It was a truly wonderful experience. The scenery was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was vibrant. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed themselves. However, it is important to exercise caution and be mindful of your belongings to avoid any potential issues with pickpockets.

Vibe is great, went there to see Kehlani perform. Food and drinks are a bit over the top. Most food are $15+. Plenty of parking since it’s $30 cash, $32 card - no ins and outs otherwise you have to pay again to enter and park. Would go there again just for the vibe and great views off the city.

Cabana Toolbar nails the trifecta: killer music, breathtaking city views, and an unbeatable vibe. The playlist set the perfect tone—chill yet energizing. As the sun dipped behind the skyline, the view turned magical, making every moment feel cinematic. The atmosphere was lively without being overwhelming, ideal for both relaxed hangs and spontaneous dancing. Whether you're there for cocktails or just the ambiance, this spot makes every visit feel special.

My bestie and I came to Cabana during caribana festival to see Kehlani. ID, security and ticket scan once you arrive. The place is simple enough to navigate with multiple washrooms that are kept clean. There is a couple bars to order drinks, the price is slightly steep ($25 for two drinks) and a snack bar to order food, which is reasonably priced ($25 for nachos, 20 for pizza). The music can be heard all throughout the space, and its vibes on vibes. It can be challenging to find a place to set up, sit and get comfy as guests fill up areas for bottle service. At one point we had found a place to sit however were asked to leave for a group ordering bottle service. Eventually, we secured a day bed located by the pool, which was great for views of the sky and sunset. There are numerous places for photo opportunities with a swing and sign once you come in, pictures by the deck with toronto skyline serving as the background.
We thought the space might feel too crowded however it held many people and still felt like we had our own space to move.
We did go in the pool, it isn’t deep, I am 5’7” and can stand with the water reaching my chest. There is also ledge around the outside if you do not want to fully step into the depths of the pool. The pool was refreshing on a hot summers day.
For the event itself, I was disappointed as kehlani only played 3 songs - tickets were $71 plus tax with service charge. I would return again, as it’s a great way to spend the afternoon in the summer, giving feels of a resort (think all inclusive pool + bar) with immaculate vibes. I would not return again for an event like kehlani. I do believe because it was caribana weekend, it created even better atmosphere as people showed up in their outfits from the parade and were there to celebrate their culture & heritage.

We brought tickets to see a boggie with the da hoodie for July 26 at 1 pm. And what a disappointment. We got there for 3:30pm. He shows up for 3 songs at 5:50pm, and that was it. Are you serious? That's awful. Why would I trust anything Cabana is hosting again. Never again. I'm not wasting my time again. Besides that bad experience, the snack bar ladies were friendly and polite. We ordered 3 Jerk chicken tacos for $26 and an extra one for $7. Plus, fries @ $9. $45 for the snack. Pricey snacks.

If I could give no stars, I would....

I would say that my experience was a solid 4 stars. I booked a booth for around $550 which got me a premium bottle I chose patron and mixes as well as booth service. The booth service thought out the night was fine but when I got there it took them almost 45 mins to set my booth up which was awkward as my group was there waiting for drinks. The other frustrating thing was that I was trying to get in touch with management for an entire week before my reservation to confirm if I could bring balloons/cupcakes in as it was my birthday, I called 6 times, left 3 voice mails, and messaged the IG account and no one got back to me. For the amount of $$ paid that night this was disappointing.

The music and drag show were great as always which is why I came back.

Demographic of people here is totally weird, I would say 70% girls/gays then 30% men on the prowl. At the end of the night a HUGE fight broke out and one guy was literally dragged out of the bar and ambulances had to be called. Realistically this isn’t the establishments fault but reflective of the people you might run into here.

This place is a lot of fun. Always starts off with a lot of women.
The men usually show up later.... There is a fun drag show that happens on saturday nights. That's the highlight of the evening.And then the party starts rolling after that. This is a great place to end your night. Because this place doesn't get jumping until after 1130 pm. That being said, drinks are very cheap compared to other places in the city so if you want to start your evening here you'll be making your own party, but it will be affordable. There's mostly latin music played all night long.So if you're not into latin music, don't go here. I have attended this place for many years it hasn't changed.

I rekindled with some old friends from years ago. We had a great time. The music was so good they played salsa, merengue, reggae, reggeton, R&B Everything. They also did a live performance which was fantastic and fun. Thanks for a great night

This club? A whole vibe. The staff were so cool, I was half-convinced they moonlight as superheroes. The music hit harder than my morning coffee, and every beat felt like it was made just for me. As for the atmosphere – I walked in and immediately forgot I had bills to pay. 10/10 would lose track of time (and possibly my voice) here again! 🎶💃🏻🍸

First time "clubbing" in like over 20yrs and I was fairly impressed that the music the same as when I went clubbing @18. It was a great mix of salsa and 2000s classics. The place was fairly clean. Loved it.

