She truly listened to our vision and helped us bring it to life, offering amazing suggestions and keeping us on track throughout the whole process.

As the wedding day approached, we transitioned to working with Meghan, who took over and absolutely crushed it! Meghan made sure everything ran smoothly and was on point, so we could truly enjoy our day without any stress. Like many couples engaged in 2020, my husband and I ended up having two weddings: the “real” big one that got delayed, and the microwedding that got suddenly planned in a panic. So it’s hard to know where to begin with how wonderful, helpful, indispensable, and reliable Kim and the Envision team were over years of planning (and replanning) two weddings during a time when nothing was remotely certain. Kim somehow knew what I wanted better than I did, always ready to tell me exactly what I needed to hear (even when it was “no!”). She also did our flowers and design, and essentially read our minds through the entire process. She was also fantastic at working within our budget, especially keeping the encore wedding in mind. Kim, in her expertise, suggested some fantastic vendors, and came up with ideas I had written off (like a vineyard wedding? I never would have imagined. But Kim did). The wedding days themselves were logistical wonders. Meghan took over in the weeks leading toward each event, and she might be the most competent person I’ve met in my life, while still being so warm and cheerful. Many wedding planners in southern Ontario have years of expertise, they have connections, they have the portfolio. But Kim is truly a rare gem of a person. She’s so real, so genuine, so down to earth. You will get your dream wedding with Kim not only because she is a connected, creative, hard working professional, but also because of who she is as a person and how much true passion and dedication she puts into her work. My husband and I consider her a friend after all she’s been through with us at this point. That, and she guessed my favourite bubble tea flavour :)

Working with envision weddings was the best choice I could have many for my wedding. I got the wedding planning services with the amazing Jenna and floral and decoration services from Kim and her amazing team!!

They were incredibly professional, kind, and creative. They worked with me through every step of the way to floral planning and decoration making (which they did an incredible job with!!). When I was looking for a florist, I talked to a couple other designers that were far less experienced than Envision, but Envision
still gave me the best price quote. I’m so glad we went with them because they were absolutely beautiful! It was the chuppah of my dreams! The team did a great job transforming the room for the ceremony and the reception. Our sweetheart table and centerpieces looked amazing. They also added flowers to my bouquet the day of to make it match my vision exactly! They are very knowledgeable and practical about what kind of flowers to use, and how many you need to get the look you want! I would recommended them to design your day!

To anyone thinking of working with the Envision Wedding Team - DO IT! We could not have imagined our special day and surrounding weekend coming together the way it did without them.

We are a couple from California, so we went with the full wedding planning package knowing that we needed to work with someone local - for timezone and geographical reasons, as well as knowing the current market and having network contacts in the industry, among other important factors. We got more than we could have asked for, as we are a Filipino-American couple with plans to incorporate cultural wedding traditions, and us luck would have it, Kim grew up with Filipinos and was already very familiar with what we wanted to do. Also definitely worth mentioning that as we were going through the interviewing process, a non-negotiable for us was someone who has had prior experience working with Casa Loma, which was to be our wedding venue. Not only had Kim done weddings at Casa Loma before, but she is so highly regarded by them that she was invited to decorate one of the rooms there during Christmas. Needless to say, there was no one else for the job for us after completing all the other interviews. So if you're getting married at Casa Loma, you DEFINITELY need to work with Envision!

Our celebrations took place over the course of a full weekend which also included a welcome party, rehearsal dinner, and farewell brunch event. Kim and her team were instrumental in every part of the weekend. They don't just take care of you for one special day in your life, they are with you through the whole thing.

When you work with Envision Weddings, you get the whole package - they work with you on all design aspects – we had a lightly Tangled-themed wedding and they brought our vision into reality. They have their own floral studio and can do the day-of stationery as well. Their industry connections were amazing, and we were glad to have been put in contact with their partners and vendor recommendations. Kim was also an invaluable teammate, going to bat for us when working with outside vendors when the time came.

During the planning process – Kim was able to accommodate our late night zoom meetings due to the timezone difference. She also reassured us wherever we were during our planning process – TRUST that they know what they’re doing. They were our biggest advocates and supporters, as well as our therapists when we needed it (lol). Also special mention to Megan who went above and beyond so many times throughout the process and the day-of team including Chantal who helped to keep us sane, on track, and on point on our big day, even in spite of how chaotic things seemed at times. It’s also worth mentioning that our venue coordinator at Casa Loma changed on us unexpectedly TWICE during the process, but the Envision Team kept us solid and grounded until the end.

