My son purchased his grad suit from Danny, he was the most professional, efficient and friendly sales person we have ever encountered. It’s very rare to get good customer service now a days. He definitely met our expectations and more! He recommended a great suit and with all accessories. The entire process was so fast and easy. Something we gave ourselves the entire day to do was completed in 1 hour, thanks to Danny. I highly recommend him for any of your event needs. We will definitely be getting more suits from him in the future.

My experience here was good with the staff but the quality and the pricing of the suits were not the best. They are mostly, if not all, polyester suits. I was looking for an older style, double-breasted suit with loose fitting pants, but they only have slim and regular single breasted suits. I was able to find lots of double-breasted suits from Zara and H&M and generally for cheaper. Most suits will need to be tailored off the rack for the best fit anyway. It's all a matter of personal opinion, but i was definitely disappointed when i realized that i should've been patient and done more research.

The store manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. I went to return a suit and she could have politely declined the return instead she screamed, swore and insulted me and my partner. I can go into details but not here, because after this incident I am deeply affected mentally. I have never experienced such behaviour from any humans let alone a mere store manager.
I called Mr Gurinder multiple times but no response. My last resort is leaving a review. Attached is the video with proof.

This morning, I visited your store to find my wedding suit. I was excited to purchase it here because I’ve previously bought shirts from your store, which have always been of excellent quality. In addition, the customer service during my previous visits was outstanding, making today’s experience all the more disappointing.

The staff member assisting me was rude. Despite waiting 20 minutes to ask a question, I was patient and willing to wait for help. When she finally attended to me, I explained what I was looking for, but her attitude and lack of attentiveness made the experience frustrating. This poor customer service led me to decide not to buy my suit here, which is especially unfortunate when shopping for such an important occasion.

I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Had a horrible experience, staff was blaming me for simple issues when all I needed was an exchange. They were ignoring my questions and didn't provide assistance after I came back to prove my purchase (the first time they wouldn't even look at my receipt)

I purchased a suit from a different store and was not satisfied so I walked in to Tip Top to see my options, met Sayed and his attention to detail was great and supportive, I ended up purchasing another suit from Tip Top and returned the first one from the other store.

I had such a frustrating experience at the St. Laurent Tip Top recently. I went in looking for help with suits, but instead of receiving any real guidance, I felt like I was being sent on a wild goose chase. Staff members seemed unsure of what they were doing—one would point me in one direction, another would suggest something completely different, and no one ever actually followed through to help.

What made it worse was the lack of basic courtesy. Despite making eye contact with staff, I wasn’t greeted (which I don’t mind as I appreciate when staff aren’t unnecessarily pushy!) or acknowledged until I repeatedly asked for help. Even then, the answers felt dismissive and incomplete, leaving me more confused than when I walked in.

After wasting time there, I left frustrated and disappointed. Thankfully, I later visited the Orléans location and the difference in professionalism and service was night and day. If you’re shopping for something important, I would strongly recommend skipping St. Laurent altogether.

ST.lLaurent location store Bought myself a three-piece suit for a funeral last week the guy measured my waist and my arm length for a dress shirt the funeral was on the same day. The guy who worked there i forget his name took the dress shirt took off the tag. I trusted him everything would fit because he measured my waist and everything then I bought dress pants and jackets and also a belt and tie 987$ later
I put on the white dress shirt it did not fit. Had to run back right away the lady told me they could not do nothing about the dress shirt because the tag is off and I said the guy took it off she said come back tomorrow and talk to the manager I went back the next day manager is not in this black lady doing all her name she told me come back she'll be in the manager i went back again the next day manager apparently just left when she said she was going to be there all day. Go back again talk to a different lady she said the manager left an hour ago I said I want exchange or refund for my dress shirt caught me $97 roughly after five times going there got the runaround please avoid this store they do not know what they're doing when the guy took off the tag it's my fault apparently. The staff didn't care one bit I had to go to a funeral for emergency right away very unhappy. I've been going there for many years in the past and other locations and never had this problem until now. So if you have to get a suit or anything go to other locations not tip top Taylor stores
There's many other locations to go to in the mall for suits or anything else. I hope this helps other people. Please avoid this store

I had a very positive experience with store manager Ahmed yesterday who helped me and and my wedding party of 5, plus 2 ring bearers, get fitted for suits.

