We hired Studio Lumen to shoot our wedding & we could not be happier with our decision.

They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Minutes into our consultation we were ready to hire them as our photographers. Each member of the team we met were extremely personable, friendly, and professional. They were extremely responsive to emails and inquiries, making the planning run extremely smoothly.

I highly recommend scheduling an engagement shoot as it gives you an opportunity to get a feel for their style, and in turn get some amazing photos. Our photographers were both extremely talented and will make you feel very comfortable in front of the camera. Leading up to the wedding we did a site visit of our wedding venue so that they would know where to get some of the best shots. On the day of our wedding they were beyond amazing. Every moment was captured perfectly and the photos turned out amazing. We booked them for the full day to ensure we could capture some amazing photos from the dance in addition to all of the Ceremony, Portrait, and Reception photos.

Our guests were even raving about how awesome our photographers were, and that they could not wait to see all of the pictures. All of our pictures turned out amazing - and each time I look at them I get to relive each tiny moment that happened on our big day. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at Studio Lumen. I booked a session to get some headshots and also had my makeup done on-site. Jean-Marc and Fawzia were both outstanding to work with being both attentive, detail-oriented, as well as highly professional. Their online gallery feature made it simple and efficient to preview all of my photos and select the ones I liked best. The entire process was seamless, and the results exceeded my expectations. Used Studio Lumen for a series of headshots. They set up in our office and did a great job. Their team was interacting with staff at a variety of levels including executives. They were able to keep things moving efficiently and I genuinely think the team had fun going through the process. The photos themselves are excellent and captured a fresh look. I find the corporate headshot look can get stale and a bit cliche. Appreciate their creativity and quality of work. From a personal perspective I highly recommend.

Both were very easy to work with, accommodating and respectful in our email and in person conversations.

The shoot took an entire day as I wanted various angles of quite a few food products. They used tethered capture, so I was able to see and approve the photos as we moved along.

We worked with the Studio Spero team on a bundle of educational videos. The whole team was so flexible, kind and easy to work with. With our project, we had a mix of adults and youth as well as youth actors assist us with filming and Studio Spero was professional with every individual. Style is one of the best choices we made for our wedding! their team is so professional and so talented. We had them for our engagement in 2017 and then a 3 day wedding in June 2019. Always showed up on time, delivered on time and also made sure we got what we wanted! Joty even agreed to edit some pictures for us (Free of charge) for a home event that we did not book them for! I've been a regular here for so long and usually have an awesome time, but our last visit was disappointing. We were so stoked to see Gene Farris, but the sound was seriously off. The music even cut out a couple of times, which totally killed the vibe and we ended up leaving early. When you book big names like that, the setup needs to be on point to match the talent!

Also, the bathrooms could use some serious TLC. I really hope you guys sort things out because I love this place, but this last experience wasn't great at all

I had an absolutely amazing night out with friends! Nico De Andrea’s DJ set hit straight to the heart! The bar itself is stunning, adding to the whole experience.

Absolutely loved this place! The vibe is incredible stylish, energetic, and just the right mix of classy and fun. From the music to the lighting to the crowd, everything felt high end and well curated. If you’re looking for a luxury experience with an unforgettable atmosphere, this is the spot. Can’t wait to come back!

Was very shocked and taken back but how rudely the woman at the front checking tickets thinks she is able to speak to costumers. Extremely disrespectful and really reflects on the establishment as a whole. We went in for an event and we let her know we were on the guest list and provided my partners name and my name. She looks over at me and says what’s your name I give it to her and she’s continues NOO WHATS YOUR NAME. And speaks to me like I’m the world’s dumbest human. My partner had to step in and again say what we had just told her, my name for the third time and she was not understanding. It was on the list she was just abruptly rude and arrogant. Would never go back.

I had the privilege of experiencing the Lavern DJ show at Sub Rosa, and it was phenomenal. Hari, the Assistant Manager, was a consummate professional, ensuring our bottle service evening exceeded all expectations. The classy venue, combined with the excellent staff, made for an exciting evening. I will definitely be back!

