I have contacted representatives when my needs have changed, to make a claim, for documents needed for financial reasons and to make sure I am getting the best policies for my particular situation. We hired Focus Photography for our July 27 wedding at The Arlington Estate and they exceeded every expectation. The team arrived early, worked seamlessly with us and kept our timeline perfectly on track.

We hired 2 photographers and 2 videographers and we liked that none of the shots are over edited or over filtered, they just capture the moment. They balanced elegant portraits with authentic candid moments—our families and guests look amazing in every shot. Lighting, composition, and attention to detail were impeccable, and they guided us with gentle, clear direction so we always felt comfortable in front of the camera. Delivery was timely (within 3 weeks of our wedding we received all deliverables) and the final edits are stunning: crisp, vibrant, and timeless. We’re so grateful to the entire Focus team—highly recommended without hesitation!

We had an engagement photoshoot with Rocco which we absolutely enjoyed! All the photos turned out so well we couldn't decide which one was our favourite. Rocco was such a great photographer to work with, giving us cues for poses, smiles and gentle guidance that made us feel confident and comfortable. After the session, we were certain that he'd do a great job on our wedding day too.

On our wedding day, Rocco was punctual, patient (with all our family insisting to take photos with their phones), and extremely professional! Although we haven't recieved our final edit photos, even the unedited sneak peek were amazing so we know we're going to be blown away by the final shots! Rocco has such a good eye for beautiful backgrounds and poses, you'd never feel lost.

The administration side was also incredibly seamless. Payment was secure and emails were promptly responded to. We couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Focus!

She booked the trip through the tour operator along with air travel from Paris to Italy as well as additional excursions that we added over and above the tour.

Robert and the staff at Total Advantage have been my travel agents for many many years now. I'm so glad I use them for a variety of reasons: They've saved me tons of money over the years by finding the best deals for me, they've acted as my *very competent* representatives when needing to deal with carrier changes and cancellations (thank goodness I used them for a trip that had to be cancelled because of the Pandemic!), and they've given me great advice regarding destinations and any nuances I might need to be aware of. I live part-time in the Caribbean and I always advise visiting friends to use Total Advantage. All of them have heeded my advice, and every single one of them has been SO happy they've followed it. Do yourself a favour and get a travel agent that will make your vacation more fun - instead of planning a vacation that turns out so stressful that you'll need another vacation to recover!

I cannot say enough about Amy and the staff at Aisle Travel. My husband was able to join last minute and they worked their butts off and made magic happen to add him in! We went with a large group for a friends wedding in November and they were amazing at constant communication, emails, replies and keeping the guests organized throughout the year leading up to the vacation. If I could give 10/5 stars, I WOULD! I have been working with Amira and her team since early 2021, planning our destination wedding for February 2022. They were fantastic to work with and the entire experience took a ton of stress off us and our party. They were quick to secure us an gorgeous resort for an unbeatable price. Unfortunately, we made the tough decision to cancel our destination wedding after final payment and the airline was not willing to refund any of the guests, which was going to result in everyone being out thousands of dollars... Amira went to bat for us and was able to get our entire party fully refunded! I can't express my gratitude in words for Amira and her team. Although we were not able to have our destination wedding, we are now able to relax, with a huge weight off our shoulders knowing that none of our guests are out of pocket. If you are looking for a travel agency that fully has your best interests in mind, Aisle Travel is what you are looking for!!!

I've had professional insurance through Aligned for a year now. They were super helpful in explaining the coverage options to me when I initially signed up. When I renewed this year my requirements had changed - Sydni was patient and detailed in explaining the pros and cons of what I was considering and gave me some choices to think about. My wife and I were wanting to get insurance for our new car. A friend suggested that we give Ramy Rizk at Insureline Complete a call. Although it was very late in the day - on a Friday - Ramy professionally, politely, and, most importantly, calmly, answered all our questions and was able to get us the coverage we needed in order to pick up our car at the dealership that Saturday morning. If you are in the market for a new insurance broker, we cannot recommend Ramy Rizk at Insureline Complete more highly. To say the least, Ramy has gained two loyal, enthusiastic, long-term clients. In fact, we plan to transfer all our insurance needs to him in 2025. Thank you, Ramy!

