We just finished a 6-day small group tour to Banff and Jasper with Calgary Tours, and it was a truly wonderful experience!

Especially thanks to our tour guide and driver, Robert Liu, who accompanied us through the trip. He was not only professional but also incredibly humorous and fun, bringing lots of laughter to our journey. He was incredibly passionate, knowledgeable and attentive- he shared so many interesting facts about the Rockies, helped us take group photos. You could really feel he loves his job and cares about the guests.

The itinerary was well organized, and each stop had plenty of time to enjoy and explore. Would definitely travel with them again!

I took a 6 days trip with Calgary tours. All tour guides are friendly, patient, and nice. Allen and David provided lots of details for the scenic points. All breakfast and lunch are great, and big portion. Hotels are comfortable. Maybe the only hope is, if the tour could extend the stay time a bit for some scenic points. And please notify customers tour guides contact information or who will pick up the customers in the morning. I was worried missing my tour guide on a specific day and had to call emergency number as I donot know who is the one will pick me up and the guide phone number. Overall, the trip is wonderful and I love it!

My husband and I took the 4-Day Rockies Special Tour | Banff, Jasper & Yoho National Park this August. The trip was very well organized, and we were able to visit many beautiful sites. We were also lucky to spot some wildlife along the road, including black bears, a grizzly, elk, a nesting bald eagle, and a few smaller mammals. The hotels provided were very clean, comfortable, and served great food. Overall, we are very happy with the company and the tour. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

I do have one suggestion regarding the Wildlife Photography Tour (which we joined as part of the larger package). The timing of this tour in August was not ideal. By the time we reached the wildlife viewing areas, the sun had already set, making it too dark to spot animals. Even Vermilion Lakes, which are supposed to glow reddish at dusk, were barely visible. This tour would benefit from better scheduling, with earlier start times in August and September. While June and July may work well with the current timing, later months clearly require adjustments to maximize wildlife sightings.

Other than that, we have no suggestions for improvement.

We went on a 4‑day tour to Banff and Jasper, and it was absolutely worth every penny! Our guide John and driver Mark were fantastic—everything was so well organized and smooth from start to finish. The places we visited were stunning, and the information shared along the way made the experience even more enjoyable. We had such a great time and would definitely recommend this tour!

My friend and I took the "5-Day Rockies Unique Tour (Banff & Jasper & Yoho National Park) at the end of June 2025. Booking the tour directly through the website was pretty easy and any questions we had were also answered by calling the company. We chose/paid for the excursions and service fee (tips) upfront. The hotels and included breakfasts exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide and driver were informative and kept us on-time. The excursions (Banff gondola, Lake cruise and Snocoach at the Icefields) were beautiful and worth it. We did not include lunches or have lunch at Lake Louise as we chose to walk around/hike and enjoy the surroundings on our own. Things to note: There are assigned seats on the coach, so if motion sickness is a concern, you may consider paying for/requesting a seat towards the front of the bus. (As they announce hotels, excursions etc by seat number, I understand why they do this). The tour is conducted in English and Mandarin. It took me a little to adjust to accents (may also have been due to my listening ability and the microphone). I am the type of person who enjoys getting to know people on my tour. As this tour appeared to be a combination of people on 2-5 day tours, it was not always the same group and our particular group had less English speaking guests, so we tended to stick to ourselves more. Overall, it was a very good value for us and we saw a lot of the area and had time to explore on our own as well. There is something to be said for not having to wait for shuttles or finding parking on your own and just being able to enjoy your surroundings (it's also a 3+ hr drive to Jasper). That being said, you are on the tour's timetable. We would have enjoyed longer visits at some locations, but then you sacrifice others or arrive back at the hotel very late. One way we made the most of our time was purchasing to-go lunch items in grocery stores in town prior to leaving in the mornings so we had time to enjoy our stops to their fullest. We were both very happy with the tour and loved these areas! It was a great value, included a lot of stunning places, and was well organized. Thank you Calgary Tours for a wonderful vacation!

