MC Malik provided MC services for my daughter's sweet 16 and did so effortlessly. He engaged the crowd as soon as he grabbed the mic. He organized a game that got everyone involved, regardless of age group. I had guests ask if he was a relative, that's how good he is... he totally integrated himself like he's part of the family. I never thought we needed a MC, but so glad that we had MC Malik there.

We worked with Gee The MC for our August wedding. He was absolutely amazing. The lines of communication were always open and he delivered the experience he promised. My husband and I wanted someone who could bring energy to the party while being respectful to our grandparents who were in attendance. He did that and more! From the entrance, to the selfie rush, to the speech introductions….to my hubby’s scandalous dancing. Gee knew how to maneuver the motions of our event. Our family is still talking about him today! Barbara was amazing she really captured who we are in our ceremony to make our wedding so special,took her time and was extremely prepared and patient and never once rushed is. We had our wedding at Bleeks and Bergamot in July 2025 at their beautiful new Riverside Venue and had the best experience! Bailey was an absolute star from the beginning, very helpful and considerate, always taking the time to answer my never-ending questions. The venue takes care of so many things that made planning a wedding so much easier - they even did our florals! Christine, our day-of-coordinator was also great and helped ensure everything went smoothly leading up to and on the big day. They truly do everything they can to ensure your special day is how you envision it. We would definitely recommend having your wedding here, you won't regret it!

We managed to snag the last date available at this venue for 2024 due to a cancellation from another couple and we are SO happy we did. Bailey and her team at B&B are absolutely phenomenal. Their communication leading up to our wedding and during our planning was impeccable. They always responded within 24 hours and answered all our questions. We felt confident that things would be well handled. Unfortunately, we had some on and off rain during our wedding day and Bailey and her team actually moved the chairs for our ceremony between the inside and outside area THREE times between rain showers before finally settling on having an outdoor ceremony when the rain stopped. They were readily available with umbrellas and everything we needed. They managed a lot of the coordination day of, and reduced a lot of our stress! The venue is absolutely beautiful, so if you’re considering this venue do yourself a favour and book it! You won’t regret it!

Bailey also did our wedding bouquets, boutonnières and arch pieces. The bouquets were EXACTLY what I wanted. The colour palette matched perfectly, and all the floral pieces were breathtaking.

What a beautiful location to host an event. At first glance, the corn field kind of hid it's location but once you got back to the facility, it was absolutely amazing. Hosts were super sweet and very easy to talk too. They provided games for our event. They also had a bar and very clean/well kept bathrooms. Highly recommend if your looking for a vendor

We had our wedding here middle of October and only have good things to say! Bailey and Rebecca were amazing and super helpful through out the whole process with recommendations and suggestions for all of my questions! Having the bridal suite and grooms area is a huge bonus for day of getting ready. So many of our guests commented on how stunning the venue was!
Will definitely be suggesting the venue to all our friends and family in the future. And hopefully will be back in 10 years for a vow renewal!

Our wedding at Bleeks and Bergamot was a dream come true!

Communication with Bailey and Rebecca leading up to our day was so simple, putting any of our worries at ease. We felt we were in excellent hands every step of the way. We especially loved that there were no hidden fees for every little thing, something we encountered at many other venues. Right away, Bailey provided us with a lot of information, making it easy to find our other vendors.

We had many opportunities to see the venue prior to our day, which helped to build excitement and envision our day.

The bridal suite is the perfect place for getting ready with your girls. Being adjacent to the creek made it the perfect spot for our first look photos as well as photos with our immediate family. We didn't have to worry about guests seeing us as they arrived since this property is down the road from the main venue.

The layout of the main property is fantastic. Our guests still rave about how fantastic our venue was and how everyone felt a part of the crowd no matter if they were on the dancefloor or enjoying a conversation. For the crowd that wanted quiet area to chat, the courtyard provided the perfect space. With the 5 large barn doors open, it still felt like everyone was in one space, which was especially important to us.

We can't thank Bailey and Rebecca enough for all that they did to make our dream day come true!

