I had an incredible experience with Hailey while shopping for outfits for my cousin's upcoming wedding in Greece! From the moment I walked in, she was attentive and super friendly, eager to help me put together the perfect looks for the occasion.

Helped me find the perfect pair of pants for the beach party - stylish, comfortable and TOTALLY on theme!!

On top of that, she suggested a range of great suit color options for the wedding day itself, which made my life so much easier! Hailey even took the time to do a few quick measurements to make sure everything fit comfortable and looked sharp.

The whole experience felt effortless thanks to her. She made what could have been a stressful shopping trip for me actually fun and super easy! Hailey, thank you so much for going truly above and beyond, couldn't have asked for a better service!!

Once I was finally served service was gr8. It took almost 10min for someone to acknowledge me. Only after I walked up to two clerks chatting it up and interrupting them was I served. Honestly considered walking out and going elsewhere but my schedule did not permit this..

I went to this location today to buy a suit. A gentleman by the name of Maxime helped me with choosing the suit and tie. The whole experience was fantastic, there wasn't any pressure and he was extremely knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the suit, and I'm extremely impressed with the customer service. During my working career Moores Trainyards was and is my favourite store for suits, jackets, shirts, ties & jeans. Always great selections, good sales, helpful & friendly staff and a great rewards program. Just love this store & the Moores brand as it is my go to men’s wear store in Ottawa.

Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful.

The folks at Moore’s North Hill made that experience so much easier for me and my groomsmen. Jasmeen in particular! She made the suit rental process easy to understand, and it really felt like she took time to make sure my groomsmen got the right fit. Her suggestions for colour and style were on-point but she never over stepped what I wanted overall.

About a month ago, I contacted the store to inquire about the fitting process for a small wedding party. We were informed that only one to two individuals could be accommodated per appointment. While this wasn’t ideal for our group of three, we booked a fitting for two, hoping we might be able to schedule back-to-back appointments to include everyone. Unfortunately, we were told that would not be possible.

We arrived for our 1:00 PM fitting with three of us total—one of whom is my brother and who has cerebral palsy (hence hoping to do three people), and the other who had driven in from Edmonton to assist with suit selection. Our fitting ran until 2:00 PM. During that time, the store was empty and no other bookings were scheduled for the rest of the day. Despite this, we were told—rather abruptly and rudely—that only two of us could participate. I found the manager’s handling of the situation unnecessarily rigid and unaccommodating.

That said, I want to acknowledge that the rest of the staff we interacted with were professional, friendly, and helpful.

While I understand the need for certain policies, I believe great customer service includes the ability to exercise discretion—particularly when accessibility is involved and no scheduling conflicts are present.

I contacted Moores Listens for clarification of fitting policy and was informed this was a store by store policy and not universal for Moores. Such a shame that one person ruined what should have been a fun experience.

To summarize DO NOT go to his store for a fitting.

We received an exceptionally great service from Jack at the Northill Mall Moores. Even though we were not buying their most expensive garments, Jack went above and beyond to accomodate our time sensitive needs. I can't express enough our admiration with professionalism of Jack and his team. It will be our store to go for my husband and 3 sons from now on. Thank you!

On September 16, 2025 I arrived at the Crowfoot location looking for a suit rental.....which was not going to happen with my timeline (my fault....I should have gone earlier).

My go to guy became Matt who greeted me and told me my timeline to rent was impossible. However, he wouldn't let me leave until he confirmed that I was too late. I was sooooo desperate to get something because I was being forced to go to a wedding against my will....hence my willingness to stay.

Matt solidly confirmed that the suit rental was not going to happen, which made me feel happy because I wouldn't have to go to the wedding, but he refused to give up. He pointed out a Tuxedo sale which would get me into something appropriate for the venue and my heart sank. He also brought my attention to the $25 discount going on for purchases over $125 and that made things feel better.

This guy is like "Google Suits" cause I had no intention on leaving with a tuxedo plus a snazzy wallet, yet I did! I gave him all my parameters and he came through like a magician.

Downside....I must attend the wedding especially now that I have a tuxedo. Upside....there is going to be no drama with my significant other and I really like the wallet too!

