Bachelorette Party

We did the *Last Resort* escape room with our family of four. My husband and I had done escape rooms before, but it was the first time for our teens, so we chose an easier room.
The décor was great and the first room had a nice balance of challenge and fun. However, the introduction could have been better — it was just instructions on how the hint system worked, with no real scene-setting. It was also hard to hear the general explanation in the noisy common area; this would work much better in a quieter space.
In the second room, one puzzle ate up most of our time. We actually understood what needed to be done, but there were two possible ways of thinking about it: ours, and the game designer’s. The hint given worked for both approaches, so we kept going with our method. We got 3 of the 4 steps right, but the last one never clicked. When we called for help, it took a while, and the response came in French even though we’d been speaking English. The help just repeated how to use an item we already knew, which didn’t help us move forward. I also wish the timer paused during hints.
By then, our teens started to lose interest. The game master eventually opened the third room (which looked amazing), but we didn’t get to experience much of it.
Overall, the rooms were creative and we had fun, but I wish the intro set the scene better and that hints were more direct so players can actually progress. We’d come back, but hope for a smoother experience next time.

Super engaging activity to do with friends! My group had such a fun time. The room we chose was a little out of our depth but our guide Wilfrid help us out along the way making us feel really smart for the puzzles we succeeded in and not too stupid for the clues that really stumped us. That guy was so charismatic and took a superb group photo with us after the fact. GOAT fr! Would recommend jigsaw for all your escape room needs!! Place was cleanly and easy to find.

Great place for escape rooms, i made the pirates room and it was pretty fun. The production was very good and the puzzles were challenging. Some puzzles are not that intuitive but in general it is very doable. Would recommend coming with your friends.

We played the Castle. It was really fun, we really enjoyed it! However, our game master was unfortunately really rude to us, we tried to stay nice and polite but she wasn't as nice... so it kind of ended our experience on a bad note unfortunately (I didn't give 5 stars because of that unfortunately)... but the game was really fun!

We can’t get enough! Glad to have branched out and exploring other escape rooms in Ottawa! We have done 3 rooms this summer alone! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

I was so happy my friend Caitlin reccomended this bar. This was my first time here and Carter and Mia were so amazing and funny and welcomimg!! I love the menu and attention to detail (probably one of the most intentionally funny and random menus ive ever had the pleasure of chortling several times to* (*see photo update). Easily one of the best bars ive been to in Canada alongside some seasoned favourites back in Vancouver, but this place is a gem!!! 💎💎💎💎💎💎💎 i really enjoyed my Oolong Peach Long Island (delicious... Lychee in there, maybe? 🍑🦚🧋🍐🕊) and the Mighty Moose Vodka was very decently good for a Well. Will definitely be back!!! 🥰💯💯💯🤠💎💎🍑👨🏼‍🚀🥳

Located on the second floor in Calgary’s Beltline district, Missy’s This That offers a diner-style bar atmosphere with red neon lighting and bar counter seating. The backbar is not prominently featured, and the overall design leans towards a simplistic, college-diner aesthetic. While there are various seating options around the bar, the ambiance felt somewhat basic and lacked the vibrancy expected in late hours. Music volume was appropriate, featuring hip-hop that complemented the setting.

The menu is relatively simple, with limited diversity in offerings. A notable feature is the inclusion of different cup and glass shapes for each drink. However, presentation is extremely basic, with no garnishes and average glassware quality. The flavors did not stand out, lacking complexity and maturity.

Water was served upon arrival. The young team was friendly and attentive. Prices are average for Calgary, but felt too high considering the overall experience and atmosphere.

Owner is a level 4 sommelier and it shows. Top 5 of natty wine bars I’ve been to in the world. “No cap”, as the kids say. This place is excellent.
Anchovies on toast are great, so are the olives. Quality of a Barcelona bar.
Wine by the glass is excellent but don’t miss their wine fridge of even more excellent bottles. Super amazing and very knowledgeable staff. Friendly vibe, nice clientele (serious wine drinkers). Don’t come here if you’re looking for first year college party party overdrinking vibes ; there’s plenty of other bars for that ;-{}

Really loved it here. We stuck around and had plenty of drinks, being sure to try something new each time. The charcuterie was really delicious and so was the toast (I think it was artichoke toast?).

