I had a great experience at Blissful Bridal boutique. They have so many beautiful dresses in different styles. The customer service was wonderful. Theresa was very kind and patient, and she did everything to make sure we were happy. I’m thankful for her time and hard work. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wedding dress!

Found the most beautiful grad dress for my daughter! We had the most wonderful experience with Theresa. She took the time to ask my daughter her preferences and then helped her find dresses she might like. There was no rush or pressure, and she really took time to make sure my daughter found what she was looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great selection. The owners are professional, friendly and the price was great!

Went in on a whim to see if I could just look at dresses. Received some of the best Service I've had since starting to dress shop. I gave them what I was looking for and every dress I tried on was fabulous. I listen to their advice and they found my "the one!". Found the priceses very reasonable for the quality of dresses and quality of service I received! I felt like yelling "start the car" on my way out! First time I felt special trying on dress in Canada. Definitely recommend

Wonderful! I was having trouble finding a mother-of-the groom dress (I am plus sized). I walked in, and fortunately I arrived in-between appointments, so they were able to help me on the spot. They were professional, warm and very helpful, with seveeral styles to choose from. We found a lovely gown, they took my measurements, and my size arrived within just a few days of ordering (it was in stock). I would recommend them without reservation.

I went to the boutique chic pas cher and i was amaze by the service of the girls. They where nice and knew what they where talking about. I was on a low budget and i was still able to buy a gorgeous dress in my budget. Their prices where really affordable for the high quality of their dresses. They are not pushy and make sure you are taking care of. It was a 10/10 experience and i recommande that boutique 100%.

The lady went out of her way to find me dresses in my size and she gave me her critique (in a nice way) which I liked to have others opinions. I found my dress and she loved it on me and loved my shoes that went with it. Any other dress I
tried on, she didn't react like she did with my dress. They were all nice there and their dresses are the cheapest you'll find for dream prom dresses.

We found my sisters dream dress here for prom, the selection is great and the prices are so reasonable. Customer service was great and they made my sister feel like a princess. Id recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful dress.

After reading the reviews, I was expecting awful service, but they were very nice and helpful.
The only reason I'm giving this store a 3 star review, is because they don't allow the customers (mostly young girls going to prom) to take pictures. This is 2022 and your customers are shopping for GOWNS- probably dresses they will only wear once in their lives. My daughter couldn't even see how the back of the dress looked, because they only have fwd facing mirror. We decided not to buy at this store simply because my daughter couldn't film herself wearing the dress.

There’s not really great value for the cost of the ticket. There were no shoe vendors, dress lingerie vendors, and it was light on dress selection. There were no bridesmaid dresses either. There were some great food vendors and the men’s suits vendors were the best. There was also no wedding planner vendors. I would take a look at the directory and reach out to the vendors independently, and save the trouble. Many are small business willing to make a deal.

I recently attended the Bridal Expo it was a great experience! I feel as if street signage/side walk signage could have been better stating which way to go when you leave the Parkade. Place was clean inside, lots of venders, lots of parking.

I had the most amazing experience at Cameo and Cufflinks! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so special and welcomed. Suzie helped me find the perfect dress, even though I came in very unsure of what style I was looking for. The selection was gorgeous, and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. When it came to alterations, they worked wonders and quite quickly! They made sure my dress fit like a glove and it was absolutely perfect for my wedding day. The attention to detail and the care they put into both the dress and the alterations was beyond what I could have hoped for. I felt so comfortable and beautiful in my dress, and I can't thank the team enough for helping make my dream wedding a reality. Highly recommend to any bride looking for a perfect dress (at a reasonable price) and impeccable service!

