I requested a last minute rental and was helped by Judy. Judy was very helpful in proving options that met my budget and short turnaround time, including by suggesting a pickup option that was well located for me. Just answered all of my questions promptly and did so in a very friendly, customer-focused way. The booking request experience was tailored to my needs and gives me great confidence in the end product!

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY
1. The booking process was smooth. Outside of pestering for details that they didnt even abide by (setup, alloted time for set up, arrival time etc).
2. Booked for my moms birthday 2 weeks in advance. I called to confirm if they set up and they lied and said yes it was set up hours before. I get to the venue, they had a 3hour window and never set up and finally came an hour into the event to set up when our guests were there!!!
3. When I called and emailed countless times during the chaos they NEVER responded. Sent me to voicemail.
4. Only giving 1 star because the set up crew were nice, evidently overworked and the floral wall was beautiful.
5. I will report this business because you evidently are a scam

I rented the Chiara full arch and half arch backdrop for my niece's birthday party and was extremely disappointed with this company for a few reasons and would not reccommend them to anyone.

1. Safety hazard- these arches are a safety hazard and should not be used inside or outside. The arches are heavy wood boards that are leaning against a single upright pole without any security. They almost fell on someone. Thankfully no one was hurt. We had to lean the arches against the fence for safety. Our event was outside but something similar could have easily happened if it was inside.

2. Late set up- I lost almost 3hrs of the time that I needed because of late delivery and setup. After all the calls of Eden telling me the driver was on his way and was delayed because of the "rain" she stopped answering to give any update. Eventually the driver called me when he was just leaving his place and said that he was 36 mins away and that he was now leaving. It was about 11:44am when I got that call. He didnt come until about 12:20. Set up was finished around 1:00pm.
I requested for set up to take place between 9am and 10 am. It was raining during this time so I requested that the arches be set up inside and was told ober the phone that will be ok.

3. Inaccurate description- i requested a full arch that was supposed to be 6.5ft and a half arch that was supposed to be 5ft. I didn't measure the arches but clearly this description does not make sense. The half arch was much taller than the full arch.

Overall I do not reccommend.

I am absolutely stunned by the terrible service provided by your company. My wife and I ordered a floral arch for our wedding day. Upon your employee coming to “set up” the arch, it was not set up correctly. Once it was “set up” at the agreed time, my wife and her bridesmaids went to go see it outside, and it was crumbled on the ground (see attached photo). My mother in law called you guys to come back and set it back up properly, but was informed it would be an extra $200 to come back and fix it.

How is this possible when it wasn’t even set up properly to begin with? There were no stakes, no sandbags, nothing to keep it in place from toppling over. My groomsmen, my grandpa, my florist AND my two photographers all offered to help to set it up so it wouldn’t fall over again. The employee or whoever he was, refused to come back since he was in Toronto. My groomsmen had to go grab ROCKS in their suits and set it up so it wouldn’t fall over again (see attached photo). Not to mention this was an hour before my wedding. Awesome service. Even my photographers went and purchased stakes and sandbags to help us out. They took their own time and money to help us.

This is so unacceptable, we cannot believe this happened from a company that had so many good reviews. This seems like a total scam after we’ve payed over $400 to have this arch at our wedding. Trying to charge us an extra $200 to fix it, when that wouldn’t be necessary if the employee set it up correctly in the first place.

I want to thank you for doing such an amazing job in setting up the party room for my daughter's wedding. The room looked beautiful. Was very happy with it. The pictures turned out beautiful against the decorated backdrop. The arch was definitely a great idea as well. The balloons placed strategically around the room was a nice touch. This party place was a great find. The people who helped us put together this event room were both helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

We often go to the store for various balloon arrangements for special occasions due to the convenience of the location for us. Pricing is reasonable, and the ladies who work there have always been helpful with finding the right arrangements and making suggestions. We now almost exclusively get balloons at this store as a result.