The services were very prompt initially, so I bought insurance from them. Then I had to update my address, it took them forever to get that updated, then I wanted to add another car and no response. No reply from the broker for hours, I had to wait 3 hours outside the registry but no reply and no interest in getting the work done. I finally had to cancel the insurance with them and paid the penalty as there was no attempt to have that amount reduced and they asked me to cancel the insurance before even putting the detail of the second car in. So, to sum it up, pathetic service and customer support. And the reply I get is, we're also busy, we can't do anything if you're in a rush and we can't serve you at the pace you expect us to. Also at the time of query, I used to get reply after 1-2 days. So, stay away.

Most positive insurance experience that worked with us to get the best rate possible when we purchased our first home back in 2020. We have done auto with them for years, Roger and team are fantastic to work with.

When I had Kase insurance look at my existing policy they found a huge mistake. My company was not insured for the industry we were in. If a claim was to be made my previous insurance provider would have probably not paid it due to this. It’s important to note that I was with this previous insurance company for 8 years and never caught the mistake.

It's so easy to purchase an insurance plan and get charged, but after you've been charged, you can never reach them!!! I can never get in touch with anyone from this company to ask a question or inquire about my insurance plan. Called 5 times and no one was there to pick up the phone or return my calls. Emailed twice and no one responded as well. They just ghosted on you. If you want this kind of experience from an insurance broker, definitely use Netsurance!

I loved gift wrapping from small to very large and everything in between. I used my gift wrapping skills from when I had worked in a bridal registry store.

I remember there was this customer that one of the Brand Ambassadors’ was talking to and said she only had 10 minutes to wait. So, one of the BA’s brought it to the back, relayed the message that they only had ten minutes to wait. They handed the gift to me, I proceeded to take the measurements of the paper, the ribbon got the present wrapped within 6 minutes of doing the transaction, wrapping of the gift & handing it off back to the BA’s they were quite impressed from what I remember.

The Concierge Club is an amazing group to work with. My Brand Ambassador experience was smooth from the first interview to receiving my pay in a timely fashion. The leadership team has great energy and they are very professional, reasonable, and personable. I recently called Travelers Insurance regarding a windshield repair, and I was disappointed with the unprofessional service I received. The representative immediately asked if I was calling about a windshield repair, and when I said yes, he abruptly directed me to go to Speedy Glass or Apple Auto Glass without asking for any further details or providing any useful information about these companies.

This was the first time I had heard of them, and I felt completely uninformed about my options. When I mentioned that I preferred not to use those companies, only then did the representative bother to ask for more information from me. It felt as though he was more interested in giving a quick answer than actually helping me with my concern.

I expected better customer service from Travelers, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations.

We have been working with Natalie Fuerth for many years and we continue to be impressed by her. She is efficient, professional, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. Natalie is very patient with our many questions throughout the years and always willing to explain details. We trust her judgement and advice. Heard good things. Want to change my broker to another local firm as they were bought out by a national firm and that ends up being a different thing all together, I’m not into endless phone hold queues and all that. Inquired via their online form, left a lot of detail, don’t hear back in 24 hours but more like three days. Someone asked a few follow up questions at that point which I responded to that day, never heard back again. Homeowner, couple personal vehicles, no claims in decades. Moving on to inquire with other local brokerages. Disappointing.

Amanda was an absolute saint. I am new to the whole getting insurance thing, and so I lucked out having her since she was very thorough, very patient, very informative, very helpful, very kind, very everything.

