I had gone for my Senior Prom and it was such a lovely venue the staff were so incredibly accommodating and kind, I had such a lovely time and I'm so happy that this was the venue for my last celebration in High-school! The speakers were great and the decor and photography opportunities were absolutely grandiose! I cannot express how kind and patient the staff were and I'm so utterly greatful for their kindness. Such a lovely venue made the night that much more special! I also really really appreciated the option of gender neutral bathrooms and the cleanliness of said bathrooms. Overall the whole experience was excellent!

What can I say about this place?

Well... A great beautiful place to have memorable moments, the staff, each one of them just flawless customer service, the food? Just extremely delicious!!! The servers, classy, professionals and friendly.

We hosted a Sufi Night at Empire Banquet Hall, and the experience was outstanding. Manjeet and Gurinder went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Even though I hired a sound engineer, they helped me maneuver through all the necessary vendors—personally contacting them and helping to arrange the services I needed. Their support with the sound system, decorations, and overall setup made a complex event feel effortless.

The food was unbelievable, and everyone was amazed not only by the facility but also by the warmth of the service and the exceptional quality of the food. Empire Banquet Hall truly delivered in every way, and I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a special event.

I will never get over how beautiful our wedding turned out! We had a huge storm coming around the time of the ceremony and Janice and staff were so helpful in helping us beat it so we could have the ceremony outside. The food and drinks were the best I had ever had at a wedding (I've been dreaming of the mushroom bisque) and we had gotten so many compliments on it throughout the night. Staff was so accommodating and incredible in navigating our huge families and communication through the planning process was spectacular! We would have our wedding here again in a heartbeat. We had our wedding at Evermore Weddings & Events, and it was truly perfect from start to finish. The venue is absolutely breathtaking, inside and out. The gardens and outdoor spaces are meticulously maintained and were in full bloom on our day, creating the most romantic and natural backdrop for our ceremony and photos. The flowers, the stone pathways, and views all felt like something out of a dream.

The food was incredible. It was fresh, beautifully prepared, and served flawlessly. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about it! And the service was exceptional: attentive, professional, and kind.

I purchased my wedding dress from Everthine last August for my wedding this August! The process was so smooth and easy with Adeline!

Beautiful store with a very large selection of dresses. Loved being the only bride in the store - made it feel like a very personal experience. Staff very knowledgeable on how dresses could be altered to make a dress you love work for you. Staff very warm and also did not pressure me into making any decisions. Can put a dress on a short hold if needed which was reassuring if needing some more time to make a decision. Also a nice selection of veils and accessories in store. Prices extremely reasonable for the high quality of the dresses. Dresses were all in excellent condition and spotless- you would never know some have been previously worn. Would highly recommend Everthine to any bride!

My experience at Everthine was excellent. It was my first ever time trying on wedding dresses, so I went into the appointment with an open mind and no real expectation to find "the dress". My appointment was relaxed and fun, and after trying on a few dresses and mentioning one small detail, the bridal stylist seemed to have a lightbulb moment, walked away, and came back holding a dress he thought might be perfect, even though it wasn't what I originally had in mind. When I tried it on, I knew it was the one. He was so attentive to what I was saying and the feedback I was giving, and I will forever be grateful he thought to pull my dress for me! The pricing was fair, and the customer service was exceptional.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the boutique’s charming atmosphere and great selection of dresses. Mel was my bridal consultant and she was absolutely amazing (not to mention attentive and very patient throughout both my initial dress appointment and follow-up accessories appointment). I never once felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase, which made the experience all the more enjoyable and stress-free.

I can’t recommend enough! Truly a standout experience.

Amazing experience, I can’t recommend everthine enough! I checked out a couple other consignment shops and bridal stores in Calgary and I ended up buying another dress at a different bridal shop. I was really unsure about it and was recommended this consignment boutique through a friend. Cannot say enough great things about this bridal consignment! They even worked with me to sell my other dress and relieved a lot of stress. Highly recommend stopping here before buying new. Dresses were spotless and there was zero pressure to buy.

Best wedding venue in the Calgary/Airdrie area!!

I have always had my heart set on getting married here ever since my friend chose this venue for her wedding in 2019. I was a bridesmaid in that wedding and after that night, I knew Gathered would be at the top of my list when it was my turn to get married.