The store itself is a little dated, though there are lots of decor and party items available. The variety of options for decor and party ware might be a little smaller on that end, so if you're looking for a bigger selection or newer items (like specific themes for kids' birthdays or something like that), you're better off going somewhere like Party City. They can, however, preorder some items via catalogue if you do so in advance!

My wife and I went to this outlet to get custom made balloon for my friends daughter’s 7th Birthday, there are variety of options to pick and the designs are accurate with reasonable price. I highly recommend this place for all your decoration and party/event needs… Best customer service too…

We ent to this place after seeing comments and reviews and to be honesty i am satisfied with thr service I was given. They made our son's 5th year birthday awesome and beautiful.

They were on time and no drama, everything came as in i ordered and expected. I felt the price was a bit high, but hopefully next time I will be given a good deal :)

Our recent experience with Richview Glass and Wedding Decor fell short of our expectations. While the staff conducted themselves in a professional manner throughout the process, the final results lacked the creativity and meticulous attention to detail we had anticipated for such a significant occasion. The arrangements, though properly executed, felt rather conventional and did not capture the unique vision we had in mind. Overall, we found the output to be rather underwhelming, especially considering the investment we made. Unfortunately, the end result did not align with the premium price we paid, leaving us feeling that it was not worth it.

As others mentioned, this place is very hard to find.
Inside is just a warehouse and things aren't very organized.
The staff was helpful and their prices were great. I ended up buying lots of bud vases and two disco balls and was happy with my purchase. An associate even carried everything out to my car even though I said I could manage.
It would be helpful to review their website before and go in with an idea of what you're looking for.

When you are facing the building front, the door is on the left side of the building.

When I went this week the door/business was unmarked (building looked freshly painted so that might be it). Made a call and they came ou5 to wave me down.

Inside it's a hot mess. Pure chaos and disorganization. But if you've reviewed their website you can make a list. There is no showroom. It's just a messy warehouse. If you have patience and want to save moula then yes. This is the place. Be prepared that it will take them time to find the goods.

Overall I'm happy I went. I bought a lot of glass goods. Staff were totally fine that I wanted to inspect first as there are no exchanges or refunds. I didn't find a problem with anything.

Would recommend. Just be prepared for an absolute mess.

Good a good deal on a variety of items for our upcoming wedding. As others have mentioned, the place is completely unmarked. It's a side door of a warehouse. It's hard to find items so look on the website first and know what to ask the associates for. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful and gathered the items I requested. Lots of flower and greenery options. It is cluttered and you need to watch your step, elderly people should be very cautious. All in all, its possible to get some great deals here if you plan ahead and have patience.

Avoid this company at all costs! We hired Jas and his team to do décor for our wedding last fall and we were extremely disappointed with their work and professionalism. We had initially called their company to see if they could execute a particular backdrop that we had wanted for our wedding ceremony. We had an extremely rude lady answer the phone and she seemed annoyed that we were contacting her at all for a quote. This should have been a red flag for us, but the owner Jas had personally contacted us afterwards and offered to meet us to discuss what we had wanted. After telling us that it would be a very easy job, and that they had done many like what we had wanted in the past, we decided to pay a deposit to them. Closer to the wedding date, we had arranged a meeting with Jas to discuss what we wanted in detail. We arranged a specific time and date to meet and we were waiting outside of their business when we received a call at the appointment time from Jas telling us that he was just leaving his house. We waited 20 minutes for him before he showed up. At this meeting we had provided Jas with layout diagrams indicating how we wanted our ceremony and reception to be set up, along with photos of the décor that he had in his show room that we had selected. On the actual wedding day, the main back drop that we had wanted for the ceremony was nothing close to what we had agreed on and it was set up poorly with one side of the backdrop being higher than the other. Our reception set up was also done incorrectly, even though specific diagrams were provided to him for how we wanted our entrance set up to be. To add to this, décor that we had chosen for the reception backdrop was not done and instead replaced with alternative décor. Unfortunately, we had trusted the wrong vendor to execute what we had wanted. In the end, not only did we not get what we were promised, they were not even apologetic for getting things wrong. When I reached out to Jas asking him why things were not done the way they were agreed upon, he replied me and said that what he had done was “better” and that timing was an issue when I know this was not the case (as his team left each venue early). He offered no apologies, no offers of reimbursement, just excuses. I truly hope couples in the future don’t fall into trusting Top Wedding Décor because they are unreliable, sloppy, extremely unprofessional and quite frankly, don’t understand how to run a proper business. There are so many other décor companies in Calgary that we had wish we worked with instead.

