Had the best experience with Arjuna last June. Had my graduation photos done with him and they turned out beautiful. I was worried because my figure was not what it once was but I had not even mentioned that to him and he seemed to already know how to work around that with the way he positioned me and my family. He is also great with kids, very patient and friendly. Very talented, cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this photographer.

Paula is an incredible photographer! We hired her for our wedding photography and we are so glad we did. Paula was fantastic to deal with from booking to receiving our photos. I’ve used plenty of other family photographers and Paula is the best of the lot.

She sent pictures of different locations we could use. Once we arrived at Carburn Park for our pictures, we found that she had put together a list of groupings and photo locations in the park. She styled our photos rather than have us figure out where to stand, what to do with our hands etc. She spent time finding the perfect shot and made our kids feel welcome. Our time with Paula flew by and she made it effortless on our part. We showed up and smiled and she did the rest.

Investing in photos with Paula will be something you’ll never regret!

So our actual wedding photos didn’t turn out (different photographer) so we asked Paula to redo them for us close to our first anniversary. WOW! Paula captured EXACTLY what we wanted and didn’t get the first time around. The day was beautiful, the location let us come back and shoot, and the dress still fit! Paula utilized the entire space and the results are amazing! We’re so thrilled with the results and now we have “wall worthy” photos of our day.
We honestly cannot thank her enough for capturing these shots!

We’ve been engaged for 4 1/2 years and thought it was probably time to get engagement photos done! We wanted something different, and Paula came through with flying colors! Her suggestions were great, and really catered to what we were looking for. We hit the Graffiti Container Park in Sunnyside and then headed over to the East Village. It was a perfect day for pictures, and we had an absolute blast! Paula was so fun to work with, and we have pictures that I don't think anyone else would have been able to capture. Now comes the hard part of picking just a few to have enlarged.

I have used Lindsay now twice for big monumental moments in my life. One being my engagement photos, and the second our daughter’s first birthday. It had been a while since I saw or used Lindsay, as it was over 7 years ago that I did my engagement photos, but I was more than pleasantly surprised at how wonderful she was for the occasion of the birthday. I have used other photographers for various events but no one is as warm and easy going as Lindsay. She makes you feel totally at ease when taking pictures but at the same time wants to make sure you get everything you want which is rare because a lot of photographers prefer to do their own thing rather than take direction from a client. She also captures the moment so beautifully and every photo is artistic and purposed so that when you look at the entire gallery together you can’t help but feel like they were taken by the best of the best.

Lindsay was absolutely wonderful! Great communication from the start. We did an engagement session, it was our first couples photos we’ve done and we were a little nervous. Lindsay made us feel so comfortable! She was so relaxed and gave us good feedback so that we can get beautiful semi-candid photos! We are blown away at the results, we love so many of our pictures!! If i could rate 100 stars I honestly and truly would. I can't properly put into words just how incredible Arsalan was to work with, right from the start on our first discovery call together I knew we had made the right choice, Arsalan is so warm, open and kind, he really made sure that he fully had our vision down and now that we have our full gallery its clear that he knew exactly what we wanted and executed it to a level I did not even know was possible. I always read that photography is one wedding day decision where you do not want to cut corners and I am so glad I took that advice to heart and went with Loving Core because I know that these are photos I am going to be giddy to share for the rest of my life, I feel truly elated that Arsalan was able to capture our most special day in such an absolutely stunning and "us" way. As overseas based parents of the bride we had no idea of any of the couple's choices regarding location, photographer or celebrant but what an outcome! Emilia is an absolute photography wizard! As out-of-towners planning our destination wedding in Banff, we were clueless about how we wanted our photos to turn out. Emilia guided us with incredible expertise and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that our photos perfectly matched the theme of our ceremony. She also gave us a bunch of stunning locations to choose from for our wedding day and day after photos, an extra option she provides that we highly recommend!

What really impressed us was how comfortable Emilia made us feel being in front of the camera. For reference, we were trying to achieve a sort of 1920s Speakeasy/Gatsby theme, and we feel that she absolutely nailed that vibe through and through. She saw the vision we were hoping to capture and brought it to life with great ease, and in ways that we could not have imagined. She made the most important day of our lives even more special by enhancing it beyond our hopes and dreams.

Emilia was incredibly caring and invested in capturing the special moments throughout our wedding day, but she also made sure that we were comfortable being ourselves. Before the day of the shoot, she spent a lot of time consulting with us to strategize all aspects of the photos. Everything from locations, down to the pairings with family and friend photos during and after the ceremony so that our time was being used efficiently on what is typically a super stressful day! She was patient with our indecisiveness and made us feel so at ease with the whole process! I had the most wonderful experience doing a photo session with Marine Gibert in Montreal. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, confident, and truly seen. I had no idea how to pose, but Marine guided me with such grace and kindness throughout the entire session. Her direction felt natural and supportive, never forced or awkward.