Ahmed saw us right away, helped me set up my online account with Tip Top while in store, and helped us create a look that matched our wedding colours and venue perfectly. He explained all the wedding bundles, options, and pricing which helped us choose a look we were all very happy with.

Ahmed was attentive, easy to work with, answered all of our questions, and did not once pressure us on a decision while explaining all the options and upgrades. He created a positive and welcoming atmosphere for a seamless experience.

All 8 of us were fitted and on our way within a few hours. I walked away with a renewed enthusiasm for my big day, and I know my wedding party are eager to show off their new suits.

Ahmed, the store manager at Tip Top, was absolutely amazing! He helped fit my three sons, the father of the bride, and the father of my two boys for suits for two upcoming weddings and my son’s prom. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable for all of us. He made everyone feel comfortable and confident, and his expertise showed every step of the way. As a mom, it meant so much to see my family so well taken care of. There are very few stores with a full package and tip top tailors at the South Center mall ranks them all. They have one of the best fitting shirts, pants, suits and ties for men. Their staff are very personable, knowledgeable and professional. They have an awesome return policy and rank amongst the best shops with great bang for your buck. Renata and are awesome team at Tip top tailors are a great team and an asset to your company and customers.

Suraj helped me out today. Came in looking for a plain white shirt, and the got 2. Sized me up, and gave me additional options. Love shopping here, they just get the job done. totally satisfied with all the clothes I’ve purchased from here and would always recommend. Quick and painless

Today is the day — we’re off to my best friend’s wedding — and it would have been possible without the amazing team at Tip Top Tailors South Centre. A huge shoutout to Carter, Sheri and Kim! They went above and beyond to ensure we were ready to go and looking our best.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My father went in to Tip Top Tailor to be fitted for a suit and was scolded and fat-shamed by the staff. Instead of offering help or solutions, they made humiliating and hurtful comments about his body and were about that they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) provide the service or items he needed. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and cruel. No one should be made to feel embarrassed or degraded when simply trying to buy clothing. We will never shop here again and I strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere. If I knew the name of the employee who treated him this way, I would be calling corporate immediately to ensure they were held accountable.

I had the pleasure of working with Eddie at Tip Top Tailors to find suits for both myself and my son for his graduation. Eddie was an absolute professional—patient, knowledgeable, and truly a master at what he does. He guided us through everything from sizing to style advice and even helped match accessories to complete the look.

Thanks to his expertise, we both walked out feeling confident and looking sharp. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend Eddie to anyone looking for top-notch service and a perfect fit. He really goes above and beyond to help you look your best.

It was nice buying experience in an international clothing. I went there for winter clothes and jackets and they are having alot of verities in budget price. There was one salesperson miss Andrea, she is real good in showcase and explain everything about perticular clothes that customers want. She did helped us to get 10% more discount on clothes.

The overall selection was great. I was able to buy my son several outfits for the cost of roughly 1or 2 outfits.
It is hard to keep up with a growing boy, but I was able to stay below budget and his clothes seem to be pretty good quality. No ripping or tearing. Best value for your money.

I was here looking for a cheap dress shirt or two, I got a great deal 50% off! The lady who helped me was super helpful, helped me find my sizes and recommended colours. Great overall experience.

Did a rental for a wedding, the shoes where more comfortable than I would have guessed, the trousers has a great fit to them. The dress shirt was absolutely terrible, loose fitted, which was misleading from the sample they had me try on during the fitting.
I recommend bringing or buying your own dress shirt.

Also their turn around time is horrible, for the cost, I should not have to return it the next day, add at least 1 extra day to that.

