Called multiple times over the course of 2 and half weeks to get tennant insurance, spoke with multiple people for callbacks that didn't happen and forms through e-mail that never arrived.

A real shame because the people I spoke with were very proffessional and seemed more then knowledgeable.

MY wife and I have been investing our RRSP with Swagar's Insurance Services for over 20 years, and we have other policies through Canada Life through Swagar's. Bill was our Advisor when we started, and he was wise and very commited. Since his retirement, Colleen has been the very same for us. We are proud to have Swagar's Insurance as our agency. We highly recommend this company.

Colleen is great! Very professional and knowledgeable. She explains things very well, and makes sure you get what you want and need. I always a have a great time when I meet with her!

After years of service, the company decides to increase my insurance policy by double the amount (they claim to have sent an email that I've never received) upon informing me of a late payment immediately cancel my policy. They charge me $148 of cancellation fees on top of the 80$ I would owe for the 3 weeks I was covered under the policy. No one informs me of the change and they refuse to credit fees. They basically just sell intact insurance. Save yourself some time and money and go see other insurer's. I saved nearly 1000$ going with a competitor. 800$ after being scammed by Vézina... Still worth it

Great focus on customer service and development

My husband and I used Agence 4 Saisons' DJ services at our wedding this past weekend (May 2015). The DJ had a tough job, since many of my family/friends speak only English whereas my husband's speak French. François (the DJ) did an excellent job incorporating both languages in such a way that no one was left out. Prior to the wedding, we were able to say which games/traditions we were comfortable with (we did a bouquet toss but no garter toss, for example) and which to avoid. Same for the music - when the dancing started it didn't stop. We had all generations on the dance floor, and everyone loved the song mix. A++++

We had ask for a specific DJ and we didn't got it... they sent us a other one. Not the greatest experience at all.
We had ask for alot of animation and we didn't got it.
The DJ was not that good to animate the crowd. Was really desapointed. Ask the DJ to call me and he forgot not 1, not 2 but 3 times! How proffesional is that!?
I have advice the not satisfaction after our wedding, and the came back with all excuse... No costumer service after the wedding... Will certainly not suggestion anyone to have this compagnie for their event.

We used 4 Saisons for our DJ and entertainment needs for our wedding in September 2013. The quality and price exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them.

ClubMed has turned out to be a complete scam! Buyer beware. I had a terrible experience on what was a very expensive trip and have been trying to reach someone at Guest Relations for 3 months, without success. The only response I had was a month ago saying they have a large volume of requests and to keep waiting for my turn. I would strongly caution people against booking with ClubMed.

Profeesional. Experienced. Helpfull. Better move by CM than a rotation of global call center staff or worse poorly responsive AI.

I had a really great experience dealing with Jennifer, I've had my home insurance with her for a while now and I had just bought a used car privately and needed insurance the same day to drive it home. I contacted my current car insurance provider and other places but no help at all. Jennifer was quick and responsive and was able to get it done for me the same day. I wouldn't assume she can do that to everybody everyday but she pulled through for me when I really needed it. I don't usually write reviews but here I am. Just shows you how happy I was with her service.

They automatically renewed their insurance without their knowledge, even though they had a 1-year contract. After a month, they sent a message that you owe $125. Although I did not order new insurance. After clarifying the relationship, it turned out that they sent me new insurance documents that I did not receive because of the Canada strike or whatever else they came up with. I do not recommend contacting them

Had a very poor experience with a condescending customer service rep. Out of the 5 or 6 insurance companies and brokerages I called for quotes, this was by far my absolute worst experience. Do yourself a favor and reach out to a more professional company.

I can't say enough about how smoothly and quickly Carol was to get our insurance on a new home. She went beyond my expectations and made it happen in time for our possession date and at a very reasonable cost.

I worked with Front Row insurance in Canada for over 10 years. They were always terrific to deal with. When we moved to the USA, we attempted to get a policy with them for our record label. The customer service was absolutely terrible. We filled out an application and attempted numerous times to follow up with the USA based agents with very little to no response. They don’t return phone calls or emails. It was around 5 or 6 months wait, and still no quotes or explanation from them.