She took me to stunning locations and captured breathtaking photos — every shot was filled with emotion and beauty. We met Mitch at a wedding show a while back and had a meeting to discuss our plans. We had gorgeous engagement photos completed with Steve and then for the wedding we had Steve and Rick. The photos are great! Steve is a wizard and so so easy to work with.

The only sad thing is we had one large photo taken of our group of friends that never all get together and it was somehow lost but everything else was so amazing. Thank you so much!

Upon meeting Mitch at a wedding venue open house, we appreciated his kindness and knowledge, as photography is not something my spouse or I are familiar with. We knew after that conversation we would love to work with him and his team.

We had the greatest of experiences with both photographers on the day of our wedding (Jasmin and Rick), who captured so many beautiful moments and memories from our day. Jasmin also always took the time to answer the many questions via email or phone calls from the bride (me) before hand, which helped takr a lot of stress off my shoulders for the day of. We had to cancel our original wedding date due to my husband and myself getting COVID. With all the stress of last minute cancellations, Mitch and his team were beyond understanding and told us to let them know what date later down the line they could rebook us for. We understand that many people wouldn't have been so understanding, or charged us extra, but Mitch didn't.

They were familiar with our venue, the Canadian Museum of Nature, which meant they could take the perfect shots that really captured the magic of our wedding! I booked Rahad for my Nikkah and Walima shoots on my sister’s recommendation and I’m so glad I did. I shared my vision and inspiration with him just a day before, and he brought it to life perfectly.

On the day, Rahad guided us through the poses so naturally that we never felt awkward, even though it was our first couple shoot. He also made sure every inspo shot I showed him was covered. Throughout the events and afterward, he was incredibly accommodating and understanding.
I received my photos and videos fairly quickly. There were a few photos where I wasn’t fully happy with the editing but Rahad listened to my feedback and revised them exactly how I wanted—something I truly appreciate. I’m so in love with how the photos turned out.

My one feedback for the editing team would be to somehow block out the background noise so we can only hear the emcee speak in the longer video. I visited Nadia in her studio and I was very happy with the set up, her professionalism and her prep work. I wanted to recreate a shoot I had done over a decade earlier and shared photos prior and she set up her well equipped studio with the proper lighting and backdrop.

She was able to change certain items to better accommodate my requests and overall I had a very fun filled one hour session.

She is multi lingual and well versed in studio photography and would gladly seek out her services again.

I had a wonderful experience! I was really grateful to get direction from Nadia throughout the session. Taking photos is so awkward; I never know what to do with my hands or my face! She made it seamless, and the final product made me beam. Her stylist Janet is fantastic also, and gave me some really helpful feedback about how to style my hair and makeup for everyday life; I was glad I paid for the extra hour with her.

Nadia was wonderful. We had to get photos done quickly and she fit us in and had the proofs ready and then the retouched photos ready in record time. Nate did our wedding back in 2019 and he was AMAZING! He went above and beyond, got shots I never even thought of, even some sneak behind the scenes shots that have now become some of my most cherished. Nate was great to work with on our wedding. He prepared with us in advance and we decided on the photo shoot list from his suggestions. On the day of he arrived promptly and was very professional and innovative with the different photos before our wedding. When at the ceremony he took very sensitive and intimate shots of vows and meanwhile excellent candid shots of our family and friends. He stayed for the reception and beginning of the dinner and we are happy to have many more candid and artistic photos of our special day. We would highly recommend Nate.

I first came across Nicole's beautiful light and airy photography style when I saw a picture of her work being featured on a wedding website. I immediately added her to the top of my list of wedding photographers. When Nicole told me that she was available for my wedding date, I could not have been happier. Working with Nicole and her husband Max was such a fun and easy-going experience. My husband and I were not used to being photographed, but Nicole taught us a series of four poses that were so easy to learn and made the pictures turn out natural and stunning. On the wedding day, Nicole was more than just my photographer. She practically became an honorary bridesmaid and was helping my girls with their dresses and bouquets. She was fabulous. My husband and I are so happy that Nicole and Max were by our sides the entire night. We would highly recommend them, you won't regret it! :)

