I had an incredible experience with Hailey while shopping for outfits for my cousin's upcoming wedding in Greece! From the moment I walked in, she was attentive and super friendly, eager to help me put together the perfect looks for the occasion.

Helped me find the perfect pair of pants for the beach party - stylish, comfortable and TOTALLY on theme!!

On top of that, she suggested a range of great suit color options for the wedding day itself, which made my life so much easier! Hailey even took the time to do a few quick measurements to make sure everything fit comfortable and looked sharp.

The whole experience felt effortless thanks to her. She made what could have been a stressful shopping trip for me actually fun and super easy! Hailey, thank you so much for going truly above and beyond, couldn't have asked for a better service!!

Once I was finally served service was gr8. It took almost 10min for someone to acknowledge me. Only after I walked up to two clerks chatting it up and interrupting them was I served. Honestly considered walking out and going elsewhere but my schedule did not permit this..

I went to this location today to buy a suit. A gentleman by the name of Maxime helped me with choosing the suit and tie. The whole experience was fantastic, there wasn't any pressure and he was extremely knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the suit, and I'm extremely impressed with the customer service. Moores always provides exceptional service and recommendations. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to ensure each purchase meets the customer expectations.

During my working career Moores Trainyards was and is my favourite store for suits, jackets, shirts, ties & jeans. Always great selections, good sales, helpful & friendly staff and a great rewards program. Just love this store & the Moores brand as it is my go to men’s wear store in Ottawa.

I purchased a suit here a few weeks ago and I forgot to write a review.
I don’t remember the guys name but it was a unique one and he was wearing white shoes.
I was not in the store 5 seconds and we got greeted and he started firing questions . He was so freaking professional and knew his stuff. He had us in and out of there in 20min while serving about 5 customers at the same time.
Not sure if he owns the place but I wish undercover boss would visit this store when he’s working because I don’t think people realize the gem of an employee that works here.
I will only buy my shirts and suit here going forward. Great work and ps everyone loves the suit at the wedding. Great choice.
You lived up to the name because that was tip top service.

Avoid this place at all costs for anything related to your wedding planning. They have let us choose a suit colour for our grooms men without letting us know that the colour was being discontinued and the stock wasn't being restocked. Because of that, it is now impossible for some of my grooms men to find the sizes they needed in the store or online even though we are 2 months away from the wedding. They are making my grooms men go with sizes that are way off and even making them pay for the ajustments even if it's tiptops fault! We will likely need to have all the grooms men go back because some are not able to get the colour with a size that fits. Really not impressed with the service!

Worst experience ever! My husband and I went into the Kanata store this evening. We walked by the salesman and browsed for quite a while discussing things we may be interested in purchasing. We were not greeted, acknowledged or even got a nod!! Yes there were other customers trying on clothes but he could have at least said something like, “welcome, be with you in a few minutes” Nothing! When we had completely browsed the whole store he finally came over and asked what we were looking for today. We said that we were looking for a suit for my husband as father of the bride. He said, “ oh sorry about that for you guys hahaha”. Inappropriate, rude and insulting. Then he asked where the rest of the wedding party was?? By that point he obviously had decided that he wanted more than our sale. My husband turned to me and said, let’s get out of here, i don’t want to deal with this store. I agreed and we left. I immediately called my daughter to make sure her husband to be and 6 groomsmen bought their suits anywhere but Tip Top!! I will be sure to tell all of my friends how we were treated as well.

I recently had my pants and suit jacket taken in at Tip Top Tailors in Kanata after some weight loss, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! The entire process was seamless and professional. Special thanks to Sim, who was incredibly nice and attentive. The alterations were done perfectly, and my clothes fit like a dream now. I highly recommend Tip Top Tailors for anyone looking for top-notch service and excellent craftsmanship!

Katie was so incredibly helpful over the last 3 days. I brought my 3 men in, in separate visits, to get suits for a funeral. Each visit was positive. Her knowledge and efficiency is very much appreciated.