Went in to purchase 3 suits for a new job. I was helped by Matt and he was an excellent assistant throughout the whole process. He was clearly knowledgable about suit styles, why to go for one over the other, how to mix it with shirts to get different styles, how to make sure I have a proper fit, the list goes on. Got tailoring done and everything was perfect as well. Overall he was an amazing help and I highly recommend requesting his assistance if you are shopping here.

Spend $600 on a suit then I'm expected to take off 25 tags and when I returned to say im having trouble and the suit sleeve has material pulled out because im not a trailer, the other sales rep laughed at me to himself that I was obviously frustrated.
Yeah it was very funny that I couldn't go to the event as the suit not being ready to wear. Glad my frustration made him happy!

First bad experience in any of the many stores I have visited, the manager store name Clemente took my neck measure and told the girl was helping me that I have a big neck, obviously I know that trivia fact about me but damn I’m pretty sure between employees they can use numbers instead of what it feels like body shaming specially if people had physical insecurities.
But the rest of the shopping experience was top notch as usual.

Shrey was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I got there for the store open and everything was quick and easy and they made the pants alterations right away for me!

Not lots in stock. Was there earlier walked around 3 ish minutes no associate in site as I proceeded to leave as I got in my vehicle an associate came running out the door looking for me. I seen the clearance signage 3 tabl s with minimal sale items there. Store still under expensive for what it is. State side online is where it's at. Won't be going back to this store. If anything George Richards sunridge is where it's at

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff work here… said no one. Not even bothered to get off their cell phones when customers are in their store. Just terrible service and prices out to wack. A bench shirt there was 69.99 and I got it on line same size with free shipping for 34.99. No kidding this store is constantly dead. As a bigger person we have a hard enough time to go shopping. And this location gas always been terrible for service and customer friendliness.

I absolutely love shopping at Prom Forever! I’ve found multiple pageant dresses here over the last year or 2, and every single one has been absolutely stunning. The selection is gorgeous, with so many unique styles that truly stand out. The owner is such a sweet and kind lady she always makes the shopping experience so enjoyable and goes above and beyond to help find the perfect dress. I couldn’t recommend this store enough!

We had such a wonderful experience at Prom Forever! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely excited to help us find the right dress.

Before coming here, we visited six other dress shops, and honestly, we wish we had come to Prom Forever first. The difference was night and day. The selection here is amazing (if you’re looking for form-fitting dresses the selection is EXCEPTIONAL compared to any of the other stores). The styles and options they carry are so much better than what we saw anywhere else, and it was clear right away that this store really puts thought into offering dresses that make you feel beautiful.

Shopping for something as special as a grad dress can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Prom Forever turned it into a fun, exciting, and stress-free experience. We left with the perfect dress and huge smiles on our faces. We can’t recommend Prom Forever enough—it truly is a gem of a store, and we’re so glad we found it!

Our experience here was magical. Rina is an expert in her extensive inventory and the right dress for body types, AND she is also an expert in kindness and graciousness. Her team member was also so gentle and helpful and kind. They made my anxious teen feel comfortable, cared for, listened to and beautiful. Rina helped us find the most perfect dress of my daughter’s dreams. I will forever be grateful for Prom Forever.

Terrible experience. I booked a Saturday 10am appointment online for my daughter and her friend, only to find the store closed. Their posted store hours say they open at 10am, yet when I called, I was told they don’t open until 11 and that the booking system “had issues”—something they were already aware of. The woman said she would be there in 15 minutes. We waited over 30 minutes for someone to arrive. When she finally showed up, she was rude, rushed us in, and told us she didn’t think they had anything we’d want. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.

She is kind, passionate and extremely knowledgeable. Our 1 hour appt turned in to 2 hours and she was so patient and helpful. The dresses are beautiful and if she doesn’t have your size, she will show you alternates or order it for you!!! I would highly recommend Prom Forever, you will not be disappointed!!!

I been there to buy a suit on 5th of July and get things done in 30 minutes. I don’t know the representative name but it was a small white girl who is really good at customer service. I really had an unpleasant experience in the Vaughan store and I didn’t expect a good service when I walked in and I was looking for a jacket by myself. But this employee helped me to find it within 25 minutes and it’s done very quickly. I really appreciate. After being to Moores and other stores I got a nice suit for a reasonable price. Value for money, good customer service and really recommended for someone who really wants to buy a suit!!!