I’ve had the pleasure of using this limo service on three different occasions, including an unforgettable experience on my wife’s birthday in a party bus they provided. The pick-up and drop-off service was seamless and right on time every time, adding to the smoothness of the day. The party bus itself was a huge highlight; with an excellent music system, it truly felt like a rolling club – perfect for a celebration! The pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the top-notch amenities. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add a touch of class and fun to their special occasion!

NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!I I hired them for my daughters grad and paid for a party bus! 800.00! No bus shows upon… they claim literally ten min before the expected arrival time that the bus broke down! and they send an old musty torn leather limo with NO AC…. So They did offer us another two hr discounted spot…. To compensate … so I trusted them again! STUPID ME… Requested the party bus for my next grad yesterday!! I confirmed every day for a week that we would get the bus! And every day they said yes yes yes yes… Had 18 kids!!! And yup… IT DOESN’T SHOW UP… they did send a hummer instead. An old one! Again!!
More importantly…. The driver says they don’t have a fleet but contract out … always at the last minute and rarely what the client expects!

Lastly… dropped the kids off at the wrong hotel…

DO NOT BOOK THEM! Listen to the reviews! I reserved and paid for a party bus with this company for my wedding a couple weeks ago to accommodate 20 guests. I followed up with them several times before and they reassured me that the party bus would be available. Come the wedding day, a limo for 14 people shows up and we’re informed that the AC broke on the way. Given the limo could not fit all 20 guests this meant that some of my guests now had to drive an hour to our venue. This caused unnecessary stress on what should have been a special experience. A second limo showed up 10 minutes later and there appeared to be confusion and no prior knowledge between both drivers that another limo was coming. They informed us the company contracts out for vehicles. The whole experience was unnecessarily stressful and we paid for a party bus/service we never received. I would strongly discourage from booking with this company as they are dishonest, do not provide quality service and cannot be relied on.

DO NOT USE!!!! When I scheduled my ride they company explained that I would have an amazing experience and have the highest quality of service and vehicle. On the night of my ride the driver called and said he would be about 10 minutes late. Understandable with traffic. Well an hour and a half later the driver showed up in a complete mess of a vehicle. I would have rather been picked up in a garbage truck. The AC didn’t work and it was a mess. Also, I forgot to mention it wasn’t even the vehicle I requested and was told I would be picked up in. When I called and canceled the ride the person on the other line was rude and had zero understanding or customer service skills. From now on I’ll be using a different company.

Limo didn’t show up for my wedding day and they continue to ignore my refund request… not sure why this company has good reviews.

This is a great karaoke bar. The singers were terrific. Very fun crowd. I didn't see any food offerings.

I visited this place a week ango and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The bartender was rude and openly demanded tips. When I tried to leave my own amount, he grabbed the terminal out of my hands and said that the minimum tip had to be 15% of the bill. After that, I completely lost the desire to leave any tip at all.

When I refused, he continued to demand money and even told me to leave the venue and never come back. My question is: if the staff treats guests this way, will people really want to come here to relax and have a good time? This kind of attitude directly damages the reputation of the place, because guests come here for the atmosphere, not for rudeness and forced tipping.

We went to Le Date on Saturday and had one of the worst experiences. We were stuck in line for over 15 minutes, even though people were constantly leaving the bar. When we asked the security guard why we weren’t being let in, he was extremely rude and simply said the bar was full. Right after, a group of his friends arrived and he let them in immediately. Throughout those 15 minutes, the only people allowed inside were those who seemed to personally know the staff or security. When my friend questioned this unfair treatment, the guard was rude to her as well.

This isn’t just bad service. It’s unprofessional, discriminatory, and pathetic. A bar that claims to be welcoming but operates like a private clubhouse for friends of the staff has no business pretending to be part of Montreal’s nightlife. If you’re not part of their inner circle, don’t waste your time standing in line you will be humiliated and treated like you don’t matter.

Shameful behavior. Montreal has far better bars than this. This place will never see me again.

If you've never gone to a karaoke bar, here's the following information you need to know: 1. No reservations are needed unless you're a group of 4 people and more. 2. The only "fee" to partake in the karaoke is to buy a drink. Expect to pay 9$ for a beer 3. You have to look at the song catalogue they have online and search if your song is the system 4.Submit your song and then they'll call you when it's your turn. If there is a lot of people, expect like a 30-45 minute wait. 5. The stage is all yours, so all you have left is to sing your heart out and enjoy your time there!

Loved the place. It's small, but everyone there is very chill. I'll have to come again. The staff is super nice and very welcoming 🙏 The staff there is also super talented! They are all amazing singers! You won't be disappointed! If your server is Fred, you'll be treated like a king. I really recommend this place.

Best terrasse and drinks in the village. Atmosphere is truly community, year after year when we visit. Mario is a superstar. Love this place.

