We had our Valentine’s Day dinner here and everything was spectacular! The food was to die for - seriously we loved everything. The drinks were great too. What made it an extra special night is how above and beyond the staff went to make our night memorable. They customized everyone’s menus to include both people’s names so you can take it home as a souvenir, and they took a Polaroid picture of each couple for them to keep. Service was amazing too - everything came out fairly quickly and our waitress was so kind. The atmosphere and vibe was nothing like any other restaurant I’ve been too; it’s hard to describe, looking like you are almost in a house. It’s a huge space with only ~17 tables, making it feel very exclusive. It was my first time here and I would 100% recommend. Hope to visit again in the future!

We recently celebrated a birthday party at Parlor Restaurant, and it was a great experience! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was eclectic and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a special evening.

The food was absolutely outstanding. The Tuna Tataki was a standout—prepared beautifully with a delicate balance of flavors that melted in our mouths. The scallops were another highlight—perfectly cooked and paired with a delicious sauce that brought everything together beautifully.

Beyond the amazing food, the service truly elevated our experience. Our waiter, Aba, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make the night special.

We are looking forward to returning!

Rather ingenious higher end bistro that really leans into its eclectic aesthetic. Love the interior design and focus on unique dishes/drinks. We tried the tuna tataki which was fine then went with the hen and brisket. Both mains were well seasoned and sauced enjoyably. It's a fancy place and they take care of you well but do expect a finer dining price point.

Amazing staff, definitely delicious food. Lovely indeed.

We went to Parlour with a large group to celebrate a birthday and really had a memorable experience. Our server Allison went above and beyond! The food was delicious, with plenty of crowd pleasing dishes (gluten free options, lots of veg dishes. I loved the number of options they had for zero proof cocktails for those not drinking. The location is stunning!

Rajveer banquet hall hands down one of the BEST in Calgary! The owners are absolutely incredible — kind, hardworking, and always going above and beyond to deliver exactly what you need (and more!). Their dedication and passion truly show in everything they do. They don’t just execute your vision — they elevate it, adding their own creativity and influence to make your event unforgettable. No one can beat their energy, service, or commitment. They make every party a dream come true. Highly, highly recommended!

I attended a party at Rajveer Banquet Hall this past weekend and had such a great time! The hall was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff were super friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly. Food was delicious and served on time, and the vibe overall was perfect for a celebration. Would definitely recommend this place for any event!

My husband and I had our reception at Rajveer Hall last week and it was amazing. It was a great pleasure working with the hall, management really did everything they could to bring our reception vision to life. We received so many compliments with how the hall was set up - many guests saying it was the best they had ever seen. The food at Rajveer Hall is the best out of any banquet hall venue in Calgary hands down. We had the best time at our reception here!

The venue was truly a great place to celebrate huge & elegant gatherings. The place has a grand atmosphere, the space , decors & lightings were all perfect for the occasion. Plus their chef served delectable hot buffet meals, that everyone enjoyed.

The venue has a beautiful & clean washrooms with warmed toilet seats (and it’s automatic).

The best part, Preet & Rajveer are so supportive and they’re not just an ordinary host , they’re there with you to make sure your event will be a memorable one. (thank you)

Owners both husband and wife are amazing individuals extremely professional and very helpful in all aspects.

We just had our wedding here on August 23, 2025 in the farmhouse (60 people) and had a fantastic experience. Our coordinator was Linda and we were so lucky to have her. She was extremely organized, kind and never made us feel annoying for asking questions. We were able to go into our day confidently with her help and attention to detail, she even brought us waters when taking pictures and ensured my train was perfect before walking down the aisle! Our bartender was Ellie and she had amazing energy, myself and our guests loved her.

Multiple people told us this was the best weeding food they've had. Neither the chicken or beef was dry and was truly cooked perfectly. Everything was fresh. The service at dinner was amazing. My friend who was pregnant told me later they even checked with her how she'd like her meat cooked and this made her very comfortable eating the meal.

We had signed on two years prior and leading up to the day they were constantly improving the space (fresh coats of paint, etc.) it was fantastic. Also another small thing I loved is they don't use the standard banquet chairs, they us beautiful cross back wood chairs, so you don't have to worry about chair covers, etc.

