Avoid this company at all costs! We hired Jas and his team to do décor for our wedding last fall and we were extremely disappointed with their work and professionalism. We had initially called their company to see if they could execute a particular backdrop that we had wanted for our wedding ceremony. We had an extremely rude lady answer the phone and she seemed annoyed that we were contacting her at all for a quote. This should have been a red flag for us, but the owner Jas had personally contacted us afterwards and offered to meet us to discuss what we had wanted. After telling us that it would be a very easy job, and that they had done many like what we had wanted in the past, we decided to pay a deposit to them. Closer to the wedding date, we had arranged a meeting with Jas to discuss what we wanted in detail. We arranged a specific time and date to meet and we were waiting outside of their business when we received a call at the appointment time from Jas telling us that he was just leaving his house. We waited 20 minutes for him before he showed up. At this meeting we had provided Jas with layout diagrams indicating how we wanted our ceremony and reception to be set up, along with photos of the décor that he had in his show room that we had selected. On the actual wedding day, the main back drop that we had wanted for the ceremony was nothing close to what we had agreed on and it was set up poorly with one side of the backdrop being higher than the other. Our reception set up was also done incorrectly, even though specific diagrams were provided to him for how we wanted our entrance set up to be. To add to this, décor that we had chosen for the reception backdrop was not done and instead replaced with alternative décor. Unfortunately, we had trusted the wrong vendor to execute what we had wanted. In the end, not only did we not get what we were promised, they were not even apologetic for getting things wrong. When I reached out to Jas asking him why things were not done the way they were agreed upon, he replied me and said that what he had done was “better” and that timing was an issue when I know this was not the case (as his team left each venue early). He offered no apologies, no offers of reimbursement, just excuses. I truly hope couples in the future don’t fall into trusting Top Wedding Décor because they are unreliable, sloppy, extremely unprofessional and quite frankly, don’t understand how to run a proper business. There are so many other décor companies in Calgary that we had wish we worked with instead.

We used Top Wedding Decor and Jas Tent Rentals for our pre-wedding events and wedding day and we were blown away at their reliability and quality of work. Jas is so professional and easy to work with. The decor was amazing everyday and the tents were set up exactly how we wanted. We strongly recommend them for decor and tent services.

He created a master piece for our engagement and reception decor. Hands down the best decorations I've seen! Anyone looking for decor or tents highly recommended him. They do not return damage cost even if things are in good condition upon return. Also if wax is on a table clothes it’s not covered under that already paid damage cost and they will charge you for a new table cloth. Not worth the head ache to rent from them. They charge you to pay with credit card.

I had a disappointing experience with this vendor. Despite giving them weeks of notice, they failed to update my quote or remove items I had specifically asked to be deleted. When I followed up, they still attempted to charge me for those items, which was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the customer service left much to be desired — the woman I spoke with on the phone was quite rude and difficult to communicate with, which made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this vendor based on my experience.
Planning a wedding is already stressful enough, and they only added to my stress in planning what should be a very fun and exciting day!

Great Hallmark! They carry a bunch of figurines: Willow Tree, Jim Shore, Precious Moments: Growing Up Girls, Snow Babies, Andres Flowers and Sandicast. Along with sections for star wars, Harley Davidson, Disney,and religious. You can always find a great gift.

One of the best Hallmark Card store in Calgary. Always comes here for Great selection of card and gifts. Terrific helpful staff. Processed my refund efficiently and we picked something else for a birthday party without any hassle.

I popped in here today to have a look at their Jim shore collection, and what a joke. We had one figure and only two of them. Walked through the store and looked at different shelves and never once met a staff member. Perhaps this place is closing I don’t know, but certainly felt like it. Not likely to waste my time again, I can understand why all the other ones seem to be closed.

Pricy ornaments. But the only staff member was very friendly and very helpful.
Be nice if the Canadian Hallmark online site was functional as the American one.. the Hallmark.com is very user friendly.