We came as a group of 7. We had a great time. They to tend to “stuff people and groups” into the floral lounge.. however it didn’t really bother us, but other groups were bothered I think. Our server (I forgot her name, long blonde hair) was fantastic. She was very busy, but always kept checking in and getting our drinks. I did tell the manager she was fantastic. It was good vibes for sure.

The person checking ID at the door seemed very grumpy and I don’t think he is a good first impression of the establishment. Once you get upstairs all staff are friendly.

Made reservations with the girls to wind down after a long work week. Every single staff member (from the gentleman who booked our reservation, to the bouncers/security, to the front desk person, to our server (young man), were very professional, friendly, and respectful. Establishment was very nice and clean. The first DJ was amazing!

This place is amazing but i wanted to give a huge shout-out to the security staff here. Front door staff were really welcoming. They consistently go above and beyond with their service. Every interaction I've had has been positive – they are friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about ensuring everyone has a safe and pleasant experience. It's reassuring to know that such a professional and service-oriented team is looking out for things. Highly recommend!

My friends and I visited the 6 lounge, and it was an amazing experience! We got a table in the room with all the flowers, and as soon as we got seating a lovely server greated us with some water. We ordered some cocktails and food and they were definitely up to expectations. After that we got a shisha and I have to say it was the best I’ve had in the city. We will be back!

If you want to feel boujie (not on a budget) this is the place to be. We reserved a table for 4 which came with bottomless mimosas and 3 course set menu, $69 per person including tip.

The service was amazing; they accommodated a last minute gluten allergy and my friends were late to the reservation. The server was super understanding and didn’t rush us, so we definitely appreciated all of this.

We started with scones (they were tiny - pictured in the cage) with a very modest serving of preserves for 4 people. The second course you could choose one of two options from the set menu, both are pictured. We got 3 eggs Benny at our table and everyone’s poached eggs were hard (we wanted runny yolk, maybe ask for that specifically if that’s what you want as the server didn’t ask).

My partner also had a tiny serving of preserves with his meal (as seen in the photo). We asked for more preserves for my partners extra scones that came with his meal and they allowed that- so thank you!

Overall we were expecting more bang for our buck. We found that the cost for the amount and quality of food didn’t add up, however the atmosphere and bottomless mimosas was exactly what we needed. We will be returning for the vibes and nibbles but eating a meal elsewhere as the cost for value didn’t make sense.

Came for a visit as a trio to give brunch a try.
It has been since before the pandemic that I came here for brunch. Not much has changed, and that was very pleasant. The decor atmosphere are simply fantastic. The space has a really great vibe.

We each tried a different dish and I have to say they were all quite solid. The shakshuka was an interesting trust using greens instead of tomatoes. The only real complaint I have is that the drinks seemed a little watered down but maybe I was off this morning.

If you come, give some of the more extravagant offerings a try. You owe it to yourself to splurge a bit

This is a splendid place that makes for a special outing. The decor is pretty and unique. The food was delicious. The tea was great. The menu is fully halal ❤️ and Ghislaine was lovely. Look forward to returning

While the service was great! The deserts for the afternoon tea were evidently all purchased from the grocery store down the street and had a flower placed on top to make it more presentable. The store bought muffins, two bite brownie, and slice of a sheet cake were not what I was expected when paying over $50 for afternoon tea. I would also not recommend going in the summer with the located having only a few fans to combat the no AC.

A couple of weeks ago I was in town from Halifax, NS for a couple of days visiting family for my birthday and doing some shopping and I decided to check out Campus early on in the evening after exploring the village before I flew back home the next morning. I am really glad I did. As it was a week day and early evening I knew it might be quieter. The bar itself is really nice , classy and really cozy. I met a few older guys and shared a few laughs and had a great chat. The young bartender with longer dark hair was wonderful. He has a great personality and very welcoming. Ice cold beer on a hot day really hit the spot. But the one who really made my short visit special was the first dancer.. a beautiful young guy named Tyler from Alberta. He was so friendly, kind funny and sexy. He invited me to play a couple of games pool with him before he started performing. So much fun but hard to keep your mind on the game though . Such a sweet, beautiful guy, very down to earth and gives great hugs. Yes I am one of those Nova Scotians that are huggers and super chatty. Lol. I only had time to watch a little bit of his performance as I had to be elsewhere at 9. I felt bad because I was really enjoying myself and did not have time for a private show with Tyler or watch him dance again. Be sure to check out his Onlyfans page 😜 . Thank you Tyler and the bartender ( I forgot your name ) for a great time. I will definitely be back in December when I am in town for hockey. I hope Tyler will al be around.. I highly recommend you checking this place out.

Better than the other club next door. Cover fee and beer prices are reasonable. Staff are amazing. Dancers are of high quality.