The service was fantastic, accommodating but not overwhelming. The vibe is definitely nicer at night otherwise it feels a bit cold. I really would love to come again soon!

Great experience at Missy's 👍 Huge selection of wine and perfectly crafted cocktails 🍸 definitely a hidden gem with an almost speakeasy vibe! If you don't know about it, you might just walk right by and miss out on one of the best bars in Canada!

I visited the Paint Cabin for a Bachelorette party last weekend and we had such an amazing experience! All of the staff were super knowledgeable and went above and beyond supporting us in our painting experience. Shoutout to Megan for guiding me through my ambitious painting, I am thrilled with how everything turned out! I will definitely be back again, highly recommend to anyone looking for a paint and sip!

Perfect place for a cozy night out with friends, complemented by snacks, drinks, great music, and cute dogs. I'm a newbie in painting, and the instructors were super helpful in guiding us through. They have a collection of painting references we can pick and draw from. Anita (the owner) was very welcoming and passionate! In the end, we all walked out with beautiful paintings. Highly recommended if you're looking for a special experience!

My friend and I booked a time for something to do on a Saturday. We had such a great and positive experience. We both left so happy with the canvases that we were able to paint in the time and enjoyed a tasty beverage while we were painting as well.
The staff were all so very friendly and welcoming and encouraging. 100 would recommend!!!

We had our team building event at the Paint Cabin last night and it was such an amazing experience!

The staffs were so friendly and hands on, Anita was the best host! We loved the interactive experience.

Everything was set up for us right when we got there and it was so nice to have a beautiful painting to take home for everyone.

It was our first time, certainly would not be our last! We are looking forward to come back again with our team for future events!

Had a fantastic time there last night. Continuing education event hosted by one of my suppliers: informative presentation followed by food and fun. Arrived late due to traffic but was warmly welcomed anyway. The vegan sushi was so delicious and the bar had many options. It was a nice surprise to be offered art options - paint a canvas, paint a tote, or do a linocut print. Best of all - the staff were so nice. Special shout-out to Craig who gave me the confidence and tips to make this tree. Would love to come back!

The good thing about this club is that they control male to female ratio. It was busy as hell (which is like both a good and bad thing) and seemed hazardous. Had to wait long time in line and yet we had to buy bottle service to get in.

I’ve been going to Palazzo for over a year now and I can honestly say it’s become one of my favorite places in Montréal. The vibe is always so fun without ever feeling overwhelming. The music is amazing every single time, and the crowd is super friendly and welcoming. The owners are genuinely so kind, and the service makes you feel well taken care of. It’s just one of those places where you know you’ll have a great night. ✨ I honestly have nothing bad to say and I completely recommend it! 💕

The music is great and the atmosphere is nice, but the prices are way too high! They seem to be taking advantage of people who have already waited 60 minutes. Entrance is $40 for men and $20 for women, unless you purchase bottle service.

already paid so much for my friends shots and these bar servers say no to you if u put custom tip when all they do is pour alcohol in shot glasses, she motioned no and clicked a tip amount for herself…. (this has happened multiple times). disgusting, not coming back

I never did a review on anything because as you probably guessed we’re all busy and have other things to do but after what I experienced there. There might be a reason you see all these 5 stars review without a proper explanation only bad reviews take time to explain what is going on with that place.

Well, my review is not to only be negative about this place but to emphasize how I do not recommend to anyone. Giving a good service is a must even if you’re working as a security guard. We all know the Montreal’s lifestyle and managing some people can be difficult. However, the security guard are not only rude but disrespectful. Please take in serious consideration what I am saying, they do not know how to respect people and they think very highly of themselves. Not only that, they often do things that they are not legally supposed to do, I saw them pushing people and aggressively grabbing people inside by force which is not acceptable. Honestly they are not professional on that side.This is my second time going there and the second time was no different from last time. I’m Highly disappointed and I talk not to ruin their image but to truly share my experiences. I have been to many clubs and I’ve never seen anyone treating the way that those people treated me twice now. They got to be the only ones in mtl rude like that. And let’s not talk about the crazy price they ask for man to enter. Trust, it is not worth it.

