I recently had to change groomers from Ouaf Woof since I had moved out of the area. I'm so sorry I had to leave! I always got a wonderful groom here and my dog always looked great (unlike my new groomer, sadly) Me and Liam miss you!

Took my maltese puppy for his first grooming today, and I'm sooo happy with the results! He looks adorable and had a very good experience. I haven't seen him so clean and fluffy since the day I took him home - I highly recommend :)

This groomer is so sweet and loving with my little Shitzu, and does an amazing job. Unfortunately I had taken him else where, once, and he was traumatized. Never again. Woof woof only from now on.

Used to be good, but will never go back. Read below to see why.

I was a customer of hers for 4 years with no problems, but recently, I brought my cockapoo and she mentioned that she will not groom him since he is Cockapoo with knots. She said that she would only SHAVE HIM. Yes, he had some knots, but I brushed him every day.

As a groomer, you must know that you don't always get beautiful dogs. You get dogs who need to be groomed. Sometimes that will mean that the dog will have knots or be matted, but never should a groomer look at the dog and say EW.

The owner, Elena felt my dog after walking in the snow and said "EW HE'S FILTHY. I can't groom him. There's too many knots. I'm going to shave him."

You should never say that to somebody, especially a customer for 4 years. Instead of saying that, help your customers know how to better brush a dog if there's too many knots.

I will never forget this experience and I will never be back. Before you make an appointment, please verify that she won't shave your dog.

We brought him to another groomer within a couple days and was groomed no problem without any shaving needed.

Just had Jasmine cut my hair and had one of my best experiences ever! She took time to listen to my concerns and give a tailored solution to the nuances of my hair. I really appreciate someone who can hear and address my concerns and Jasmine and Tommy Gun’s knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend visiting this place and look forward to going back again. Will also say that this place is very kid friendly and is also very welcoming for little ones.

It’s more pricy than a regular place, but you get what you pay for in quality of haircut as well as the types of products they use, the head massage and hair washing, the hot towel on the face and beverage of your choice.

Just had a great haircut from Benj, she is very knowledgeable and was able to adapt the hair style I wanted to me perfectly. She doesn’t simply use basic techniques, she uses a lot of layering and scissors to blend the hairstyle. I would recommend anyone new to this barbershop to go with her.

Very impressed . Our first time here , staff were super friendly and inviting. They have ipads for kids to play with , and offer you refreshments while you wait and you can check your wait time on the monitor.

I love this place. Absolutely love it. I know nothing about formal menswear, but this is not a shop, it is a shrine erected to the memory of its founder, run by a family of pleasant, courteous next generations in a place that is less like a store and more like a kaleidoscope of all things classy and refined. There’s a coffee and a snack counter rivaling any upscale coffee shop, attended to by no other than the charming M Waxman himself, there are electric guitars, there’s an unused but impeccably kept and maintained barbershop, a hard to spot statue of a harlequin to remind us to not take it all too seriously, and walls adorned by black-and-white family pictures, suspending you between togetherness and nostalgia. And somewhere hidden from view is the enigmatic Suzie… who has been taken care of shirts and tuxedos for decades.
Here you enter someone’s house and are treated like a guest.
I only have two tuxedos, both bought from here, their beauty and quality matching unforgettable experience off dressing room between antique commodes, and the rotary telephone to make you feel, for a little while, like a true gentleman.

Waxman is the standard for tuxedo rental in the city. Knowledgable staff make you feel comfortable, taken care of, and make sure every detail of your fit is perfect. Everything was clean and new. It’s definitely worth visiting — very beautiful, cool, and fresh. You can take amazing photos there. It was interesting to see brides and grooms coming for photo shoots!

Interesting place to escape cold weather and enter into a different world. Quite a few shops, cafes and access to the metro. Awesome architecture, worth checking out.

Awesome tourist trap place. Well played Montreal. The center is a mall connected to a fancy hotel and also contains an underground connection to station Square Victoria OACI station. It is a long walk under grounds just to get to the metro but pay attention to the sign and the arrows 100% no cap.

I love this place. The barbers all make you feel at home in a really laid back space. Lots of conversation between the staff and customers happens all over the store.

Mitch is amazing, my son and I have been seeing him for years and he's always personable and takes time to make sure you're happy.

No shampoos or blow drying here. It's just a barber shop with trimmers, straight razor cleanup and plenty of kind souls there to get you looking your best. Walk in, appointments are welcome. Pop in!

Oh, and they have a shop dog named Clyde. He's pretty damned great, too.

