bit high but it's worth it.

Our DJ did an amazing job at our event! The dance floor was packed all night, and everyone loved the song choices. He knew exactly how to keep the energy up and the party going. I highly recommend him to anyone planning an event—he'll make sure your guests have a fantastic time!

We had Sam for our wedding reception ,Beyond his incredible DJ skills, our DJ was an absolute pleasure to work with. They exuded professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for their craft. They were receptive to our ideas and requests, offering valuable suggestions and advice to enhance our wedding experience. They truly cared about making our day as memorable as possible.

I highly recommend anyone who wants a professional dj with greate taste of music, to choose dj Sam. He is amazing at what he does and always brings energy to the crowd. I have never seen anyone better than him in Montreal. I participated to multiple weddings and parties in which he was the dj and he never let me down. Thank you so much for being so kind and patient with everyone. We really appreciate you and everything you do for us. We could've never gher so much if you weren't there.

We had a wonderful experience working with DJ Sam for our wedding in Montreal. From start to finish, he explained everything in detail. He was professional, courteous and a true gentleman to say the least.

Get the party going with DJ Sam! We had DJ Sam at our wedding and everyone had a blast. Our crowd was very mix and he literally got everyone on the dance floor. He is very professional, up to date with trends, quality equipment and offers tailored packages.

We recently had a wedding at Lago and it was everything we wanted and more!

From the very beginning Gyneya and her staff were amazing. They are very detail oriented and do everything in their power to take all the stress off of you and onto them. Your wedding is their priority and they want your vision to come to life. Their pricing is very fair and transparent.

We were in the Vista room (upstairs) with around 80 guests and it was the perfect size. The dance floor was able to be open all night and no tables needed to be moved after dinner.

The food is phenomenal! Many of our guests made specific points to us on how great the food was. And as a bonus the portion sizes are large too!

I used to work for a catering company as a server for weddings and have been to many venues. I can say this is the best venue I've ever been to and cannot recommend it enough!

The cheesecake is also out of this world!! We had a handful of guests make the point to let us know it was the best cheesecake they ever had.

If you're still reading this, stop! And book your date already before it's booked up.

We held our wedding reception at Lago this past spring, and it was exactly what we had prayed for. The space was inviting and well-organized, with a sensible layout that worked well for our guests. We especially appreciated its interior industrial design and beautiful views of Dow’s Lake.

Planning with Gyneya and her team — including Kayly, Kim, and others — made all the difference. They were welcoming, efficient, and generous. Even during our reception, Lago’s staff members were incredibly kind, considerate, and accommodating, all of which contributed to a smooth and enjoyable evening.

The food was excellent — fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully plated. Our guests' favorite dishes included the fried halloumi cheese skewer hors d'oeuvres, the heirloom tomato salad appetizer, and the braised beef short rib entrée. Gyneya and her team were very flexible with our dietary requests. Service throughout the night was attentive and well-paced.

We're so pleased to have chosen Lago for our wedding reception and would confidently recommend it to any engaged couple looking for a great planning experience and a memorable wedding celebration!

My Daughter got married there last night and it was perfect. The venue was just the right size for the event, we had the service first and while the family left for pictures, the staff set up for appetizers and dinner. Appetizers were a selection of deep fried cheese sticks and spring rolls etc. they were all done perfectly and sauces were delicious. Dinner did not disappoint either, there was a choice of salmon, strip loin steak or risotto. They again were perfect. Crème Brûlée was the finishing touch and was spot on. The staff and the facility was so polite and polished I couldn’t say enough about them. Gyneya coordinated a fabulous evening. As for the room itself, the lighting was beautiful and a perfect backdrop was a warm evening on Dow’s lake. I hope this doesn’t come across as AI because it was real and for our Daughter and Son-in-Law it was perfect. Thank you.

Amazing wedding venue! Staff were amazing all night :) Food was delicious. It’s nice that it’s on the water so you can hangout outside if you want as well.

My husband and I got married here last month. This place is a hidden gem in my opinion. You get a whole wedding package, amazing food choices, and the staff goes through the whole planning process and schedule with you. You bring your own decorations but they set everything up for you. It’s also so affordable compared to other venues. They made the whole experience easy.