From the very beginning Alex provided mood boards that were exactly aligned with what our hopes and dreams for our wedding day would look like, we worked off of those and a 3D rendering to carefully and intentionally choose all of the details and decor. Alex sourced the best florists and vendors to take on the vision of our wedding and make it come to life. She gave options and never pushed us towards the most expensive option and guided us through what would be the most impactful on our budget. It was so helpful to have her give us timelines of when the dress should be ordered, when to send out invites, what sites to use for RSVPs, she kept our timeline on track and stress free! She is kind, funny, organized, thoughtful and calm.

Seeing her work her magic and be the director of the whole production of the day was truly inspiring. She is an expert and works endlessly for a seamless hassle free day for the bride and groom. I felt nothing but ease and trust in her as I knew she was amazing as what she does. Our wedding day could not have been any better!! If any hiccup came up, she immediately and calmly found a solution. Having her plan the wedding was one thing, but then seeing her coordinate our wedding day was a whole other thing that she so effortlessly did with a smile on her face! She is truly the fairy godmother every bride needs on her wedding day!!

I loved being as hands on as possible with Alex to figure out details and design ideas because I enjoy it, but I know she would be the best person to work with even if you didn't come with any ideas and wanted someone to just take it away and do their thing to make a beautiful and memorable wedding! She looks outside the box, knows what's trending, knows what's boring, knows what should be skipped and what's important, and is always up for doing something unexpected and untraditional!

My husband and I were married by Nick this past April at The Grand Hotel in Carleton Place. Nick had a zoom call with us just for us to meet him before we made our decision, which many others did not offer. It just took that call and we had to look no further. We scrambled to find another place in a few days notice, and were so fortunate to find this wonderful venue, and all the help Brahm gave us to make sure our wedding was a success. In the end, it was even more wonderful that we had dreamed of. The room is so beautiful, with those incredible windows, the brick wall that made such an impact with uplighting, friendly and attentive staff at the bar, and such a clean venue all around.

We recently hosted a party at Espace Mila and we can confidently say it was one of the best decisions we made for this event! From the moment we stepped through the doors, we knew we were in for something special. The venue itself is stunning—beautifully designed with a perfect blend of elegance and warmth that set the tone for an unforgettable evening.

Fiona Lau and her team were invaluable to our wedding planning. We paid for Full Planning and I recommend this package for every couple who can afford a wedding planner (very reasonable prices). Fiona is the perfect balance of highly organized and going with the flow; ensuring important issues are promptly addressed while not letting minor details bog us down. She is exceptionally team-oriented ensuring that I, André and all the vendors felt like we were all on the same page. She was crucial to making our planning process and wedding so enjoyable.

Some of my favourite moments:
- When our first officiant had to cancel (many months before the wedding thankfully), Fiona helped us book a new amazing officiant within 24 hours.
- When we had the final meeting with our venue, Fiona did all the heavy lifting so Andre and I spent most of that meeting in our own world admiring the venue. We only chimed in when they needed our opinion.
- My mother coming into my bridal suite saying, "What is this?! I am the mother of the bride, I am supposed to be stressed but I have nothing to do!"
- During the wedding, I was completely in the moment without a worry. Everything was magically in the right place during the event. Even when I got home, I went through all my stuff worried that something had been forgotten at the venue but it was all in place...I don't even know when they did that but I know that was Fiona and Danielle's doing!

I am absolutely happy with my decision to hire Fiona as a coordinator with partial planning support for my wedding in 2023. If you are planning a wedding and wondering if these services are worthwhile, they absolutely are and will make the entire process and day-of much, much less stressful.

This review will be long, but I wanted to provide as much detail as possible to help you make an informed decision and know what to expect.

Fiona was very professional, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. We met regularly both in-person and virtually on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, where Fiona would check up on our progress and identify what we needed to do next. As we did not have family in the area who could help us, we found her recommendations and checklists vital to our success.

