A little late in writing this, as my husband and I wanted to take the time to find the right words to describe our incredible experience with Bean Town.

We were married here on August 25th, 2024, and our wedding day was everything we had hoped for—and more. From start to finish, the team at Bean Town made it all possible.

From the moment we began planning, the coordination with the Bean Town team was seamless. Caroline was absolutely amazing—patient, attentive, and always ready to answer our questions. Geneviève was so kind and understanding, bringing a calming presence on the wedding day. Meagan was also wonderful to work with, helping with planning and coordinating all the last-minute details. Before leaving, she even stopped by to check in with us personally to see if we needed anything before she left.

The bartenders were friendly, quick, and professional, and the chef even came to greet us during the cocktail hour, shared that he had been married at Bean Town himself, congratulated us, and brought us a drink—it was so sweet. Every member of the staff was incredibly attentive, making us feel cared for in every moment.

The entire team exceeded our expectations. Every detail was flawlessly executed, even the smallest details were anticipated. Because of them, we experienced a completely stress-free wedding day and were able to remain fully present in every moment.

The venue itself is breathtaking, but it was the people & staff who truly made the experience extraordinary.

Many of our family and friends told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended (even compared to their own!). Several even joked that they’d get married all over again just to do it at Bean Town.

We cannot thank the entire Bean Town team enough. Our wedding day was an absolute dream—one we still spend hours reminiscing about—and it’s all thanks to Bean Town Ranch & their team. 🤍

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our special day. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. The space was absolutely stunning: beautifully maintained, elegant, and full of charm. Every corner was photo-worthy, and the atmosphere felt both romantic and inviting.

The team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, from the ceremony to the last dance. They were organized, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making our wedding unforgettable. Our guests were blown away by the setting and are still raving about how gorgeous everything was!

My biggest stress throughout the day was the temperature. Unfortunately, on our wedding day, it was a rainy day, but with the positivity of the staff and the different options for ceremony, it did not feel like a rainy day! Rain or shine, Bean Town will make your guests and the newly weds feel comfortable!

As for Alisa, one of the wedding coordinators, she was by our side throughout the entire day! She helped with holding my drinks, holding my dress and staying on schedule with photos! It was amazing having her by our side.

Caro, also one of the wedding coordinators, was there to answer all my questions- and I had a lot of them! Truthfully thankful for those fast responses!

Genevieve, the owner, was our wedding officiant. I highly recommend having her as your officiant! It was honestly a one of a kind ceremony! She is full of passion, energy and the ceremony was quite unique!

Thank you for helping bring our vision to life and making our wedding day magical. We will forever be grateful! Our guests are still talking about it! We cannot stop thinking about this day and how we wished weddings were a two day celebration!❤️

Words can honestly not express how incredible this entire team and venue is. My husband and I were married here two weeks ago and we are still glowing from the amazing day we had.

Every single guest has told us they LOVED the day - that the venue was beautiful (which it is), the food was excellent, and that it was one of the best weddings they had been to.

We had our wedding on a Friday and so were lucky to be able to rent the Casa Mila and Casa Lucas houses for an extra night on the Thursday evening (note that this is only possible for Friday weddings) and I would 10/10 recommend this. I was able to have my hair and makeup vendors come out to the venue and get ready with my bridal party on site which made the morning SO much more relaxing. The Casa's are beautiful and we managed to have 16 guests (family and bridal party) stay there with us on the Thursday and Friday nights which made the experience feel even more special. Everyone was so impressed by the amenities and how spacious the houses were.

On our wedding day the entire team was flawless. The on-site day of co-ordinators set up the entire venue perfectly and had honestly thought of everything. Their organization and efficiency was so impressive and it really made the day so much more enjoyable and stress-free for all of us.

We used Genevieve as our officiant and she was amazing. Warm and kind and so professional. We loved the way she stood in the aisle so that our photographer could get photos of us on our own. Many of our guests commented that they enjoyed her delivery of the ceremony and we were so pleased.

Honestly, I could go on and on about how amazing the day was and all the things this team did for us. But really the crux of it is that we would wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend them as a wedding venue. Go for a tour and you'll see why for yourself!

We had such an incredible day at BeanTown and the entire staff were absolutely phenomenal. Absolutely every guest had an amazing time with spectacular reviews from the beauty of the location itself, the kindness of the staff, and the quality of the food. There were multiple surprises and little touches day of provided by the venue that we were not aware of making the day that much more special and fun! Getting ready at Casa Lucas was also so convenient, with a pathway out back leading right to the venue. Side note - comfiest sheets we have ever slept on. If we had to do it all again we would book this venue in a heartbeat, especially given how dog friendly the venue is and the fact the owners are allies in our love for Nickelback ;) Thank you to Guy, Genevieve, and the entire staff!

