The rooms and bathrooms were spotless. I really liked that they have a glass shower instead of a bathtub — everything looked newly renovated and very clean. The absence of carpet floors is a big plus. Housekeeping was excellent and always on time. Breakfast was decent. It’s a small hotel with great, friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Noise was an issue at this hotel. Toilet tank constantly ran & I was told it was normal. Hard to sleep when it kept resetting. Doors couldn't be closed quietly no matter how much you tried to ease it shut. Outside traffic noise was heard in the room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Toiletries had a strong scent.

Location is fantastic. It's right next to Costco and an easy drive to several popular Chinese restaurants and grocery stores in Markham. It's a bit more of a drive, however, to tourist locations in downtown, especially when there is traffic.

The breakfast area is quite small, but at least it's free. Parking is also not too hard to find. The staff are friendly. I would stay here again.

Second time staying here and hubby booked it on a booking site and only an accessible room was available as the entire place was fully booked due to a long weekend. There were some hiccups in the bathroom like hand soap pump being wonky so it dispenses next to zero soap, missing hooks behind the door, really old hand-held shower nozzle like it’s from the 80’s (photo) and water pressure from this was so low - I hope the hotel please fixes these for future guests. The bed and recliner were both really comfy and we slept well. Rest of the room were clean and staff were awesome. Breakfast was great and all-day free coffee/teas on the ground floor was a plus!

My previous experience was definitely better than this time.

Not too sure whether they have changed the management or simply i wasn't lucky to experience being rushed by telling me the room should be vacant by noon while the house keeping told me they aren't busy today.
Coming from Alberta, there is not even courtesy of even giving a courtesy to give me 12.30 pm check out.
Service and hospitality should definitely be improved.

Accomodations are great, staff is fantastic but location although easy walk to everything, there are a lot of homeless people in the area. Not that we had any issues other then some crude words being said. Parking across the street is less expensive then underground parking. Free train to major shopping mall.

The Hotel is modern, comfortable, and has all the amenities to make your stay relaxing. The lounge and restaurant serve great food and drink.
If I had one note for anyone staying alone, is to be mindful of the neighborhood, as there is a large homeless population in the area. The hotel has security patrolling out front and they do a good job, making you feel secure and safe. Its a big city, they all unfortunately face a sizable homeless population. Be city smart and I recommend this Hotel, I will stay here again.

Good size rooms. Service is very good. The complimentary breakfast is fine and unlimited. The restaurant served a decent evening meal too. Very helpful and knowledgeable front desk. Not much wardrobe space, no draws for underwear etc, and no safe, which was a concern. All in all though, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Total dump. My flight was very canceled and I couldn’t use the first night of my reservation. I contacted hotel to let them know my flight was canceled and reached out to see if there was anything they could do. I provided multiple options of solutions that would be amenable to me. They were completely unwilling to work with me in any way. Not exactly what I’ve come to expect from hundreds of bookings with Hilton over the years. Rooms were fine. Ours had a view of the public library and the hundreds of drug addicts congregating around the back of the hotel and the Salvation Army around the corner. It was about a 20 minute walk from the main downtown area.

Convenient location with access to popular attractions and public transit, but the area can be a bit rough. However, inside the hotel, you feel safely tucked away from all of that. Had a lovely stay with friendly and efficient service. We enjoyed the comfort of our room, as well as room service. Wish their bar stayed open later into the night.

Good location of hotel across from train station. Rooms are a little dated. When wiping down the bathroom wipes came up a bit dirty. Bed was super soft. Breakfast offered is standard hotel breakfast nothing extraordinary. Staff was ok. Not super friendly or helpful but professional. Upper level rooms offer nice views :)

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights last summer and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and recently renovated. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices, and we appreciated the ample parking options, both indoor and outdoor. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

This place was perfect for us and our two kids. It felt very safe with underground parking and key required elevators. The pool/slide was awesome! The breakfasts was a typical continental breakfast but it had multiple options including hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit. Very glad we stayed here.

We had an awful experience at this hotel. They booked a bunch of hockey teams, for a tournament and we spent our weekend there being physically and verbally accosted by the team members and some of the parents. There were 40 kids in the pool at a time, only supervised once in awhile, there was open drinking (beer cans left at the pool) and the teens were so violent that we couldn’t swim in the pool with our young kids. When we complained, the front desk agent acknowledged that she had also been mistreated by these kids and adults when she tried to ask them to stop with their antics. She said they have no security on staff to supervise this many teenagers and so unfortunately they could do whatever they like. We told her that we would be asking for our rooms to be compensated.

It took days for the General manager Sheri to return our calls and when she did she was incredibly incendiary, aggressive and spoke over us regularly. She scoffed and said I was being insulting when I suggested that they needed security on the premises but clearly didn’t want to pay for the proper staff to cope with so many teams. She was incredibly unkind and offered us only 5000 points as compensation. We paid hundreds of dollars for our room and used 50,000 points for another. This hotel has been a literal nightmare of a place to stay and the manager was super rude and unprofessional to deal with. We highly recommend that no one stay at this hotel, or risk having your entire stay upended by the craziness we experienced as this hotel clearly prioritizes the money they make by booking these teams, over their other guests.

We will also be reporting them to the AGLC for allowing so many people to be openly drinking alcohol in the pool and around the pool.

We arrived early and want to checkin early. However the clerk was not having any of it. He pulled out a form and slammed it on the counter and demanded $75. I told him it is going through my insurance company. He could care less. I informed him I needed to use the bathroom. He told me there is a truck stop down the road. I in all my years never been treated like this. I contacted my insurance company and they said yes they would pay the $75. They called Holiday Inn at 2373 Banff trail and the same guy answers the phone and places it on the counter. He doesn’t realize I am on the phone with my insurance company and they are on the phone with me on hold and can hear him babbling away. My insurance company tells me they must be busy. I said to them I’m watching this guy at the front desk and no customer is with him. For 15 minutes he does nothing. I wait, my insurance company waits because this immature kid is having a hissy fit. Why would you want to stay at a place where the staff is so immature and could care less about you? Good grief we seen terrible people but this is atrocious.

