Fantastic service that I highly recommend. Had a weekend full of trips around Montreal that required a vehicle and driver. All of the vehicles are clean, modern and comfortable—all of the drivers professional and personable. And they not just on time for scheduled trips… they were always early. Had great conversations with the drivers about Montreal and many topics. Made our time in Montreal that much more enjoyable

Our driver, Fadi, was wonderful. We were pleased with the service. He was always polite, on time and courteous. We felt safe while being taken to our destinations

We used this company for an airport transfer, but the experience was stressful and disappointing from start to finish.

After the ride, my son accidentally left a bag in the vehicle. We contacted the driver immediately and he said he’d return in 30 minutes. I offered to meet him or pay a service fee/tip, but was told to wait. We ended up waiting 90 minutes with no update. He stopped responding, and our AirTag showed he never turned back.

Only after I emailed the company and mentioned involving outside help did they respond—suddenly and urgently. We were told to be back at our apartment within 15 minutes if we wanted the bag, with no flexibility. Thankfully, we rushed back and found it left safely at the door, but the situation caused major stress and wasted time.

Other issues: We paid for a meet-and-greet at the airport—no one was waiting. Despite notifying the company of our flight delays well in advance and confirming our new arrival time while on the final leg, no one met us. I do acknowledge that the airline did this 3 times however this is typical of many airlines. We had to call upon landing and were bounced between doors just to find our driver outside. Not a peaceful start!

The company said they upgraded our vehicle for free, but that wasn’t what we cared about or asked for. What mattered to us was reliability and peace of mind. They offered to refund the meet-and-greet after we complained, but six days later, we still haven’t received it.

Most frustrating was how the lost bag was handled. It contained medication and essentials, and I would have gladly paid to have it returned promptly. Instead, we were met with silence and confusion, and genuinely believed we might never get it back.

This was not the premium service we expected—or paid for. I can’t recommend this company based on our experience.

My husband recently required surgery in Montreal, and we were fortunate to have Fadi assist us with transportation from the airport and to the clinic. The process for both pick-up and drop-off was handled with outstanding professionalism and kindness. I would recommend their services, as we had a very positive experience.

I booked a limo for my bachelorette with Tiffany limos. Our drivers name was Mr. M and he was the best! He was so kind and had champagne glasses waiting for us. He popped open the bottle and poured it for us. He was very flexible with the timing to pick us up at the end of the night. He even let us stop to use the bathroom which very nice of him! He also had water for our drive back. The best experience highly recommend them!

I booked a party bus for a bachelorette party with Tiffany Limousine and had the absolute best experience. Joseph was so easy to work with and so fairly priced. We had the best time and our driver was so punctual and kind. They were very flexible on the timings and even picked up some champagne and glasses for us, which was so sweet. Would recommend to anyone in the Montreal area that needs any sort of limo or party bus service.

We had a fantastic experience with Tiffany Limousine! We rented two limos—a long stretch and a beautiful antique Rolls-Royce. Both vehicles were in pristine condition and added a touch of elegance to our event. The chauffeurs were professional and courteous, with one even going above and beyond to assist during our photos. Used Tiffany Limousine for my friend's bachelor party recently and it was great. I worked with Joseph and he was friendly and quick to respond, reaching out the day before our trip to let me know our bus had an issue but he was going to upgrade us to a larger bus as an alternative solution. Price was pretty good as far as large party bus hourly rentals go. Driver was friendly and punctual and took good care of us. Only minor thing was the bus didnt have a cooler for some beers we brought with us, but we made it work. Overall it was good service and I would recommend

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel itself is beautiful, and I absolutely loved the city view from my room. The oval-shaped window gave the room so much character and made the view even more special. The elevators were impressively fast, which made getting around the hotel super convenient. My room was very clean and comfortable, and although the washroom was a bit on the smaller side, it was still perfectly fine. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montreal!

Very convenient location. We walked most places and the Eaton Center mall was like a 10 min walk. Ian (Concierge) was the best! He kept us up to date on festivals going on and suggested great restaurants and sites. He checked in with us whenever he saw us. I will be coming back next year and staying here specifically because of that attention to customer service and relations. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable.

The service gets 10 stars 🌟 all day long from the front desk to the cleaning staff 👍. The rooms are clean, well appointed and modern.
You can feel the high end touches during your stay here for sure.

The location is 10 stars ✨ as well. You are right at the heart of downtown Montreal. And you are also at the Soul of Montreal because the Bell Centre is right next door … the Habs are the heart and soul of the city 😊.

Tons of things to see and do nearby and the Metro 🚇 is at the doorstep etc.