Andrew is THE barber to go to in Ottawa. It took many years to find a barber that really gets hair. Andrew is that guy. Been getting my hair cut by him for over a year and I am 100% satisfied. He is THE best barber in the region by far. Cannot recommend Andrew enough!

Got fitted and ordered my suit, told me it would be ready in 3 weeks. Pushed back 1 week then got a call to come in. I come in to get my suit and they didn't even order it. Crazy experience, not worth it at all

If zero were a review I’d give it. Ordered a suit for my son’s prom 3 weeks ago. Told it would take a couple of weeks. Come the day after they told us it would in ( a week later than original). Get to store no suit. Won’t be in for another 4 days. Prom in 5. Now scrambling to buy a new suit. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

This was our first and last stop. My fiancé and I came in and Sunita gave us a warm and friendly welcome. She educated us on the immaculate quality and choices and the craftsmanship of their suits. It used to be one of my favourite bars in Montreal but last night's experience completely ruined it for me. We waited in line for about an hour to get in and this time we were presented with a menu upon sitting down.

The drinks that we got off the menu was absolutely horrible and came out of a can that was sold to us for 14 dollars each. The specialty of this bar was having no menus and the bar tender making the drinks for you according to your preference.

Anyways when leaving the bar I mentioned this fact to the people standing outside in line that not to order anything off the menu and do the classic style of asking the bar tender what you like. However the owner of the bar happened to be right there when I said this and took it too personally.

He started off by insulting me that I should not say this to customers and that I have no right to voice my option this way. He went off for another minute insulting my taste buds, culture and so on. I was so shocked at his behaviour that I was speechless. All I could say was 'okay'. I have never been treated this badly in Montreal and for sure I am never coming back here. All this after after spending 140 dollars at this establishment.

Victor made my husband a suit and it was such a month process . The quality of the product is above was we expected and we are so so happy with the result .

Elegant and sleek experience. Welcomed at opening hours we were the only patrons for our first drink which made it feel like a private visit. The mixologist was incrediblely friendly, knowledgeable, and made our drinks to suit what my boyfriend and I were craving.

We came upon this little men tailor boutique on a stroll upon town! We were so impressed with the service and quality of the products! My husband has very hard time finding clothing. With his unique physique, off the rack is a nightmare and never looks as sharp as we would like! It has been a little over a year we have been coming here for the personalized service and the higher quality of custom pieces! Every season Sasha, Victor and Louis showcase us, the up and coming unique pieces of the season. This is and will remain our only place to dress my husband. They eye of details is exceptional and we received endless of compliments on his entire. I highly recommend checking out the Bridal Centre. It’s a very beautiful venue. I had my appointment with Katie. She was very kind and helpful. She gave suggestions for alterations to make the dresses look and fit the way I envisioned. This was my first dress appointment and I found the one. I will be using some of Katie’s ideas for the alterations as well. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable and finding my dress :)

Cecilia was WONDERFUL!! I am so happy she was the one helping me find my wedding dress! Cecilia knew exactly what I was looking for and pulled the most beautiful dresses for me to try on, all while making sure myself and my group were taken care of. Excellent place for anything wedding or graduation dresses. The seamstress that did the alterations was amazing and even went above and beyond. She fixed the flower on my daughter's bridal shoes. She also taught my other daughter the miad of honour how to fix the bustle on her wedding dress. We are so pleased that we choose The Bridal Centre in Calgary for my daughter's special day!

Darryl- Thank you for giving me the exact haircut I was seeking. I came in looking for someone who was going to be good with curly hair, and Darryl was the answer. I showed him a picture of hair style I wanted and he did his magic. He was surgical and precise.

Even though I stumbled on this shop by chance its worth coming back when the time comes for another haircut.

Been getting my haircuts from ROSS for the past 6 months and he never disappoints. FRESH CUTS and beard trim every time and tailored towards my specific needs. He is very talented without a doubt, but also very meticulous with his cutting, paying very close attention to detail and handling my hair with care. Very chill guy, down to earth, and easy to talk to. Makes my haircuts more enjoyable. HIGHLY recommend.

This place is amazing. Ross is best Barber I have had. I've been with him for 3 years and followed him from another barbershop. Ross is always friendly and treats you like good friend and always gives the best haircuts. I highly recommend this place and Ross to everyone.

Honestly the best in the industry in terms of value and quality for these suits! I always go to Arthur every time I need a new suit, and I just picked up my 4th one (got my first one ever for my wedding, and then some additional colours+larger sizing over the years)! Arthur is extremely professional m, very responsive, and is so efficient with everything since he’s been doing it for so long.