On Sunday 9/7, I was at this bar for about 10-15 minutes. In the time that I was there, I purchased one drink and went to the restroom. About 30 to 40 minutes after leaving, it became apparent that I was drugged by a patron or the staff there and ended up in the hospital. I will post a negative review every single day and a social media post on every platform about this until this place is closed. Criminal behavior and outright dangerous…

Avoid Fernando — total scam.
I gave him $40, and he tried to claim I didn’t pay. When I asked to review the cameras (his own idea), suddenly there was no footage — just a lot of arguing and stalling. Complete waste of time. The tattoo guy he’s involved with is unprofessional and honestly just gives off bad energy. Not worth your money or your trust. Stay away.also lol when you argue or question the totally straight stripper become homophobia. So says it all.

Campus in Montreal is a male strip bar in the Village district of the city. From the outside, Campus looks like a retro movie theatre but once inside, the crowd and the energy is awesome. The clientele is very diverse; from LGBT guests to bachelorette's having an awesome night out. The quality of the performers is top and they are super fit and super friendly. It's the kind of place that you go just to check out and you end up staying for most of the night.

Julian assisted me and my friends in planning the best weekend we could have imagined. Having him takes the stress away of wondering where to go and how much you will have to pay. He was available around the clock whenever I had a question or needed a recommendation. If you’re planning a bachelor party in Montreal anytime soon this is 100% the person/place to go through!

Overprice! Overrated! HORRIBLE SERVICE! I’m a man and I’m appalled by how they treated my girlfriend and her group. They’re misogynistic, they prioritize men in servicing. There are so many good spots to go out for dinner or dancing for a much better experience for a much small price!

I was visiting Montreal by myself and when I found this I was in doubt if it was any good.

Good news: it exists and people do really go!

It's no bucket list experience, but it will definitely introduce you to some new people and other foreigners visiting Montreal.

It was fun and a good time while meeting some other Americans. The bars aren't the most amazing ones, but if you have a fun gang you will make them good and enjoy your night in the city.

This is a really fun time and provides the opportunity to explore some of Montreal's clubs and experience its nightlife. It’s also a great way to meet other people to party with for the night.

I've done the pub crawl a couple times while in Montreal and the event is all around a good time. The guide, Massi, is really welcoming and does a good job of making sure everyone's having fun. He’s great at showing you where to go and what you’re doing for the night. The bars provide cool dance floors to dance in and nice environments to socialize in.

The first bar is a pub and is a good place to meet the other people in the pub crawl that you’re going to party with that night. The music is low enough that you can hear each other and speak at around a normal level. The pub has pool tables though they are usually taken by others and a second floor with a lot of space. The pub has a nice old look, and they provide free popcorn (which is tasty and a little salty, probably to make you thirsty to buy more drinks🤣).

The second bar Don B which has really cool vibes and is great for dancing. There isn’t any great place there to talk, however. The drinks are kind of expensive, but the lighting is cool. Not much else to say other than the bartenders are really nice and generally there isn’t a long wait to buy drinks.

The third bar, TRH, has a cool concept, there is a Skateboarding Bowl in the bar. You get to watch people skateboarding the bowl and do tricks during the night, which is more fun than it sounds. They have a Terrasse in the back that's great for having a conversation and taking a break outside if you get hot from dancing. The set-up of the outdoor lighting gives it a nice ambience. The dance floor is a bit small, but they have stripper poles (the static kind) that you can dance on which is adds to the fun. I’d say it’s also the best place to buy drinks other than the first bar.

The last bar, Musique, is the biggest and best place to dance, there are two places to dance in the club and a terrasse. The main dance floor is huge, and sometimes gets really packed but you can always find a place to dance. Back past the bathrooms there is a second dance floor with a bar in the middle and different music, this is where you want to go to buy a drink if you do, as there is a shorter wait to order. Upstairs is a really nice terrasse to go to when you want to take a break from dancing. The terrasse has a nice view, and a great look with wood accents. They have stripper poles like the last bar, but they’re just too close to the wall and there isn’t enough space to even dance near them.

What’s cool is that you can go back to any bar at the end of the night if you like any of the other ones better or stay at any bar you like. Sometimes Massi will even take the group to another of the previous bars.

Overall, I think it’s a really cool experience and a great way to meet people for the night to party with or even to bring a group of friends too. If you’re coming from out of town and want to explore Montreal night life or want to get out occasionally on the weekend. I would suggest doing the pub crawl. 9.5/10 experience.

Got to the meeting point on time, no one was there. They had us waiting for a whole hour before telling us it had been cancelled. We got refunded right away but can't the communication sucked.

If you are between 18-30 years old this is good. If you’re any older you will feel very out of place. A bar with a skateboard park, dive bars and rap music is the atmosphere. Olivia and Gonzo were great guides but this should really be advertised as an event best suited for a certain age range.

Went with a group of eight to try this Pub Crawl as part of a Bachelor Party. We ended up leaving halfway through and were throughly disappointed.