Balloons turned out great, until less than 24 hours later the helium balloons are already losing all their buoyancy… what ever grade helium is being used is not sufficient. We have other balloons from another event in our home that are over 2 weeks old and are still floating at the ceiling.

Balloons didn’t last 24 hours and they charged $43 for a 15 pack of balloons with helium. Party city in Canadian tire gives free helium inflation with any purchase and told us that we could come back anytime to inflate them with the receipt. Terrible service.

I’ll look over the fact that the store still has empty rows three weeks post Halloween. It does have a lot of everything you need for a great party. Everything. I also find the prices to be very reasonable. The consistent issue is the people who work their. They seem like they would rather work anywhere else but here... and it’s a party store. Today’s highlight. After paying the cashier, who had interest in doing her job, half attempted to fold the receipt (it was a large order of several hundred dollars),she then gave up and crumpled it at me.... at least I got a lot of fun stuff.

Good thing is we can find products related with special themes like Minecraft, Super Mario. Only the smell in the store is a bit uncomfortable due to the chemicals used in the products.
A bonus is they can use Triangle reward card.

Party City is a great store with a wide variety of options for all your party needs. The selection is impressive, and they have everything you might need for any occasion. However, the prices are still a bit high compared to the quality of the items.”

Just barely got through the door before being followed the entire 15 mins I was in the store by a tall creepy white guy who works at this location. He made is quite obvious and very uncomfortable. This whole interaction influenced me on spend any of the money on the party stuff I needed. Crazy needs to be trained better

Don’t get your balloons filled here. Diluted helium. They won’t float after 12 hours.

Stopped in to gather supplies for our newest granddaughter's Sip and See at the Crowfoot location. I have never been before and had no idea how big this store was! I was assisted by Carrine and she was able to direct me to exactly what and needed. Made the experience much more enjoyable and quicker! Thank you for your help and expertise Carrine!

I normally shop here for any party decorations and balloons. The foil helium balloons last several weeks! Great value for the price. The people that work at this location are friendly and helpful.

Long time Chintz customer in Edmonton. Calgary Victoria. Made the drive to Calgary looking for fabric for my new condo. So disappointed to see them still selling fabric I bought 4 years ago. And shocked to see the silk fabric with embroidery I bought 10 years ago! Almost no furniture for sale. … just lots of pillows. Makes me wonder if they are closing the Calgary store.
All staff were very pleasant and attentive as we were only ones in store.

Lots of unique decorating items, furniture, fabrics, artificial flowers and scents. They will greet you at the door then let you browse. Free parking, just register in the store.

I used to visit this store 2x a month years ago. But then they went from quality "quirky" to modern and I dropped out. Haven't been back.

Chintz and Company is one of our favorite places to shop here in Calgary. We are a small interior design firm and we love working with them. Not only do they provide exceptional customer service but they have an amazing selection of florals, decor and furniture.

Love this showroom. They are always getting new items in and their selection of faux florals is the best around. The staff is truly fantastic and makes me feel right at home while I am in.

Amazing store and excellent customer service! My friend and I went shopping here, and were lucky enough to meet the owner. She was quick to help us start a change room, and even had recommendations of clothing she thought we would like (and did, so we purchased). Can’t say enough great things about this place, and the amazing selection of quality clothing!!!

Super cute little store with a variety of accessories! I bought a beautiful print of Ottawa during the tulip festival and a magnet but I was most impressed with the selection of earrings. Staff were kind and one even made a point to recommend some things to do when she learned we were tourists. I saw there was an upstairs but it was closed so not sure what was up there to shop.

me and my cousins were watched like a hawk the entire time, we were not allowed to try on sunglasses without the owner barking instructions at you on how to shop the sunglasses which is very discouraging and a poor shopping experience.
They also have a promo where if you find a picture of celine dion you get %10 off, and i spotted her and said in a regular speaking voice “there’s celine” and i was loudly shushed and given a glare even though we were the only ones in the store. I would’ve bought a pair of sunglasses with that discount but her behaviour made me not want to give that business any more money. this store is not POC friendly and i would not recommend anyone put themselves through that experience.