This was a very nice museum, but definitely overshadowed by Heritage Park.
The staff were very friendly, and the house itself was well cared for.
There was a great number of historic artifacts in the museum, and the front terraced lawn is very beautiful.

We liked this place, especially interiors, which is so beautiful with antique furniture telling the stories of how people were living back then there is also a history of the Logheed family. I was really inspired by her wife personality. Great venue for small event or date night.

I love this museum. I really have a good time knowing about the history of Alberta. I went there during Christmas, however the staff said depending of the season they change the decoration. The museum has a small vintage shop where you can get some sourvenirs

Constructed in 1891, this grand sandstone mansion was originally the residence of Senator James Alexander Lougheed and his wife, Isabella Clarke Hardisty Lougheed. The house stands as a testament to Calgary's rich history and architectural heritage.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Our DJ was professional, engaging, and really knew how to read the room. The music selection was spot-on, blending classic holiday hits with upbeat tracks that kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. Highly recommend for any event – we'll definitely be booking them again in the future!

This DJ exceeded expectations at our milestone birthday party. They flawlessly played the music genres we requested and seamlessly accommodated songs on demand. The MC services were engaging, and the added touch of professional lighting enhanced the overall experience. Their kindness was evident throughout, making the celebration truly memorable. Had a wonderful and professional experience with the DJ - his dress code A1 - kept everyone on the dance floor all night - keeping the party in full co-ordination - the decor they offered, highly recommended - strongly suggest them for your next party conference or any special event - you will not regret it

Amazing customer service

They canceled my order 4 days before the event I was organizing, I had to go with a competitor at the last minute. Lack of professionalism, very poor service. I do not recommend them.

I needed to get some beer on the way home, so I figured I might as well grab dinner too while there.
Being a Friday night of a long weekend, it wasn't very busy when I arrived. I was served right away and ordered a Landlocked IPA, my personal favourite.
Went with the Grilled Chicken Brioche. It was quite good. A nice, thick piece of chicken and loads of toppings and veggies.
The service was friendly and you could tell the people working there love what they do.
Grabbed some Landlocked for the weekend and will definitely enjoy them.
Will need to go back and try more off the menu. Also, the patio did fill up by the time I left.

Overflow Brewing was the perfect wedding venue and an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire planning process. The venue is spacious and very flexible with set up. Their team is thoughtful, hardworking, and enthusiastic, they truly brought our vision to life and carried out the day seamlessly. There was also great variety of food options and everything was delicious! We are so happy we chose Overflow for our wedding and would highly recommend them!

I'm excited to find a brewery like this and need to try the food soon. Great vibe to the place and the beer is good. Very classic Ottawa Valley beer styles with bold flavors, not spicy, and blended well. I am excited to try their rotational taps and see what their identity in the market will be.

Love the indoor and outdoor patio space and always a bunch of new rotating taps available. I love their food menu the most of out the breweries in Ottawa as there are actual meals or snacks you can have. Plenty of parking as well. The one thing is the pretzel bites aren’t exactly anywhere near pretzels. They’re more like salty buttery dough bites which are good but I feel like they need to rename this on the menu as other breweries who list anything with “pretzel” in their menu actually resembles the brown pretzel with the salt.

No food in this place, just tacos. The beer is great and wide selection of tastes. Porter is amazing!
We were at the concert on Duelling pianos boys, so evening went really great!

We had our Valentine’s Day dinner here and everything was spectacular! The food was to die for - seriously we loved everything. The drinks were great too. What made it an extra special night is how above and beyond the staff went to make our night memorable. They customized everyone’s menus to include both people’s names so you can take it home as a souvenir, and they took a Polaroid picture of each couple for them to keep. Service was amazing too - everything came out fairly quickly and our waitress was so kind. The atmosphere and vibe was nothing like any other restaurant I’ve been too; it’s hard to describe, looking like you are almost in a house. It’s a huge space with only ~17 tables, making it feel very exclusive. It was my first time here and I would 100% recommend. Hope to visit again in the future!

We recently celebrated a birthday party at Parlor Restaurant, and it was a great experience! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was eclectic and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a special evening.