On Friday, August 26th at approximately 8:45 p.m. (15 minutes before closing), I had an extremely disappointing experience at Tip Top Tailors. I came in to return a pair of pants I had purchased earlier that day from another location. The front gate was already almost completely shut — I had to squeeze through just to enter, which did not feel welcoming at all given that the store was still open.

An older lady greeted me kindly and tried to help with the return, but it was clear she was new and unfamiliar with the refund process. I was patient with her, but she was really struggling and had to ask a Pakistani colleague — who seemed to be either a manager or a senior employee — for help. This woman was clearly experienced with the process, yet instead of stepping in to actually assist, she would only answer one question at a time and then step back again. It almost felt like she was deliberately avoiding helping her colleague finish the refund properly.

I explained politely that I was in a rush and asked her if she could please stay and see the transaction through to completion. Instead of helping, she looked me in the eye and said, “Don’t tell me what to do. Don’t tell me what to do.” That response was shockingly rude and unprofessional, especially coming from someone in a senior position.

At the end of the interaction, I told her that I would strongly consider leaving a review based on her rude behavior and my negative experience. She looked at me and said, “I dare you to do it. I dare you.”

What should have been a quick and simple return turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Because of this, I will not be returning to Tip Top Tailors, and I would strongly caution others against shopping at this location if they expect even basic courtesy or professionalism.

I visited tiptop Taylor on Wednesday, June 18 Shortly before 7:30, the store closes at 8 o’clock. There were two employees working And neither acknowledge me or offered any assistance. They were more concerned about closing than helping. I tried on three jackets right in front of them and still no offer of assistance. Frustrated by their lack of service I went to Moores. They are open until 9 o’clock.. Very different from my last experience. So disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Peggy at the men's clothing store, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! I was in need of a complete outfit—a sports coat, pants, and a tie—and Peggy made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.

Her eye for style is impeccable. She took the time to understand my preferences and offered great suggestions that perfectly matched my taste. Peggy was patient, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the store's selection, making sure I felt confident in every piece I tried on.

Not only did I leave with a sharp, well-coordinated outfit, but I also felt great about the entire shopping experience. Peggy truly went above and beyond, and her warm, friendly demeanor made the process a breeze. If you need help finding the right look, Peggy is the person to see!

I was just here with my fiancé looking for an engagement suit. She wanted me to try on this particular jacket to see how it’ll look on my complexion. However the manager (older lady) refused and claimed to know my size better than myself who’s been shopping for suits for a week and a half. She was rude to my finance and said if ‘if he rips my suit he’s gonna have to pay’. Won’t be shopping here again.

I came in looking for a quality suit and Zain found me a great light grey suit with hand stitching throughout the suit jacket. For the price and wool percentage it was extremely hard to beat. Zain is a wonderful salesman who tells it like it is and is very honest. He really got me a great deal. Very much recommended for anyone looking for a well fitted suit!

I attended the PETIT Salon Marions-Nous on February 4, 2034 at the Palais des Congrès and frankly, I am really disappointed with the experience! Barely a few interesting kiosks. It wasn't worth the trip or the $25 access fee. We did the tour in 30 minutes! Anything...

Beautiful living room even if it is not very big. The only big downside is the parade. The dresses were wrinkled, the veils crumpled and there was even a male model who went on stage with an open tray. So a big lack of professionalism at this level.

I was in Toronto and passed this store and went in as I needed a suit for a wedding in October. I was greeted by a lovely gentleman named Carmine, who walked me around the store and showed me the perfect suit he stayed with me during the entire process. I will absolutely come back here next time in Toronto. Thank you Carmine for making the experience the most pleasant one!

I had an exceptional experience at Moores thanks to the store manager, Ed! I needed to return a suit jacket and pants, and he made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free. His kindness, understanding, and down-to-earth demeanor stood out, making it easy to work with him. I truly appreciated his professionalism and genuine care. Highly recommend this store for such outstanding customer service!