If you own a small business, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Front Row has been excellent to work with these last few months. They were able to provide us with higher limits on our General Liability so that we could qualify for new business contracts. They also provided us with a more comprehensive product and understanding of how it worked than our previous broker. The response time from them producing COI's and establishing communication with the carrier is 1/2-1/3 of the time of our previous broker. They product they offered is also saving us expenses on our background checks as well. We're very glad to have switched to them. I highly recommend working with Steve and Alyson.

I feel so fortunate that I was introduced to Front Row insurance brokers! I needed insurance for my circus business and since Front Row brokerage focuses on arts, entertainment, media and culture, I reached out to Steve and Alyson for coverage. They took the time needed to first listen to me as I explained my needs for our new business model that we developed during COVID; and to this day, they continue to listen as the business evolves. After taking the time listening to me, they then took the time to explain everything that I needed to know to make the right decisions about what kind of insurance to get, given the new model we were creating. One of my challenges is that I have independent contractors on my staff and because of that I was dropped by another company that decided (right before my renewal) to only work with those who had employees! Front Row, on the other hand, not only created policies that cover circus activities specifically, but also obtained options for businesses like mine, to cover independent contractors. I was dropped by yet another company in the past who raised their height limit. When I spoke to Front Row, they advocated for us with the insurance companies to remove the height limitations. They did this, in part, by promoting safe practices and have proven they can get coverage for many activities that seem 'riskier' when businesses can show safe protocols. My personal experience with Steve and Alyson from Front Row is that they work tirelessly behind the scenes to advocate for the circus sector; they even vetted quotes a colleague of mine received from other brokers to ensure they were receiving adequate coverage! Front Row understands how to present you in the best possible light to the insurance company underwriters, they know what information is required. And finally, and most importantly, they have stuck around! Most brokers do not want to commit long term to the perceived risk of circus, but Steve & Alyson believe our work is important. I am very impressed with how quick I received a call from Terri today, after I submitted a car insurance quote on Saturday. She is very courteous and professional - very pleasant to talk to. She also made sure I was transferred to a Sales Broker seamlessly. Both me and my spouse are very happy with her excellent service and she is definitely an asset to any employer.

Filled out the application online and got a quote that's $100 cheaper with scoop. Read alot of bad reviews but was willing to bite the bullet to save money. Got in contact with a broker and the quote instantly went up $60 without any of the benefits of my current insurance policy that I've been with for over 10 years.

I feel like the site lures you in with an ultra low quote, then they call and email you relentlessly only to give you a less established insurance company and a higher quote than you expected.

This website gives you estimate only which is not respected by agents. When you would want to sign up they still don't give you exact rate, only estimate again. You may be shocked how much they will want after you accept the insurance. Decided to go somewhere else, yet I was receiving twice a day their emails. I unsubscribed several times, twice called them to remove me from their mailing list. They don't respect that. I am still getting unwanted emails!

Got me insurance that is 1/4 of the cost I had to pay last year. Quote came in at just under 1200 a year, far better than 4200 I had to pay in 2024 to use my car for just 1 month. Highly recommend using this site.

Fast, very knowledgable about the Insurance Industry as a whole. Saved 25% on this year's policy which included in 2 cars and the house insurance. My 25 year old daughter saved the most. The other daughter in a policy saved 20% on her auto policy. If you want knowledge, a straight shooter, I would higher recommend Paul West, his staff and Bethel insurance.

Tom Putnman is a godsend in this business, he came through for me when many other insurance companies said no, the other companies wouldn't even speak to me over the phone. Tom listen to my problem and immediately said I can do this for you...my fear dissipated and he did EXACTLY what he said he would do...that kind of honesty and integrity is missing in other insurance companies. Worst experience and it was my one of the bad decisions to go there, believe him and get there services. I request to community pl beware of this brokerage. They are the worst one. They show you something, explain something and you guys sign something else. You realize when its very late. This is my worst experience and I do request community don't make worse for you. Once they get there share from insurance company they don't talk to you don't see you and keep getting messages on someone behalf.
Once again I recommend don't go to them.