Truly a gem! You won’t be able to have such a simple and easy process with a good quality suit at such an affordable price anywhere else.

Please please please do not trust them to make your suit!

They screwed up so many things for my wedding. It was nothing other than their own negligence at the end of the day, Arthur offers up terrible consolations or just says "Well it was a free addition anyways so it's okay".

I think I would have been better off buying off the rack and getting it tailored.

Honestly, poor quality suit material, and extremely unprofessional service from Arthur. Only 2 of us (Groomsman) needed to have a re-fitting done and he emails everyone. When asking questions for clarification if is everyone or just those 2 members he does not respond in a timely manner and his response "I am on vacation" when he sent the re-fitting email. 1 groomsman requested cuff links for his dress shirt and he gabe it to the groom instead. He also forgot the inscription for the suit jacket for our groom. If anybody how is that the one you forget. He did not take ownership for his mistake and when asking for a discount or some kind of compensation, he just chuckled sheepishly. For $1000 I could have recieved better service and a better suit elsewhere. I highly do not reccomend going here.

I have had the pleasure of working with Wingmen and Arthur on two occasions. The first as a groomsmen, and the second as the groom. I highly recommend Wingmen for their professionalism, value and attention to detail. Arthur ensured that my wedding day suit was perfect and what I envisioned. From the text messages and emails throughout the process, to ensuring that the liner I wanted was perfect, it was truly a greats experience. The suit fit perfectly to how we measured, and my groomsmen were happy with their suits as well.

My husband ordered his wedding suit along with suits for his groomsmen, father and brothers. Arthur was very accommodating for arranging multiple suit fitting appointments for him and the wedding party and the service provided was very professional and prompt. We were all very pleased with the suits ordered, the quality was very high and all suits were well fitted and delivered well in advance before the wedding. My husband ordered a custom made suit and we were surprised by the level of options available even being able to select the inner lining texture for the blazer. The end result was excellent and he received many compliments during our wedding for his suit.

Horrible customer service: either you get no attention or they are outright rude and tell you that "there is nothing in your size". And I know my sizes in most Italian and European brands. Basically avoid at all costs, there are other better stores in the city that carry same or similar quality garments at better prices and definely better at customer service.

Always bought my suits off the rack. A friend of mine recommended I try these guys and I don't think I'll ever switch back! What really did it for me was their attention to detail and incredible service. Thank you for your excellent work! Loving my new suit!

We had our very first custom suit fitting at Indochino downtown yesterday, and it was an amazing experience! We were lucky to be served by Sean, who was incredibly polite and professional throughout the entire process. Was at Chateaubriand for a wedding and food and staff was amazing. The staff was great ready to serve and help us out throughout the evening. 5start ratting. On the other hand the food was so good I could of had seconds on all the servings. The chef’s dishes were so tasty unbelievable. Not too salty not too greasy. Just perfect. And the quality of the food served was excellent. The sauce in the pasta was not cut with water like many halls do today. The appetizer were delicious and didn’t taste the freezer for once. We went there for a wedding a few weeks ago and it was phenomenal. I'm not sure if it was the marrying couple's requests, but the food was unreal. Amazing! So much of it and it was very good. The variety the quantity it was just all there. I've been to a lot of weddings and this was really exceptional. The bar was open. The buffet was a continental buffet. It was really special and really amazing

This past Saturday, we celebrated our wedding at Le Châteaubriand. The food and service was phenomenal. All night we received compliments from our guests!

My husband Nestor and I want to thank Pat, Tony, and Sonia for all their hard work and professionalism. They were always there when we had questions and went beyond what was asked for. The day of the wedding, we were completely stress free as Steve and Tony communicated directly with our vendors and took care of everything! That’s what mattered most to us.

Went for their Tea in the Tropics event. Food was good, but not a lot for the price. It is in Carp, so the water tastes a little different.

Venue is nice with all of the plants, but not as tropical or lush as expected. The event information talked of "tumbling waterfalls" but we only saw the small one. Still nice, but adjust your expectations. All the workers were friendly and helpful.

We had the chance to celebrate a very special moment here with friends, as one of them was getting married on Friday and what an unforgettable experience it was! 🌸✨

I photographed a beautiful intimate wedding back in April at Aquatopia and it was stunning! The atmosphere was breath taking and so unique for this area, the staff went above and beyond for the couple and their guests... also helping me out if I needed anything.

You do have to understand the expectations when booking Aquatopia for your event, that it is warm in the venue as it is a greenhouse, so thats to keep in mind if you would prefer a venue with air conditioning but I still HIGHLY recommend the venue!