We used Top Wedding Decor and Jas Tent Rentals for our pre-wedding events and wedding day and we were blown away at their reliability and quality of work. Jas is so professional and easy to work with. The decor was amazing everyday and the tents were set up exactly how we wanted. We strongly recommend them for decor and tent services.

They do not return damage cost even if things are in good condition upon return. Also if wax is on a table clothes it’s not covered under that already paid damage cost and they will charge you for a new table cloth. Not worth the head ache to rent from them. They charge you to pay with credit card.

I had a disappointing experience with this vendor. Despite giving them weeks of notice, they failed to update my quote or remove items I had specifically asked to be deleted. When I followed up, they still attempted to charge me for those items, which was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the customer service left much to be desired — the woman I spoke with on the phone was quite rude and difficult to communicate with, which made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this vendor based on my experience.
Planning a wedding is already stressful enough, and they only added to my stress in planning what should be a very fun and exciting day!

You won’t be disappointed if you go with her, believe me she has high quality stuff & beautiful fresh flowers… I am shocked at these negative comments that all of a sudden came at the same time from a sad sad bride that are clearly from sad people who are also probably related to her who don’t want to pay the money &are just cheap people , if you don’t want nice decor & think she’s expensive then go to Michael’s & buy your own supplies and decorate your hall. Noreta’s Decor provided the luxury sofa and chairs, backdrop with lighting, flowers and decor for my event. Table cloths with runners, flowers with beautiful lighting to illuminate the table top flowers for my engagement party as well. I highly recommend their services in Calgary! They’re also the nicest people and a dream to work with. I had my party at TEATRO and Noreta’s decor really transformed the venue to make it beautiful.

Noretas Decor Inc. did the decorations for one of my very large events at the Glenmore Inn Convention Centre some years ago and they did a fabulous job! I came to revisit her website as I have another event coming up and I would like to work with her again. She does the decor for so many of the parties my parents attend and/or organize and it's always wonderful! I highly recommend!!!

We have had the great pleasure of working with the team at Noretas in the past and once again had called upon them to work their magic on June 4/2022 for a very important event for the Philippine Cultural Centre Foundation. Noretas did not disappoint, they really did work their magic for us for this event, we received many compliments for the decorations. We as well as many of our associates will never call anyone else to decorate for any of our events and we will very happily refer everyone we can to contact Noretas for quality classy work. We were looking for a decorator for our daughter's wedding and were recommended a certain bollywood style decor company which it seemed would provide the goods, however their contract was so terrible that we could not go about signing it. This resulted in valuable time lost and we were looking around frantically for an alternate. A friend recommended Noretas Decor Inc. We had a meeting with them and found the owner to be very professional and the best part was that he understood our vision and was even willing to experiment with our ideas. To cut a long story short, Noretas delivered amazing decor at a very reasonable price and were highly appreciated by all the guests. Their prompt service and proper cleanup afterwards was also fantastic. Thank you Noretas

Balloons turned out great, until less than 24 hours later the helium balloons are already losing all their buoyancy… what ever grade helium is being used is not sufficient. We have other balloons from another event in our home that are over 2 weeks old and are still floating at the ceiling.

Balloons didn’t last 24 hours and they charged $43 for a 15 pack of balloons with helium. Party city in Canadian tire gives free helium inflation with any purchase and told us that we could come back anytime to inflate them with the receipt. Terrible service.

I’ll look over the fact that the store still has empty rows three weeks post Halloween. It does have a lot of everything you need for a great party. Everything. I also find the prices to be very reasonable. The consistent issue is the people who work their. They seem like they would rather work anywhere else but here... and it’s a party store. Today’s highlight. After paying the cashier, who had interest in doing her job, half attempted to fold the receipt (it was a large order of several hundred dollars),she then gave up and crumpled it at me.... at least I got a lot of fun stuff.