Amazing customer service. We are from out of town and rented a tux for grad. The staff were wonderful with my son and were flexible as we had to drive 4 hours each way. Thank you so much. I also bought a suit and it's a good price and great quality. Totally impressed.

I had a fantastic experience at Moores thanks to Marcia! She helped me get measured for a wedding event, and she was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. Marcia made sure everything fit just right and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her friendly and confident approach made me feel completely at ease. You can tell she really cares about getting things right for her customers. I highly recommend asking for Marcia if you want top-notch service!

Sim was wonderful to deal with.She helped and outfitted my son with 2 suits, dress shirts and shoes for his upcoming hockey season. We also had the suit jackets, pants and shirts with alterations. Thanks you for the great service

The experience here was bad in every aspect. As you can see from a number of other reviews, the customer service here is not good. Staff do not seem knowledgeable nor interested in helping. Over all just rude and cold. Measurements were entered incorrectly more than once. When we went back to have measurements confirmed they treated us like that was an odd request. Its a good thing we did. They were not off by 0.5 inch here or there. They were off in rhe legs by 6 inches. The sleeves were several inches off as well. Then when the second measurements were being entered we had to tell the staff member that they were entering incorrect numbers again.
When we went in to try on peices for suit rentals and the shirts that they had for you to try on are completely sweat stained and smelled like BO. When we mentioned this staff member said they dont get paid to clean the shirts... fair enough I guess.
I know this location is aware of these matters as they have many reviews very similar to this one.
When my husbands suit for our wedding was picked up by a groomsmen he was sent away with 1 jacket that was the wrong size and nothing else in tbe bag. We had to call to have them find the whole suite and go back another day to pick up. There was confusion on there end about where the correct garment bag was and they had to locate it.
This was an oddly stressful interaction from beginning to end.
We won't be back.

Tonight Logan and Dallin helped my brother find the perfect suit for his wedding. They were patient, informed, had contemporary and stylistic opinions. They made upleveling his suit style effortless and fun. I greatly appreciated their honesty, insight and professionalism.

Just order my custom suit for my wedding with the fabulous staff at Moores. They were patient and great answering any questions my fiancée and I had.

Jeg was my fashion consultant and he was amazing. he only measured my neck and chest, and "guessed" everything from there, with 100%accuracy. if I ever need another shot, or find clothes, I'll be going back.

Had been to shop this afternoon for some rush but important purchases. Rahul helped with extra miles from taking measurements to presenting/advising on styles fit to my preferences with perfect fabric selection. Bought Tuxedo suit, shirts and accessories and indebted for his professional customer service. Highly recommended to step in and ask for him; you will never regret it.

I wanted to share my disappointing experience at the Heritage location, which has left me questioning the customer service standards at this store.
We entered the store around 8:35 pm, fully aware that closing time was 9 pm. From the moment we walked in, the salesperson (Rahul) made us feel unwelcome. He repeated twice, “we close at 9,” in a tone that came across as rude and dismissive. We weren’t planning to stay past closing we simply wanted to quickly check the collection. Despite the uncomfortable start, my husband found some shirts he liked, so we decided to make a purchase.
We picked three shirts two from the regular rack and one from clearance. At the time, the store had an offer: spend above $125 and receive $25 off when you sign up. We signed up for the offer and proceeded to pay before 9 pm. However, at checkout, we noticed that the total seemed higher than expected. Upon recalculating, we realized that the clearance shirt had been charged at full regular price rather than the discounted clearance price.
When I pointed this out, instead of correcting the error properly, Rahul was rude and unprofessional. His response was dismissive, and when I questioned the calculation, he bluntly said he couldn’t apply the coupon again. Even after adjusting, he did not return the money that was overcharged. And rather than taking responsibility, he told us, “you can return all the stuff and go out.”
We were taken aback by his attitude. By then, my husband had already spent time selecting the shirts, and he really liked them, so we reluctantly went ahead with the purchase. But the entire experience felt rushed, stressful, and unnecessarily unpleasant.
The irony is, we were out of the store before 9 pm well within hours yet from the very beginning, we were made to feel like a burden. For a brand of this reputation, I would expect courteous, professional, and customer-focused service. Unfortunately, this was the opposite.
I’m writing this review not just to share my experience, but in the hope that management looks into how customers are treated. A simple pricing mistake could have been handled politely and professionally, but instead it turned into one of the worst shopping experiences we’ve had.