The bottle girl working at the entrance of the bar on the right side when you come in, is a special case. She forced my friend who bought bottles to give tips and i think she even put the tips amount herself saying that it’s mandatory to give tips. It is not ! Service has to be well given before even talking about giving a tip which was missing before we even enter.

When it comes to music, I can recognize that they have good music and the place itself is nice but I would be scared to go there if I was a girl fr. There are really creepy old people in there. To be brutally honest, it’s feels like there are predators there. Remember this is my second time with the exact same situation. This time, I saw a drunk girl in the middle of 3 old men and they were all over her, aggressively kissing and touching her. It felt horribly uncomfortable. Security passed by and probably didn’t feel like checking if she was alright. That’s the kind of security they got there… so if you don’t feel comfortable with those type of people this is not the place.

There are way too many good clubs in Montreal to be this unpleasant. I am never going back there and you should not.

We had our wedding ceremony at the Garret and a cocktail-style wedding reception at the Pioneer in February 2024 and everything was perfect. Great communication and support leading up to our big day and execution on the day of was flawless.

Both venues have such great vibes on their own that we really didn't need to do much from a decor perspective, and opted to just enhance the buildings' incredible features with lighting, florals and candles - though the possibilities are truly endless. We received feedback from our guests (many from out of town) that the location was great as it was easily accessible and it was fun to be right in the action on Stephen Avenue.

The service from the SugarWater team on the bar was excellent - though we had a crowd of big drinkers there was never a line at the bar and our guests loved not only the craft cocktails but the really thoughtful selection of wines and local beers and seltzers.

We would highly, highly recommend the Pioneer for a wedding or any other event, celebration or gathering. Thank you to the whole team!

On June 11 Epilepsy Association of Calgary hosted 130 guests, performers, artists and event volunteers and at its inaugural Purple Day by Night fundraising gala at The Pioneer. This was such a special night and the venue itself added to the magic of a bustling late spring evening on Stephen Avenue. Guests and event volunteers were pleased with all aspects of the event and we've booked the venue for 2023. Thank you Heather Coke and team for your patience and helpful guidance in making our night a success!

It was an absolute pleasure to provide technology for a private event for XERO here! Plenty of available circuits with good ampage, accommodating staff (particularly Wyatt), and reasonably good loading dock access (given it's downrown). Would be happy to work here again; thanks, folks! :)

Invited here for a live music event that turned out to be much more than we all thought it would be. We thought we were going to see four musicians play their sets, but instead for a musicians sat facing each other told a series of stories and then rift off each other for the entire evening in a delightful and experiential entertainment event. It's a beautiful space and I look forward to my next visit and Calgary to see what they might be hosting then.

We used Bare Butt Butlers for a Bachelorette party in Ontario and we had a great experience! MJ had a ton of fun games for us to play and really got the party going. Would absolutely use this service again and recommend to a friend.

Thoroughly enjoyed their services! Malik was very outgoing and had everyone participating in the games and festivities. He was able to read the mood of the room and lift it up. I recommend them for any bachelorette party.

We had 2 buttlers come for a bachelorette in Niagara Falls.
They were wonderful!

A great surprise to the team, they got everyone drinks, got the games going, were very energetic social and of course, easy on the eyes! Would definitely recommend.

We had Malik for a bachlorette party. He did an amazing job entertaining and hosting games. Highly recommended. Customer service was great as well.

WARNING: Customer service and administration is terrible. Here are some issues:

1. There’s no indication that there’s a fee of $12.05 for PayPal. And there’s been no attempt to explain the discrepancies.
2. If you need the job sheet to have a full name, then say “Client Full Name”.
3. Two versions of invoices sent… first stating that there would be a minimum payment, and then the second time requiring full payment afterward.  If you need a full payment, then you should state this in your payment process because it’s confusing.
4. “Payments must come from the potential client that is inquiring”.   This only came after they declined to accept the payment. It's a strange policy, as I have no idea what name you recognized but it seems that credit cards are only acceptable when it matches your email name. Name on the Job sheet doesn’t matter. As a business, you should say this upfront, and I should not have to pay any admin fees due to YOUR misguidance.  Also, this is RACIAL DISCRIMINATION as you are basing your practice on what you think names should be. You seem to think these "other names" are "third parties".
5. You have made errors causing great frustration to me and your usage of CAPS is extremely rude.   I highly recommend that you evaluate your process and a read of your own comments because you were in fact, incorrect.
6. “It would not be professional nor acceptable on our part to entertain last-minute bookings as our Butlers also lead personal busy lives of their own”. This is a comment that came after going back and forth with multiple forms of payment. You don’t seem to know the difference between a person’s intent to pay and when YOU are the issue.

I would imagine that other people are planning events for their friends and would prefer to deal with decent professionalism.  I would hate for someone else to go through this stressful experience and will be posting this review and passing this along. Buyer beware.

It’s a hidden bar in the middle of the Old Montreal. You get there, only by knowing someone who already has, because it isn’t easy to find that black hidden door 😅

They have many drinks options, that are the average price of the other places around.
I give it 4 starts only cause there are basically no food options, just some veryyyy small snacks such as olives.
They also have a Whisky tasting thing for who might enjoy it

Hidden spot with a cool good backstory (used to be cold storage area), themed after a crime gang clean up squad and connection to sister bars. Stopped here after visiting Bisou Bisou to check out their selection. Arrived to a line at an unmarked door, greeted and walked down a set of steps into a dimly lit space.

Two things rubbed me the wrong way/I disliked at the start - first, despite arriving as a couple and at entry asking for a seat for 2 - the same hostess somehow mistakenly pairs us with another “melanated couple” walking in behind us - I politely responded that I did not know these people and that we’d sit at the bar. Second, the snack menu included sour candy - I asked if they make the sweets or store bought them - the bartender points to a large glass jar on the bar and jokingly says “I mix cocktails not make candy” Yea ok I thought it’s not unheard of to make candy; you’re in here making craft cocktails and syrups etc (that’s cooking baby not just mixing drinks - add a little gelatin, you got “candy”). Rude but I moved past it… then she served the candy in a rocks glass that was just rinsed so the candy got wet. Not good.

The overall menu was cute and playful. Like the sister restaurant each drink lists the ingredients plus flavor profile and they have some classics. Nothing too special about presentation - no garnish and duck themed paper coasters.

Husband was vibing on the music (90s hip hop) and quirky atmosphere so we stayed for 1 drink. Ordered a corpse reviver II and a Sallerac. Both great!

Towards the end of the bar, past the hellish looking restroom, a short staircase takes you out the backside to exit. Fun little adventure.

First things first, press this doorbell for the bartender to come let you in (see picture). We absolutely loved this hidden gem. Bartenders were super nice and experienced. I asked them to make a gin based drink that was a bit fruity and mildly sweet and they delivered! We did the same thing when we asked for a shot so don't be afraid to ask the bartender to surprise you with an original creation.

Tucked away in Old Montreal, The Coldroom is a true speakeasy with an unmarked entrance and cellar-like vibe. The space feels like a wine cave meets cocktail den — casual and dim, with a long bar counter and multiple group seating areas. Music was slightly too loud, but still manageable for short conversations.

The menu is themed around a fictional 1970s Montreal rubber duck squat — playful, creative, and packed with personality. Each drink includes its flavor profile, ingredients, and glassware shape, making it easy to navigate. While the menu concept stands out, the drinks themselves fall a bit flat. Presentation is minimal, with no garnish, and the bar uses below-average glassware and no coasters.

Press the doorbell and wait for someone to open! A hidden gem with a stylish, laid-back vibe, this speakeasy delivers a solid cocktail menu and an even better atmosphere. Drinks are good—well-balanced and creative without trying too hard. Great spot for a chill, low-key night out.

Some of the best service I have ever had. The girl who served us was friendly, bright , knowledgeable, and engaging. I can't remember what wine I ordered though 😄 we did not order food. We sat on the back patio and I think it is my favorite in the city. Even better than Arlo and Lupulus. Just beautiful and comfortable back there. Prices for the wine were a it hight though.

