We had a wonderful trip. Shelly Neal did an impressive booklet to go along with our recent cruise so we knew exactly what to expect on board and at port each day. She did our pre trip hotel stay, had our luggage taken to the ship and everything just fit into place from our parking spot to our excursions at port. It made our travel a very relaxed hassle free experience. 👍

Anita at Kalidescope travel was so helpful. We wanted to experience a stay at an over water bungalow resort. Anita’s suggestion and attention to what we wanted was right on. Our view was magical from our bungalow and the resort and staff were amazing.

The trip was fantastic! The condo was amazing with the most spectacular views. We could see whales and sea turtles from our balcony! I loved the area we were in and the beach access from our condo! The sunsets were breath taking each night! All travel and flights worked very well.

It was a breeze working with Shannon on my micro-wedding. She was able to help us organize a traditional style wedding with a lot of cultural elements with 5 weeks of notice! The constant reminders and status updates made us feel looped in the process.

Both my wife and I, are not residents of Ottawa but the wedding took place there. We had a lot of doubts of how to plan a wedding in a different city but Shannon made sure to set up everything perfectly with all the venders without us having to be worried about anything. From decor to venue and everything in between, she had amazing recommendations for each item on our list and took care of booking, logistics and timeline. Communication was excellent on her end. She is a very warm and enthusiastic person.

I honestly think it would not have been possible to have my wedding in a short time without Shannon’s help and expertise.

Where to even begin - good news is we had just secured our dream wedding venue, the bad news is we had less than a year to plan the biggest event we had ever thrown.

Finding Shannon was a godsend. We had an instant connection on our initial meet as she instantly put us at ease. She kept us completely organized throughout the process and really took the time to get to know us in order to give us a day that truly reflects our vision and personalities down to the littlest detail.

Having Shannon running the day allowed us to actually enjoy it. As she told us countless times she wanted us to enjoy the day like our guests and boy did we ever. The whole day went off without a hitch and we were able to just take in one of the most important days of our lives and celebrate with our friends and family.

To put it simply, Shannon is the best. My wedding day was PERFECT thanks to her and I was able to soak up every minute of it because I trusted Shannon fully with my vision. There was an issue with the shuttles we had ordered but I had zero idea because Shannon made sure to keep it away from me and handled it all. I felt so much relief having her by my side. The entire year she was such a massive help, making sure vendor contracts looked good and also aided in finding vendors when it seemed like all were booked up. From start to finish, she was a rock and constant support. Anyone’s wedding will go incredibly with Shannon in their corner 🫶🏻

Kimberley was one of the best decisions we made in our vendor team. At first, I wasn’t too sure how it would all work. But very quickly, Kimberley showcased her incredible talents with music, but also helping us think through key elements of the day – should our walk down the aisle songs have vocals or not, how long should they be, what about the first dance? All with responsive communication, Kimberley was a dream to work with.

During the day, she was a true highlight of all of our guests. One guest asked “Can we get a copy of this soundtrack”? Another older guest asked “Can we order her CD?”. She blended so seamlessly into the flow of our day, and I cannot imagine what the day would be like without her.

If you’re thinking about adding vocals / music, and strings are not for you, Kimberley is your gal. I wouldn’t even hesitate. Get her on your vendor team. As a surprise, she also takes fantastic ceremony pictures from her unique angle! 😊

We recently had Kimberley play and sing at our Mom’s funeral. She did a beautiful job! During this emotional time with multiple decisions to be made, Kimberley made our selecting of music much easier given her wide range of suggested funeral songs well organized on her website and the ability for us to request songs if desired.

Everything was seamless from communication, set up and execution. Her piano instrumentals and her beautiful voice were a highlight during the service at a difficult time for us and brought us much comfort. Mom would have loved it.

