Kathy was amazing to work with from the very start. She replied quickly to my inquiries and offered in person or virtual meetings to review options. We did not choose traditional invitations for our event, as it is a small party attending, but we did have a number of stationary options made. Kathy custom created beautiful event cards, menus, thank you cards, hotel door handle hangers and so much more! She went back and forth with us as many times as needed, until we were happy with the design and layouts. The system used for proofing and edits was very helpful and streamlined to make everything easy to view, in one location. Thank you so much Kathy, we will be forever grateful.

We ordered our wedding invitations a few months before our wedding and to our surprise, Vijee made sure our cards arrived earlier than we expected. She was open, honest and very detail oriented. We were able to customize the cards and add our own personal touches. We were able to communicate with her anytime we needed as she was very responsive and patient. We wanted our cards to be perfect and that is exactly how they turned out. We just received our cards and did not need any edits or changes to be done because Vijee was able to create exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. The entire process was easy all because of her.

This is one of the most popular place for Tamil wedding invitations. If you're printing for 100+ cards, they have ample designs to choose from. You can change the colors, fonts, designs. You can even Come with a customized deign and they will do it for you.

However if you choose to do 50 cards (Minimum). They have less selection. Those cards are kind of basic. And not many options. No customization either. And there be an additional $60 charge for printing less than 100

The prices for each cards ranges but they are comparable to others in the industry.

The lady that helped me was so nice and patient. I went close to closing time and she still helped me and stayed open. They have really good customer service

The store displays all their cards so you are able to see all styles in person! The workers are knowledgeable about prices and options for each style. They are open to customizations and changes. Prices are also very reasonable for the quality and customization. Vijee was super super helpful! I ordered my wedding cards from here and they were able to make all the changes I wanted, included any clip art images I wanted, and my religious symbol. They were also patient with me to get a quote typed in Punjabi as well and was able to add it. Overall it was an easy process and Vijee understood any changes I wanted via email and made them in a timely manner when sharing the drafts. Also the printing time was super quick! I’m so happy with the quality of the cards and the amazing and kind service :) I would highly highly recommend them!

After placing an order for 2 customized coffee mugs I was disappointed to find out that one of the 2 mugs had a crack/scratch in it. After raising the issue, I was offered a replacement mug. Upon inspection of the replacement mug it was clear the image had not been properly aligned. After bringing this to their attention I was told : " the print is definitely well within the acceptable range for mug printing. Sorry we couldn't make you happy." The two star rating is for the customer service I received from Shawn that was exceptional. Unfortunately I can not say the same in regards to the quality of the products I have received.

Ordered some cards and they were great quality, and available for pickup quickly. Very reasonably priced. The owner went above and beyond and threw in some freebies.

Shark Printing have been exceptional to work with. They helped ensure that we had the necessary materials for a last minute conference we are attending. And the quality is always excellent.

I had a terrible experience working with Printing Shark. It started out quick and easy, all I needed was a 14 inch graphic printed on a T-shirt. Shawn G. confirmed my project could be done and promptly gave me a quote, which I paid through a link. When I noticed there was no note in the project description for a 14" graphic, I re-confirmed with Shawn whether the print will indeed be 14". Instead of "Yes" or "No," he sent me vague and misleading emails such as "We'll get as close as possible," "The printable area is 9x12." I had to email him back and forth 3 times asking the same re-iterated question, but Shawn would still not give me a straight answer. I completely lost trust and requested my refund (which I was surprised to even receive - honestly, I thought I was being scammed). It was an extremely frustrating exchange. I don't know why he couldn't have just explained to me at any point in our exchange (ideally in the initial contact) that Printing Shark unfortunately cannot complete my 14" project. Instead he took my money then made me feel conned and jerked around.

Printing Shark needs to hire better customer service reps and train them with competency in the company's printing capacities. In the end I'm just glad I didn't stick it out with them only to receive a product completely short of my expectations.

Super happy with my experience with Printing Shark! We had about 100 membership cards made up within a day or two and they look great. Shawn was very responsive throughout the process and happy to reprint any cards that were less than perfect. Thank you!