The food was absolutely outstanding. The Tuna Tataki was a standout—prepared beautifully with a delicate balance of flavors that melted in our mouths. The scallops were another highlight—perfectly cooked and paired with a delicious sauce that brought everything together beautifully.

Beyond the amazing food, the service truly elevated our experience. Our waiter, Aba, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make the night special.

We are looking forward to returning!

Rather ingenious higher end bistro that really leans into its eclectic aesthetic. Love the interior design and focus on unique dishes/drinks. We tried the tuna tataki which was fine then went with the hen and brisket. Both mains were well seasoned and sauced enjoyably. It's a fancy place and they take care of you well but do expect a finer dining price point.

We went to Parlour with a large group to celebrate a birthday and really had a memorable experience. Our server Allison went above and beyond! The food was delicious, with plenty of crowd pleasing dishes (gluten free options, lots of veg dishes. I loved the number of options they had for zero proof cocktails for those not drinking. The location is stunning!

Went for an evening jam at this newly opened venue at this new location. Loved listening to Tom Phillips and his band. We did not eat but the menu and the food coming out looked amazing and not too expensive. Caesar's hit the spot. This place apparently was an Irish bar called Tipperary's so if not sure where it is just look for the old sign,which I imagine will disappear eventually. Hopefully on this trip I will be able to go again.

A good spot to check out for local live music. The vibe is super chill and casual — perfect for a laid-back night out. It’s an awesome venue for supporting local talent and bringing music lovers together. Definitely a hidden gem in the city’s live music scene.

Well, it looks like they pulled it off! A few months after being ignominiously kicked out of their Inglewood location, The Blues Can has re-opened in the North Hill, and although they've been open for less than a week, my recent visit left me very impressed.

The building was never meant to be a performance venue (it was originally a White Spot restaurant if I remember correctly), and I admit when I first walked in, I was a little disconcerted to see that they had apparently just curtained off one corner of the joint to act as a stage.

But when the band took the stage, it immediately became clear that management & staff knew what they were doing. The sound was clear, the levels were appropriate and balanced, and it was overall a great musical experience. The way they'd arranged the tables meant that there appeared to be great sightlines from almost anywhere in the house (except maybe the booths along the walls) and there's even room for a small dance floor in front of the band.

The New Orleans-inspired food was good, the service was friendly, they have local beer on tap, and even the washrooms were well-maintained.

If you're a fan of live music, check it out.

Well we were only there for afternoon lunch.
Cajun food, and I can't think of another place in Calgary that serves Cajun.
I had the jambalaya and it had plenty of chicken sausage and shrimp.
And corn bread
They actually have 3 different types, meats, seafood or veggie for jambalaya.
I enjoyed my meal and will be going back.

I witnessed a live performance of "Dice Deluxe" recently where this band played from 7 pm onward into the night, putting on an authentic, experienced, "clinic of the blues." The heartbeat of the drums, with the "smoothest" pulse of a base guitar, a wailing saxophone, and "spectacular" blues guitar synchronized the blues story telling to its finest!

Go find yourself at the new Blues Can location, as they grow carving new legacy in their new location.

They keep it real, live and whole.

Was just at a concert at The Toronto Concert Hall. Beautiful old Building and has a great vibe to it. Saw Marcin there and it was General Admission, but I had VIP tickets so we got in the Venue first to meet the Artist.
The reason for writing this review is to give thanks to one of the security staff. He told me to call him Shaq! This young man was amazing . I have medical issues which he fully made sure I was taken care of so I could enjoy the show. Please let him know I appreciated all of his kind words and support!

Great venue, not a bad spot in the place. Awesome sound, cool vibe. Not the venues fault as there is as much seating as possibly provided. Server were so friendly as was security.

4. Nice venue - the balcony is great. The acoustics aren’t always amazing and the floor isn’t really slanted so it’s hard to see if you’re at the back- both shows I’ve been to there recently have been general admission. Intimate space and friendly bartenders.

Washrooms are amazing with individual rooms which is an absolute rarity these days.

Aroma Cannabis Emporium on Queensway is a great spot if you’re looking for quality products and a relaxed vibe. The store has a funky atmosphere that feels welcoming as soon as you walk in, and the staff really add to that experience. They’re chill, approachable, and clearly know their stuff, making it easy to ask questions or just browse without pressure.