I originally went to the ST Laurent shopping center to go to Tip Top, but got ignored until I approached them, so I left. I went to Stars and was immediately greeted by their manager, Garfield. He provided excellent service and helped me find a great suit at a better price than Tip Top. He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I left feeling both impressed and happy with my purchase and experience. After ordering the suit I wanted in my size, I returned, and he helped me put it on and fitted it to me. Again, he provided the same excellent service. I highly recommend this location for suit shopping! I will definitely be returning again.

Garfield was so helpful, professional and kind. He easily managed to help more than one customer at a time. His co worker was also very helpful. I highly recommend Stars shops for men and for women, all shapes and sizes. I will always shop here for formal clothes.

04 June 2025 at 5pm..This is a very discriminating Store OR perhaps just the employee working that shift. The employee not only refused to helping a Customer a bit on the heavier side but he also kept saying NO to everything they asked for. YET he had no problem going above and beyond for a skinny Customer!! Your salary and 5Star review comes from treating each and every Customer with the same level of respect. If you don’t, you should not be working in Customer Service. I will not mention any names but you should not be allowed to work there. I will most definitely go higher up with this complaint and we will NOT recommend you to anyone else needing your assistance.

Today (June 4th, 2025) at around 5pm I had the worst customer service experience at this store. I went in with my fiancée and we were looking to purchase a dress shirt, dress pants, and a tie. However the experience left us feeling uneasy and we ended up walking out and going somewhere else. First of all, the employee didn’t greet us, ignored us, and made it hard to approach him. When we were able to ask him for help with sizing and general guidance he simply told us to “have a look around” and then he walked away. We went up to him again and asked if he could take my fiancée’s measurements. He only took her neck size and then made a very rude comment about needing to size up due to her weight, essentially fat-shaming her, and then walked away again. We had to ask again if he could also help with pants and again he didn’t offer much guidance. We picked out a few items to try on but we were still feeling lost since we didn’t have much information. I went up to him one last time to ask about the different types of shirts and he said the store only carries ‘slim fit’ and that the only option was to size up but that then she wouldn’t be able to wear a tie. I started to look around on my own and that’s when he corrected himself and informed me that they also had a ‘contemporary fit’ but he just pointed them out and didn’t show them to me or answer my questions about them. In the meantime he had no issue helping out other customers who came in and had a completely different attitude towards them. At that point we realized that we weren’t gonna get what we needed from the store and we left, feeling very disappointed. This is completely unacceptable and we will never go back, we do not recommend this store to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in today ( June 4th 2025 at 5pm) with my fiancée. We are both women but I am more masculine presenting and wanted to buy suit pants and a shirt/tie for an event. The man who was working did not greet us, refused to take my measurements and fat shamed me. He told my fiancée they only have ONE kind of shirt type (but we found out they had other ones). In the meantime he was helping another man, measuring him, offering adjustments etc. I will NEVER go back. I have never been treated so badly in a store. Went to tip top tailors across and they were amazing. I recommend not going to this discriminatory store.

Nazeem was fantastic he found me two beautiful suits and was very patient and kind. Stars made a fantastic decision hiring him as a manager.

