Archway Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding! The space is absolutely beautiful and created such a special atmosphere for our day. The staff was wonderful, and Jolea especially was amazing—so communicative, helpful, and always making sure we had everything we needed. We’re so grateful to have celebrated here and highly recommend Archway Manor to any couple looking for a gorgeous venue with fantastic support.

Came here for a friend's wedding in the middle of winter. Beautiful location in the forest and perfect for a winter wedding. I would describe the aesthetic as large, opulent, white and gray, North American with a little bit of European. It was a very large building. This wedding had around two hundred people and the main building could comfortably fit around 300 people - although with the 200 people that we had, the parking lot felt tight but it looked like there was plenty of space for an additional overflow parking lot. The main building had very high ceilings but the sound system and acoustics were great.
The table, chairs, crystal and all other accoutrements felt like they were good quality and all the little details were paid attention to. There is a large staircase behind the entrance that takes you upstairs to two rooms on either side - perfect for an elegant entrance coming down to the reception.

My wife had a very clear vision of what she wanted, and Jolea not only listened with genuine care, but she also went above and beyond to make every detail absolutely perfect. Her kindness, professionalism, and calm energy made the entire planning process a joy. She was truly a pleasure to work with—always warm and responsive.

On the day of our wedding, everything was stunning beyond words. Every guest we spoke to told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended—and we couldn’t agree more. From the elegant setup to the peaceful, enchanting atmosphere, Archway Manor felt like something out of a fairytale.

We had dreamed of having our wedding in Europe, but as soon as we saw Archway Manor, it felt like bringing Europe to Canada. It’s not just the most beautiful venue in Alberta — it’s the most stunning venue we’ve seen anywhere in Canada.
We chose to have our wedding here so our grandparents could attend and are so glad we decided to enjoy our wedding day here. Jolea, the owner, was quick to listen, and find a way to make everything work for us. Our guests were in awe of the venue and everything she and her team created.
From gorgeous lawn games to the way she was constantly running around ensuring everyone had drinks, every detail was thoughtful and seamless. Our day truly felt like a fairytale. Guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended, and we owe so much of that to Jolea and her incredible team. We are endlessly grateful — our wedding couldn’t have been more special, more beautiful, or more magical.

We just attended our son and (now!) daughter in law's incredible winter wedding there. What a beautiful location and space. The moment we turned off the road down the snowy tree lined road leading to this stunning building, we were captivated! Not what we were expecting at all - such a beautiful surprise! The venue is grand and no detail has been left out. The bridal and groom's suites are beautifully appointed, the caterer had ample room to work in the spacious kitchen, sound system is clear for speeches, the outdoor space at the marble arch has lots of room and makes for a gorgeous spot for vows to be exchanged and many guests even took advantage of the beautiful staircase to capture their own classy photos. Jolea is truly an amazing venue hostess - she is ready with answers, solutions, suggestions - and always a smile; we really appreciated her. We highly recommend Archway Manor. Thank you, Jolea!

Brittany is amazing! For our recent wedding, Avenue Accents supplied our incredible geometric triangle arch accents. I have never seen anything like this and it really stood out for both our photos and as a unique eye-pleasing centre piece for our wedding ceremony. We also rented a champagne wall for a fun way for our guests to find their seating places. Of course, our guests loved this! Avenue Accents has a great selection of stunning statement pieces perfect for weddings and special events. Highly recommended!

Brittany is one of the most kind and unique people we have ever met. She is a huge community spirit with a smile that has no end and a laugh that fills a room with a comforting vibe! Honestly, such a great experience working with Brittany, I showed her a picture of an arch I really wanted for our wedding and she loved it so much that she got it custom built For me and then only charged me to rent it. We were preparing for our wedding and Byounique was highly recommended by close family friends. Bernadine was a delight to work with; she was genuinely invested with our wedding, cared about our concerns and genuinely wanted us to have the best wedding. Bernadine was very professional and organized throughout the whole process; made us feel like we were the only clients she had. We were having a very large wedding (600 guests) and Byounique gave us the best design for our budget. All our guests complimented us on the décor for looking elegant. We had our wedding at Bleeks and Bergamot in July 2025 at their beautiful new Riverside Venue and had the best experience! Bailey was an absolute star from the beginning, very helpful and considerate, always taking the time to answer my never-ending questions. The venue takes care of so many things that made planning a wedding so much easier - they even did our florals! Christine, our day-of-coordinator was also great and helped ensure everything went smoothly leading up to and on the big day. They truly do everything they can to ensure your special day is how you envision it. We would definitely recommend having your wedding here, you won't regret it!

