Disappointment..

I recently placed an order with your company and was informed that I would receive a receipt before proceeding with payment. However, despite several follow-up calls over the past five days, I have yet to receive it. On each occasion, I was assured that the receipt would be sent shortly, and today I was specifically told it would arrive, but unfortunately, it has not.

This situation is very disappointing, as I was genuinely looking forward to collaborating with you. The continued delays and lack of communication suggest a lack of consideration for your customers and raise concerns regarding professionalism. As a serious client, I rely on timely and reliable service, particularly for projects of importance such as this one.

I wouldnt normally leave a review, but this had me frustrated..

Excellent quality roll up banner I ordered one from vistaprint recently and it was more expensive and not good quality. Go Pro are so fast and accommodating I told them I had an event and needed it in a few days and a poster printed too and they did it all beautifully, had it ready for pickup and were so nice and communicated very well. Definitely will be doing all my printing here and highly recommend!!

Amazing work! Did a banner and some cardboard cutouts and the quality is amazing and the prices are the best in Montreal, definitely recommend! They are super fast too, I couldn’t be happier 🤗

Horrible Customer Service via Phone

I placed an order on Thursday and followed instructions to email with any questions. After two days with no response, I called today for an update. The agent, Stephanie, couldn’t provide the information I needed and said she’d call me back. After waiting nearly an hour, I called again. She still didn’t have answers and said she needed to inquire further.

When she finally called back, I asked another question I had forgotten earlier. Instead of assisting, she sighed loudly in my ear and told me to email my questions which I had already done on Thursday with no reply! When I pointed this out, she became unprofessional, raising her voice and talking back. I called her out on it and ended the call.

This was my first and likely last order. If this is the level of service they provide, Stephanie needs coaching or better yet, should not be in customer service at all.

I went in person to pick up my order and was warmly greeted by every staff member. The owner personally showed me my order before handing it to me and apologized for what happened over the phone with the staff member. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience.

We had M Invites & Design create our welcome sign for our upcoming wedding, and it turned out exactly how I imagined it! The design is beautiful, and you can really see the care and attention to detail she puts into her work. We’re so thrilled and can’t wait to show it off on our big day!

Marcy went above & beyond when helping me decorate for my dad's birthday! She created this board, which everyone gravitated towards, filled with fun facts from the year he was born. Her attention to detail & her efficiency are what set her apart from the rest. Choose her for your event, you won't regret it!!

The 40th birthday party chart for my husband was beautiful, creative, and such a conversation piece at the party. Marcy was so kind and so very professional. She even gave me other recommendations for other venders like catering that were extremely helpful. I 100% recommend this small business for invitations, charts, or other media needs.

Marcy did my wedding invitations in September 2019. Not only is she professional, but she is extremely kind, welcoming and friendly. She took the time to go over every single detail and she would review those details numerous times with us before finalizing the final product. Wonderful staff, a beautiful and eclectic set of prints and art pieces. The prices were very reasonable especially considering many of the artists are local! You can even buy original hand drawings. Couldn’t recommend this spot enough if looking for a creatively-oriented gift or piece of local art :)

Maria did an amazing job for the stationary. We had a velvet forest green enveloppe and the invitation was sealed with wax. It was absolutely beautiful and luxury like I wanted.

She easily pickup what we wanted for the shoot and she excelled at it. She was perfectly in the theme. I can only recommend her!

I cannot say enough nice things about Silver Antelope. It’s a charming little shop full of beautiful paper goods and other artist-made and creative gifts.

The artist-owner is such a talent and also so kind. One of her prints - Bumblebees of North America - is an original watercolour she painted to raise awareness of endangered pollinators and funds for a special conservation scientist facing cancer.

In addition to her stationery and art prints, she carries the work of many other local artists and makers and authors. It’s amazing how many delightful things there are in this tiny store.

I think I've bought all family members and friends at least one card from Gotamago/Silver Antelope over the years! Just the loveliest designs and thoughtfully curated gifts. Not to mention, the owners are absolutely lovely. What a wonderful part of our neighbourhood, definitely shop there whenever you can :)

This is a great place to shop for gifts. I've bought beautiful Toronto-themed things to give to people moving away from the city and to take as gifts when I've been travelling. I've also bought beautiful jewellery here as well as sustainable home goods. I really like how they highlight the work of local artists. I also love their monthly desktop wallpaper. Definitely worth checking out!

Suzy took what could have been a hair pulling stress mess to the most incredible experience. With our wedding of 8 guests we were so worried that the small number of invitations would make it a nightmare to get them made. Then we met Suzy! Grace Schouten (Swan Valley Travel) is the best travel agent I have ever met, and I have travelled extensively. With meticulous attention to detail, she put together a travel package including flights, rail, accommodations and bus tours throughout 4 provinces. She also provided me with amazingly detailed supports to accommodate my disabilities. She is truly remarkable.

This place is fascinating for handmade paper, it feels almost like a museum. Everywhere you look, there’s something interesting to discover about the art and craft of paper.

Stumbled upon the shop on a walk around Mile End. A bookbinder’s / printmaker’s dream store. 🥲 such a great curation of papers, stationery, books, ceramics, and more. the staff were so lovely as well. Happily walked out (after some restraint) with a good book and paper for my next project.