At my very first appointment, Ida was the associate that assisted me. She was patient and accommodating as I shared with her my inspiration photos and what kind of style I was hoping to find. She helped me look through the different designers and would offer suggestions based on what I liked and what I didn't. My favorite part was getting to look through the dresses on my own - something that other boutiques did not offer. Once I purchased my dress, I was kept in the loop on its update and arrival. It came exactly when expected and I proceeded into alternations on time. Every fitting I had with the seamstress was straightforward and simple. She was even able to create custom sleeves upon my request using the extra fabric. Ida was there to see my final fitting and she helped me steam and pack up my dress and veil. I'm so glad I got to start and end my wedding dress journey with her! Her calm and sweet presence made my experience so positive which made me even more excited for my wedding day. I had an amazing experience at Cameo! The dresses were all what I considered to be reasonably priced and almost all were within my budget (which was not extravagant). The selection was incredible, and how cool is it that they carry local Calgary designers like Lis Simon? I purchased my dress in November and it arrived in March, pretty quick turnaround for wedding dresses. The salespeople were wonderful, not pushy, let me look around as much as I liked and provided insightful information. They also didn’t try to hide the prices like some places do. I even got my alterations done in store, and both the seamstress and store owner were so easy to work with and transparent about the cost. I can’t say enough good things about the store, and I’m excited to get married in my Cameo dress next week!!!

I honestly don’t even know where to start because this appointment was everything I hoped for and more. I forgot the consultants name but she worked August 23, 2025. She was so sweet and caring, especially after I shared some of the negative experiences I’ve had with dress shopping before. She kept checking in with me, made me feel completely comfortable, and honestly made me forget all the stress I walked in with.

When I found out they didn’t have the dress I had fallen in love with last year, I thought my heart was going to sink — but she turned it around and made the whole experience so special. She pulled a dress that ended up being my actual dream dress, and funny enough, I think I love it even more than the original.

The best part? She never pressured me to buy right then and there, which was such a huge relief after the pushy appointments I’ve had in the past. That honestly made all the difference and confirmed my decision 100%.

I left in tears — but happy ones — because she completely changed what could have been a stressful day into one of the most special memories of my wedding journey. Truly 5 stars, I can’t recommend her enough.

I had a very disappointing experience with my semi-custom gown from Cameo & Cufflinks. The dress I received was not what I ordered. The neckline was loose and unstructured, and the skirt had visible puckering. I flagged the issues immediately, but my concerns were downplayed. Two separate seamstresses later confirmed the dress had construction flaws. Initially cameo committed to supporting having the issues fixed but walked that support back. I received conflicting responses, unanswered emails, and shifting explanations. I paid for all alterations myself to make the dress wearable. I was eventually offered a small reimbursement, but only if I signed a non-disclosure agreement, which I declined. I wouldn’t recommend this store based on how the situation was handled.

I came to Felichia as they have a beautiful sample selection! Christie was super attentive, honest and patient! Unlike other stores, even tho I came for a sample sale appointment, she took her time and gave me her advice. She went above and beyond showing different looks with different dresses until I felt comfortable. Most importantly, she did not pressure me into any decision and encouraged me to take my time and think it through. I ended up placing an order for a brand new dress and she worked her magic to make sure the dress is on time! 10/10 thank you Christie for making this an enjoyable and smooth experience!

I bought my wedding dress from this store, and from the moment I walked in, the experience was truly unforgettable. Christie showed me the most beautiful dresses and really listened to what both my family and I were looking for. She made the entire appointment so fun and memorable.

The location is nice.

I made the HUGE mistake of going to another higher end salon before my appointment at Felichia Bridal and that was a mistake.

I was highly underwhelmed by the dresses at the location. However, I will not deny that they do carry many wonderful dresses and great designers.

The service at Felichia bridal was decent, she was nice. However, I personally did not feel like her service was exceptional compared to other boutique stylists who have left a greater impact by their skills and helpfulness. Please note that she was still a very kind person, however, I don’t think that my energy going into this appointment was at its best.

The reason for the 3.5 star no t rating and the (more of a 4 star rating) is the store location, the entrance is very small and there was not a lot of space in the dressing area for brides; further there is not a lot of space for your guests. Overall the space is small.

I know that this is a prime location for brides to find their dress. However, based on the circumstances, this location was not for me.