My sister and I came here to window shop while they were giving me a guided tour of Ottawa! We fell absolutely in love with two dresses despite not planning on buying anything, and ended up leaving with a sweet haul!! The vibes of this store are amazing, and the workers are so incredibly nice! I'll be sure to visit next time I'm in the city :))

Placed an order. Received the order in a timely fashion. However, the spelling was wrong. They stated they would correct it. They sent a replacement however the replacement has been sitting at FedEx due to an error on Weddingstar Inc. end. I tried to live chat, and it is not a live chat but a back-and-forth email. Additionally, I have been told I cannot get a refund for my order only part. Despite none of this being my fault. I checked the spelling, and it was correct and they still spelled it wrong. FedEx is holding the item not because of something I did...but the shipper's mishap.

Really pleased with the customized Sand Ceremony set I ordered. The first one came slightly damaged and they quickly sent out a replacement in 3 days. Beautiful. Thank you!

Worst vendor we worked with for our wedding. We ordered match box labels as wedding favours - only half came in. We emailed asking for them to resend them as our wedding was in one day - they ‘shipped it out’ and we got it ONE MONTH later after we had to follow up again. How did it end? We only ended up with half of our wedding favours! Our wedding is over, we have no use for match box labels delivered a month after our wedding - no refund, just match labels we don’t need. Avoid Wedding Star like the plague!!!!

Ordered a set of mugs for an anniversary gift. Got the mugs a week later which was great, unfortunately they messed up the dates. I messaged them and was told I would get a refund for them which I was happy about. However was only given a partial refund and now they will not reply to messages.

I bought face masks online direct from official website (weddingstar.com.au) thinking I was buying from an Australian company, however, when my parcel arrived the labels indicated that they were from a Canadian company. This would explain the 10 working days delivery time & the high postage charges ($A19.95-$A24.95) for depending on whether I chose regular or express service - this was equivalent to one additional mask.

However, when I later found the masks advertised on Amazon.com & as a Prime member I was able to arrange for my the additional mask I ordered to be shipped at no additional postage; it arrived in a very timely manner.

Postage aside, once the masks arrived I was very pleased with them. They are very attractive & extremely comfortable to wear. Fitting the filters is very easy, especially compared to other reusable masks that I have purchased that have smaller "insertion slits" & ones which are not as conveniently placed.

It is suggested that the masks are hand washed in cold water & if hot water preferred that you dip the mask in boiling water for 60 seconds after it's cold water wash. Hung dry & smoothed out to prevent wrinkles.

All masks in these photos have been machine washed (warm cycle) while placed in a 'delicates' bag, then folded in half hung over clothes line to dry this minimising wrinkles (inside & out). No shrinkage was noted after laundering.

Party City for the most part in the United States is a thing of the past with only a few hold out stores, I was pleasantly surprised to come across one here in Calgary. I don't know of these stores to be well-stocked and staffed but here there was a ton of people working and a ton of product beautifully placed. No there's always a catch, why did I have to wait in line for over 10 minutes for one guy to pick balloons and then employees to locate them. Genuinely confused because they had four people upfront with only the one till but didn't just send the other three to find all of the items the customer was requesting and ring people up in the meantime. The line started with me then built up to eight people

Just okay. Didn't have much Mexican theme choices had a few. Looking for more nature themed adult goodbye party. Nothing.

I had a terrible experience at this Party City location. I purchased a helium tank that turned out to be completely defective — it didn’t work at all, and because of this, I couldn’t inflate any balloons for my child’s party. The product literally ruined an important day for our family.

When I returned to the store with the receipt and the unused, faulty product, the manager refused to issue a refund. Instead, he told me to “come back later” to speak with someone else and said he didn’t want to spend his time on this issue. I explained that under Alberta’s Consumer Protection Act, I have the right to a refund for defective goods, but he ignored me.