My sister also got married here a year before I did, which proves how special and sought after this venue is.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Alysa, Elaine, Ashley and her team. It went exactly how we envisioned it and our guests had such an amazing time. They raved about the food, the beauty of the venue, and the friendly hard-working staff.

Gathered offers an “all inclusive” type package of sorts which includes elements that take the pressure and stress off the bride and groom with wedding planning. This venue works well with all sorts of themes and aesthetics. The natural beauty of the space offers such a beautiful backdrop for your ceremony and reception.

It’s a bonus that this venue is close by to Airdrie and North Calgary. There’s several hotels to choose from in Airdrie to host your guests, and there’s also a campground nearby.

The food is absolutely amazing. Elaine puts so much care and love into what she serves you and your guests. Everything we had at our wedding was outstanding.

I cannot recommend this venue enough. The Gathered and Fiore team are great to work with and they make sure everything is taken care of on your big day. You won’t regret booking them!

I would give this venue 100 stars if I could. I got married here in September and every time I see a guest of our wedding they cannot stop gushing about the beautiful venue, the exquisite food, and the warm, wonderful service. Alysa and Elaine are true gems, you feel like part of the family and you can definitely feel the love in the food. What they've created here is pure magic, thank you for sharing your home with us, we loved everything about it.

We got married at the Gathered in September 2023 and I simply cannot say enough good things about this place. First and most obvious, the entire property is absolutely beautiful. When we first toured the space, my husband and I both fell in love with it immediately. It truly took my breath away. It's incredibly peaceful, welcoming, and radiates with love. The perfect vibes you want for your wedding. From the farm fields and flower gardens, to the sunflowers and tall trees, and of course the stunning and romantic reception tent and bridal cottage, the Gathered is a wedding venue like no other. Secondly, the team behind the Gathered is an absolute dream. As a family-run business, you can feel the heart and passion behind what they do. It's not about making money for them, they're truly passionate about making your wedding dreams come true. I don't even know where to start with Alysa and Elaine. From start to finish, they were an absolute dream team to work with. Always on top of things, with regular emails, information packets, and check-in meetings. Alysa is incredibly organized, efficient, professional, and knowledgable. Answering my endless type A emails (sometimes multiple a day), ensuring everything is in place so wedding day goes off without a hitch. And Elaine's food. OH MY GOD. To die for. That is the #1 comment we got on our wedding: that it was the best wedding food our guests had ever had. You can taste the passion in her cooking. I could go on forever, because getting married at the Gathered and working with Alysa and Elaine was an unforgettable experience that I will cherish forever. If you're looking for an outdoor wedding venue, I cannot recommend the Gathered enough. You will not be disappointed. In fact, it will exceed your expectations ten fold!

I first started working with Shadia at the very beginning of the pandemic and right after our first meeting, I knew I wanted to work with no one else but her. I’ve never seen someone so knowledgeable, thorough, kind, funny, solution-oriented and oh so, so, patient.

Even if Shadia was working behind the scenes, the amazing execution of the day didn’t go unnoticed from my guests. People asked me and my parents “Omg, who’s that incredible woman over there? Did Sandy hire a planner?”

Every single request, even the ones I forgot I had made, were fulfilled. For example, I had told her to make sure one of my guests had enough space to accommodate a special chair, and that guest was so touched and surprised when she came to him! It’s the little things like that that makes your day magical even for your guests. Those who were sceptical about the necessity of having a planner were the first ones to write down her name for when their daughters would get married lol!

I got married end of August 2021 and I already miss working with Shadia. She was the shoulder I could lean on and the person I could vent to whenever something would come up.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at NKIN!

Prior to my appointment, I hadn't looked at any dresses yet in person, so booked in for a "Dress Discovery" appointment. I told Stephanie what I thought I might be interested in, and showed her some examples of what I thought I might like, and she got busy picking out dresses for me to try. Everything she picked out was PERFECT, and she was so helpful at making suggestions about alterations or accessories to change the looks of dresses to fit what I was looking for. Ultimately, the last dress I tried was my perfect dress (thank you, Stephanie, for getting me to try it on! I figured I'd tried on a bunch and had a better idea of what I wanted and was satisfied with that, but she basically said I may as well try this other one while I was there, and I'm so happy I did!), and I ended up purchasing it that same day.