Beautiful dresses, but some kinks in the process and a bit disappointed in the overall service. Our group ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses (2 styles, 3 of each). Three of the dresses came with the completely wrong neckline. For a $300 dress, this should not happen. The other 3 dresses had a similar neckline to what was tried on initially, but much more revealing. Not super ideal when this particular style was chosen by the bustier girls in the group because they did not show as much cleavage. My dress was one of these, and also ended up being a few sizes too big and would have required well over $100 in alterations to make it wearable. Lucky for me, one of the other bridesmaids dresses did not receive the extra length that was requested and had to be re-made so I was able to use that one and we sent mine back.
If you are looking to get dresses from here, I strongly suggest requesting a fitting upon pick-up to ensure they are actually made to your specifications.

The dresses are stunning and Lauren was willing to go above and beyond to make sure everyone was completely satisfied with the fit. I highly recommend these dresses.

I had the most wonderful experience ! I tried on a dress that I fell in love with but was not ready to commit because it was out of my element. The staff was very nice, helpful & not pushy! A few days later I called back & the dress was still available. I purchased the dress & received exceptional service from Suhaila! Great team & excellent service! I would definitely recommend. I ordered a dress online that was a final sale and at a very good price. I hadn’t really tried on the dress or examined it for that reason, however now that my event is nearing, the dress that was posted on the website and that I purchased is NOT the same dress that I was given. The neckline is different and so is the length. I ordered a midi dress with boat neckline and the one I received is round neck and knee length. The dress is beautiful but definitely NOT the same dress that was pictured. See photos. DO NOT BUY ITEMS ONLINE ON FINAL SALE. Do not recommend. **edited** After 6 months of review, I received the below tone deaf response. Hello?! I don’t disagree with no return policies in general, however, you sent me A DIFFERENT DRESS than was posted on your site. SHADY.

I had a fantastic experience at this store! The staff is incredibly lovely and helpful, making you feel valued as a client. I was in a pinch, searching for an evening gown for a last-minute event, and April went above and beyond to assist me. Her warmth and expertise made the process enjoyable. I felt like I was shopping with a friend💕 Plus, the store has a wonderful fragrance that adds to the overall atmosphere!

Amazing experience at All That Glitters! We dropped by after going to four other bridal dress stores to buy a wedding dress for myself, and this store was absolutely the best. The service was perfect, and there was few dresses on sale with really reasonable price (around 300$-400$) and good quality. I found the perfect dress and I'm so happy about it!

We bought my daughter’s dress at this store. The experience was great. They were always very patient and helpful. The person that helped us listened to my daughter’s requirements for the dress and showed to her some very good options. The dress she chose was gorgeous, they got the dress to us on time and contacted us for the fitting. The communication to coordinate for that appointment was very easy, fast, and they never got frustrated with us for moving the appointment many times. They gave to us tips on how to get the dress on and how to fit it well. They were always patient with us, answered all of our questions, and never rushed us. Excellent experience!

I didn’t end up buying my wedding dress from here but they had a lot of great options. If you’re on a budget, they have a lot of dresses on sale for $500 that are either a discontinued design or older stock. They also had really beautiful veil options that I haven’t seen anywhere else in store or online.

Had the most amazing experience at this shop. We travelled up from Sudbury and visited a few places. This was the most welcoming, friendly environment, and was our last stop as they ensured we were well taken care of. The dresses they had were absolutely stunning and the salespeople were so knowledgeable and helpful. There was such a variety of dresses and lots of variety in price which is great for all families. Filamina (the woman who took care of us) ensured that my daughter was well taken care of and helped her with each dress. She was so stellar, that my other daughter, who is graduating next year, is determined to go back next year for her dress and hopes to have Filamina assist her as well. They also helped us find perfectly matching jewelry. We left feeling very happy and valued. 5 stars for this shop, and can’t wait to go back!