We managed to snag the last date available at this venue for 2024 due to a cancellation from another couple and we are SO happy we did. Bailey and her team at B&B are absolutely phenomenal. Their communication leading up to our wedding and during our planning was impeccable. They always responded within 24 hours and answered all our questions. We felt confident that things would be well handled. Unfortunately, we had some on and off rain during our wedding day and Bailey and her team actually moved the chairs for our ceremony between the inside and outside area THREE times between rain showers before finally settling on having an outdoor ceremony when the rain stopped. They were readily available with umbrellas and everything we needed. They managed a lot of the coordination day of, and reduced a lot of our stress! The venue is absolutely beautiful, so if you’re considering this venue do yourself a favour and book it! You won’t regret it!

Bailey also did our wedding bouquets, boutonnières and arch pieces. The bouquets were EXACTLY what I wanted. The colour palette matched perfectly, and all the floral pieces were breathtaking.

What a beautiful location to host an event. At first glance, the corn field kind of hid it's location but once you got back to the facility, it was absolutely amazing. Hosts were super sweet and very easy to talk too. They provided games for our event. They also had a bar and very clean/well kept bathrooms. Highly recommend if your looking for a vendor

We had our wedding here middle of October and only have good things to say! Bailey and Rebecca were amazing and super helpful through out the whole process with recommendations and suggestions for all of my questions! Having the bridal suite and grooms area is a huge bonus for day of getting ready. So many of our guests commented on how stunning the venue was!
Will definitely be suggesting the venue to all our friends and family in the future. And hopefully will be back in 10 years for a vow renewal!

Our wedding at Bleeks and Bergamot was a dream come true!

Communication with Bailey and Rebecca leading up to our day was so simple, putting any of our worries at ease. We felt we were in excellent hands every step of the way. We especially loved that there were no hidden fees for every little thing, something we encountered at many other venues. Right away, Bailey provided us with a lot of information, making it easy to find our other vendors.

We had many opportunities to see the venue prior to our day, which helped to build excitement and envision our day.

The bridal suite is the perfect place for getting ready with your girls. Being adjacent to the creek made it the perfect spot for our first look photos as well as photos with our immediate family. We didn't have to worry about guests seeing us as they arrived since this property is down the road from the main venue.

The layout of the main property is fantastic. Our guests still rave about how fantastic our venue was and how everyone felt a part of the crowd no matter if they were on the dancefloor or enjoying a conversation. For the crowd that wanted quiet area to chat, the courtyard provided the perfect space. With the 5 large barn doors open, it still felt like everyone was in one space, which was especially important to us.

We can't thank Bailey and Rebecca enough for all that they did to make our dream day come true!

Denise and Heather are amazing! They are very accommodating - really appreciate them putting something together which turned out very beautiful for a viewing with a short notice. Also, we had some changes the week off and had no issues dealing with them! The rental process is straightforward, prices are reasonable and the decors are high quality and packed nicely during pick up. Highly recommend to all brides that are looking to do their own decors! We rented some wedding decor from the ladies at Boxwood for our April wedding. The customer service was excellent and prompt, and Denise & Heather were so accommodating when we had to postpone our wedding twice due to Covid. They are very reasonably priced and have a huge and beautiful selection of rustic, modern, and elegant decor. Fiona Lau and her team were invaluable to our wedding planning. We paid for Full Planning and I recommend this package for every couple who can afford a wedding planner (very reasonable prices). Fiona is the perfect balance of highly organized and going with the flow; ensuring important issues are promptly addressed while not letting minor details bog us down. She is exceptionally team-oriented ensuring that I, André and all the vendors felt like we were all on the same page. She was crucial to making our planning process and wedding so enjoyable.