It always feels like I'm photographing a celebrity's wedding when I shoot here, it's luxurious, elegant and very beautiful especially the outside/backyard. The food is always spot on. Staff is great! Oh - also the lighting system they have there is awesome.

Was here for a friends wedding. Had a great time. Amazing venue. The wait staff were amazing. They kept pushing out those hors d'oeuvre. During the meals the waiters/waitresses were extremely attentive and they had some good humour to them. I saw a couple dancing a little bit on the side while the music was playing. First class venue for a wedding.

To say Liberty Grand is a beautiful venue would be an understatement. This historic building is one of Toronto’s leading venues for elegant, high-class weddings. The 4 different venues offer flexible and unique options for weddings. Their service was fabulous and made everything run so smoothly with state-of-the-art amenities. We love photographing weddings here because this space offers so many unique locations for photos including the grounds that feature beautiful gardens as well as the venue itself with elegant interior; the sweeping grand staircase and grand foyer all offer unique spaces for photos.

Beautiful venue and very nice staff. I honestly wish I could spend as much time as possible just wandering around the place.

A more specific story:
Went there for a wedding reception and while taking a breather from the party, we stumbled onto the incredibly lit courtyard and snapped some pics on my phone and the pictures looked like something out of a movie set.

We had the pleasure of having our wedding at Liberty Grand in the Centennial Room this past June and we have nothing but great things to say.

From planning to event execution, everything was perfect. Eleni assisted us with coordination and was always quick to respond if we had any questions.

Our guests really enjoyed the food and service from the staff. We had both bars opened during our wedding with no drink lines which was amazing. Thank you so much to everyone at Liberty Grand that made our day perfect :)

This is a beautiful and elegant venue. It's perfect for a special event or celebration. The food was delicious, fresh, and served in just the right portions. I especially appreciated the late night snack table with ice cream and burgers, which was a fun and thoughtful touch.

The staff were very good. They were professional and attentive throughout the event. Our parking was covered by the bride and groom, but otherwise, it is paid parking, so that’s something to be aware of.

There were a few downsides worth mentioning. The bar is located outside of the hall, which led to many guests gathering around it and lingering outside rather than enjoying the event inside. Accessibility is another concern. There's only one accessible washroom on the main floor, located outside the hall, while the rest are down a flight of stairs. Another con is that the bridal suite is also located downstairs. It’s a small room with just a closet and isn’t the most comfortable or convenient space for a bride to get ready or relax.

Overall, it’s a lovely venue with great food and service, but a few layout and accessibility issues should be considered.

I attended a wedding here recently. The service is efficient and the staff are friendly. The outdoor courtyard for the ceremony is gorgeous.

The food was delicious but the fish option could have offered more in terms of sides (very small portion of vegetables).

As for the bar, it was nice but it would have been better to have more of the basics offered like sparkling wine, fresh lime juice, and they ran out of lime wedges etc.!

Overall a great spot!

We are beyond happy and grateful that we decided to book our wedding reception at Liberty Grand. Everyone we met and worked with, were incredibly helpful and kind. They made our dream wedding come true. From answering our many questions when we first booked the venue, to the well coordinated food tasting, to their ability to organize everything just how we wanted, they have been a pleasure to work with. Olga, was so approachable and understanding and Eleni, was quick to respond and organize. We were extremely happy with the food and received many compliments from our guests. The sound and lighting was excellent. 10/10 would recommend booking Liberty Grand for your wedding.

I found this area to be equally stunning but less crowded than High Park to view the cherry blossoms. I didn't go inside.

We recently got married at The Quay it was truly our dream wedding! The event space was beautiful - having a downtown/modern venue with such a large outdoor space is so unique! We loved the outdoor terrace.