I visited the store yesterday to get an idea of what kind of wedding dress I wanted with no intention to walk out with THE dress. Jamie was the absolute best in helping me find my dress. She is genuine and kind and the best hype up women ever!! She truly made my experience that much better! 10/10 recommend visiting this store for any bridal or prom needs and HIGHLY recommended asking for Jamie as she is truly the best ❤️

DO NOT DEAL with this company, ever! I was at the Ottawa store in mid-May and ordered a dress to be shipped to me. I received the dress a week later. The dress had no tags and had a defect below the zipper. I called customer service and arranged for it to be exchanged. I was provided an exchange order number and I was given a return waybill (return address Ottawa). I returned the dress (delivery confirmed), then waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. I called customer service, and I was told that my return is being processed. I waited more, called again, and I was told that the new dress is being shipped. I waited again, and called again. Time and time again I was told lies. In the meantime, the wedding that I was supposed to wear this dress to (June 21st) had come and gone. I called customer service again and told them to cancel the order. Weeks later, the dress has still not been refunded, and I had no choice but to open a dispute with my credit card company. To my surprise, Anthropologie provided my bank a bogus "invoice" showing that the dress was 'refunded', which is a complete lie. I am continuing my dispute, and I am willing to take legal action against them even if it means paying more for legal services. At this point, this is a matter of principle.

Extremely disappointing experience today. Spent half an hour at the store and picked a sale item with a $29 tag from the clearance section; it was the last of that item. At the cashier, they said the computer shows $150. The manager comes and says that she won’t honour the sale tag price that they themselves posted. She proceeds to tell me how knowledgeable she is and that she does not need to honour any price. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and providing an explanation, she decided to make it about her and make the customer feel small. Is this really representative of Anthropologie? When I left the store, I checked online and saw that retailers in our country uphold the Scanner Price Accuracy Code. I didn’t go back to show her, because honestly she is so small and disrespectful that I did not want to face that attitude again. I’m posting this so that someone above her can see this and have a frank conversation with her. Not only was her approach so unnecessary, she also intentionally decides not to uphold the Scanner Price Accuracy Code. Perhaps consider taking your business elsewhere

It used to be one of my favourite stores to shop but not sure about it anymore. Lately I’ve noticed a surge in young employees and they don’t greet customers like the past, I walked in with my friend and I smiled / made eye contact with the first female employee- she glared at me and no response, then I made eye contact with the employee at cashier- same reaction and she quickly glanced away. Perhaps spend sometime training the young employees so they can improve the overall shopping experience!

I had the pleasure to deal with Theresa. I had a return that she was helping me with and accidentally i had returned other items that didnt belong to Anthropologie. She was so helpful and kind offered to mail them back for me. That was my only commute but I must say she went above and beyond my expectations and hope to visit this location one day.

Disappointing shopping experience. Although stores may not be “expected” to honor the marked price on an item, as a courtesy to a client that has taken the time to try it and decide to purchase it, it only seems fair to sell it at the price that is marked and advertised. 5 of the same garment were priced the same. In my opinion, it’s basic retail etiquette to honor the price on the tag and respect any additional discounts that is advertised at the entrance of the store. It wasn't a huge lost for them. Had intended on purchasing 2 items but decided to leave with nothing.
Disappointed as I shop here frequently. Won’t be returning for a while. I understand mistakes happen but accountability matters also.

I purchased my wedding dress at Bella Di Sera yesterday July 18th and I had such a wonderful bridal experience. Dimitra was so kind and helpful throughout my whole appointment and really understood what I wanted/envisioned for my wedding dress. I came with my mother, future mother in law and my bridal party and everyone was treated with respect and kindness. Mirella had walked in when I found my dress and she was so kind and helpful. Giving her feedback if I needed to add anything or do alterations but was never pushy about it. They rang the bell for me when I said YES! And it was such a great feeling! Both Dimitra and Mirella gave me the best bridal experience I can ask for definitely recommend going to Bella Di Sera!

We had the most amazing experience at Bella Di Sera on Saturday, March 22! From the moment we walked in, our sales lady and the entire team were incredibly helpful and guided us through so many beautiful wedding dresses. Their expertise and patience made the process so enjoyable that my daughter found the dress in just one visit!

Mirella, the boutique owner, was there at the end of our appointment to seal the deal, making the moment even more special. Disappointing Experience, Despite a Sweet Salesgirl

We recently visited this bridal store with my daughter, who had a specific type of dress in mind. We showed the sales staff pictures of what she was looking for, but unfortunately, the dresses they brought out were nothing like what she wanted. While I do want to acknowledge that our salesgirl, a sweet Greek woman, was kind and friendly (which is why I’m giving 3 stars), the experience was overall very frustrating.