Everything was fantastic and would certainly recommend having a wedding here!

The venue is stunning, the grounds, the rustic charm, and the atmosphere made it feel magical. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that the day was stress-free for all of us. The food and service were incredible, and the whole experience was more than we could have hoped for. Truly an unforgettable day. Strathmere is the perfect place for a wedding!

We had our wedding at the Garden House at Strathmere and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The venue is stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens and nature with a warm and elegant atmosphere inside. The staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless and stress free, from planning to the big day.

The coordinators were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure every detail was handled so we could truly enjoy the moment.

The estate was so luxurious and beautiful. My cousin had her wedding there last weekend and it was so beautiful and grand. The hospitality and service is top notch. You can also visit here to spend time with your family. They even got their own farm, salt water pool and luxurious wellness. Thank you for making us feel welcomed. My fav go to place. It’s very clean and family friendly park, great for kids. I love going there with my kids on a hot sunny day.

This place is great. It's inside a gated area so toddlers can't get out and dogs can't wander in. Its big enough but it doesn't have enough small water areas for toddlers. It's pretty harsh sprays but it's fun.

It is ok really fun but bathroom had pee on floor and a Karin saying my cousin spit on there child even though we were sourounded by water other than that it was really good

We absolutely love this park! It has such a beautiful setting and it’s perfect for kids of all ages. The ONLY issue is the water is absolutely freezing and the little ones can’t play very long. Would be nice if they could look at that. But we do love how it’s never crazy busy here and there are also picnic tables and washrooms available

Total Water Chaos! We were visiting family in Strathmore and decided to spend a bit of time at the splash park. Well, 2 hours later and we were still there! This is a great place to take your kids to cool them off while they're burning off energy ;) we'll be back!

Beautiful event centre located among natural environment near/by the Scarborough bluffs. I have been her for weddings and high school prom ( as chaperone) and I have never been disappointed. Well kept grounds with lunch greenery and even beautiful architecture for the perfect picturesque background. The food they serve is very delicious and hits the spot every time. Kudos to the chef and other staff. The actual event centre is in good shape and is clean and modern. You can definitely have an unforgettable evening at the Guild Inn. The ample free parking is an added touch

We recently celebrated our wedding at The Guild Inn, and it was truly a dream come true. Large venue for hosting events located next to the lake/bluffs. Surprisingly not too busy with free parking. Tough to get a photograph with the monuments on weekends as there are many weddings happening. Venue is clean with many washroom facilities.

We just had our wedding at The Guild (Bickford House) last week, and it was everything we could have ever imagined. From our initial visits and conversations to the final cleanup and heading home, the entire team was incredibly supportive.

Rebecca, our sales manager (and also our details manager!), was our lucky charm. She was a steady, kind, and calming presence throughout the entire planning process—always responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping us create the day we had always imagined. From the very beginning, we knew we were in good hands. While the tent outside the Bickford House was definitely a big draw when we were venue shopping, it was truly Rebecca’s warmth and energy that made us feel confident we had found the perfect place.

Silvana, our banquet manager, and her team were equally wonderful. Her calm and collected presence made the hours leading up to the event feel smooth and stress-free—everything ran perfectly, if not better than planned. During the celebration, her staff made sure we were well taken care of (at one point, they were literally following me around with food to make sure I ate!). Our personal server, Avi, was always attentive and helpful, and he never stopped smiling. Our guests haven’t stopped raving about the incredible service, the warmth of the staff, and—of course—the incredible and bountiful food prepared by the Guild.

We also opted to have our ceremony at the Gazebo, which allowed for a natural and easy flow into the rest of the day’s events. With all the natural light and surrounding greenery, the space felt magical—our guests and photographers absolutely loved it.

Without a doubt, I would recommend the Guild Inn to anyone planning a wedding or special event. We chose the Bickford House for our smaller guest count (~40 people), and it was the perfect choice—cozy, intimate, and still spacious enough for everyone to dance the night away. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about how beautiful the day was, and of course, the incredible and bountiful food prepared by the Guild’s team. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better day.