I went in with my husband to this Moores location and the staff were totally useless there. They lacked customer service, completely ignoring us as we tried to find new dress shirts. My husband asked for help and they gave us the minimum effort- letting us fend for ourselves. Take a lesson from The Bay and other stores in Canada that have closed down recently- hire people who are interested in helping customers! The service staff spent more time talking amongst themselves and leaning against surfaces than helping the customers there. I have unsubscribed from Moores email and will NEVER set foot in there again. You lost this customer for good!

Service is terrible. Emm which is the sales lady who helped me really didn’t care about the job and was rude throughout the interaction. Being one of the groomsman of my brothers wedding I needed the tux rental to be specific which I had to correct her and triple check if the order was correct. Not sure if she was having a bad day but I don’t think I’d visit again.

Update - after getting a response from the owner from my original review above, I had a customer service rep contact me (Sharon) who managed the situation really well. Thank you for being super responsive to customer feedback. I hope more of your customers are able to get such elegant management from people like Sharon.

Fitting was great. I’ve only ever had custom tailored suits after a bad experience when I was a teenager getting a off-the-shelf suit from a department store. That was way too unfitted. So I was worried when my friend asked us to get a rental at Moore‘s. But the suit came back so well fitted that I wanted to buy it. We all looked greatand it was very reasonably priced.

We rented all of our tuxes from Moores, and everyone was happy with their outfits. When we picked up my husband’s tux a few days before the wedding, he wasn’t happy with the style of pants they had ordered. The staff were super flexible and quickly arranged for a different pair to arrive in time for the wedding. In the end, everyone looked great and said their tuxes were comfortable.

Terrible experience. I will not be back here. Felt extremely rushed with my purchase. The tailoring was way off and I was also misinformed multiple times when I asked questions about my purchase such as return policy & Cotton suits vs Polyester suits. Clear lack of product knowledge👎. They also Promised to have my suit finished by Saturday but was not finished on time due to it being “prom season”. Never coming back here again and will be contacting Moores Canada. Very disappointed and I feel cheated.

Great place for suits and dress clothes, with helpful staff and decent prices. Quite a few items made in Canada, which is rare nowadays. Decent selection of dress shoes as well - they carry Florsheim, very comfortable shoes.

Shopping for an outfit for my husband to match me at a wedding today was an excellent experience thanks to Shadow. This gentleman deserves a raise, truly. We would not have had so much retail success without him. My husband is a bit challenging to shop for and he got him a beautiful outfit and somehow managed to get most pieces on clearance. It honestly felt like we had a stylist working for us today. Phenomenal. We will absolutely be back and specifically be looking to shop when Shadow is working.

Very courteous and professional staff, very patient even when the store was very busy. Renting and dropping off rentals was very easy. Selection is good although the prices on some of the items is a little high.

My husband and his groomsmen looked absolutely handsome on our wedding day, and we have Peggy and the incredible team at Tip Top Tailors to thank for it! From the moment we walked in, Peggy's expertise and warm personality put us at ease. She listened to our vision and masterfully guided the groom and groomsmen to their perfect suits.

⚠️ Be Careful When Shopping Here
I bought a suit from this store, and they operate without a manager on site. If you need to return or exchange an item, they’ll give you the classic line: “Come back when the manager is here.” Supposedly, the manager’s name is Barry, but I highly doubt he even exists.

I tried the suit properly, walked with it, sat with it, and decided to return it with everything intact: tags still on, perfect condition, unused. They refused to accept it.

Be aware before shopping here. If you want to avoid the headache, think twice. This seems to be the only store in Bayshore that doesn’t allow returns, even when the item is in perfect condition.

My fiancé and I visited Tip Top today with the intention of purchasing a full formal outfit for him (blazer, shirt, pants, tie, belt, socks, etc). We were ready to spend over $500 and expected a professional, helpful experience. Unfortunately, it was the opposite experience.

From the moment we asked for assistance, the lady who greeted us seemed disinterested and disengaged, as if helping us was a burden. Instead of guiding my fiancé through the options, we were told to “just find open shirts” in his size, with no real support. The sizing process was rushed and uneven. His measurements were taken carelessly, and the first few fits were completely wrong. He had to try on multiple sizes just to find something that worked, and even then, it felt like we were on our own.