We had a lovely stay here and the location is truly very good. Yes there is a homeless encampment just a couple streets away but we only had to go that way once to catch a bus and never had any trouble the whole time staying at this hotel. It’s right next to a metro and like a 6-min walk from the Notre Dame. Super close to the port, and every couple streets over you get a new section of Montreal.

Rooms were clean but outdated so that’s why only 4 stars. Bathrooms are well maintained and the water pressure is good, water heats quickly, and the AC works quickly as well.

It seems like an aging hotel but it could be so cool if updated. The lobby is very well maintained with koi fish and all, it’s just empty most of the time and feels weird to be there in the quiet.

I spent 6 days in Montreal and also did a day trip to Quebec. While I stayed at this hotel, Pierre at the front desk was amazing. He is very knowledgeable on places to visit and dine at. Pierre made my trip more enjoyable. The hotel is very nice as well as the room. It’s on the same block as Chinatown so food isn’t an issue. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a fantastic experience at the Holiday Inn Montreal Centreville Downtown. The location couldn't have been more perfect — several major tourist attractions were just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot or short Lyft ride.
One of the unexpected perks was the onsite parking available for a very reasonable fee, which made our stay even more stress-free. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to relax when done touring the attractions.
But what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly and helpful, but a few went above and beyond and deserve special recognition.
Enoch, the bellman, was incredibly kind. He consistently went out of his way to assist us and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. His kindness and attentiveness truly stood out and were greatly appreciated.
We’d also like to give a special shout-out to Michael and Lara at the front desk. They were both incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. This was especially true when Lara helped us extend our stay — she made the whole process seamless and stress-free.
At first, we were apprehensive about paying a bit more to stay closer to the city center, but knowing now how fantastic this hotel is, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second. We couldn't recommend this hotel strongly enough and would most definitely stay here again!

Pretty close to everything if you like to walk. Subway station is a block away and china town is pretty close. No complaints for a holiday inn. Breakfast was 50$ extra so I wouldn’t recommend it especially cause there’s so many nice cafes downtown. Rooms are meh didn’t expect much but we had a walk out which we didn’t use mostly because it didn’t smell like fresh air just food and trash. Gym is what you would expect from a hotel gym but pool was pretty nice.

This hotel is in a bad part of town. Homeless people running around. Addicts holding meth pipes at every corner. The room itself is sub par. The biggest complaint is the bugs (moths) in the room. I've had to kill several. Also the water in the shower all of a sudden gets very hot, or very cold. I've been scalded a couple of times during my stay. They also refused me a late check out, even though I arrived almost a day late for my arrival (yes it wasn't their fault but they could have accommodated me since the room wasn't used for almost a whole day). All things considered, there are many more hotels in the area that would be a better choice.

In general, the room was nice and clean. Only one problem with the design is putting the kitchen next to the bed is not a good design for a room.

About service, which was the most that letting m down. I stayed here for a night and have it booked through Expedia.
- First impression was when I came to say hi to the receptionist and asking him to have us check in, he was quite not welcoming (no smile, jump in someone talk, quick speech), was this because I am an Asian? (I noticed that he smile with most white people and explain carefully and slowly just before my turn to check in).
- Second impression was about how they handle problem. There was a power outage happened in the area and our room was in dark. The time was bad that we were about to heat up our meal for dinner. During this incident, no information was proactively informed to our room. In stead, I had to come to the hall to talk to the receptionist 2 times. First time, they said that there was no information about this at the moment số they also have no idea. Second time (after more than an hour) when I approached them again, I noticed a lady who was there to ask if they can provide anything for her reading book in the room before her sleep time (without it, she couldn't have good sleep) and soon enough, it turned in to arguement because they asked her to come to the hall (the only place that still have power) to read her book???? (We're you going to recommend her to sleep there as well??). By far, this was unacceptable and I joined the conversation inform them that they should have protocol in this case to support customers who paid for full service room, not a power outage room. (We have been starving and even though of having cold food; we didn't want to waste what we had in the fridge). They started to blame and argue with m as well, but they couldn't win in this arguement because I was calm and sharing my points about what customers paid and what customers should get. The other receptionist step in and just try to let m express all the disappointment (he and the hotel did not apologize once). I also asked them that why was there 0 call to inform about the incident to our room and that I had to come to the hall 2 times to ask for information, why couldn't they be proactive? (They blamed that there was so many people called them, but by the second time I approach them there was no one busy with call, they played on their computer instead at that moment. So when I pointed this out, they remained silence).
=> 0 compensation from hotel, 0 experience (said that this was our first time dealing with this and we have no idea how to go through), 0 customer service. (The valet on that day also talk to me like I am a little boy as well)

-The 2 small customer service I noticed that were they keep sending message to Expedia to keep me up to date and they let me have my car parking for an extra hour for free (I asked them that I want to pay for it but they said it should be okay for an hour; I was in the middle of something by the time to get back to the hotel). The valet also brought me my phone that I put in the car which was a little bit nice for a moment.

Other than that, Expedia told me that at first, for a few days, they couldn't reach out to this hotel. Once they reached out, the hotel reject any compensation. So, Expedia have to offer $50 (voucher on the app) on their side to us. (But we paid far more than this number a lot).

What an experience that I would have never gone through again.

Although this hotel provides good value, it is lacking on a few fronts.

General room cleanliness could be better. Nooks were left untouched, curtains were definitely not cleaned. Found hair in the bathtub. Tabletops needed a better clean.

Breakfast buffet, for $25 is not worth it.

Elevator situation could be better. Our experience wasn’t as bad as people claim it to be.

Book valet parking in advance. When we showed up (with no parking reservation), they said there was no room and we had to park elsewhere.

If you're seeking budget-friendly accommodations, this place has potential, but there’s room for improvement. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t function, which made for a warm and stuffy stay when it was 25 degrees outside the ac needs to work. The bed was a bit hard and lumpy for my liking, and I noticed some minor maintenance issues that could really enhance the experience. With a few updates, this could be a great spot! As it stands, Id explore other options next time, but I truly hope they make those improvements.