I only wish they had an online store so I can order from BC… I guess I just have to keep coming back to Montreal ⚜️

Cute little shop that sells beautiful silky and colorful Japanese paper. The owners were super nice and very helpful.

THE source for washi! A great resource for Japanese papers and related items… not to be missed! Washi — Japanese paper — isn't the only thing here: there are books on papermaking, book binding, even alternative photography processes. In short, if it relates to the use of paper, then it's here.

There is also a room with Japanese ceramic tableware and even several pieces of Japanese clothing from which to choose.

But especially washi...

Kid Icarus is a must visit gem in the heart of Kensington Market! Known for its custom screen printing and unique and cool selection of locally made greeting cards and gifts. The owner and staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about both art and their customers. Highly recommended!

We needed to print addresses and names of guests on envelopes we had already purchased from another vendor. Most of the other printing locations turned us away due to the color/texture of the envelope and did not give us much time or consideration. Kevin really took his time to work with our layout and design and did a beautiful job with our envelopes! This on top of being super responsive and getting the job done so quickly. Thank you Kevin!

We went to Paper Ideas for our Wedding Invitations. And we felt so comfortable and happy with our decision from the second that we walked in. Kevin was so attentive and helped us determine our style and design with such ease. This was the part of the wedding process we felt indifferent by, but he made the experience really nice and easy; and in the end we were REALLY proud of what we were sending out to our guests. Very happy with our experience, and waiting to find a next paper project so that I can support this very professional and creative small business (especially during these crazy 2020 times).

I had my invitations pre-designed and was looking for a local print shop to print my stationery. The quality of their work was fantastic; unfortunately though, I found Kevin to be standoffish and unhelpful. After explaining to him what I was looking for (I was simply looking to print my designs on heavy white cardstock) he said he'd get back to me shortly with an estimate on his services. I didn't hear back from him for a week so I followed up, and still did not hear back from him. I ended up printing my invitations somewhere else and couldn't be happier.

I recently had my invitations printed and assembled at Paper Ideas. Sam & Arna were great. They took lots of time to discuss our options and explain our limitations. They completed the order quickly and even allowed me to stuff the envelopes at their shop. Our design was unusual and they did a fantastic job of sourcing the paper and envelopes as well as printing and assembling the invitations.

My husband and I stopped in here today, to buy a map of Montreal, so we could continue to explore on foot.

Both of the owners, (husband and wife) were there, and they could not have been nicer. He even hand drew a map with a few suggested places that we should visit.

Great store, and cannot say enough good things about these very friendly people!

Every time I walk into Zoubris to pick up printing, I feel grateful that shops like this, run by family and for the community, still exist. I've availed myself of the printshop services for manuscripts which need same-day printing -- including today, when I had a 250 page document and it was done in less than hour, including spiral binding. I'm always astonished at how quickly (and cheerfully) they're able to print! I'm also someone who loves stationery, notebooks, pens, and paper, and there I'm also more than satisfied. Came here for a simple and fast job to try to cut a welcome message for a mirror 🪞 that we are using in a wedding, the job was simple and it could have been done with scraps

Own a business just around the corner from them, will never bring them business again.

i love this store so much. it is a stationary fanatic’s dream come true, the kind of place that will inspire you to stop procrastinating and start writing like a maniac so you can get some more awesome notebooks, pens etc. they have so many quirky hobby related items, organizational tools, and pens/pencils for all budgets and uses. i love that they have something for every budget, it’s so easy to find a cool pen or some other writing or crafting implement to fall in love with here. I’ve stopped by every time I’ve been in Calgary over the last few years and always left inspired to create.

All the cute stuff are here. Best place to grab any notebook, journal, pen and pencil or even envelopes, cards and stickers!!!

I ordered my wedding invitations from Stephita, they sent me lots of samples and I ended up making a custom invitation with them. They were amazing to work with and my invitations turned out amazing, I got many comments from guests on how they were the most beautiful invitations they had ever seen! Best if all the price was so reasonable compared to some others I had looked at, not only were the others more expensive they also didn’t have the selection and customization that I was looking for. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend them!

Tyson helped me finalize and had my invitations shipped literally within 48 hours of my initial inquiry because I needed to make a rush order. They were in my hands a few days later, and looked beautiful. Highly recommend!

Tyson and all the staff were amazing! They did our wedding invitations, place cards, and menus. They have a great selection of options and worked with our budget. Tyson really pulled through and helped us out to make sure everything was printed in a timely manner. Quality was great! We planned our wedding in 3 months. So Tyson was a big help in eliminating any unnecessary added stress to the process. He responded quickly and made the necessary adjustments. He’s very kind and accommodating, especially when you’re debating about a few options going back and forth. I've been going to Town for years for cards and little gifts for my family and friends. They have a fantastic variety of stationary and unique and good quality cards. They also have a loyalty program for the cards - ask them about it! Always friendly service and I could spend hours browsing their shelves. They always have something new and fun and I find it hard to leave empty handed. A Bloordale staple!

OMG, I LOVE TOWN, my one-stop shop for the best curated (yes, I used that word) cards and gifts in the city! Shelley Town, the owner, is super personable and knowledgeable about her product lines. I drop by a minimum of every six weeks (my hair salon is on the same block) and love being able to say, "I'm going to TOWN”...literally!
