Stefania is incredibly talented and we love her neon signs! She has a great selection of fun and unique signs as well as other decorations for weddings and special events. My husband and I had the great fortune of selecting Studio V for our wedding that was held there earlier this month. Dawn's venue was the first we saw when we started looking for a space and we immediately knew it was the right venue for us. It is intimate with a lot of character and it was the perfect size for our wedding with 50 guests. And after meeting Dawn we knew we were in good hands.

Dawn was very helpful with assisting us plan our wedding. She was always available to answer questions and provide ideas.

On the day of, everywhere went off without a hitch. Dawn, Eliza and their staff did an excellent job decorating the venue and making sure our big day went smoothly. It was everything we hoped for.

My partner and I held our wedding here in October 2022. We wanted a small wedding due to the changing environment of covid and fell in love as soon as viewed the venue. We had the most beautiful wedding, bettet than we ever imagined.

Dawn and Eliza are both so amazing. From our first consultation and walk through, to booking and planning, right until the last mins of our wedding day, the communication was quick and the overall planning was easy. You want to have good communication with the venue and you get that when here. I felt super at ease especially for someone who is Type A.

At first i hesitated getting a wedding coordinator as naturally I love being hands on, but we found it so helpful to have Eliza communicating with our vendors and helping with our schedule. You need a Eliza by your side brides/grooms! Highly recommend getting the wedding coordination service as add on.

Our vision of our wedding came to life and Eliza was there to help flush it out to make it even better. We held our tea ceremony, nikkah, lunch reception and lion dance.

We probably could've came with less decor based on how much was at our disposable from Studio V. So if you're on a tight decor budget, and love dried florals, minimalism with a mix of boho, they may have what you want and more without the additional coordination or cost.

The staff that Studio V hired for the day of were also top notch. So kind, so helpful, and the service was beyond amazing. Even our guests were complimenting at how lovely the service was. As soon as you enter, you feel so welcomed.

Wouldn't have had my wedding any other way.

Shoutout to Studio V Events and their amazing crew, especially Dawn and Eliza, for making our wedding day an absolute blast! We had a Hindu ceremony, which required specific arrangements and traditions, and Eliza and Dawn helped make sure everything was in place, which made the ceremony flawless. We felt respected and valued throughout the entire process - Eliza was incredibly accommodating. Their respect for our traditions was apparent and we really appreciated that. We also were able to have our dog at the wedding which was wonderful!

Eliza helped us craft a flow of events and spent a bunch of time planning out the day with us over the phone. She had some great recommendations for vendors, the set up and the flow of events - all these aspects helped make our special day memorable. Our guests loved the space and the set up. Importantly, the team was super laid-back and calm, which seriously eased our wedding planning stress!

One of the most common pieces of advice I received before the wedding was that I wouldn't have time to enjoy the day because of all the chaos. However, thanks to Dawn, Eliza, and their fantastic team at Studio V Events, I can confidently say that we had an absolute blast at our wedding. They handled every detail with grace and efficiency, leaving us free to soak in every moment and enjoy our big day.

We are a makeup and hairstyling academy from London UK and rented the studio for some masterclasses we ran in Toronto & it was absolutely perfect! The space is amazing, so much natural light & such a fabulous vibe to teach & take some beautiful photos & videos. The manager Danny was above & beyond helpful - super-responsive even when he was overseas on holiday himself. All of our extra requests were always accommodated. The studio was beautiful and Dan (the owner/runner) was so easy to communicate with and knew his stuff. Options for parking, had AC (though may be too noisy to leave on during shooting, FYI!), all the amenities, great bathroom and dressing room. Also great natural light option, and has studio lighting options (is extra but the lighting equipment is great quality). Room is voice controlled which is great. Clean, well maintained place! Will 110% book again!!

My experience at this space was amazing! To start, Danny was a fantastic host and was very accommodating and helpful to any requests that I had. I had every questioned answered and it made the whole process swift and easy.

The space looked great on the website but breathtaking in person. The Boho theme was relaxing but elegant and it set the entire vibe of what I was going for. Every guest that came in also had incredible things to say about the look and decor of the place. It was a very spacious space and easily fit 30 people with no problem at all.

Overall I was absolutely satisfied with what the space had to offer and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested in renting this place out for an event.

From conversation to placing an order was such a smooth amazing experience and the customer service was unexpectedly prompt. Best part was the delivery which was on time and the baloon bouquet was amazingly made with perfection. My family got very surprised and happy with the product and the service. Balloons were delivered on time and the stack was much larger than I expected. Great quality as usual. Only issue is colours were to be dark blue and silver and my daughter was not a fan of the pink or cream colour. Would have preferred other shades of blue.