We stayed here for five nights and overall our experience was good.
Pros:
- rooftop pool is great. Pool is clean and well kept.
- rooms are very spacious.
- kitchenette in the rooms is great, especially if you have kids.
- close to bus stop and metro station
Cons:
- Be ready to wait a long time for the elevators
- We booked a larger suite as we are a family of five. Pull out couch in our room was not in proper condition for sleep. Mattress of the pull out was extremely old and worn out, and the coils were sticking out. I may as well have booked a smaller room.
- We asked for an extra small mattress for a child, they said they didn't have any.
- Housekeeping didn't really clean unless you left a generous tip every single day... Otherwise they'd kind of just make the beds.

Stayed here over the Labour Day long weekend. The suite itself was a great size and the two main beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, the pull-out bed was a major letdown. I had even asked in advance about the mattress, but it was every bit as bad as other reviews suggested—the mattress and springs really need replacing.

A couple of other frustrations: they initially tried to charge me twice for parking (eventually corrected), and the breakfast buffet was honestly the worst part of the stay. At $25.50 per person, there was no coffee, no juice glasses, no syrup, and the only food left was rubbery French toast and bacon. The staff were clearly overwhelmed and couldn’t keep up. It felt like poor value for money.

The location was excellent and the suite itself was nice, but these issues definitely coloured the experience.

We spent three nights at Hotel Victoria, and it was an absolutely wonderful stay!
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds and all the essentials provided.
The reception staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel also offers a convenient luggage storage room.
The location is outstanding – all the main attractions are just a short walk away.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Victoria! This is a true 3-3.5 star hotel in a great location. All the employees we interacted with during our stay were lovely and helpful. The room itself was small but manageable for us two and the air conditioning worked very well. We did check in to a room that smelled like cigarettes our first night, but the concierge quickly acted and moved our room. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Victoria with our two kids ages 10 and 12. It’s a small boutique hotel that makes you feel like you’re in Europe. Kids would’ve loved a pool, but adults definitely loved the European vibe. Location was great right near the hockey Hall of Fame and the underground path. Not super upscale, but the beds were comfy, and the people super nice

We stayed here for three nights and were pleasantly surprised. Check-in went smoothly and we were given a quiet room at the back of the hotel on request. Yes, you look out onto a wall, but as we were only staying for three days and not living there, that was perfectly fine. Alternatively, we could have stayed at the front of the hotel on Yongve Street, which would have been noisier. The room was first-class, with a couch, armchair, refrigerator, coffee maker (fresh refill every day), desk, iron, hair dryer, and two large beds. The only thing we missed was an hanger but that wasn't a big deal since we were living out of our suitcases anyway. It was clean and well furnished. The bathroom was also great and clean. Very good shower. The location is ideal, as it's in the middle of Old Town Toronto. You're just a few steps away from Flatiron House, St. Lawrence Market, Union Station, and the subway. On top of that, there are great restaurants everywhere for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We can absolutely recommend this hotel. And it has a great, exciting history dating back over a hundred years. We'd love to come back. Top recommendation for that what we payed.

Very unfriendly person at check-in. We booked this two bed hotel 4 months in advanced. When arriving, they told us they only had a king size bed. I was with a colleague so we said this did not work. They said they would bring up another bed in the bedroom. When coming back in the room around midnight. They had not set up anything g so we had to share a bed. Not cool.

Would not stay here again with this unfriendly service. They could not care less about us and it showed.

The room was fairly clean (as per Canadian hospitality standards), breakfast was what you’d expect - eggs, sausages, bread, cereal, sweet beans and oatmeal. They didn’t keep any fresh fruits during our 3 days stay and they did have a unique way of operating. Except for the girl behind the reception, all the other staff were polite.

It’s located closer to the airport than the city center but it’s still convenient as it was a short drive. There is a Wholesale club just behind the hotel so you can grab your drinking water bottles from there, which was convenient.

Note: Both room service and reception never answer the phone.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and was quite happy with our stay. The room was comfy and clean with double sofas and foot rest. It was perfect for sitting by the window after a days travel. The bathroom was clean although but outdated. The toilet flush handle was broken and we had trouble using it. Although they sent maintenance to fix it after we reported it, the issue was not resolved.

The location is really great - very close to the airport and with tons of restaurants nearby even within walking distance. The room was very quiet and we never had any issues with noise. The complimentary breakfast was pretty basic but no complaints. In general service was pretty good.

Stayed here for 3 nights with our dog. It was nice that they were accommodating for pets, including giving some doggy treats.

As a budget hotel it was okay. Upon checking into the room, there were stains on the bed sheets. The staff were quick to come and change the sheets though.

The floors are hardwood, which were actually dirty and didn’t feel like they were cleaned properly - leaving my feet dirty.

Staff were friendly. Other reviews mention the bathroom fan not working, which was my same experience. Our hair dryer did not work either. The rooms were nice and quiet the AC worked very well.

If you’re booking this hotel for the breakfast, it was very ‘beige’ and not that good. If you’re feeding a large family and are okay with quality less than McDonald’s or A&W, then you’ll be okay with the breakfast.

I’d most likely look at other options than booking here again - maybe my standards are too high.

The bed was comfortable and the room had 2 comfortable lounge chairs and a padded foot rest to sit in and enjoy a drink.The room was quiet even though it was next to the elevator and under a flight path from the local airport. All the other facilities were good. The complimentary breakfast was okay, not great but better than other establishments we have stayed at.

Disliked - The elevator broke down soon after I used it in the morning but there were other elevators to use. We found a pill on the floor whilst unpacking our suitcases, so can’t say the room was fully cleaned.

It was an amazing stay we stayed for 5 nights. My daughter is celiac and the hotel provide gluten free cereal and toast along with fruits which made my morning sorted and I could spend that energy on exploring the Rocky Mountains. If coming again will stay here again

This vacation rental is located in a year-round apartment building. The apartments are modern, clean and pet-friendly. The building is within an easy walk to restaurants in Little Italy, Dow Lake and the Tulip Festival.