One of the standout things about this place is the variety and the cool drops they get in—you can tell they keep things fresh and interesting for regulars and new customers alike. It’s not just about picking something up; it feels more like discovering something new every visit.

The only downside is the parking situation. It can be tough to find a spot, especially during peak hours, which makes popping in a little less convenient. But once you’re inside, the experience makes up for it.

Overall, Aroma Cannabis Emporium has the right mix of quality, atmosphere, and customer service. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area and don’t mind the small challenge of parking.

Parkdale Hall is a great vintage style live venue with tons of character. It’s got that old school charm that really adds to the atmosphere of the performances. They regularly host artists from all over the world, which makes every visit a unique experience. The acoustics are solid, and the space feels intimate but not cramped. Parking in the area is actually not bad, especially compared to other Toronto venues. Definitely worth checking out if you’re into live music and want something with more personality than your average concert hall.

went here for the 82 major concert. Its a pretty small venue, but the stage is raised which makes it slightly easier to see. The worst part were the bathrooms. Theres very little standing area to wait in line for the stalls, and its musty. But overall good experience for a small concert.

We came to this historic hall for the candle night concert. The venue is easy to access by transit and have its own parking lot. Beautiful venue with bar and coffee shop. The Parkdale brand beer must try. The staffs are very friendly. We have a wonderful time. Definitely will come back for the coffee

Went to the weekend market - lots of great craft items. Was able to find relatively close street parking. Market organizers very friendly (and gave our kids popsicles). In the hot summer heat the air conditioning was amazing. Lots of washrooms too.

One of the best live music spots in the city ! Been a few times to see locals bands play and it was always a great time! Great sound system, friendly staff and cheap beers! Would recommend buying the tickets online as they are a few bucks cheaper than at the door.

We were there with our group to see Barry and the Blasters and to support the Christie Lake Kids Camp fundraiser. What a great night and fantastic intimate venue. It did get very crowded and warm and the servers were busy but all to be expected given the great turnout!

Sunday Blues Jam — pay to play $ 5?
I went to check out the Blues Jam at Rainbow Bistro and was surprised to learn that musicians are expected to pay $5 just to get on stage and play. This is an open jam. Most open mics and jams in Ottawa don’t charge the musicians anything, and some even offer drink specials or appreciation for the players. Here, you’re basically paying to provide free entertainment to the bar. Personally, I don’t think that’s fair, and I won’t be back.

Was an amazing night with a really unique atmosphere. Their drinks were strong and for a low price. Music was good, you can get amazing seats anywhere in the building since it's smaller. Would definitely recommend getting ear plugs either at the event (they sell them) or beforehand since the music is VERY loud. The venue I went to lasted from 8pm to 12am, with three bands, but I don't know how long single bands go for.

We were at the Bistro for a Saturday evening show. It is a great venue that showcase Canadian music. This was our second visit there and it was not a disappointment.

This restaurant was so cool. Love the ambience with all the flowers and art. Delicious pizza. I don't think this place is meant for kiddos typically but my server was very accommodating for my baby and I during our visit!

Had a fantastic time at YYC Rooftop! The views were amazing, and the vibe was perfect for a lunch out. Abby was our server and she was absolutely great — super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for good drinks, great atmosphere, and top-notch service!

It was my first time here with my wife and daughter and we enjoyed an amazing, wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the service (Lallista) was superb and we’re definitely coming back again.

What an amazing all-year round covered rooftop restaurant. Absolutely huge, see pics. A great place for larger groups and gatherings. The food was superb, see pics. My only complaint was they didn't top up our water glasses all night. But that didn't stop me giving it 5 stars.

Amazing cocktail reception with sushi, lamb chops, Mexican taco bar, salmon burgers, duck, shrimp! Signature cocktails! Service was over the top and the old world setting with modern touches was beautiful.

I had the pleasure of attending the 40th Anniversary Gala of the 2025 Miss Chinese Montreal Pageant at Le Windsor Ballrooms, and the entire evening felt like a fairytale.
From the moment I walked through the Peacock Alley, I was teleported into a world of elegance. The towering ceilings, rows of glittering crystal chandeliers, and the historic fireplace made the space feel grand and luxurious. It’s the kind of place that immediately impresses you and sets the tone for a memorable night.