We had the pleasure of working with Sue Moodie on our engagement and wedding photos. Right from the start Sue was very communicative and enthusiastic about our upcoming wedding. She was easy to reach and scheduled our engagement photos when spring came and weather improved and the results were amazing. My fiance and myself were so happy with the results, and with the photo session itself as Sue’s enthusiasm and positive energy is very infectious! The day of the wedding Sue and her assistant photographer were again such a pleasure to work with. Sue scouted great photo locations ahead of time and the whole day went very smooth. Again Sue brought such a beaming attitude we couldn’t help but smile the whole time. Every wedding guest that encountered Sue during the evening just raved about how wonderful she was and how helpful she was throughout the night. We have been so lucky to have Sue capture our most important moments over the past five years. She’s talented, warm, and hilarious and she makes you look how you feel. Sue has been our family portrait photographer since 2016, and we couldn’t imagine working with anyone else. She is detailed, fun, and incredibly friendly—everything you would want in a photographer. Not everyone in our family loves being in front of the camera, but Sue has a way of making everyone feel comfortable, like a close family friend (which she is to us). She connects so naturally with kids, keeps the experience lighthearted, and makes every session enjoyable.

Over the years, she has watched our kids grow and even captured the addition of our fur baby, Ziggy, in our most recent session. We had the pleasure of having our wedding photos taken by Sue earlier this month, and had the best experience! Our sneak peek photos are absolutely stunning and we can't wait to see the full album. We met with a lot of photographers during the wedding planning phase, but as soon as we met Sue we knew we wanted to work with her! From beginning to end, she was engaging, professional, organized and so so kind. For many, having your pictures taken can be nerve wracking but Sue made us feel so comfortable. She is great to work with and her photos are amazing!

We did our engagement photos with Sue and cannot recommend her highly enough. The shoot itself was a ton of fun (she is hilarious!), and felt like spending time with a new friend who knows all your best angles. She not only has an incredible eye for what makes a good photo, but has a way of getting you in just the right spot without making you feel awkward. We are thrilled with how the photos turned out; they are beautiful and feel like us. I look forward to having an excuse to get photos done with Sue again in the future.

Sue is absolutely wonderful, she did an amazing job altering my wedding gown, she was able to do what quite a few other tailors couldn't do or refused to do... (bringing the hem up, taking the back out and replacing the zip back wit, adjusting the straps, pinning down the frills and adding the bustle) plus helping me get it dry cleaned within 24h of the day! She did it in a very timely manner and even did my maid of honors dress, all very affordable comparatively to other places we went. I will definitely be coming back here for alterations big or small. Sue knows what she's doing and will advise against things that won't, however she provides solutions in lieu :) thanks again!

My bridesmaid dress was dirty when I picked it up, over priced - $95 for hemming a single layer dress and inconvenient appointment times (business hours do not mean anything, you must call for appointments and pickup/drop off of your items). Definitely would not recommend to my friends or family for the work completed. STAY AWAY.

I had been searching for weeks for a tailor who would be able to replace the vegan leather sleeves on my favourite jacket, as they had begun to bubble up in spots.

Time and again, the tailors I visited with sais it was not possible, or that I would have to use real leather and pay an extraordinary amount.

Luckily, I came across Sue's Tailoring, and without hesitation she said she would be able to do the job - and for less than half of what I was quoted elsewhere. She put so much care and effort into sourcing the right material for the sleeves, and did a flawless job on sewing them. My jacket is better than new and I could not be more thrilled.

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found this fabulous tailor, and whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone looking to have quality work done.

I ordered a suit from here and the process has been nothing but smooth. I was extremely happy with the way it look and fit my body.

I've been to both stores and the guys who work there are great.

Plus, if you want an awesome atmosphere to get your suit, the Calgary shop is quite the site. Pour yourself some scotch, play some pool, banter with Dustin and look out over downtown Calgary. It's quite the place.

I came here for a custom suit for my wedding. I left feeling like i had experiences something profound!

I'm not the type who likes to be fussed over, but i enjoyed the attention to detail and consideration that was shown while building my custom suit at Curtis Eliot.

The customer service is prime, the selection of cloth, personalization options and the ability to build the suit you want is an incredible experience. I will return for custom suits to Curtis Eliot.

I bought 2 suits from here last year and both pairs of pants didn’t make it a year, 1 pair was replaced at cost by them, in enquires about getting resolution on 2nd suit, no one had responded to my emails. I called 2 days ago and made a request for my measurements as I will not be buying another suit from them, and was told I would have them by end of day. Still nothing. Suits look great, lack of follow up and backing their product has made me choose to not purchase any other suits from them after multiple attempts to get resolution.

Suits by Curtis Eliot creates the best modern menswear suits that I have had the privilege of wearing. Not only are they fully custom, but the material is second to none and the attention to detail is incredible.

Their ability to accommodate is unparalleled and the suits arrive in a timely fashion. Any minor alterations are taken care of by their incredible staff.

Until I found Suits by Curtis Eliot I had never truly found the perfect suit. I would absolutely recommend Suits by Curtis Eliot to men of any age.