I had the pleasure of attending the 40th Anniversary Gala of the 2025 Miss Chinese Montreal Pageant at Le Windsor Ballrooms, and the entire evening felt like a fairytale.
From the moment I walked through the Peacock Alley, I was teleported into a world of elegance. The towering ceilings, rows of glittering crystal chandeliers, and the historic fireplace made the space feel grand and luxurious. It’s the kind of place that immediately impresses you and sets the tone for a memorable night.

The event was held in the Salon Windsor, and I was blown away by the room’s beauty. The tall gilded ceilings, mirrored French doors, and ornate chandeliers gave the entire evening a regal touch. It felt like I was at a royal ball!!

One of the highlights of the night was meeting Cathy Leung-Rosnuk, Miss Chinese Montreal 1987, and her daughter Tyra Rosnuk, Miss Chinese Montreal 2021. They were both so friendly and charming. It was my first time meeting pageants in person, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to such a glamorous world. The experience of attending this event and seeing these incredible women was amazing.

Le Windsor Ballrooms exceeded all expectations. The venue, the atmosphere, and the overall vibe of the night were truly unforgettable. I had a wonderful time.☺️

I heard this place used to be a bank, and it really has a wonderful sense of history! I absolutely love the ambiance, with the old vaults and safes, plus the vintage elevator. The view from the second floor is breathtaking! If you're considering a venue for formal meetings or events, I highly recommend it. The staff are professional and the setting is truly unique.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a pretty good overall experience. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the room was clean with all the basic necessities provided. The bed was comfortable, which made for a restful stay.

We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub — a nice bonus! The hot breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The hospitality team was very friendly and welcoming. We especially had some great interactions with Rose, Rodel, and Val — they really added a personal touch to our stay.

Great value for the price. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Customer service was excellent! Despite a very busy weekend, the front desk ladies went out of their way to accommodate us. Hotel was welcoming, friendly staff, free breakfast was great & very well stocked. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Will definitely be staying again the next time I am in the area

The staff was very accommodating with requests from our young family. Bonnie was able to confirm a room near the banquet room that allowed me and my wife to utilize our baby monitor while our little one slept, which kept us enjoying the event a little later into the evening. The breakfast in the morning after was also very good, much better than most continental breakfasts at similar hotels. Thank you!

We always stay here when driving from B.C. to my parents in Saskatchewan. It's clean, rooms are well appointed, the pool area is fab and the breakfast is plentiful...coffee is also delicious. This last time, we had a wonderful person check us in, he was accommodating, went beyond with customer service and gave us a 10 percent discount for our one night stay. Thank you. I got married here in June 2025 and absolutely loved it! We had been searching for a wedding venue for quite a while and were so glad we found Vaughan Estate. It is a beautiful, timeless venue with so many different spaces, including a bridal suite, a groomsmen suite, a separate bridal washroom (honestly a lifesaver), options for both outdoor or indoor ceremony, a gorgeous outdoor courtyard for cocktail hour, and a main ballroom with so much natural light filtering in through the windows. We didn't need much in terms of decor because the venue really speaks for itself. The food too - wow, I received so many compliments from guests that it was the BEST wedding food they've ever had! It was a joy working with O&B staff (shoutout to Hailey!) leading up to the day, and the event staff on-site were wonderful and courteous as well. I can't recommend Vaughan Estate enough!

As a wedding photographer who has shot at Vaughan Estate before, I can say it's a beautiful venue to get married at.

The architecture and natural surroundings provide a clean, classic backdrop. There’s also a great mix of indoor and outdoor options, and the team who works there is fantastic, professional and well-organized.

I’m sharing my experience as a guest at a recent wedding, and I’d like to provide an honest breakdown for anyone considering this venue for their own event.

Pros:
(1) Charming Renovation: Despite being an older building, the venue has undergone renovations and is nicely sectioned and updated inside.

(2) Ample Parking: There were plenty of parking spaces available, and guests were able to have their parking validated, which was a great touch.

(3) Surprisingly Great Food: The steak dinner was excellent—flavourful and well-prepared. If possible, my partner and I would have both chosen the steak as our entrée.

