As an event planner for a non-profit, working with Vibe Event Rentals was a fantastic experience. From working with Sadie, who was able to respond all my requests and updates in a timely manner, to the onsite team that set up our tent and chairs well before the event - the team took a massive load off my plate.

It was also so helpful to our team or staff/volunteers that we did not need to tear down tables/chairs - Vibe Rentals handled all those details for us.

We rented tents for our wedding from this company and they were just phenomenal to work with. From planning to delivery to pick up they were patient, helpful, and just all around a delightful experience. Anything we needed even after the initial delivery was handled quickly and professionally. The weather for the wedding was absolutely atrocious but the quality and the security of the tents made the experience so wonderful not only for us but for all of our guests as well.

Working with Party Rental Depot was truly a delight. Sadie was very helpful and accommodated ever request we made with ease. We hired Vintage Bash to do the florals decor and bouquets for our wedding, and they absolutely nailed it! I had a whimsical garden party vision in mind, and they brought it to life so beautifully — every detail was stunning. We used mostly silk flowers, but so many guests couldn’t believe they weren’t real. That’s how lifelike and gorgeous everything looked!

Grace Schouten (Swan Valley Travel) is the best travel agent I have ever met, and I have travelled extensively. With meticulous attention to detail, she put together a travel package including flights, rail, accommodations and bus tours throughout 4 provinces. She also provided me with amazingly detailed supports to accommodate my disabilities. She is truly remarkable.

My overall experience could not have gone better. I rented tablecloths last minute for a very large event, and I was very impressed with the communication, the quality, the pricing and kindness from this company. Communication and set up prior to the event were great! Chair covers looked so elegant and matched our theme perfectly. Unfortunately, there was no after-hours contact number as staff did not arrive on time for pick up.

I organized a large conference with close to 700 people in Toronto. Event Linen Services provided us with separate chair covers and tablecloths for our luncheon and gala. They were reasonably priced compared to other vendors, and they got the job done well. They were very efficient in changing the chair covers and tablecloths in a short period of time. The customer service was quick and personable. I would recommend them for your event.

Over the course of a year, I changed my mind a handful of times, and their flexibility and openness to swap things in and out was so appreciated. Amy helped me make decisions with my decor and table layouts, and I am so so happy with how everything turned out!

We are from out of town, and both Josianne and Mireille helped us find all the decor we need for our wedding! They both took the time to personally set up the linens, the candles, the vases, and even brought in glassware and plates (which they don't rent), just to paint the full picture! And we didn't feel rushed in the slightest. They helped make our vision a reality.

Affordable party rentals provided plates, wine glasses and coffee cups for my 35 person event with one days notice and at an affordable rate. I picked up and dropped off the items (my choice) easily and my deposit was returned promptly. I would definitely recommend them.

While delivery was timely and the glassware ordered was in great condition (mostly), we were disappointed with the condition of the chairs provided to us. They were quite dirty and we found at least 2 seats with gum on them. Also, our complaint was all but ignored and we were told we should have opted to rent chair covers at an extra cost. Upon placing our order, that was not addressed. Regardless, after having my staff clean the chairs, we were able to salvage the situation and had a great evening for our office Holiday party.

I used Chair Décor for my linens, chairs, and napkins for my Wedding and it all looked amazing!! I did not have a planner and it was hard for me to visualize and pick something with so many beautiful options to choose from. Liz helped narrow it down when I showed her my vision for the wedding. We were able to do a mock set up in their showroom and that made all the difference. Super friendly, professional and accommodating. I've been using them for other events exclusively ever since!

We recently visited the Chair Decor Etc showroom over the weekend on Saturday and it was such a great experience. The woman who helped us (she had curly hair) was very knowledgeable and friendly. She showed us some different options for linens for our August wedding and was great at giving us some time to think and talk out the options, while also giving her opinion on what most folks usually choose. These are chairs of the absolute highest prestige. I was popping off harder than Martin Tyler when Aguero scored the winner against the Queens Park Rangers when I saw my Gold Phoenix chairs with a Chocolate Velvet Bella chair cover on them; absolutely marvelous.

