So Tyson was a big help in eliminating any unnecessary added stress to the process. He responded quickly and made the necessary adjustments. He’s very kind and accommodating, especially when you’re debating about a few options going back and forth. He doesn’t pressure you, and gives his honest opinion, but ultimately respects your decision. He was wonderful to work with and will definitely recommend/go back if I need their services. I was searching online for wedding invitations in Toronto and found them! They have great wedding invitations with a lot of selection! The customer service was excellent! I ordered my wedding cards along with menus and place seating cards. Tyson was quick with all the proofs!

Such a fantastic environment and their newly renovated space is superb too! Truly a gem of strathmore.

Attended the thrift sale and was very happy with the prices and volunteers that work extremely hard over the three days , I wish they would host them more than once a year as it's a great community resource

Has a second hand sale for everyone. Lots of items and out doors there are sports, books, luggage, and other nick nacks. The sale is held 2 a year, the spring and fall.

I took an acrylic paint pouring class at the Society. It was an excellent class and a really good instructor. She made the class fun and easy to do and learn. The class was the right size. A d the space was great.

Pottery classes and Preschool art classes are always so much fun! Teachers are so kind and so patient. We are so lucky to have access to such an amazing resource.

I cannot recommend Feast Studio & Press more! They helped with creating the perfect wedding invitation and Jessica was so easy to work with, she was very responsive and gave great suggestions when it came to creating the invite! Letter pressing our invitations gave them such a beautiful and unique touch!!

Working with Feast has been a dream come true. We employed them to aid us in developing a brand identity which translated into illustrations and designs we can use for practical purposes for goods made in house, but also custom merch we now sell. Family run and in business for 40 years meant we had a lot of story and sentimental imagery, but also not focused and concise which made doing anything related to packaging, a total nightmare. Jessica and Emma's patience and capacity to understand who we are and how we want to be portrayed was fine tuned and very much appreciated. The level of detail and care they maintained through to the end is impressive and will certainly have me recommending them for years to come. Tasks that used to be painful, are now one of the best parts of the job. Thank you Feast!!

Jessica was so easy to communicate with, she answered all of my questions quickly and made any changes when needed! Our letterpress wedding suite invitations turned out BEAUTIFUL! They are more perfect than I ever imagined. I did a lot of research comparing prices, and they offer the best price for high quality work by far! I had a timeline to meet, and Jessica made sure our suite was delivered to us by expected date. They did an excellent job and I definitely recommend them to all!

We use Feast Studio + Press for our annual client Christmas cards at FRANK Architecture. Jessica is so wonderful to work with and we always end up with a product we are thrilled to mail out to our 100+ clients. Our cards are stunning and we always get compliments. I would highly recommend Feast to anyone! The quality is real.

Print Calgary printed my wedding invitations and they turned out absolutely perfect. I have received so many compliments on the quality of the invite. They were also incredibly quick to print my order and I received them much sooner than I anticipated.

Print Calgary saved me when I needed to print handouts for a memorial service. I printed them through an online service and they arrived but weren’t up to par and there wouldn’t have been time to re order. Print Calgary was able to make the adjustments needed to the design and have them printed for me in the same week. Salman was the most excellent person to deal with. I have learned my lesson and will only ever be printing through here from now on.

I’ve used Print Calgary on multiple occasions for our non-profit - they do terrific work in such a timely manner. The quality of our magazines couldn’t be higher, thanks to their hard work. We tend to operate on quick turnarounds and Print Calgary continues to exceed our expectations! Cannot recommend this place enough!

I had a great time at this Telus location. The rep helped me find a great plan and even took the time to find me a number that works well for my needs. Also, the entire team that I delt with was fun, enthusiastic and genuine.

Went in to transfer a phone number into my name and upgrade my phone yesterday and both Sierra and Joshua helped me out more than I could ask for. For a process that I thought would be annoying, the entire process was almost seamless with their help. I cannot recommend Sierra and Joshua (at the Strathmore location) enough for anyone’s mobility needs!

