We had our Ring Ceremony and Jaago on August 25th at Calgary Hellenic Banquet Hall and it was perfect. The hall was beautiful, everyone loved it, and Anastasia made the whole process so easy. She helped us from start to finish and coordinated smoothly with our vendors. Highly recommend!

We have used the Calgary Hellenic Banquet Hall for two wedding receptions for our daughters and I have attended other events there as well. Each experience has always been thrilling. Anastasia is always a pleasure to work with and the hall offers an atmosphere of class, comfort and cleanliness. I definitely recommend it for family or corporate events. You can't go wrong with your choice of the Hellenic!

Rented this hall two times this year for my kid’s birthday parties. Beautiful hall! Spacious and clean! Anastasia, the manager was so pleasant to work with. She was efficient sending information and booking me in. She was very helpful and ensured that all the chairs and tables were set up accordingly. Both parties were a success and all the guests had a wonderful time ! I will definitely be booking parties here again in the near future! Highly recommend this venue !

Wonderful place to have an event! Our swimming club have had a year end event at the Hellenic hall with over 250 attending and it was great experience! Anastasia is amazing to work with. We have access to everything we need, place is neat and everything was organized for us with excellency. We will be back next year 100%

I had our my milestone Birthday Party and Client Appreciation Day on September 5th 2025 at Calgary Hellenic Banquet Hall and it was perfect. I had very high hopes for this venue!!

I received a prompt responses to my initial inquiry and subsequent emails requesting information and confirmation of date availability for planning a 50th wedding anniversary celebration for our parents. Everything was great through to visiting the venue and meeting with Paula and her team. When I was leaving I asked the next steps to pay the deposit and secure the date. I was told to email once I confirmed with my family that we were good to go. I emailed confirmation later that evening (June 8).

It's now July 2, and after multiple emails and phone messages, I have not heard a word back from Paula. Nothing.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement as everything about Four Sisters Farm checked all our boxes for what we were wanting for this special day.

Is it a beautiful space, yes!
Is it reasonably priced compared to other similar venues, yes!
Is the communication from the venue owner good, absolutely not!!! When planning any event no matter the size, good communication with potential and paying customers is KEY!!!

Have had a great experience with Jealous Bridesmaids! I went to three boutiques during my dress shopping experience and it was my favourite. Christine was very helpful and easy to work with and helped me find my dream dress! They have a lot of options and good price points - I was easily able to find something within my budget.

I not only said "yes to the dress" here at Jealous Bridesmaids, but I had a FABULOUS time doing so! It's a comfortable and lovely space they have that has such a great variety and selection of dresses at very reasonable prices! Christine helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole appointment. My bridesmaids and mum also had a great time as we looked at dresses, and danced and did a little "test aisle walk". Super happy with my dress that is also being altered at Jealous Bridesmaids!

They also have some great selections of lovely reception dresses for the brides that want two outfits for their big day!

Thank you Jealous Bridesmaid for making me feel the most beautiful girl in the world. The whole experience was great. My first appointment, I tend to be a very indecisive person and there was one dress I really love but didn’t feel ready to say yes to the dress. They didn’t push me and said to take time to think about it. Glad I did because the extra time gave me a chance to make sure I was making the right decision. So for my next appointment, I fell in love with the dress all over again and was I knew it was the one. I just had my wedding August 30, 2024. So many guests complimenting me on my dress and asked where I got it and was proud to say it was from jealous bridesmaid. Thank you Natalie and Charmaine for helping me find my dream dress 💕 👰🏻‍

Note: For alternations, make sure you are able to step backwards without tripping with the dress bustle done up. I didn't do that and noticed it was bit difficult to do my choregraphed first dance due to stepping on the inside of the wedding train. So make sure your bustle is high up enough so that you are not tripping on the back of your dress while dancing.

A wonderful west-end location for wedding/evening dress shopping that offers alterations. Friendly staff members and service were great!

The front door does not do justice to the vast inventory available downstairs at Jealous Bridesmaids! There is so much to see and browse through with several areas of wedding dresses, evening gowns and an accessory section as well. Appointments were seamless as they have a system in place to give automatic notifications to remind brides/guests of their upcoming appointment and protocols to follow.