This is unacceptable customer service. I was treated with complete disregard, and no one took responsibility for the store’s faulty product. I am now filing a formal complaint with Consumer Protection Alberta.

I strongly advise others to think twice before shopping here — especially if you expect any kind of customer support after purchase.

I visited Party City and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The store itself is well-organized and very clean. The aisles are wide, and it's easy to find what you're looking for adding to it store also had various collections of products and options to select.
Beyond the amazing collections, the staff is also incredibly knowledgeable. When I asked about a certain product, they were able to recommend several options from their vast inventory that fit my needs perfectly

It's a nice place to buy things for your party, they always have a variety of items

My family experienced blatant racism and hostility at PartyMart, led by the manager, Amanda. This review isn't about a one-time mistake; it's about a toxic culture that Amanda embodies. We were looking for birthday supplies when we had a question about a product. Amanda didn't just ignore us; she approached with clear disdain.
When my wife asked for help, Amanda was immediately condescending and rude. She began talking down to my wife in a deeply condescending tone. It was a purely conversational attack, but it was vicious and unprovoked. The situation escalated when Amanda made a blatantly racist remark. She said, "People like you always come in here expecting special treatment." The phrase "people like you" was a clear and disgusting racial dog whistle. We were shocked into silence. This was hateful, verbal abuse.
Other employees overheard this conversation and did nothing to stop her. This proves Amanda's behavior is tolerated by the entire store.
The problem is PartyMart, and Amanda is their racist spokesperson. We left feeling humiliated and violated by her words. Do not support a business that allows customers to be spoken to this way. I am sharing this everywhere to protect other families from this abuse. This is a warning: if you are a person of color, you are not safe from harassment here. PartyMart must fire Amanda to show they don't condone this behavior. Until then, your money is better spent anywhere else.

These people have an illegal notice on display. No business has the right to search only the right to detain if suspected of shoplifting until the police arrive to preform a lawful search. I’ve reported it. I would be wary of any business that posts an illegal notice. It violates consumer rights.

I have been here numerous times without any issues and actually used to look forward to shopping here...until today.

Never thought I would get berated or treated like a toddler for not standing in the correct line. I was trying to retrieve my online in-store pick up items and following directions from the email and the signage by standing in the online pick up area. I waited 5-7 minutes but was never acknowledged or received any help.

The rude cashier (Caucasian, middle aged, glasses) ignored me even after her colleague said she would help me shortly. She helped 2-3 other customers until I finally asked if I was doing everything correctly to get my items. She told me 3 times I needed to stand in the main line and then asked me what my items were. She never bothered looking at the email and QR code I had ready to present and she didn't ask for identification.

After finally receiving my items, I took the high road and left the store 15-20 minutes later. Ordering ahead did me no favors.

I hope you have a better experience than I did and I do not plan on returning to this location ever again. They don't seem to know their own procedures, they have bad customer service, and the whole ordeal took forever.

However, their general customer service phone line was really pleasant to deal with and did put me at ease. Hope they can make a training moment out of this.

Rude customer service I came twice to pick up an arrangement for my daughter’s birthday in the morning she was rude I thought ok it’s a bad morning and I said it’s ok we have time I will back later please, she was oh I don’t even have your order here, I already paid 5 days before. Later I came back and the destroyed the arrangement she didn’t even call or something to offer a solution .. she waited that I came back to let me know that the main character of the balloons is not working! Then she laughing said have a good day!! Racist and zero customer service! Caucasian, middle age, wearing glasses. Party city I hope you can do something! I just read Amanda the manager is the one treating everybody like that!

My 4 year old daughter went to use the bathroom and accidentally pushed the big red button thinking it was a locking mechanism. Instead it was the emergency alarm and the alarm started ringing. The manager, Amanda, came over and was very rude about the situation. I apologized as it was an honest mistake and the manager was not impressed. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

We live out by chestermere high school, and we prefer to come to this location vs East Hills. There is plenty of parking and the store is more orginized. We have always had good service here.