Fun family experience for the rodeo and general grounds admission. Plenty of food vendors, washrooms,music, shopping, and more.
Price of admission to the rodeo was $33 each. The only issue I had was trying to figure out how much the rodeo cost on the website which to me was super confusing.
We did not visit the concert stage but would plan to go back to do that next time.
Parking was in an open field, well monitored, and there was plenty of parking for everyone. This made it a good 5 to 7 minute walk to the grounds which wouldn't be ideal for seniors but is fine for general public. Just bring your walking shoes.
The grounds seemed safe and security was on site.

We had a great experience with Strathmore Ford. Upon getting ready to leave the house we were greeted with a flat tire. NO BIG DEAL, we will just go to one of the many tire places in town. Unfortunately because of the long weekend everything was closed! Luckily as we were driving we noticed it looked like Strathmore Ford was open. We pulled up and John was more than willing to take a look and help us in anyway he could. Within an hour our flat was fixed and we were able to have a working vehicle for back to school and work. Calgary Co-op Midtown has plenty of free parking, tons of fresh produce, a large foreign food section, in-house butcher, bakery, hot/cold fast food bar, cheese counter, complete dairy/egg section plus a seating area and concierge. Lots of great deals. Highly recommended!

Co-op Grocery Store in downtown Calgary is a great spot for grocery shopping. The store is clean, well-kept, and offers a wide variety of options to choose from. One of the biggest advantages is the available parking, which makes it convenient for those who drive. Overall, it’s a well-organized and reliable grocery store in the downtown area.

This location has elevated grocery shopping to a new level, a concierge, a deli that is fully staffed and nearly any in every ingredient that you can get. I also wanna give me a shout out to the pharmacy. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I really like Mid- town Co-Op market. Very friendly service. My only concern is the recent change in their bakery supplier. The previous cakes used to be very delicious! High end bakery quality. European flavors - not too sweet. For the past 1-2 years, the “C&G” supplier isn’t very good. Way too sweet!! Please bring back the previous supplier. Your layer chocolate ganache cake was so delicious! Miss it!

This is the 3rd time we have visited this church while passing through. A very family friendly and community centered church.

They have a large enterence and an area to meet by the kitchen. I attended for a funeral and am from out of town. There is a large parking lot and it is wheelchair accessible. There is alot of space between rows and very comfortable if you are worried about being close to others. The sounds is also very good.

They kicked me out for no reason a few years ago (2013). I was in depression at that time and they couldn't handle it on talking about it with me so they told me to leave and never come back... The food there were good and there are some good people in there. Just not enough I suppose.... It was fun while it lasted. Had some good moments which I'll never forget in my lifetime, but if you don't want to get kicked out for no reason, don't go to this church. (September 24th at 10:00 Pm)

I have been a part of Hope for 20 years and it's a wonderful church family that serves and loves in our local and broader community, all in Jesus name.

We were shopping here as usual and decided to try the family meals for the first time (probably the last), thinking it would be convenient to have food ready after grocery shopping. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience.

When we got home and opened the order, the salad didn’t look fresh—and upon closer inspection, we found visible mold in it!! It went straight to the trash. To make things worse, the chicken was undercooked and still red inside, which raised serious food safety concerns.

Also, while our order was being packed, we noticed the baklava didn’t look fresh and had visible dust on the box. We asked for a fresh one, but the staff member offered to replace it with an extra hummus box instead, which we thought was okay. He gave us a large hummus tub in place of the two smaller ones, but unfortunately, that didn’t taste good either.

We were genuinely looking forward to a good meal, but this experience was unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and safety of their prepared foods.

I used to really enjoy shopping here, but unfortunately, the quality has dropped significantly. The fruits and vegetables are no longer fresh, and prices have gone up, which makes it even more disappointing. I asked an employee if I could take tomatoes from the box in the back, and he told me no — that the discounted ones are the bad ones, and they only put the nearly rotten produce on sale. It's just not worth driving 40 minutes for low-quality vegetables. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving the standards they once had.

Edit: The last time we shopped there we were very disappointed by the manipulation. It's sad to be tricked into thinking you're buying good quality ground meat and when you get home and open it you see it's been tempered with to hide the fact that it started oxidizing! The outside layer of the ground meat we bought had a nice red color but every piece in the middle was browned. That's low blow!