Everything from the Diet Coke, to the body-positive and safe environment, to the help from Stephanie, made my experience at NKIN incredible. Even months after I bought my dress, they were helpful with suggesting alterations when I messaged them on Instagram just weeks before my wedding (I wasn't able to go back to NKIN as I live in Alberta, so they made some suggestions to help with how my dress fit). All-in-all, my experience was fantastic and I highly recommend using them for any bridal needs!

Abby and Lizzie made my wedding dress shopping experience so lovely, not only did they find me a super affordable dress but they made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process! They took care of booking me in for alterations and all subsequent appointments through them were a breeze. They have truly done a wonderful job at curating the most friendly, fun and inclusive atmosphere also while being super transparent about their pricing.

I was so happy with their services that I also used them for content creation (everyone loves a good BTS of their big day), day of styling and Abby was our officiant! Our wedding day ran so smoothly, and I did not need to worry about having a hair (or veil) out of place! Abby wrote the most special officiating speech and vows that truly emulated everything of my husband and I’s relationship. I could not have asked for a better ceremony!

Okay. This IS the place to get your gown. The boutique itself is beautiful and girly and FUN. It’s THE VIBE to bring your gal pals with you and enjoy trying on gowns. I’ve been to many bridal boutiques and none of them felt this comfortable.
I had the absolute pleasure of having Stephanie be my consultant. No one has ever listened to exactly what I wanted and DELIVERED. I already knew what dresses I wanted pulled and my heart had already known which dress I was taking home but Stephanie was supportive from the moment we met. She helped me feel SO confident and went above and beyond even accessorizing me with different shades of veils and bringing shoe options. The entire team that I met were so helpful and seemed very down to earth and genuinely kind. These are the type of girls you need when bridal gown shopping to feel your absolute best. The cute accessories and little gifts they had at the entrance were super cute. There were personalized bridal party t shirts and cute cards (handmade looking) and other things that would make great bridal party gifts! I had so much fun, I will forever recommend NKIN to anyone who’s in the market. I wish I could relive the experience again just to hang with the girls while having my dream dress become my reality.

I had such a wonderful experience with Revelle Bridal Boutique—it’s clear from the moment you walk in that this is a family-owned business where they genuinely care about their brides. The team is kind, welcoming, and incredibly supportive, and they made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process.

I ordered one of my dresses from Revelle and it was absolutely perfect—it fit me like a glove right off the rack with no alterations needed, which felt like a dream. The selection is stunning, and while the dresses are definitely an investment, the quality speaks for itself. These are beautiful, thoughtfully made pieces that you won’t find just anywhere.

My only small piece of feedback is that I would have appreciated more proactive communication about the status of my dress. As a bride eagerly waiting, I found myself reaching out a few times for updates, and it would’ve been nice to get a quick check-in email without having to ask.

Knowing how to ask the right questions, show certain samples, or share pictures in order to tease out the visuals we had in our minds. Falynn so seamlessly moved our vision into production and brought it to life day of in the most magical of ways. And finally, Jesslyn and Falynn were also the most trusted confidants and joys to work with over Zoom and in person at our design meetings. I could not recommend her and the Sage team enough.

They also like being able to come in studio (if they are local!) to come to a confirmation design meeting to make any tweaks or changes. They can also work with almost all budgets to find something that fits a clients vision but also is able to stay within their budget parameters, but I also like that the include a part where couples can still "consider" options to add on later if they like! The venue is gorgeous and includes a beautiful terrace that they open if the weather permits (we got lucky to have good enough weather in May)! Beautiful place , we had attended my friend wedding, the parking is very small. We had to park like 5-7mins away so cautious . It wouldn't matter usually but it was raining that evening. Otherwise ,it would be a place we would attend again .

My first positive dress shopping experience! My stylist was Georgette and she was so incredibly helpful, encouraging, knowledgeable, and fun to shop with! Her attention to detail and understanding of bridal styles helped me narrow down my super broad ideas to what I wanted. The appointment wasn’t rushed and she wasn’t trying to make a sale and kick us out. She really listened and tailored the dresses she picked to what I was feeling or not. I did not find my dress here but it wasn’t because of a lack of dress selection or a bad stylist, I just decided to get a traditional dress made instead. There are so many different beautiful dresses here with a great size range and great price points too! I’m talking amazing high fashion, high quality gowns at affordable prices. This was also the first time I was able to try on all of the dresses in my size! 1000/10 experience at Sash and Bustle!