HIRE HER! That's it, that's all I need to say. Nicole & Max are your best wedding decision (I mean after choosing your spouse haha). Nicole was the easiest person to communicate with, whether through person, email or phone. She answered quickly and all of my silly questions. She also was ready with planning material, like a photo timeline and photo list, way in advance like myself and through every conversation made sure to say "Let me know if there is anything I can help with"
For the engagement photos, Nicole stood out in the freezing cold snow to capture the most brilliant photos! She taught us how to kiss, laugh and smile without looking forced and made us feel so calm.
For the wedding, Nicole (and Max) were again the most calm presence and came prepared for anything. I loved having Nicole with me and my girls getting ready while Max was wrangling the men together. She came with a full tote of bridal prep gear for photos and helped me into my dress! She took the perfect candids of myself, bridesmaids and mom getting ready and kept us on track. Although I wasn't there for the photos with the groom, my husband states Max was professional and funny and ready to get photos with our dog who was in the wedding party!
Nicole + Max helped us with our first look which was the best decision we made for photos. They were just in the background snapping our intimate moments together!
Nicole + Max worked through our long list of family formals and was able to set some wandering uncles in line! Max kept on checking in with me to make sure we got all the photos we wanted and then offered some ideas of some photos that might have been missed. Once again, the words I can use to describe both photographers were calm!!!
I don't remember too much of the reception as it surrounded food + wine + laughing/crying through speeches so I loved looking through the photos Nicole took of the reception. She captured the real emotions of our guests and it is memories I will have for forever
We were able to sneak away for some photos during the reception and even those 10 minutes of photos gave us the most beautiful memories of us smiling and laughing.
Nicole even started editing during the reception and gave us a sneak peek of 10 edited photos from the bridal prep to the first look to the ceremony including a wonderful portrait of myself, husband and dog smiling at the camera. Yes, Nicole is that good of a photographer that she got our 2 year old mini aussie to sit and smile for photos!!
Finally, we received our edited photos in record time and were able to show all of our friends and family these amazing photos. Due to COVID, we were unable to have our full guest list and thanks to Nicole + Max, these photos made the un attended guests feel like they were truly there with us.
I cannot recommend Nicole + Max enough. Wedding photos (and their price) are worth it over and over again! Flowers die, cake gets eaten, but good wedding photos last a lifetime!! Especially now with restrictions on gatherings, there is nothing you need more than those memories to show your guests who couldn't be there.
I shared our photos over and over again, posted all over social media and all of my co workers said the same thing "Congrats on your wedding, your photos looked amazing!" They all talked about how incredible the photos were and how they felt like they were there with us.
At the end of the day, I couldn't have imagined our wedding day with Nicole + Max. They are amazing!

We had the best time with Nicole & Max! Their presence brings a sense of calm and warm energy, which was felt by everyone, especially my kiddos. My children felt comfortable and free to be themselves around them and since our wedding was not just our day, it was our Children's big day too - it was super important for them to not just feel included, but understood and relaxed :D They captured the best moments, even some behind the scene real moments that tug at my heart strings as a mom! We could not be happier with our decision to go with Nicole and Max. They were both extremely fun to work with and true professionals. Photography

While it is true that photos were provided, the claim that I was fully satisfied is simply not accurate. My feedback was not a blanket approval, nor did I decline editing because the images were “beautiful as-is.” I expected the editing stage to enhance the photos as initially discussed, and the suggestion that I waived this entirely misrepresents my expectations and experience.

Videography

The videos I received fell far short of what any reasonable couple would expect for a wedding. The “short-form” video may have been confirmed in the moment, but that was under pressure and not a genuine reflection of satisfaction. You kept us in your apartment for 12 hours. The long-form video, presented as a simple chronological compilation, was disappointing and lacked the artistry or emotional impact couples seek in wedding videography. While the contract may have used clinical terms, the delivery did not align with the spirit of what was promised or what we believed we were paying for.

Contractual Fulfillment

Hiding behind contractual language while ignoring the spirit of service is deeply troubling. A wedding is not just a transaction—it is an irreplaceable life event. I do not believe my concerns were heard or addressed in good faith, and I do not agree that obligations were fulfilled in any meaningful sense.

My Review

I stand firmly by my review. It is not misleading; it reflects my honest experience as a paying client. Reviews exist precisely so future couples can see beyond polished contracts and understand how real clients felt about the work they received.

A Warning to Future Couples

To any couple considering this vendor: please look very closely at the contract and ask yourself if the bare minimum described on paper matches what you truly want for your wedding memories. If you expect creativity, care, and flexibility, I urge caution. My experience has left me disappointed and regretful, and I would not wish that on others planning such an important day.

This is not written lightly, but with the hope that others can make fully informed decisions.

We booked Micha to do our engagement photo shoot. This was our first photo shoot so we were a bit nervous going into it. But he made us feel super comfortable and we were shocked to see how good the photos turned out to be on the spot. He didn’t make us feel rushed and if anything we went over time which was great. He had all our photos ready very fast and edited the ones we liked the next day. The pricing and photos are fantastic. Look forward to book him again in the future for the next photoshoot

I had an amazing experience getting my headshots done for the very first time. I was super nervous as I do not like getting pictures taken but Misha made the experience fun and easy.
