We met with Ashely at her studio to see decor samples and she helped us narrow our vision and bring it to life by pulling samples and showing us a multitude of different options. She was so responsive and accommodating when decor and floral requirements changed closer to our wedding, and her invoicing and quote breakdown is crystal clear. She gave us tips and recommendations on how to make our budget go further and have a big impact without changing the cost, and she was honest if her expertise led her to believe that we would have limitations. Her calm demeanor put us at ease and we had full confidence in her to execute our vision throughout the process. But truly what blew us away were her floral skills - wow!! The florals she provided us were enough to have us dreaming up another reason to work with her! From bouquets to ceremony pieces that were reused at the head table, to helping us bring to life our 'Best Buds' guest favors idea - Ashley helped us showcase our energy and personal touches throughout our wedding space beautifully.

We just got married over the long weekend. We contacted Ashley for her decorations and we ended up hiring her as our day of coordinator as well!
Let me tell you, a lot of people say "the wedding just flew by, I don't remember much of it". Well my wife and I won't be able to say that, because Ashley was there for us. We were able to enjoy it fully. Our decorations looked great. Having your day of coordinator be your decorator as well is huge.
She was there with us from 10:30am (church) and at the venue at 3pm until 2:30am. She charges a fair price for the peace of mind we got from it.
My wife and I are very last minute people. We gave her some last minute changes and she was just okay with all of it. She didn't seem stressed at all, just calm and collected.
She is a great choice :)

My husband has been getting his hair cut from here for a few years now and the staff is extremely kind and do a great job! Today they offered to trim our 2 year old daughter’s bangs –free of charge– and they were so gentle & so sweet with her. She’s never had a “real” haircut and this was truly a great experience for her! The guys did a wonderful job and she loved it! Her first “big girl haircut”. Nasib has your back! He’s an excellent stylist with good advice for those of us that need the extra reassurance of how to style our suits! They work on commission but there’s no pressure and everyone at the store had your back. Very accommodating, but plan for 1-1.5 months between ordering and alterations. Any issues Nasib will take care of it and make sure you’re Gucci.

My brother and I both went to get custom wedding suits, and Toddrick helped us both through every single step. He really took the time to explain each of the options, the differences between fabrics, and the tailoring process. Once the order was placed, we could track the progress online, and when the order was ready, we went in for a try-on and evaluation. My brother’s suit was spot on but mine required some very slight alterations. Once those were complete the final product was perfect! Exactly what I had envisioned!

Such a nice surprise getting gifted this beautiful basket from family via The Gift Designers. Lots of variety of items all themed around bbq (even the basket itself is a grilling basket for veggies which is super creative!!). Love that they also support a lot of local brands. What an amazing place to work with. I knew what I wanted but the wonderful lady helped me make a few decisions. I wanted a next day order and they came through and delivered for me! So happy.I was so thankful they sent me a message saying delivered. They called my sister with a delivery time. So appreciate the care and delivery!

The experience as a gift receiver was wonderful. I got a text the day before asking me to phone them to confirm I would be home for the delivery the next day. The delivery arrived on time and was lovely. I liked the selection of fresh fruit and treats, that the filler material is shredded paper I can compost, and that the basket is of high quality.

The gift was packaged beautifully with high quality products that ranged from sweet to salty treats! The delivery service, not a general delivery service but company vehicle with excellent driver service) detailed and thoughtful to ensure the quality of the products would not be damaged due to the elects (hot/sunny).

Very happy with the cut I got from Alex. He understood what I was looking for without complication, and I trusted him to shape my beard up and just do 'what he thinks would look best' and I'm glad I did. This is for my wedding so it was important and I would recommend paying the little extra compared to other barbershops if you would like a cut above.

I came across The Urban Shave by accident and I’m glad I did.

My first experience has had me locked. The owner Fadi runs a cool laid back environment and the shop is usually buzzing.

The shop has a cool old school vibe, the music is always different and barbers all make you feel welcome.

Frank has been cutting my hair since my first visit and does a wicked skin fade and makes sure he doesn’t make a mistake. He’s even gotten me out of a jam a couple times with last minute cuts.

I’d recommend Frank take care of anyone.

Best cut and shave around town. Staff are always great and welcoming. Sweet laid back vibe inside with awesome conversations. Easy to book online and lots of street parking around (no street parking on 10ST between 330pm - 6pm). My favorite part is always the hot towel shave.

I recently had a custom tuxedo made for my wedding, as well as a custom seer sucker suit for the welcome event the night before. They couldn’t have turned out better, and were exactly what I was hoping for. The quality was amazing and the fit was perfect. Big shoutout to Amon, Chris and Ramy for their attention to detail, advice on styles and fit and just overall communication throughout the entire process. Couldn’t be happier with my experience, and would recommend highly.