Full stars for everything. From the dress catalog to the service, everything was amazing. The stylist was Maemae and she truly made this experience one to remember forever. My friend was stuck between 2 beautiful options and Maemae was able to help guide her to choosing the best dress for her. We did decide to take some time to think on it, and they were so accommodating to let us come back later in the afternoon. We loved that there were private rooms for each of the brides to be and their group. It really set the experience apart from the other boutiques we went to. The selection of dresses was amazing. Can’t wait to come back when the rest of us get engaged

I went here for my first bridal shopping experience and I had such a positive and fun time! Justice was so helpful with figuring out what silhouettes and fabrics I liked - it's so different looking at a photo online versus it being on your body. I was able to try on about 10 dresses total, and I left with the names of my 3 favourites! I wasn't ready to purchase as it was my first visit, but I would definitely come back here. I had a wonderful experience finding my dress at Sash & Bustle! I truly believe that the consultant makes or breaks the appointment, and Georgette was absolutely fantastic. She listened to my preferences when deciding what dresses to put me into, but also used her creativity to pick out the perfect dress for me! She interacted with my entire party, including my family on FaceTime, and made us all feel so welcome. The entire appointment was so professional and polished - we all left feeling very happy!

The space is extremely comfortable - we had our own private room with plenty of seating, great air conditioning, and lots of natural light for photos.

I feel truly grateful and fortunate that my very first wedding dress fitting took place at Sash + Bustle. From the very beginning, they were eager to get to know me, and on the day of my appointment, they had already prepared the perfect selection of gowns that suited my style. I couldn’t help but be impressed by such thoughtfulness and efficiency. Most of all, thanks to my stylist Georgette’s professionalism and attention to detail, I was able to try on all the dresses I had hoped for. With her guidance, I believe anyone will be able to find the wedding dress that feels just right for them.

We had our wedding here and it turned out perfectly. The views are stunning and the ceremony was so beautiful under the trees. The outdoor space was big enough to have the separate areas for the ceremony, a large area for cocktail hour on the lawn m, and a 40x40 tent set up. The inside of the building was perfect for our dance party, but would be a perfect place for dinner as well. The landscaping is beautiful as well which made the whole space look incredible. This place had everything we needed and Gabrielle was so easy to work with.

We recently had our wedding at the Southern Alberta Pioneers Memorial Building and it was the perfect venue! The rental rate for the whole weekend was so reasonable and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable as we had ample time for set up and clean up before and after the wedding. Gabrielle was so so helpful and able to answer any questions we had. We almost got rained out but the space provided the perfect backup plan in case we needed it. I would highly recommend this place as a venue for all sorts of events!

I had the privilege and honor to have my wedding at this establish in August 2019. Southern Alberta Pioneers Memorial Building is Calgary hidden gem (and I truly mean gem). I am third generation Calgarian and none of my family or I knew that this placed existed. The beauty of this building and its surrounding garden space will take anyone's breath away. All day all of our guest had came up to us and had to express how they were all blown away, and how incredible the venue was. We saw many of guest just take a moment with their loved ones to sit on one of the many benches and reflect with their loved ones. Just by seeing them sit there they were at true bliss, calm, relaxed.... just gazing at the view (from the mountains in the background to the elbow river just right below) a moment of true reflection and then they got up and walked away with a huge smile on their face. I can not thank Gabriella and her team enough. They are amazing, so easy to work with and so calming! Gabriella made everything so easy for us, and is extremely accommodating. If you are looking for a "wow" venue this is the place to go!

Oh my! The second we stepped foot onto the property we knew this was our venue. We meet Steve the owner upon arrival of the tour and we booked just over a year and a half to our wedding date.
We had the best experience with everyone we came accross leading right up to the morning after the wedding. We had the best day I could ever dream of. Our family and friends did not have one bad thing to say.
We were so happy with the experience we had, during the wedding our bus did not make the trip back to the hotel and Steve and day of coordinator reassured us there is time we can wait for the group to come in cabs. They suggested another plan but people were already in cabs!
During dinner was amazing ran so smoothly, and food was amazing. All the allergies we had not one problem. I checked in with the ladies who had allergies they said it was amazing.
I could not say one bad thing about the place. Yes the price is a shock at first my dad was like are you sure. But once he saw the place and walked around he understood the price of the wedding. But honestly if you want a small wedding and want a place that may not care go for it. If you want a place that feels like home, rustic but classy, this is your venue😊