The real issue came with Mirella, who was extremely pushy throughout our visit. She seemed more focused on "ringing the bell" (whatever that meant) and rushing us than actually helping my daughter find the dress she envisioned. To make matters worse, she was so aggressive that she made another bride, who was trying on dresses at the same time, cry. It was just not the atmosphere you’d expect when shopping for the most important dress a bride will wear.

On top of the stress created by Mirella, the store lacked basic amenities that would have made our visit more comfortable. There were no chairs for us to sit while my daughter tried on dresses, and no water was offered, which seemed a bit odd for a bridal appointment. We had to stand the entire time, which made the experience even more exhausting.

When my daughter couldn’t find anything she liked, the staff didn’t even acknowledge us when we left—no "thank you for coming" or any kind of polite send-off. It felt very impersonal and left a sour taste in our mouths.

We had told them upfront that we didn’t have a specific budget, yet we felt pressured the entire time. Some dresses were nice, but the aggressive and uncomfortable sales tactics were enough to make us decide not to purchase from here. I really wanted to like this store, but the negative experience with the owner M overshadowed everything else.

Many years ago 2006 we had an apt with Mirella , when we showed up me my daughter and other family members , Mirella was not there so another sales lady showed us around. We wanted to see dresses in an area that caught our eyes, however the sales lady told us. Oh it would be better not too, it would better to show you other dresses. We said why? We are ready whatever price ! We want to see and try different models etc , there was no way we could not , I was very upset!

I wanted to see Mirella , but she was not there as per the sales lady AND we had an appointment. LETS NOT FORGET THIS .

anyway I told the very RUDE lady or I will say not a lady, just this very rude Person, you will not serve us , we will leave , WE WERE NOT TREATED WITH RESPECT.

We went to another very well known wedding boutique another day , and just to say we bought the wedding dress , the owner ordered from Rome ! We chose different ideas and sent it to an Italian designer ,
Once arrived tried it on , cannot express how beautiful it was , the owner of the store made little modification. We were very happy the day of pick up. Tried on. Beautiful!!

And let me say , my only daughter the PRICE did NOT matter, the dress handmade personally from Italy xoxo

It was a great experience today at Bella Di Sera!
I had a warm welcoming by the team. I wasn’t expecting to get my dream dress today because usually we shop a few. But I’m just lucky to find the only one that is different from all the other dresses and it has everything I want. I rang the bell!!
The team is amazing there everyone has a big smile and giving you their honest opinion suggestions. I’m so happy about my experience and thank you so much again from the bottom of my heart to Dimitra and the rest of Bella di Sera team! Sorry can’t upload photos yet! ;)

I can’t thank Lilia enough for bringing my dream wedding dress to life! After trying on dresses at other stores and not finding "the one", I decided to work with Lilia to create a custom gown—and I’m so glad I did! I showed her a few inspiration photos, and she helped me bring my vision to life, letting me choose the fabrics, finishes, and small details to create a unique design that felt completely "me."

The entire process was stress-free and enjoyable. I loved having multiple fittings along the way, which allowed me to see the dress come together and make adjustments as needed. It was such a relief not having to order a dress and wait months before seeing it again. I met Lilia 2 years ago when I was looking for a gown for my son’s wedding. Needless to say, the gown she made was stunning, with many beautiful hand-sewn details.
One year later, I went back with my daughter for a gown for myself again, and also a wedding gown for my daughter, who just got married last weekend. Once again, the dresses she made for us were absolutely beautiful and elegant, we both received so many compliments! The excellent quality of the fabrics used and superior craftsmanship in making the dresses was clearly obvious for all to see! Thank you so much Lilia for making my daughter and myself look radiant on her special day (and likewise for myself, for my son’s wedding last year 🙏❤️)!