Calgarys own did my wedding flowers and absolutely exceeded every expectation I had. I sent her a picture of the fake floral arch pieces I made and she ordered flowers similar to those so everything matched. The bouquets were so gorgeous, the colors were beautiful, and everything was so fresh and fragrant. Will definitely be using her in the future and would definitely recommended.

The flowers are wonderful, and my wife loved them, but sadly, I am giving 2 stars because their delivery company ruined the surprise today on Valentine’s Day.

Even though I provided the correct company name for delivery, and address, the delivery guys went to the wrong company and spoiled the surprise.

I also have to mention that the flower shop did not pay attention to my early calls when I tried to ensure everything would go as planned. They rushed me while talking to them on the phone.

If a customer calls to confirm that everything will go smoothly, the shop should pay attention and make sure everything is done correctly.

I had the most amazing experience at Cameo and Cufflinks! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so special and welcomed. Suzie helped me find the perfect dress, even though I came in very unsure of what style I was looking for. The selection was gorgeous, and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. When it came to alterations, they worked wonders and quite quickly! They made sure my dress fit like a glove and it was absolutely perfect for my wedding day. The attention to detail and the care they put into both the dress and the alterations was beyond what I could have hoped for. I felt so comfortable and beautiful in my dress, and I can't thank the team enough for helping make my dream wedding a reality. Highly recommend to any bride looking for a perfect dress (at a reasonable price) and impeccable service!

At my very first appointment, Ida was the associate that assisted me. She was patient and accommodating as I shared with her my inspiration photos and what kind of style I was hoping to find. She helped me look through the different designers and would offer suggestions based on what I liked and what I didn't. My favorite part was getting to look through the dresses on my own - something that other boutiques did not offer. Once I purchased my dress, I was kept in the loop on its update and arrival. It came exactly when expected and I proceeded into alternations on time. Every fitting I had with the seamstress was straightforward and simple. She was even able to create custom sleeves upon my request using the extra fabric. Ida was there to see my final fitting and she helped me steam and pack up my dress and veil. I'm so glad I got to start and end my wedding dress journey with her! Her calm and sweet presence made my experience so positive which made me even more excited for my wedding day. I had an amazing experience at Cameo! The dresses were all what I considered to be reasonably priced and almost all were within my budget (which was not extravagant). The selection was incredible, and how cool is it that they carry local Calgary designers like Lis Simon? I purchased my dress in November and it arrived in March, pretty quick turnaround for wedding dresses. The salespeople were wonderful, not pushy, let me look around as much as I liked and provided insightful information. They also didn’t try to hide the prices like some places do. I even got my alterations done in store, and both the seamstress and store owner were so easy to work with and transparent about the cost. I can’t say enough good things about the store, and I’m excited to get married in my Cameo dress next week!!!

I honestly don’t even know where to start because this appointment was everything I hoped for and more. I forgot the consultants name but she worked August 23, 2025. She was so sweet and caring, especially after I shared some of the negative experiences I’ve had with dress shopping before. She kept checking in with me, made me feel completely comfortable, and honestly made me forget all the stress I walked in with.

When I found out they didn’t have the dress I had fallen in love with last year, I thought my heart was going to sink — but she turned it around and made the whole experience so special. She pulled a dress that ended up being my actual dream dress, and funny enough, I think I love it even more than the original.

The best part? She never pressured me to buy right then and there, which was such a huge relief after the pushy appointments I’ve had in the past. That honestly made all the difference and confirmed my decision 100%.

I left in tears — but happy ones — because she completely changed what could have been a stressful day into one of the most special memories of my wedding journey. Truly 5 stars, I can’t recommend her enough.