My wife and I recently had our wedding at Bean Town, and it’s truly impossible to put into words how incredible the entire experience was. From start to finish, the Bean Town team was exceptionally organized, thoughtful, and attentive to every detail. Everything was executed to absolute perfection.

Belmont Banquet has truly become our go-to place for special occasions. This wasn’t our first function here, and it certainly won’t be our last. Paul has a way of making every visit feel so personal, welcoming, and effortless. His attention to detail and genuine care make the experience stand out, while the affordability makes it even better.

The service is consistently top notch, and the staff’s friendliness adds to the warm atmosphere every single time. We’ve stopped looking at other venues because Belmont simply checks all the boxes — exceptional service, great value, and a team that makes you feel at home. Highly recommend!

We hosted our 2 main wedding events at Belmont Event Space and we couldn't be happier! From the first meeting with Paul, we knew we were in good hands. We didn't want a typical banquet hall, we wanted to create an intimate experience for our guests and Belmont easily fit our 160 guests.

They actually renovated and upgraded the space in between the time that we booked and our events and the space is very clean and modern. The dance floor is a beautiful light grey colour and they have a giant flower wall for photos. We added on a green wall with wisteria flowers near the entrance and our guests loved the multiple photobooth options.

I was having a hard time finding a reasonably priced and colourful mandap decor company, but Paul connected me with their go-to decorator Mandy and she was AMAZING. We got so many compliments on our mandap and stage decor, and the photos came out so beautiful.

The staff set up the venue for our ceremony (which started at 6 p.m.) and within 45 minutes, they switched it over for dinner which began at 8 p.m. They were all so kind and helpful, especially our bartender that all the guests loved!

I was worried about the parking vouchers and our guests trying to park but there's a sign near the entrance with parking details and none of our guests had issues.

Paul was the most easy-going event space manager I've worked with, and I used to host events as a business. He worked within our budget, allowed us to bring in our own food as my husband and I are 2 different cultures (we only had to pay a bit for his staff to set it up) and answered all my ongoing questions. On the day of the events he was quite busy but his staff was always there if we needed any help with the speakers, lighting, more water, etc.

We also really appreciated that this venue has it's own speakers and lighting and there's no extra AV/lighting charge. Everything was communicated transparently.

We stayed in the Delta hotel for one of the nights and it was the perfect getting ready spot and easy to get to/from the venue.

We loved the location of this space as most of our family and friends are in Mississauga and Toronto, and it's a private space so you don't have to worry about other events in neighbouring rooms at the same time as yours.

Overall, we would highly recommend Belmont Event Space to anyone hosting a wedding, conference or other event. We had our dream wedding events thanks to Paul and his team!

Spectacular is the minimum you can say about this place. From the first impression of the exterior of the unique and charming restaurant to the minute you depart you know one thing, You're coming Back! The service is exceptional, never for one minute do you want for anything. Me and my wife were on vacation and ended our trip in Calgary and I decided we would try this restaurant based on their reviews. I expected a nice evening, but what we got was great ambiance, great food, large portions, expert presentation, great value, first class service and a new place to come every time we are in town. The Bow Valley Ranche is a must for anyone wanting to try Calgary's finest! A+! Btw: special thanks to Oskar for the best service in town!

Reserved a table for lunch and had a remarkable time. The restaurant was courteous and prompt with their staff being very attentive and kind.

Leading into wonderful food with a gorgeous view both in and around the wonderfully maintained historically significant building to the area.

We chose to be seated inside and the decor and atmosphere was both calm and quiet.

Now the food itself was also spectacular with rich flavours without any overbearing saltiness or any greasiness at all. The whole experience was great and the course was actually quite filling on top of it all!
This goes for all 4-5 dishes between my wife and I.

Took a nice walk to digest the food and enjoy the scenery with a quick trip through the native gardens leading to Annie’s cafe which in itself was a great lead up to a pleasant walk.

Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to start their morning off in Fish creek with pleasant food and mood.

