We rented some wedding decor from the ladies at Boxwood for our April wedding. The customer service was excellent and prompt, and Denise & Heather were so accommodating when we had to postpone our wedding twice due to Covid. They are very reasonably priced and have a huge and beautiful selection of rustic, modern, and elegant decor. We had a wonderful experience renting tablecloths, chair covers, napkins, chafing dishes, glasses, and dishes for our wedding! Our reception took place in a church basement with mismatched chairs, so the tablecloths and chair covers really elevated the look and made a dramatic transformation of the space. I enjoyed visiting their showroom and choosing in-person from their collection of many different colours and styles. It was also nice for our clean-up team to put the dishes back in crates without having to worry about washing any dishes. The driver who delivered the rentals was helpful. The prices were more affordable than the quote for the same items from our catering company. I would definitely recommend this company!

We rented 50 black folding chairs and 6, 8 foot tables from Decor Rent for an 85th Birthday in our backyard. It was just so easy and convenient. The process was stress free and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend Decor Rent. Thank you, we'll be back!

My husband and I used Decor Rent for our backyard wedding. They have great deals! We got a 20x20 tent, string lights, drapes, table linens, chairs, and tables. Paul was so friendly, helpful, and funny. He made planning our wedding a fun and easy process! We can highly recommend this company.

Held a small (under 50 person) wedding here over the Thanksgiving weekend, we sure lucked out with weather! This little gem was perfect for our family and friends to gather. An old house, but with cute accents and details. It was perfect. We did leave a note with those minor technical issues! They had folding chairs and tables, I was able to tuck away the house decor in the cupboards and put up our table clothes, decor and floral arrangements!
Beds are a bit hard but wasn’t a huge make or break for me.
The huge deck out back really helped make it feel fun, and gave space for everyone to hang out and not be elbow to elbow inside. For the back yard we got more leaves to cover some of the patchy grass from autumn, but a decently sized yard. Highly recommend for a cozy feeling! I will cherish the memories made here.

Where can I start ? Working with Amanda has been simply amazing . From the second I walked into her office she has impressed me with her kindness and her ability to listen to each persons preferences. She is the most resourceful and helpful person I have worked with. She did all my decorations for my wedding that just passed and let me tell you everything was perfect. Amanda has so many different amazing decorations for all different tastes. We did the reception at a restaurant and Amanda managed to make it look just like a hall. Also , I had a problem with my staircase in front of the house and she went beyond my expectations and she managed to hide the staircase without me even asking her . Like I said , she goes above and beyond for her clients and I would recommend her to anyone that is planning an event. She is also super easy to reach and she answered my messages within minutes.

Gracehills event and rentals is by far one of the best event organizers for doing the décor. I got the balloon decor done for 2 of my events and the decor was really fabulous. It was for the one year anniversary of my club and the re-launch of my restaurant. Lola simply has an natural eye for decor. She decorated the hall for our student gala, and to say that I was beyond impressed is an understatement. With just a paragraph of our event vision, she ran with it and created an extravagant event, with dazzling glass vases filled with pearls, high-rise flower arrangements, shining table covers, and iridescent mirrors. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I entered the hall. Our VIP guests truly thought they had entered a luxury wedding. In all of their social media posts, Lola’s decor was the focal point. I still have yet to meet a decorator that can contend with her creativity, hardwork and dedication. Moreover, Lola significantly reduced my stress surrounding the event by thinking of logistics that had never even crossed my mind. She was adamant about attending the hall beforehand to scope out the dimensions and feel of the venue; she carefully reviewed floor plans, planning every inch to a tee. If you want your guests to be in absolute awe, you must absolutely go with Lola. Our guests are still raving about the beautifully decorated venue to this day. But don’t take my word for it. Just take a look at the fabulous photos from our event and you be taken away.

We had such a great experience with organizing, scheduling, and attentiveness. Unfortunately the night before our wedding there was a significant storm, but in the morning the Rental Bros were already doing their rounds to ensure the safety and integrity of the tent.