I had a very disappointing experience with my semi-custom gown from Cameo & Cufflinks. The dress I received was not what I ordered. The neckline was loose and unstructured, and the skirt had visible puckering. I flagged the issues immediately, but my concerns were downplayed. Two separate seamstresses later confirmed the dress had construction flaws. Initially cameo committed to supporting having the issues fixed but walked that support back. I received conflicting responses, unanswered emails, and shifting explanations. I paid for all alterations myself to make the dress wearable. I was eventually offered a small reimbursement, but only if I signed a non-disclosure agreement, which I declined. I wouldn’t recommend this store based on how the situation was handled.

Not quite what I’d hoped for. I ordered the super colourful arrangement on the left. The arrangement on the right is what arrived. I know they say that they can vary slightly due to availability but what arrived was quite different (and dull) from what was ordered. A lot of the blooms looked less than fresh. For the price (nearly $150 including tax and delivery) this was disappointing.

Flowers were delivered to my cousin’s home in Kelowna after her surgery. They were exactly as pictured on your website. Delivered on the date I was given in my confirmation reply. Good job Canada Flowers, I will use your company again.

I'm super satisfied with my order. The bouquet was beautiful. I was skeptical to whether or not not they'd be able to deliver as the location is in quite a small town. It was delivered the next day, as promised. I will be using this service in the future for sure.

The flowers I ordered were for my sister's birthday...she was very happy and they were beautiful BUT unfortunately the florist spelled my name wrong, so attention to detail was off. Great delivery and on time. Thanks

For the price of the flowers, the delivery fee, and the fact that they didn't have what I ordered and substituted the order, I am very unsatisfied with this company. Will not use them again. The reason I have them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the flowers do come with a vase and they did manage to get that the right colour of what I ordered. Also the recipient loved the flowers but she didn’t see what I ordered compared to what she got. These were supposed to have roses and babies breath and another purple flower, carnations are not worth anything!

Terrible experience – avoid this place at all costs! I’ve never had such an awful experience at a hotel. We were charged for a so-called "food stain," even though we didn’t bring any food into the room. When I called to ask for details, they said they’d send a photo by email – it’s been two days, and still nothing. Every time I try to call, the same lady answers. She either doesn't pick up or yells at us, saying we shouldn't have made a mess. Completely unprofessional. On top of that, the washroom was filthy and the bed was full of hair. We felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected throughout the entire stay. This hotel doesn’t even deserve one star. Absolutely do not recommend staying here.

I booked this place before seeing all the reviews about them stealing the damage deposit, so when I stayed, I was meticulous and careful not to damage anything. They still took $10 for some reason but I couldn’t be bothered to call and figure out why. I doubt they’re acting in good faith. The room was already in rough shape with a crack in the wall and a nasty smell to it. Don’t go here even if you’re trying to save money. Take that extra money they might steal from you and spend it on a place that’s actually decent.

OMG! I do not recommend this place to anybody.We booked this place on booking.com and I will tell you we should have read all the reviews because they are pretty legit and self explanatory . When we booked we paid in advance. When we got there the room it was filthy and smelly . Bed sheets were stained and we went to the office to complain about it. They were rude to us and said it was what it was and they said they were fully booked and couldn’t change the room. They blamed us for their mess and did not give us our deposit back. They also took picture of our ID with their personal phone which I told them it was weird and they said it was policy.Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place like the plague.

If you don’t want to get robbed, RUN!
My friend and i stayed two nights for a girls trip. We were met with some downhill battles including customer service, loss of money and an unfinished room. The front office has a funky smell and the front desk made us pay unnecessary fees. We had booked a two night stay when the office had called us throughout the second day and cancelled our key card to our room saying we had to check out and sign back in for the second night. Our luggage was locked inside our motel room. When we had arrived back that night they made us pay 35$ to get back into our room for not signing out in the morning without telling us we needed to (usually when you book two nights you can stay in the room without having to check in and out each day). Needless to say we were petrified by their service. Book at your own risk.

Worst place to stay!
We checked in early and were charged for that option around 35 dollars, which we agreed to pay as we were tired and needed to rest.
The rooms are not even close to what they show in the pictures in Expedia. They are dark, considerably small, smelly and the toilets don't even flush properly due to a low water policy or something ridiculous like that.