After looking at so many places online and in Montreal, every dress had a little something missing. I wanted a dress that had my name all over it and while searching I went to Lilia Haute Couture to originally try the dresses she has there. I fell in love with so many of her dresses but yet, I still felt I wanted my own and loved her work; the quality, the precision, the elegance, the romantic feel.. she just has a touch. Even though, I was still very worried that someone would make my dress and it not coming out exactly like I dreamed it, I cried of joy at my first fitting and even more at each one after. Not much was going well during the pandemic but my dress was perfect and Lilia was so patient and caring! She understood every detail I was looking for, she even made me a matching mask that actually looked elegant! Everyone who has seen it compliments how elegant my dress is and I don't think the pictures do justice to how much of a princess her dress made me feel like. My mom, mother and law and I walked into La Creme de la creme boutique on a Saturday morning in search of a mother of the bride and groom dresses. We were immediately greeted by the store associate, Valerie who was so kind, patient, and helpful. She gave insightful feedback, was super encouraging, and never pressured us to purchase anything. There was not a limit of how many gowns they were allowed to try on and we were allowed to take photos. My mom found a beautiful gown and she is so excited to wear it to the wedding. I had a great experience at the store and the pleasures to have been served by Sally. She was amazing, extremely helpful and patient. I must have tried on about 10+ dresses and she helped me pick the right one. Their dresses are beautiful and are of high quality.

The manager was also extremely sweet and helpful. She provided honest feedback on which dresses looked best on me. In the end I chose a dress that had a minor damage on the back, but as it was the last dress that could not have been re-ordered, the manager ended up giving me a rebate to cover for the fix at the seamstress without any hesitation. I would 100% recommend visiting this store. Top notch service and high quality dresses!

I’ve come here several times for UPS package pickups and the service is consistently slow. Staff often stop helping me to chat with other customers who walk in, which makes a quick pickup take much longer than it should.

I've taken 2 dresses to Anna for alterations. A bridesmaids dress (which I bought too small) and my own wedding dress. She somehow managed to alter the bridesmaid dress to make it bigger with the little material she had to work with. It turned out perfect.
My wedding dress turned out absolutely perfect. She was super realistic and told me exactly what she needed to do to make it perfect. She suggested I add a satin belt sewn into the dress to emphasize my waist line. The bustle was placed perfectly which allowed me to walk and dance comfortably all night.
I just moved out of Bridgeland, but will continue to make the drive to Sew Passion for any alterations I need. Thank you Anna!!

Saved the day. After many failed alterations at a big chain suit store, I took my suit to sew passion in which the explained how a suit should fit and altered everything perfectly!!!! A+ customer service. They care. Goes along way!

I probably wouldn’t return here. I took a pair of athletic pants in to be taken in at the waist, and while they fit nicely and look fine from a distance, the sewing is quite erratic and messy up close- some lines aren’t straight, some are doubled over, and it just overall is a bit messy. It was fine for a quick fix but I’ve had better results elsewhere. Based on the work I received I’d say don’t take anything expensive in.

No words can describe how thankful I am to Nadia and her team. Nadia’s expertise was beyond what any one can imagine. She is a true artist and has a passion for what she does. She altered my wedding dress to perfection and it truly looks painted on me. All the personalization of my dress was done by hand, something not all seamstresses can do; which Nadia has truly mastered. Her dedication and devotion is evident. She reassured and answered all of my question and made me feel secure. I wouldn’t have wanted or trusted any one else to work on my dress. I 100% recommend her! You will not be disappointed. I had the absolute worst experience here. Thank goodness I was not a bride, or maybe if I was I would have been treated differently. I called before showing up to ask if 2 weeks was enough time to alter an area of the dress on my backside. And she said of course. (Prior to calling her I called my two other seamstress who turned me down because they are too busy). So I went one morning and I waited an hour to be seen. She chafed me $175 and said my dress would be ready a week and half later on the Wednesday and when I called the Wednesday morning she told me no miss we said Friday (the day before the wedding) in which I needed the alterations done by. I sent my husband on the Friday which we do not live in the West Island may I add and she told him it wasn’t ready so I when he gave me the phone to speak to her she said to give her until the end of the night. I told her even better I’ll give you until Saturday morning. I called Saturday morning at 9:30am she said I need 30 min. I said no problem I have time to go pick up my dress then go to Laval for 11am where I have my make up appointment. I walked in and the owner (lady who served me) did not even address me or come see me, she sent out her employee to tell me she needed 30 min I said absolutely not I need my dress the wedding is today I have make up and church I need the dress. She said it’s not done the machines in the back broke blah blah I said I’m sorry but it’s not a excuse my dress was supposed to be ready 3 days ago. I had to ask the lady working for my dress 5 time! The last time I asked I made sure she knew I was seriously angry. The owner did not come out to apologize or address me. I took my dress and left. I will be going back on Tuesday morning when I have the time to get a full refund. The dress is not done and when she asked me to come back a little later for her to finish I was absolutely livid. I paid $175 for alterations that were not done and I was lied to not only about the timeline of when it would be ready but about what was done to my dress. I don’t know how they run their business. I hope when I go for my refund the owner can address me herself. I don’t recommend this place to any brides or bridal parties.