The food and drinks were amazing. We had so many guests compliment the food. Chef and team are incredibly talented!! Best wedding food ever

Canoe is fantastic! I've been there for many personal events and professional milestones over the last 20 years and it has always been an amazing experience. The tasting menu with the 'mustard' theme, enjoyed with friends, sticks out as one of my favourite Canoe memories.

Recently we hosted a retirement dinner for a colleague at Canoe. We had 16 people in the west private room. In the photos attached you can see the cozy room that is very quiet and private, and with a spectacular view. Definitely a memorable venue.

But Canoe isn't just a "pretty face". The food, service and attention to detail were exceptional. Because we had planned everything in advance, the evening just flowed. As the organizer, I did not have to do anything except enjoy the moment.

I highly recommend Canoe to anyone, for business or pleasure.

We had team dinner for 12 people at Aera this past Wednesday evening. We had an amazing time and felt the service was incredible. We had a pre-set 3 course menu (which they personalized with our company logo) and each course was spectacular - taste and presentation. The cherry on top was the view from our table which was incredible!! We had such a great time. Thank you to the entire Aera staff!

I planned my engagement party at Canoe this past weekend with the help of the O&B team. Shireen, the Events Specialist at Canoe, was my point of contact, and she was fantastic to work with. She patiently answered all of my questions, and I had lots!

The day of the event, the staff at Canoe were so attentive and accommodating to our guests. Food and beverage service ran very smoothly, and the kitchen was even able to facilitate placing extra orders for some food that we wanted in the moment. Our main server stayed behind extra long to help us take photos in our private room and outside the main dining room, at his suggestion. All of my guests commented on how spoiled they felt. They also noticed the little details the O&B team helped out with, like custom menus.

I would definitely recommend planning an event with the O&B team. They make it look so easy!

What truly stood out was how responsive and detail-oriented she was. No question was ever too small, and we always felt like we were in good hands. Jessica was quick to respond to emails and calls, and kept us on track with timelines, reminders, and helpful suggestions.

The resort Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres, she helped us choose was absolutely stunning, and all of our guests had an amazing time. Planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming, but with Jessica, it felt effortless. We honestly can’t recommend her enough. Ultimate Destination weddings made our destination wedding planning so easy. We had Jessica Baer and from the beginning we was so easy to talk to, answered all our questions, helped us search the best resorts in the price range we were looking for and a place that we would definitely love. She was included in all our emails with our destination coordinators and was so great giving us her input on a few things. Honestly she made is as stress free as possible. We do not know what we would have done without her. You can tell she really loves what she does and just wants couples to have the best time on their wedding day. Fantastic coordination of our son Michael and Maddy’s wedding with a group booking of over 46 of us from the smooth Air Transat flights and the meet and greet at the airport to the TRS coral and palladium hotels in Cancun was excellent.
We highly recommend travel with Ultimate destinations Michelle and the team were great to take care of us. Those resorts were tremendous, great variety of restaurants and beverages. Great accommodations and the pools were a dream. Very clean beaches, we will be back for sure.

Just returned from our wedding/vacation with 25 family and friends in Jamaica. Planning our destination wedding was stress-free, all thanks to Jessica! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was covered. We were very happy with her communication throughout the process. I had a terrible experience working with Tara Halupa!

I fell ill a day to my trip and immediately informed her to help open my hotel accommodation for a future date. Tara refused, and kept reposting the terms and conditions. While I understand that there are terms and conditions, there are exceptions.

Inspite of her, I made efforts and contacted Sunwing and the Resort respectively. They were more amenable and were willing to make changes to accommodate me because this was a medical emergency.  The change was to enable travel on a different date after I am cleared to fly by my doctors. Both Sunwing and the Resort requested that I ask Tara to submit the request on her end! Tara refused to do so and kept resending me the T&Cs.

This was a trip I was looking forward to! It is such a shame that I have to lose over of $1500 because of Tara’s intransigence and refusal to reach out to Sunwing!  A little humanity goes a long way.

Suffice to say, While I appreciate Sunwing and the Resort for showing some level of flexibility, I know I cannot recommend anyone using Tara, because she makes nonsense of the word “service”.
