There are some pretty awesome staff who work here. The store is clean and has everything organized well. The store has many great prices and some incredible sales. Sometimes they even have an employee giving out samples yay! They have some great deals on Christmas baskets but the best is the beer advent calenders for under $80. Definitely one of my go to liquor stores.

I visited Sonia's Bridal for my bridesmaids dresses. Sonia had such a welcoming studio and made us feel right at home. We each had individual needs and wants in our dresses and she listened to us and found the perfect dress. All of my bridesmaid were happy and confident in their choices. I highly recommend Sonia's Bridal for all your dress needs. She also found matching ties for our groom and groomsmen. Thank you for making this hectic time such an easy experience!

I dropped off two dresses to get altered by Sonia. She was able to get a dress altered for me within less than 24 hours and the other dress within the week. She was super quick, friendly and very affordable! I will definitely be coming back to her in the future, her location is also so central which I love ! Highly recommend !

Sonia has been absolutely marvellous. She took us short notice, had the most reasonable prices and didn’t even want to take the money until my wife was satisfied with her dress. 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend her to anybody. Her prices won’t be beat and she is efficient as we only had to go back once. Other places dry minimum standard price regardless of the work needed and what kind of dress and also requested multiple fittings to make things work.

I ordered a bridesmaids dress online and needed a ton of alterations done (hemmed length, narrowing of the bra cups, and bringing in the waist). I was so anxious about this dress but Sonia was so confident in her ability to make it fit perfectly, and she did not disappoint! Really great price for all these alterations and it was done within one week. Highly recommend!! Thanks so much Sonia :)

Sonia was an incredible person to work with. I took my wedding dress in to be altered and bustled. She was recommended by a friend. She was efficient, quick, kind, and prices that cannot beat. Laura and D'Anita were so helpful and fun to work with. They had a great understanding of what our bride was looking for, what they had on hand, and how to size her. They helped us stay in our budget and made us feel special. I highly recommend this Boutique!

I came into the shop a month or so ago, desperate to find a dress as-is due to some unfortunate alterations that left my original dress unusable. I had less than 2 months to find something, and these ladies went above and beyond, pulling dress after dress and even went as far as to book me an appointment with two other shops when I wasn't having any luck. I ended up finding my dream dress at another shop and I 100% would not have ended up there without the help from the ladies at the Bragging Bride.

Laura at the Bragging Bride is absolutely wonderful. Bubbly, down to earth, and a great listener, she seamlessly heard my ideas and secured me my dream Jenny Yoo dress for my wedding day. After feeling disappointed that Calgary’s Anthropologie store doesn’t carry any wedding dresses, I couldn’t believe that this stunning, never-been-worn gown was tucked away waiting for me at the Bragging Bride. And Laura of course made this day truly unforgettable! From working on her own 34th wedding anniversary, to celebrating the moment with my mom on FaceTime, to giving me a crying discount! I am so incredibly grateful. Do not overlook this hidden gem in Calgary’s vast bridal dress scene!

I had the best experience here! The women are so nice and so fun. A lot of bridal boutiques are kinda snooty and very serious, but these women were so fun!
They nailed my style so quickly too. They kept bringing me more dresses that I just LOVED! I would decide on one dress and then they’d find another that I loved even more!
And the prices for the dresses are phenomenal and can’t be beat by much. I would recommend this place to anyone

My friend and I came into Adore today looking for a dress for a wedding. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted and asked how we could be helped. Within minutes a few of the sales associates had a dressing room full for us.
We spent a few hours there and didn’t feel rushed at all. We had a hard time picking just one dress so I decided to buy two!

I came to the store with my friend and was just looking around. We came to the jewelry rack and my friend asked "are these cufflinks?". The girl seller who was standing there replied "those are earrings and we don't sell anything for men". While my friend had piercings. We walked away. I heard her tone and it was absolutely unacceptable for a person doing her job as a sales assistant. I have never seen a manifestation of misandry in real life, but thank you to your store for that! (no, it's disgusting). I don't recommend this store to anyone and will never come here again.

Similar to other people’s experiences under the reviews, the customer service here needs improvement. Walked in and even after 10 min was not greeted or approached as the employees did with other customers that came in before or after me. There were a few employees working and it felt intentional who they spoke to vs ignored. Lots of beautiful pieces that I wanted to try but felt shy and unwelcomed and had to walk away.

They were professional, warm and very helpful, with seveeral styles to choose from. We found a lovely gown, they took my measurements, and my size arrived within just a few days of ordering (it was in stock). I would recommend them without reservation.