My phone died and so the call disconnected mid conversation, but was able to reconnect with her almost immediately since she made sure she reached back out to me a few minutes later

Katie of Mitch Insurance was extremely helpful and charitable with regards to my policy for a historical vehicle. She followed up and responded to requests on a timely basis, was eminently professional in all her dealings with me and the insurer… she thankfully caught my oversights and was very accommodating in correspondence when my phone, then my email (!) experienced technical difficulties. Highly recommended for both the products and services Katie represents. Looking forward to future interactions!

After several attempts with “buy online” auto insurance websites and getting transferred over on the phone just to be told my rate is double with no explanation, MyChoice was able to connect me with someone who actually explained to me why insurance companies weren’t able too see past insurance experience in their reports and that they would adjust my premium with proof from my past insurer!! This transparency gave me so much peace of mind. Brokers are really underrated these days.

Did a Home insurance quote on the MyChoice Insurance system (MyChoice.ca) in preparation for renewing home insurance.
It was Fast, Very Fast. It must use publicly sourced data as it asks very few questions and provides a quote very fast quoting you the lowest rate of the insurance companies it polls from.
Total time was approx 2 min.

Note: What they provide is an initial quote only and not a final quote. To get the final quote and the most savings you need to contact the best quote provider and answer additional questions.

Some of these questions can be automated in the future to give better rates up front.
Additionally more self controlled options could be provided to customize the quote up front.

Enhancements needed to give better/ more accurate quotes include:
- Ability to select higher deductibles
- Stating of the base assumptions of the quote
- Allow credit bureau to be pulled to give a better quoted value
- Present top 3 options of companies
- provide ability to retrieve a previous quote
- option button for the company to contact me at specific time date or option not to contact me

Overall 4 of 5 Stars for speed and good user interface for quick results.

After submitting my info to obtain quotes for new house & car insurance, My Choice was able to get me a variety of cheaper quotes quick and easy! I like that the quotes were sent to my email so I was able to contact whichever company had the best deals. Happy to say I found new house insurance with their help and is saving me $200 a month now!

I used MyChoice Insurance platform for a tenant insurance quote. It’s impressively quick—less than 3 minutes—and uses minimal questions. It is also user friendly.
Giving 4 stars because self check out is not enabled. You still have to call . Also, the price displayed is not necessarily the actual quote you get. The platform however, lets you easily update policy details (e.g., liability coverage) and recalculate instantly.

I came across MyChoice when I was looking to compare life insurance quotes, I filled out their form and got a quote quickly. Then one of their partners, Emma I think it was, called to help me purchase. Overall a surprisingly smooth process!

All the high ratings are for the previous Rhodes and Williams practice, as they have been taken over they are a do nothing company looking for highest billing with least amount of effort. Walk away and count your blessings, my entire family dealt with Rhodes and Williams for about 30 years, house, auto and business, we've all walked away and deservedly so. Sadly even when I called to discuss something, all I received was an email acknowledging I was terminating their services because they couldn't be bothered to have a moment to discuss the reasons I was leaving.

Dismal experience with nfp. They were previously Rhoades and Williams (which was good). Now I can barely get a hold of anyone to help me with my insurance policy. I do not recommend this Brokerage based on my horrible experience! I hope whoever is managing this company can take note of the feedback and improve the service!

Rhodes and Williams was great, but NFP is HORRIFIC.

Monica Posa is an an awful broker, she is extremely rude, constantly has an attitude, has messed up every single task, from forgetting renewal, to putting the wrong address on our new home binder, forgetting to remove our old home from our policy, and moving us to an insurance company which is markedly more expensive than others. All over the course of a single year.

I would HIGHLY suggest looking at a different broker.

Frustrating to deal with Ottawa office. Been a customer with no claims for more than 15 years. I can’t get in touch with anyone (since February) regarding renewing my insurance for my summer seasonal business. Things seemed more efficient when they operated under Rhodes and Williams

Rhodes & Williams had great customer service. However since NFP bought out the company, customer service has been awful. I’d give them zero stars if it were possible.