Alterations were very effortless as well. A staff member will ask when your wedding is and work backwards to ensure your dress is completed in time. You'll be required to come in for two fittings and one final pickup day. The first fitting is to pin up areas and get an estimate for the alteration. The second fitting is to make sure lengths are good and revise if necessary. The third and last fitting is to ensure nothing else is wrong and that your dress is good to go! If you are an external client (not their dress), they will require you to pay in cash.

Emily and Charmaine were two of the most amazing people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They gave me the chance to share my dress options with my dad by allowing me to take the dresses home and try them on. I wanted to deeply and sincerely thank the both of them for helping me find my perfect dress. You both were absolutely amazing. I felt right at home with you two and was so comfortable. I also wanted to thank the seamstress who made sure everything fit perfectly and looked amazing.

The old church architecture creates such a unique and serene atmosphere and intricate details. A blend of the classic aesthetic with modern salon amenities is perfection.

Booking this venue for our wedding was the best decision we ever made. We’ve seen weddings at many locations in Montreal and surrounding areas including la Maison Principale, the Ritz, Sugar Shacks and others. We took a gamble by booking the Salon as we had never seen a wedding there, but that was a bit of the appeal. We wanted something special and unique. In order of priority for us, here are our highlights.

Where to begin with the food! Be it the cocktail period, the main dish or the dessert table, everything was phenomenal. Quality AND quantity were amazing (and I have Egyptian parents who won’t shy away from complaining about food)! We never had a fish option at a wedding with so much richness that it held itself against the filet mignon in terms of quality and flavour (we served the Miso Cod). On top of all that, we had many guests with severe allergies and they all came to tell us how this was one of the first weddings where they didn’t get an allergic reaction proving the quality and organization of their kitchen.

Talking about organization, Danielle (the venue’s owner) and Emilie (the included wedding planner) were both amazing at giving us the guidance we needed to make our day perfect specifically for us. Danielle was mostly there in the big picture planning and Emilie on the week/day of. Because the day of the wedding is so important, Emilie was the highlight. No need for another wedding planner, she’s the real deal. Organizing the timing of the ceremony (which we did on site), moving things along, coordinating with the vendors, remembering little details, fixing bumps in the road and going out of her way to get someone to pick up our midnight meal from McDonalds, she did it all with the utmost skill! We couldn’t tell her thank you enough!

Last point to highlight, which initially wasn’t so important, but was highlighted by so many of our guest was the lights and sound in the hall. The lighting changed throughout the night and was always beautifully adjusted to set the right mood. The stereo system was never too loud to make you feel uncomfortable, but was heard all across the room. The speeches were so crisp that recordings of it on iPhones were perfectly understood (something rarely seen). Our DJ hooked up to their system and the rest was easy.

I could go on, but really I’m not including negative points as my wife and I couldn’t think of any! This was truly a magical day made extra special by the amount of quality work that The Salon Richmond team put into it. Thank you to everyone!!

I would highly recommend this hall for any event. Le Salon Richmond is breathtaking. The lighting, sound & overall ambiance are among the best I've seen in Montreal. It's also a nice feature that the lighting is adjustable throughout the event. I was hired independently to film a corporate event and I witnessed the guests visibly enjoying themselves. Their team felt professional & I also felt that the staff was present for the guests' needs. The bar service was in demand all night and they delivered. Also has a nice stage. Great building for a wedding.

Beautiful old church that will have you feeling like you entered a party in Blade. Spacious place to host private events like company parties.

This space is so beautiful, peaceful and the sound, accoustics travel well throughout the space. I really enjoyed my experience here and am looking forward to returning. I would definitely consider renting the space for a big event.

This was a very nice museum, but definitely overshadowed by Heritage Park.

There was a great number of historic artifacts in the museum, and the front terraced lawn is very beautiful.

We liked this place, especially interiors, which is so beautiful with antique furniture telling the stories of how people were living back then there is also a history of the Logheed family. I was really inspired by her wife personality. Great venue for small event or date night.

I love this museum. I really have a good time knowing about the history of Alberta. I went there during Christmas, however the staff said depending of the season they change the decoration. The museum has a small vintage shop where you can get some sourvenirs

Constructed in 1891, this grand sandstone mansion was originally the residence of Senator James Alexander Lougheed and his wife, Isabella Clarke Hardisty Lougheed. The house stands as a testament to Calgary's rich history and architectural heritage.