Bianca was our server and she was AMAZING. Her energy was fantastic and positively contributed to our night. She offered to take lots of pictures of us and was very attentive and kind. She was also very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to make us a drink just from a picture we showed. Overall positive experience thank you Bianca!!

Adore this place. One comment is that the chairs on the outside of the table would be better with backings just to make it more accessible friendly. Otherwise I love it. Popcorn, a garden, dealers choice drink options, moody ambiance..reminds me of places I’ve been in Paris and London or even Italy or Montreal. One of a kind for Ottawa for sure. I only had one drink but it’s great to go solo and just have a cocktail & read, for a date or a girls night with a bff.

While the cocktails themselves are fine, the price itself just doesn’t warrant what you get. The cocktails were okay but I’ve had better for far less of a cost. I feel they would be better off having more creative or unique cocktails. The patio and bar is nice and cute but seems like any backyard with lots of fairy lights, it’s also very dark. Overall I don’t think I’d come back unless they made some more unique drinks.

Frenchy was a wonderful host, funny, and very interactive with the crowd.
The performers were talented and had great stage presence!
The staff were extremely friendly and professional, although it felt a little understaffed as it was hard to get your next drink at times. I wonder if a light up system or some way to signal needing another drink would be beneficial! (We’ve seen places where each table has a little tea light cup and you turn the light on when you’re ready for your next drink- it seems to work well and we felt it might work in a place like The Wiggle Room too to signal that you’re ready for your next drink without disrupting the show!). We were extremely impressed with the cocktails, the prices and the very friendly service.
The atmosphere was extremely inclusive and respectful, very tastefully executed.

We would absolutely attend again!

This place is the absolute best to go see burlesque, drag, and other various performance art. The staff are friendly and the drinks are sooooooo good! I definitely recommend going to see their shows, even if they may be a little pricier (25$+ per ticket). I have performed here a couple of times and always had the best experience!

Very disappointing in their lack of care for attendees with accessibility concerns.

We bought tickets for our first show at the Wiggle room and arrived before the doors opened because my wife had busted her ankle the day before and was on crutches for the first time in her life.

I dropper her off at the door because she couldn’t go far on the crutches. This was super stressful because there was nowhere to safely pull over and she had to get out on the street side and try to navigate the traffic on her crutches.

After I helped her get to the door, I left her there while I went to park the van we were driving. It’s an unusually large accessibility van. So I quickly discovered I was too tall for any parking garage and too big for any street parking. There was apparently also a large event going on and it was crazy trying to find parking. I spent over an hour trying to find a place to park and couldn’t find a place anywhere.

During this time my wife kept calling and was in tears because of the steep stairs in the building. She said people offered to carry her up the stairs but it scared her too much. She tried calling the listed phone number to get some advice but no one answered the phone or returned her voicemail.

After more than an hour of trying to find a way to make it work we gave up because it was so stressful on both of us. We called and emailed and asked for a refund given the circumstances but they never bothered to even respond in any way.

I understand their are limitations to what they can do for customers with accessibility needs, but at least showing that you have some empathy would leave customers not feeling totally ignored.

My husband and I went to the show and we completely loved it! It was fun and the the show was amazing. You can go and get a sandwich next door which my husband did. The drinks were really amazing!!! I would highly recommend it, it was recommend to us by a criend and so glad we went and saw it!!!

Amazing show of talent and fun. The performers clearly love what they do! The ambiance was amazing and the theme of the night was just fantastic! (Old Hollywood)

The cocktails left more than a little to be desired though. Out of the 4 cocktails my partner and I tried, only one was barely perceptibly alcoholized. The others were just really weak and not that enjoyable.

Overall I had an excellent time and recommend this for a very unique night out experience!

Our friends booked this as a double date with us and we all had an absolute blast! Our guide was Jessie and she made the evening so much fun with her choices of music, her hilarious and friendly attitude and her little games along our route! We loved how we had special seating at each bar we stopped at and special offers too - we would definitely book this again for a group party or special occasion. (Wear comfy shoes - you are pedaling, no motor...or "offer" to sit in the few spots with no pedals & be the princess! ;) Thanks so much!