Cons:
(1) Unpleasant Washroom Odor: The upper floor washrooms had a persistent unpleasant smell that detracted from the overall experience.

(2) Inconsistent Renovations: While the interior was mostly updated, some areas—such as the windowed room—could still use improvement. The view was beautiful, but the tile flooring felt outdated; hardwood or laminate would have elevated the space.

(3) Bar Experience Was Terrible: The bar was disappointing, though I want to emphasize that the bartenders themselves were fantastic (more on them below). At most weddings, the bar is a hub of celebration. Unfortunately, after just two rounds of tequila shots, our entire group was abruptly cut off—not by the bartenders, but by the head of security.

None of our guests were behaving inappropriately or appearing intoxicated. We simply wanted to enjoy ourselves, but before we could even settle into the evening, the head of security prohibited any more shots. Even the bartenders seemed confused, mentioning that our group was nowhere near the level of drunkenness that would warrant such a restriction.

Another note: the venue enforces a "no tip jar" policy, so you won’t see one on the bar. I had to tip the bartenders directly—which I gladly did, as they were kind, attentive, and clearly trying their best despite the limitations.

Final Thoughts:
If you’re looking for a venue where guests can cut loose and celebrate late into the night, this may not be the best fit. It felt more like a venue designed for early wrap-ups and quiet evenings. If your vision includes a lively dance floor and cocktails past 10 PM, consider looking elsewhere.

That said, the staff (aside from the head of security) were incredibly kind, which is why I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of 1.

I had my wedding at the Vaughan estates in summer of 2018. Everything was so beautiful and the staffs are amazing! Laura was my contact and you can trust her with everything :) price was reasonable, food was great and the front lawn was full of flowers. It was everything that I wanted.

Attended a Memorial of Life recently at this Association. Very clean which was noticeable by a pleasant smell in the entire facility. Usually Community Associations smell like old socks and wood rot, this one did not.

Giant windows on two sides of the room made it feel very inviting and warming, despite the event being somber.

A great facility which also houses a hockey arena.

Highly recommended if you are looking for a facility to book an event.

Such a great place to host your party

A beautiful place with lots of functional rental spaces for all kinds of events. The staff are warm, kind and detailed. I'm looking forward to renting a space there for a meeting. I consider it a really good place.

We rented their smaller hall to host a birthday party and the process was nothing but smooth! Everyone was super helpful and accommodating, and they were even very understanding of a hiccup on our end. Staff are super professional and welcoming. The facility itself is beautiful and bright; will definitely be renting again for future events.

Parking lots are on the smaller end, but there are two and lots of street parking available nearby.

Highly recommend! Winter they have an outdoor hockey rink with full board, leisure rink and a free curling rink with rocks to throw. Their volunteer care takers do an amazing job so be sure to show your support and donate if you are able. Enjoy!

This place is great. In a former church. Cool exposed stone and brick interior. Fantastic food. Local craft beer. Very friendly staff.

We had our wedding at allsaints a few weeks ago and it was a truly magical experience! We booked very far in advance and they were always responsive to our emails and in helping us plan. Tianna was absolutely amazing to work with - she checked in with us multiple times the day of and truly made us feel cared about. The food and drinks were also phenomenal with multiple family members taking fresh bread home. Thank you again for the wonderful experience!

We had our wedding at allsaints in May of 2025. It was a fantastic experience. Tiana and the rest of the staff worked diligently and were very supportive to ensure the day went well. Everything was so easy with them. The guests loved the food and the comfortable space. Thank you!

Overall wedding experience was good at All Saints. It is a beautiful venue, that we were able to decorate ourselves the night before (downside was we only knew we could till a few days before the wedding).
However, there are many things that were negative. Communication with the staff was poor, due to having to wait almost a month for responses to emails. Also we were changed several times who our primary contact was.
On the day off my guests had complaints about coffee not being refilled, their drinks being taken away from the table and a very long wait in between the first and second course.
The staff didn't provide us with bigger plates and cutlery for the late night snack

I hosted my sister's bridal shower in the Chapel last week and it was phenomenal!! From the food, to the aesthetic, to the service - everything was perfect. The planning process was very smooth and I was able to do everything from a distance (over the phone and via email). I would highly recommend booking your small, intimate events at allsaints events space!!!