We stayed as we were tired and had plans to go out almost everyday from our stay. It would have been inconvenient to move to a different hotel at that point.

Breakfast was advertised, however not even coffee cups were provided in our room.

Cigarette smell and noise were a constant thing during the nights upon arrival from our activities, even though it says somewhere, these are not supposed to be smoking rooms.

Additionally, we were not careful enough to notice, check and take pictures of everything around the beds and room in general, and oh surprise we found out we were charged close to 50 dollars (taken from the 100 dollars security deposit) because a bed sheet was "stained" with who knows what, as it was already like that when we checked in. They didn't send housekeeping on our first day of stay...we came back to the room finding nobody had come to clean. On the second day, somebody was told to come back later but never did.

In other words, just be careful if you're planning to book a stay in there. WOULDN'T EVER RECOMMEND IT!! Check everything and take pictures of everything to avoid being scammed, because by reading most of the reviews in here, it looks like it's a normal practice for them to literally steal money from their guests.

Really tough to deal with staff and their booking system at Emerald Lake Lodge. I have been trying to use a $500 Gift Card, but they keep telling me I cannot use it , because I pre-paid , even though the reservations dept. told me to bring the card and they’d remove it from my invoice. They are now saying , I can only use it on Food and Beverage.

… First World Problems , but the customer service is atrocious , for what is a somewhat high end hotel.

Had a really stressful 2 days with the employees at Buffalo Mountain Lodge. My husband and I stayed 1 night Monday Oct 3rd 2016. The next day we left and I realized that I had left my wallet in the room. I immediately called to have it sent back to me. They could not find it. But a manager would call me in the morning. I called in the morning, talked to a manager who after our conversation said he would call me back in 5 minutes which he never did but Sophie called back over an hour later to say it was found in a locker. Who's locker? She then took my email address so she can get my address. She emailed me asking me to fill out a third party agreement. AND to take a picture of the front and back of my card. I replied I don't have a credit card it's in my wallet which you have. She never replied back even though I emailed her again asking if she can just send it COD. I was and never did ask for it to be sent back to me without me paying for it. But to be ignored, that is poor customer service. Luckily I had a friend traveling up there and picked it up for me. I have travelled quite a bit for pleasure and for my job I send people out to places and never have I had such a lack of customer service. BTW, get the plumbing checked in the 700 block,,seriously thought most of the night someone was knocking on the walls or door.

Well I rarely write reviews, but this time I want CRMR to read this. We have been to emerald lake numerous times. We got married there last year and enjoyed the lounge and restaurant numerous times, but today not so much, 15 mins before we got sat, 15 mins before we got asked if we wanted coffee, It took a third request to finally get a coffee, we ordered food at the same time, tables of 3 & 4 that was sat 5-10 mins after us got their food & drinks. I never even received my full meal. We were never asked how was the meal, no salt, pepper, etc. We paid with a gift card we received. The server told us it covered the meal. After which I did the math and the server gave herself a tip of over 20%. Not impressed. Tough to say if we will return. Trufflepigs in Field is 5 mins away.

Another fantastic stay at a CRMR resort! We have stayed at all of them a few times, but Buffalo Mountain is our favourite. Our updated room in the 800 block was beautifully renovated. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable. We love how spacious the room is for two people and of course, the real fireplace is an added bonus. Everything was perfect for a birthday weekend escape. Thank you CRMR and we will see you soon!

My husband left his iPad in our room after we had checked out of Buffalo Mountain Lodge. He did not realized it was missing until we were in the Calgary airport. He called Buffalo Mountain Lodge asking if the iPad had ben found. He was told it had been found and the lodge agreed to ship it to us in the US. It arrived safe and sound in a well padded container. Great customer service!

Our league needed trophies last minute. Heather was an amazing help! She had them ordered and put together in a very short time. All the staff were very friendly, but especially Heather. Our trophies turned out amazing, all thanks to her hard work and dedication. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back.