Will be a staple for any future visits to Calgary

Absolutely adore this place! I took my husband here for his birthday a few months ago, and it was such a wonderful experience. The food, service, and atmosphere were simply amazing! I had the beef tenderloin, and I seriously have been thinking about it in my dreams. It is such a beautiful, historical building, making the ambience just impeccable. My husband and I were super full after our dinner, and we decided on not having a desert, and they even took the liberty of surprising us with a little plate of cakes! It was so sweet! My husband booked us our next visit for my birthday, which I’m counting down the days for! Thanks again for such a nice dining experience. We can’t wait to come back soon, and are looking forward to seeing the space in autumn.

We ordered the weekday lunch special. The salad dressing was amazing. For the second main dish, I chose the pork — it looked delicious, but unfortunately, it lacked flavor. There was some sauce on top, but it wasn’t enough. We asked the server for extra sauce, but he didn’t bring it. I didn’t want to eat my food cold, so we ended up asking for salt and pepper instead.

The dessert was good.

This restaurant is very popular, and I haven’t seen any other weekday special courses like this one. The price was very reasonable, but I was a little disappointed with the main dish.

The location is perfect — it was a great place for brunch with my best friend.

We went here to celebrate our anniversary, and really happy we did. It is an awesome place, the atmosphere is special and the service was amazing ❤️ We loved the food, the steak was delicious. I recommend this place, we had an amazing time there and would consider going again. We also received two pieces of cake as a compliment, it was unexpected and sweet!

When you step inside even for the first time, you get a sense of welcome and family. Every detail is taken care of to the tee. Service is absolutely impeccable. The food is very good and decor is stunning.
We had our daughter's Confirmation here and would definitely use this venue again.

Buffet Marina was the perfect choice for our wedding reception! From the start, Santo and Alfie were so welcoming and professional. The food was amazing and plentiful, and the staff went above and beyond for us and our guests all night. Huge thanks to Connie for making the hall look beautiful, even with limited setup time.

If you want a perfect wedding, you don’t need to look further! Buffet Marina was amazing, from the food to the service, everything was perfection! We couldn’t have wished for anything more and Santo made it all possible. We truly felt blessed to have dealt with him for our wedding!

This place is amazing to host your event. They serve many good foods. They offer all you can eat and all you can drink. The entrance is exceptional. It really give a nice vibe when you enter the building. Recommended for weddings or even graduate ceremony.

We attended a wedding at the Calgary Italian Cultural Centre last night and had an amazing experience. The service was top notch, especially Frank — he was very helpful, attentive, and truly a great guy. The food was absolutely delicious, making the evening even more memorable. Highly recommend this venue for any special event!

Awesome Italian dishes, great service. Our group is often 15 to 20 people. They handle that easily, even when it is near capacity with other diners.

La Cantina is tradtional with it's food and just as welcoming as any Nonna would be having you at her table. Nice variety of food and wine selection. Feels like home (without the plastic on the couch). One of our favourite go-to's.

We attended a beautiful event at the Calgary Italian Cultural Centre recently. The food was delicious and very generous in portions. You will not leave hungry!

There is a coat check available. But the parking can be the pits! There is parking right next to the building itself (get there EARLY if you want those spots) and also a parking lot right across the street. Both were filled by the time we arrived so we sought out street parking.

Very good service to host a wedding or a business event. The food is excellent, the facility is a bit outdated but on schedule to be modernized next year. Highly recommended!

I am so glad I chose Canvas to celebrate my wedding ceremony and reception . Best decision ever. The place is just so beautiful, intimate and rustic. The menu was the best everyone loved it. So delicious. We loved working with Mike and his team. They are the best. Very professional. Mike we love you. Thank you for everything. If we could we would give 100 stars.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Canvas in October 2024 and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Beautiful space located near the canal, which was great for pictures. Food was very good, highly recommend any of the delicious canapés! We loved the unique bring your own alcohol option and the bartender John was awesome throughout the night. Can't say enough about how accommodating and caring Mike and his entire staff were throughout the evening and planning process. Prices are very reasonable and Mike is transparent and clearly outlines everything from the start. Overall we had an amazing time and would highly recommend Canvas!

We had our wedding there last week and it was absolutely amazing. From the food to the staff, everything exceeded our expectations. We received very positive feedback from our guests on the food. The venue is beautiful on its own, very unique. The planning also went smoothly as the manager is experienced and knew to reassure us. Thank you so much!!

My mom and I did a brunch and paint and had an amazing time! The two girls were so helpful, and the painting class was SO approachable! Having both never painted before we were worried but we both left we something we totally love! Can’t wait to do another class.