I went into Print Well needing a project printed for an event on very short notice—and without a clear idea of what style or material would work best. They were incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in! They guided me toward the perfect board for my event and had it ready within an hour. Worst customer service i have ever experienced, at first i emailed about the shipping delay to which i was never really replied untill i received my order. Than emailed back because the product was super badly executed, i asked for a refund since i had to buy another gift because of their mistake. He basicely (Mike) only answered me that he will fix the problem and than told me i will receive another set of glass, to which i clearly retold him i did not wanted another set and that i wanted a refund, i was never answered back after this…

Ashes to Rubies has been purchasing hoodies, tees, hats and signs from Printwell about 3 years now. Mike and team do great work. They've been responsive to communication over email, and in a hurry, by phone. I appreciate the mockups and clear invoicing. A few rare misprints have also been replaced without cost. Good work team!

People there are always so knowledgeable and helpful! My last order was processed extra fast. I asked if it would be possible to ship something two days before Canada post strike. They not only shipped it within an hour since order was placed but they used an alternate courier and I got my order in only 18hours (free shipping with purchase; no extra cost! To Edmonton) Also,, they never forget to write a handwritten note on my packing slip. I just love ordering from them and each time I am in Calgary I try to stop by! FIVE BIG stars from me ! I’ve been a customer at Reid’s since August 2023, and from the very first visit, I was blown away. I walked in just to get my Lamy pen checked & mind you, I didn’t even buy it from them and the manager not only took it in but had it repaired and working perfectly within a couple of days. That level of care and service completely won me over.

A year later, I still go back every other week. Whether it’s pens, stationery, or stickers, I always find something, and more importantly, I always leave feeling welcomed. The staff are kind, accommodating, and non-judgmental. They create a space that’s genuinely comfortable, even for introverts like me who don’t always know what to ask for. They answer questions when needed but never make you feel pressured or out of place.

Plus, they even welcome my dog in the store! 🐶

Reid’s is everything a local store should be. I’m truly obsessed, and incredibly grateful for the space they've created.

Great store with knowledgeable staff and quaint atmosphere, but I have a major issue with the fine line and other pens they sell. I've now purchased 3 pens in the last month from Reid's with all drying up and becoming unusable after about 2-3 pages of moleskine sketches. I feel like I'm being fleeced for decent pens when I sometimes only get one day of use out of them. I'll be focusing on online ordering of my supplies from now on.

I was born and raised Calgarian, I've seen ads for Reid's plastered EVERYWHERE around the city for many many many years. One of my favorite pleasures in life is a great, no, a magnificent pen. That pen that just writes perfectly for your style of hand-writing... you know the one I'm talking about. The guilty part of that pleasure was finding one left behind by someone (just laying there on the table) when I was in school. I could never find the right pen myself for some reason.

I've just graduated, as a celebration I came down to Reid's to get a proper pen to sign my first contract. They were kind, caring, understanding, knowledgeable, they understood the task at hand, and they found me my first perfect fountain pen.

Not just a one time experience. 5 years ago it took several messages before they finally returned my call. Missed a deadline for a project for my vehicle. I have been calling and leaving messages for the past couple of weeks and have stopped in and not even the courtesy of a call back. If you don't want a job, then at least have the courtesy to call and say so. Hard to support local with customer service like this. I understand from others that not returning calls is quite a common occurrence. Very unprofessional. It takes a lot for me to speak up.

This store is huge and the staff seemed kind but it's full of knickknacks, toys, gifts, and hallmark cards. If you want fun birthday party stuff it seems like a good bet but if, like me, you're looking for ACTUAL stationary, specialty paper, envelopes, and letter writing supplies, I would absolutely go somewhere else. Besides a few boxes of generic looking blank hallmark cards in the back of the store you won't find any here.

I'd say this store is more catered towards handicrafts as they have a large yarn section and easy activities/puzzles, but the store is fully equipped with anything you could need for an art project or to stock up before school. Staff where very friendly and acknowledged the few times I've gone in. If you're in a hurry, ordering pickup online is very easy and I've always gotten the correct items.

deserres is my go-to place for art supplies. Tried comparing them to Amazon but deserres just has guaranteed 100% good quality. If you’re a student, you get 10% off! Just have to show them your student ID. Prices are fair and cashiers/workers are very helpful in guiding what you need.