She helped us by pulling together a vision board complete with the colours we'd chosen to help with decorative aspects and finding the perfect venue. She was happy to provide a list of vendor recommendations, but definitely was not pushy and will work with anyone you have chosen.

She set up templates to document and track our budget, decorations, guest list and more. All of this is done in Google Drive and easily accessed and shared with whoever needs to be involved.

Once we'd chosen and contacted vendors, Fiona attended many of our meetings with them. This is very helpful because she asked so many questions that I had never even thought of to ensure all bases are covered. She reviewed our contracts before we signed and highlight anything which seemed non-standard, missing, or that we should clarify. This was very reassuring given the amount of money at stake.

Fiona developed the schedule for the day and worked with the coordinator at the venue and with all of our vendors. The day of, Fiona and her staff were basically *the* fairy crew. Fiona's team received all of our deliveries, in some cases picked things up for us, ensured that the venue was set up, kept the day on running schedule, stepped in to help wherever it is needed, and also helps the wedding parties as they get ready and during photos.

As a result, our day was fun, stress free, and absolutely worth it.

🍬 and boy did I have the best 36 hours of my life, from rehearsal dinner the night before to the afterparty into the early morning after. Even though we had 100 guests, countless boat rides, two literal buses - I didn’t even spare a second on worrying logistics and can focus all of myself with friends, family, loved ones and my new husband. When me and my husband were looking for an officiant to our wedding we didn't expect to be able to afford anything as special as we got with Rev. Smaller and her team. We had just moved away from our home country, which prevented our family from attending in person. Nonetheless, we were delivered the most lovely ceremony that completely exceeded our expectations. Jane is nothing short of amazing. From the moment we met her, she put us at ease. She is relaxed yet professional, friendly and organized. She made the entire process simple and straight forward, during a time when the most basic task can seem overwhelming. It’s clear Jane cares deeply for the couples she works with and creates a unique ceremony for each wedding. She provides great examples for a ceremony and advice on how to personalize it. She also just has a way of making the nerves melt away when standing at the alter so that you can be wholly present in the moment (even when the unexpected train makes a cameo during the ceremony!).

My wife and I could not have asked for a better person to officiate our wedding, and we are extremely grateful that we got the privilege to work with Jane on our big day! We were paired up with Renee for our planning and then had Renee and Jessica with us on our wedding day. It was like having a helpful, organized, stylish, and punctual guardian angel with you for your entire wedding day. The weeks leading up to the wedding felt like a breeze and the day of couldn't have felt smoother. How do I even begin to explain all the reasons I would recommend Julianne Young Weddings? Simply put, Julianne and her team are absolute angels who blew our expectations out of the water.

I can honestly say that hiring Julianne as our planner was the best decision we could have made. We chose Julianne as our planner based on glowing reviews from our friends, who had a stunning and flawlessly executed wedding. From our first email and meeting with Julianne, we were so impressed. She is professional, warm, and organised. Julianne just *gets it,* ya know?

The planning of our wedding was complicated- we planned the wedding in only a few months from London UK, during the covid pandemic. The wedding was held at my grandparents' cabin in Kananaskis Country, Alberta. The cabin is rustic, hard-to-find, and has literally no reception. In short, there was so much uncertainty and so many ways things could have gone wrong! But Julianne was by our side every step of the way; we never doubted she had everything under control. Julianne maintained a positive outlook while also being realistic with us about possible challenges related to the pandemic, our remote and rustic venue, and our budget.

Julianne, her team, and the vendors she selected executed an event that felt truly magical. When we arrived at the cabin on our wedding day and we saw how Julianne had brought the vision to life, I was truly speechless (and then burst into happy tears!). Julianne had brought to life dreams I didn't even know I had! Throughout the day, Julianne and her team worked behind the scenes to ensure that every single moment went smoothly; we never had to worry about a thing.

In summary, I give Julianne Young my highest recommendation. She is truly exceptional at her job- her skills in communication, organisation, and creativity are top notch. But on top of that, Julianne is just a truly lovable human who you can't help but want to spend time with!