A few points to note:
1.) while the Crawl includes admission to all the bars, it doesn't include a VIP experience of any kind, you just get in
2.) the "free drink" experience varies widely between stops and can range between a free "shot" (preselected and awful) to a coupon for a free drink with purchase of a shot or something similar
3.) none of this is really explained in advance
4.) basically the entire experience is just walking between a few... low caliber bars / clubs

This might be a passable experience for the 18+ crowd, but isn't something I could recommend for adults, or anyone looking for something more than a map of four bars.

Montreal's best party, this is not.

I went here for a bachelorette party—and as someone visiting from Toronto who had never been to a drag show before, I have to say, I had an absolutely amazing time!

The performers were incredible, and the energy in the venue was fantastic. Everyone was just having fun and enjoying the show. The bartenders were super friendly and added to the great atmosphere.

I also really appreciated the coat check system—it was so efficient! You enter your cell number on an iPad, and they quickly retrieve your jacket. Such a smart and modern setup.

There were different sections throughout the venue for dancing, and I found the basement level especially enjoyable—it was a bit cooler and less crowded than upstairs.

If I ever visit Calgary again, I would definitely come back. Such a fun and memorable experience!

I don’t think I’ve ever given a rating to a club before but I couldn’t not. First of all I love how they had seats for the drag show and the entertainment and the way they engaged the crowd and giving shots that was so fun. One of my highlighted memories for sure.

I haven’t been out in a while but I’ll definitely be going back thank you for an awesome time.

I’ve been coming to Twisted Element since I was 18. I’m 34 now. Back then, it was fun and had a unique soft drag-bar aesthetic downstairs—chandeliers, seating, and an inviting, comfortable vibe of a welcoming gay bar. Sadly, the atmosphere has shifted a lot, and not for the better.

Now it feels more grungy and dungeon-like. The chain decor and terrible flashing LED lights that replaced the chandeliers seem to be have installed for Halloween party and never taken down. The bathrooms are in HORRENDOUS condition—broken fixtures, flimsy stalls, awful sewer smells, and harsh after-2am-style lighting that makes the whole experience unpleasant and sobers you up and has you questioning why you are there. They desperately need a full renovation.

Upstairs, things aren’t much better. The DJ has seen better days, the floors are sticky, and service at the upstairs bar is very poor. I was even served a flat drink right out of the bottle, and when I politely mentioned it, I got attitude instead of a fix. The pool tables are fine, everything is sectioned off to make it feel busier than it is.

The culture and energy of the place just isn’t what it used to be. Unless changes are made soon, I worry what’s going to happen to this venue. I just want it to get back to the Twisted vibe we all knew and loved. I’d have no problem coming back time after time if it was improved.

I will say, the patio was nice addition option during pride.

These folks definitely deserve the love and praise the community brings to it. My drink was on point handmade pretty fast. I can definitely see why so many people told me I should definitely check this out before I leave Calgary. The Duel DJs gave variety to each dance floor

My first impression when we entered the place was lioe let's go somewhere else. But once the drag show started and more people arrived the place stared be more fun. The bartenders was super nice music also great. You have two options of music one on the main floor and the one in the basement. The only thing what scared me was the quality of the bathrooms, that could be better. Besides that fun place to visit, and definitely try sour drink. That drink was something else, seriously amazing drink.

Loved the outdoor space. Lots of bathrooms. Lots of security, in a good way. The only thing that was confusing was how to leave. All exits seemed to be marked as emergency exits.

I bought tickets to a show this Stampede and was disappointed that this tent was so far away from the grounds. I was hoping that when the opening band of that night turned out to be a poor choice, based on the headliner, one could leave the tent, wander the grounds, and come back. Instead, you are Downtown too early while a terrible band plays. A band so foul that you can feel their attempts to steal your soul through your ears. *performative statement. Truly though, I had to leave, yet that location has nowhere to retreat to. Home I went and didn't even bother coming back.

Let me end with Boooooo to the people who bought condos by Stampede Park and then complained about noise. These tents and events of this size should be nestled closer to the Grounds. Fact!

Went for a corporate event and concert. The Wildhorse Saloon tent is a fun hangout place during stampede. Food is good, service is decent as it gets really busy. There are nice photo spots inside. Good location for corporate events.

This place is super fun! Came on a Thursday and sat at the bar with Juan. I wish I got to try everything on the menu but what we had was delicious, including our espresso martinis. Then we finished the night with a bottle of sake dancing the night away to house music. I would love to come back and do it again.

Absolutely amazing! Book a reservation on their website and choose for dinner service only (they also offer bottle service).

So this place turns into a club at night, but my friend and I did not get the memo and went to have dinner here instead, which was honestly one of the best decisions we made.

The drinks were fantastic, the food was amazing, the ambiance was great (although the music was loud, as it should be) and the service was excellent. Can't wait to be back in Montréal to try the food and drinks again!