I did my baby shower in Luluthia Party Room and everything was great from start to finish! It was easy to communicate with Effie, and she did most of the organizing so I had nothing to worry about. I just sent her some inspiration of what I want and I told her my expectations, and she did everything I expected and even went beyond! The decor was BEAUTIFUL, the service was excellent and the organizing was all done well. I brought my own food and she took care of all the presentation, setting up the table, the decor, and she had one staff available throughout the entire event. I highly recommend this venue for small events, I will definitely go back for more events of mine!

We feel incredibly lucky and honoured to have celebrated our wedding this past Saturday at the beautiful Palais Royale. We booked our date nearly two years in advance, after touring the venue with Christine. We left that appointment feeling something truly special and knew that this was where we wanted to get married.

Throughout the two years of planning, Christine was an absolute dream to work with. She responded quickly to any questions we had, offered suggestions and advice, and consistently kept both of us excited about the entire experience. We never second guessed our decision. Each time we visited the venue for a meeting, tasting, or walkthrough, our excitement only grew.

On the wedding day, the service from the entire team was exceptional. We were genuinely blown away by every single staff member. Many of our guests told us it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended, thanks to the five star food and outstanding service. Even now, we still feel like we’re floating on a cloud.

It’s rare to find a venue that is not only breathtaking but also full of heart. A place that offers incredible service, manages a wedding of over 200 guests with ease, and serves delicious meals to everyone.

We had our wedding in summer 2025 and we could not be happier with our decision with Palais Royale as our venue. From the beginning of the planning process to the end of the wedding day celebration, the service provided by Palais Royale was incredible. Their team, led by our in-house coordinator April Chu, worked with us to bring our vision to life. For example, we wanted an Asian-fusion menu for dinner that wasn't part of their standard offering and the head chef personally sat with us to work through a variety of meal options without any upcharges.

Throughout the process, April was in consistent communication with us. She made sure we were informed of key decisions and deadlines in a timely manner. She offered input and advice based on her experience that proved to be very valuable. On the day of the wedding, the entire Palais Team made us feel confident that everything was going to be executed flawlessly.

The Palais Royale is truly a stunning venue, and we chose to do everything on our wedding day there - getting ready, wedding party photos, ceremony, and reception. We decided on this as there were so many picturesque spots at not just the venue, but the surrounding area as well.

We are so happy with how everything turned out. Our guests had so many compliments on the service they received from the staff, as well as how beautiful venue was. The Palais Royale team are true professionals and really take great care in the way they treat their clients.

From the moment we toured Palais Royale, we knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding. The courtyard patio, with its breathtaking views of the Toronto skyline and Mimico area, created the most serene and romantic atmosphere. The twinkling bistro lights were especially magical and made the space feel enchanting.

We began the wedding planning process with April Chu, who has absolutely phenomenal. She was incredibly detail-oriented and organized, guiding us through each stage of the planning process and keeping us on track with important deadlines. Because of her support, everything came together seamlessly and our wedding day went perfectly without a single issue. The AV team was also amazing and worked flawlessly with our live band.

Our guests were amazed, many saying it felt like a destination wedding with the water views and reflections of the city skyline. It was truly the happiest day of our lives, and Palais Royale made it unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend this venue more highly!

This restaurant was so cool. Love the ambience with all the flowers and art. Delicious pizza. I don't think this place is meant for kiddos typically but my server was very accommodating for my baby and I during our visit!

Had a fantastic time at YYC Rooftop! The views were amazing, and the vibe was perfect for a lunch out. Abby was our server and she was absolutely great — super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for good drinks, great atmosphere, and top-notch service!

It was my first time here with my wife and daughter and we enjoyed an amazing, wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the service (Lallista) was superb and we’re definitely coming back again.

What an amazing all-year round covered rooftop restaurant. Absolutely huge, see pics. A great place for larger groups and gatherings. The food was superb, see pics. My only complaint was they didn't top up our water glasses all night. But that didn't stop me giving it 5 stars.

I had the pleasure of attending the 40th Anniversary Gala of the 2025 Miss Chinese Montreal Pageant at Le Windsor Ballrooms, and the entire evening felt like a fairytale.
From the moment I walked through the Peacock Alley, I was teleported into a world of elegance. The towering ceilings, rows of glittering crystal chandeliers, and the historic fireplace made the space feel grand and luxurious. It’s the kind of place that immediately impresses you and sets the tone for a memorable night.