Arranged for a set-up time at the venue, and everything was in place as planned when we arrived. And when she sent me a photo of my bouquet I literally cried because I was so surprised that she created something so beautiful! Our circle arch was the main highlight for us. We worked with Amor Wedding for our wedding at Casa Loma on June 28, and they truly exceeded all of our expectations. From our very first meeting, they helped us bring our vision to life — offering thoughtful ideas, a cohesive color scheme, and stunning floral and décor recommendations.

Zoe and Joe were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were incredibly responsive, open to our ideas, and quick to accommodate any changes we requested along the way. We got to see samples in advance, including various flower arrangements and candle settings, which helped us feel confident in every decision.

On the wedding day, the florals were absolutely breathtaking — they transformed the venue and added so much elegance and warmth to the space. We received countless compliments from guests, many of whom said it was the most beautiful floral setup they had ever seen at a wedding.

In addition to the florals, Amor also provided us with a beautifully designed seating chart and welcome sign. Both were gorgeously done and perfectly matched our theme, adding to the overall aesthetic and flow of the day.

Zoe and Joe gave us expert recommendations for everything from bouquets and centerpieces to bridal party flowers, and they handled all the setup and teardown, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

I am genuinely someone who gets anxious easily. Before the wedding, I was really worried about whether the floral arrangements would meet expectations and whether I would have to pretend to like them on my wedding day. When I shared these concerns with my friends, they all told me, "Oh, you’re using Amor for the florals? Then there’s definitely no need to worry—you can relax." On the wedding day, aside from being deeply moved, I was just deeply moved. It was truly so beautiful. To be honest, when I saw the massive team of over ten or twenty people showing up at my wedding venue to set up, I was stunned. I later found out that each flower had to be added stem by stem. Starting as early as 4:30 a.m., the entire team worked on creating all the floral arrangements—it was truly hard work for everyone involved. The result was absolutely stunning, far exceeding our expectations. We really, really, really loved it so much.

I can't say enough good things about Amor Wedding! They went above and beyond to make my bridal shower absolutely amazing. Zoe is such a joy to work with — her warmth, communication, and expertise in the field are truly exceptional. She made everything feel so seamless and special. I am compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with Amor Weddings to warn other potential clients about their concerning business practices.

During our lunch we witnessed an Amor Weddings employee made the unacceptable decision to vandalize property by cutting tree branches from private property in Toronto. This act of property damage was not only unprofessional but potentially illegal, demonstrating a complete disregard for client property and basic business ethics.

This behaviour raises serious questions about their hiring practices, employee supervision, and overall commitment to professional standards.

Property damage during wedding services is completely unacceptable and suggests a lack of proper training and oversight.

Zoe went above and beyond to bring the vision to life, and I was blown away by the results. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a florist who is creative, professional, and truly passionate about what she does. Thank you again for making the day so special!

Roxy and her team planned our wedding celebration and rehearsal party. Everything was great and we had all the support we needed. Roxy is an event expert and it is a pleasure working with her. She made sure our special day was a perfect one.

Roxy is an incredible person and the best wedding planner/designer/therapist/cheerleader! We went with Roxy and Art of Celebrations for designing our engagement party and couldn't be happier! This was our first time working with a planner. I had great pleasure working with Balloon Maloon! By far they have done 2 events for me.. For my baby shower I randomly connected with them and the decor turned out so well I just knew I had to work with them for my babys 1st bday as well..They made effort to piece together our idea and it did turn out beautifully !! I would definately recommend them..

held my 30th birthday party on August 16th and hired Balloon Malloon to decorate. To this day, the experience still bothers me, which is why I’m leaving this review now.
From the start, I knew exactly what I wanted and even created a mock-up, which I sent to them. Initially, they were enthusiastic and reassured me that they could execute my vision. I specifically requested an LED sign, but they didn’t inform me until very close to the event date that they wouldn’t be able to source it—leaving me with no time to arrange it myself.
The venue gave me a start time of 1:00pm. I even asked a friend to be there at 1:00pm to oversee the setup and make sure everything ran smoothly. However, on the day of the event, I was shocked to receive a message that Balloon Malloon had arrived and started setting up at 9:30am. This led the venue host to attempt to charge me an additional $150 for early setup. When I contacted Balloon Malloon, I was told they had another event and were “trying to accommodate me.”
I asked for photos of the setup throughout the day, but they insisted on keeping it a “surprise” because they were confident I would love it. When my caterers arrived at 1:40pm, we video-called and I finally saw the setup. I wanted to cry—it looked nothing like the mock-up I had sent. I paid $1,400 for something that looked cheap and poorly done. I was embarrassed in front of my guests.
When I confronted them, they made excuses, claiming the venue wouldn’t allow balloons, sparklers, or confetti. I later proved this was false by sending them videos from the venue’s own page showing those exact things. They eventually returned to add balloons to the pool and to fix a broken backdrop that had collapsed from the wind.
To make matters worse, during this time they helped themselves to one of the water cases someone had ordered for my event—without asking first—and I was told they were also smoking at the venue. Both are extremely unprofessional and inappropriate.
Overall, I deeply regret booking with Balloon Malloon. They completely failed to deliver what was promised, were dishonest about what was possible, and their behaviour on the day of my event was unacceptable. They ruined the vision I had for my 30th birthday. I’ve attached photos of my original mock-up compared to what was actually delivered so you can judge for yourself.