This charming place offers lunch and snacks (I highly recommend the cinnamon buns!). Kim started slaving away in her home kitchen to bring her home cooked deliciousness to catered events. As the business grew into favorable love, she expanded to this cafe... where you can stop by for lunch or a snack without an invite to her home :). Friendly people, wholesome food!

The fish and chips was pretty good I enjoyed my meal although I wish the fish was haddock and not pollock. For the price you pay best bang for your buck in Strathmore.

Excellent breakfast for only $6.99, including coffee (and all the cream you want.) The eggs are always perfect no matter which way I asked them to be cooked. The Cook came out to ask customers how they enjoyed their meal. Awesome place!

Great food at a reasonable price. Service is great. Part of our order got lost in the shuffle on a very busy evening (not a free seat in the place). Didn't complain, they picked up on it right away. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes or so, no big deal. Tried to pay, they comped the whole bill, and gave us pie!!! They had me at free home made pie!!! Have been there a dozen times at least, that was the only hiccup to speak of. Breakfast special every day until 11. $6 or $7 for a full breakfast. Just as fast as the McDicks here and 100 times the quality for breakfast. Can't go wrong!!!

This place is now called PJ,S. We had a family outing 4 adults and 2 children. Food was fantastic, big portions, tasty and it was presented well. Our waitress was very attentive, and frequently came back to make sure our needs were met. All entrees came with either soup or salad and at the end a piece of soooooo good pie all for under $15. Kids eat free after 4 so our total bill was under $65. This was our first time here but will most certainly not be our last. 5 stars for sure. And the owner/chef e cdn came and talked to us. Scammers! Be Warned!

I went to return a Purolator package without taping the box or printing the label, as I knew it wasn’t required. The woman at the desk insisted I had to tape it myself. When I asked if she could do it, she refused unless I bought a whole roll for $3.99. Then, she charged $2.99 for a basic A4 printout, claiming a $2 “computer fee” for opening my email and hitting print.

When I questioned these shady fees, a man and woman (likely the owners) jumped in. The woman was rude, muttering under her breath, while the man struggled to justify the scam. When he couldn’t, he just told me to check Canada Post because they “charge more.”

I don’t mind paying for services, but I won’t pay to be scammed. I was supposed to pay around $8—before he generously reduced it to $7.

We just received our wedding invitations and they’re everything we were hoping they would be! Each card is hand gilded and the attention to detail is amazing. Our experience started off well, but we were extremely disappointed with how it turned out. My family and I drove 1.5–2 hours for a scheduled appointment to discuss wedding invitations — something very personal and important in our wedding planning process. When we arrived, Arya wasn’t there. Instead, a décor representative met us and said Arya had dropped off the card samples and asked her to show them. If we had questions, we were told to contact Arya directly.

When we called Arya, she said she had other commitments and couldn’t make it. That should have been communicated ahead of time — especially since this appointment was scheduled well in advance, based on her availability.

We were left flipping through samples with no guidance, no ability to ask meaningful questions, and no real consultation — just a wasted trip and a lack of professionalism. For something as meaningful as wedding invitations, this was incredibly disappointing. I hope future clients are treated with more care and respect than we were.

I ordered custom wedding invitations and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the whole process. After spending a significant amount of money, I expected the colour and quality to match what was discussed and shown in the sample photo. I had clearly asked for a nude/cream tone, but what I received was a completely different colour — not even close to what I wanted (pink). My main invitation and envelope liner was what I envisioned, but the other items were totally off. I ordered envelopes, envelope liners, main invitation, details card and RSVP card/envelope.

After many emails back and forth, she agreed to fix the details and RSVP card at no cost to match the colour of my main invitation. For the envelopes she noted she would fix them at a cost ($400), to fix her mistake.

I was finally happy with the final product, but unfortunately it was such a headache and I wouldn’t recommend this service based on my experience.

They were incredibly nice, patient, and helpful throughout every step—from drafting and designing to cost and shipping. I ordered two sets of invitations, and everything was perfect. Wonderful service - Wishing the best for this company! The owner, Waldo, was incredibly genuine and nice, stayed past closing, and went out of his way to meet an extremely tight turnaround time for multiple huge posters, something that no other print shop in all of Calgary was able to do for me. He also met other specific requests/specifications I needed, again in an extremely quick manner, as well as throwing in a few freebies.