Wedding planning and organizing is extremely stressful, however Aquatopia and their staff are absolutely amazing. They make everything come together. The food portions were huge. They are all so kind and helpful. They go through everything with you step by step. I just had my wedding here with 80 people, our coordinator - Kayde was absolutely amazing. There was not one issue, not one mistake. Everyone that went even quoted about how amazing the atmosphere, the food, the decor. Our wedding coordinator Kayde also helped us with finding anyone we needed, they did all the decorating, and clean up. Never had to lift a finger. Great pricing. Highly recommend if you are planning on getting married - this is the dream.
And ask for Kayde to be your coordinator!

She was nice enough to show me all the different products available in the showroom.
We shared ideas and spent a very pleasant hour+ trying out ideas on a empty table in showroom to get a visual on how it would all look together. Results came out beautifully.
I didn’t spend a crazy amount on rentals but they treated me as if I did. Would highly recommend Cindy as a consultant and this rental company for any occasion.
Choices are endless at reasonable prices.
People in the warehouse were also very nice and helpful. Thanks again Celebrations, I’ll be back!

Had a horrible experience with them. Some items were missing when they did the delivery on the wedding day, and we tried contacting them several times but couldn’t reach them by phone or email, which added unnecessary stress on top of an already stressful day. They were also late for the pick up after the wedding which caused us to be late for the pick up deadline imposed by the venue and resulted in extra charges for us...Overall, very bad customer service and unprofessional. I would not recommend at all. Had a way better experience with the other rental service we also used for the wedding.

Had an excellent experience renting chairs and vases for my wedding! Cindy was especially helpful, taking me through all the options at different price points. The delivery and pick-up went smoothly, too! Would highly recommend. Ask for Cindy ;)

We rented from Celebrations Group for our outdoor wedding in 2022. We needed to rent almost everything for the event and we were able to get all we needed through them and for cheaper!

Cindy was our point of contact and she was amazing! Out of all the companies we reached out to for quotes, she was the only one who invited us to their show room to go over all our options. She took the time to talk things over, made great suggestions to ensure we had all we needed and was extremely honest and solutions oriented while helping us to fit our budget!

If ever we need to rent items for an event I would 100% call Cindy and use their services again! Thank you!

I have worked with celebrations for over 10 years, and they always deliver above and beyond. They are quick on quotes, give great prices, are available for last-minute changes or concerns. As the owner of a PR agency, I regularly use them for media events and am always satisfied. A+++

Had a great experience for our first time ever getting a suit for myself and my partner. They helped walk us through everything and made it easy for us to understand and narrow down to what we wanted despite our lack of knowledge. The suits came in earlier than expected and the fittings/alterations were easy and quick. We looked great for our wedding!

Upon our first visit to Eph, my husband knew that he wanted to get his custom tux from here. Bevin was our initial associate and he came with a wealth of knowledge about all the different customizations you can choose when creating a tux. It was so interesting and engaging to learn about the history of certain pockets and details that have changed over time and throughout history due to different eras and trends.

Once the tux came in, there were some minor adjustments that needed to be done to get the perfect fit. Nile was there to assist us during each of the fittings and he was even so kind as to personally source some studs to replace the original buttons. He was always friendly, kind, and accommodating and we are so glad we picked Eph to help us create the perfect look for our special day!

Bevin provided excellent recommendations and was very thorough in explaining all possible options and what they would appear as.

Custom inner linings came out very nicely and suits themselves for exactly or near exact to specifications.

All members of Eph were very accommodating and the process is very straightforward.

PLEASE READ - honest review

This is a review I was really reluctant to write, as my first experience with them was good, the second, very disappointed. The quality, and the service is quite frankly, terrible. Let me explain.

I purchased my wedding tuxedo and groomsmen suits in spring of 2023 and had a pleasant experience, everything came back right and it worked well so I figured I'd purchase a collection of suits, shirts, and a winter dress jacket from them in Fall 2023.
Well let's just say I came to regret spending well over $2500 on that set.

First Issue (Minor): The three dress shirts I purchased, using the same measurements from my tuxedo fitting and the shirt which fit perfectly, came in and the collar was a least a size or two down which I could barely close it to wear a tie. But after waiting three months for these to come in, I figured I'd just use them as open collar shirts. I ended up giving them away cause they overall felt to tight, which again, were suppose to be made to my correct measurements.