The event was held in the Salon Windsor, and I was blown away by the room’s beauty. The tall gilded ceilings, mirrored French doors, and ornate chandeliers gave the entire evening a regal touch. It felt like I was at a royal ball!!

One of the highlights of the night was meeting Cathy Leung-Rosnuk, Miss Chinese Montreal 1987, and her daughter Tyra Rosnuk, Miss Chinese Montreal 2021. They were both so friendly and charming. It was my first time meeting pageants in person, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to such a glamorous world. The experience of attending this event and seeing these incredible women was amazing.

Le Windsor Ballrooms exceeded all expectations. The venue, the atmosphere, and the overall vibe of the night were truly unforgettable. I had a wonderful time.☺️

If you are looking for a unique and fabulous experience for an event in Montreal, the Windsor Ballrooms is a perfect venue! We host our annual gala and all of our guests have had a magical experience: the beauty of the venue, the quality of the services and the food. We love the all-inclusive concept: the venue has everything on site and made it very easy for us. A big thank you to Leilani, the event coordinator, who made us feel like stars and enjoy our evening. We look forward to coming back for more events!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a pretty good overall experience. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the room was clean with all the basic necessities provided. The bed was comfortable, which made for a restful stay.

We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub — a nice bonus! The hot breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The hospitality team was very friendly and welcoming. We especially had some great interactions with Rose, Rodel, and Val — they really added a personal touch to our stay.

Great value for the price. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Customer service was excellent! Despite a very busy weekend, the front desk ladies went out of their way to accommodate us. Hotel was welcoming, friendly staff, free breakfast was great & very well stocked. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Will definitely be staying again the next time I am in the area

The staff was very accommodating with requests from our young family. Bonnie was able to confirm a room near the banquet room that allowed me and my wife to utilize our baby monitor while our little one slept, which kept us enjoying the event a little later into the evening. The breakfast in the morning after was also very good, much better than most continental breakfasts at similar hotels. Thank you!

We always stay here when driving from B.C. to my parents in Saskatchewan. It's clean, rooms are well appointed, the pool area is fab and the breakfast is plentiful...coffee is also delicious. This last time, we had a wonderful person check us in, he was accommodating, went beyond with customer service and gave us a 10 percent discount for our one night stay. Thank you. This place is great. In a former church. Cool exposed stone and brick interior. Fantastic food. Local craft beer. Very friendly staff.

We had our wedding at allsaints a few weeks ago and it was a truly magical experience! We booked very far in advance and they were always responsive to our emails and in helping us plan. Tianna was absolutely amazing to work with - she checked in with us multiple times the day of and truly made us feel cared about. The food and drinks were also phenomenal with multiple family members taking fresh bread home. Thank you again for the wonderful experience!

We had our wedding at allsaints in May of 2025. It was a fantastic experience. Tiana and the rest of the staff worked diligently and were very supportive to ensure the day went well. Everything was so easy with them. The guests loved the food and the comfortable space. Thank you!

Overall wedding experience was good at All Saints. It is a beautiful venue, that we were able to decorate ourselves the night before (downside was we only knew we could till a few days before the wedding).
However, there are many things that were negative. Communication with the staff was poor, due to having to wait almost a month for responses to emails. Also we were changed several times who our primary contact was.
On the day off my guests had complaints about coffee not being refilled, their drinks being taken away from the table and a very long wait in between the first and second course.

I hosted my sister's bridal shower in the Chapel last week and it was phenomenal!! From the food, to the aesthetic, to the service - everything was perfect. The planning process was very smooth and I was able to do everything from a distance (over the phone and via email). I would highly recommend booking your small, intimate events at allsaints events space!!!

Interesting place. Long narrow structure with another space upstairs. Outside is family friendly with green spaces, playground, and a friendly guy selling hot dogs.

Fantastic sense of community, easy acces. Nice mix of dwellings and population age. And they have Little Super Dangerous play on occasion!

Vibrant community with lots of events and options for adults and kids. The market thats happens at the assiciation on Thursdays is super nice with great options.

I had a wonderful experience with Château Nadia. The boutique itself is elegant and offers an extensive selection of stunning wedding dresses to suit every style and taste. Nadia is truly exceptional—her warmth, professionalism, and passion for what she does are immediately felt the moment you walk in.