Good thing is we can find products related with special themes like Minecraft, Super Mario. Only the smell in the store is a bit uncomfortable due to the chemicals used in the products.
A bonus is they can use Triangle reward card.

Just barely got through the door before being followed the entire 15 mins I was in the store by a tall creepy white guy who works at this location. He made is quite obvious and very uncomfortable. This whole interaction influenced me on spend any of the money on the party stuff I needed. Crazy needs to be trained better

Stopped in to gather supplies for our newest granddaughter's Sip and See at the Crowfoot location. I have never been before and had no idea how big this store was! I was assisted by Carrine and she was able to direct me to exactly what and needed. Made the experience much more enjoyable and quicker! Thank you for your help and expertise Carrine!

I normally shop here for any party decorations and balloons. The foil helium balloons last several weeks! Great value for the price. The people that work at this location are friendly and helpful.

They were over 2 hours late delivering chairs for my wedding ceremony. My wedding coordinator started calling them at 2 pm and they were ignoring her call. They arrived at 3:15 pm and the ceremony was at 3:30 pm. No apology or explanation as to why they were so late. Not to mention that they didn’t even set up a single chair, my guests were the ones left with the task. So dissatisfied with the service I will NEVER be using this company again.

Party City for the most part in the United States is a thing of the past with only a few hold out stores, I was pleasantly surprised to come across one here in Calgary. I don't know of these stores to be well-stocked and staffed but here there was a ton of people working and a ton of product beautifully placed. No there's always a catch, why did I have to wait in line for over 10 minutes for one guy to pick balloons and then employees to locate them. Genuinely confused because they had four people upfront with only the one till but didn't just send the other three to find all of the items the customer was requesting and ring people up in the meantime. The line started with me then built up to eight people

Just okay. Didn't have much Mexican theme choices had a few. Looking for more nature themed adult goodbye party. Nothing.

I had a terrible experience at this Party City location. I purchased a helium tank that turned out to be completely defective — it didn’t work at all, and because of this, I couldn’t inflate any balloons for my child’s party. The product literally ruined an important day for our family.

When I returned to the store with the receipt and the unused, faulty product, the manager refused to issue a refund. Instead, he told me to “come back later” to speak with someone else and said he didn’t want to spend his time on this issue. I explained that under Alberta’s Consumer Protection Act, I have the right to a refund for defective goods, but he ignored me.

This is unacceptable customer service. I was treated with complete disregard, and no one took responsibility for the store’s faulty product. I am now filing a formal complaint with Consumer Protection Alberta.

I strongly advise others to think twice before shopping here — especially if you expect any kind of customer support after purchase.

I visited Party City and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The store itself is well-organized and very clean. The aisles are wide, and it's easy to find what you're looking for adding to it store also had various collections of products and options to select.
Beyond the amazing collections, the staff is also incredibly knowledgeable. When I asked about a certain product, they were able to recommend several options from their vast inventory that fit my needs perfectly

It's a nice place to buy things for your party, they always have a variety of items

We live out by chestermere high school, and we prefer to come to this location vs East Hills. There is plenty of parking and the store is more orginized. We have always had good service here.