The event was held in the Salon Windsor, and I was blown away by the room’s beauty. The tall gilded ceilings, mirrored French doors, and ornate chandeliers gave the entire evening a regal touch. It felt like I was at a royal ball!!

One of the highlights of the night was meeting Cathy Leung-Rosnuk, Miss Chinese Montreal 1987, and her daughter Tyra Rosnuk, Miss Chinese Montreal 2021. They were both so friendly and charming. It was my first time meeting pageants in person, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to such a glamorous world. The experience of attending this event and seeing these incredible women was amazing.

Le Windsor Ballrooms exceeded all expectations. The venue, the atmosphere, and the overall vibe of the night were truly unforgettable. I had a wonderful time.☺️

I heard this place used to be a bank, and it really has a wonderful sense of history! I absolutely love the ambiance, with the old vaults and safes, plus the vintage elevator. The view from the second floor is breathtaking! If you're considering a venue for formal meetings or events, I highly recommend it. The staff are professional and the setting is truly unique.

Bridgeland Riverside is truly one of the hidden gems of the city. Nestled along the river, this neighborhood offers a perfect blend of urban convenience and natural beauty. The area is incredibly walkable, with tree-lined streets, charming houses, and plenty of green spaces.

One of the standout features of Bridgeland Riverside is its vibrant community feel. The neighborhood also boasts an impressive selection of restaurants and cafes, catering to diverse tastes and providing a range of dining options from cozy brunch spots to upscale dining experiences.

Was here at a night market. Lots of interesting vendors and food. It looks like a great and active community association too.

Interesting place. Long narrow structure with another space upstairs. Outside is family friendly with green spaces, playground, and a friendly guy selling hot dogs.

Fantastic sense of community, easy acces. Nice mix of dwellings and population age. And they have Little Super Dangerous play on occasion!

Had the pleasure of working with this amazing team. The DJ and MC were very attentive to their bride and groom. The DJ knew how to read the crowd and put on a party as the MC pumped up the crowd. Very well, organized, and very professional. Highly recommend! Looking forward to working together in the future!

Pretty good services from M Entertainment. The DJ at the wedding party that I went to was Tarantino, and he was extremely perceptive in keeping the energy high, whilst playing the songs that all the guests recommended (before the wedding). When looking at him, he seemed to have a great time and bounce the great vibes back, such as smiling, nodding, and pointing back at you. The only negative was the questionable transitions between songs. However, they did great at playing the right songs at the right time, hyping up the crowd, and curating a great set list of songs.

Marco is a nice and dynamic person who leads a lot of talented DJ’s. This includes Tarantino, the DJ at our wedding. He knows how to read a vibe, he knows what to say when there’s an unpredictable situation, he is flexible and took note of everything we had in mind. We got compliments about the songs that played at the wedding from numerous guests and he was a nice person to talk to. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been here three times. One time for brunch and two other at night to party. It’s always a beautiful, amazing experience. Despite being the same place they always manage to have something new happening that makes your experience unique. The decoration is beautiful, the staff is amazing, so friendly, so welcoming. The music is always good! Can’t wait to go back again to be surprised one more time.

The appetizers that were ordered were the : bang bang crispy shrimp, charred cauliflower & the truffle honey burrata and everything was amazing !! The raspberry mojito was also very good.

As my main, I got the truffle mac & cheese and it was top notch perfect.

The service is also super fast & the waiters are so accommodating and sweet!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jardin Azul and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Our server made excellent recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Now the food — simply amazing. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were fresh, and the attention to detail was clear in every bite.

My friend and I came here at the very last minute as we aborted our plans to go to the Old Port (due to terrible traffic). There was a parking lot across the street but beware it’s 24/7 and 2h will cost you $12. Jardin Azul immediately gave me Tulum vibes (I visited in March 2022) with its high bamboo looking walls to enter. The restaurant has high ceilings, is beautifully decorated and plays good music. Of course all the staff is gorgeous but they were also very nice. I would just recommend they dim the lights a bit more but the skylight adds to the experience of feeling outside but being covered.