The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming, which made the whole experience stressful and disappointing. Shopping for a suit, especially for a special occasion, should feel exciting and supported. Instead, we left feeling frustrated and let down.

The store looks very inviting, with always big signs of sales and a lot of variety. However, I tried shopping in this store 3 times and the customer service is BAD.

Last time I was there I had to go ask someone to help me get my measures for jackets, he measured me and when I asked which measures I was, he didn't tell me, he just got me a jacket and told me to try it on and then he left to see another customer.

Well today is the last time I even step into it, nobody helps you, you are trying to find stuff by yourself and even when looking around for staff with a question mark above your head, no one helps.

Beautiful store with nice dresses would have giving it a 4-5 star review if it wasn’t for my recent experience.

I went on Saturday to try on a dress and comments such as ; if I ate a pig before coming or I partied too much were said, and not only once but multiple times. I don’t remember the employee’s name only that she had tattoos (not judging I myself and my friends who were present had visible tattoos). Having previously worked in a high end dress boutique, these are not comments that should ever be said to a person no matter the reason and language barrier is definitely not an excuse. Going in for a dress fitting is a stressful experience and this cemented my reason of ordering online to avoid being in this position.

Of course during the call received from the owner after the visit with many apologies and slight guilt trip, I had told her it was okay and that I wouldn’t be continuing my purchase with their boutique. Being told that that’s their employee’s humour was simply baffling as I don’t even speak to my close friends like that.

Despite never being requested for a deposit for the dress when ordering over the phone being told by a third party that I would have to pay for a dress even though it didn’t fit. For someone who works in customer service it is inexcusable.

A response isn’t necessary because I don’t want a copy pasted generic reply with false apologies. Did is just a warning for future potential clients, if you’re not in their close circle you may have a similar experience.

*Having your friends writing reviews to boost up the rating and attacking others is not how a business owner should proceed knowing that your employee was at fault. The way the situation is being handled in the rating is unbelievable.

I’ve been a faithful customer for over 20 years & I’ve never heard such a discriminatory remark about a salesperson such as Shanti’s remark referring to the salesperson with Alice in Wonderland tattoos. Never judge a book by its cover. Erica is wonderful tactful individual who takes pride in her job, unlike you who discriminates just by the look of a person & exaggerated to make yourself look good. No way I will never believe what you wrote. I can vow to the best service & special attention the staff & owner gives their customers for any occasion. I advise anger management courses for you. I recently shopped at Moores and spent $660 on a coat and pants, expecting a level of service that reflects the price point. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. After making a high-value purchase, I was surprised and frustrated to see my items packed in a thin plastic bag instead of a proper garment or shopping bag.

When you invest in quality clothing, especially from a brand like Moores, you expect a more professional presentation and attention to detail. This kind of treatment felt careless and unappreciative of loyal customers. I hope Moores improves how they handle customer service and packaging in the future — it’s the small things that leave a lasting impression.

They got the fit of my shirts perfectly and they are good quality, but the custom suit jacket has sleeves that are way too short. When I mentioned this during the final fitting, the salesperson seemed more concerned with convincing me that that was how they were supposed to look while reminding me that a re-alteration would take several weeks which I did not have. I will have to go to a private tailor to have it done properly.

We walked in with a lot of questions for a wedding guest suit midday. The older gentleman approached us and immediately took control and showed my partner around and explained many suit facts to him while showing him around.

I don't know what people who gave 1 star expected from this place - you are a customer, not a king. And your attitude is often reflected back to the employees. People forget that many employees are paid minimum wage and they aren't paid to be your personal assistants, or to smile and cater to your every need. These are people with families and lives working here.

If you go in with a good attitude and time, I think you will be well served here. We will be back!

Abhorrent service. People working at the store make no effort to attend to the costumer and show no shame in leaving you waiting.

I came in lunch time because one of pants I bought here got undone at the seams after 3 weeks and to buy a new pair to replace it and was left hanging mos of the time.

When coming back to pick up the fitted pants that should have Ben done by yesterday, I am left hanging again, one of the employees went to look for it after I requested it, just gave up the search and directed me to ask another employee who once again is unwilling to fulfill the request.