My partner ordered a two-piece made-to-measure suit and custom dress shirt for our wedding, and both turned out incredibly beautifully! I am picky about clothes and we both wanted a suit shop with a strong sense of taste that we could trust to create something classic and timeless. After visiting several tailors, Third Son was the obvious choice - especially as their MTM prices are comparable to franchise stores. The suit took a little over two months - we ended up doing two fittings, and they did an on-the-spot hem during the second fitting so we wouldn't have to come back a third time. The only thing I'll note is that if you're interested in a custom suit, visit them early; we originally went in February and they said we could come back in April/May for a custom suit. We came back in May and they were fully booked and could only do MTM, but to be fair it can be hard to gauge your own popularity! Our MTM suit also turned out so perfectly that it didn't feel like we missed out on anything.

Ramy was an excellent communicator and worked with my busy schedule to arrange fittings that were convenient for me. During my final fitting, I was a bit nervous about getting all the details just right, but Ramy and Robert stayed late to ensure everything was perfect before I walked out the door. That level of care and attention to detail is what sets them apart—not just as good tailors, but as truly great ones.

Now, I have a suit that not only fit me perfectly on my wedding day but will also be a staple in my wardrobe for years to come. I’ll definitely be returning to Third Son for future tailoring and fine clothing needs.

I met Ramy, Robert and the team attending appointments with my fiance for him to get his suit for our wedding. The team took the time to get to know both of us as a couple to understand our needs.

Because if their excellent personal approach, I decided to hire them to make a custom ballroom skirt for my 2nd wedding outfit (before Third Sons I couldn't find anyone I trusted to make this piece). They put so much effort and care into this piece on such a short timeline, even making sure the seamstress could meet with me. Though there were some minor bumps in communication, they ultimately went above and beyond to get it done.

I always wanted to have a name tag for myself but I never really looked into it. I found this place on Google Maps and I called them. The person on the other line answered and told me to come in! I went to see them and I had an engraving for my name tag done in a couple minutes!

Prices are affordable, they were time efficient and the staff were awesome! I didn’t get the name of the person who helped me today (might be Steven) but he was enjoyable to work with.

Went to Andrew’s Formals to rent a tux for my own wedding. Maryann was a godsend. I had the idea going in that I would rent a black tux, and during the process, she showed me a blue tux she thought I’d look good in. Sure enough, it was the color I chose for the wedding. I looked great because of her! She was so helpful, so easy to work with, and was very accommodating given I live abroad. The price was also great given the service and the quality of the suit. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic local formalwear rental business. Andrew’s really came through when I had to attend a funeral on short notice when I was visiting Toronto from out of town. They provided everything the same day (including suit, shirt, shoes, and accessories), and were extremely accommodating and helpful with an outfit that was exactly the right type of well-tailored and understated style I needed for the event. Huge thanks for coming through in a pinch, and would not hesitate to rent from Andrew’s again.

Easily the best menswear store in Calgary. They offer great quality products, not just overpriced designer brands, but true quality. And the staff is excellent - always very helpful and willing the spend the time to make you look your best. Special shout out to Peter who always knows my style and my size and is quick to offer great advice. I highly recommend Ed Williams.

Fadi’s boutique is an absolute gem! The store is beautiful, well kept, and impressively stocked. For a smaller boutique, the selection is huge—plenty of sizes, styles, and high-quality pieces for any occasion. What really stood out to me was that they even carry long sizes for tall men, which is such a rare find. On top of that, Fadi and Jerry made the experience so personable— their customer service is truly phenomenal and makes shopping here a pleasure. Small but mighty, this shop truly has something for everyone. Highly recommend checking it out—you won’t be disappointed!

If you're like me, mid 40s, like to look good and don't know where to go anymore. Check this place out, the vibe is great, the staff are amazing and they treat everyone like family. The clothes are awesome...you have to pay for quality.

Really nice tuxedos, suits, clothes and shoes. Very reasonable prices. Adjustments are made in the store so that the suits look perfect. Big selection of nice modern clothing. Very helpful and friendly service. This is ideal for young growing men. Why waste money buying clothes that won’t fit. Renting means the clothes are always a perfect fit.

I recommend Manzotti to any future groom! They provide excellent tuxedo styles for the occasion at a fair price. Service is exceptional and the tailoring reliable.

I would give 6 stars if I could. No better place to get a tuxedo or suit in Montreal. Eric is amazing and it’s clear he’s passionate and has been doing this for a long time. Reasonable prices and they really care about their customers. Would recommend to anyone and definitely coming back.

Great Tuxedos at an amazing price. Ron was not only knowledgeable but extremely helpful and always served customers with a smile on his face. Books appointments with his customers so he can give them the best experience possible. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to get married or anyone who has a special event. Not clear about hours: we called in the morning to make sure they will be open when we arrive (we live 1h away) but the hours are not the same as told. Not sure why there are two schedules also.