When I visited this this walmart location just a week ago I was appalled by the entire FRESH Department as it was nothing more than an eyesore. The amount of damaged products thrown on the shelves in the bakery, nearly rotten produce in the cooler area and produce display boxes.More alarming let me mention expired meats that looked beyond rancid and definitely screaming unsafe to eat unless you have a willingness to be hospitalized. I saw what looked to be a higher up employee ( supervisors or management)in the store running around on their personal
Cell phone speaking Punjabi, to whom I can only assume was family or friends ignoring customers, as I did try approach one to question about the Fresh department and all the issues I had found since there was absolutely nobody present in the entire area of fresh! Nobody stocking the shelves or quality control in the department. I used to be a Walmart canada employee in Edmonton and to be blatantly honest this is unacceptable and management should be held accountable. Staff like myself would never be allowed to Run around on our personal cell phones speaking to friends or family during shift nor would we even be employed letting the heart of our store(FRESH) ever look like this. Since I was never given the time of day by the young man who was wearing glasses and of east Indian ethnicity roughly in his twenties I went ahead and filed complaint with alberta health services. It's obvious this store lacks the knowledge of canadian food safe policies they lacks FIFO policies and how to properly mark down and dispose of expired meats, since I saw many nearing their expiry and again the rancid meat (chicken) I came across was 4 days past expiry. This is unacceptable and dangerous. Clearly I care more about your customers than the store manager, department managers, supervisors and department workers. Thoroughly disgusted and don't know how your store is still open and serving the community members or strathmore and surrounding areas. I wish I was still employed by walmart because I would file a formal complaint to corporate office and the CEO.

I will not be recommending this store to any friends or family that visit the strathmore area. As I know many whom travel to and visit often.

Aisles are incredibly tight and cramped, especially the produce section. it is impossible to fit a shopping cart in there.
Product selection is incredibly lacking compared to other stores like East Hills Calgary or Marlborough Calgary. Absolutely disappointing how poorly planned the store layout is.

The grocery store is terrible (it is not Super Centre type..much smaller) with poor selection, tired looking fruits and veggies and meat that looks a bit old. Grocery part is crowded. The store is generally disorganized and not very clean. Even the blue on the outside of building is faded. This store needs a complete overhaul.

Website is no longer accessible. Having to verify every 10 seconds that I am not a robot. Can't login to my account, because it keeps getting stuck on verifying that I am not a robot. Screw you Walmart. AI isn't the answer to everything.

Working with Cynthia was one of the best things I decided when choosing vendors for my wedding. She went above and beyond to meet all the changes that we had to make due to covid circumstances up until the very day of my wedding. She does beautiful work and provides high quality decor. From the initial meeting to the day of the wedding her communication was on point, she listened to exactly what my vision was and brought it to life. I highly recommend working with her for any event needs!!

We had a wonderful experience with Moonlight events during the pandemic, when all vendors are way too overworked- which is saying a lot. Cynthia always kept us in the loop despite being very busy, was very patient and reliable, accessible, and she took the time to explain many things to us. I am a very detail-oriented bride(zilla), and she worked so hard to make my vision come true and made sure I was happy. She is so kind and gave us solid advice that saved us money. Our event was gorgeous. I wish I could rate her more starts for outstanding customer service!

EDIT: In response to the owner's response -

1. I never said I contacted you directly. It says "we requested". To clarify further, it was a family friend that contacted you through her supply company. She advised she had sent the same picture multiple times and said that we were looking for the tallest ones of the lot of 3. You didn't specify that you had shorter ones, just that you carried these and had the tallest one available.

2. We arrived early, said that we were sorry that we were early and the response verbatim was "it's ok, I forgot you were coming today" and then the owner rushed to find everything - which she did not.

3. I said they were 10 inches, not 10 inches shorter. We measured them and it was the shortest one of the lot.

4. That is untrue. We left the store with a promise that the owner would call for 6 more of the same size. This solution was not followed through. Please see below #5 for further details.

5. We were offered 8 different sized holders, not the same ones as the 6. However, we were specific that we wanted all 1 size (I was outside crying because they did not have what we were hoping for in 1 size). Additionally, should we have used the 8 other holders, the tables would not be symmetrical amongst all 12 tables and would not have worked well with our table numbers.

6. No one asked us for payment. In the end, we did not offer payment because we were not given what we were looking for and it seemed to be understood that we wouldn't pay for what we didn't receive. If you wanted payment, then why were we allowed to leave your store without giving a deposit or payment and drop off the items without being requested to pay? Again, however, payment was never brought up to us. You followed up a week after my wedding, only to our family friend, and then when we got the message and were able to come by, they were dropped off the week after. The many attempts to us directly is untrue.