I had no idea what I wanted for a special occasion balloon display but after a brief consultation they nailed it. The balloons were ready on time and on budget. They helped me load them into my vehicle and I am one happy customer.

Ordered 16 Baloons and all floats the whole night to next day.
Decided to keep 4 Baloons for fun and it lasted for 1 week.

Staff are awesome too and accomodating!
Will buy again good quality baloons here.

Our experience with Canvas and Loft was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we stepped into their beautiful showroom on Macleod Trail, Mark made the entire process seamless. He guided us through all the sectional options, explained the different materials in detail, and helped us choose the perfect fit for our home.
Even with our kids in tow, the visit was stress-free thanks to the thoughtful snack bar that kept them happy and occupied. Mark went above and beyond to estimate delivery timelines, and the customer service team kept us updated on every step of the process—even when minor delays (beyond their control) arose.
Once our Manhattan sectional and ottoman arrived, delivery was quick and efficient. The team provided a 30-minute heads-up before arriving, handled setup with ease, and arranged everything exactly as we wanted.
We absolutely love our new furniture and will definitely be shopping at Canvas and Loft again. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend going to Canvas and Loft for your furniture. From walking into the store and being greeted by friendly and helpful staff, the whole shopping experience was enjoyable and I never once felt pressured. The staff member which I forgot his name was really interested in finding what worked best for our house and family. The items were in back stock and I emailed to follow up with our order and she was able to get all of our items delivered earlier than expected. Delivery date came and I was pleasantly surprised the delivery guys set everything up for us!

The couch-buying process at Canvas and Loft was everything one could hope for! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly without being pushy. We had the pleasure of working with Tim, who was not only knowledgeable and professional during the sale but also went above and beyond to assist with delivery coordination afterward.
Beyond the excellent service, the store offers complimentary coffee and snacks, which was a tremendous help, especially with a toddler in tow.

Bought a king sized bed last week. Service was excellent from the moment I walked into the store. Kamal is an exceptional sales rep!! Delivery was quick but the bed was missing a few screws for the cross supports. Troy from Customer Choice was back in a heart beat to fully secure all cross supports. Honestly, making an impromptu stop in at Canvas & Loft was the best thing I did that week! I would highly recommend the place!!

So far, so great! My husband and I both work 6 & 7 days a week so this makes it hard to shop for big money purchases like this together. We managed this past Sunday (yesterday, sept 28, 25) to spend the day shopping and looking for the perfect sectional & ottoman. We think we found it. We spoke with Mark (who is a great guy and very pleasant & easy to deal with) and then left the store to shop around and pursue other potential options because we had some concerns about some of the reviews about the length of time for delivery.
In short, we decided that the Canvas & Loft sectional was the one we couldn't get out of our heads. After great discussion. We slept on the decision deciding the next morning to go ahead and take a chance. I called Mark the next day to answer any questions we had and was assured that delivery to the warehouse would be Oct 6th and that delivery to our home will be the second week of October. I will update this review accordingly. If everything works out like promised... then this was quite literally the most hassle free and easiest purchase we have ever made, and I would highly recommend. We will keep you posted! 😉 (will post pictures if it all works out).

For the last 2 years my daughter and some of her friends have gone here for their Halloween costume dance party. Always friendly and welcoming and it's free entry which is even better for the pocket book. They have snacks, cotton candy for 5 bucks and beverages for the adults for a fair price too. Lots of fun!

I attended the “Music in the Park and TRICK DOGS” event with my dog, as this was described as a dog friendly event, and was rudely kicked out because of my dog. I read the event description that says this is a dog friendly event. “We’ll also have treats on hand for your furry friends, so be sure to bring them by too.” But instead I got rudely kicked out - the bartender was especially rude. This was my first Capitol Hill event and I don’t care to support any more of your events.