The reason it gets 3 stars is because of the lack of communication for short-term rental owners. Despite the promise of check-in instructions 24-hours in advance, we had to get Expedia to help us get them the day we arrived, after hearing nothing from them. Additionally, at the end of our stay, they charged our credit card $30 again, with no explanation. We had to write to them to even get an invoice to see charges.

The person at the check-in desk was efficient but curt and not at all friendly. We felt like we were in the way because he had to go through check-in process with us. This lack of communication put a damper on our stay. I think it's a great place to have an apartment, but not so great to have a short term rental there.

Lived here for 3 and a half years as an owner and have just rented my unit out. I see most reviews are about the hotel side and not the condos, so hoping this will be beneficial to prospective buyers/long-term renters.

- First, the location is unbeatable. The neighbourhood is vibrant and safe, and the new train is right behind the building that goes to downtown & the south end of the city.
- The building is very clean & well maintained. The new exterior landscaping is nice, and the lobby is beautiful. Amenities are excellent (new pool is a huge plus), elevators are fast, garbage chutes are always functional. Residents that I've interacted with are friendly, courteous and social. The demographic is very diverse and a good mix of all ages.
- There's a lot of nice touches such as the heated driveway, air fresheners in hallways, concierge service.
- Condo units generally well constructed. There are some weak points (kitchen main seal, a/c occasionally will go out) but overall the construction is solid and respectable. VERY quiet, I never heard anything from my neighbours. Units on the east & west sides have big balconies. The AEG appliances are nice and high-end but $$$ if something breaks.
- Parking garage is a bit tight.
- We switched to C.M.G from Apollo Management last year, and it's been a positive improvement in terms of communication.

Minus one star for the incompetent construction company, Vuze, that works on this building & 115 Champagne. They completely botched the driveway project last year (took ~10 months when it was supposed to take no more than 6 weeks) and the workers are not very courteous to residents when they're onsite. Thankfully the construction & landscaping seems to be all done, so hopefully we don't have to interact with them anymore.

Have your lawyer review the status cert and make sure you understand everything about the condo structure before you buy.

Overall, really enjoyed living here and would 100% move back if I find myself in Ottawa later on.

Great place to stay. Located in little Italy area of Ottawa. Room was large with two bedrooms. Very modern. Includes washer and dryer. Full kitchen. Walking distance to Dows lake.

Nice location and clean building. Communication is difficult with unhelpful hours for weekend bookings. Should definitely have better communication options. Underground parking is a major bonus along with the kitchen and living room separate from the bedroom. Awesome set up

Its in an excellent location, and the apartments and rooms are specious. But late at night, some mechanical knocking sound starts randomly on roof and we couldn’t sleep. We were there for 2 weeks and same problem. Then suddenly lightsbof two bathrooms went off at night and the customer service located in another city had no clue. Some how another number told me to press a button between switch which was not available in master bedroom's bathroom, and they did not tell us to check the other bathroom. The concierge guys are not friendly and always out of desk Whenever we wanted to see them. And if the guests lose their room key or fob key, then it may take 3 hours or more for customer service guys to come and give new one. So we had to be always alert about not losing anything because their customer service is horrible.

My wife and I decided to take our twin girls out for a relaxed lunch at The British Pub in Aylmer, and it ended up being a wonderful experience from start to finish.

The moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a cozy, comfortable atmosphere that felt perfect for a family outing. The service was truly outstanding — warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel like valued guests the entire time. Our server was great with the kids, too, which we really appreciated.

Our food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked and full of flavour — exactly what we were hoping for. The portions were generous and reasonably priced, making this an even better value for a family lunch.

The relaxed, easygoing vibe made it a perfect spot for parents who just want to enjoy a tasty meal and spend some quality time together without any stress.

We left The British Pub feeling full, happy, and eager to come back. Definitely a great place to enjoy good food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place and highly recommend . The pub’s food is great and the atmosphere is so nice ! Mostly we get our usual calamari, pizza and draft beer and the great Caesar cocktail. The service is excellent and we always had wonderful servers. Very attentive and nice . Definitely recommend the pub for drinks and food . We also had family staying in hotel part and where happy with the rooms and reasonable pricing .

Not travel as we are local. Only rating the restaurant. We shared chicken Nacho which was delicious, and had a couple of beers. Lovely setting out on the terrace. There was just a stench coming from one part of the terrace so we changed table.

My 3 adult daughters and I came here to celebrate a special occasion. The food in the restaurant was decent but the hotel stay was unsettling and unsatisfactory. We stayed in room 301 where the noise from the nightclub below pounded until 4 am. When we finally got to sleep, the fire escape door in the room blew wide open (during the storm) to the outside in the middle of the night which scared all of us. Safety at the hotel is an issue as the hotel section is not secure. There is no front desk and there are no locked doors to separate the bar from the hotel so any of the drunk patrons from the club could use the elevator or the stairs to access the upper floors. Finally the next morning there was no electricity so the elevator was stuck on the second floor and none of the accessibility features were working. Consequently we had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. When we reached out to discuss our concerns we were offered a discount on our next stay. You've got to be kidding...with a night like that we definitely won't be back again !

Overall great food and environment. I know it's a work place and employees want to have fun but less talking to each other and more focus on customers would be great. While getting served we got served properly. Missing choices of food. I usually hate when menus are too big. But to small is worst. Food quality is amazing. The look of the place is great. Vintage. Well insulated for the noise since main road is near the dining room. Drinks are great, lots of choice. Gave me the option of changing one thing I didn't like in my drink to accommodate me and my tastes. Tables and seats are great too. Comfortable. Cozy. Love the overall experience. Would go back occasionally.

It's a strange, small, oddly shaped hotel
Lots of character. Great place to stay. Parking is limited so make sure to book ahead of time. Clean rooms. Stayed three times now and never been disappointed, and you won't either unless you have wildly unrealistic expectations.

Our room was pretty small (with a spacious bathroom!), but it had everything we needed, and the price was much better than anything else close to downtown. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. We didn't check in until after the front desk had closed, but they emailed me with clear instructions on how to get in, so that was appreciated! We would definitely stay here again if we make our way back to Toronto!