There’s not really great value for the cost of the ticket. There were no shoe vendors, dress lingerie vendors, and it was light on dress selection. There were no bridesmaid dresses either. There were some great food vendors and the men’s suits vendors were the best. There was also no wedding planner vendors. I would take a look at the directory and reach out to the vendors independently, and save the trouble. Many are small business willing to make a deal.

I recently attended the Bridal Expo it was a great experience! I feel as if street signage/side walk signage could have been better stating which way to go when you leave the Parkade. Place was clean inside, lots of venders, lots of parking.

When it came to alterations, they worked wonders and quite quickly! They made sure my dress fit like a glove and it was absolutely perfect for my wedding day. The attention to detail and the care they put into both the dress and the alterations was beyond what I could have hoped for. I felt so comfortable and beautiful in my dress, and I can't thank the team enough for helping make my dream wedding a reality. She helped me look through the different designers and would offer suggestions based on what I liked and what I didn't. My favorite part was getting to look through the dresses on my own - something that other boutiques did not offer. Once I purchased my dress, I was kept in the loop on its update and arrival. It came exactly when expected and I proceeded into alternations on time. Every fitting I had with the seamstress was straightforward and simple. She was even able to create custom sleeves upon my request using the extra fabric. Ida was there to see my final fitting and she helped me steam and pack up my dress and veil. I'm so glad I got to start and end my wedding dress journey with her! Her calm and sweet presence made my experience so positive which made me even more excited for my wedding day. The salespeople were wonderful, not pushy, let me look around as much as I liked and provided insightful information. They also didn’t try to hide the prices like some places do. I even got my alterations done in store, and both the seamstress and store owner were so easy to work with and transparent about the cost. I can’t say enough good things about the store, and I’m excited to get married in my Cameo dress next week!!!

She pulled a dress that ended up being my actual dream dress, and funny enough, I think I love it even more than the original.

The best part? She never pressured me to buy right then and there, which was such a huge relief after the pushy appointments I’ve had in the past. That honestly made all the difference and confirmed my decision 100%.

I left in tears — but happy ones — because she completely changed what could have been a stressful day into one of the most special memories of my wedding journey. Truly 5 stars, I can’t recommend her enough.

Two separate seamstresses later confirmed the dress had construction flaws. Initially cameo committed to supporting having the issues fixed but walked that support back. I received conflicting responses, unanswered emails, and shifting explanations. I paid for all alterations myself to make the dress wearable. I was eventually offered a small reimbursement, but only if I signed a non-disclosure agreement, which I declined. I wouldn’t recommend this store based on how the situation was handled.

I would not recommend Chandan Fashion. I purchased my wedding lehenga last year and brought it back a month before my wedding for alterations. Despite having my outfit for an entire month, they did not complete the work on time. On the day I was scheduled to pick it up, I received a call at noon saying it wasn’t ready and to come back on Tuesday. When I followed up Tuesday, no one contacted me, and I later found out it still wasn’t ready. I even stopped by on Wednesday, only to be told it would be ready in 10 minutes- I ended up waiting in the shop for almost 3 hours.

Even after all that, the alterations were incomplete and not done to a high standard. The tailor was extremely rude and argumentative when I raised my concerns. For the price I paid, it was deeply disappointing that the ties on my lehenga broke on my wedding day.

While the outfit itself was beautiful, the overall experience, from the pushy sales process to the poor communication and customer service, was frustrating and stressful. I would recommend SK Orchid and Nu Creations instead.

Took my friends from Australia as they wanted to buy some outfits. The sales lady Sharmin was very helpful and patient. She showed us all the items very enthusiastically .We also had the pleasure of meeting Kuki Bhajee and have a wonderful experience of his love and hospitality. The chai was delicious.

I walked in here not having a clue what I was here to get for an upcoming wedding. Nergis chose the correct colors, the sizes, and heard all of my requests to help me find the perfect outfits in my price range. I cannot recommend this shop and her more!!

Me and my bridal party went to Chandan Fashion in the hopes of finding my wedding lehengas and had such an excellent experience. The girls helping us were so lovely and were willing to help me try on multiple outfits. They gave me some jewellery to try on as well, so I had an idea of what I would look like on my wedding day. There was not one moment we did not enjoy ourselves! Needless to say, I found BOTH my wedding lehengas!!

I recently had the chance to visit Chandan Fashion visiting Toronto from Winnipeg and it was honestly such a special experience. I’ve watched their Netflix show and seeing how their whole family works together with so much love and respect was truly inspiring. Meeting uncle and auntie in person felt like a dream come true, they were so kind, humble, and welcoming.