Nadia was truly the most amazing, kind and genuine seamstress I could have ever hoped for. When I first went to her back in May, my dress was double my size and I was so overwhelmed with stress. From the very beginning, Nadia comforted me with her warmth and reassured me that everything would be okay. And she was right, she worked her magic and turned my dress into something beyond my dreams. Every step of the way, she was patient, caring and so full of love. Nadia is such a rare and beautiful soul and I will truly miss seeing her. I wholeheartedly recommend her to every single bride, she will make you feel just as special as she made me feel.

Severely disappointed — the customer service was far below expectations and the quality of the alterations nowhere near matched the price charged.

I was recommended this place by Créations Vézina, but unfortunately my experience was nothing short of frustrating. I feel let down — not only by the alterations, but also by the complete lack of professionalism.

The first appointment gave me hope, as the dresses hanging in the shop (presumably made by them) looked beautifully sewn. I trusted that my own dress would be handled with the same care. The final bill was hefty, but at the time, I reassured myself that this was a sign the work would be impeccable. I could not have been more wrong.

At my second and final appointment, scheduled for 5 PM, I received a call from the owner saying it would be delayed by 45 minutes because a few brides were late to theirs and it caused delays. I'm an understanding person, I'm a bride, I know the days get hectic, no worries. When I arrived at 5:45PM, the assistant looked at me confused and insisted my appointment was at 6 PM. When I corrected her, she just stared blankly at me. Not the woman trying to gaslight me?

We returned at 6, only to wait another 45 minutes because they were “still steaming the dress.” I had left my gown there for a month, yet they were over an hour and a half late and unprepared. The lack of accountability or even a simple apology was astonishing. And when the dress finally came out, it was wrinkly. At that point, I was literally questioning my own sanity.

As for the alterations: yes, technically the dress was altered, but the work was sloppy. There are some strange wrinkles in the back of the corset that weren’t there before! Some parts still looked unfinished, wrinkled and rushed. For the price charged, the results were inexcusable.

To add insult to injury, another bride was there at the same time and was experiencing the exact same issues. It made me realize this wasn’t an isolated case, but rather a reflection of how poorly managed this place is.

In short, the service was disrespectful, the craftsmanship disappointing, and the overall experience completely unworthy of the trust or money invested.

I went to this store since we needed a semi formal dress for my grandma's 90th birthday. The moment she saw me she immediately told me she doesn't have a size for big people and I'm just front big not 5xl big. I was even ready to bring in more business for her by taking my 2 girls here too for their dresses but that experience left a bad memory. Never recommending this place. She was even very rude about it.

Before coming here, we visited six other dress shops, and honestly, we wish we had come to Prom Forever first. The difference was night and day. The selection here is amazing (if you’re looking for form-fitting dresses the selection is EXCEPTIONAL compared to any of the other stores). The styles and options they carry are so much better than what we saw anywhere else, and it was clear right away that this store really puts thought into offering dresses that make you feel beautiful.

Shopping for something as special as a grad dress can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Prom Forever turned it into a fun, exciting, and stress-free experience. We left with the perfect dress and huge smiles on our faces. We can’t recommend Prom Forever enough—it truly is a gem of a store, and we’re so glad we found it!