For the price, we love this place! Parking is cheap too but you have to reserve it in advance. It is in the vibrant gay village and very clean and charming. We are fit enough to carry our bags upstairs so that is not an issue for us. We try to stay here every time we go to Toronto but it is usually booked.

Located on a short street between Church and Yonge. It’s a cozy little place with nice rooms. We were here for Pride and this location was perfect. Pride festival was at one end of the street and the parade was at the other end. We had a wonderful time being in the middle of it all. 😁

Front desk woman was pleasant and friendly as well as helpful. Single basic room was adequate and pleasantly quiet at night. Room was clean , air conditioning was very good, tv works well, overall experience was very good.
Shower worked well.

Location away from the busy city, but close to everything; giant tiger, subway, starbucks, gas stations… you can enjoy lovely walk in the neighborhood. Deposit returned at the end of stay in October 2024. The owner is friendly, recommend to stay there.

First bad experience in Canada so far. Room was good, shared bathroom clean. Got double charged and scamed. The owner asked me to leave 5 min after check out time - thats no good service. He told me I should be thankful that he isnt charging me another late check out fee for those 5 min. (Cleaning Service wasnt in the house at all). Wow...

I had a horror experience with this property and I do not wish for anyone why I am writing this review. Long story making it short, after I paid through Expedia to book a room I was refused accommodation. To make matters worse they never refunded my money. I have been in dispute with hotel management and Expedia; they sent me one from another without any sign to refund me. They took my money and I got nothing!! Blatantly texting me that I cannot stay there. Because of that, I had to drive until 3 am in a terrible storm and find a hotel to sleep for a few hours. This horror costs me over $300. So please save yourself and DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!

Brand new everything (bed is hard) bedding and pillows can be improved. Shared bathroom clean but no hook for towel no soap dispenser.

I just recently (September 20-22) stayed here and had a pretty terrible experience. Myself, my mom and my two kids were booked in for 2 nights. The first night of our stay the fire alarm went off at 2am. By the time we made it all the way to the lobby they inform us it was a false alarm and said we could go back to our rooms. We really thought it would just be a story of unfortunate circumstances about the one time the fire alarm went off in the hotel. Unfortunately that was not the case...

The second night of our stay, around 10:30pm as my mom and I were just preparing to go to bed for the night and the fire alarm went off AGAIN. I quickly scooped up my kids and made our way downstairs and out to the parking lot where we stood for about 15 minutes as the fire department showed up, checked out the situation and then informed us it was another false alarm and we were okay to return to our rooms. We returned to our rooms, I was just settling my kids when the fire alarm went off once again. Once again, I scooped up and ran down the stairs with two kids, waited for the fire department to arrive to be told be told it was yet another false alarm. Enough was enough for us, my mother and I packed up our suitcase and my two traumatized kids at 11:30pm and drove the 2.5 hours home as we were not going to stay there any longer.

My mom (who booked the room) has yet to reach out to the hotel but I spoke with the front desk agent last night about contact information for the manager and mentioned that I am expecting some sort of compensation/reimbursement for this ordeal. At that time it did not sound that promising from him. I will update my review when my mom has heard back from the hotel. Hopefully an agreement can be reach and we can be compensated in some sort of way, especially, since we didn't even spend a full second night at the hotel.

Very unfortunate situation and I will not be staying at this hotel again, nor recommending anyone else stay there.

*Updated to reply to the response on my review* -while our stay still wasn't the best my mom was credited for one night of our stay by the hotel. The manager pologized profusely and stated that all the incidents were caused by vaping.

I have given the hotel one more star in kind to the good customer service. Unfortunately, due to the actions of individuals it was just not a good stay. The hotel itself it's clean and would be a good place to stay if it weren't for the fire alarm

First, I want to thank the staff at the Front Desk, especially Abhi. They were super friendly, very respectful but, most importantly, very helpful and flexible in ensuring our stay was comfortable. Thank you!

Now, about the good and the bad. The good was that the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bad was that there was not much soundproofing and the drapes were a bit dirty. There was even a fire alarm that happened during our stay.

Overall, it was a great stay at Best Western and would happily recommend this hotel. We had a fun and memorable time in Calgary. If we visit Calgary again in the future, we'll definitely stay here!

Booked online and everything went smoothly. Check was great - super pleasant and helpful. Downtown location was great and they provided underground parking at no extra charge. I stayed with my daughter so they even had the sofa bed out and ready for us. The only thing that needed attention was the breakfast; rubber egg omelettes, the make your own waffles and coffee - no real selection of cereals or fresh fruit. Even the defrosted frozen fruit to go with yogurt was empty and didn’t get replaced until we were leaving. I would still stay again though - based on proximity and how great the front desk staff was.

I booked over the phone ( had a bit of issues, but eventually got everything sorted out) When I went to check in, I had the nicest young lady at the front desk help me. Her name is Diana and she was so sweet and helpful -she went above and beyond to make sure everything was going smoothly for me from what time breakfast was, that there was a Safeway a 3 minute walk away and letting me know where it was the safest place to park. I appreciated all of her help! Because of Diana I will definitely stay here again! She is an asset to the company! Furthermore- my room is absolutely amazing!

Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The only downside was the soundproofing — I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it a bit hard to relax at times. Other than that, everything was great!

Both front desk agents that I dealt with were great, but I was thoroughly disappointed that there was toenails, clumps of hair, and some white powder substance all over the pool area and when I brought it up to the front desk, he said that they would be closing the pool and they were really sorry. But when I came back an hour later, the pool was still open and still dirty. Guaranteed they did do a thorough job cleaning in the morning, however we were not able to utilize it as we had to head out early so it was kind of disappointing that we paid for a hotel with a pool to not get a pool. I also noticed on my bed skirt in our room, there was clearly dried boogers, and that made it overall just not worth what we paid. I discussed this with the front desk and they said they’d talk to the manager and I was given a $20 credit, which in my opinion is not enough for the fact that we didn’t get to use the facilities we paid for because of the cleanliness, and my room had someone else’s visible DNA on it

There was no hot water to clean up once we checked in our room. The small fridge made an alarming amount of noise. The bed was very comfortable! We had a good sleep.