I am a long standing customer and I never had such awful treatment in the downtown store, but the in the carrefour Angrignon the staff is simply not in any mood of working.

I purchased a suit from a different store and was not satisfied so I walked in to Tip Top to see my options, met Sayed and his attention to detail was great and supportive, I ended up purchasing another suit from Tip Top and returned the first one from the other store.

I highly recommend this location the quality and service are worth the price you pay for

I had such a frustrating experience at the St. Laurent Tip Top recently. I went in looking for help with suits, but instead of receiving any real guidance, I felt like I was being sent on a wild goose chase. Staff members seemed unsure of what they were doing—one would point me in one direction, another would suggest something completely different, and no one ever actually followed through to help.

What made it worse was the lack of basic courtesy. Despite making eye contact with staff, I wasn’t greeted (which I don’t mind as I appreciate when staff aren’t unnecessarily pushy!) or acknowledged until I repeatedly asked for help. Even then, the answers felt dismissive and incomplete, leaving me more confused than when I walked in.

After wasting time there, I left frustrated and disappointed. Thankfully, I later visited the Orléans location and the difference in professionalism and service was night and day. If you’re shopping for something important, I would strongly recommend skipping St. Laurent altogether.

ST.lLaurent location store Bought myself a three-piece suit for a funeral last week the guy measured my waist and my arm length for a dress shirt the funeral was on the same day. The guy who worked there i forget his name took the dress shirt took off the tag. I trusted him everything would fit because he measured my waist and everything then I bought dress pants and jackets and also a belt and tie 987$ later
I put on the white dress shirt it did not fit. Had to run back right away the lady told me they could not do nothing about the dress shirt because the tag is off and I said the guy took it off she said come back tomorrow and talk to the manager I went back the next day manager is not in this black lady doing all her name she told me come back she'll be in the manager i went back again the next day manager apparently just left when she said she was going to be there all day. Go back again talk to a different lady she said the manager left an hour ago I said I want exchange or refund for my dress shirt caught me $97 roughly after five times going there got the runaround please avoid this store they do not know what they're doing when the guy took off the tag it's my fault apparently. The staff didn't care one bit I had to go to a funeral for emergency right away very unhappy. I've been going there for many years in the past and other locations and never had this problem until now. So if you have to get a suit or anything go to other locations not tip top Taylor stores
There's many other locations to go to in the mall for suits or anything else. I hope this helps other people. Please avoid this store

I had a very positive experience with store manager Ahmed yesterday who helped me and and my wedding party of 5, plus 2 ring bearers, get fitted for suits.

Ahmed saw us right away, helped me set up my online account with Tip Top while in store, and helped us create a look that matched our wedding colours and venue perfectly. He explained all the wedding bundles, options, and pricing which helped us choose a look we were all very happy with.

Ahmed was attentive, easy to work with, answered all of our questions, and did not once pressure us on a decision while explaining all the options and upgrades. He created a positive and welcoming atmosphere for a seamless experience.

All 8 of us were fitted and on our way within a few hours. I walked away with a renewed enthusiasm for my big day, and I know my wedding party are eager to show off their new suits.

Ahmed, the store manager at Tip Top, was absolutely amazing! He helped fit my three sons, the father of the bride, and the father of my two boys for suits for two upcoming weddings and my son’s prom. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable for all of us. He made everyone feel comfortable and confident, and his expertise showed every step of the way. As a mom, it meant so much to see my family so well taken care of. Did a rental for a wedding, the shoes where more comfortable than I would have guessed, the trousers has a great fit to them. The dress shirt was absolutely terrible, loose fitted, which was misleading from the sample they had me try on during the fitting.
I recommend bringing or buying your own dress shirt.

Also their turn around time is horrible, for the cost, I should not have to return it the next day, add at least 1 extra day to that.

Amazing customer service. We are from out of town and rented a tux for grad. The staff were wonderful with my son and were flexible as we had to drive 4 hours each way. Thank you so much. I also bought a suit and it's a good price and great quality. Totally impressed.