Had a great experience here with Francie today. She was helpful and informed about the latest styles and suggested shirts and ties to go with my suits, which she help me buy 3!. She even went above and beyond and let me write down her suggestions for different ideas on how to match the suits with shoes, ties, belts and shirts. I ended up leaving with 5 shirts and 2 ties to go with my suits and all at a very affordable price. Would recommend! Thanks Francie!

I had an excellent experience at Tip Top Tailor the other day thanks to Shawkat. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable about suits and fittings. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure everything fit perfectly. His customer service went above and beyond, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

My experience with Sunita has been exceptional. Her keen eye for styling and thoughtful guidance while selecting my suit made the process effortless and truly enjoyable. I was so impressed by her expertise and attention to detail that I returned to purchase a second suit. Her professionalism and personalized approach truly set her apart.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience with Phil. He is extremely understanding, patient, and respectful. He took the time to really listen to me and provided the support I needed. Thank you Phil! Would definitely recommend this store and would go back.

On Friday, August 26th at approximately 8:45 p.m. (15 minutes before closing), I had an extremely disappointing experience at Tip Top Tailors. I came in to return a pair of pants I had purchased earlier that day from another location. The front gate was already almost completely shut — I had to squeeze through just to enter, which did not feel welcoming at all given that the store was still open.

An older lady greeted me kindly and tried to help with the return, but it was clear she was new and unfamiliar with the refund process. I was patient with her, but she was really struggling and had to ask a Pakistani colleague — who seemed to be either a manager or a senior employee — for help. This woman was clearly experienced with the process, yet instead of stepping in to actually assist, she would only answer one question at a time and then step back again. It almost felt like she was deliberately avoiding helping her colleague finish the refund properly.

I explained politely that I was in a rush and asked her if she could please stay and see the transaction through to completion. Instead of helping, she looked me in the eye and said, “Don’t tell me what to do. Don’t tell me what to do.” That response was shockingly rude and unprofessional, especially coming from someone in a senior position.

At the end of the interaction, I told her that I would strongly consider leaving a review based on her rude behavior and my negative experience. She looked at me and said, “I dare you to do it. I dare you.”

What should have been a quick and simple return turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Because of this, I will not be returning to Tip Top Tailors, and I would strongly caution others against shopping at this location if they expect even basic courtesy or professionalism.

I visited tiptop Taylor on Wednesday, June 18 Shortly before 7:30, the store closes at 8 o’clock. There were two employees working And neither acknowledge me or offered any assistance. They were more concerned about closing than helping. I tried on three jackets right in front of them and still no offer of assistance. Frustrated by their lack of service I went to Moores. They are open until 9 o’clock.. Very different from my last experience. So disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Peggy at the men's clothing store, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! I was in need of a complete outfit—a sports coat, pants, and a tie—and Peggy made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.

Her eye for style is impeccable. She took the time to understand my preferences and offered great suggestions that perfectly matched my taste. Peggy was patient, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the store's selection, making sure I felt confident in every piece I tried on.

Not only did I leave with a sharp, well-coordinated outfit, but I also felt great about the entire shopping experience. Peggy truly went above and beyond, and her warm, friendly demeanor made the process a breeze. If you need help finding the right look, Peggy is the person to see!

I was just here with my fiancé looking for an engagement suit. She wanted me to try on this particular jacket to see how it’ll look on my complexion. However the manager (older lady) refused and claimed to know my size better than myself who’s been shopping for suits for a week and a half. She was rude to my finance and said if ‘if he rips my suit he’s gonna have to pay’. Won’t be shopping here again.

I came in looking for a quality suit and Zain found me a great light grey suit with hand stitching throughout the suit jacket. For the price and wool percentage it was extremely hard to beat. Zain is a wonderful salesman who tells it like it is and is very honest. He really got me a great deal. Very much recommended for anyone looking for a well fitted suit!

Came in on a Thursday with one week’s notice until the event. They were extremely friendly + professional and assured me it would be ready Tuesday morning for pick up. It was, and everything fit perfectly. Price was the same as it would be anywhere else, if not cheaper.