I bought a suit for my little kid for his graduation when we got home so we can try it on. He said he does not like and it kind of tight on him so we went back to the other day to try returned the suit when we got there they started making stuff up like we did. The tag it was stains. There was nothing. He was a good suit. He only tried it on and nothing he told him him can we have a return they said no then they brought security to kick us out they were not even listening to me

I bought a suit and I went home to try. It was a bit too small so when I returned it, they said it was dusty and there was something wrong with the tag so then they called the security over and they gave me really bad service and they did not want to return it at all.

i went to the bayshore location looking for a prom dress, as soon as i walked in i was greeted by the lovely staff and found my prom dress. The lady working let me try on a hoop skirt just so i can see what it would look like and she even let my little sister try on a dress while i was trying on mine. definitely recommend the bayshore location! great service and beautiful dresses

We went to Moores for a suit our daughter’s wedding in a few days. We left it to the last minute so we needed an “off the rack” suit. Michael helped us and was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations for options. We also liked that the jackets and pants were sold separately with a variety of sizes. My husband was able to purchase a nice suit, shirt, and belt with an affordable price tag. (:

My husband and I came in today and had a wonderful experience purchasing a suit. The lady helping us was absolutely wonderful and informative. She answered all of our questions with patience and gave us amazing recommendations.

The only reason for the 4 stars is due to noticing one of the other staff member dressed very casually. I would think jeans and a crop top to not be very appropriate, especially for a formal wear place…

Besides that, Moores was great and my husband and I will absolutely be returning in the future for any fancy event we have

Michael at the Shawnessy location was incredibly helpful in selecting some clothing items for my husband. We were looking for a tie to work with my dress for a special occasion and he was able to put an outfit together for us. Michael was patient, knowledgeable about the inventory, and very professional and friendly. Thank you for such great service!

We ran into a few issues with our tuxedo rentals at Moores, but I really appreciate how the team handled it. Michael, in particular, was incredibly helpful—proactive, kind, and professional. No company is perfect, but how they respond when things go wrong says a lot. Moores took responsibility and made things right, which really showed their integrity. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and grateful for the great customer service!

Came in today and with Michael's help I bought a really nice suit. His expertise on sizing and fashion were great as well as his recommendations. I will definitely be returning!

I highly suggest not wasting any time going here. I came in, they didn't even bother asking when my wedding was just immediately told me they don't order because it takes long. You can't tell me it takes 2 years to order a dress or even 1 year.
However... they didn't help at all. Didn't ask for styles, preferences etc. So I believe they just don't want to order. They were no help in grabbing dresses. VERY LAZY SERVICE.They have maybe 40 dresses and that's it and don't really do alterations. Go elsewhere for a better experience.

I can't even begin to explain what an amazing experience that I have received with the staff at Ever After Bridal. It has been over a year now and the big day is coming. They have been with me every step of the way. I purchased both my wedding and evening gown from them and all my bridesmaids bought a dress from them as well. Service has never been received with anything less than a smile EVERY single time. I was welcomed into their store from day one and they definitely made an imprint on my wedding dress shopping experience. I have also recommended them to a lady on the Calgary Wedding Buy and Sell Page on Facebook and she has also came back to me with nothing but positive feedback and 2 bridesmaid dresses! If you are looking for a very personal and honest opinioned experience, then this place is for you! Thank you once again Ever After Bridal for such an amazing experience!

I purchased a bridesmaids dress from Ever After for my friend's wedding. We had a long day looking at dresses and we were ready to find something.

Their selection was really good, very comparable to bridesmaid dresses at some of the larger "swankier" places in town. Same name brands with better pricing (less markup). We were happy we found a dress the bride liked finally!

The salon said the dresses would take about 3 months to arrive, and it was just about 3 months on the nose, even though the wedding was close to 9 months away there was no delay in ordering or shipment. We had to ship a dress to Ontario for another bridesmaid, and they even found a box, wrapped it up and taped it shut for us to ship!

Fast forward to a few months before the wedding, I called them up to schedule alterations. The seamstress is so sweet and had me in and out of there in a jiffy. Alterations only cost me $50 and only took a week! Amazing job all around, I would reccomend!

Went in for my bridal gown and tried on so many. She was very helpful she made my experience a great one. She would watch make facial expressions and when I tried on all the dresses. Found one that day bought and took home. Not expensive at all compared to same dress at another store.