My husband bought me a beautiful skirt from their store and I will treasure it forever as a little souvenir from my trip because he knows how much I love the show. The shop has such a lovely variety and I can’t wait to go back and shop more next time I’m in Toronto.

I came to Felichia as they have a beautiful sample selection! Christie was super attentive, honest and patient! Unlike other stores, even tho I came for a sample sale appointment, she took her time and gave me her advice. She went above and beyond showing different looks with different dresses until I felt comfortable. Most importantly, she did not pressure me into any decision and encouraged me to take my time and think it through. I ended up placing an order for a brand new dress and she worked her magic to make sure the dress is on time! 10/10 thank you Christie for making this an enjoyable and smooth experience!

I made the HUGE mistake of going to another higher end salon before my appointment at Felichia Bridal and that was a mistake.

I was highly underwhelmed by the dresses at the location. However, I will not deny that they do carry many wonderful dresses and great designers.

The service at Felichia bridal was decent, she was nice. However, I personally did not feel like her service was exceptional compared to other boutique stylists who have left a greater impact by their skills and helpfulness. Please note that she was still a very kind person, however, I don’t think that my energy going into this appointment was at its best.

The reason for the 3.5 star no t rating and the (more of a 4 star rating) is the store location, the entrance is very small and there was not a lot of space in the dressing area for brides; further there is not a lot of space for your guests. Overall the space is small.

I know that this is a prime location for brides to find their dress. However, based on the circumstances, this location was not for me.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end at Madeline's Boutique. As Mother of the Groom, Ava helped me find the perfect dress! It was a navy blue Terani Gown, which we made a few changes on it, and everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and inviting, and the seamtresses there on-site were amazing! Ava was super helpful, reassuring, professional and knowledgeable. She made my whole experience to be positive and wonderful and I would definitely recommend Madeline's boutique with their great selection of dresses.

My daughter wanted a colour that was not in store. Her dress was ordered and arrived earlier than promised.
However, when the dress maker sent the wrong style number, Madeline’s professionalism really shined!
Madeline’s had heard from the dress maker in less than 24hrs. A new dress was made for my daughter, and was delivered in Winnipeg 2 days later.
A company can shine with positive every day experiences. However, in a crisis, is really when you can see the way they treat their clients.

Madeline and all her knowledgeable and lovely staff kindly assisted my 12 year old in finding truly the perfect Princess dress for a gala event that was very special. Beautiful dresses, but some kinks in the process and a bit disappointed in the overall service. Our group ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses (2 styles, 3 of each). Three of the dresses came with the completely wrong neckline. For a $300 dress, this should not happen. The other 3 dresses had a similar neckline to what was tried on initially, but much more revealing. Not super ideal when this particular style was chosen by the bustier girls in the group because they did not show as much cleavage. My dress was one of these, and also ended up being a few sizes too big and would have required well over $100 in alterations to make it wearable. Lucky for me, one of the other bridesmaids dresses did not receive the extra length that was requested and had to be re-made so I was able to use that one and we sent mine back.
If you are looking to get dresses from here, I strongly suggest requesting a fitting upon pick-up to ensure they are actually made to your specifications.

The dresses are stunning and Lauren was willing to go above and beyond to make sure everyone was completely satisfied with the fit. I highly recommend these dresses.

The neckline is different and so is the length. I ordered a midi dress with boat neckline and the one I received is round neck and knee length. The dress is beautiful but definitely NOT the same dress that was pictured. See photos. DO NOT BUY ITEMS ONLINE ON FINAL SALE. Amazing experience at All That Glitters! We dropped by after going to four other bridal dress stores to buy a wedding dress for myself, and this store was absolutely the best. The service was perfect, and there was few dresses on sale with really reasonable price (around 300$-400$) and good quality. I found the perfect dress and I'm so happy about it!

We bought my daughter’s dress at this store. The experience was great. They were always very patient and helpful. The person that helped us listened to my daughter’s requirements for the dress and showed to her some very good options. The dress she chose was gorgeous, they got the dress to us on time and contacted us for the fitting. The communication to coordinate for that appointment was very easy, fast, and they never got frustrated with us for moving the appointment many times. They gave to us tips on how to get the dress on and how to fit it well. They were always patient with us, answered all of our questions, and never rushed us. Excellent experience!

I didn’t end up buying my wedding dress from here but they had a lot of great options. If you’re on a budget, they have a lot of dresses on sale for $500 that are either a discontinued design or older stock. They also had really beautiful veil options that I haven’t seen anywhere else in store or online.