Hosted a few events here and its always been a great time. Well maintained, clean and Abby is a great manager of the hall and great to get along with.

Beautiful park! Very large with lots to do. Chain link fence around perimetre is awesome with toddlers. We love the sandbox and crates with toys that you can check out. Fun playground.

I can’t even begin to put into words how incredible this team of lovely people are. They made all of our wedding dreams come true with ease, grace and thoughtfulness. All of worries were solved before they could become a rolling ball of stress. All of our guests were in awe of the simple beauty and attention to detail. To say we loved our day is an understatement. I can not recommend them enough.

BEST DATE OF MY LIFE! I planned a surprise date for my special person while we were vacationing in the Banff area. WOW- did Amanda deliver! We arrived to the most beautiful picnic, perfectly set up with everything you could dream of! I can’t recommend this experience enough- you will forever have the most beautiful memories of a unique and romantic experience!

Cannot recommend Captivating Occasions enough! We hired Lexine and Amanda as our day of coordinators and they made everything before and during our wedding so fun and so much less stressful. They go through every detail you can think of about 3 months out and it really helps you gauge where you’re at with planning. Day of they took care of everything from logistics to making our reception venue decor dreams come true. Also be sure to check out River Rock Retreat which is their wedding venue (we had our ceremony here) and it was absolutely perfect!! Amanda and Lexine are single handedly responsible for the stress free wedding day that my husband and I were able to enjoy. We spent a year planning our day and Captivating Occasions was right there to provide guidance all along the way. The spreadsheet that these two put together to keep our wedding day on track was so appreciated by not only us but all our vendors. Amanda and Lexine ran our rehearsal, set up our decor, ran our wedding day and came back late in the evening to take everything down and pack up. As the Bride and Groom we truly didn't have to worry about a thing all day and not to mention our parents and bridal party were also able to fully enjoy the day. Amanda and Lexine created a group chat with us and were available for questions leading up to the wedding, and also sent us a bunch of behind the scenes pictures and videos from the day of which was an unexpected surprise. We would recommend these two for any event!

The raw salmon and scallops served with watercress and olive oil, and the lamb neck pie with fennel root, both were so good that I thought they couldn't get any better. But the tiramisu at the end was truly classic. I've never had such a particularly smooth and dense one. The meringue paired with coffee and the cake base were perfect. For me, there's no second best. Big thumbs up to the chef!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Calgary. The food never disappoints and the staff are incredible! It's also the perfect place to eat if you're attending an event at the Dome or BMO Centre. Always get the tiramisu, I've spent weeks in Italy and it still rivals most I've had there.

Not an authentic Italian unfortunately. Carpaccio was overloaded with sauce (american style), Pasta’s tomato sauce was off - too sour and not enough tomato flavor. The tiramisu was ok - although also here, not enough coffee/cacao flavor

Our first visit and a great experience! Tyler was our server and recommended a great bottle of wine(pictured) to accompany the variety of dishes we selected. The rigatoni and squid ink pastas were our fav. Also, don't sleep on the burrata. We ordered the focaccia bread and the gnocci as well and really enjoyed it all. Their patio wasn't opened yet, but I'd love to go back for that.
We went before a concert and joked about how we could have paid our bill and called it a night, completely forgetting we actually had another event to go to. It was that enjoyable and memorable!! 😆 Highly recommend!

Carol was incredible, she made me feel comfortable and gave her expertise without ever pressuring me out of the vision I had for my dress. She let out the seams as the dress was a little small for me, hemmed a ton of the dress, and added sleeves to it. I initially thought I wanted off the shoulder sleeves but we played around with it where I was able to have the option of both on and off the shoulder and I could not have been happier with the results. I highly recommend her!!

Carol was an absolute gem to work with when it came to my wedding dress alterations and my maid of honour’s dress alterations. She was professional and so quick! Not to mention her prices were incredible. My wedding dress fit me perfectly. I was so happy with the end result! She even let me keep some of the scrap materials to use for our bouquets. I highly recommend Carol for all your alterations!