Our experience here was magical. Rina is an expert in her extensive inventory and the right dress for body types, AND she is also an expert in kindness and graciousness. Her team member was also so gentle and helpful and kind. They made my anxious teen feel comfortable, cared for, listened to and beautiful. Rina helped us find the most perfect dress of my daughter’s dreams. I will forever be grateful for Prom Forever.

Terrible experience. I booked a Saturday 10am appointment online for my daughter and her friend, only to find the store closed. Their posted store hours say they open at 10am, yet when I called, I was told they don’t open until 11 and that the booking system “had issues”—something they were already aware of. The woman said she would be there in 15 minutes. We waited over 30 minutes for someone to arrive. When she finally showed up, she was rude, rushed us in, and told us she didn’t think they had anything we’d want. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.

The dresses are beautiful and if she doesn’t have your size, she will show you alternates or order it for you!!! I would highly recommend Prom Forever, you will not be disappointed!!!

I absolutely love the whole staff. They ordered all the dresses for my wedding and for my sister's wedding. We never had to worry about anything and I'll find any excuse to go in and say hello to the staff there whenever I go by.

My wife had a terrible experience here. Incredibly rude towards my mother-in-law and bridal party. Avoid if you don’t want any possible complications.

When I first made the appointment, they seemed very attentive. Later on, they asked me to send some models, which I did. After that, I was told that the dresses were not within my budget, and although I specifically mentioned wanting lace, they said they couldn’t provide that. What made it even more disappointing is that in the email they had sent me earlier, it clearly stated that they do have dresses within my budget range. During the conversation, the fact that my budget was ‘too low’ was emphasized. Preparing for such a special day, this attitude felt very discouraging and hurtful, so I decided to cancel my appointment. I expected a more understanding and considerate communication.

We had an appointment for my mother in law’s wedding dress for a long time, but we had a very mediocre experience. The associate was not guiding nor was she making sure the bride felt understood and heard. Also, the sizes of the sample dresses were very limited and 4 of them were two small for her to even try on… Very disappointing.

My main stylist , Mariana, was just so lovely to work with and has such a beautiful understanding of the bridal industry in general which is SO appreciated! Even Polina I have amazing things to say, even though she wasn't my main bridal stylist, she also helped carry out such a flawless experience. I can keep going but I will end my review with this main take-away: White Montréal are seriously the real-life fairy godmothers/dreamy singing bird helpers in your fairytale.

A huge thank you to Ileana, Natasha and Andrea for their help. Ileana took care of me even though I did not book an appointment on a random Thursday. I had a particular dress in mind and they did everything for me to be able to try it on, shipped a demo from their Toronto store, spent considerable time with me and were super responsive. I am leaving this review even though I finally found my dress elsewhere because they were truly nice and attentive. I don't know what the other reviews are about, I had a great experience with them. I had an appointment with Laurie. She was amazing!!!! Super patient, super kind, very knowledgeable of the dresses and was able to find very adequate suggestions of dresses for me.
Unfortunately, I ended up buying my dress somewhere else but I still needed to leave a review for Laurie because she made my first dress shopping visit wonderful.
They have A LOT of dress options, very pretty and great prices! Some of them you can even rent!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this bridal dress shop. I was never informed that the dress would be tailored so poorly. No one mentioned anything about the subpar tailoring until I tried on the dress for the last time, just six days before my wedding. The staff didn’t bother to inform me about the potential issues with the alterations, and it felt like they were trying to force me into buying the dress despite its flaws. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for such an important event. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I attached the photo!

My daughter bought her dress here and first of all it hadn't even been started when she went to pick it up, plus staff was quite rude and arrogant. Maybe avoid the headaches and shop elsewhere.

I bought my wedding dress here and had an amazing experience. The staff are very kind, helpful, knowledgable, and very down to earth. The stylist helped me pick out a beautiful dress that looked great on me. The dress came in on time, and the alterations were done quickly and executed perfectly without requiring repeat appointments. I received SO MANY compliments on my dress at the wedding. I was also able to rent a bolero to go with my dress at the last minute to keep me warm during the ceremony. I am looking forward to returning to use their preservation services.