Everything about our stay was great but I want to give a special shout out to the front desk staff who patiently helped with login and profile issues as part of securing a room booking. Good people!!

A good hotel. Clean, tidy, nice pool and good service

Stayed for a hockey tournament that was being held in Standard, a 30 minute drive away. The hotel was comfortable and they did well to manage kids playing in hallways, parents having drinks, etc. The pool was a good diversion for the kids. The nearby Roadhouse restaurant was a good find.

Very classic hotel experience! The location seems to be well used and loved, you can tell they take care to maintain it and pay attention to the small details of hospitality.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, lovely lobby with a couple games and books you can borrow. All the staff we encountered were lovely.
The included breakfast was great, with three hot chafer options and a variety of lighter options like fruit, yogurt and oatmeal. The staff were on top of maintaining stock.
We did not have any dietary restrictions but the couple next to us what gluten free and were very vocal about how accommodating the staff was.
There is coffee and hot water at the front at all hours.
We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool but we did like that there were two different close times, one for minors and one for adults.

The rooms are good, except the washbasin always clogs. The breakfast buffet is not great, especially the hot food. The omelets are hard, and the bacon is paper crisp.

On the positive side, the housekeeping does a really good job, and I liked that the reception has tea and coffee available 24/7.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which is hard to find these days. They take the time to talk to you.

This was a nice Hotel. The room was big , two TV's the bathroom was clean and reasonably modern. The bed was very comfortable and there was an additional pillow and a blanket available. Plenty of space, and a seating area too. A small fridge a microwave and one of those strange coffee machines .The decoration was a little tired though , the carpet was ruffled in the hall in some places. The staff were excellent throughout from reception to restaurant . Very polite and helpful. There was also tea and coffee available in reception and cookies. I saw the pool which looked OK but didn't use it or the spa or fitness room. My only observation would be that the breakfast was a bit of a bundle. Go early or late would be my advice as seating goes quickly. There were plenty of restaurant's in the area for other dining though. It's not in the town centre so you will need a car to get around.

The pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting. You couldn’t even see the stairs because the water was so murky. Which means it’s nothing but bacteria. The hot tub was so dirty. You could see the dirt at the bottom … We never were able to go into either one of them during our stay!

The room reeked the minute we walked in, so we opted to open the windows and shut the air off.

Definitely not worth the price we paid and I feel the pictures are not truthful. Our rug was full of stains and disgusting. Bathroom fan doesn’t work. After having the air unit on all day long, we still walked in to a room that wasn’t cooled off.

Loved that it was close to the airport and on the outskirts of the city. Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean, beds comfy, and the pool/hottub was open until midnight! The free breakfast in the morning was so convenient and they had a pretty generous spread. Would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Calgary!

The location to many places to eat, shop and fuel up was great. Everything was within walking distance of you wanted. The rooms were really clean and well kept, much appreciated after a long day on the road. Breakfast was awesome, a bit crowded, but absolutely manageable. Wish the pool and hot tub were maybe open until 11, but that was really our only complaint. I would definitely stay here again.

Let me respond to a lot of the complaints about this place: the pillows are not small. The staff wrap them tight in the pillow case. Relax. They're normal pillows. The pool has a pea gravel textured floor. Calm down, Karen, it's not actually cutting your kids feet unless you're letting them run around like neanderthals. You'd also complain if the floor was smooth and your kid cracked their head open because you let them run around.

It's a clean place, quiet even though it was fully booked. The staff are all very helpful and nice. The breakfast could use some work, but what do you do if you don't have a full cooking staff?

This is good place comparing the price. If they can place a few picnic table around will be great especially for the travelers who love eat outside with own food.
The staffs are all nice. But it looks the guesses are out of control. A crowed teenagers are crazing in the pool and ignoring the rules. A group of Indian are very noisy in the cafeteria.
All others are good. Close to Walmart and gas stations and restaurants.

The hotel room was nice however ourbathroom door handle was broken. The rooms were clean but you can tell they have some wear. My son really enjoyed the waterslide and pool however we thought the water smelled of dirty sock water. If the water was cleaner I think we would rate the hotelallot better. The breakfast was excellent and was included and they had a good selection of food and drink for my family. I would come back to stay here if the pool water could be kept better.

Our room wasn't cleaned properly before our arrival. The night front desk person was unsure about what he should do in a situation like this. There was a previous guest dirty sock behind a chair, a half eaten chocolate bar under the bed and a used towel in the dresser. The front desk person, said he couldn't help us, but if we came down the next morning his manager would be happy to help. Manager was okay, called her housekeepers "baby" cleaners, as they were new. They aren't the problem, the training they received is the problem. Offered 20% off. . . I guess that's okay. Will probably stay again despite the cleanliness issue cause everyone deserves a second chance.

Absolutely Exceptional Stay!

From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view. Every detail from the luxurious linens to the complimentary amenities reflected the hotel's high standards.

The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough for a restful night's sleep. I also have to highlight the breakfast: fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options for all tastes.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service!

If we weren’t registered guests, why were we contacted and asked to return? Why was the issue even addressed if your staff wasn’t at fault?

We have video proof supporting our experience and will be sharing it publicly. It’s unfortunate the manager took no responsibility at the time. We stand by our review.

Remy Should NOT Be in Customer Service
We had one of the worst experiences we’ve ever faced with a front desk employee named Remy. Our group—six adults and fifteen kids—arrived at the hotel around 11 PM, tired and simply looking for a place to stay. Instead of being treated with respect, we were met with rudeness, aggression, and racism.
Remy started yelling at us out of nowhere. None of us were rude. No one raised their voice. No one swore. We were calm and respectful, just trying to ask questions—but he mocked us, acted irritated, and treated us like we didn’t matter.
He wasn’t even wearing a name tag, and when we asked for his name, he refused to give it. At that point, we genuinely weren’t even sure if he worked there—how were we supposed to know? He had no ID, no visible badge, and gave us no reason to trust him.
He then kicked us out for no reason, leaving our group—including exhausted children—stranded late at night. It wasn’t until we started recording him that he suddenly tried to act polite, but the damage was already done.
Remy has no manners, no compassion, and no place in customer service. If this is how he treats guests, he should not be working in hospitality—period.