Had the most amazing experience at this shop. We travelled up from Sudbury and visited a few places. This was the most welcoming, friendly environment, and was our last stop as they ensured we were well taken care of. The dresses they had were absolutely stunning and the salespeople were so knowledgeable and helpful. There was such a variety of dresses and lots of variety in price which is great for all families. Filamina (the woman who took care of us) ensured that my daughter was well taken care of and helped her with each dress. She was so stellar, that my other daughter, who is graduating next year, is determined to go back next year for her dress and hopes to have Filamina assist her as well. They also helped us find perfectly matching jewelry. We left feeling very happy and valued. 5 stars for this shop, and can’t wait to go back!

I visited the store yesterday to get an idea of what kind of wedding dress I wanted with no intention to walk out with THE dress. Jamie was the absolute best in helping me find my dress. She is genuine and kind and the best hype up women ever!! She truly made my experience that much better! 10/10 recommend visiting this store for any bridal or prom needs and HIGHLY recommended asking for Jamie as she is truly the best ❤️

I purchased my wedding dress at Bella Di Sera yesterday July 18th and I had such a wonderful bridal experience. Dimitra was so kind and helpful throughout my whole appointment and really understood what I wanted/envisioned for my wedding dress. I came with my mother, future mother in law and my bridal party and everyone was treated with respect and kindness. Mirella had walked in when I found my dress and she was so kind and helpful. Giving her feedback if I needed to add anything or do alterations but was never pushy about it. They rang the bell for me when I said YES! And it was such a great feeling! Both Dimitra and Mirella gave me the best bridal experience I can ask for definitely recommend going to Bella Di Sera!

We had the most amazing experience at Bella Di Sera on Saturday, March 22! From the moment we walked in, our sales lady and the entire team were incredibly helpful and guided us through so many beautiful wedding dresses. Their expertise and patience made the process so enjoyable that my daughter found the dress in just one visit!

Mirella, the boutique owner, was there at the end of our appointment to seal the deal, making the moment even more special. Disappointing Experience, Despite a Sweet Salesgirl

We recently visited this bridal store with my daughter, who had a specific type of dress in mind. We showed the sales staff pictures of what she was looking for, but unfortunately, the dresses they brought out were nothing like what she wanted. While I do want to acknowledge that our salesgirl, a sweet Greek woman, was kind and friendly (which is why I’m giving 3 stars), the experience was overall very frustrating.

The real issue came with Mirella, who was extremely pushy throughout our visit. She seemed more focused on "ringing the bell" (whatever that meant) and rushing us than actually helping my daughter find the dress she envisioned. To make matters worse, she was so aggressive that she made another bride, who was trying on dresses at the same time, cry. It was just not the atmosphere you’d expect when shopping for the most important dress a bride will wear.

On top of the stress created by Mirella, the store lacked basic amenities that would have made our visit more comfortable. There were no chairs for us to sit while my daughter tried on dresses, and no water was offered, which seemed a bit odd for a bridal appointment. We had to stand the entire time, which made the experience even more exhausting.

When my daughter couldn’t find anything she liked, the staff didn’t even acknowledge us when we left—no "thank you for coming" or any kind of polite send-off. It felt very impersonal and left a sour taste in our mouths.

We had told them upfront that we didn’t have a specific budget, yet we felt pressured the entire time. Some dresses were nice, but the aggressive and uncomfortable sales tactics were enough to make us decide not to purchase from here. I really wanted to like this store, but the negative experience with the owner M overshadowed everything else.

Many years ago 2006 we had an apt with Mirella , when we showed up me my daughter and other family members , Mirella was not there so another sales lady showed us around. We wanted to see dresses in an area that caught our eyes, however the sales lady told us. Oh it would be better not too, it would better to show you other dresses. We said why? We are ready whatever price ! We want to see and try different models etc , there was no way we could not , I was very upset!

I wanted to see Mirella , but she was not there as per the sales lady AND we had an appointment. LETS NOT FORGET THIS .

anyway I told the very RUDE lady or I will say not a lady, just this very rude Person, you will not serve us , we will leave , WE WERE NOT TREATED WITH RESPECT.

I told this person you are making a big mistake !!! We left

We went to another very well known wedding boutique another day , and just to say we bought the wedding dress , the owner ordered from Rome ! We chose different ideas and sent it to an Italian designer ,
Once arrived tried it on , cannot express how beautiful it was , the owner of the store made little modification. We were very happy the day of pick up. Tried on. Beautiful!!