We reached out to the Thursty Pedaler to see if they would do a custom event for us and they crushed it! We had two party bikes to go around Hintonburg and got to try out three of Ottawa’s local creameries! The party pilots (staff) were great and kept the energy high! We can’t wait to do another one next year :) and are looking forward to trying out some of their other crawl options too !

We treated our wedding party to a Thursty Pedaler tour to celebrate one year to our wedding date. This was such a fun way to get both sides together to meet and break the ice. It was my third pedal party and I’m already looking for an excuse to book another. A new stop on this tour for me was crust and crate. The cheese bread as a sample was fantastic to keep up fuelled for the pedal back. Highly recommend this experience. I love supporting this small female-owned business and am so grateful we have this gem in Ottawa!

We arrived here earlier in the evening around 6 so it was fairly empty without much of an "atmosphere" but space is a sexy cool speakeasy vibe. The specials (happy hour?) on bubbles are incredible but we found the food and service to be a bit lacking.

Also, not really a huge deal but, they were testing the sound system for later in the night when I presume it's more of a club vibe and has more than 4 people in it, it was crazy loud and for us felt like something they should do before they open.

Untitled Champagne Lounge has the coolest vibe. As soon as you walk in the door, you’re hit with moody and sexy. The atmosphere glides you in, and then the drink menu is divine. I have never been somewhere where the drink menu is as exciting and creative as is the presentation of each of these beautiful drinks we ordered. The pictures say it all. Definitely worth a place to check out. Excellent service - our server was outstanding, she was a true professional! Reservations recommended.

Had a great night at Untitled with friends from Adventure Calgary. The cocktail menu is huge, and the drinks go down dangerously smooth. Tried the premium champagne tasting and some yummy truffle fries, both were excellent.

The upscale vibe, chill DJ beats, and attentive service (even for our group of 10) made it a fun, classy night out.

I was a regular for about five years before I moved back to BC. Now, I’m out of the cocktail and shiny shirts scene as I’ve mostly given up alcohol. Heads up: you’ll need a magnifying glass to read the menu 😂 would definitely benefit from increasing the font size, and maybe having some photos of the drinks on the menu. With that much selection it’s very hard to know what to choose.

Great service. Only once ever had a problem. Which is more than I can say for most venues in Calgary when I used to host public events and cart around a whole bunch of random strangers every day.

The food menu is pretty skimpy however. Could definitely use some better non-meat options and higher caliber items to match the cocktails.

Cocktail selection is through the roof. Probably the best in town. Open concept, which can be a bit tough if you’re sitting in the middle of the room at those tables; it feels like you’re on display, and honestly the couches could probably use some more cushions as they are quite deep.

Overall they’ve done an excellent job at decor and music. It’s nice to be able to go somewhere that’s a little more off the beaten path.

I had brought my wife here for her birthday and every moment was perfect right from walking through the super unique front door.
We came early on a very cold night so it wasn't busy but the service was on point the entire evening. The champagne was on ice and they even came over to refill her glass a couple of times.
I tried a few different cocktails and I would be hard pressed to say I have had better. Each one was well thought out and presented beautifully.
We also ordered a couple of food dishes and the quality and thought were also evident.
If you are looking for a great date night spot or just a unique place to grab a few drinks, I would highly recommend UNTILTLED.

Highly recommend this store! Customer service is stellar - employees are so knowledgeable and create a space that is safe, comfortable and fun for customers. The place is ok but, it's for the younger crowd. Also I was a bit confused when I arrived I had tickets off eventBrite, for 6 of us. We arrived on time bit they has us in line forever. The guy tried to charge us. I told him absolutely not. Once we got in the club was pretty empty. So why hold the line. Weird. Another thing I was confused about, was the false advertisement that said free bottle of champagne that was a lie. We set at a booth that had classes and shot classes as well but no one ever came over to see if we needed a drink or anything. The music was nice. But overall I wouldn't go again. We left after 20 min of being there

The bartender was incredibly knowledgeable and offered thoughtful recommendations. While I don’t have much experience with tequila or mezcal, I genuinely enjoyed trying their curated selections—it was a great introduction to both. I’d definitely come back!