We just had our wedding ceremony and reception at Canvas Montreal two weeks ago, and we could have not been more satisfied! Mike, he was fantastic at realizing all of our wishes and working together to create a unique space for our wedding! Carmen, John (the bartender) and the two other staff members that day/night were equally fantastic - keeping us and all of our guests happy throughout the entire evening! We cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness, laughter and the way they welcomed us. The space itself is beautiful, I call it a blank canvas. If you are someone who loves to make a space unique and your own, this cozy loft space is Perfect for you! And I should not forget to mention that the food was Delicious! All of our guests were happy to be served hot and tasty meals throughout our reception! We were 100 percent satisfied booking with Canvas for our special day. Not only were booking prices fair, but Mike was incredibly transparent with every single aspect of the space and the services they offer (which many other wedding venues which we researched hide their fees and services - Mike was always 100 percent and on the table). We felt so comfortable with him and his staff that I'm proud to say we would recommend Canvas to anyone as they make you feel comfortable, welcome and at home! Great food, welcoming atmosphere, and fantastic people! 10/10

When I saw everything was perfect, I mean it! The ambiance, the backdrop, the FOOD!!! OMG!!!! I'm a Jamaican who loves to cook, so when I tell you that the curry goat and jerk chicken was amazing, believe me, it was!!! People who came to my wedding couldn't stop talking about the food and just how beautiful the place was! Jey was there the whole time making sure everything ran smoothly.. I was hoping to get more photos from our photographer to show off this amazing venue, but also did not want to wait too long to post this review.

We had our wedding reception at Claireport Banquet Hall recently and words cannot describe how successful this night was. We found Jay during our hunt for a venue and for anyone that has gone through this process, venues and what they include these days have changed dramatically. We went to 5 different places, and none of them came close to including the setup, support and staff that Claireport had to offer. We did not require a decorator for this event (not the same at the other empty looking venues) because their backdrop and stage was their standard included in booking. This also extended to table settings, entrance decorations etc, all included which is a tremendous bonus. Next Jay walked us through all of the decision making for this night and offered and welcomed changes to accommodate us and family needs along the way. We were not able to set up a tasting for the South Asian menu, and it was something that we were worried about initially, but Jay insisted that the food was top quality and met the standards we were expecting. Even two weeks after the event finished, we are still getting incredibly high praises for the food and the way that it was presented. I won’t ruin the surprise, but I can say that this is still one of the most talked about moments in our event!! When Jay says he has a plan and will take care of you, just trust him! We are so thankful so everyone at the hall and can’t thank them enough for making our wedding reception one of the best nights of our lives. Big thank you to the staff, to Naresh, and to Mannat for keeping everything moving the night of and a special thanks to Jay for taking care of us and going the extra mile on every aspect of our special night!

Just had our wedding their this past weekend! Loved the layout of the venue. The manager, Kayla, is incredibly attentive, responsive, and accommodating. We had a lot of unique features to our wedding but Kayla and her staff were able to accommodate them all. The chef and staff are also incredibly kind and talented-- loved the set up our reception and ceremony, and the food was also great and very friendly for guests with allergy. Pricing is also very reasonable and love the location-- very convenient!

We recently had our wedding here! From the initial meeting, all the way to our wedding the Croatian Centre was amazing to work with. Kayla and her team really went above and beyond to make our day extra special. From having very particular requests from certain family members, the Croatian Centre was able to accommodate and make our lives easy. My husband and I could not be more grateful for everything they did for our special day.

We had our wedding reception at the Croatian Canadian Cultural Centre recently and I highly recommend it!! The Centre has beautiful decorations, fantastic food, and the staff was outstanding. Kayla was my main point of contact and she was incredibly helpful, easy to talk to, accommodating, and patient as she helped us sort out everything from decorations to picking out our food for our special day. She was also present the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly! We had a small hiccup the day of our wedding and Kayla was incredibly accommodating. She made planning and day of so easy for me! If you are looking for your venue for your wedding, look no further as this is the perfect place to have your wedding!

On Saturday, August 6th, 2022; Cystal Grand Banquet Hall hosted my wedding reception. I first booked with the banquet hall in November 2021; and ever since, I’ve experienced amazing service. As many know, planning a wedding is very stressful and Crystal Grand made this wedding planning less stressful for my family and I. Below I’ve noted just SOME of the details that made this banquet the best choice for my wedding day.