Went for their Tea in the Tropics event. Food was good, but not a lot for the price. It is in Carp, so the water tastes a little different.

Venue is nice with all of the plants, but not as tropical or lush as expected. The event information talked of "tumbling waterfalls" but we only saw the small one. Still nice, but adjust your expectations. All the workers were friendly and helpful.

I photographed a beautiful intimate wedding back in April at Aquatopia and it was stunning! The atmosphere was breath taking and so unique for this area, the staff went above and beyond for the couple and their guests... also helping me out if I needed anything.

You do have to understand the expectations when booking Aquatopia for your event, that it is warm in the venue as it is a greenhouse, so thats to keep in mind if you would prefer a venue with air conditioning but I still HIGHLY recommend the venue!

Wedding planning and organizing is extremely stressful, however Aquatopia and their staff are absolutely amazing. They make everything come together. The food portions were huge. They are all so kind and helpful. They go through everything with you step by step. I just had my wedding here with 80 people, our coordinator - Kayde was absolutely amazing. There was not one issue, not one mistake. Everyone that went even quoted about how amazing the atmosphere, the food, the decor. Our wedding coordinator Kayde also helped us with finding anyone we needed, they did all the decorating, and clean up. Never had to lift a finger. Great pricing. Highly recommend if you are planning on getting married - this is the dream.
And ask for Kayde to be your coordinator!

Tucked away in the heart of Old Montreal, this restaurant offers a truly delightful dining experience. We shared the Swiss cheese fondue (minimum for two), served with hot Earl Grey tea that perfectly balanced the richness of the cheese. The grilled halibut with potatoes featured fresh, tender fish, though the flavor leaned a bit sour for my taste. The cocktails were superb — beautifully crafted and flavorful. The atmosphere is exquisite: elegant, slightly mysterious, and perfect for a special evening out. It is on the pricier side, but still worth it for a special night out.

This place is awesome. From the friendly service to the never ending parade of servers that takes care of all your needs. Not to mention all the food we had were excellent.

Let me start by saying, this was the absolutely most incredible meal that we had in Montreal over our 5 day stay. Just wow!

The atmosphere, the music, the fireplace, and the food were outstanding! I had a small but special request in advance for the chef for my meal and they eloquently obliged this request.

The wine selection was perfect. Let’s talk about the filet! Perfectly cooked and so tender! Order the spit grilled cauliflower - absolutely to die for! The brioche buns with rosemary sage butter were a delicious treat! Also we loved the mashed potatoes with incredible sea salt flakes hitting the palate perfectly.

We have been wanting to come here for more than 20 years and it did not disappoint! 5 Stars ✨ We shall return!

Was here at a night market. Lots of interesting vendors and food. It looks like a great and active community association too.

Interesting place. Long narrow structure with another space upstairs. Outside is family friendly with green spaces, playground, and a friendly guy selling hot dogs.

Fantastic sense of community, easy acces. Nice mix of dwellings and population age. And they have Little Super Dangerous play on occasion!

Vibrant community with lots of events and options for adults and kids. The market thats happens at the assiciation on Thursdays is super nice with great options.

Had my wedding here back in June. I wish I could the night all over again because I had so much fun. Kaitlynn and Meagan made everything sooo easy and stress free. I can’t thank them enough for all the planning and help they provided ! My husband and I used the Byre as our venue and it was gorgeous and intimate. We loved it.

We got married at Cambium this Fall. It was the best decision we could have made, from start to finish. You can see the venue’s easy, charming beauty in pictures, but what sold us was the warmth and coziness when we toured in person. We got an unusually cold day in October for our wedding, but guests were warm enough for our short ceremony in the Barn, which looked gorgeous and romantic with string lights. We moved to the Byre for cocktails, dinner and dancing, which worked perfectly for our group of 130 (and live band).

