I went into Strawberry Boots a month ago to check it out and I found this cute used Porter-Yoshida hip bag i ended up leaving it which i regretted... I contacted them a week ago to see if they still had it and if they could send it to me, asi don't live in the city, the customer service was beyond exceptional! Ordered a movie box treat for my niece for her birthday and it was a huge hit! She loves curling up at home with a movie and so was delighted with the treats, especially the fancy popcorn.

We’ve used The Lootbag Lady for guest recovery at our hotel this summer, and even though we didn’t need them often, the times we did our guests were very happy with them! The bags are thoughtful, fun, and a great touch for turning a situation around. We really appreciate having this option available.

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2021 when I placed a large order of candles as gifts for family and friends. The quality and service impressed me then, and they continue to deliver! Just last week, I was in the area and called shortly before 9 AM hoping to pick up a few more candles. Ordering online was quick and easy, and my order was ready for pickup within a few hours. I bought the Ottawa neighborhood candles as a gift for my co-workers so they could have a candle based on where they lived. It’s such a cute idea! The experience of buying and picking them up was super easy and Sonya was quick to respond to emails. Will definitely buy her candles again!

Stumbled upon this place while staying at the Ramada next door. The store is a small cute colorful place. They have a big selection of candy and everything is hand made. The lollipops were the owners suggestion, I bought the earl grey latte and Creamsicle cheesecake, both were amazing! Probably the best flavored lollipops I've ever had. Highly recommend checking it out if you are in the downtown area!!

Cute little shop. Been here 3 times in the last week, the marshmallows are amazing and they have multiple flavours. Not usually a fan of hard candy in general but it’s actually really good

I have been watching their social media for a while and finally was able to go in with some friends. The staff was super kind, and we were perfectly time for them to have just finished making some mini pops! The candy we got was amazing. Every flavor was great, and I can not wait to go back and be able to try more as they have so much to pick from, and their prices are more than worth it.

Virginia worked closely with my daughter in advance to understand her vision for a flower fairy wedding and captured her ideas exquisitely. Working with Devour Catering was an outstanding experience. They catered our 40th anniversary party at our home. They had great suggestions for the menu, and paid attention to every detail. Our guests had many compliments about the food, which was simply delicious. And I can’t say enough about the team that prepared the food and made sure platters and bowls were always full. For many years I have been so grateful to the Devour Catering experts who have delivered excellent catering for my small and mid-sized entertainment events. Food is beautifully prepared, delicious and portions are perfect for the appetizer hours I have arranged.

Last night, with weather being as pleasant as it was, we were able to finally host an event for our near neighbours and the Executive Team at Blackline Safety at our home.

The array of excellent appetizers and food, the glassware, cutlery and even two members from Devour Catering coming to my home serving the food and ensuring bottles were open for beverages made the evening pleasant and seamless..

Working with Jasmin in the prior weeks to select gluten-free as well as nut-free options for our guests resulted in numerous compliments for the excellence in both quality ad flavours.

Everyone had a wonderful time.

Toward the end of the evening, I was bery grateful to see the trays were transferred to our dishes, and my entire kitchen was cleaned with all food put neatly away.

I had the pleasure of attending a wedding this weekend catered by Devour. I can say without hesitation that booking this crew is 100% a good call. As a wedding dj, I have experienced my share of catered meals, and Devour is top of the heap! Every dish of every part of the evening was to peefection, including dishes that you wouldn't expect to travel well. Beef, chicken, asparagus, potatoes, grilled Caesar salad, etc. etc. etc. All were vooked perfectly and delicious.

Forget Me Bot has been our florist for many years. It has been YEARS since I met a florist in downtown Calgary who is as nice and welcoming as Amy! I’ve been to the best shops in the city and found many florists to have a snippy, tired, unapologetic attitude (despite the arrangements being good quality, exotic and expensive). But this owner was so so helpful in letting me pick out stems and she put them together in a beautiful simple arrangement right on the spot. And this was right before Mother’s Day so it speaks volumes that she was so friendly despite the hectic time of year for her shop.

Will 100% come back here in the future because of the service, the flowers were very fresh, she put the arrangement together very quickly, and it was exactly what I was looking for.

We used Foxglove Studios for our wedding day flowers and we could not be happier. Tasha completely nailed the vision that I was going for and had a unique approach to her arrangements while bringing in my wants. The floral hedge used for our ceremony was exactly what we pictured. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were beautiful and fresh. The centre pieces complimented the room perfectly! The team at Foxglove was kind, professional, and had great communication!