Great little hidden cocktail bar. We came across this spot and decided to stop in for a drink. We sat up at the bar and Shelby was our bartender, he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us the idea to do a tequila tasting which we opted for. Shelby put together a tasting flight with different citruses, salts and even crickets that go well with the tequilas. We had an amazing experience and will for sure return when we are back in Montreal.

My friends from out of town and I really enjoyed this intimate speakeasy. All the drinks were good. My favorite was the colada with curry based horchata (sounds funny but sooo worth it). The bartender/owner was kind and easy to talk to. Music was also great.

Had the best spicy margarita of all time here. Talk with the doorman, go behind a painting and down some stairs to this bar with amazing cocktails and allegedly the largest offering of mezcals in Canada. Hope to come back someday for a mezcal flight!

I ordered two helium Number Balloons for my 35th birthday and I am very satisfied with the service and the quality of the balloons. It was very easy to order online. When I went to pick up the balloons at the store they were ready. My B-day was in a park and the balloons were perfect all day. It's been 4 weeks now and the balloons are still floating at my place!

Amazing little shop that has everything for the perfect setup! After days of searching, I was finally able to find the balloon arch tape that allowed me to create amazing photos booths for birthdays and even work events. I like the service so much that I went back to get a giant golden numbers to comomerate thd 20th a the company.

Working with Helium Balloon was an all around very positive experience. They had balloons set up right on time as planned. They provided a very well done display that was exactly what we were looking for. Their delivery and pickup service also made our event planning seamless. The experience was quite good. I loved the vibes and the food was phenomenal. It was my first time there and they took care of a lot of stuff. The servers were very patient and kind. They also catered for our dog, which was really nice. Overall it was an excellent experience were definitely recommended and I will definitely return back for sure.

Lulu Bar is easily one of my favorite spots in Calgary. I've been here multiple times, and every visit has been a hit. The menu is full of flavorful, creative dishes, and I've yet to be disappointed by anything I've ordered.

Two standout dishes I always recommend are the beef tongue skewers and the fried coconut squid — both are packed with flavor and come in generous portions.

Beyond the food, the service has consistently been excellent. The staff are friendly, attentive, and help make every dining experience feel special.

Visited from UK and staying nearby. This experience was so good we went back twice! All staff were friendly and very attentive. We haven't enjoyed such tasty food in a long time, especially the coconut fried squid, bao bun and chicken wings. The half price cocktails were a real hit on our second visit. Everyone is quick to criticise bad service, but good service and food needs complimenting. Thanks particularly to Courtenay (thanks for the early birthday dessert) and Devon.

This place is incredible. I've been here two times since I discovered it. I'm in love with the steamed lobster dumplings they taste so fresh and the oil that accompanies is incredible. I've also had and I am a big fan of their Kale Salad and Fried Coconut Squid. I don't think you can go wrong with everything on their food or drink menu!

It was a very good experience. We tried 8 different dishes and they each had a unique taste. The Wok Fried Thai Noodles was our favourite as it was packed with punch of flavours and fresh herbs. The Chicken Satay had a rich cream texture and blended well with the meat. While the Hot Dog Bao and the Burger each had their own appearances, they felt quite typical and definitely pricey. Overall, we do recommend this restaurant and the service was top-notch as the server kept checking on us frequently.

Halfway perfect service, there is refund policy, halfway perfect quality for the price and halfway perfect atmosphere too!
The issue was that I was wanting a Tradeopia LED message tag for my Algonquin College, but that was a freaking mistake.
Since that also includes a software install CD, It is so impossible to install since I already have the proper hardware with my Computer such as the External USB CD/DVD Burner/Reader, I thought, after installing the software, an error shows and it says that the application failed to start because the procedure in the entry point ucrtbase.abort could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR120_CLR120.dll. That is not working for me. SHOO! That was freaking close too.

The store is well stocked and the staff seem nice, however I can’t give a store with a no refund, 7 day exchange policy more than two stars. In this day and age, that’s just not acceptable customer service in my opinion. It’s unfortunate, with a policy change they would certainly deserve more stars.

They are super strict about thier short windowed return policies and are unwilling to even look up purchases by credit card to make an exchange for a clearly broken item.