- Price: Throughout my search within the GTA banquet hall options; Crystal Grand was able to accommodate everything, every other banquet hall had; at a reduced rate. A wedding reception is usually the most expensive step in your wedding budget. Therefore, finding a good rate will help with your other expenses.
- Food/Drinks: Food had to be the most difficult part of my wedding since so many guests had different variations of what they like to eat. Crystal Grand facilitated a custom meal package that everyone was able to enjoy. We had food from every different food group. The open bar was FANTASTIC! Every single one of my guests loved it. The bartenders were professional and classy.
- Staff: The staff treated me as royalty on my special day. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Keren (the event owner), was present at my event to ensure everything went smoothly- I am forever grateful.

Honestly, to write out everything in this review would be asking for a book; because I have so much to say. Many people have regrets and/or things that went wrong on their wedding day. Crystal Grand ensured I could trust them and proved that to be true from booking to the wedding day. My wedding day was perfect all thanks to them. The room was beautiful, the service was amazing, the food was great. I truly wish I could relive my wedding day all over again. I am yet to call them, and thank them again for their wonderful service. My husband and I have been married now for almost 3 years and we still talk about our wedding reception to this day.

I truly didn’t know what my wedding day was going to look like as a young girl dreaming about it; but Crystal Grand made it come to life. Karen, Hanna, Aleksandra, and the entire Crystal Grand team - THANK YOU! We couldn’t have selected a better venue for our wedding! Everything was extremely well organized, the food was plentiful and delicious, and the decor by in-house florist Véronique (Fancy Flora) was executed to perfection! We also went with the venue’s recommended vendor for our wedding cake, Gold Cherry Bakery, and it beyond exceeded our expectations. Prior to dinner being served, our guests also got to enjoy the stunning antipasto buffet - prosciutto being cut right in front of you? Can’t get any fresher than that!

The grand hall has a beautiful chandelier and premier lighting that will make your wedding photos truly stand out. We chose it because of how spacious it was, our 165 guests fit comfortably, but it still provided an intimate feel. Having the head table on the stage gave us a lovely view of our loved ones and was the perfect backdrop for us to soak it all in.

If you are considering booking this venue for an upcoming celebration or special occasion (wedding, baptism, quinceañera, corporate event, etc.), look no further! We highly recommend it and couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. Our wedding day was absolutely magical and perfect. ✨🤍

I had the most amazing experience hosting my baby shower at Crystal Grand! Working with Karen and Hanna made the planning so easy and the event went so smoothly. There is truly no venue in Toronto like Fantasy Farm. Nestled across from Todmorden Mills, this fairytale-like banquet hall is surrounded by lush forest and natural beauty — it felt like we were getting married in the heart of the Canadian North, yet we were conveniently minutes from the Danforth with plenty of parking for guests.

From the very beginning, the staff made our planning process feel easy and stress-free. Gus and Marc guided us with their deep experience and approachable, down-to-earth nature, helping us visualize our day and make thoughtful decisions. The food tasting was not only helpful but really helped us “feel” the wedding coming together — and the food itself was amazing.

On the day of, Jeremy was calm, warm, and completely on top of every detail. He helped lead our families through the ceremony and reception with grace and understanding, allowing us to truly relax and be present. We had our wedding at Fantasy Farm 2 days ago. Everything was simply amazing. Everyone who attended was very happy with the service, the food, and how good the staff was about being timely but never getting in the way! Gus and Jeremy were extremely helpful throughout the process and they are very transparent. After being in many venues and talking to the service industry people for so long, we truly appreciated a fresh proper human interaction with them. They are very accommodating and helped us pretty much with anything we needed. Hopefully I don't have to ever get married again, but if I would I would do it there any day.

My husband and I were married at Fantasy Farm back on October 14th... of 2022. Haha, I feel awful for not doing a review earlier, but hey! We're finally getting around to it.

The phrase "Hidden Gem" perfectly describes Fantasy Farm. In the middle of Toronto this is a beautiful lush event space that is extremely well run. We had our wedding here in the larger room and had an amazing experience. Firstly the garden ceremony was gorgeous with the flowers all in bloom and the greenery all around. The ballroom was also beautiful. Gus worked with us to set up our details and Jeremy and Mark executed everything on the day of. The way everyone at FF worked with us before and during the wedding was professional and really help us feel at ease. From the ceremony to the BBQ dinner, everything ran on time and the whole staff worked hard to make sure all the guests were comfortable. Many of my friends and family have dietary restrictions and allergies and this was one of the only event venues I have ever been to where they took such personal care for all of them, making sure not only the menu was set up to accommodate them, but also on the day of they went around to each person to make sure they had the right meal and to answer any questions they had. Days after we kept having friends and family rave about how beautiful the whole evening was.