Due to time constraints, I wasn’t able to place a custom order and instead chose a gown that required significant alterations. The team handled everything with care and precision. They were highly responsive, incredibly detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exactly what I envisioned.

A special mention to Clara, the Italian seamstress, whose expertise and eye for design made all the difference. She instinctively knew what adjustments would best complement my silhouette and ensured the dress fit beautifully.

Overall, an excellent experience with a dedicated team who genuinely care. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience finding my wedding dress at Château Nadia. The staff was friendly and helpful. The saleswoman who assisted me made beautiful dress suggestions that I didn't expect, one of which ended up being THE one. Nadia and her team helped us work around our budget and made the whole experience a dream come true! Thank you!

Terrible experience at Chateau Nadia. They were running late which was fine, I was happy to wait until I had the salesperson’s full attention. When the girl finally started serving me, she was still finishing up with another client. She was very rude and dismissive. I felt like I was a bother and like she didn’t want to serve me. She also kept complaining about her feet and how they were hurting her. I fount this very unprofessional. Eventually, another girl came to help. At this point, i was unhappy and not enjoying my experience so we walked out. Very disappointed in this store and their employees.

My wife and I honestly felt super comfortable as soon as we walked into this shop! The staff were super nice and accommodating and knew exactly how to treat a Bride to be! Super patient and professional! Highly recommended and reasonable prices too!

Extremely disappointing experience. I really wish I had read the reviews before booking.

From the start, the consultant was rude and dismissive. She kept insisting I try on certain dress styles, even after I clearly said I wasn’t interested in them. When I mentioned my budget was around $2,500, she made a face and said she doubted there was anything in the store for that price, which was both unprofessional and unnecessary.

I also asked if my mom could help me look through dresses, and the consultant responded with, “I’m the consultant, I don’t want other people’s opinions, it’ll make my job harder.” That completely killed the moment.
The dresses I tried smelled like body odour.. which was gross honestly. I feel like the bare minimum would be to have clean dresses..
At the end, we discussed fabric options for a dress, she mentioned having samples but wouldn’t explain them further because, according to her, “it was too complicated and we wouldn’t understand”

Trying on wedding dresses is supposed to be a joyful, memorable moment, something you share with loved ones. Instead, this felt, cold, and condescending. Not at all the experience I had hoped for.

I have been here three times. One time for brunch and two other at night to party. It’s always a beautiful, amazing experience. Despite being the same place they always manage to have something new happening that makes your experience unique. The decoration is beautiful, the staff is amazing, so friendly, so welcoming. The music is always good! Can’t wait to go back again to be surprised one more time.

The appetizers that were ordered were the : bang bang crispy shrimp, charred cauliflower & the truffle honey burrata and everything was amazing !! The raspberry mojito was also very good.

As my main, I got the truffle mac & cheese and it was top notch perfect.

The service is also super fast & the waiters are so accommodating and sweet!

Such a good restaurant for groups, I totally recommend!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jardin Azul and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Our server made excellent recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Now the food — simply amazing. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were fresh, and the attention to detail was clear in every bite.

My friend and I came here at the very last minute as we aborted our plans to go to the Old Port (due to terrible traffic). There was a parking lot across the street but beware it’s 24/7 and 2h will cost you $12. Jardin Azul immediately gave me Tulum vibes (I visited in March 2022) with its high bamboo looking walls to enter. The restaurant has high ceilings, is beautifully decorated and plays good music. Of course all the staff is gorgeous but they were also very nice. I would just recommend they dim the lights a bit more but the skylight adds to the experience of feeling outside but being covered.

We were very pleasantly surprised by how tasty the food was! The cocktails will run you over $22 each (which I find insane personally that this is the norm now, but not just them). At least my friend’s margarita was very strong & tasty! I just went for white wine, which was good too.

The watermelon feta salad was sooo good. The pistachio really elevated the flavour. We got the Caesar salad, creatively served in a crouton bowl and the truffle Mac and cheese, which was super delicious. We ordered cheesecake but by the time we got it we didn’t really want it anymore and it seemed like it was just a regular piece of NY style cheesecake. Only one dessert on the menu but I guess the crowd isn’t really going for that!

All in all, great experience. Would go back

This place caught me off guard! I am not a friend of the owners or staff, this is a completely unbiased review.
I went in with average expectations, assuming they would emphasize atmosphere and crowd over quality of food.