I went to Carol with a dress I got done in another country and she was kind and very helpful to help me understand what all would be required to make the dress fit well. Even though I decided to not spend more money on that dress, the experience of meeting her left me admiring her skill and her knowledge. Absolutely wonderful experience meeting her! 100% recommend.

She was absolutely fantastic to work with on my wedding dress (originally purchased from Durand Bridal) and my moms mother of the bride dress. I have stayed at the Carriage Hotel four times in the past couple of months and every visit has been great. The breakfast buffet is always enjoyable, but what really stands out are the pool parties. They are so much fun and really make the stay memorable. I hope they continue hosting them because they add something special to the experience. I will definitely be coming back again.

Our recent stay at Carriage House was as comfortable as a hotel stay can be: the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with great attention to detail clearly paid to both the decorations and available creature comforts. The food is delicious, reasonably priced and generous in portion size. The service is prompt and polite. Included is a free buffet-style continental breakfast. While I'm no expert traveler (and what little traveling I do is usually on a shoestring budget!), this is certainly the nicest hotel I've yet stayed in, and I'll be staying here again next time I need a room for the night in Calgary!

This hotel has superb management! You get high value with a reasonable price. I stayed here 9 days/8 nights. I was highly impressed with how well the staff worked together to give guests a wonderful experience. From outstanding complimentary breakfasts, to pool & hot tub extended hours, the steam room & gym, food/drink available at the restaurant, pub, or poolside, walk to night life or other food options... Courteous and always helpful staff. My room was comfortable, had a refrigerator, great AC, free wifi, & housekeeping was excellent! They even had security and allowed a late check in at 2am (had a delayed flight). I had a marvelous time visiting Calgary & the National Parks, I would absolutely stay here again! Oh, and thank you for the first aid too! :)

We had a group booking for our Wedding downtown, and they made it so easy to book, and were very accommodating to our needs. We stayed in a suite and it was lovely!! The layout was perfect for the girls getting ready, and hanging out with friends the night before! The outdoor pool was perfect, the location was great and the beds were unreal comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

I have grown up visiting the Carriage House Inn for various events, from conferences, family dinners and weddings. I will always recommend or advocate for having events at the Carriage House.

Everyone at Cartwright Lighting was incredible. I needed assistance choosing a new chandelier and pendants for the kitchen island and had a particular style in mind. The sales folks found exactly what I was looking for and I could not be more pleased. The technicians were professional, organized and very friendly. Thank you to everyone who assisted me.

From start to finish, my experience with Cartwright has been top shelf. They offer a broad range of products that is sure to satisfy any budget. My sales representative Nicole kept me up to date and informed on the status of my order at all times, and arranged for installation was soon as everything was ready to ship.

I highly recommend reaching out to Cartwright if you ever need a light fixture repaired or need any service on an older lamp. I wanted to add a light socket to a Tiffany glass shade that had no functional components and Olga was extremely helpful in explaining the process and making sure I was satisfied with every detail. The pricing was more than reasonable as well for such great service.

I cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received from Cartwright Lighting — and especially from Alex — today. My 101-year-old mother has a beautiful Tiffany-style lamp that means the world to her, but it stopped working. I called around to multiple places and was repeatedly told “no, we don’t repair lamps.”

Hands down the best limousine service out there (we’ve tried a lot). Richard coordinated everything and was incredibly responsive, even texting with me leading up to the trip. Eric, our driver, was so friendly and was a true professional. We used the service going from the airport to our home, with a six year old and 1 year old. They supplied car seats, arrived ahead of time, grabbed our luggage from the luggage pickup and brought everything to our door at our home. I’d encourage everyone who needs a very nice and well appointed car service to check them out!