Sadie was so wonderful to work with for our wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so happy with our photos. Before meeting with Sadie I viewed pictures from other weddings at our venue which often gave off dark lighting. This wasn’t my preference and I explained that to Sadie when we met. She discussed the ways she’d over come the lighting issue and did a wonderful job capturing it the way I wanted. She also did a great job of making my husband feel more comfortable in front of the camera. We came up with plans for more private spaces and he was pleased with the experience. Sadie is the wedding photographer you need! She is kind, professional, has great expertise and on top of all that she takes beautiful photos. As two people who are not at all comfortable with being in front of the camera, we can honestly say Sadie took all the worries and nerves away. When I came across Sadie's instagram while searching for a photographer, I immediately knew that I wanted to work with her. We had such a wonderful experience here! The venue was absolutely beautiful and made our day feel so special. This place was perfect for our small wedding. We ordered the mini ceremony package, it came with the photographer for one hour, use of the space for 2 hours, all the decorations with florals was set up for us, and it even came with a bouquet and boutonniere. The process was very smooth and straight forward, with the ability to customize the music and the itinerary for the day. There were onsite coordinators that helped run everything smoothly and overall it was an amazing experience! i really loved the florals, and the welcome area for the guests and how it was set up. We had space for some snacks and drinks for our guests afterwards as well.

Rachel and Vivian made sure our wedding was a success. Amazing, efficient, and accommodating service with Markham Wedding Chapel and Gallery One Production. They made our special day beautiful and despite some setbacks, they worked around it and made sure things went as planned. If you’re looking for a boring, standard wedding ceremony, I know Cole would be able to create that for you, but you would be wasting his incredible talents. Cole through his process crafted for us a ceremony that had everybody confused why he wasn’t at the wedding reception because it was obvious that he knew us so well even though we had only met him in person that day. He listened to us in preparing for the ceremony to make it ours and his questionnaire was a fun date night that even helped us understand what we both wanted the ceremony to be like. Through the whole process Cole was professional and prompt with his communications and responsive to our adjustments. Honestly, I think the best thing I can share about Cole was... everything? He made both the vows and wedding ceremony super easy to plan out, and he was all about our fun ideas! He sent a questionnaire and then added all these amazing personal touches to our ceremony. Cole is literally the definition of the most perfect officiant.
The time and thought and customization he puts in to his ceremonies? Incomparable.
I mean this is the only time I’ve been married and the only time I plan to do it, but Cole stood out from the start, there was no other competition once I found him.
I honestly probably would have been prepared to change my wedding date had he not been available at that point.
Everyone raved about how amazing the ceremony was. I’m a nervous person and cried as soon as I started walking down the aisle. But the way Cole led the ceremony grounded me instantly, I felt so comfortable being up there and being able to focus in the moment with my now husband.
I lost my voice on my wedding day, but you wouldn’t have known with how smoothly the ceremony went because of Cole.
Cole, I don’t have the words to express my gratitude. Whenever we go ahead with a vow renewal I’ll be seeking you out, and of course I’ll be recommending you anyone that needs any officiant.

We are so grateful to have had Ken Cheung as our MC & officiant! He is trilingual (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin), which was an incredible asset for our families. He even translated our parents’ speeches (entirely on the spot; not word-for-word but with accuracy and care that perfectly conveyed the sentiment). This made such a difference in helping both sides feel included and connected!

Beyond his language skills, Ken brought so much energy and fun to the evening. He easily connected with the young-adult crowd, kept everyone engaged with his humor, and was amazing at hyping up the room during games. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Dwayne was the absolute BEST. From the second we logged into our meet and greet zoom call, he was so charismatic, relaxed and we knew he was the one. He did a very thorough rehearsal and ensured that our ceremony went smoothly the next day. He put time into getting to know us to make sure our ceremony was representative of our personalities. He made everyone laugh and cry. It was heartfelt but not cheesy. It was funny but romantic at the same time (just what we asked for). We received amazing feedback from all family and friends. We hosted our wedding at Oak & Pines and honestly it was the easiest decision of the wedding planning. This family owned business, close to Orleans, is absolutely stunning. The barn (main reception area) is rustic yet modern. The large grounds allow for many beautiful background for photos.