We ordered every single app on the menu and one main, we loved all of them except for the roasted cauliflower which was wet in texture and did not match the rest of the dishes in quality.
The prices were reasonable for both food and alcohol for what you got in return.
The staff was extremely friendly and on the ball, we all left happy with our experience and would go back.
Don’t think I’d stay past 10/1030pm

This charming place offers lunch and snacks (I highly recommend the cinnamon buns!). Kim started slaving away in her home kitchen to bring her home cooked deliciousness to catered events. As the business grew into favorable love, she expanded to this cafe... where you can stop by for lunch or a snack without an invite to her home :). Friendly people, wholesome food!

The fish and chips was pretty good I enjoyed my meal although I wish the fish was haddock and not pollock. For the price you pay best bang for your buck in Strathmore.

Excellent breakfast for only $6.99, including coffee (and all the cream you want.) The eggs are always perfect no matter which way I asked them to be cooked. The Cook came out to ask customers how they enjoyed their meal. Awesome place!

Great food at a reasonable price. Service is great. Part of our order got lost in the shuffle on a very busy evening (not a free seat in the place). Didn't complain, they picked up on it right away. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes or so, no big deal. Tried to pay, they comped the whole bill, and gave us pie!!! They had me at free home made pie!!! Have been there a dozen times at least, that was the only hiccup to speak of. Breakfast special every day until 11. $6 or $7 for a full breakfast. Just as fast as the McDicks here and 100 times the quality for breakfast. Can't go wrong!!!

This place is now called PJ,S. We had a family outing 4 adults and 2 children. Food was fantastic, big portions, tasty and it was presented well. Our waitress was very attentive, and frequently came back to make sure our needs were met. All entrees came with either soup or salad and at the end a piece of soooooo good pie all for under $15. Kids eat free after 4 so our total bill was under $65. This was our first time here but will most certainly not be our last. 5 stars for sure. And the owner/chef e cdn came and talked to us. Fantastic

Came here for a wedding last weekend and the venue was absolutely gorgeous. Tight, intimate space with a large dance floor. 100% recommend. The drive up to it on the race track was also a very cool experience.

One of the Best event venue in the heart of Montreal.

We just had our wedding this past weekend and all we can say is WOW. This venue is one of the most gorgeous in all of Montreal, from the lighting, to the indoor design, to the architecture and of course, the garden. We have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about our experience with the rental managers. All of our guests were blown away by the atmosphere. If you are considering this place as a rental for an event - do it. We will remember our special day for a lifetime, and it happened flawlessly. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

There's a reason why this is one of the most sought after wedding venues in Montreal. It's so gorgeous, the setting is incredible - you feel like you're out in the country but through the trees you have this breathtaking view of the city. Parc Jean-Drapeau's staff are very attentive and helpful. It's well worth the cost to rent this space. It's unreal to think how many hundreds of thousands of people likely dined in that room during Expo 67, how many millions passed through the Canadian Pavilion, how many millions more walked around the site. It makes whatever event feel like a part of history. The Inuit art was striking and engaging too, and it created this remarkable contrast with the high modernism of the space which was 'linked' by the interior wood floors and finishings, and complemented by the natural settings outside. Old, new, antique, modern, rustic, urban - and all at the same time and in harmoney with one another. What could be more Montreal, Quebecois, and Canadian than that?

Horrible service and, more importantly, both parking attendents and their manager utterly lacking in empathy. Attended an event here and we had a guest in the party whose electric car needed a charge since nearest charger in the Casino was out of service and after driving around looking for charger they only had enough charge to drive 5 km. La Toundra refused to allow him to charge the car so it would not require a tow while being a guest at the event and told him that the charger is for employees only even though no employee was charging 10 pm two charger spots. And this was for a paying customer. At the end, this poor individual had his car towed as their battery ran out, their while two kids screamed in their baby seats, which lay on the side of the road while they waited for their cab at 10 pm. Quebec hospitality at its best.

When I walked by the building I was curious about it. I wished to see inside. Thanks to Harry Potter Yule Bal Celebration event, I had the opportunity to go in and it was beautifully decorated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Came here for a Cheese and Wine party. Great a d exceptionnal venue with a big open space and 2 floors (bars were on both floor and tables on the side were available for food). As a guest, I enjoyed myself, it was a cool experience.