Stonefields was absolutely our dream wedding venue. We had seen so many venues before finally finding Stonefields and we were immediately taken by its beauty. But what really won us over was their incredible team. Chef Angela was extremely accommodating to our requests and the steak blew us away! The servers were so sweet to all our guests and even joined us in singing “lean on me” at the end of the night which was so special. The biggest shoutout though has to go to Steve! Everything he did was above and beyond from the first day we met till the day of the wedding. He really does wear multiple hats and is extremely confident and competent in the way he makes sure the day goes perfectly. From organizing the floor plan exactly as I requested, to helping our MC’s with the set up, to making sure no alcoholic drinks were displayed as we requested, to bringing us a small grazing station as we were taking our private pictures, to coordinating our schedule on the day of and moving some tables at the end of the night to make sure we have a dance floor. He truly removed a mental load from us and took over all the minute planning on the day of. He did all of this with a smile and while being incredibly present to our requests. Thank you all so much for making our day magical! I couldn’t recommend Stonefields more if you want a stress free and gorgeoussss wedding day!

My husband and I got married here early May 2023 and it really was a perfect day. I loved that Stonefields gives you the option of an indoor and outdoor venue in light of Ottawa's tricky weather and both options are just gorgeous. Not a lot of extra decor needed because it was so beautiful to begin with. The grass was green and lush. The staff were responsive and attentive, catering to our needs, quick to respond via email. As the bride I felt so relaxed the day of, the staff making sure I was fed through the day and saving my food when I was busy talking to guests! Our day-of coordinator guided us through every step of the wedding, making sure things were running smoothly and on time. Since we had a dry wedding, the staff were so flexible in removing all alcohol bottles from the bar display. They even let us create our own custom mocktail menu, which was super cute giving each drink a unique name. The food was incredible. We had an awesome bonfire in the evening. We had about 150 people at our wedding and that felt a bit cozy, but it was still really wonderful. A few items of feedback were that some guests didn't get as many hors d'oeuvres when passing them around. Also the coordinator we were chatting with through the planning phase didn't up being our day of coordinator so it took some re-explaining to review the plan of the wedding closer to the date. Ultimately with Stonefields, you're paying for comfort and ease, which is how my husband and I really felt the day of our wedding. It was unforgettable and we thank Stonefields for their wonderful service! Our wedding day really did feel spiritually uplifting and this venue really contributed to that beautiful spirit.

I can only speak about this venue from the perspective of a wedding guest. But let me tell you, the nicest wedding venue I have been to. All aspects and areas of the venue are beautiful, well maintained and well designed.

The photobooth was such a hit and kept the energy going all night—our guests had so much fun taking photos, and we loved seeing everyone get creative with the props! It was the perfect addition to keep the celebration lively and give everyone a fun keepsake from the night.

We had our wedding at TCE in February with around 6 months of planning. It was truly the best day of our lives. We put our trust in Tiffany and Melanie and they did not disappoint. We had several zoom meetings over the months leading up to the day to iron out most of the details. It was not as clear to me from the website but after our first meeting, we realized that they were super flexible on everything and we could customize our perfect day down to any detail. We had input on decor but left most of it go to Tiffany (by our choice) and she completely exceeded our expectation. Melanie coordinated perfectly on the day of, keeping us all on schedule and updating us on the flow of the day and handling any hiccups so we didn’t have to deal with anything. They were able to source amazing food and we got our favourite pastries in as well. All the staff at the venue were amazing and kind, really having fun and genuinely friendly - not just slogging away. It was the perfect day and I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat. They made the intimidating and daunting task of planning a wedding easy and a million times less stressful.

I gave Amanda a few photos and ideas and from there she made magic.

Being a bride and planning your wedding can also just feel very lonely and so overwhelming. Every time I chatted with Amanda, I would feel SO much better. She puts your mind at ease and is just so wonderful to work with. Our wedding day wouldn’t have happened the way I wanted without her. I am so grateful to have worked with her! She was the first vendor I booked after we selected our venue. Don’t think twice about booking her. Coming from a very stressed, detailed oriented, type A bride (who also works in the wedding industry as a photographer) Amanda, and her team are everything and more you would want for your special day. I am also sure Amanda dealt with so much on the wedding day and leading it up to it that I am not even aware of, she can sort out any situation and make a wedding day run so smoothly. I enlisted Top Knot as HMUA for my wedding and it was without a doubt, the best choice I could have made. Lisa and Erin are incredibly talented and patient and had to work with both adults and children on the morning of the wedding and made us all, especially the girls, feel like royalty!