I had gotten sauce stains on the shirt and used some club soda to remove most of it. They said it was fine to my surprise. They also allowed me to return it up to three days after the event at no additional charge.

Night and day experience from any experience I’ve ever had at Men’s Warehouse. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and the people working here. 100% recommend to anyone

I had a fantastic experience renting a tux from Tuxedo Junctions. The fitting was spot on, and the tux looked amazing. The customer service was top-notch – special thanks to Emma, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was super helpful, attentive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Only bought the suit here because of the colour. The customer service was sub par at best and required us calling multiple times for updates on when it would be ready. We even were told it was ready and showed up, to it not being at the store ready for us! So we had to head home 2 hours empty handed. We were also told during alterations a bow tie could be made with the off cuts and then picked up the suit with no bow, and was told there wasn’t enough material… a call in advance would have been nice because maybe we could have pivoted and backed the bow with black instead.

Rented two suits here recently for a family wedding, one for my 17 year old son which ended up being fine and it fit him well, my husband however his suit was terrible. The pant hem had to be re-done on the pickup day, his pants overall were too tight, suit jacket was too big, his shirt the arm length was too short you are supposed to see a bit of the cuff outside of the arms of the jacket, plus we got some weird clip on tie in his suit bag while my son got a normal tie. Overall if a customer is paying this much $$ to rent the fit better be close to bang on. The fact that I could have gone and got my husband a suit from a thrift store and it would have been a better fit for the fraction of the cost just does not seem right. My husband was uncomfortable the entire wedding and that reflected in any of the photo's that he was in.. It's a good thing he wasn't the groom.

Roch, the style advisor who’s been helping me for a while now, is a rock star. He has a meticulous sense of style, very thorough for fitting & alterations. He’s an excellent communicator, knowledgeable of HR products and understanding/thoughtful of what aligns with my style.

Heri Rosen is one of my favorite stores. I only wear clothes from this store. I find everything I want from international brands such as Tom Ford, Prada, Versace, and others. It is wonderful for beautiful and luxurious Italian goods. I recommend this place. It has a very large and wonderful selection. You will find everything you need from clothes and shoes.

An older blonde lady and a young man were by the entrance as we walked in. They were rudely looking at us up and down, instead of greeting us. We chose to turn around and head to Arthur’s instead for a nice sports jacket. Will never be back to this place. Clearly customer service isn’t part of their culture!

Excellent service and alterations after dealing with Joe, everything was done on time. Joe is very knowledgeable, alterations where done perfectly.

Worse customer service ever. Online purchase. After two hand washes the BOSS joggers became dull and faded in some places. First contact was made on February 2. Three calls and 10 emails sent. Still nothing. The problem was confirmed and the item was sent back. But no refund and no sorry compliments received until March 13. The only phone answer is they work on it. Seriously?!

Took my daughter to look for a prom dress, we dealt with Shayna mainly and was she was great to deal with, provided suggestions and was very patient and personable. We didn't actually find a dress but will return when the new stock arrives. I would definitely recommend this boutique.

I removed 1 star not for the service but the small variety, especially for affordable dresses. Size wise, I saw dresses 00 to 18+. Highly recommend to come here.

I was in Toronto and passed this store and went in as I needed a suit for a wedding in October. I was greeted by a lovely gentleman named Carmine, who walked me around the store and showed me the perfect suit he stayed with me during the entire process. I had an exceptional experience at Moores thanks to the store manager, Ed! I needed to return a suit jacket and pants, and he made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free. His kindness, understanding, and down-to-earth demeanor stood out, making it easy to work with him. I truly appreciated his professionalism and genuine care. I went in with my husband to this Moores location and the staff were totally useless there. They lacked customer service, completely ignoring us as we tried to find new dress shirts. My husband asked for help and they gave us the minimum effort- letting us fend for ourselves. Take a lesson from The Bay and other stores in Canada that have closed down recently- hire people who are interested in helping customers! The service staff spent more time talking amongst themselves and leaning against surfaces than helping the customers there. I have unsubscribed from Moores email and will NEVER set foot in there again. You lost this customer for good!