We were very pleasantly surprised by how tasty the food was! The cocktails will run you over $22 each (which I find insane personally that this is the norm now, but not just them). At least my friend’s margarita was very strong & tasty! I just went for white wine, which was good too.

The watermelon feta salad was sooo good. The pistachio really elevated the flavour. We got the Caesar salad, creatively served in a crouton bowl and the truffle Mac and cheese, which was super delicious. We ordered cheesecake but by the time we got it we didn’t really want it anymore and it seemed like it was just a regular piece of NY style cheesecake. Only one dessert on the menu but I guess the crowd isn’t really going for that!

All in all, great experience. Would go back

This place caught me off guard! I am not a friend of the owners or staff, this is a completely unbiased review.
I went in with average expectations, assuming they would emphasize atmosphere and crowd over quality of food.

We ordered every single app on the menu and one main, we loved all of them except for the roasted cauliflower which was wet in texture and did not match the rest of the dishes in quality.
The prices were reasonable for both food and alcohol for what you got in return.
The staff was extremely friendly and on the ball, we all left happy with our experience and would go back.
Don’t think I’d stay past 10/1030pm

We went there to see Alex Hughes, a superb night. As we had paid for tickets the staff were so attentive to find us the best table to see the show. Imagine how crazy busy this place can be, but our server didn't miss a beat all evening. Great sound quality, not too loud that we couldn't chat. I have 2 things to point out: 1) there are pillars that block the view, nothing they can do about that but be aware they are a real pain and 2) if you are at the back, near the entrance, your view will be minimal. Other than that, it's a terrific live music venue and we will be back! Oh, and great beers on tap too.

What’s changed in the kitchen?!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I brought my hungry little wifey for brunch she usually eats a half a plate and she couldn’t stop and wanted to try all the things! Now I have to carry her to the car!

Went for brunch on a saturday, the menu was pretty limited and I didn't find much I was interested in.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was live music that day, and it was just the perfect volume. I hate going to places that just blast the music. But this musician was very talented and played at the perfect volume.

Absolutely love the Songsmith Sunday brunch! Wonderful music and such a great menu. This is our third time and we will be back.

Went to see The Diva Dynamics with my family, and boy howdy! Food was fab, the ambiance was immaculate, and the music was out of this world! Will definitely be back!

Came here for a wedding last weekend and the venue was absolutely gorgeous. Tight, intimate space with a large dance floor. 100% recommend. The drive up to it on the race track was also a very cool experience.

One of the Best event venue in the heart of Montreal.

We just had our wedding this past weekend and all we can say is WOW. This venue is one of the most gorgeous in all of Montreal, from the lighting, to the indoor design, to the architecture and of course, the garden. We have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about our experience with the rental managers. All of our guests were blown away by the atmosphere. If you are considering this place as a rental for an event - do it. We will remember our special day for a lifetime, and it happened flawlessly. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

There's a reason why this is one of the most sought after wedding venues in Montreal. It's so gorgeous, the setting is incredible - you feel like you're out in the country but through the trees you have this breathtaking view of the city. Parc Jean-Drapeau's staff are very attentive and helpful. It's well worth the cost to rent this space. It's unreal to think how many hundreds of thousands of people likely dined in that room during Expo 67, how many millions passed through the Canadian Pavilion, how many millions more walked around the site. It makes whatever event feel like a part of history. The Inuit art was striking and engaging too, and it created this remarkable contrast with the high modernism of the space which was 'linked' by the interior wood floors and finishings, and complemented by the natural settings outside. Old, new, antique, modern, rustic, urban - and all at the same time and in harmoney with one another. What could be more Montreal, Quebecois, and Canadian than that?

Horrible service and, more importantly, both parking attendents and their manager utterly lacking in empathy. Attended an event here and we had a guest in the party whose electric car needed a charge since nearest charger in the Casino was out of service and after driving around looking for charger they only had enough charge to drive 5 km. La Toundra refused to allow him to charge the car so it would not require a tow while being a guest at the event and told him that the charger is for employees only even though no employee was charging 10 pm two charger spots. And this was for a paying customer. At the end, this poor individual had his car towed as their battery ran out, their while two kids screamed in their baby seats, which lay on the side of the road while they waited for their cab at 10 pm. Quebec hospitality at its best.