When I asked him to open the exit door, he called me a prostitute. When I pointed out that it's part of his job since he is being paid for it, he called me crazy and told me to leave. (Picture attached of the person in question.)

A doorman's role should be about safety and first impressions, but I did not feel either of those.

On a positive note, the bar staff were great and the music created a good vibe.

As two well-dressed, professional physicians visiting from New York City, my friend and I were excited to experience the nightlife in Montreal. Unfortunately, our experience at this venue was disappointing and deeply unsettling.

Despite arriving in proper attire and fully prepared to spend, we were stopped by a bald bouncer in a suit who told us it was "guest list only" and that we would need to purchase a bottle to enter. While we stood there, we watched several casually dressed Caucasian men—some in t-shirts and sneakers—walk right in without question or bottle service.

As two brown-skinned individuals, the double standard was painfully clear. We came to enjoy ourselves and support the business, and I could have easily purchased three bottles without hesitation. But after witnessing this treatment, we chose to leave.

Discrimination—whether subtle or overt—has no place in hospitality. As someone from New York City, where diversity is embraced, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. If you value respect, professionalism, and equality, I strongly urge others—especially people of color—to think twice before giving this establishment your business.

Party City for the most part in the United States is a thing of the past with only a few hold out stores, I was pleasantly surprised to come across one here in Calgary. I don't know of these stores to be well-stocked and staffed but here there was a ton of people working and a ton of product beautifully placed. No there's always a catch, why did I have to wait in line for over 10 minutes for one guy to pick balloons and then employees to locate them. Genuinely confused because they had four people upfront with only the one till but didn't just send the other three to find all of the items the customer was requesting and ring people up in the meantime. The line started with me then built up to eight people

Just okay. Didn't have much Mexican theme choices had a few. Looking for more nature themed adult goodbye party. Nothing.

I had a terrible experience at this Party City location. I purchased a helium tank that turned out to be completely defective — it didn’t work at all, and because of this, I couldn’t inflate any balloons for my child’s party. The product literally ruined an important day for our family.

When I returned to the store with the receipt and the unused, faulty product, the manager refused to issue a refund. Instead, he told me to “come back later” to speak with someone else and said he didn’t want to spend his time on this issue. I explained that under Alberta’s Consumer Protection Act, I have the right to a refund for defective goods, but he ignored me.

This is unacceptable customer service. I was treated with complete disregard, and no one took responsibility for the store’s faulty product. I am now filing a formal complaint with Consumer Protection Alberta.

I strongly advise others to think twice before shopping here — especially if you expect any kind of customer support after purchase.

I visited Party City and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The store itself is well-organized and very clean. The aisles are wide, and it's easy to find what you're looking for adding to it store also had various collections of products and options to select.
Beyond the amazing collections, the staff is also incredibly knowledgeable. When I asked about a certain product, they were able to recommend several options from their vast inventory that fit my needs perfectly

It's a nice place to buy things for your party, they always have a variety of items

This morning, I asked for information about a price to an employee, and she rudely answered, "It might cost 20 or 30 dollars, go ask someone else in the counter." Come on, you work there, just do your job and help a customer to buy a product from your store!
Bad experience, finally I found what I was looking for elsewhere. It's the kind of experience that will keep me away from this store.

Super nice place to find everything you need for a party. Not just birthdays, but material for gender reveal, theme parties and more. Balloons, signs, customs, accessories, candies and more. Nice service and good prices.

There was an issue with one of the balloons I purchased today. The lady behind the cash (who looked like a store manager) was so nice and went above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommend this place.

A happening place downtown with decent music featuring current top 40s and some older hits. Tailored to the younger crowd. Large dance floor with disco ball and led lights, bar areas with multiple bartenders offer quick service despite being very busy.
Off to the side, you'll find some lounges available.
Worth checking out. Might be long lines depending on the event. Cover varies on date/time/event.

Very nice night out. The crowd was a little young on a Saturday night i was expecting an average age of around 30 but it was closer to 25. Great service from the bouncers to the coatcheck and bar staff. Crowd was 70% Asian. Music was fantastic, alot of old-school mixed in.

The staff was super nice, the service was amazing, and the music was phenomenal! They had seating areas and a crazy video set up where my husband and I were given a video for free, and that service is available to anyone! We will definitely go back to this establishment as it was one of our favorite "hot spots " for drinks, dancing, and all-around fun!

Had a really nice night out here! The vibe was fun, though the crowd on Saturday skewed a bit younger than I expected (closer to 25 than 30). Service was excellent all around — from the bouncers to the coat check and bar staff. The music was fantastic too, with a great mix of old-school tracks that kept the energy up all night.