I had a fantastic experience at Moores thanks to Marcia! She helped me get measured for a wedding event, and she was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. The experience here was bad in every aspect. As you can see from a number of other reviews, the customer service here is not good. Staff do not seem knowledgeable nor interested in helping. Over all just rude and cold. Measurements were entered incorrectly more than once. When we went back to have measurements confirmed they treated us like that was an odd request. Its a good thing we did. They were not off by 0.5 inch here or there. They were off in rhe legs by 6 inches. The sleeves were several inches off as well. Then when the second measurements were being entered we had to tell the staff member that they were entering incorrect numbers again.
When we went in to try on peices for suit rentals and the shirts that they had for you to try on are completely sweat stained and smelled like BO. When we mentioned this staff member said they dont get paid to clean the shirts... fair enough I guess.
I know this location is aware of these matters as they have many reviews very similar to this one.
When my husbands suit for our wedding was picked up by a groomsmen he was sent away with 1 jacket that was the wrong size and nothing else in tbe bag. We had to call to have them find the whole suite and go back another day to pick up. There was confusion on there end about where the correct garment bag was and they had to locate it.
This was an oddly stressful interaction from beginning to end.
We won't be back.

Tonight Logan and Dallin helped my brother find the perfect suit for his wedding. They were patient, informed, had contemporary and stylistic opinions. They made upleveling his suit style effortless and fun. I greatly appreciated their honesty, insight and professionalism.

Jeg was my fashion consultant and he was amazing. he only measured my neck and chest, and "guessed" everything from there, with 100%accuracy. if I ever need another shot, or find clothes, I'll be going back.

Had been to shop this afternoon for some rush but important purchases. Rahul helped with extra miles from taking measurements to presenting/advising on styles fit to my preferences with perfect fabric selection. Bought Tuxedo suit, shirts and accessories and indebted for his professional customer service. Highly recommended to step in and ask for him; you will never regret it.

I wanted to share my disappointing experience at the Heritage location, which has left me questioning the customer service standards at this store.
We entered the store around 8:35 pm, fully aware that closing time was 9 pm. From the moment we walked in, the salesperson (Rahul) made us feel unwelcome. He repeated twice, “we close at 9,” in a tone that came across as rude and dismissive. We weren’t planning to stay past closing we simply wanted to quickly check the collection. Despite the uncomfortable start, my husband found some shirts he liked, so we decided to make a purchase.
We picked three shirts two from the regular rack and one from clearance. At the time, the store had an offer: spend above $125 and receive $25 off when you sign up. We signed up for the offer and proceeded to pay before 9 pm. However, at checkout, we noticed that the total seemed higher than expected. Upon recalculating, we realized that the clearance shirt had been charged at full regular price rather than the discounted clearance price.
When I pointed this out, instead of correcting the error properly, Rahul was rude and unprofessional. His response was dismissive, and when I questioned the calculation, he bluntly said he couldn’t apply the coupon again. Even after adjusting, he did not return the money that was overcharged. And rather than taking responsibility, he told us, “you can return all the stuff and go out.”
We were taken aback by his attitude. By then, my husband had already spent time selecting the shirts, and he really liked them, so we reluctantly went ahead with the purchase. But the entire experience felt rushed, stressful, and unnecessarily unpleasant.
The irony is, we were out of the store before 9 pm well within hours yet from the very beginning, we were made to feel like a burden. For a brand of this reputation, I would expect courteous, professional, and customer-focused service. Unfortunately, this was the opposite.
I’m writing this review not just to share my experience, but in the hope that management looks into how customers are treated. A simple pricing mistake could have been handled politely and professionally, but instead it turned into one of the worst shopping experiences we’ve had.

Nazeem was fantastic he found me two beautiful suits and was very patient and kind. Stars made a fantastic decision hiring him as a manager.