When I visited this this walmart location just a week ago I was appalled by the entire FRESH Department as it was nothing more than an eyesore. The amount of damaged products thrown on the shelves in the bakery, nearly rotten produce in the cooler area and produce display boxes.More alarming let me mention expired meats that looked beyond rancid and definitely screaming unsafe to eat unless you have a willingness to be hospitalized. I saw what looked to be a higher up employee ( supervisors or management)in the store running around on their personal
Cell phone speaking Punjabi, to whom I can only assume was family or friends ignoring customers, as I did try approach one to question about the Fresh department and all the issues I had found since there was absolutely nobody present in the entire area of fresh! Nobody stocking the shelves or quality control in the department. I used to be a Walmart canada employee in Edmonton and to be blatantly honest this is unacceptable and management should be held accountable. Staff like myself would never be allowed to Run around on our personal cell phones speaking to friends or family during shift nor would we even be employed letting the heart of our store(FRESH) ever look like this. Since I was never given the time of day by the young man who was wearing glasses and of east Indian ethnicity roughly in his twenties I went ahead and filed complaint with alberta health services. It's obvious this store lacks the knowledge of canadian food safe policies they lacks FIFO policies and how to properly mark down and dispose of expired meats, since I saw many nearing their expiry and again the rancid meat (chicken) I came across was 4 days past expiry. This is unacceptable and dangerous. Clearly I care more about your customers than the store manager, department managers, supervisors and department workers. Thoroughly disgusted and don't know how your store is still open and serving the community members or strathmore and surrounding areas. I wish I was still employed by walmart because I would file a formal complaint to corporate office and the CEO.

I will not be recommending this store to any friends or family that visit the strathmore area. As I know many whom travel to and visit often.

Aisles are incredibly tight and cramped, especially the produce section. it is impossible to fit a shopping cart in there.
Product selection is incredibly lacking compared to other stores like East Hills Calgary or Marlborough Calgary. Absolutely disappointing how poorly planned the store layout is.

The grocery store is terrible (it is not Super Centre type..much smaller) with poor selection, tired looking fruits and veggies and meat that looks a bit old. Grocery part is crowded. The store is generally disorganized and not very clean. Even the blue on the outside of building is faded. This store needs a complete overhaul.

Website is no longer accessible. Having to verify every 10 seconds that I am not a robot. Can't login to my account, because it keeps getting stuck on verifying that I am not a robot. Screw you Walmart. AI isn't the answer to everything.

I ordered a house warming gift for my client on July 3. It’s currently August 5 and despite calling and leaving voicemails multiple times, I’ve had absolutely no response. I emailed them today insisting that they cancel my order and refund me immediately as it doesn’t make any sense to send this gift anymore over a month after my clients took possession of their home. This service has been completely non-existent and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I will also be sharing this on our company social media pages as a buyer beware as we serve many other companies who need to steer clear of wasting their money here.

Similar to other reviews, we also did not receive our delivery. I paid a high surcharge to guarantee a before 4pm delivery. Our order is still not here and there has been no communication in response to my phone and email messages. Unfortunately, I believe this company is operating fraudulently. I wish I had looked at these other reviews prior to ordering. You cannot nor should you trust this company. I’m hopeful for a refund at least, but doubtful.

Call support? Here's the number they list on their website to call for support (613) 702-1132.... Called 6 times and nobody answered. Go ahead and try, nobody will pick up.

Emailed them directly and messaged them several times in the chat bot.... no response.

Don't know how I could get any worse of service. Company appears to be a 50/50 whether they actually deliver after you pay based on reviews. Order at your own risk.

This is my first time ever giving a company a bad review.

I gave a 1 star because the initial delivery was sent out before 4 p.m. and since I didn't want it before 4 p.m., I didn’t select that option. The driver assured me it would be redelivered that same day, and the company confirmed multiple times they were getting the delivery sent back out that evening and never updated me at all and ghosted me after 7pm after they confirmed it was coming that night. I had a family member that had stayed up late waiting till 10pm for no reason, simple communication and honesty would have solved this. However, even the next day, I still hadn’t heard anything about the order or why it wasn't redelivered. I had to send a family member to pick it up since I live in Toronto. The poor review reflects the lack of communication and the multiple assurances I received that the delivery would be redone that day. Had I not arranged for someone to pick it up, it likely wouldn’t have arrived the next day either since there were already multiple false communications from the day before.