Basha International Foods is our go-to spot for good quality meat — whether it’s beef, chicken, or mutton, they always have fresh options available. They also carry a great variety of naan and other grocery items, all at affordable prices.

The store also offers a membership program with some nice deals and discounts, which is a great bonus if you shop there regularly.

Special shoutout to Ali, the cashier, who was really helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to suggest different product options and made our shopping experience smooth and pleasant.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. It's a little on the pricier side but the products are high quality and the location is perfect. It's honestly been great as a newcomer to North America to more easily avoid some of the nastier ingredients found in some foods this side of the pond... They're also the only guys I found so far that have Fentimans sodas :)

The product is always great and fresh, can even get good deals somtimes. Unfortunately the staff is all young adults everytime who are on their phone along with sitting on the counters. Just not a good image when coming into a higher end establishment.

My reliable place in the neighbourhood that always carries my favourite eggs and other organic essentials. Parking and access is good too! Way easier to get in and out of than the nearby Safeway.

I think the Marda Loop location is the best Blush Lane in Calgary for me. They always have what I want in-stock and of course, the freshest 1.49 avocados to pick from. Service is also friendly here!

Incredible is an understatement. Such an amazing place for wonderful Italian food. Top notch pastas, pizza, salads, sandwiches. Excellent coffee & pastries. Absolutely loved this place. It was my go to for brunch & dinner for 4 days straight. Exceptional customer service - wonderful team members everywhere, it was phenomenal. Chef is such a kind & cordial person. A perfect place for wonderful Italian cuisine & delicacies. A must visit spot in Calgary. Loved every bit of it. Hands down one of the best Italian place in Canada.

Just went in to check out this store, and wow, what a treat! The staff are very friendly and even had time to play with my toddler, plus showed me exactly what I was looking for. So-much-options!!! If you love Italian food/products, this place is a must!

My favourite places for comfort Italian food. Incredible sorbet, delicious pizza, great diversity of cheeses, cured meats, etc name it and you will find it at Lina!

Brittania - Lina Cucina has the best pasta Chef in Calgary. The other dishes created by the Chef are equally creative and delicious.

Sapore and Centre street: A wide diversity of dishes to take out (for lunch / dinner) or to eat on the spot. Both locations have a great but different vibe.

At Lina's Italian Market, I was thrilled to find a great selection of Halal lamb, including shanks, legs, and shoulders. They also carry the delicious Pistachio spread and an incredible variety of Italian sweets and biscuits. The quality and authenticity of their products are outstanding, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's truly a gem for finding unique Italian and specialty items. Highly recommend!

I called the number, a lady answered just by ''Ello?'' I had to confirm if I was calling at the right place, very bad service over the phone, said they were close for the Holidays..? Asked if they were carying a specific Ribbon (Witch is on their website) simply said they were out of stock, overall very evasive answers. Very disapointing.

Met at a trade show and they supplied the chair covers and table decorations for my event.

I've been on the road a couple days I wanted to stop for a shower only cost 2.75. Really nice staff really nice facility

I play shinny there. $5.50 for an hour and 15 minutes. They have shinny 4 times a week, check the web for details.

We decided to go watch some hockey and eat dinner here. The food was not good. I seen everyone else there bringing in food and I just assumed to save money. Guess I know for next time to bring outside food in. I recommend if you want more sales, get better food. This is sad since alot of families spend alot of money to have there kids in events there.

Although some of the staff members are naturally kind and would deserve a much higher rate, most of the staff has no idea about how to provide at least acceptable, not mentioning high quality, customer service. Their attitude is like the customers are for them and not the opposite. It sometimes gets to the level of rudeness towards their patrons. This shows either the lack of customer service training or that the staff as well as the company management do not take such a training seriously.

I took my client here last week. After reading all the negative reviews, I'd like to know where they were. This was my first time here. When I arrived, I asked the lady at the till if there was someone who could help me find approx 25 different supplements. She said yes there are a couple ladies there that can help you. Once I got there I asked the lady if she could help me. She said sure. She took my list and got me every single supplement on the list. I thanked her very much for her help. I told her if I had tried to figure out every one I would have still been there. Everyone I asked was very helpful. Thank you very much.