We would recommend Cambium in a heartbeat based on how the venue looked and felt on our wedding night. But the biggest reason we felt that Cambium was the best decision we could have made was how incredible the people were. We got to work with Sara Appleton as our coordinator. We just can’t say enough good things about her. In addition to being on top of every detail, and super responsive throughout, Sara was a lovely and reassuring presence who made us feel like we were in the best hands. We didn’t get to work with the other coordinators at Cambium, but we did get the sense that it’s a family-owned business that you’re truly rooting for. Wedding planning can be quite stressful, and for us, feeling like we could trust and rely on the team at Cambium made a world of difference. If you’re looking for a gorgeous Barn wedding venue, working with people who are both kind and fantastic at their jobs, we couldn’t recommend Cambium highly enough.

This past summer my wife and I tied the knot at Cambium Farms. Through the whole experience the were very professional and supportive. Always able to answer any of our questions. Kaitlynn and Megan were wonderful to deal with and really made our dream wedding come to life. The property is beautiful and we absolutely loved the Byre! We tied the knot at Cambium Farms on July 5, 2024, and it was absolutely perfect!

The farm provided an enchanting backdrop for our special day, with its rustic charm and warm, inviting atmosphere. The barn's authentic character was the perfect canvas for our wedding, blending timeless elegance with a touch of countryside grace. Every detail, from guest arrival to the seamless transition between our ceremony and reception was meticulously coordinated and executed flawlessly.

Julianne and the team were nothing short of incredible, attending to every detail with a level of care and professionalism that truly exceeded our expectations.

After touring a number of venues, Columbus Event Centre was always the front runner. We booked it 20 months out. The outside greenery area made for a beautiful ceremony and the art gallery inside was perfect for a ~95 person reception. Sabrina is very personable and experienced, she gave us confidence that we could execute our wedding dreams here. From start to finish, she was amazing to work with. Surprisingly not many people know about this place, it is truly a hidden gem.

We recently held our wedding at the Columbus Event Centre and it was a great experience. They were very well-organized and the day went quite smoothly. Sabrina was flexible, responsive, and helpful, and the room looked lovely. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone hosting a wedding or other large event.

Hands down the best service and price you will get in the city. We paid $108/ person for our wedding. Open bar all night, Jorge, Sabrina and Diego were so friendly, accommodating and professional. They, and the when staff that night made our wedding an amazing and u forgettable experience. Their spaces are beautiful. Honestly, it's the best bang for your buck across the city for any professional banquet hall needs. Oh and the food. Usually wedding food is functional but this culinary experience was amazing. We still have people asking about their pasta. I cannot compliment them enough on how great a place and experience it is. I'm not exaggerating at all, the Columbus event center is a great place for your event.

We were originally having our wedding at the Art Gallery in Columbus but had to postpone and then cancel due to COVID-19. Both the outdoors ceremony area and the art gallery look so beautiful, and it is so sad we were not able to have it here because of the pandemic. During the entire process, the entire team has been beyond amazing and exceeded our expectations! From the energetic introductions with Diego, to the taste-testing with Agostino, all the way to the end with Paola and her assistant Sabrina, and even the casual conversations with wait-staff we encountered while exploring the venue - the entire team was helpful, supportive, accommodating and caring. Paola was especially responsive and understanding throughout this difficult time and did her best to answer all our questions (even the silly ones!). She was so kind and truly cared – even though she’s never met us in person! The food was also delicious and we can’t wait to go back to Ristorante Boccaccio! We would highly recommend having your event at Columbus Event Centre.

I was looking at wedding venues back in October 2022. They said they would follow up with their packages by end of October 2022. I followed up twice in November and have not heard from anyone since. It is unfortunate that they ghosted me a potential client, as the venue , indoor and outdoor spaces look really nice.

Decor and More handled the decor for our centrepieces and head table at our wedding and we couldn't be happier that we chose them. From the first meeting Jessica took the time to hear my vision and suggest ideas based on what I already had in mind. She made the process simple and was helpful in making decisions by providing recommendations along the way.

The entire staff was easy to communicate with by email and were always available for any additional questions I had. They also took the time to adjust the samples of the flowers included so that it was exactly what I wanted it to be.