Very happy with the service. Had a small issue and the Givopoly team quickly made it right. I will be using these guys again for my next client in Ottawa. Thanks Givopoly!

I’m utterly frustrated.
I placed an order for a simple set of two balloons, both foil. I left the store and one of the two popped in my car. I came back an hour or so later and the employee promptly replaced it.
I go downstairs to bring it up to set it up for my son’s birthday, and it’s half deflated (1st photo) I pumped it back up and can hear it leaking.
We run it back to the store before closing, and now, at 930pm that third replacement balloon has popped (2nd photo).
I don’t intend to spend the time going
back a FOURTH time, on my kids birthday, to replace this cursed batch of foil number balloons.
I’m so frustrated, especially since my kiddo specifically mentioned having a number balloon for their age :(
It’s obviously popping as it’s overfilled, there is no other explanation.
I won’t be depending on party city for any future orders

I picked up at 11am this morning and it hasn’t even been a full 24 hours, and I’m without one of the two balloons I paid for.

Do not trust the prices on the tags. They will try to scam you at the cashier! When I called them out, they were dismissive and indifferent about it and did not bother fixing the price tags. I suspect they scam a lot of their customers.

I will never buy anything here ever again.

They tried to sell the items in the images for $50.

If i could give ten stars i would the balloons were great for my sons birthday party and one of the employees alex was very very helpful and nice 10/10

I bought a special bouquet of balloons for my son birthday. It had a special ballon with happy birthday and 9more for 40$ maybe a little more in price. I added 2 numbers at an extra charge and a bag and weights. When I paid I realized that they scanned everything separately and did not add the discount for the bouquet once I inquired about it on the spot the manager said to me "it's only like less than 5$ difference did you still want to cancel and restart"... really during these extremely hard economic times 5$can mean bread or no bread ... on top of it I pick up on Friday 1pm and by Saturday 11am some of the balloons deflated.. so disappointed 😞

The staffs are all very friendly. However, the helium balloons I purchased at 1pm on Friday starting dying at 7pm same night. Today (Saturday), the balloons are on the ground as of 8am. If you need balloons, do not get it the day before. And this is for both latex and foil balloon. In contrast, the 3 other foil balloons I got from dollar tree is still in perfect condition. Premium price does not equal better quality :(

Given the wrong information today, on multiple occasions, which has lead my 20 month-old son to be without medication for two days.

Dropped off my prescription this morning for him. Was told it was a compound, so they would need to order in the necessary parts for it. Was told if I did it through them, the delivery would be made by 4-5pm, and the prescription would be ready by dinner time. I said that was fine as my husband could pick it up on the way home.

My husband received a message earlier to his departure from work in the city saying the prescription was being processed. He called the pharmacy on his way home, and the phone line indicated it would be delayed until after 8pm.

My husband then drove back to the pharmacy (we live half an hour away), to pick up the medication. He called to confirm it would be done.

He arrived to be told it wasn't done. Not only that, but it wouldn't be done today at all, and not even tomorrow morning - because this pharmacy doesn't so that kind of medication, so we have to go to another pharmacy.

So we were given incorrect information by multiple staff members, leaving our sick son without medication he could have otherwise had if we had been given the correct information initially to go to another pharmacy, AND my husband was forced to make an hour round trip for nothing.

Educate your staff better. My son is suffering because of you, and I don't have enough words in my vocabulary to share how absolutely disgusted I am with you.

Staff were rude and not helpful. I was told multiple times that they could not fill my prescription even though I had the same prescription filled at another Shoppers Srug Mart location. The pharmacist said verbatim "I've been doing this a very long time I know what I'm doing.". Well apparently he doesn't because the prescription was eventually able to be filled when I walked them through it.