Some of my favourite moments:
- When our first officiant had to cancel (many months before the wedding thankfully), Fiona helped us book a new amazing officiant within 24 hours.
- When we had the final meeting with our venue, Fiona did all the heavy lifting so Andre and I spent most of that meeting in our own world admiring the venue. We only chimed in when they needed our opinion.
- My mother coming into my bridal suite saying, "What is this?! I am the mother of the bride, I am supposed to be stressed but I have nothing to do!"
- During the wedding, I was completely in the moment without a worry. Everything was magically in the right place during the event. Even when I got home, I went through all my stuff worried that something had been forgotten at the venue but it was all in place...I don't even know when they did that but I know that was Fiona and Danielle's doing!

I am absolutely happy with my decision to hire Fiona as a coordinator with partial planning support for my wedding in 2023. If you are planning a wedding and wondering if these services are worthwhile, they absolutely are and will make the entire process and day-of much, much less stressful.

This review will be long, but I wanted to provide as much detail as possible to help you make an informed decision and know what to expect.

Fiona was very professional, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. We met regularly both in-person and virtually on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, where Fiona would check up on our progress and identify what we needed to do next. As we did not have family in the area who could help us, we found her recommendations and checklists vital to our success.

She helped us by pulling together a vision board complete with the colours we'd chosen to help with decorative aspects and finding the perfect venue. She was happy to provide a list of vendor recommendations, but definitely was not pushy and will work with anyone you have chosen.

She set up templates to document and track our budget, decorations, guest list and more. All of this is done in Google Drive and easily accessed and shared with whoever needs to be involved.

Once we'd chosen and contacted vendors, Fiona attended many of our meetings with them. This is very helpful because she asked so many questions that I had never even thought of to ensure all bases are covered. She reviewed our contracts before we signed and highlight anything which seemed non-standard, missing, or that we should clarify. This was very reassuring given the amount of money at stake.

Fiona developed the schedule for the day and worked with the coordinator at the venue and with all of our vendors. The day of, Fiona and her staff were basically *the* fairy crew. Fiona's team received all of our deliveries, in some cases picked things up for us, ensured that the venue was set up, kept the day on running schedule, stepped in to help wherever it is needed, and also helps the wedding parties as they get ready and during photos.

As a result, our day was fun, stress free, and absolutely worth it.

Fiona was a superstar helping us plan our wedding! From our first conversation she made me and my husband feel so comfortable and it was so clear to us that not only is she an amazing support, she definitely takes charge! Flora Rentals are the absolute best at what they do! We've had Sue and her company at three events now and have been the utmost professionals. They were on time, provided the florals and arranged in the dreamiest ways. Florals themselves felt and looked amazing, our guests were in awe. Carissa was amazing to work with! So thorough in the planning process for our wedding florals. I didn't know much going into this planning process, but Carissa walked me through step by step with how she chooses the right florals for your vision. She is super personable, and really gets to know you, your likes/dislikes, etc. We got everything we wanted and more. She is very reasonable when you're working with a budget and she gives suggestions to help you get what you envision. She did an amazing job for our arch piece, large florals for the barrels, boutineer, and my wedding party flowers! See for yourself! :) Would definitely recommend her, and would use her florals again!

We booked Carissa for our April wedding and I couldn't recommend her enough. I initially reached out to Flora to get a quote for greenery for our guest and head table as I was planning on using Callia for our bouquets. Carissa offered to give me a quote for our bouquets as well. Once I received that quote, I saw her pricing was great and it seemed way easier since she would deliver directly to us on the wedding day. Carissa really went above and beyond with her customer service and made our wedding day run smoothly by delivering the bouquets to us on the morning. I had a general idea of what I wanted, but I wasn't super specific and what Carissa created was just beautiful! It exceeded all of my expectations. She was great at communicating, had wonderful customer service and overall did a great job. Highly recommend!

Carissa is beyond amazing to deal with. She is doing the florals for my July 2023 wedding and I have to say her customer service is above and beyond what I received from other studios in the quoting stage even. I was able to give her the colors I wanted for my wedding and she came back with a pallette of flowers that might work in those colors. I really appreciated this as pinterest can only take you so far and as an accountant, not a florist, I have zero idea what kinds of flowers are out there.