If you are thinking about buying gifts here, buy them elsewhere instead.

I recently made my way into Mastermind toys, just to be greeted by some very helpful, knowledgeable employees regarding store products. I work with children with special needs and was specifically looking for some great fidgets for my students. Hunter and Issac in particular were a great help! I could tell that they genuinely enjoyed working and both greeted me with a smile and a polite fashion.

Also, everything seemed to be reasonably priced.

I didn't know what game I wanted to buy for my partner, but Hunter did an incredible job of describing a bunch of games to me in depth. I ended up getting Wingspan, and we've played it 4 times in the past 2 days.

The store is immaculate and has every game you can imagine, all at great prices.

Buying board games can be intimidating, but when you have enthusiastic and knowledgable folks like Hunter helping, it's a breeze. Will definitely be going back.

Our experience at Modavie Bistro in Montreal was absolutely perfect! The lamb chops are a must-try — cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. For our appetizer, we had the scallops, and they were fantastic as well.

The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere couldn’t have been better — warm, inviting, and lively. Everything came together for a truly memorable evening.

WOW. this place is amazing! From out of town and was suggested to try this restaurant with live music. We walked in on a weekday evening and was greeted by a friendly host. The restaurant was packed but luckily we got a table on the bar side of the restaurant, where you could still hear the live music from the other side. Our server Buddy was amazing! And the food was delicious! We started the foie gras, garlic snails, and bone marrow. All of them was done to perfection! Our meals we tried rack of lamb and the catch of the day which was the Rainbow Trout. Both was so delicious though we both prefer the rack of lamb. It was definitely an enjoyable experience!! 5* all the way!! Must try!

Our first meal in Montreal, conveniently located right next to our hotel in the heart of downtown on a lively street. We didn’t have a reservation but were seated quickly with a two-hour time limit, likely because it gets busier later with live music. The service and food were both excellent. I didn’t love the lamb rack, even though the waiter recommended it—it just wasn’t my thing. But the steak was fantastic and the portion was generous. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a visit!

Walked in with no reservation and was immediately sat! The restaurant itself beautiful, very cozy and it was the perfect place to people watch. My drink was delicious, as were the scallops and filet mignon. Everything was cooked to perfection. My waiter was also extremely attentive, he provided the BEST service. I will definitely be returning my next visit to this gorgeous city!

This restaurant was so cool. Love the ambience with all the flowers and art. Delicious pizza. I don't think this place is meant for kiddos typically but my server was very accommodating for my baby and I during our visit!

It was my first time here with my wife and daughter and we enjoyed an amazing, wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the service (Lallista) was superb and we’re definitely coming back again.

What an amazing all-year round covered rooftop restaurant. Absolutely huge, see pics. A great place for larger groups and gatherings. The food was superb, see pics. My only complaint was they didn't top up our water glasses all night. But that didn't stop me giving it 5 stars.

Giving 2 stars because the lady who took me off of their call list today was very nice.

We sadly had a pretty awful time at Aussie Rules while ringing in the new year for 2025. It was packed as expected, but we were crammed into a very small booth with a couple of strangers who clearly did not want to have to sit with us. We requested to move as the other party made it quite uncomfortable, and the staff moved the other party directly to the front. It was nice to have the tiny booth after that, but it was still odd to feel almost punished for asking.
On top of that, the food wasn't good, the drinks were weak, and the service was slow and we often didn't see our server for an hour or more. The piano players made a joke out of each song rather than trying to perform well.
All in all, it was not the fun experience we hoped for. Sad to say, we won't be returning.

What a neat night out! Thaw staff work hard to make it enjoyable, especially the players, who go non-stop for 4 HOURS! Carbey really is talented, and leads a great trio up there. Will be back, with friends and family!

The food at this place is plain, flavourless, and worse than most cheap pub food. I was shocked and extremely disappointed with the food options and the quality of the food. The service was great and the piano players did a great job of keeping everyone entertained. I would recommend eating somewhere else first but drinking, dancing snd have a great time at this place after.

We went here for our first time for a birthday party and had ourselves a ball, it truly a venue everyone should experience!!