I don’t enjoy posting lower reviews, as most staff at this Shoppers location are incredible and I’ve never once had any problems shopping normally.

However, I got sick and needed to get a test done and Shoppers Pharmacy was the only place near me that would take bookings or walk-in’s on a Sunday. I booked the night before, for a 10:30am appointment. I came in 10 minutes early and was treated in a very “disregarding” fashion by the pharmacist. She asked what I needed and I told her I had booked online for a test. She haphazardly handed me a clipboard with some medical sheets to fill out, and didn’t bother searching me up in their system.

I filled out their forms and brought them back to her, and she then asked my name and phone number, and once I gave her my phone number, she stated she was signing me up for text alerts. No option, not given a “would you like to sign up for text alerts?” She just signed me up. She then told me the pharmacist who could administer my test wouldn’t be there until 10:30 exactly, which was completely fine. But then I proceeded to sit in the waiting area until 10:50, when the pharmacist finally arrived.

I was still waiting at this point when another customer went to the pharmacy desk and the receptionists demeanour was entirely different. Very bright and bubbly, actually looked up this client in their system, told them they could see their booked appointment.

I then waited another 10 minutes before finally being called in to take the test I needed and the pharmacist also had a very negative attitude.

I understand this is a hard job, people can absolutely be difficult to deal with, but I never did anything to warrant such treatment. And if this is how I was treated, how are other clients being treated? Especially when sick? In a medical field, you need to be compassionate and I experienced no compassion at this location.

I would absolutely give the regular staff who run the store 5 stars, but this pharmacy deserves 1 star.

I had a great experience at Shoppers in Strathmore thanks to the knowledgeable and helpful pharmacist Josh. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear guidance on how to manage my symptoms. Highly recommend this pharmacy and Josh for anyone looking for expert and compassionate care!

I always get good service when shopping in the perfume section, I’m indecisive so I appreciate the patience given!

The owner was extremely helpful and even divided my beads into little bags for it to be easier for me to make later. She even went back home to get the charms there that I was looking for. They also had a bunch of super cute charms I haven't seen elsewhere. You buy beads by the stone, not a strand, and unfortunately, the beads are mixed up in sizes. So the 6 mm are mixed with 5 mm and 8 mm. And if you're not careful, you end up with a bunch of different sizes. The beads I bought were supposed to be 8 mm, but I think they're 6 mm, since the one I have at home is bigger than the ones I bought.....and I also ended up with some beads that are smaller too.....and 2 of the stones weren't the right stones.

That being said, it is WAAAAAY overpriced. I can get cheaper beads online of similar quality and sparkle. I ended up spending close to $200 and have enough beads for 7 brackets (which yes, is super cheap if you bought said brackets made). If that's a good deal to you, definitely check this place out. If not, maybe not the place for you.

So in summary. I like supporting local. Unfortunately it's unorganized, and bead sizes get mixed up, and it's overpriced.

What a cool little shop. The owner re-strung a bracelet for us and was super helpful. She also has some lovely silver rings and gemstones.

I’ve been visiting this store on and off for years- Yesterday, I came in had had my Amber necklace repaired on the spot by a kind and friendly girl named Suki- Today, I happened to be near by and deliberately went back to have an ornament I hang on my rear view repaired. I was help by the store owner- Siena… She generously took the time to also help me on the spot. There’s something to be said about any business that has an invested and present owner. Travelled 7 hours to visit this shop. As an avid bead purchaser i was very taken aback by the price of the natural stone beads. However, I did see some variations that I have never seen so I decided to purchase some. Nearly 200$ later, I have enough to make about 5 bracelets. Prices are extremely high in comparison to other shops. I was not a big fan of the lack of transparency with bulk discounts and wish the store had better lighting and more organization. It was not until I got back home and made my bracelets that I noticed the quality of the beads is very below standard. Many beads have different sized holes, have chips in them or are different in size. At $1+ a bead this is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Im so pro-shop-local but the the shadiness and lack of communication at this store has me reminded why I continuously shop online. Long story short - they have some different variations but prepare for a hefty bill and really inspect before you purchase.