Ordered multiple garments, all of them fit poorly and took close to two months to arrive. The gentleman taking measurements must have had absolutely no idea what he was doing as literally everything fit incorrectly or were completely different than what was ordered. Missed several special requests such as monogramming etc. Quality of materials appears to have decreased significantly from what this company used to use at one time as well.
Would strongly suggest going somewhere like Indocino instead. Do not waste your time and avoid at all costs.
***UPDATE***

SIX MONTHS TO COMPLETE MY GARMENTS? And even after half a year (let that sink in, HALF A YEAR) the order comes back with the wrong items? This is a joke. I was measured up at Indocino and had a better product SHIPPED TO MY DOOR in under four weeks.

Our wedding videos came out even better than I could have imagined and everyone that sees the videos is in awe of the craft that went into them and the quality!

We were absolutely thrilled with the work that James and his team performed live streaming our wedding in September of this year. They took care of everything allowing for us to enjoy our day with our immediate family while hundreds of family and friends watched our ceremony from the comfort of their homes. They also captured our day with and a 4 minute highlight video that was spectacular. I cry every time I watch it. I would, without hesitation, recommend them to join your wedding team of professionals.

This location is good for local events and workshops.

Outdoor park is really cool for this community hall plus u cant miss or beat the red barn style paintjob. Its right accross from the LRT station of same name too, well kitty corner from it anyways. I will snap a couple pics so you can see.

The Gardening Club has done a great job to grow, cultivate and harvest people, relationships and feed the needy - once crops are ready of course:) See you there!

We had a great experience shopping with Sundays. From their show room to ordering and delivery process.

Hannah was able to help us decide between the get together or movie night and answered a lot of our questions and we felt confident narrowing down and making our purchase. Really happy with how the movie night looks in our space. It’s big and plush and will be great for when we host eventually too.

Ultimately we went with Sundays as it seems to be most stylish and durable, easy to modify and add sections as well as completely replace the fabric (per module) and we look forward to seeing how it holds up with time.

This is what a $14 plus change salad at this place. I'm very petite and this salad is tiny! You can literally see the bottom! Compare my coffee and palm. Absolutely disgusting the prices at this places. Often, I find the vitamins for 1/4 of the price if I buy online or at a regular grocery store. You guys are gouging big time, and I will never shop here again. It's a RIPOFF!!!!

This is the most incompetent store I have ever encountered. Do not order anything here. They will screw up your order. They don't know how to count, and can't be bothered to write anything down or, if they do, to read it. Some of the products are good, but you can get the same products at other health food stores.
Things were different under the previous owners, who worked very hard, and were super competent.

I enjoy visiting here occasionally to see if there are deals or some new seasonal items. Decent selection of supplements, superfoods, fresh produce, and items for special diets (GF, plant based , etc.). I found some sausage weiners discounted to 50% off nearing expiring but they can be frozen. It is about own due diligence when it comes to expiry dates. Cannot speak on the ready-to-eat or bakery side, however. The Asian female cashier at the time of my visit was pretty chirpy and enthusiastic

This is a joy to go shopping to! It is clean well sorted easy to find what you need I found the staff was not only happy and friendly...but the are VERY knowledgeable! They can answer any questions you have. The food is OUTSTANDING fresh healthy non GMO . All organic and natural. Even free tasters to try at the soup area. They like you to bring your own non plastic bags but will provide a brown paper bag if you forget your bag. **HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!**

No office, no physical presence, beware this could be a fraud wherein they will take the money, send the screenshot of tickets and then the tickets will be cancelled behind the scenes. Because tickets will not be sent via airline directly and they will get the refund from the airline by cancelling the ticket behind your back.

Bad experience with Vikas. He gave guarantee to process our visa which we later got to know was impossible. He misguided us just to get his business; very rude and no respect for seniors. Suffered loss of money and time which could have been avoided if he had been straightforward in the begining

Huge fan of the salads at Sunterra. I know a Ceasar salad is so simple to make but the fresh greens, chunks of chicken and the home made dressing really does it for me. The salads are a little expensive compared to other grocer's but it's worth the price.

This place disappoints me every single time. I live next store so reluctantly stop in for last minute items and they never have it. When I ask for help with finding simple things, the staff never know what I’m talking about. Tortellini? What is that? Pesto? What is that? Parmesan? What is that? I search the store to always discover they are out of whatever I’m looking for. Also staple items are crazy overpriced. $8 for a box of vegetable broth is insane.

Super great store with lots of options! The bakery has delicious Nanaimo bars and so much other fun stuff, and they have so many interesting fun cheeses as well! I enjoyed the atmosphere and workers were nice.