In the end, the decor looked amazing and fit the vision that I had initially had for my reception and was everything I hoped for an more!

If I could give D&M 10 stars, I would. I initially made an appointment asking to meet for my wedding and knowing that my theme was "starry night" and Jessica immediately answered me and she was super excited to work with me. I don't know how to express how much I love that girl, she made me more excited for my wedding than I was before I met her! She had so many cute ideas to tie together the theme, and it ended up being soooooo beautiful! The florals (which were silk flowers) looked so real that at the end of the night, the venue staff stored them in the fridge LOL, can't think of a better example of how high their quality is! Everything looked so magical, and they were SOOOO easy to work with and they carried out my vision stress free. I love decor and more and I will recommend Jessica and her team to EVERYONE!

I love love love this place, and am so happy we had our wedding here! We got married one week ago at the Enoch Turner School and truly had the best day ever. Its charm in my opinion means less is more. We added a big disco ball in the middle of the room and smaller vases throughout windowsills and in tables. But the place was gorgeous and not lacking!

Stacey was extremely helpful the month leading up to the event, and I cannot be more thankful!

My only caveat was that I was unaware that the person I was communicating with was not going to be there day of until about two- three weeks before. We didn’t have a planner, but I’m super type A so it wasn’t the biggest deal, just would have liked to know sooner!

As a wedding photographer, I'm always excited to shoot at the Enoch Turner Schoolhouse. I love the minimal look with the historical character. The property shared with church next door is great for your wedding photos. If you want more options the Distillery District, Corktown Commons and SOL Atelier Photo Studio are nearby. The staff is super friendly and hard working. Definitely recommend!

Visited for Doors Open Toronto 2025 and it was a beautiful space! Loved learning about the first school in Toronto.

Very affordable wedding venue! Ben who was on site for rehearsal and ceremony was great to work with. Roxann, great email communication and was lovely meeting her on the day as well! They have two easels for use, little chalkboards for small signs, and the schoolroom was perfect for a bridal suite - hair & make-up had no problems with their setup and there are four available electrical outlets in the schoolroom. With the main room close to 150 people, it does get hot in the summer.

Came here for a wedding last weekend and the venue was absolutely gorgeous. Tight, intimate space with a large dance floor. 100% recommend. The drive up to it on the race track was also a very cool experience.

One of the Best event venue in the heart of Montreal.

We just had our wedding this past weekend and all we can say is WOW. This venue is one of the most gorgeous in all of Montreal, from the lighting, to the indoor design, to the architecture and of course, the garden. We have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about our experience with the rental managers. All of our guests were blown away by the atmosphere. If you are considering this place as a rental for an event - do it. We will remember our special day for a lifetime, and it happened flawlessly. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

There's a reason why this is one of the most sought after wedding venues in Montreal. It's so gorgeous, the setting is incredible - you feel like you're out in the country but through the trees you have this breathtaking view of the city. Parc Jean-Drapeau's staff are very attentive and helpful. It's well worth the cost to rent this space. It's unreal to think how many hundreds of thousands of people likely dined in that room during Expo 67, how many millions passed through the Canadian Pavilion, how many millions more walked around the site. It makes whatever event feel like a part of history. The Inuit art was striking and engaging too, and it created this remarkable contrast with the high modernism of the space which was 'linked' by the interior wood floors and finishings, and complemented by the natural settings outside. Old, new, antique, modern, rustic, urban - and all at the same time and in harmoney with one another. What could be more Montreal, Quebecois, and Canadian than that?

Horrible service and, more importantly, both parking attendents and their manager utterly lacking in empathy. Attended an event here and we had a guest in the party whose electric car needed a charge since nearest charger in the Casino was out of service and after driving around looking for charger they only had enough charge to drive 5 km. La Toundra refused to allow him to charge the car so it would not require a tow while being a guest at the event and told him that the charger is for employees only even though no employee was charging 10 pm two charger spots. And this was for a paying customer. At the end, this poor individual had his car towed as their battery ran out, their while two kids screamed in their baby seats, which lay on the side of the road while they waited for their cab at 10 pm. Quebec hospitality at its best.