Our wedding at Hazelton Manor could not have been more beautiful. We went into our original site tour pretty much set on a different venue, but were pleasantly surprised with the overall elegance of Hazelton Manor. Once we sat down with Jim, we could sense that we were in good hands and booked them as our venue. Throughout the whole planning process, Jim and the Hazelton Manor team were there to answer any questions we had. During our tasting, we weren’t too impressed with the main entree, but after speaking with the team, they made the necessary adjustments and it was cooked just to our liking on our big day! Our 195 guests (20 tables) fit comfortably in the South Hall without it feeling crowded. The price was reasonable for each guest and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Attended a function recently with family at this venue. Since I have attended a good number of like facilities, I can make a sound and honest review. Celebrations and functions cost a fair bit these days. As such, one expects the highest standards of location, food and service. To start off, the writer and fellow attendees, found the food to be bland in relation to the main course. The food plates collected and returning to the kitchen area, had substantial remains on the plates. The appetizer stations were complete and well appointed. Service staff were very good in the hall and at the bar. However, the writer observed clogged HVAC ducts (pictures posted for proof) in the washroom area. Additionally, the soap containers at the washroom sinks were empty and contributed to grins of disbelief from fellow celebrants. No paper hand towels available, only air dryers. Normally, I would give only 2 stars but the staff was top notch.

We just got married at Hazelton Manor and working with Ken and his team was such a wonderful experience! From day one he was informative and fun, always recommending the best choices. Ken provided support throughout our entire year of planning. He was available to answer all my questions no matter how silly. The week of, he will act as your coordinator so all vendors can go straight to him for any venue/planning related questions. The day of, Ken was so hands-on and was running around everywhere making sure that everything was running smoothly! We wouldn’t have been able to have such an amazing experience without him.

I’ve been to many weddings and I have never been to a wedding where there were no complaints about the food- everything tasted absolutely incredible! Compliments to the chef!

The hall itself is beautiful. I was wary of having my reception at a hall until I saw Hazelton Manor. From the moment I saw beautiful interior, the high ceilings, and the signature checkered lobby, I was sold. Most places that I saw seemed dated or small so I was really drawn to this modern but classic venue.

I would definitely recommend Hazelton Manor for all your major events! Each time we visited they were always busy planning something new whether it be a baptism, a first communion, or another wedding. It is a one stop shop that will make your planning a breeze!

I just left the Hazleton Manor 5 minutes ago after coordinating a wedding for my lovely couple. I couldn’t wait to leave a 5 star review for this venue! Everything was perfect from start to finish! I couldn’t have asked for a better team of managers, servers and bartenders! They took care of every last detail and accommodated all request quickly and professionally!

Ken was an absolutely pleasure to work with! By the end of the night, he felt like family! I also want to thank George, Suzanne and Anne for being so incredible!

My husband and I got married at Hazelton Manor last month in March and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. George is absolutely wonderful. He answered our many many questions with a friendly attitude and made sure we had everything we wanted for our wedding. The venue itself is really gorgeous. We had our ceremony in the lobby and the pictures turned out so beautifully. The food is beyond delicious and everyone was saying it was the best wedding they had been to. I would highly recommend Hazelton Manor 🫶

Nice central location, decent gym, but small locker rooms and very limited parking

The outside grounds are filthy. The desk staff are so poorly trained and service takes forever. Waited at the desk to enquire about programs while some staff member continued to sit their and stuff their face. The facilty staff are not well trained and it sure seems when needing to deal the public, staff seemed bothered. One guy I talked to there went on a rant about how bad the management treat the staff there, etc. Should clean up the garbage out front.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Inglewood Community Association for my first-ever Sound Bath Meditation, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked into the hall, I was struck by the wonderful acoustics of the space. The team at Somatika Healing did a fantastic job creating an environment that was both serene and inviting.

As we settled in, the gentle sounds began to envelop us, creating a truly immersive experience. The vibrations and tones were soothing, allowing me to completely relax and let go of any stress. The atmosphere was perfect for this type of meditation, and I felt completely at ease throughout the session.

The staff at Inglewood Community Association were warm and welcoming, making sure everyone felt comfortable and ready to enjoy the session. It's clear that they put a lot of thought into making their events enjoyable and accessible for everyone.

If you're looking for a unique and calming experience, I highly recommend checking out the Sound Bath Meditation at Inglewood Community Association. It's a wonderful way to unwind and recharge, and the acoustics of the hall truly enhance the overall experience. I can't wait to return for another session!