I used balloon Malloon for my sons first birthday and they went above and beyond for making his day so special. They brought our vision to life and were easy to communicate with, quick with setting up and very professional. They did such an amazing job and excited to book future events with them again!

Used Balloon Malloon multiple times for my son’s birthdays and other events and very very impressed my their custom designs and professionalism. Their attention to detail is not comparable to others I have used.

Marija was easy to communicate with, and quickly adopted my vision for my bridal shower. Despite not having met in person until a few weeks prior to my event she was able to capture everything what I wanted via communication via text/ picture inspiration. Marija was constantly on the lookout for new items to enhance my theme. She always made sure I was comfortable with any additions.

She made a consistent effort to come to the venue in Pickering all the way from Oakville. This includes site visit, early set up and day of set up.

Decor: All decorations were in great condition as described/pictured. I rented chair covers, cutlery, chargers, mirrors, goblets, bows, backdrop with florals, plinth, napkins, desert plating, tiered trays, candles, and easels.

Florals: her faux florals were in great condition and arranged tastefully.

Pricing: Pricing was fair and transparent.

Execution: Both set up and takedown were on-time and on schedule as promised.

From the very beginning, Marija was responsive, insightful, organized, helpful, kind, patient and detail oriented. My husband and I were somewhat overwhelmed planning the wedding and when we decided to hire Marija, she made us feel at ease and confident that our day and days leading up to it, would go smoothly.

Element Event Solutions has been my go-to rental company for many, many years! I've worked with them from a venue perspective, as a third party event planner, and for my own personal events. They have always been very thorough, making sure I can find what I need, and also very flexible, which is extremely helpful. They have a wide range of rental items, and their delivery and pick up team is AMAZING! They are patient and kind, even when we have to navigate through some very inconvenient unloading situations. Of course, their service team is great too. Sometimes it does take a few days to hear back from them, but I never feel like my events are unimportant, no matter how big or small.

We used Element Event Solutions to rent coffee makers for our event. We are a not-for-profit so price is important to us. They were cheaper than what we had been paying and were much more convenient to pick up and drop off at! Their hours of operation were also very convenient. So glad we found this company. We will be using them again.

In December 2021 I reached out to Higgins Event Rentals for some red carpets for an event I was putting on for work. I received a speedy reply from Alicia, she was super helpful when providing the information I needed and answering all my questions. She made arranging delivery and pick up a breeze and I'm very pleased with the service that was provided. I'll be recommending this business to associates and friends if asked and will definitely be using Higgins Event Rentals again for my event needs. Thank you again!

We used Higgins Event Rentals for our son's baptism last summer. With all the restrictions we had to do it outside in our backyard and needed to set up a table for 25 people. Laura and Michelle were so incredibly amazing and patient with me working out different options and providing me with a quote each time. I ordered from this destination via UberEats and received a small card, a slightly-stained generic Walmart gift bag which was stapled closed, and an 11 dollar Ferraro Rocher collection that you can buy at any retailer.

For reference, what I ordered was a cute box of chocolates (view screenshot attached). As you can clearly see, it is not the same item whatsoever nor anything close to what was advertised.

Now, I’m not stating this place is not reliable for weddings or events, and I realize that ordering a gift via UberEats is likely not going to be the prettiest or cutest gift ever. However, for the price of 35 dollars (50 if you include delivery fees) I’d expect something of close to equal value for what I paid for. This is like drop-shipping.

My review is based on the service that was advertised versus what I received, and what I “received” was a scam.

Natasha has true vision when it comes down to her design. I have recently ordered flowers for a birthday. The arrangement was so beautiful and smelled amazing. Thank you for the wonderful experience, will order again.

After researching multiple florists, we hired Natalia for our wedding day. All of the other florists, except Natalia, told us our vision wasn't doable in our budget. She helped provide us with recommendations and solutions to ensure our vision came to life.

On the big day, she was timely and helped set everything up exactly how we had envisioned it. We placed additional bouquet orders (i.e. a birthday bouquet and a bridal bouquet) on short notice, and each turned out extremely beautiful. The quality of the flowers, and the design of each piece was second-to-none.