During our first visit in 2023, we were told there would be lots of renovation in the coming year. They did not disappoint. The addition of the sunshade ceremony space is absolutely amazing. Allowing guest to still be outside while still being covered by the elements. Although we had initially booked this venue due to the forest ceremony space, once we saw the sunshade it was an easy switch (also allowed us to have a DJ during the ceremony). The renovations of the inside were also beautiful.

They answered my endless emails quickly and thoroughly. They even went above and beyond and contacted one of my vendor directly so that everything would be set up correctly. Overall, we highly recommend this hidden gem.

Rainbow and her team are phenomenal. I did not stress once during the day. She allowed me to be a guest and enjoy my own wedding. The day flowed seamlessly. I had a wedding with a very large bridal party (17!) and Rainbow was so organized - we were even ahead of schedule which never happens! She is always one step ahead and anticipates my every move. I could not recommend Rainbow enough. If you are starting to look into your wedding, this is your sign that you must book her!

We want to thank Rainbow and her team for helping with the month-of coordination of our wedding at Langdon Hall this past weekend. We also hired Rainbow to be our MC since many of our guests spoke Cantonese, and Rainbow could run the event in both English and Chinese.

I am a pretty organized person myself and did not need much help picking out my own vendors, so the month-of coordination package was perfect for us. Royal Events was creative and heartfelt and put together the most beautiful decor for our Sangeet and for our wedding ceremony! I was quite particular about what I wanted for certain things, and had no idea for others -- they delivered for both! It all turned out perfectly and they were in and out without us even knowing it -- even on a super tight timeline on the wedding day and in an unusual venue (Telus Spark Infinity Dome). My husband and I had the great fortune of selecting Studio V for our wedding that was held there earlier this month. Dawn's venue was the first we saw when we started looking for a space and we immediately knew it was the right venue for us. It is intimate with a lot of character and it was the perfect size for our wedding with 50 guests. And after meeting Dawn we knew we were in good hands.

Dawn was very helpful with assisting us plan our wedding. She was always available to answer questions and provide ideas.

On the day of, everywhere went off without a hitch. Dawn, Eliza and their staff did an excellent job decorating the venue and making sure our big day went smoothly. It was everything we hoped for.

My partner and I held our wedding here in October 2022. We wanted a small wedding due to the changing environment of covid and fell in love as soon as viewed the venue. We had the most beautiful wedding, bettet than we ever imagined.

Dawn and Eliza are both so amazing. From our first consultation and walk through, to booking and planning, right until the last mins of our wedding day, the communication was quick and the overall planning was easy. You want to have good communication with the venue and you get that when here. I felt super at ease especially for someone who is Type A.

At first i hesitated getting a wedding coordinator as naturally I love being hands on, but we found it so helpful to have Eliza communicating with our vendors and helping with our schedule. You need a Eliza by your side brides/grooms! Highly recommend getting the wedding coordination service as add on.

Our vision of our wedding came to life and Eliza was there to help flush it out to make it even better. We held our tea ceremony, nikkah, lunch reception and lion dance.

We probably could've came with less decor based on how much was at our disposable from Studio V. So if you're on a tight decor budget, and love dried florals, minimalism with a mix of boho, they may have what you want and more without the additional coordination or cost.

The staff that Studio V hired for the day of were also top notch. So kind, so helpful, and the service was beyond amazing. Even our guests were complimenting at how lovely the service was. As soon as you enter, you feel so welcomed.

Wouldn't have had my wedding any other way.

Shoutout to Studio V Events and their amazing crew, especially Dawn and Eliza, for making our wedding day an absolute blast! We had a Hindu ceremony, which required specific arrangements and traditions, and Eliza and Dawn helped make sure everything was in place, which made the ceremony flawless. We also were able to have our dog at the wedding which was wonderful!

Importantly, the team was super laid-back and calm, which seriously eased our wedding planning stress!

One of the most common pieces of advice I received before the wedding was that I wouldn't have time to enjoy the day because of all the chaos. However, thanks to Dawn, Eliza, and their fantastic team at Studio V Events, I can confidently say that we had an absolute blast at our wedding.