Service is terrible. Emm which is the sales lady who helped me really didn’t care about the job and was rude throughout the interaction. Being one of the groomsman of my brothers wedding I needed the tux rental to be specific which I had to correct her and triple check if the order was correct. Not sure if she was having a bad day but I don’t think I’d visit again.

Update - after getting a response from the owner from my original review above, I had a customer service rep contact me (Sharon) who managed the situation really well. Thank you for being super responsive to customer feedback. I hope more of your customers are able to get such elegant management from people like Sharon.

Fitting was great. I’ve only ever had custom tailored suits after a bad experience when I was a teenager getting a off-the-shelf suit from a department store. That was way too unfitted. So I was worried when my friend asked us to get a rental at Moore‘s. But the suit came back so well fitted that I wanted to buy it. We all looked greatand it was very reasonably priced.

Walked in and was greeted by Zahid, I told him what I needed and my budget, he got straight to work. He knew exactly what he was doing. I cant thank him enough for his help.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the store looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a long time as there was garbage and sewing needles scattered throughout all floors. This is a picture of the cleanest change room I found, it probably had 15 needles on the floor.

Great service. Helped me find an entire outfit. The store manager, Zahid** went out of his way to find the best combination at a fantastic price. More improvement they acknowledge your presence in comparison to another store that I went to.

I was a little worried about the service I'd get based on recent reviews. Glad to say Jana greeted us and offered her assistance as soon as we arrived. She was extremely helpful and friendly even while juggling a few other customers. Great experience & would recommend thanks to Jana professionalism.

We rented all of our tuxes from Moores, and everyone was happy with their outfits. When we picked up my husband’s tux a few days before the wedding, he wasn’t happy with the style of pants they had ordered. The staff were super flexible and quickly arranged for a different pair to arrive in time for the wedding. In the end, everyone looked great and said their tuxes were comfortable.

Terrible experience. I will not be back here. Felt extremely rushed with my purchase. The tailoring was way off and I was also misinformed multiple times when I asked questions about my purchase such as return policy & Cotton suits vs Polyester suits. Clear lack of product knowledge👎. They also Promised to have my suit finished by Saturday but was not finished on time due to it being “prom season”. Never coming back here again and will be contacting Moores Canada. Very disappointed and I feel cheated.

Great place for suits and dress clothes, with helpful staff and decent prices. Quite a few items made in Canada, which is rare nowadays. Decent selection of dress shoes as well - they carry Florsheim, very comfortable shoes.

Shopping for an outfit for my husband to match me at a wedding today was an excellent experience thanks to Shadow. This gentleman deserves a raise, truly. We would not have had so much retail success without him. My husband is a bit challenging to shop for and he got him a beautiful outfit and somehow managed to get most pieces on clearance. It honestly felt like we had a stylist working for us today. Phenomenal. We will absolutely be back and specifically be looking to shop when Shadow is working.

Very courteous and professional staff, very patient even when the store was very busy. Renting and dropping off rentals was very easy. Selection is good although the prices on some of the items is a little high.

Previously, we purchased multiple dresses from Oksana – Cross Iron Location. Unfortunately, that location closed down. My sisters were in from out of province and we all wanted to purchase dresses (at least 4) for an upcoming wedding. We attended the Sunridge Location, only to realize that it was only open by appointment. Access was restricted. When we saw an employee, we were told to book an appointment and come back – even though the store was clearly empty. How can a store in a mall effectively close, while the mall is open? We used to be loyal Oksana clients. We won’t be returning. Good luck.

Is the worst experience, we wanted to go and check 2 dresses for my daughter and the lady at the entrance didn't let us go inside, kind of rude when she said a couple people just stole a dress, so what she was telling us...that we looks like a robbers??.. they can buy antitheft devices if they are so worried, but how they treat customers is unacceptable. They have to add in the store info that the store is closed and just open for appointment. If they want to keep losing clients, keep going with the worst service ever.

Rude customer service. You cannot exchange the gowns too even if you bought same day.

I don’t know how to reply. I bought 2 gowns for my daughter’s 1st birthday i went twice in the store same week after i bought. The price tag still there.