My experience with Waldos has been fabulous. We have worked with their team a couple of times now and they continue to produce high quality results with all of our projects. Waldo and his team are knowledgeable, friendly and extremely accommodating. More then once now, they have gone out of their way to meet tight deadlines for us without question. Deeply Saddened by the racist encounter at this store today at around 6:30pm. I believe the store rep’s name was Darcy. From the minute I and my little sister walked in the cashier did not take her eyes of us. She stared at us the entire duration of when we where in there. It was extremely off-putting, racist, and intimidating. Many people came in and out of the store, touched products, looked around, but they were not visually stalked like we were. I had noticed this from the cashier but decided to not react. After we paid, on our way out (closer to where they keep the front left merchandise) my sister stopped me and asked me why the cashier was staring at us. In that moment we noticed the cashier move from behind the register to a shelf to get a better look at us. I went back and told the cashier of what both me and my sister have observed and asked contact info for her manager/owner. She said, “it won’t make a difference”. I understand ant-theft prevention but the disparity in how we were treated compared to her customers is unacceptable and plain racism. I will follow up with an email to management but from Darcy’s remarks this type of racist behaviour seem’s to be accepted at this store.

I love this store, they have a lot of cute and fun gifts. Every gift I have bought here has been very well received. Also, the staff is super helpful and friendly and go the extra mile for the customer, which is very nice :)

A really nice place to buy Christmas, Birthday cards or for any other occasion. They even have decorative gifts or plushies, or even collectable things like Disney collection, Universal studios etc. They have wrapping papers for presents, or boxes and bags. Christmas ornaments, mugs with messages, calendars and so many little things you can discover to buy every time.

Staff was helpful. There were a lot of people in the store, the cashier acknowledged my presence and apologized for delay. It actually impressed me that she was mindful of the delay. Lots of choice of cards, something for everyone. It is a go to place for me downtown.

We live out by chestermere high school, and we prefer to come to this location vs East Hills. There is plenty of parking and the store is more orginized. We have always had good service here.

When I visited this this walmart location just a week ago I was appalled by the entire FRESH Department as it was nothing more than an eyesore. The amount of damaged products thrown on the shelves in the bakery, nearly rotten produce in the cooler area and produce display boxes.More alarming let me mention expired meats that looked beyond rancid and definitely screaming unsafe to eat unless you have a willingness to be hospitalized. I saw what looked to be a higher up employee ( supervisors or management)in the store running around on their personal
Cell phone speaking Punjabi, to whom I can only assume was family or friends ignoring customers, as I did try approach one to question about the Fresh department and all the issues I had found since there was absolutely nobody present in the entire area of fresh! Nobody stocking the shelves or quality control in the department. I used to be a Walmart canada employee in Edmonton and to be blatantly honest this is unacceptable and management should be held accountable. Staff like myself would never be allowed to Run around on our personal cell phones speaking to friends or family during shift nor would we even be employed letting the heart of our store(FRESH) ever look like this. Since I was never given the time of day by the young man who was wearing glasses and of east Indian ethnicity roughly in his twenties I went ahead and filed complaint with alberta health services. It's obvious this store lacks the knowledge of canadian food safe policies they lacks FIFO policies and how to properly mark down and dispose of expired meats, since I saw many nearing their expiry and again the rancid meat (chicken) I came across was 4 days past expiry. This is unacceptable and dangerous. Clearly I care more about your customers than the store manager, department managers, supervisors and department workers. Thoroughly disgusted and don't know how your store is still open and serving the community members or strathmore and surrounding areas. I wish I was still employed by walmart because I would file a formal complaint to corporate office and the CEO.

I will not be recommending this store to any friends or family that visit the strathmore area. As I know many whom travel to and visit often.

Aisles are incredibly tight and cramped, especially the produce section. it is impossible to fit a shopping cart in there.
Product selection is incredibly lacking compared to other stores like East Hills Calgary or Marlborough Calgary. Absolutely disappointing how poorly planned the store layout is.

The grocery store is terrible (it is not Super Centre type..much smaller) with poor selection, tired looking fruits and veggies and meat that looks a bit old. Grocery part is crowded. The store is generally disorganized and not very clean. Even the blue on the outside of building is faded. This store needs a complete overhaul.
