I have worked with Adrienne a couple of times and it's always a wonderful experience! Recently, a friend and I attended her group makeup class. In addition to teaching the basics, she made sure to discuss and teach make-up techniques that addressed the areas of concern that each participant had. I recently attended a group makeup lesson, and it was such a great experience! Not only was it fun, but I also picked up some fantastic beauty tips. Adrienne has an incredible eye for what suits you best—she recommended I try the Wine O’Clock lip balm. At first, I thought it was too dark for me, but I gave it a shot, and now I absolutely love it! I also got an eyeshadow palette, where I could choose the shades I liked. The quality is very good, and the fact that they are made in Canada is a plus! I highly recommend Adrienne and her beauty brand.

I had the immense pleasure of having my hair and makeup done by Jas for my brother's wedding reception. She made sure to first understand my skin type, my makeup preferences, the look I wanted to go for, and was very receptive to inspiration content. Her methodology is immaculate. She spent a generous amount of time doing skin prep with high quality products. Her makeup base was FLAWLESS and the final look was exactly the soft glam with soft smoky eyes look that I wanted. My makeup lasted THE WHOLE DAY from noon to midnight despite being outside in the heat and dancing for hours. I could not have been happier. Now coming to the hair... She was fast, methodical and careful to get everything done on time and without any messes or concerns.

The perfect glam squad! Lelo and Donna were both incredible to work with. My ladies and I came in with visions of what we wanted, and they used their experiences to guide our designs. The final product was even better than we imaged.

Prior to the day, Lelo was always super quick to reply to messages and questions. She provided a useful wedding day prep guide with skin care tips and a demo schedule. Lelo and Donna arrived right on time and were extremely efficient in their set up. Lelo did everyone's makeup and Donna did everyone's hair. All of us were ready earlier than expected and we had plenty of time for photos prior to heading to the venue. They also provided my bridesmaids with instructions on how to take out / place my hair piece and veil as to not ruin my hair. We all received touch up bags in case we needed to fix any of our makeup throughout the day.

Vere and her team did our makeup for my sister’s wedding; she’s incredibly punctual and professional, patient and sweet! With our makeup she also gave us a retouch kit in case emergencies happened but we cried, laughed and sweat in the makeup and our faces were still set and locked, lasting until 2AM!

Cortney is amazing. Incredibly organized, talented and kind. She somehow got my frizzy hair to behave during a heatwave and IT DID NOT DROP. I decided to change a few things for the day of from what we played with on our bridal trial and she was SO good at modifying it.

I can’t say enough positive things about our hair! From the start, Courtney listened to my concerns with past hairstylists and gave me tips and suggestions all before even booking with them!! I hired Boudoir Studio for my wedding this past Aug 27th and it was the most perfect decision I have ever made. Xinqi is extremely meticulous and patient. It was easy to communicate with her, she always replied very quickly and answered all my questions in the most professional manner. She simplified my planning by making a schedule for the makeup times as I had many bridesmaids and family members. She did the most wonderful job on the day of. My mother, aunt and all my bridesmaids were all so happy of their makeup. Xinqi always had a lovely smile and really helped relax the atmosphere while she worked. As someone who never wears makeup, I was completely blown away by my wedding day makeup, I was so so so pleased ! I do not think I can thank Boudoir Studio enough for making my big day so perfect ! I would highly recommend her to any future brides, I will definitely think about Boudoir for my next events.

Xinqi was very professional and nice from the beginning. I had a hard time finding an Asian make-up artist that is available in the Ottawa area initially, so when I found her I was very grateful she could accommodate. Even though based in Montreal, she didn’t hesitate to be willing to come to Ottawa for my big day, even though it would be a very early day for her. During the trial she listened carefully to the style I wanted to achieve and upon showing her some pictures, she was able to execute the desired style perfectly. She did and excellent job with my hair and make-up for two different looks for the day. I have very little experience with make-up but she was able to accentuate my Asian features very well, especially for the eyes. Her husband and herself also took some very nice pictures to capture our day as a nice bonus!:) Definitely recommend!

Amy is amazing! She is so talented and experienced and I trusted her completely. After a brief description, Amy was able to style exactly what I was hoping for and I was so so happy. She understood the look and style I was going for easily and executed perfectly!! She is also very organized and professional and was able to bring another great stylist with her in order to accommodate our wedding day timeline.

My experience with Amy was absolutely incredible. I went with a classic French twist for my wedding and got so many compliments on it on the day of and in the weeks that followed. She can sometimes be hard to reach with all the automated emails.
I also had to prep my hair beforehand (super curly hair) and the roots were still a bit crimped in photos (even right after styling before sweating) which was a bit disappointing.

Amy and her team are truly exceptional! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and enjoyable. If there were 10 stars I would give it! The best decision I ever made was hiring Katie for my bridal hair! My hair never looked so good and my experience with Katie was a 10/10. I had Katie for the full day service and honestly she was the best addition to my day. Not only did she do such an amazing job on my hair, but she was such helping hand throughout my day - from the touch ups for me and my bridal party, to helping with my veil.. to helping me button up my dress (my maid of honour was struggling lol). I had the most MAGICAL morning with Katie on my wedding day! She made me feel so special and beautiful. She exceeded all of my expectations and went above and beyond for

I got married at the end of October, 2022 and choosing Katie for my hair was one of the highlights of my wedding day. Katie is one of the most professional hairstylists that I've ever worked with and goes above and beyond for her clients. On the day of my wedding, the power went out in our Airbnb and she somehow managed to make it all worked and was so patient. The circumstances on the morning of were so chaotic but Katie managed to do everyone's hair (all 6 of us) like a pro. Everyone's hair turned out SO gorgeous! As the bride, Katie took so much time and care to complete my hairstyle and even stayed longer to assist when the photographer came and made sure my hair looked perfect. She even stayed longer to touch up everyone's hair. Christine is amazing!!! I have been to her a few times now, for both haircuts and my wedding hair. With fine and thin hair she works wonders - she has given me the cutest/nicest short haircut I have ever had, it feels so full and frames my face perfectly! She did the most beautiful hairstyles for myself and my sisters/bridesmaids on my wedding day - they were stunning, stayed in place all day and night, and we received so many compliments. My one sister with pin straight hair had the most stunning long lasting curls, my other sister had the most gorgeous 1920s/30s updo, and my hair was absolutely princess-like and a voluminous dream. Christine is so kind and talented - she's an artist you find and keep! She's also great at recommending the right products from hair care to extensions. Cannot recommend enough!

Christine is an absolute God sent. Having curly hair I had been through my fair share of hair stylists who swore they knew how to cut curly hair. (I have walked out of more hair cuts crying, then I'd like to admit). I was nervous to let anyone near my hair. After meeting Christine, I was completely at ease. I used Deelightful Beauty for pedicures when she was based in Ontario. Dionne would always make me feel so comfortable and did such a great job on my toes. I was extremely sad when Dionne and her family moved to Alberta as I felt like I was losing more than just a pedicurist, I lost a good friend. Dionne has such warm and inviting energy, being able to chat with her while getting my services would always make my day. She is truly missed here, and I have yet to find anyone that compares to her.

I had the best experience with Dionne more than once, the most memorable for me was for my wedding. Not only did she make sure my lashes were absolutely perfect but also aloud some guests to use her property for parking when I was in panic about it.