7. I said "somewhat plastic-ky" as in low-quality. They did not feel the same as the ones we received from WeDecor which were much better quality glass. I could also go into specifics of how they came in a torn-up box, if necessary.

Had the worst experience with this decor company and would not recommend. At least 6 months before our wedding, we requested 12 long-stemmed, Monet candle holders as our centrepieces with exact pictures (15 inches). We were assured a few times that they have them. When we arrived 2 days before the wedding to pick them up, she claimed that she forgot we were coming (confirmed the day before) and rushed to get the holders together. She showed us these much shorter (less than 10 inches), somewhat plasticky, low-quality holders and said she only had 6 of them. I showed her the picture, again, of what we wanted and she said she uses these holders interchangeably. This was never stated to us before and honestly they were far from the same. We ended up taking the 6 because we had no other choice and she promised she’d look around and call us that day when she found another 6. She never called us that day and never heard from her again until we dropped off the 6 back to her. After panicking, we found WeDecor and not only were they wonderfully kind, but they had so many different options for us, including high-quality 15 inch stemmed candles. Would never go to Moonlight Decor again.

My husband and I had an all around great experience dealing with Moonlight. They are very passionate about their work and very talented in making your ideas come to reality. There is a wide range of different decor for anyones style. They do a good job working with your ideas and budget. We got our flowers there as well which eliminated one extra vendor to coordinate. Our flowers, ceramony and reception turned out beautiful. It is nice that they put up the decorations and also picked them up at the end of the night. The wedding was stunning and it was obvious the care and attention to detail that took place when they set up. They were worth every penny! Very pleasant to deal with!

We had an absolute wondering experience working with the Moonlight Events team for our wedding in May 2016. From initial meeting to final product, they were able to deliver above expectations!

We rented chiavari chair and head table decors from them, discussed our thoughts and ideas, and essentially left the rest of the decorating to them. On our wedding day, the decor was done beautifully and was beyond our expectation. Everything was done seamlessly even with the hiccups that occurs on the day of. We highly recommend Moonlight Events to any couple for their wedding day. You will not be disappointed!

A troubling example of how not to handle customer feedback. Unprofessional conduct and suspicious review activity.

As someone familiar with public service and consumer protection standards in Ontario, I find this business’s behavior troubling. While I initially intended to leave a simple one-star review, I felt it necessary to elaborate after seeing how the owner responds to other customers. Rather than offering respectful resolution, they accuse people of lying, call them competitors, and even threaten legal action and police involvement—all over honest feedback. This kind of intimidation is not only inappropriate but contradicts the spirit of Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, which protects a customer’s right to share their experience without fear of retaliation.

Even more concerning is the pattern of reviews: before the recent complaints, the last review was from a year ago. Then suddenly, after receiving several critical reviews, they were met with a cluster of glowing 5-star reviews posted within the same day. This raises red flags regarding authenticity. According to Google’s review policy and the Canadian Competition Act, businesses are prohibited from posting fake reviews or misleading the public through manipulated testimonials.

Consumers have the right to fair, respectful service and honest representation. I urge anyone considering this business to read their public replies and patterns of activity carefully before making a decision!

Wonderful service provided. We loved Queena, she was very reliable. Without her, my business would have been very blatant. I can not say enough good things about her as I really loved her and her team. Her services were top notch. I highly recommend and she provided my orders on time always.

This company is a complete joke. Zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers.

Given the wrong information today, on multiple occasions, which has lead my 20 month-old son to be without medication for two days.

Dropped off my prescription this morning for him. Was told it was a compound, so they would need to order in the necessary parts for it. Was told if I did it through them, the delivery would be made by 4-5pm, and the prescription would be ready by dinner time. I said that was fine as my husband could pick it up on the way home.

My husband received a message earlier to his departure from work in the city saying the prescription was being processed. He called the pharmacy on his way home, and the phone line indicated it would be delayed until after 8pm.

My husband then drove back to the pharmacy (we live half an hour away), to pick up the medication. He called to confirm it would be done.