My very heartfelt appreciation goes to Lisa who was not only down-to-earth and made me feel like family in her hands but also for hearing out my every thought and wish, recreating every hairstyle during my trials with that I even remotely considered, and was able to source last minute hair extensions for my dream hair style (perfect colour match might I add!).

I heard time and time again that many brides regretted their hair and/or makeup at their wedding and I can confidently say I loved both and it’s all thanks to Lisa and Erin.

We hired Top Knot to be our H&MUA for our wedding, and they were lovely! They were incredibly punctual and did amazing work. All of the bridesmaids and mothers looked gorgeous on our special day! They also helped out my husband with styling his hair. I would highly recommend them for your special event!

We rented out Top Knot Parlour for about 7 people for my wedding, and cannot recommend the experience enough. They provided a mimosa bar, yogurt parfaits, a wonderful board with smoked salmon, fruits, cheeses, pastries, etc, dress steaming, and an incredible team of hair and makeup artists. The day started early but felt so relaxing and special, everyone was so kind and helpful, we all looked and felt so beautiful, and overall the day just felt wonderful. Total costs including parlour rental and hair and makeup for all of the girls was about $3700 I think, and absolutely well worth it!

Choosing Top Knot/Neu Hue for my bridal party's hair and makeup services was one of the best decisions we made for our January wedding! Lisa is my usual hairstylist via Neu Hue and it felt natural to have her on my wedding team. During the trial period, I ended up changing my mind on the direction for my makeup, and Lisa and her team were super accommodating, booked me an additional trial, and made me feel completely at ease. On the day of our wedding, my bridal party got ready at the Parlour and it was fantastic! It was a completely stress-free and fun way to spend the morning and of course, everyone left looking and feeling beautiful! Highly, highly recommend Neu Hue and the Parlour experience.

Top Knot Brides did an AMAZING job at my wedding!! My bridesmaids and family members were incredibly happy with our hair and makeup, and my husband was awestruck with the result as well. Their team was super nice, friendly, professional, and a whole lot of fun! My hair tends to be very difficult to style and typically doesn't hold a curl, but Lisa knew exactly what to do - she got my hair to look exactly as I wanted it, and the curls held well into the evening! Steph did a great job with my makeup as well. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products she was using. She and the other artists were also very responsive and knew exactly what to do when we requested changes to our looks.

My Husband and I were married here on February 1 and I cannot express how amazing of an experience we had. Everyone was so kind, every detail was perfect, communication was fantastic, and everyone made sure that my Husband and I were taken care of every step of the way.

Everyone we interacted with was amazing and it makes my heart so happy we had such a fantastic group behind us during our day. We used many of the recommended vendors and WOW they do not joke around. On top of Venue 308 we had spectacular vendors and our day was seamless.

We had our wedding at Venue 308 on August 17 and both wanted to post a review because our experience was so, so excellent. In addition to being a beautiful space, this venue boasts a team of event professionals who went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Communication leading up to the day was seamless and prompt, with lots of opportunities to amend our contract along the way (adding and removing services as our plan evolved). We opted to include month-of coordination through the venue, provided by Sarah Schmidt, who was an angel and a pro and a delight to coordinate with. She made the day itself run so smoothly that we could just enjoy ourselves knowing she had things handled behind the scenes. Everyone we interacted with up to and on the day was helpful, kind, and knowledgable (so many thanks to Chris, Amanda, Andrea, Seb, and Caro) - they could have done half as much as they did and still would have fulfilled the terms of the contract. The Venue offers a list of recommended vendors (so helpful!) but does not penalize you if you choose others (much appreciated!), in addition to offering an in-house decor package rental that is worth it if you use as much of their stuff as possible.

We had our wedding at Venue308 a few weekends ago, and it was incredible! The space is beautiful, and the extra room we rented for the cocktail hour was perfect for the 85 guests we had. The staff was amazing, from the months leading up to the actual day. Our day of coordinator, Jody, did an absolutely amazing job! She was so great to work with, covered all the bases and made sure everything came together perfectly! Our 50 person wedding reception at Venue308 last summer was a dream. When I first walked through the venue I immediately knew it was the venue for us. It is so beautiful and unique in the details & incredibly well thought out spaces.

The bridal and groom suite are just so cool and made for such a great getting ready process. I love that they’re on different floors of the venue so we could both be there without seeing each other.