We were overcharged on 1 item, and while querying that item, we were then overcharged for another because of the wrong code. What should have been $14 ended up being $45. While trying to explain that these errors happen EVERY single time we shop there, the 'supervisor' refused to even listen to how frustrating it is to be ripped off trying to groceries. Yes I made a scene and raised my voice in that store, because while I'm trying to calmly explain this issue to such supervisor, she refused to listen and tried to tell me to stop talking. Well, I don't take kindly to being spoken to that way so the entire store is going to hear my issue now! The other supervisor Katie knows exactly how to make things worse by saying that it's totally fine for customers to spend an extra 5-10 minutes trying to get a refund everytime because they're being overcharged. And if the other supervisor Jonathan wants to be honest about what transpired, and why a scene was caused, it's because that first supervisor was disgustingly rude AND disrespectful! I highly suggest the supervisors working there read the book Verbal Judo. Might learn a thing or 2 about customer service.

For all the customers that will continue to shop there , buyer BEWARE!

Don't buy too many groceries at once so you can watch and follow the prices as items are being scanned. This will save you from spending an extra 20-45% more on your bill due to negligence and their CONSTANT human error.

I love this store I came here to buy moringa and staff is really good and I also like security guard female who was protecting the place as there were homeless outside premises she was doing good job. I like this store all staff members are good .

I came to this store yesterday to buy shea butter. Since I noticed that many of the staff now speak Russian or Ukrainian, I approached a young Russian-speaking staff member for help, thinking it would be easier to explain what I was looking for in our native language. However, she looked at me like I was from another planet and asked me twice what I wanted, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable—but I tried to brush it off.

She eventually showed me where the product was and walked away. As I was examining the bottle, I suddenly heard her loudly speaking to another staff member, mocking how I pronounced "shea butter." I was shocked and deeply hurt. I've lived in Canada for almost 15 years and have never experienced such disrespect.

This used to be one of my favorite stores. I would come here regularly because the staff were always friendly, smiling, knowledgeable, and helpful. But ever since the staff changed, the atmosphere has completely shifted. Now, I’m greeted with blank stares and cold attitudes, even at the cash register.

I feel genuinely upset, like I’ve lost a good friend. This location is convenient for me, and it was always a pleasant place to shop—until now. I truly hope that store management takes this seriously and works with new staff to help them understand that Canada is a multicultural country. People here speak different languages and have different accents, and it is absolutely unacceptable to mock or make fun of someone for that.

I dont understand. Every other store has their departments functioning. When store hours are open. Its to the point now to push a review. Because I am so tired of coming in the morning. 8...830..
9...930... doesnt matter. And nothing is out or done... You open at 7am. there are people who come here to get their sandwiches for work....lunches... Bread.. salads. And so much is empty. Grab and go ? Grab what a day old foot long ??

The main culprit is the bakery but the deli is following suit.

Can you advise me if bakery and deli are on different hours and schedules because I have never seen this at another save on ever. Or competitors.

A nicely stocked, clean store with ample free underground parking. However, when I last shopped there (Oct. 6), several items had shelf tags that made no mention of the items' prices as can be seen in the two photos below. This made for an inconvenient shopping experience and resulted in me not buying these items as I have no clue what their price even is.

This is a lovely store overall and with nice staff. However, they play music with a loud bass that goes into the apartments above them. It’s especially loud past 10 at night. Repeated calls to the store have not resulted in resolution and it’s affecting the quality of our life. While having a grocery store below you is convenient, this is a major drawback! Also, they have cigarette containers right outside their front door which make it very unpleasant to walk in the front doors when someone is smoking.

Reliable, clean, and well-stocked. Good variety of produce and lots of local product options. Bonus points for the friendly cashiers who always keep the line moving.

I'm not Canadian and Thursday night was my first experience at Save-on-foods. With a name like Save-on-foods, I expected it to be the Dollarama of supermarkets, but it was surprisingly upmarket. The shop is well laid out, tidy, with a good bakery section and a great selection of local and international products.

I liked the radioactive green floors and the special prices were available by signing up for a card while I was at the checkout. Shop was great, I didn't think it was especially cheap (a name like Spend-more-on-foods just wouldn't work), especially compared to UK and European prices .. but am just learning that everywhere in Canada is hugely more expensive than the UK.