Fantastic place! Lots of inventory and it's clear that the owner truly values providing her customers with quality. She recently taught 2 of my daughters, in individual classes, how to create some amazing jewelry pieces of their own. Her patience with each of them was incredible. They are now addicted and have since created awesome pieces of their own. The pic included is just one example of what they're now making. Thank you!

I wholeheartedly recommend Things Engraved. Their service is top-notch, and their sales representative, Will, is nothing short of a miracle worker.
I ordered a large shipment of custom engraved glasses for my son's wedding on very short notice. (The fault for the short notice was entirely mine.) Will was able to get the glasses to me, beautifully engraved and carefully wrapped, even sooner than the superhuman deadline he had promised to meet.
Thanks to Will and Things Engraved, my family celebration will have an extra touch of class, and the guests will receive lovely souvenirs. In future, I'll be taking all my business to Things Engraved. I unreservedly encourage others to do the same.

This has always been my go to engraving place, although very expensive, they really are the only ones around. I needed a gift engraved for an event, so I called ahead to make sure they had the item, confirmed engraving costs and time to have it ready, so that I could run in before heading to the event.. Had my husband drop in earlier to prepay so things would be seamless... NOT!! When we returned to pick up the item, my husband ran in and she had it packed in a bag.. So he grabbed it and came out... The store manager had lightly engraved the piece and was hardly visible.. But proceeded to hand us the display model, with no box and no ribbon that the item came with... (Pewter Certificate tube where the bow hides the center joint) I was told they had others in stock, but in all the advanced planning, the manager was not able to "find" the boxed ones.. Until I insisted and waited for her to do so half hour into our event... Was so disappointed, have not been back since.

Jasmine was amazing. I came to get a key cut and a keychain. She was so helpful and kind and gave me some great ideas for a gift. I had a bad experience with a different key cutting location and she put me in a much better mood.

Initially I was told my order would cost one amount, upon pick-up was told it would be double the initial cost. The item was already engraved so I had no choice but to pay for it. No-one from the store contacted me regarding the change and when I went to pick-up the item, it was scratched all over and looked terrible. The customer service with all of this was AWFUL. I do not recommend them and will never be shopping here again.

The worst ever experience I had. Been told to wait 1 hr for the gift to be engraved, I came after almost 2 hours and been told to wait another 15 min! Even by then It was not finished and sure to take another hour! Had to cancel the order:(

The manager is incompetent in understanding or resolving obvious shipping label issues and charges customers for tax on packages that were never sent by the sender or intended for recipient and refuse to refund or resolve anything and should not be working in customer service or with the public at all. Thanks for ripping me off!!! What an absolutely miserable "manager", disgusting behavior

Absolutely horrendous experience here. This is the second important package the carrier has lost and the service rep at the post office was rude, demeaning, and refused to answer any of my questions. I asked for the customer service number to create a ticket for our lost package and she rudely told me she had already given it to my husband. I asked if she could have the respect and decency to give it to me also, and she accused me of being disrespectful and indecent with her, rolled her eyes, and walked away without helping me. I asked her coworker if I had been indecent or disrespectful and the coworker just gave me a sad apologetic look and the customer service number I had asked for. If you see a short woman with straight reddish brown hair, ask to be helped by anyone else because she's miserable and wants everyone else to be miserable too. How she's employed still is beyond me.

Absolutely terrible. Thanks to this place being no help and somehow “misplacing” my grad photos, then changing their minds and saying they apparently gave it to someone else, I will now never receive them. They also don’t answer the damn phone and most of the staff is just outright nasty and condescending.

The people here are great. Office staff are kind and the carriers are helpful when I need to know something.

Terrible customer service and rude lady working the counter who states been there 15 years and with all that time and experience would not look up a Canada post number commercial department number, as it would just be wrong to help a customer.
