I had a wonderful experience here. The flowers are fresh, high quality and there’s a good assortment of flowers and colours. They are very talented at putting arrangements together. I needed flowers last minute, and walked in and asked for a $35 mason jar arrangement. They put together this beautiful one in a few minutes. They also helped me wrap it as it was a gift. The store also has soap, some makeup and other assorted goods.

I always go to Flower Culture for my flowers! Every arrangement made is beautiful and I am always happy with the price. So much care goes into the flowers and making sure their customers are happy. A great small business to support!

I bought a bouquet for my daughter’s graduation, and I was so impressed with the service. The owner was incredibly kind and made me feel very welcome. She even arranged the bouquet with flowers that were more valuable than what I paid for, which I really appreciated. It was my first visit, but I’m sure I’ll be coming back again!

I worked with Tammie from Have A Seat. She’s so pleasant to work with! I went in with specific asks and what I got more than exceeded my expectations. I asked for a wedding arch, something that aligns with a pampas theme, is very simple and very elegant. The way they decorated the venue was more than I could have asked for. Very reasonably priced (I did comparison shop), so easy and pleasant to deal with, and stress-free. Exactly what you need when planning a wedding.

Wow. We were blown away by the Sage team at every step of our wedding planning process, and even more blown away when we stepped into our wedding reception and ceremony space for the first time. Jesslyn, Falynn, and the entire team are true artists at what they do.

As two people who struggled to communicate exactly the design vision of the event, Jesslyn brough the utmost patience and support to the process. Knowing how to ask the right questions, show certain samples, or share pictures in order to tease out the visuals we had in our minds. As a Wedding Planner I have worked with Sage Designs several times! My couples appreciate their meticulous attention in client meetings and thoroughness in their quotes and proposal. It helps them visualize exactly what to expect on their wedding day. They also like being able to come in studio (if they are local!) to come to a confirmation design meeting to make any tweaks or changes. They can also work with almost all budgets to find something that fits a clients vision but also is able to stay within their budget parameters, but I also like that the include a part where couples can still "consider" options to add on later if they like! I had an absolutely horrific experience with this woman. She was extremely unprofessional and completely ruined what was supposed to be a special day ,my children’s birthday.

From the moment of tear-down, things escalated in a shocking way. She screamed at me inside my own home, in front of my children and family, with no regard for basic respect or professionalism. She called me names, broke a plate, and dropped food on the floor ,and left it there. I have cameras in my basement and video evidence of her behavior, which I will post if necessary.

She also demanded help during setup and take down, even though those services were clearly included in what I paid for. When I told her no one was available, she threw a tantrum and acted completely out of control. Despite all of this, my husband still decided to help her out of kindness, since she was alone trying to tear down an entire setup ,even though she claims to have a team . This experience made it painfully clear that it’s a complete waste of time to hire someone who operates like this. You’re far better off going with a real business that has a proper team , it saves time, avoids unnecessary conversations, and doesn’t place unrealistic expectations on the client. I’ve never seen anything like this before.

She also provided tables and chairs as a favor, which she brought up repeatedly ,almost as if to guilt-trip me. In the end, I told her to take the deposit as payment for those so called free items just to put an end to the nonsense. But the way she kept bringing it up made the gesture feel meaningless and manipulative.

If I could take the whole experience back, I would a million times over. She is horrific. Completely unprofessional.
Do not use her services under any circumstances.

Thank you for your reply. I must respectfully disagree with your statement that you take professionalism and client satisfaction seriously. I have camera footage that contradicts several of the claims you made.

You mention accommodating multiple reschedules, If you were unable to manage them, you could have declined, but instead you chose to continue.

On the day of the event, you arrived unprepared and disorganized, bringing items without a clear plan and saying, “let’s see how we can do it.” You also added number boxes to the payment but never delivered them.

You repeatedly emphasized that the table and chairs were a “favor,” even though it was already agreed they would be free of charge. Later, you kept my $100 deposit, dismissing it as me “crying” over money, despite the fact that it was a refundable deposit due back at teardown.

During setup, my husband and brother assisted with carrying EVERYTHING because you arrived alone with a truck full of items. A plate was broken, and while you picked up the large piece, the rest of the mess was left behind and also did not mention that you broke my belongings.

Most concerning, during teardown you raised your voice, insulted me in my own home, and called me “crazy.” This is not professionalism it is disrespect.

I expect a formal apology for the service and behavior I experienced.

Estrelita and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! She accommodated our budget and was able to give us the wedding decor of our dreams. Her and her team were constantly checking in on us leading up to our wedding to see if there was anything we ever needed. They are always willing to accommodate or change anything to your liking! Walking into our reception space on the day of was everything I could have imagined and more ! I will recommend sizzle to anyone, it’s well worth your money and you will truly be treated like royalty!