Workers were very rude, my daughter was really looking forward to this experience and did a lot of research on prom dress shops in Calgary, workers were rushing us and extremely unhelpful regarding dress sizes. My daughter was very overwhelmed and stressed by their pushy behaviour and was near tears. Would not suggest to anyone wish specific needs in sizing or if you want an enjoyable shopping experience.

My husband and his groomsmen looked absolutely handsome on our wedding day, and we have Peggy and the incredible team at Tip Top Tailors to thank for it! From the moment we walked in, Peggy's expertise and warm personality put us at ease. She listened to our vision and masterfully guided the groom and groomsmen to their perfect suits.

I bought a suit from this store, and they operate without a manager on site. If you need to return or exchange an item, they’ll give you the classic line: “Come back when the manager is here.” Supposedly, the manager’s name is Barry, but I highly doubt he even exists.

I tried the suit properly, walked with it, sat with it, and decided to return it with everything intact: tags still on, perfect condition, unused. They refused to accept it.

Be aware before shopping here. If you want to avoid the headache, think twice. This seems to be the only store in Bayshore that doesn’t allow returns, even when the item is in perfect condition.

My fiancé and I visited Tip Top today with the intention of purchasing a full formal outfit for him (blazer, shirt, pants, tie, belt, socks, etc). We were ready to spend over $500 and expected a professional, helpful experience. Unfortunately, it was the opposite experience.

From the moment we asked for assistance, the lady who greeted us seemed disinterested and disengaged, as if helping us was a burden. Instead of guiding my fiancé through the options, we were told to “just find open shirts” in his size, with no real support. The sizing process was rushed and uneven. His measurements were taken carelessly, and the first few fits were completely wrong. He had to try on multiple sizes just to find something that worked, and even then, it felt like we were on our own.

The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming, which made the whole experience stressful and disappointing. Shopping for a suit, especially for a special occasion, should feel exciting and supported. Instead, we left feeling frustrated and let down.

The store looks very inviting, with always big signs of sales and a lot of variety. However, I tried shopping in this store 3 times and the customer service is BAD.

Last time I was there I had to go ask someone to help me get my measures for jackets, he measured me and when I asked which measures I was, he didn't tell me, he just got me a jacket and told me to try it on and then he left to see another customer.

Well today is the last time I even step into it, nobody helps you, you are trying to find stuff by yourself and even when looking around for staff with a question mark above your head, no one helps.

Went here (Calgary Core downtown location) to buy non-iron dress shirts. I was deciding between 2 different brands, one said non-iron and the other seemed that I needed to iron it. I asked the employee if I needed to iron it and multiple different times he told me I didn’t need to iron it. Additionally, he convinced me out of buying the other non-iron shirt, he said that brand wouldn’t look good. So I bought the shirts he recommended, washed and dried them (very low temp) as per the insurrections on the shirt and they came out very wrinkled and definitely needed to be ironed. I went back to the store to return them and was told I had to come back another day when the manager was there. I came back the next day and spoke to the manager and he tried to convince me that all shirts, even non-iron must be ironed and that I shouldn’t have followed the instructions on the shirt. This whole ordeal was a massive waste of time and a disappointment. I would not recommend going here at all because it is clear that they have sales objectives to sell certain brands over others and won’t help you. If you shop here, don’t speak to anyone as they will just lie straight to your face. They did end up giving me a refund but this was not worth my time. Very annoying

I came into Calgary and got an unexpected job interview, the manager and who I know consider my friend Aldrin Bird treated me with nothing but the upmost respect and got me what I needed, a navy blue suit with a proper fitted white shirt within less than 20 minutes. Bear in mind I’m 6’7” and 270lbs all he had to do was take one look at me and he knew what my fit was. I HIGHLY recommended his customer service, I’ll be recommending his service to any friends or family in the Calgary area.
The suits may not be custom but his service and attention to his job will now replace my need for finding a tailor.

Zero notice of me even being in the store, when I selected a couple items and tracked down an employee to try them on. Was shown into a storage closet 2 feet width to try these shirts. Love the clothes, service downtown is non existent!

Hewitt who assisted me yesterday went above and beyond to ensure the highest standard of customer care. He was friendly, kind and extremely knowledgeable.