A cute community center nestled in Inglewood. Not far from the Bird Sanctuary. A nice relaxing playground for the Tots. A very nice rink for rollerblading in the summer and ice skating in the winter. The hall has a unique roof and can make for a lovely meeting space for special occasions especially if decorated.

Great little playground for kids up to probably 8. Big and small slide, baby swing and normal swing, merry go round, and a pretend car. In the winter the small hill makes for a tiny toboggan for toddlers, and the ice rink provides lots of entertainment.

We host large events at Inglewood Hall on a bi-weekly basis. The space is amazing, the acoustics are spectacular but the management and staff are my favorite part. Your bookings are well attended and cared for here.

My husband and I got married at the Forest & Stream Club last summer, and to say it was the best day of our lives would be an understatement.

Beyond the beautiful grounds, the staff at this venue is outstanding. For months in preparation, Eric, Darina, and the rest of the staff ensured that all our needs were met and our wishes were fulfilled.

The food was exceptional, and despite having many guests with different dietary restrictions, the chef made sure to have delicious options for everyone.

A dream wedding experience!

The first communication with Eric was already pleasant. From providing initial information to setting up a meeting and a tasting, to answering any and all questions inbetween and to the day of, all instances of communication with the team at Forest & Stream Club was easy and informative.

Upon the first visit to the venue, my husband and I felt at ease. The building and its surroundings are at once stunning and calming. We were looking for a space that felt warm, welcoming and familiar - The Forest & Stream Club easily provided this for us. We knew we wanted to book our wedding date soon after our first visit.

The following months would be about setting up a food tasting. My husband and I had the entire front room to ourselves and that experience in itself was a pleasure. Cynthia was very warm, friendly, helpful and informative, offering tips about the food and the logistics of the wedding day. The Chef was also available for any questions and comments as well. All in all, we felt very well taken care of.

Leading up to the wedding day, whenever I had any questions, Eric was very quick to respond to any emails. On the day of, Cynthia was instantly readily available for anything I needed or wanted. She made sure we (me, bridesmaids, husband, groomsman, family etc) had everything we needed, and made sure we were to be wherever we were required to be! It really was such a dream to have her there for us throughout the day and night. She even made sure I was eating throughout the day! The food was so good that I couldn't NOT eat :-) I cannot thank Cynthia enough for making me more at ease on our wedding day. We didn't have a wedding planner; we were very confident and relieved at how helpful and easy it was to work with Eric and Cynthia on the day of our wedding.

We've had many guests tell us it was one of their best and most memorable weddings they've attended - the location, venue, food and staff were a joy. A truly amazing experience and not just because it was our wedding day.

Beautiful outdoor venue by the lakeshore for a special occasion. Only downside was the complaints of the neighbours about the sound/music during the late hours. The police paid a visit several times.

We celebrated our wedding at Le Crystal on July 19, 2025, and it was truly the best decision we made! A big thank you to Joe, Tanya, Connie, and the rest of staff who were very helpful, professional, and responsive. They worked with us on every detail and made the planning process very smooth.

The hall itself is so stunning, elegant, and beautifully maintained. Our guests were impressed with the décor and atmosphere. The food was very delicious, and we received so many of compliments from our family and friends.

The service on the day of the event was also remarkable. The team made sure everything ran on schedule and that we did not have to worry about anything. They handled last-minute changes with grace and kept the mood stress-free and joyful.

We highly recommend Le Crystal for anyone looking to have a beautiful and memorable and wedding!

The team at Le Crystal was absolutely perfect, there was not one complaint from anyone. Working you guys was so easy and stress free! The food was absolutely delicious, the waiters were always on point even until the end. Anny was a 5 star waiter, super helpful from the moment we got to the hall till the every end she was always checking in, never had a glass empty on any table (head table and parent tables).

You and the team just made our wedding so easy for us to actually enjoy. We want to thank you and the team from the bottom of our hearts on making our day so perfect.

Working with you, Joe and Tanya and even Connie at the end when we had to do deliveries so smooth there was never any miscommunication or someone missing information. You guys did amazing and we will definitely spread the word to any friends, family or strangers to go to Le Crystal.

Our experience at Le Crystal was nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning, Julia guided us through every step of the planning process; she was truly an angel and made everything so easy and stress-free. Especially when we had last minute changes, Julia handled everything amazingly.