We just went to the Harry Potter Ball and they hosted it here. The whole thing was amazing. It's a good venue. It used to be a church which they converted into a venue, and as someone who checks out venues for future clients to host parties or even weddings. This is a massive recommend venue! The 2 pictures are just a small glimpse of the size. To fully stand there you'd be surprised and the size. The place is huge and very beautiful. There is upstairs, downstairs and you can make great use out of the place.

Just came back from a wedding here. Great reception hall. Comes with an elevator to take you from the balcony to the main to the basement. Mirrors on the balcony are definitely helpful.

Spent New Years 2017 (going onto 2018) in this venue and the event was fantastic, one to remember for years. The dancefloor was spacious, there were two bars, we were in VIP and there was tons of bottle service. Disclaimer: photo is not great quality as it was a boomerang. The balloons dropped at midnight, the DJ played great music and there was a big projector screen with the countdown. Security was quick, and we actually tossed our coats into a cupboard by the bar to avoid the coat check line and made it in time for the balloon drop and countdown. What an absolutely unique experience, partying in a church venue

She was a little last minute on searching for a dress and they went beyond to make sure she got her dress on time for my wedding. She looked absolutely beautiful on my wedding day! I can’t shake off the feeling that I was extremely ripped off at this store. Sadly, I found the perfect dress here but it was overly priced and I was lied to.
When trying on dresses, they help you make them closer to your size and tell you “oh, but if you like this dress, we can order it on your size” LIES - you don’t get a dress your size nor a new one- just the one who knows how many people have tried before. I think they trick you into getting a dress even if it’s not your size just so you pay a lot using their seamstress to adjust it (which I won’t be doing, I found one of my own).
The manager also is very quick to judge you for your budget. I said I wanted a specific style of dress and what my budget was and her first comment was “you have expensive taste. You won’t find a dress like that in your budget”, then, why am I even here?
Also, BEWARE, they write the price tags BY HAND. I saw how my price tag was at 2.6k and by the time I agreed to get the dress and was doing the paperwork, the tag had been very obviously manipulated to say 2.8k.
I honestly regret getting my dress from them because I feel I was taken advantage of. It’s sad that the dress I loved was from this store.
I recommend you go with a much lower price range than your actual one because they pressure you to buy on your first visit because they offer a discount “only on the first visit”. Since it seems their prices are made up, they help you reach your budget so that you buy with them: LOWBALL THEM!! And maybe you wont get ripped off like I was :)

We had a wonderful experience here buying the Mother of the Bride dress, Sara was so helpful and accommodating, she let us try on as many dresses as we needed to to find the perfect one, she made the whole experience feel special and stress free! Highly recommend coming here for your mother of the bride dress! Besides the great customer services there is a huge selection, with a lot of new models. Also a special shout out to Fatima, who was just as kind and helpful!

- I wouldn't recommend this as a first place to try dresses if you're unsure of what you want, can get stressful as there's a lot of dresses to try & to choose from
- You get a first time visit discount, so that adds pressure to the decision if you're only going there to shop around

I didn't end up getting my dress from there, but I would only recommend it not as the first shop you visit, only go there if you kind of know what you want

This women knows her stuff. I am a heavier woman and within 15 minutes she had me in dresses that fit. I am the mother of the groom. I would recommend this boutique to anyone. Alot to choose from including wedding dresses so glad I found this place

The event venue is a hidden gem. On the outside it's unimpressive. The inside decor and atmosphere are impressive, however!
It's small compared to other venues, so it can fill up very quickly. The service was exquisite, and the staff very professional.
My only suggestion is let the guests know that there is more room for waiting upstairs.

I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at Maison Principale on Saturday, May 17, and I can’t say enough good things about this venue. It’s absolutely beautiful—every corner offers a perfect backdrop for photos, from the elegant interiors to the thoughtful architectural details.

The space was spotless and so well maintained, which makes a huge difference on a fast-paced wedding day. I also want to highlight how lovely it was to work with Natasha—she was so accommodating and kind, and even welcomed me to visit the venue ahead of the wedding to get familiar with the space. That extra step helped everything run even more smoothly on the big day.

The entire team at Maison Principale was professional, attentive, and truly dedicated to creating a seamless experience for everyone involved. I’m already looking forward to the next event there!