PS: For anyone wondering how we got his name—we had to contact hotel management ourselves because he refused to identify himself at the time.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were warm and welcoming, greeting me right away and ensuring a smooth check-in. My room was spotless, comfortable, and inviting and a nice way to end the day after travelling. The breakfast was a pleasant way to start the day, with a nice variety to choose from. Overall, a great experience that I would happily come again.

We stayed at this location only for one night. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the appearance of the hotel was pleasant.

My main reason for writing this review, however, is to offer kudos for the staff members we have worked with. We were picked up by the shuttle driver, Sultan, who was incredibly friendly and helpful, pointing out not only the amenities of the hotel, but also offering suggestions for dinner nearby. His cheerful attitude started us off on the right foot.

Next, we were greeted by Agna at the front desk. Again, like Sultan, she was very friendly and helpful, making sure that our stay would be a good one.

The staff at hospitality locations can make all the difference. It would appear that the management of this particular Holiday Inn and Suites has empowered their staff to do whatever is necessary to make guests feel like, well, guests. Excellent work, Holiday Inn and Suites Calgary Airport.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.

We arrived after a long drive with 15 kids and 6 adults, hoping for a smooth and welcoming check-in — instead, we were met with ignorance, rudeness, and what felt like clear racial discrimination.

We asked if we could be on the same floor as the rest of our group and were immediately treated like we didn’t belong. A staff member named Remy was especially rude and dismissive — not helpful in the slightest. Rather than assist us, he seemed more interested in creating problems.

When we tried to escalate the issue, we spoke with the manager, Elizabeth, who was just as unhelpful. Instead of listening, showing understanding, or apologizing for how we were treated, she defended her staff — even though they were clearly in the wrong.

To make matters worse, they kicked our entire group out of the hotel at 11 PM — including all the children. No compassion, no support, no effort to make things right. It was shocking, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.

Hospitality is supposed to mean being welcoming and helpful — especially to families arriving late at night. Sadly, this hotel showed the complete opposite. We will never return, and we don’t recommend anyone else does either.

Clean rooms and location. Everything from the parking garage to the hallways were spotless. The room we had was spacious and super clean. Seems HIE has a great theme no matter where in the world. I’ve stayed in Bangkok to Ottawa and the rooms are always clean and they have the best pillows! Check in was seconds and staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was standard for a hotel buffet. Great stay and will continue to stay with this chain

I recently returned from a 2 night stay....
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, included breakfast and decent gym.
Cons: Perhaps the biggest con was the location. It was definitely in a rough part of town. I could view skid row literally from my room window. There were no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Thank goodness for Uber Eats!. If you are coming as a tourist with children, which I was, I wouldn't recommend mostly due to the location. If you are coming for business, or just plan to spend a night or 2 in your room, it's perfectly acceptable. The other con was the pool... My Son was looking forward to it. However, as soon as we walked into the pool area our eyes started to burn from the chlorine. I get it, that it has to be chlorinated due to many people swimming in it, but it was overwhelming. Also, the water was murky and it was very small. However, we did swim in it, and actually didn't feel well the next day.

Be aware that this place is located in an area surrounded by drug addicts and homeless people. The hotel itself is decent, and the breakfast is good. The service is okay. The staff, (none of whom seem to be Canadian), were okay as well. Try not to use the swimming pool, it’s not very clean and has algae.

You have to pay for the parking lot, 18 CAD + tax a day, and that’s only if you manage to get a spot. If not, you’ll have to park somewhere else and hope no one breaks into your car. The parking lot is covered with so much dust that it looks as if a volcano just erupted there.

I personally think this hotel is overpriced and overrated.
I don’t recommend it.

We recently booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Downtown Ottawa for a guest who stayed for two nights, and overall, we had a great experience. The location is convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth and professional.

Our guest especially appreciated the amenities and the friendly service from the hotel staff. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, though it would have been even better if the breakfast hours were extended slightly to better accommodate different schedules.

Aside from that small detail, everything went well and we would gladly recommend this hotel to others looking for a reliable and welcoming stay in downtown Ottawa.

I like how clean this hotel looks inside. I check almost every bit of this building except the staff area. 😁 The rooms and shower are clean, TV is working, lights, and power supply for your devices are easily accessible. Free breakfast is as usual, western style. Coffee is the same supplier in every Holiday Inn Express & Suites. One thing I don't like is the shower water pressure, it's a tad weaker compared to other hotels I've been to. The location is nice as you can just do a 6 minutes walk to restaurants or to the core of good things Ottawa has to offer. Parking maybe full in the hotel so you may have to park a block away which is a minute walk. A warning though; eye sore and disgust right across the street is a facility where people do drugs and panhandling. Take your complaints to the current Canada's Liberal party, if it's bothering you.

I had a very pleasant stay at this 4-star hotel. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the amenities you would expect from a quality hotel. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area, and the on-site dining was excellent. The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars was that a few small details could be improved, such as faster check-in and more variety at breakfast. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The king room size was great (though a little cold with the A/C). There were mysterious brown and red stains on the chaise, so we didn’t sit on it. The breakfast was satisfactory and staff were present for spills/questions. Other guests were respectful and courteous of each other.

The check in process was a little slow, but the front desk was friendly. The housekeeping staff was also accommodating of linen requests. Bathrooms are clean and bright. There’s a soccer field across the street and it’s convenient to the streetcar. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Rodger Stadium (previously an airfield). Ride share is plentiful if you cannot or do not wish to drive in town.

I recently stayed here while visiting Canada's Wonderland and had a great experience overall. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleased to get my preferred room on a high floor away from the elevator. The room itself was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, and I enjoyed the food each morning. Just be aware that the eating area can get quite crowded, so finding a seat might be a challenge during peak times.