We recently had Chair Flair decorate for our Golden Evening Gala in support of Childhood Cancer awareness month. Her and her team nailed everything 1000%; the theme, the brand, everything! It was so beautiful, and so inviting. Our guests loved it! We are so thankful to Shannon and her team.

I've worked with Shannon both as a bride and as a wedding photographer, and I cannot recommend Chair Flair enough. They have an incredible variety of decor available to suit all styles, and the team executes designs with the utmost attention to detail. We had the pleasure of using D&D Party Rental and working with Amanda for our backyard Wedding and were so happy we chose them.

As soon as we reached out, Amanda was ready to schedule a site visit with her amazing technician to provide the best feedback and advice for selecting the tent appropriate for our needs. We went through numerous options, and the clear span tent that was proposed was the perfect fit. Amanda even went as far as plotting out the tent and chairs to ensure that the setup fit enough guests and helped eased my mind to be able to visually understand it. As we soon realized that renting the tent was this simple from them, we decided to rent the remaining equipment as well, including chairs, tables, covers, serving ware, coffee and tea urns, and much more. They worked with us to drop off a few days before which was a great relief and were able to leave the setup for a couple of days after too so that we did not need to stress about anything after. The installation team was professional and efficient and everything turned out better than we could have imaged.

All in we rented fabric draping for the ceiling/walls, cafe lights, table linens, and table decor items... and she did our live greenery/flowers for guest tables. It all came together in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost!

With only a few weeks notice, due to constantly changing pandemic restrictions, Mandy, Jen & Scott of MME were amazing to work with, and went out of their way to help us plan the perfect day. They captured photos and did mock ups of the rental items, they were always patient - answering all of our questions - and politely put up with our multiple changes and revisions. Everything arrived ahead of time and was picked up on time. We can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond for us and we will continue to highly recommend Mastermind Events.

Christie was a wonderful planner, she helped us plan our small, intimate, 1920s themed wedding so that it was exactly what I invusioned. Mafe our day easy and special and as stress feee as a wedding can be.

I borrowed some beautiful wedding items from old, new, borrowed & blue rentals in March this year. All of the rental items were well-maintained to such a high standard. I really loved that there were a wide variety of rental items to choose from. The archway, in particular, made for some fabulous photos and we got many positive comments on both it and the copper arch (used for a polaroid photobooth).
The process was SO easy! The location of Lori's house was really easy to find, and she was very flexible with returning and picking up items. Thank you so much!

The rentals looked great and everything was delivered on time. They really helped bring our vision together and made the space feel beautiful. There were a couple of small hiccups and the owner at the show room made a few weird comments, but overall everything worked out well and we were happy with how it all came together.

Used Alamo recently when planning for my cousins wedding shower and they had everything we needed and more! Nina and Issac are so helpful and professional, this was my first time planning an event and they helped us make sure we had everything we needed. There were the little details that we would have never thought of that they had suggested and we were so grateful for their help! I loved that all their products are all of good quality material, the plates are high quality, the cups and silverware, even the tents and food warmers were top quality! They recommended and provided us great serving staff and an amazing bartender! I will definitely be coming back for all my event rental and party needs!!

Chair Cover King was very accommodating with our requests and time frame for the wedding! We were able to pick up the chair covers earlier to fit with our scheduling and drop off was extremely easy and quick. The quality of the chair covers was amazing and they were easy to tie and held the bow very well - no pins were needed at all! I would definitely work again with them in the future, and highly recommend their service!

Good customer service. The material I rented was exactly what I was expecting. Clean, perfect count. Easy to follow policies.

We used CCC to rent some white Bella chair covers. 280 to be exact. The quality was good. We had to cover chairs that had mustard gold chair covers on them. They covered it without any issue.

If you rent the Bella chair covers and tie the back into a bow, make sure you untie the bow before returning them.

Staff were very friendly and nice. Very easy to deal with.

Great product! Amazing and friendly customer service! Great pricing! I rented napkins for my party last weekend. I was looking for two specific colors and I wasn't sure if I can find them. To my great surprise they had the exact color I was looking for and the quality was great. Unfortunately, I lost a couple of the napkins. Again to my great surprise, the owner was so kind and didn't even charge me. I will recommend them without any doubt and I will reach out to them for my next parties.