Second Issue (Major): My dress jacket, which I ordered, then a few weeks later was told the fabric is now out of stock (but wasn't when I ordered it), so in a rush chose a fabric that is definitely not "Similar" to the original I had selected; is one of the poorest assembled things I've ever seen. The interior pockets aren't sewn in completely (keys fall down through the gap all the time), I've had to re-sew seems myself, and the buttons came off within a week. Literally a joke for a $500 jacket. I still use it, but bitterly. Again, I didn't want to go back because the service was so bad.

Third Issue (Major): I purchased 3 suits, and when designing them, was told the pleat is just the crease in the front (which I should have known was wrong but I was excited from the experience and I think I must have said yes to pleats or something. I truly don't recall that. Anyways, when the suits arrived, they all had this weird "pleat" in the front which I hated. It says on the website and remakes or alterations are complementary. Yaaa.... no not at all. They said they can't remake them and that ya since it was on the original order, there's nothing they can do besides split the cost of making a new pant lol Pretty rude to me actually this time when I showed up..... OHHHHH and issue 3.1 lol, the suits weren't even pressed when I showed up to pick them up hahaha like it was horrible service. I honestly felt so annoyed that I spent all this money to receive such a bad situation, something I was really excited to do for the first, go get a bunch of suits made. The suits looked like they were just pulled out of a bag all wrinkled with thread all over them.

Fourth issue: I mean the quality of the material isn't great, although I paid for the premium Italian silk for one, the other two are complete wool which should be way higher quality anyways. Keep in mind these are all between $600 and $800. Well I've worn them for about a year and the seems have now ripped multiple times, and tonight I just finally gave up fixing them and threw them out.

Ya so honestly, I wish this experience was better as I liked the guy from the first time, but the second dude I dealt with was not great and the products..... well I honestly would rather have burned $2500 of my own money on the doorstep than purchased those. Not worth the time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. EPH Apparel turned what should’ve been an exciting and seamless process into a stressful, infuriating nightmare.

I started working with them in December 2024, thinking six months was more than enough time to get suits for myself and my groomsmen before our June 2025 wedding. Initially, things looked promising. We were told the turnaround time was 8 weeks, and Bevin — who deserves credit for consistently good customer service — gave us hope that this would be a smooth experience.

That hope vanished when the suits arrived and none of them fit properly. To make matters worse, two were missing the custom monograms we had paid for. I was lucky to have that error in writing, which forced them to remake those two suits. This took an additional 5 weeks. We were told to expect maybe 1–2 rounds of minor adjustments. Meanwhile, the remaining suits went into alterations, kicking off what became a never-ending loop of weekly fittings from January to June.

My own suit looked like a boxy, off-the-rack Walmart special, and the vest never fit right. We asked for it to be remade. They refused.

We had to go in every week or two for new adjustments, wasting hours of our time. Only months later did they finally offer us the option of meeting with the in-house tailor to get pinned directly — something that actually helped. It was only when we were running out of time that they admitted they needed to remake the vest. They decided to remake the vest SIX WEEKS before my wedding. A vest I ordered back in DECEMBER.

Guess when it arrived? One week before the wedding.

The stress this caused was completely unnecessary and 100% avoidable. What’s worse is the attitude we received from Nial, the store manager, who acted like we were the inconvenience. Not once did he express real accountability or empathy.

To anyone considering EPH Apparel for their wedding or any important event — don’t. Just don’t. You will regret it. You’ll end up making multiple trips, dealing with poor fits, missed details, and an unresponsive manager, all while watching your timeline vanish. Go to Indochino, or even buy a suit off the rack and get it tailored locally. It’ll fit better, it’ll be less stressful, and it’ll feel more “custom”.

I used to go here all the time to get my hair cut. So much better than my new barbershop. The staff here always cut my hair right the first time, but my new place always cuts it differently than how I ask.

Having a barber you trust is harder than a relationships and thankfully I feel like I got that part of my life out of the way (can't say much about relationships). Jay has been my steady barber for years, however Andrew and Ryan are equally as good. I have never had a bad experience there and feel welcome and at home when I am there. Just how any barbershop should feel like.

Reviewing for my husband, he absolutely loves this place. He started getting his hair and beard trimmed by Jay a few years ago and swears by him. While Jay was away he trusted the other guys in the shop and was just as pleased with the service and work done. Great place, great staff and awesome service. Keep it up guys 👌

Walked in as I was referred to House of Barons from a shop up the street. A short wait and a great experience. Great customer service. I was hoping to get a straight razor shave but I will insist next time.

Went in for a kid’s cut for my toddler, and Ryan was fantastic - patient, listened to what kind of cut I thought would look best, and he was great with my son. He even hyped him up to play the Pac-Man arcade game they’ve got in the shop! Great experience overall.