He arrived to be told it wasn't done. Not only that, but it wouldn't be done today at all, and not even tomorrow morning - because this pharmacy doesn't so that kind of medication, so we have to go to another pharmacy.

So we were given incorrect information by multiple staff members, leaving our sick son without medication he could have otherwise had if we had been given the correct information initially to go to another pharmacy, AND my husband was forced to make an hour round trip for nothing.

Educate your staff better. My son is suffering because of you, and I don't have enough words in my vocabulary to share how absolutely disgusted I am with you.

Staff were rude and not helpful. I was told multiple times that they could not fill my prescription even though I had the same prescription filled at another Shoppers Srug Mart location. The pharmacist said verbatim "I've been doing this a very long time I know what I'm doing.". Well apparently he doesn't because the prescription was eventually able to be filled when I walked them through it.

I don’t enjoy posting lower reviews, as most staff at this Shoppers location are incredible and I’ve never once had any problems shopping normally.

However, I got sick and needed to get a test done and Shoppers Pharmacy was the only place near me that would take bookings or walk-in’s on a Sunday. I booked the night before, for a 10:30am appointment. I came in 10 minutes early and was treated in a very “disregarding” fashion by the pharmacist. She asked what I needed and I told her I had booked online for a test. She haphazardly handed me a clipboard with some medical sheets to fill out, and didn’t bother searching me up in their system.

I filled out their forms and brought them back to her, and she then asked my name and phone number, and once I gave her my phone number, she stated she was signing me up for text alerts. No option, not given a “would you like to sign up for text alerts?” She just signed me up. She then told me the pharmacist who could administer my test wouldn’t be there until 10:30 exactly, which was completely fine. But then I proceeded to sit in the waiting area until 10:50, when the pharmacist finally arrived.

I was still waiting at this point when another customer went to the pharmacy desk and the receptionists demeanour was entirely different. Very bright and bubbly, actually looked up this client in their system, told them they could see their booked appointment.

I then waited another 10 minutes before finally being called in to take the test I needed and the pharmacist also had a very negative attitude.

I understand this is a hard job, people can absolutely be difficult to deal with, but I never did anything to warrant such treatment. And if this is how I was treated, how are other clients being treated? Especially when sick? In a medical field, you need to be compassionate and I experienced no compassion at this location.

I would absolutely give the regular staff who run the store 5 stars, but this pharmacy deserves 1 star.

I had a great experience at Shoppers in Strathmore thanks to the knowledgeable and helpful pharmacist Josh. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear guidance on how to manage my symptoms. Highly recommend this pharmacy and Josh for anyone looking for expert and compassionate care!

I always get good service when shopping in the perfume section, I’m indecisive so I appreciate the patience given!

The manager is incompetent in understanding or resolving obvious shipping label issues and charges customers for tax on packages that were never sent by the sender or intended for recipient and refuse to refund or resolve anything and should not be working in customer service or with the public at all. Thanks for ripping me off!!! What an absolutely miserable "manager", disgusting behavior

Absolutely horrendous experience here. This is the second important package the carrier has lost and the service rep at the post office was rude, demeaning, and refused to answer any of my questions. I asked for the customer service number to create a ticket for our lost package and she rudely told me she had already given it to my husband. I asked if she could have the respect and decency to give it to me also, and she accused me of being disrespectful and indecent with her, rolled her eyes, and walked away without helping me. I asked her coworker if I had been indecent or disrespectful and the coworker just gave me a sad apologetic look and the customer service number I had asked for. If you see a short woman with straight reddish brown hair, ask to be helped by anyone else because she's miserable and wants everyone else to be miserable too. How she's employed still is beyond me.

Absolutely terrible. Thanks to this place being no help and somehow “misplacing” my grad photos, then changing their minds and saying they apparently gave it to someone else, I will now never receive them. They also don’t answer the damn phone and most of the staff is just outright nasty and condescending.

The people here are great. Office staff are kind and the carriers are helpful when I need to know something.

Terrible customer service and rude lady working the counter who states been there 15 years and with all that time and experience would not look up a Canada post number commercial department number, as it would just be wrong to help a customer.