Paid for a private booth to celebrate my friend’s birthday — thinking it would be a fun, memorable night. One of the “security” staff decided to parade his buddies into our booth like it was his personal VIP lounge, then acted offended when we dared to say something. From there it went downhill fast. Classy, right? For a place that charges for “private” booths, you’d think they’d at least respect the people paying for them. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, unless you enjoy paying to be disrespected.

We stumbled on this place accidentally like Alice in the Wonderland. We went through an inconspicuous door from our hotel, that looked like any other back office door and emerged in a totally new fantastical world. There is nothing velvet or speakeasy about this place. It's a popular club. It's an elaborately decorated cavern that is moody and edgy and so cool. The beautiful stonework is a nod to the restaurant's storied history dating back to the 1700s. The huge restaurant space is striking and not the small back room of a hotel that I was expecting. Club Velvet is actually part of the Auberge St. Gabriel restaurant and reservations are required to get in. Our hotel did not tell us that. But the accommodating staff was nice enough to get us in even if we didn't have reservations. The music was good and the sound system was top notch. The drinks were good.

Temporarily closed until October for renovation. Stopped by on 17th of July and the manager told us the Speakeasy was closed until mid October. Very sad, we were looking forward to a fun classy evening.

cool atmosphere and really interesting ambiance. when you walk in it looks like a fancy steakhouse but the club downstairs is an awesome spot for dancing and drinks. Djs were great!

First time going to Blondies this past Saturday.

When you walk into the club, security staff is very professional, we dined at Bridgette so got a deal on cover.

Extremely clean, great set up, lots of comfortable seating.

Bar staff was very fast, drinks were great and not your typical watered down club drinks.

Good crowd, everyone friendly, having fun, talked with a bunch of different people.

The girls were incredible - gorgeous. Watches several shows, spent a ton of cash, great private’s.

Then… At the end of the night I lost a personal belonging. In every other place I have been this is a lost cause… Not at Blondies… I was able to get in contact with the head of the club and he delivered my belonging back to me while the club was closed down… Truly an unbelievable act of kindness.

The customer service here is another level. Setting the standard for businesses everywhere.

Always have such a great time coming here. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming! Great place to start, end or spend the whole evening. The manager Vanessa is next level amazing! The most helpful, kind and good vibes person. 10/10 place to bring your mates.

Not your typical strip club experience — in the best way possible. The atmosphere was fun, upbeat, and surprisingly welcoming. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel at ease. The dancers were not only talented but genuinely entertaining — confident, engaging, and clearly loving what they do. Music was on point all night, and the crowd had great energy without crossing into anything sleazy.
One thing that really stood out was how diverse the environment was. There were employees and dancers of all different ethnicities, which added to the inclusive and comfortable vibe. It felt like a space where everyone could just relax and enjoy themselves, no matter who they were.
If you're looking for a night out that's a little wild but still comfortable and respectful, this place nails the balance. Best clubs I've ever worked at. The staff is kind, friendly, and smiling. The stage performers are so talented, and know how to mix sexy with spectacular pole & aerial moves. The music can please everyone with rock, dance, reggae, R&B, and country. I love the set-up, with the VIP area featuring bottle service, the stage, and a surrounding sitting area. The private rooms are clean and spacious, perfect for sensual dances with great lighting. The dancers are beautiful and polite, representing a diverse range of types.

As a visible minority, I have to disagree with some of the statements posted. I’ve been to this establishment on several occasions and every time, the staff has greeted warmly, and professionally . Security and front desk were courteous, creating an atmosphere that felt safe and inclusive. I’ve been treated with the outmost respect, from the bar staff, management, servers and the entertainers. I have observed that all guests were treated with respect regardless of background.
This club clearly values creating an inclusive environment, and have nothing but praise for all those that work there. I highly recommend this establishment when you’re looking for an enjoyable, memorable night out.

I bought 25 helium balloons (divided into 3 bunches) for $90 on Friday, May 2nd for an event on Saturday, May 3rd. I picked up the balloons at 2 pm and by 7 pm they were drooping in the party room. I took them back to the store at 10 am on Saturday (day of the event) at which point 10 of the balloons were dragging and all of them were looking sad and asked that all of them be replaced. The employee at the desk said she had to call her manager which she did. The manager allowed her to replace the 10 balloons that were dragging but none of the rest which were also quickly softening. We picked up the revived balloons at 1 pm for our 2 pm event. The event went to 9 pm and all afternoon the balloons softened and drooped and they were on the ground by the next morning. I am a regular purchaser of helium balloons and I have never had this problem before. Something was wrong with either the balloons, the employees who filled them or the helium. The store was not willing to resolve the issue. This is a shame as I have used Glitz many times.

Not the best experince. Ordered lettered balloons - had to pay upfront - the manager promised they would be in the store the next day. I showed up the following day, and the staff didn't know what I was talking about. The staff had to call the man who I purchased from and he informed them that he never got the balloons as promised and never informed me. The refund took 10 minutes because the staff didn't know how to do it and now I have to drive 20 minutes to get them somewhere else with the event being tomorrow morning. Needless to stay it's been a frustrating experience and not a place I would purchase from again.