The planning process was made easy by the streamlined systems Venue308 has in place. I loved using the digital floor plan to plan where all the decor and seating would go. The ability to use the venue’s decor was a major selling point for me as it eliminated needing to add in an additional vendor.

All of the staff we worked with over the lengthy planning process were incredibly accommodating and flexible - even with multiple date changes due to COVID. We felt so taken care of and it really changed the expectations we had for customer service from other vendors!

Our wedding day was perfect in this stunning space, all of our guests just loved it. I will forever recommend this venue to everyone.

I had my wedding a couple weeks ago and I just wanted to take a moment to shout out the entire team at Venue 308, it is truly a beautiful space.
One of the features that sold it for us is there is getting ready areas for both bride and groom within the same building. You can have your ceremony and reception there, which makes it so much easier for everyone! They also offer a decor package at a fixed price, and you’re able to use anything from their inventory. This was so helpful cause they have basically everything you need, from arches, to variety of table numbers, to tea light candles its very extensive and honestly worth it! We only had to use minimal items of our own.
The entire team at the venue is so awesome, and offers exceptional service! They were very helpful, and was there with me every step in the planning process. They also just opened up a new event space right beside this venue and we were able to rent it for photo’s at a very reasonable rate, it would also make a great cocktail area. They truly think of every detail here, and we can’t recommend them enough! We are looking for a reason to book another event here cause it was the best day ever!

My husband and I got married at At the Schoolhouse on May 24 2025, and Isabela and the rest of the staff delivered a magical and unforgettable evening. As the bride, I felt overwhelmed at the prospect of organizing a whole wedding, and this venue relieved most of that pressure! They handled the ceremony, the reception, the food, the bar, the decorations, and even sourced flowers for my bouquet! They got us in touch with a wonderful officiant, and they asked us questions about our preferences that we hadn’t even considered!
I am so grateful to have had Isabela’s help in bringing everything together – I can’t imagine doing it all by myself! The website was a bit clunky at times, but it was so helpful to have a system for the RSVPs and the seating chart.

We had an amazing experience working with the At The Schoolhouse team. My husband and I live in the UK and wanted to travel back home for a small wedding with our closest friends and family. We were recommended to At The Schoolhouse and it was exactly what we were looking for. They really take care of everything, the only thing we had to do was sort out a photographer and send wedding invitations. They do literally everything else! Living abroad and not having to think about decor, flowers, food, or cake was a dream.

They have great packages to choose from and we opted for the "Angel of the Morning" brunch package. Once that was all set, we got access to an online planning portal where we could share ideas and select items for our wedding. I could rattle on and on about how easy the planning process was.

Overall, everything was absolutely perfect. The officiant is lovely, the food and drink was delicious, the setting was perfect. Everything felt so personal and the team took care of us so well.

My fiance (now wife!) and I live out West, but wanted to get married near Ottawa as much of our family live near here and it would be easier for our older family members to have our big day near them rather than making them travel.

As we would be so far away, we wanted to find a venue that could handle the planning and the setup for us, and At the Schoolhouse delivered exactly what we were hoping for. Izabella was very helpful in getting everything ready and helping to make sure we were ready for our wedding.

On the day we couldn't have been happier. The venue looked amazing, they were very helpful and accommodating for all of our needs, the ceremony went great, the food was delicious, everyone had a wonderful time. The place is small and intimate but with more than enough space to not feel crowded. The event was perfect from start to finish and the staff did a great job of making sure everyone was well tended to.

A wonderful experience and I highly recommend them!

My wife and I celebrated our 24th Anniversary at the Schoolhouse in Munster. I contacted them a few days prior to confirm reservations and asked if they had could have some Champagne for us. They pulled through with shining colors. Delicious Champagne, amazing food. Incredible service. Very cozy, we were seated on the balcony. My wife gets cold easily, and she was very thankful how warm and cozy it was. A wonderful evening. I highly recommend you take your loved one out for a special evening. Thank you so much to the hosts, you gave us a special anniversary night that is at the very top of our list.

Hosted a conference at Kin Experience last November and my organization team and I really appreciated the timely responses from Max. The venue itself is charming and holds every amenity needed for snack bars as well as chairs and tables for guests. They were really flexible in terms of letting us set us and cleaning out too which helped the event go smoothly. This is a venue we will definitely keep in mind for next time! Thank you again!