On the wedding day, everything ran so smoothly. The team was constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, which allowed us to just relax and enjoy our day. The food was absolutely incredible, and Anny was there helping me with anything I needed.

4.6 stars ill give, in the beginning the owner promised me a lot of things like free beer during services time and start at anytime decorating the day of the wedding and he said I can pay with credit card, debit or cheque.
Now the issue was that the person who take care of the whole process Tanya did not listen to all of that so When i will send emails about those details i will receive an answer about no thats not possible this and that. And then after they will tell me yes sorry. So I stressed a few times during the months I was organizing. But thanks God everything will be fine at the end of the day. I got a nice service at the tasting service the head of servers i think was really nice to us. And the food was amazing. So i had no complains about food. I had complicated guest during wedding day, she never answer to my questionnary about food restrictions, And she was lactose intolerant and nevwr answered that form about food. So I didn't said to the waiter about this person because usually she will take pills for lactose. But i heard her complain about her salad cesar that had cheese. And me has a bride got mad NOT at the server but her. But good think about the Crystal that they never got back to me about that guest they just took care of it and handled very well. So I do appreciate very well the big effort they did. And not only that. But they cut the cake that was almost falling NOT because of them but because of my vendor. And they still cut the cake properly. At the end of all of it I got happy. So its almost a 5 stars just the last 6 months that was stressful for me. But the day of was amazing.

We had our wedding at Le Crystal and cannot speak highly enough about the service and every member of the team because they are wonderful throughout every step of the process.

We were initially interested in the venue because of the hall itself, the Pearl hall is stunning and fit the vibe of the wedding we wanted, but then were so impressed by the communication and time they took in meeting with us, it was clear they are passionate about what they do and are confident in their ability to execute a couple's vision.

Everyone we dealt with made the entire wedding planning process so seamless and stress-free. They were quick to respond with any question I had and have a clear outline of what information they need and when and were things I would not have thought of and it is evident that they know what they are doing and have an efficient process. I did not hire a wedding planner and did not feel I needed it with how easy and supportive the process was.

On the day everything went so smoothly, the food was some of the best we've had, the service was incredible, we even had one of the waiters who was at our tasting come by to say hi, which was so thoughtful, and the day went exactly how we had hoped it would.

Our guests are still talking about how wonderful they found Le Crystal, especially how delicious the food was (one guest said it was the best vegetarian meal she had ever had at a wedding/event) and how impressed they were with the service of all the waiters and bar staff.

With the number of weddings and events they have hosted you could imagine just feeling like a number to them but that could not be further from our experience. They made us feel so special and that our wedding was important. They are truly masters at what they do and I cannot imagine a better team anywhere else.

I recently attended a engagement party at this event hall and was thoroughly impressed! The venue was stunning, with beautiful decor and a spacious layout. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was exceptional. The event flowed smoothly, and every detail seemed to be meticulously planned. Fine venue with a good decor and a tasty menu. Sadly it looses points for a terribly organized coat check. No one likes a disorganized coat check at the end of the night.

Great little spot for live music! It’s a small venue, but the sound quality was surprisingly good, and you can see the band up close—no bad seats in the house. Perfect for an intimate concert experience.

Awesome spot for grabbing a beer and watching the monthly Kino films. Wall artwork as you walk up the stairs is super cool and groovy. Has a room to the left when you get to the second floor with seats so you can chill with your friends, and a bar to the right, with the main area straight ahead that has the stage. Not sure if they have Jameson’s or not, if they don’t they should. They probably do. Not sure about food. Anyways the only reason I give it 4 and not 5 stars is there was one of the first few times I went that the server did not give good service and really seemed upset/angry to be there so that kinda soured an otherwise good night. I haven’t seen her since though so maybe she is happier doing something else now. Will update after some more visits, 5 stars is not out of the question if further visits are good and the staff continue to have good service and energy.

This is an awesome live music club that supports local talent. It is located right above Zak's Diner, so there is always an option to order food!! Service is fantastic. Ear plugs are available on-site for a very small fee. As it is located on the upper floor, there are stairs. No elevator on site. #local guide

I’ve been to LIVE! on Elgin for a few different events and try to make it there at least once a month. It’s a versatile space ideal for concerts and dance parties. If you’re looking for a fun night out, tasty cocktails and a great space, check them out. They also have a party room which adds a nice little element to the space!

They throw a mean dance party, and it's a great little spot for live music too. There's always something affordable happening, a new local band to check out, a fun cocktail to try. I keep an eye on their instagram for whatever is coming up!