Bought a sheet of stickers from North hill mall location for my daughters birthday craft and they were totally glued to the sheet, no way I could peel them off. I was going to use them that day so I didn’t take the receipt. I went to tell the store about the faulty product they sold me and because I didn’t t have the receipt they would not help me in any way. They wouldn’t even give me a new sticker sheet of the same stickers off the shelf, no refund, no credit, nothing. Basically a smile and a sorry not sorry. Terrible customer service.

I came in to grab some balloons in January and it was mid afternoon, kind of busy, the girl helping me was super nice and kept the interaction fun while she was filling them all. Watching her interact with other customers was nice as well, she was able to control the busy situation quite well with a smile on her face. Will be back in the future!

Cool store. Arts and crafts and birthday party supplies. Some of the shelves were empty and a couple of the items are a bit on the pricey side but we did manage to grab a couple items.

I would like to express how I feel having a good time at Lola is a nice place with nice people specially Gustavo (bartender) and Libny (waitress) they have such a good vibe.
If you are looking to have fun come here you are not going to regret.

Unbelievable the bartender is the worst of this place closes 2:24 am and supposed to be closes 3 am, even in another occasion he have a very bad actitud, is he don’t wanna work at this hour is better change his job to another place, even he didn’t want give us water I don’t know what happened here, the boss should be check his worker, just the bartender, the rest are great 👍🏻

Terrible customer service. Waitress started to scream at me for not buying two bottles of alcohol right away when sitting waiting for the rest of our group to arrive. I’m a person who’s sick and wears headphones due to a degenerative brain disease and tumours, I was treated like trash without empathy when I asked for my $15 cover charge refund. The waitress had no right to scream at me. She said I screamed first but I couldn’t hear her, she was demeaning and disrespectful towards me and my companion. Our group of 12 friends came in after still. We still left because of the disgusting behaviour from the staff when we asked for refund. We were going to buy bottles but were waiting. Also how is it that the door staff doesn’t know when the cover charge starts? The one time I decided to go out for the first to this place and never again. Se salvaron que no tome fotos ni videos de como me trataron, lugar tan elitista con falta de respeto a los enfermos. Es que mi plata no vale?

The place has lots of potential with good music but the waitresses are very pushy forcing you to buy bottles. I spoke to 2 waitresses to ask if we could stay at a table since we brought my mom. The girls had 0 sympathy, 0 sense of accommodation. We were really disappointed. Worst part was that the tables were free the whole night. 👌🏽

This place is a rip-off. We ordered two plates of vegetarian tacos, the menu said each plate would contain two tacos. Coming from America, I expected decent sized tortillas. Instead we received teeny-weeny tacos, the size of a palm. All this for a bill of $40 or more…

I’m utterly frustrated.
I placed an order for a simple set of two balloons, both foil. I left the store and one of the two popped in my car. I came back an hour or so later and the employee promptly replaced it.
I go downstairs to bring it up to set it up for my son’s birthday, and it’s half deflated (1st photo) I pumped it back up and can hear it leaking.
We run it back to the store before closing, and now, at 930pm that third replacement balloon has popped (2nd photo).
I don’t intend to spend the time going
back a FOURTH time, on my kids birthday, to replace this cursed batch of foil number balloons.
I’m so frustrated, especially since my kiddo specifically mentioned having a number balloon for their age :(
It’s obviously popping as it’s overfilled, there is no other explanation.
I won’t be depending on party city for any future orders

I picked up at 11am this morning and it hasn’t even been a full 24 hours, and I’m without one of the two balloons I paid for.

Do not trust the prices on the tags. They will try to scam you at the cashier! When I called them out, they were dismissive and indifferent about it and did not bother fixing the price tags. I suspect they scam a lot of their customers.

I will never buy anything here ever again.

They tried to sell the items in the images for $50.

I bought a special bouquet of balloons for my son birthday. It had a special ballon with happy birthday and 9more for 40$ maybe a little more in price. I added 2 numbers at an extra charge and a bag and weights. When I paid I realized that they scanned everything separately and did not add the discount for the bouquet once I inquired about it on the spot the manager said to me "it's only like less than 5$ difference did you still want to cancel and restart"... really during these extremely hard economic times 5$can mean bread or no bread ... on top of it I pick up on Friday 1pm and by Saturday 11am some of the balloons deflated.. so disappointed 😞

The staffs are all very friendly. However, the helium balloons I purchased at 1pm on Friday starting dying at 7pm same night. Today (Saturday), the balloons are on the ground as of 8am. If you need balloons, do not get it the day before. And this is for both latex and foil balloon. In contrast, the 3 other foil balloons I got from dollar tree is still in perfect condition. Premium price does not equal better quality :(