I bought a suit for my little kid for his graduation when we got home so we can try it on. He said he does not like and it kind of tight on him so we went back to the other day to try returned the suit when we got there they started making stuff up like we did. The tag it was stains. There was nothing. He was a good suit. He only tried it on and nothing he told him him can we have a return they said no then they brought security to kick us out they were not even listening to me

I bought a suit and I went home to try. It was a bit too small so when I returned it, they said it was dusty and there was something wrong with the tag so then they called the security over and they gave me really bad service and they did not want to return it at all.

Not helpful. Not courteous. Left me to wait outside in my car for 15 minutes because they forgot to open the door. Got yelled at for not backing up in the exact right spot. Three employees stood around when I was unloading the table and chairs. First and last time doing business with them.

This was my first time dealing with Location Gervais and it will be the last one. Order some chairs for my Design Conference and they arrived almost 2 hours late.

Reason for being late? So many fake reasons that you couldn't even imagine. Don't order from them, they have the worst after-customer service. That's my experience.

Quick and fast quoting, very knowledgeable employees. They have a wide variety of things that you need to throw any party and the prices are affordable.

I've tried to do business with this company twice and they were rude both times. They speak to you like your business doesn't matter, give incorrect information. I won't be giving them a third chance.

Good place for rental of party and event like necessities

We went to Moores for a suit our daughter’s wedding in a few days. We left it to the last minute so we needed an “off the rack” suit. Michael helped us and was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations for options. We also liked that the jackets and pants were sold separately with a variety of sizes. My husband was able to purchase a nice suit, shirt, and belt with an affordable price tag. (:

My husband and I came in today and had a wonderful experience purchasing a suit. The lady helping us was absolutely wonderful and informative. She answered all of our questions with patience and gave us amazing recommendations.

The only reason for the 4 stars is due to noticing one of the other staff member dressed very casually. I would think jeans and a crop top to not be very appropriate, especially for a formal wear place…

Besides that, Moores was great and my husband and I will absolutely be returning in the future for any fancy event we have

Michael at the Shawnessy location was incredibly helpful in selecting some clothing items for my husband. We were looking for a tie to work with my dress for a special occasion and he was able to put an outfit together for us. Michael was patient, knowledgeable about the inventory, and very professional and friendly. Thank you for such great service!

We ran into a few issues with our tuxedo rentals at Moores, but I really appreciate how the team handled it. Michael, in particular, was incredibly helpful—proactive, kind, and professional. No company is perfect, but how they respond when things go wrong says a lot. Moores took responsibility and made things right, which really showed their integrity. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and grateful for the great customer service!

Came in today and with Michael's help I bought a really nice suit. His expertise on sizing and fashion were great as well as his recommendations. I will definitely be returning!

The manager is incompetent in understanding or resolving obvious shipping label issues and charges customers for tax on packages that were never sent by the sender or intended for recipient and refuse to refund or resolve anything and should not be working in customer service or with the public at all. Thanks for ripping me off!!! What an absolutely miserable "manager", disgusting behavior

Absolutely horrendous experience here. This is the second important package the carrier has lost and the service rep at the post office was rude, demeaning, and refused to answer any of my questions. I asked for the customer service number to create a ticket for our lost package and she rudely told me she had already given it to my husband. I asked if she could have the respect and decency to give it to me also, and she accused me of being disrespectful and indecent with her, rolled her eyes, and walked away without helping me. I asked her coworker if I had been indecent or disrespectful and the coworker just gave me a sad apologetic look and the customer service number I had asked for. If you see a short woman with straight reddish brown hair, ask to be helped by anyone else because she's miserable and wants everyone else to be miserable too. How she's employed still is beyond me.

Absolutely terrible. Thanks to this place being no help and somehow “misplacing” my grad photos, then changing their minds and saying they apparently gave it to someone else, I will now never receive them. They also don’t answer the damn phone and most of the staff is just outright nasty and condescending.

The people here are great. Office staff are kind and the carriers are helpful when I need to know something.

Terrible customer service and rude lady working the counter who states been there 15 years and with all that time and experience would not look up a Canada post number commercial department number, as it would just be wrong to help a customer.

This is what happens when you have people entrenched in jobs instead of firing the bad eggs and getting better people, time in a role shouldn’t take over what’s best for your clients