And let me say , my only daughter the PRICE did NOT matter, the dress handmade personally from Italy xoxo

It was a great experience today at Bella Di Sera!
I had a warm welcoming by the team. I wasn’t expecting to get my dream dress today because usually we shop a few. But I’m just lucky to find the only one that is different from all the other dresses and it has everything I want. I rang the bell!!
The team is amazing there everyone has a big smile and giving you their honest opinion suggestions. I’m so happy about my experience and thank you so much again from the bottom of my heart to Dimitra and the rest of Bella di Sera team! Sorry can’t upload photos yet! ;)

I can’t thank Lilia enough for bringing my dream wedding dress to life! After trying on dresses at other stores and not finding "the one", I decided to work with Lilia to create a custom gown—and I’m so glad I did! I showed her a few inspiration photos, and she helped me bring my vision to life, letting me choose the fabrics, finishes, and small details to create a unique design that felt completely "me."

The entire process was stress-free and enjoyable. I loved having multiple fittings along the way, which allowed me to see the dress come together and make adjustments as needed. It was such a relief not having to order a dress and wait months before seeing it again. I met Lilia 2 years ago when I was looking for a gown for my son’s wedding. Needless to say, the gown she made was stunning, with many beautiful hand-sewn details.
One year later, I went back with my daughter for a gown for myself again, and also a wedding gown for my daughter, who just got married last weekend. Once again, the dresses she made for us were absolutely beautiful and elegant, we both received so many compliments! The excellent quality of the fabrics used and superior craftsmanship in making the dresses was clearly obvious for all to see! Thank you so much Lilia for making my daughter and myself look radiant on her special day (and likewise for myself, for my son’s wedding last year 🙏❤️)!

After looking at so many places online and in Montreal, every dress had a little something missing. I wanted a dress that had my name all over it and while searching I went to Lilia Haute Couture to originally try the dresses she has there. I fell in love with so many of her dresses but yet, I still felt I wanted my own and loved her work; the quality, the precision, the elegance, the romantic feel.. she just has a touch. Even though, I was still very worried that someone would make my dress and it not coming out exactly like I dreamed it, I cried of joy at my first fitting and even more at each one after. Not much was going well during the pandemic but my dress was perfect and Lilia was so patient and caring! She understood every detail I was looking for, she even made me a matching mask that actually looked elegant! Everyone who has seen it compliments how elegant my dress is and I don't think the pictures do justice to how much of a princess her dress made me feel like. Thank you Lilia for your passion in making bride's fairy tales come true and for making my dream vision become my reality!

Did breakfast with my son. Cowboy omelette and he got an eggs and something breakfast. Only comment I had was food was under seasoned, but looking at the customer base I can see why. Make sure you ask for salt and pepper or use the table side stuff.
Meal was decent for price. Friendly waitress. Clean washrooms.
Lots of parking.

We have made Mike's our weekly spot! The food is always hot and tasty, leaving us full and satisfied. Atmosphere is great, not overwhelming. Mike is a great guy who makes sure his customers are happy and enjoying their experience. Our favorite server is also a delight and very attentive. The prices are great and portions large. Can't beat the weekly specials, we especially love the Friday and Saturday all you can eat options.

We came on a Tuesday night, Karaoke and Wings... Can't go wrong. The nostalgia level in this place is wild. Service was great and the people here as a general were very friendly. Stop by, enjoy the vibes and remember the good ol days. Oh, brisket bites, definitely go for the bites.

Stopped in at Mike’s Bar & Grill while passing through Strathmore and ended up wishing we lived closer! The food was top-notch — big portions, cooked perfectly, and packed with flavour. Service was friendly and fast, even during the dinner rush. The atmosphere was laid-back but lively, just what you'd want from a classic bar and grill. Cold drinks, great menu, and good vibes all around. Definitely a hidden gem — we'll be back next time we’re in town!

Cool little nostalgia place. Went for breakfast and was surprised that they have a buffet ($23). I had that and coffee ($3.50).

Buffet items were:

- French toast - I prefer soggy to firm, but that wouldn't keep as well.
- Pancakes.
- Scrambled eggs - Plain or with cheese bacon and peppers.
- Sausage - Super tasty, whatever the brand was.
- Bacon - It’s bacon.
- Tater tots - My preferred breakfast potato.
- Pierogies - With bacon and onion.
- Mac and cheese - Pretty mushy but very tasty comfort food.
Brisket (and brisket quesadilla) - This is their specialty, and it's pretty good, not too salty.