I recently ordered a beautiful pair of Trinity Geometric Earrings from the Marlow Design Collection and I am anticipating to pick them up! I was browsing and seen a pair in their showcase at their studio and fell in love! This is the greatest use of wedding budget ever. We have had a phenomenal experience and the photos are stunning. We experienced Lavish Guests at our friends wedding and actually used the photos we got for our own wedding invitations 6 months later. Such a great way to allow for your guests to leave with an amazing keepsake that they actually want.

They handled everything with such care and attention to detail, from setting up the booth to guiding our guests through the experience.

The booth itself was such a hit! Our guests absolutely loved it and couldn’t stop raving about the high-quality, stylish photos they received. The black and white glam aesthetic added an elegant, timeless touch, making everyone look like they stepped straight out of a Hollywood movie! The photos turned out stunning, and the prints became instant keepsakes for everyone.

Our Lavish Guests was one of the highlights of our wedding and I'm so happy we decided to work with them. It was a 3 in 1 for us in the sense that it was entertainment during cocktail hour, our gifts to our guests as they walked away with their own professional portraits (and could access them digitally right away), and our guest book which is coffee table book with everyone's portrait and a copy of their handwritten message beside it. Erin and Andrew were so easy to work with and very responsive - they even took the time out of their day to go to our wedding venue on their personal time to ensure there was enough space for set up. Adele and Brendan were so friendly, professional, efficient, talented, etc. They had our guests feeling comfortable posing and captured the most authentic/candid moments. I don't think my review does their work justice. These photos were the perfect mix of beautiful/classy/fun. I could not recommend Our Lavish Guests more!

Clear communication throughout the entire booking process, through the wedding and after. Erin, Andrew and staff were amazing and sent lots of reminders (especially as my wedding brain kept forgetting). They were never impatient and were so kind and professional.

Having Our Lavish Guests at our wedding in June provided such a fun and practical service. It's rare to have professional photos of all of the wedding guests, and we are so glad we opted for their portrait gallery as opposed to a Polaroid experience. We had them set up before the wedding started, and they took photos during the cocktail time between the wedding and reception. I know that it elevated the guest experience, and we appreciated that all of our guests got actual prints of their photos right then as well as digital access to all of the photos. This appealed to all generations! The photos were our wedding favours for the guests, and we have visited several homes since where their photos are now framed and displayed. We used our copies of the photos to make our own photo guest book that guests signed there, which we love. We are also using the photos they took of us as a couple for our thank-you cards. They were great at making everyone feel comfortable; they are the utmost professionals and a high-end addition to any event.

This business is awesome! I recently had to plan a High School awards ceremony and they helped me pick out exactly what I needed, delivered everything, and supported me with the setup on the day of the event! I cannot say enough good things about them. The balloon arrangements were beautiful! Do not waste your time going anywhere else. They are the best!

Great place to buy and rent decorations very helpful with all inquiries

We had an excellent experience while shopping for our grandsons birthday party at Party Central. We had ordered for few props, cake stand and curtains . Also, we purchased some balloons of different colors. We had no idea as to how to decorate our birthday venue at the hotel. The owners of the shop were super friendly and cooperative and they gave us great advice as to how to decorate our venue with balloons and props. Their rates are also very reasonable and we are extremely happy with their exemplary service. I would recommend Party Central to all who are looking for decorations for birthday parties or weddings. We have heard so many wonderful reviews for our newest flower shop, but have not yet had the opportunity to use them. We had an exceptional delivery today. Exceptional service also. They called us a few days ago with a bouquet ready to deliver. Sadly, we were out of town. They quickly and kindlyrescheduled the delivery for today. Today they delivered a beautiful fresh bouquet. I think I will start buying myself flowers from Pistil and Stems because they are so so so beautiful. Thank you ladies from the bottom of our hearts.

Visited Pistil and Stems for the first time today and loved this little boutique offering cute home decor and gorgeous fresh florals/cuts! Got to pick out what I wanted for the cuts and had fun doing it. Sheryl was extremely friendly/outgoing and will for sure be back for more flowers and to find some cute decor.

The peonies we ordered were nice quality. The only complaint is the staff is not knowledgable in flower identification. We asked for a very specific kind. We even showed pictures and emphasized the kind we absolutely did not want because I am really allergic. The bulbs were closed but opened when we got them home and in water. It turned out to be the kind I'm allergic to and had to give them away immediately because I started flaring up. They were suppose to be my birthday flowers, highly disappointed.

I received a delivery of a big Beautiful bouquet of mixed flowers for my Anniversary on June 12th.
It is now June 28th. They are still Beautiful! ☀️