You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here 👍👍.

Usually stay at another hotel but I am so happy we decided to stay at the Montreal Marriott Chateau Champlain. This is now of destination hotel in Montreal. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms outstanding, the service first class. We were only in town for three nights stay, wife dragged me to airport as I simply want to stay longer. The location - Walk everywhere or hop Metro.

Stayed at this location (pet friendly) with the family including our small Labradoodle for 3 nights. The selected basic room was very clean and modern from the decor, right to the entire bathroom . All staff was very attentive, courteous and helpful. Location was excellent and in close proximity to St Catherine's strip and about 10-15 minute drive to Old Montreal which is definitely worth visiting. The only downside which is no fault of the hotel is all the construction throughout downtown Montreal. I'd recommend the hotel and definitely stay again upon future visits.

Batchlor in Montréal absolutely knocked it out of the park for my mate’s bachelor weekend! They turned our ideas into an unforgettable experience that none of us (especially Kiki!) will ever forget. Adriano and his Montreal Nightlife team were the Icing on the Cake for our Girls Trip to Montreal! He was excellent in helping us plan what experience we wanted. We had the most spectacular night. A limo tour arriving at a gorgeous Supper Club,VIP seating overlooking the bar and restaurant. Excellent meals, service and pictures with the dancers. Adriano made excellent suggestions for nightclubs, he met us there and we were treated like Royalty with front of the line entry.

I took my buddies here for a bachelor party for the last week on July 2016. Even with high expectations, the experience was phenomenal. Everyone was very friendly, the food was solid, and Adriano provided professional service throughout the entirety of the vacation. He was promptly on time to let us into various venues. And showed a genuine sense of personality when traveling with us. He is indeed knowledgeable of the area and set us up with the best venues in town. I am more than happy to have utilized Adriano's services to help plan my best friend's bachelor party. Having never been to Montreal, Adriano took the time to make recommendations, understand my groups interests, work with our budgets and explain what we needed to know. When we showed up to check into our hotel (at 2am), he was there to greet us and give an initial walk through and itinerary for our weekend-long stay. Just used Montreal VIP to plan my brother's bachelor party and was extremely impressed. They planned our entire 3 day trip from start to finish. I went with a group of 6 guys and went with the Gold Package.

They booked our hotel ( 2 rooms for 2 nights), set up an itinerary for each day we were there, they were available to us whenever we needed them. Our host Tony greeted us at our hotel with 2 bottles of liquor of our choice and all the mixers we needed.

We had VIP access to the best strip club we all have ever been with and it included bottle service ( 2 bottles of our choice), a VIP booth directly in front of the stage, and our host Tony made sure we were taken care of the whole night. Also included an on stage dance for the bachelor.

They made reservations to a very upscale steakhouse called Moishes and we were all very impressed.

I highly recommend this service to anybody who wants to have a memorable time in the city of Montreal. 5 of us paid (we paid for the bachelor) $400/person and that not only included Montreal VIP services but covered gas and tolls from NY. Such a great price for service we got!!

Overprice! Overrated! HORRIBLE SERVICE! I’m a man and I’m appalled by how they treated my girlfriend and her group. They’re misogynistic, they prioritize men in servicing. There are so many good spots to go out for dinner or dancing for a much better experience for a much small price!

We had such a great experience working from a distance with Franca. She helped us get nine suits for our wedding and she was extremely thorough, considerate, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. We felt very safe with the process and we definitely recommend her and this store.

The customer service was amazing. I don’t know exactly what the job name is but her name was Virginie and she was extremely patient with me and my parents, she was very vibrant and bubbly! She dedicated herself a lot to finding the best choices for our suits and managed to find a jacket for me where there were only 2 available in canada on a specific date and a pair of pants where there was only 1 available. I got really lucky but that doesn’t stop the fact that she was incredibly nice with us and I’m definitely coming back for prom. This is probably the best spot to visit if you want to look the best.

A great venue for a wonderful event that I attended: Reimagining the Borders. I find the seats quite comfortable, but the waiting for the coat check is never ending. The interior of the Centre is tasteful and I really like it

Place is huge, comfy and temperature was so perfect that it would immediately put me to sleep...

I'm not sure whether the catering was done by us or was it done by venue so I can't comment on that yet, Otherwise great place to host conferences or meetings for around 200 people.

First time I went there for a concert.
Concert hall was fine but sound management was some big issue!!
Concert by a Persian group called "Chaartaar" was superb and so were the audience.

Easy to enjoy. Our high school graduation was a wonderful night. Parking indoors was a bonus.