A word of caution for future guests: the hotel is right next to a police station. If your room faces the station, be prepared for some noise. Starting around 6 a.m., I could hear sirens being tested for an hour or two. This might be less of an issue if your room is on the other side of the building.

Despite the noise, the experience was a positive one, and I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a local concert event. The rooms were very nice. The air conditioning was awesome. I really appreciated it as I run hot. The elevators are so slow! They take forever to get to your floor and then sit after arrival for awhile before opening the doors. A small inconvenience but we were on a tight schedule and it became frustrating by the end of our trip. The pool was nice but there were a lot of kids and the room echoed very badly so you couldn't be in there if kids were playing. When we did get to use the pool later in the day the water was very murky. We enjoyed the breakfast but would have appreciated fresh fruit, aside from apples and unsliced oranges. The staff that checked us in the morning was very kind and pleasant. The gentleman who checked us out was very rude unfortunately. Did not appreciated this at our 6 am checkout. Overall the hotel was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for two nights and was very pleased. Room was a little small but the free breakfast is incredible. The staff member Alma was very nice and worked really hard to keep the hot eggs, bacon and various other delicious foods stocked for the breakfast rush. Highly recommend.

recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The rooms felt extremely outdated, with a strong musty smell that lingered throughout the stay. The bedsheets were visibly worn out—thin, grey from age, and definitely in need of replacement.

The carpet in the room was old and made the space feel even more unclean. The fridge and coffee maker were both dirty, which made me hesitant to use them. Overall, cleanliness was clearly not a priority.

Breakfast was another letdown. It was very basic, and surprisingly, they didn’t even serve eggs—which is usually a standard item at most hotels.

This place really needs a deep clean and some serious updates before it can offer a comfortable experience to guests. I wouldn’t stay here again unless improvements are made.

We had a 3 day event in the main conference room and on the last day the AC was not working efficiently as the temperature inside the room was consistently at 78 degrees Fahrenheit. Everyone was hot inside the conference room. The hotel was not able to fix the AC issue so provided us with a large portable fan. We asked for 2 fans since there are 2 separate doors to the room; however, they were only able to provide us with one.

I know the outside temperature was really hot that day. Maybe it's time for the hotel to upgrade their AC unit to effectively cool down during those really hot days.

Room is nice and clean. Only complaint is that the bathtub being very slippery and without an anti slippery pad. Breakfast is okay, but egg and bacon need an extra $8.

I will not stay at this hotel again house keeping was not great, I asked for my room to be done and fresh towels since we stayed two nights and nothing was done. Had to keep going to the front desk for things. Secondly the restaurant took FOREVER with food and when I received mine it was cold. The person at the bar knew we weren't impressed and only offered 2 cans of pop(coke). I will NOT be returning to this hotel $179.00 a night was not worth it in will be going else where if I have to stay out there again.

hey so don’t bother going here ! there were literally bed bugs in our room and they were not very helpful in dealing with that. the breakfast included that was advertised is pointless because if you want an actual breakfast you have to pay $8 which i feel like defeats the purpose of having breakfast included with your stay in the first place ?? the cleaning in general did not look like it was done with any care or effort. the rooms we stayed in still had wrappers and crumbs throughout it. i don’t recommend going here unless you’d like to throw away everything you packed for your stay and then not receive any refund or compensation of any kind for their incompetence and overall negligence of cleanliness.

I recently held an event for my daughter's 18th birthday at the Radisson Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and professionalism. Special thanks to Events Coordinator Asya and Banquet Supervisor Damodar and the entire banquet team for their exceptional support—every transaction was smooth and stress-free, and their willingness to accommodate my changing requirements was truly appreciated. The speed of service was remarkable, and the staff remained flexible and attentive throughout. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend the Radisson Hotel for any event needs.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at!!
First the shuttle took forever to pick us up. The staff were very unhelpful and some even rude. The rooms were barely cleaned. They had an Indian party in ballroom directly below our room, with extremely loud music until 1am, so we couldn't sleep. We complained several times and they said they were turning the music off soon...from 10pm onwards! This place is a joke!

The only good thing about this place was the restaurant. The food and the service there were amazing!

We had our event on September 6th at the Radisson Ballroom and it was an amazing experience. Asya was our main contact and she was fantastic; super professional, easy to communicate with, and so supportive throughout the whole planning process.

The food was delicious, everyone loved it (not a single complaint!), and the banquet team was really helpful and friendly.

Honestly, our whole team would give the experience a perfect 10/10. We’d be happy to work with Asya and the Radisson team again anytime!

Recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Centre recently in August. The location is about 10 minutes away from the airport.

When walking in, I was met with a big and exquisitely decorated reception room to greet and check in guests. The receptionists checked us in quickly and we went to our room. It was a double queen bed with a big closet and washroom. The bed was comfortable and sheets were changed however that would be that last of the positive review.

The bathroom was dirty and not properly cleaned. The toilet smelt like pee. Overall the washroom was more like a “take a quick shower” vibe and not clean at all.

When we went to the swimming pool, the hot tub jets were not working and again just seemed so grimy and nasty. There was a slide for kids and family’s but the main pool was lukewarm.

The overall experience of the hotel would be unfortunately ruined by the receptionists the next day. My family were rushing to grab the shuttle(1300 hours) and arrived just before it was time to go. At that point there were 2 other individuals waiting for the shuttle that was parked outside. We waiting till 1200 hours to ask where the driver is to transport us and the receptionist said they would be here soon. When my mom asked at 1200 hours where the receptionist is, they said that since we were “late” for the shuttle it would be leaving 1300 hours. This is not true as we arrived by the time the shuttle was pulling into the hotel. By this point, 2 people had taken the taxi as it was taking too long.

Overall, the hotel in my experience was not clean and lacked professionalism when it came to transport.

The hotel hosted a 2-day retreat for more than 40 of us, and we were very well taken care of. The facilities were excellent, the food was great, the staff was capable and courteous. Everything about the hotel/conference centre was excellent.