Great experience! I was buying off the rack for a last minute event. After going to david's bridal and experiencing the low quality dresses and poor service, this place was amazing. She was pinning each dress I tried on and getting sizes and being very helpful. I picked a dress 15 minutes before close on Thursday and they had it altered perfectly by the time I picked it up at 1 pm the next day. Very good experience, would recommend.

I came in to try on suits for my wedding and had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff member, Navdeep, showed no interest in helping me. When I asked for a shirt to try with the tuxedo, I was handed a dirty one and told no other sizes would be opened. I felt rushed, dismissed, and completely unvalued as a customer.

Looking at the reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s had this kind of experience — and yet nothing seems to be done about it. It’s frustrating that this behavior continues, especially when shopping for something as important as a wedding. This place seriously needs to re-evaluate its customer service.

I went there to buy dress shirts for my husband, Navdeep refused to help me, she said she would come back after she gave the ties to a customer and she never came back was just standing with the other customer for a long period of time. I asked her if the shirts came in slim fit she said no only modern fit. Another employee helped me and got me the ones I wanted in slim fit from the back. The next day I came to exchange them and Navdeep was standing at the till I asked her for an exchange she was not busy doing anything and yet again she refused to help me and asked another employee to help me. She seems to only want to help her own kind because when a customer came that spoke her language she asked me to move my bag as the customer needs to pay, but she asked very rudely. Worst Customer Service she has.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the worst customer service experiences with a girl named Navleen who works at Tip Top. She was unbelievably rude, didn’t even bother to greet us when we walked in, and was more interested in her phone than actually helping customers. We tried asking for assistance, but she gave us attitude like we were bothering her.

It felt like we were invisible unless she was giving us dirty looks. If you value being treated like an actual human being, do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Tip Top really needs to rethink who they’re hiring, because people like Navleen are driving customers away.

This store ignored the crap out of us, no greetings no, no nothing. Needed an olive suit which might need ordering online but just disregarded any reuest I needed. Just go to market mall where employees actually speak english and know customer service. If youre the manager here do something, been coming here since i was in junior high, got suits for many occasions in my life and always gotten it here.

Don’t expect service, respect, or even basic decency here. The employees have more attitude than work ethic and act like customers are a burden. If you want to be ignored and judged while trying to shop, this is the perfect spot.

The manager is incompetent in understanding or resolving obvious shipping label issues and charges customers for tax on packages that were never sent by the sender or intended for recipient and refuse to refund or resolve anything and should not be working in customer service or with the public at all. Thanks for ripping me off!!! What an absolutely miserable "manager", disgusting behavior

Absolutely horrendous experience here. This is the second important package the carrier has lost and the service rep at the post office was rude, demeaning, and refused to answer any of my questions. I asked for the customer service number to create a ticket for our lost package and she rudely told me she had already given it to my husband. I asked if she could have the respect and decency to give it to me also, and she accused me of being disrespectful and indecent with her, rolled her eyes, and walked away without helping me. I asked her coworker if I had been indecent or disrespectful and the coworker just gave me a sad apologetic look and the customer service number I had asked for. If you see a short woman with straight reddish brown hair, ask to be helped by anyone else because she's miserable and wants everyone else to be miserable too. How she's employed still is beyond me.

Absolutely terrible. Thanks to this place being no help and somehow “misplacing” my grad photos, then changing their minds and saying they apparently gave it to someone else, I will now never receive them. They also don’t answer the damn phone and most of the staff is just outright nasty and condescending.

The people here are great. Office staff are kind and the carriers are helpful when I need to know something.

Terrible customer service and rude lady working the counter who states been there 15 years and with all that time and experience would not look up a Canada post number commercial department number, as it would just be wrong to help a customer.

This is what happens when you have people entrenched in jobs instead of firing the bad eggs and getting better people, time in a role shouldn’t take over what’s best for your clients