I’ve had many issues with tiptop over the past few months. I dealt with an individual who indicated that pants I was looking for were no longer available. I proceeded to order them online from tiptop and got sent the wrong size.

I spoke with Hewitt Who went above and beyond checking the back of the store along with the two systems that tiptop have. He managed to locate the pants and have them shipped off to me in the next 3 to 5 business days. Sadly, I leave for a wedding in four days so hopefully the pants arrive by then.

A tall, older individual I dealt with two months prior Barely Cared, didn’t check the systems are due to that fact, I may not have the pants that I need for Thursday. If I had dealt with Hewitt before this would never be an issue. He is the standard of what every Customer service representative should aim to be. He was Kind, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable.

If I have not had this experience with Hewitt I would’ve never dealt with tiptop ever again.

You have to go see Olga. She was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable picking out my son's first suit for graduation. She really listened to what he was looking for and got the fit perfect. We will definitely choose aTip Top for our next suit.

The boss (wearing a pink suit) was rude to Purva. But Purva was really helpful and patient with us. She was able to help us get what we were looking for and was kind doing so.

Extremely disappointing experience, especially coming from an Assistant Manager. I purchased an $800 suit and was shocked to find out they don’t provide a proper suit bag—instead, they handed it to me in a cheap, single-use plastic wrap like the kind used at dry cleaners. Even worse, they expected me to pay an extra $60 for a suit bag.

How can a store selling premium suits operate like this? The service was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer care. Definitely not what you'd expect from a high-end suit store.

TURNS OUT , Fiona was honest and respectful and came in assisted us to fix the problem before the wedding the day before!!!! I also requested some sort of credit for my father’s situation , back and forth , but nothing done . Of course , proper suit came in and Taylor tried to convince me not to make the adjustments to the suit how the client wanted just so he can leave early . Go spend a few more bucks and go to somewhere of quality that will take care of you accordingly to your event , this location is garbage , unless you deal with FIONA , don’t go !

I recently shopped at Moores and spent $660 on a coat and pants, expecting a level of service that reflects the price point. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. After making a high-value purchase, I was surprised and frustrated to see my items packed in a thin plastic bag instead of a proper garment or shopping bag.

When you invest in quality clothing, especially from a brand like Moores, you expect a more professional presentation and attention to detail. This kind of treatment felt careless and unappreciative of loyal customers. I hope Moores improves how they handle customer service and packaging in the future — it’s the small things that leave a lasting impression.

They got the fit of my shirts perfectly and they are good quality, but the custom suit jacket has sleeves that are way too short. When I mentioned this during the final fitting, the salesperson seemed more concerned with convincing me that that was how they were supposed to look while reminding me that a re-alteration would take several weeks which I did not have. I will have to go to a private tailor to have it done properly.

We walked in with a lot of questions for a wedding guest suit midday. The older gentleman approached us and immediately took control and showed my partner around and explained many suit facts to him while showing him around.

I don't know what people who gave 1 star expected from this place - you are a customer, not a king. And your attitude is often reflected back to the employees. People forget that many employees are paid minimum wage and they aren't paid to be your personal assistants, or to smile and cater to your every need. These are people with families and lives working here.

If you go in with a good attitude and time, I think you will be well served here. We will be back!

Abhorrent service. People working at the store make no effort to attend to the costumer and show no shame in leaving you waiting.

I came in lunch time because one of pants I bought here got undone at the seams after 3 weeks and to buy a new pair to replace it and was left hanging mos of the time.

When coming back to pick up the fitted pants that should have Ben done by yesterday, I am left hanging again, one of the employees went to look for it after I requested it, just gave up the search and directed me to ask another employee who once again is unwilling to fulfill the request.

I am a long standing customer and I never had such awful treatment in the downtown store, but the in the carrefour Angrignon the staff is simply not in any mood of working.

Excellent all-around purchasing experience. I bought a high-quality suit on sale and received exceptional customer service from Maya and Tessie. They patiently answered my questions and facilitated an exchange for a better size within a tailoring deadline.

Have made a number of on-line purchases from Samuelsohn over the past couple of years and found that not only is men's clothing first rate, but their customer service is outstanding (thank you Tessie, Arlene and Tamara).