Having Cassie as our photographer was one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding! We initially chose Cassie as our wedding photographer because she'd done the wedding photography for one of our bridesmaids. After meeting with her for our engagement photos, we knew for certain we'd made the right choice. Cassie is incredibly sweet and made us so comfortable in front of the camera. I was amazed by our engagement photos, and it got me so excited for the wedding.
On the day of our wedding, Cassie was a calming presence on our wonderful but hectic day. She is the perfect balance of personal and professional, and tamed/brought the best out of our rowdy bridal party.
She went the extra effort to release a few sneak peaks before our honeymoon, and when we arrived home, there was a beautiful wooden box with printed pictures waiting for us in the mail. The slideshow she made us brought me to tears, and it was the perfect way to relive our wedding day nearly a month later.
I have looked through our wedding photos at least a dozen times now, and I grow to love them more and more each time. Seeing them in print in our beautiful album Cassie made makes me incredibly happy (they are the only albums I've seen with metal fronts - so unique and stunning!). We honestly can’t say enough about how great Cassie is at what she does. She is very personable, professional, creative and is always a blast to work with. She went above and beyond and the pictures are more beautiful and fun than we could have ever imagined. Cassie was absolutely amazing. We weighed a lot of photographers and are so happy with our choice. This place is a dump. It went from the best in the city back in the day to Worst strip club in Canada Youd be better off paying a homeless to dance behind a dumpster, probably cleaner and prettier too.

You don’t accept card and then damn near steal cash?! Is that this place’s MO? Gave the bartender a $20 for the beer and she was even hesitant to give me the $10 (bills) change, let alone the actual change. Just give me my money and I’ll decide what I put in the tip jar. Don’t just assume I want to tip $3 for you handing me an already over priced beer. Seldom do I actually get pissed off, but this was one of those few occasions — clearly from this review.

I have been taking my daughters here for many years, I feel like they have grown up here! Corrinna, who is new to the Salon, gave my daughter an incredible cut & colour. Everyone here is friendly, professional and really tuned in with their guests!

I took my kid here because their website claimed to be curly hair experts. They aren’t. Don’t go thinking that’s what you’ll receive.
They are also way over priced - they wanted to charge me $440 for my kid to get 12 foil highlights and a trim that was done with clippers that took 30 seconds - literally - on my curly long haired kid. And then sent her on her way with 0 styling. Nothing. Apparently those 12 foils were $340 and the “haircut” was another $104, all because her hair is long. I get full highlights and my hair is down to my armpits + full cut, layers and blow out + style and I pay $210 and give a $40 tip. I don’t remember the name of the stylist and wouldn’t post it if I did. The highlights were fine. I was irritated with the experience. We were there for 3 hours - she was over booked and left my kid sitting around a lot. We booked a full colour online which should have given her enough time for the little she did. It does not take more time to foil long hair than shoulder length hair - and again there was 0 styling. Her hair was wet and frizzy with no curl shaping at all. Needless to say I had to fix it when we got home as the “cut” was also uneven - which will happen when you simply use clippers and don’t section at all. Anyhow - curly hair experts - no. Reasonable rates - no. Quality experience for the price (which I wouldn’t mind paying if we actually got the service) - absolutely not. Never ever going back.

I had dinner at Centini in Calgary and it was great. The place feels classy but not stuffy, and the staff were super friendly. I tried the lobster bisque and branzino — both were delicious and full of flavor. The bisque especially was rich and comforting. The chocolate dessert was a fun twist and really tasty. It’s a bit pricey, but honestly worth it for a special night out. I’d definitely go back.

Crantini was good and so the seafood linguine, however, the wait time was long. Had to wait an hour for the food to come out 😭 😢 don’t go while you’re hungry is my advice. Other than that, foods and drinks were good and nice cozy atmosphere

I've only ever been here for invited events, so I have no idea how much things cost or whether the cost is reasonable. But certainly the atmosphere is very professional and classy, the food is delicious and filling, and the staff are always super friendly.

It was a fantastic experience. I had a group reservation as we were going to a concert across the street and were treated incredibly. The ensured that our food was served on time so that we could attend as we were the hosts of the concert.