I have never been so insulted by a phone call. I simply asked for price list and consultation for my wedding next year, the owner called me at 9:30pm, saying they do consultations until midnight if they need too...
We started discussing our vision for our wedding and she starts mentioning that the fall is a very busy time for them which I full acknowledge. I explained that I am not looking for someone to do the full wedding, as I am very crafty and like to do lots of DIY - she told me to check Facebook market place, because the minimum spend in the fall is $10,000 because "I have bills to pay and we are travelling 1hr"
I explained that that would be our whole budget and she told me to just check Facebook market place. The customer service is horrendous.

the design this person sent to me were all available on online. If I really wanted to steal your ideas I would have not wasted calling and texting you, I would have rather just steal it from the websites.

Message for clients:
If you have lots of patience and time in hand sure, go ahead they give you a good pricing. But if you are a person who value time and commitment and don't like running after others, then do not waste your time.

The bridal bouquet was exactly what I asked for. A dreamy pink soft pastel bouquet with some blue and I loved it. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 is because the bout wasn't a good match for the bouquet (completely white) and it died before the ceremony even began despite being kept in the fridge.

Our experience with Artistic Decor Venue was a 10/10. If you are looking for a wedding venue (or other celebrations) and want a seamless experience that takes stress off of you, is executed flawlessly, has tonnes of flexibility, and is high value for the money, look no further. Elaine, the owner and operator of the venue, is extremely professional, creative, and detail oriented. She also acts as a wedding/event planner that knows her stuff. She impressed my wife & I so much so that we still talk about how incredible she is after over a month. She has a wide array of decorations that she guides you through with themes that you can alter with no additional cost (within reason). She has very sensible packages that come with so many things standard that you’d expect to be an add on at any other venue. She allows you to bring whatever caterer you want, and she has a couple of her own staff members who help with all sorts of tasks that you don’t even have to take note of during the event, because she is on top of everything. She is worth a call to inquire and meet her. The venue is gorgeous and she transforms it to exactly how she said she would…even more so. Our guest loved the venue. It was a pleasure to have our venue here with Elaine. Worth every penny and more. Planned an evening event here and was so happy with my choice! Decor was amazing and you get a lot for what you pay for, they have lots of great backdrop options and can make you something custom as well, and lots of little touches. Fleuriste La Mode did the flowers for my October wedding, from bouquets to pocket square boutonnieres for the men to floral arrangements for the hall. I was extremely happy with the result and the service. The owner, Stephanie, took the time to go over all my inspiration pictures to really understand what I liked and disliked and also offered recommendations with examples for what would be best based on season, colour palette and budget. She was very patient and kind, and her passion for flowers showed immensely throughout our discussions. It made choosing this flower shop a no-brainer. Delivery of the flowers was on time, and the setup at the hall was done fully by the staff and Stephanie with no issues. Would highly recommend!!

Had such a great time at the Mother’s Day floral workshop! It was my first time and definitely not my last. Not only were we treated to tasty tea and scones but the staff was happy to help us each step of the way while prepping some arrangements for some Mother’s Day orders.

The Mother’s Day workshop was a wonderful experience - from beginning to end! We experienced tips on floral design/arranging while being indulged in a delightful tea service with fresh scones and jam and to top it off we each left with a glorious arrangement! Lavish Linen and Decor was amazing to work with to plan our venue decor and make our vision come to life! We got married in a shop on the family farm, but after Stephanie and her team were done decorating it did not feel like a plain shop! Stephanie was great to work with as she really listened to what we wanted and she would propose great ideas if our 'plan A' didn't work for any reason. Stephanie was professional and polite and offered a variety of decor items! When I was in between ideas for table decor she let me borrow a few items to play around with different ideas. Reasonable price too compared to other decor rentals. Would recommend at least meeting with Stephanie especially if you are doing a large scale project as it really made an impact at our venue location on the farm. All in we rented fabric draping for the ceiling/walls, cafe lights, table linens, and table decor items... and she did our live greenery/flowers for guest tables. It all came together in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost!

The whole process was so smooth, she was so easy to communicate with, and she has incredible experience, knowledge and artistry in her work. Stephanie at Lavish just did both our decor and florals for our July 22 wedding in Calgary. Wow is all I can say. She absolutely knocked it out of the park! The decorations were absolutely stunning and she went above and beyond to create our vision but better! The flowers were STUNNING. Everyone commented on how gorgeous they were. I’m even having them preserved because she did such a great job of capturing exactly what I had wanted. Stephanie is kind, professional, and experienced. Christie was a wonderful planner, she helped us plan our small, intimate, 1920s themed wedding so that it was exactly what I invusioned. Mafe our day easy and special and as stress feee as a wedding can be.

I borrowed some beautiful wedding items from old, new, borrowed & blue rentals in March this year. All of the rental items were well-maintained to such a high standard. I really loved that there were a wide variety of rental items to choose from. The archway, in particular, made for some fabulous photos and we got many positive comments on both it and the copper arch (used for a polaroid photobooth).
The process was SO easy! The location of Lori's house was really easy to find, and she was very flexible with returning and picking up items. Thank you so much!

I rented several items from Lori for my wedding in May and I’m so glad I found her website! She was super helpful while I added and removed items from my list as the wedding got closer. Lori is great! She was so helpful on the day, her products are lovely and you can't beat her prices. She does 5 day rentals which was great! I'm going to be keeping her in mind for any party I have in the future and have been recommending her to all the brides I know!