Kim, Fiona, and the whole Envision Wedding Team really are incredible at what they do and we are so fortunate to have been able to work with them and build off of their passion and hard work. You’ve given us memories and experiences we’ll never forget.

I waited a few weeks to write this review because I needed time to truly reflect on everything Erica did for our wedding. The headline is simple: say yes to Erica. Don’t hesitate—just do it. Hiring her was the best investment we made for our wedding. In return, we gained a planner, a coach, a therapist, a supporter, a family mediator, a design consultant, and, most importantly, a friend.

I can’t count the number of times we faced a decision and I found myself saying, “Erica, I don’t know what the right choice is—but I trust you to make the call on the day.” And wow, did she deliver. From the very beginning, I knew I could trust Erica completely to bring our vision to life. That trust meant that on the wedding day, we could simply enjoy ourselves. We didn’t worry about a single detail—because Erica had every one of them covered (She also day of taught me how to fold my pocket square… life saver).

Fun Throughout the Process:
It was important to us that wedding planning didn’t feel like a chore—it should be a joy. Erica made that possible. Even though most of our meetings were over Zoom, we looked forward to every one. She matched our energy perfectly and made the entire process—from planning to the wedding weekend itself—fun, easy, and memorable. Not every planner brings that kind of lightness. Erica does.

Meticulous:
Perfection might seem like a baseline expectation for a planner, but Erica brings it to a whole other level. She is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and a true perfectionist—in the best way. She also helped us be thoughtful about where to invest and where to scale back, never pushing us to spend more just for the sake of it. Her goal is a perfect wedding, not an expensive one. And she and her team absolutely delivered.

When I say I had a TRAILER FULL of decorations, including 3 arches and over 12 bins of decor, I ain’t kidding! Fiona and her incredible team didn’t even flinch. Fiona is highly organized. Here is another professional in the wedding industry who knows what to do and has an impeccable eye for detail. Fiona is a talented stylist / decorator and brought my wedding vision to life. While I did not hire her to be my day-of wedding coordinator (as I didn’t need it with my venue), I know she offers this service as well and would highly recommend her and her company!

Fiona Lau and her team were invaluable to our wedding planning. We paid for Full Planning and I recommend this package for every couple who can afford a wedding planner (very reasonable prices). Fiona is the perfect balance of highly organized and going with the flow; ensuring important issues are promptly addressed while not letting minor details bog us down. She is exceptionally team-oriented ensuring that I, André and all the vendors felt like we were all on the same page. She was crucial to making our planning process and wedding so enjoyable.

Some of my favourite moments:
- When our first officiant had to cancel (many months before the wedding thankfully), Fiona helped us book a new amazing officiant within 24 hours.
- When we had the final meeting with our venue, Fiona did all the heavy lifting so Andre and I spent most of that meeting in our own world admiring the venue. We only chimed in when they needed our opinion.
- My mother coming into my bridal suite saying, "What is this?! I am the mother of the bride, I am supposed to be stressed but I have nothing to do!"
- During the wedding, I was completely in the moment without a worry. Everything was magically in the right place during the event. Even when I got home, I went through all my stuff worried that something had been forgotten at the venue but it was all in place...I don't even know when they did that but I know that was Fiona and Danielle's doing!

I am absolutely happy with my decision to hire Fiona as a coordinator with partial planning support for my wedding in 2023. If you are planning a wedding and wondering if these services are worthwhile, they absolutely are and will make the entire process and day-of much, much less stressful.

This review will be long, but I wanted to provide as much detail as possible to help you make an informed decision and know what to expect.

Fiona was very professional, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. We met regularly both in-person and virtually on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, where Fiona would check up on our progress and identify what we needed to do next. As we did not have family in the area who could help us, we found her recommendations and checklists vital to our success.

She helped us by pulling together a vision board complete with the colours we'd chosen to help with decorative aspects and finding the perfect venue. She was happy to provide a list of vendor recommendations, but definitely was not pushy and will work with anyone you have chosen.

She set up templates to document and track our budget, decorations, guest list and more. All of this is done in Google Drive and easily accessed and shared with whoever needs to be involved.

Once we'd chosen and contacted vendors, Fiona attended many of our meetings with them. This is very helpful because she asked so many questions that I had never even thought of to ensure all bases are covered. She reviewed our contracts before we signed and highlight anything which seemed non-standard, missing, or that we should clarify. This was very reassuring given the amount of money at stake.

Fiona developed the schedule for the day and worked with the coordinator at the venue and with all of our vendors. The day of, Fiona and her staff were basically *the* fairy crew. Fiona's team received all of our deliveries, in some cases picked things up for us, ensured that the venue was set up, kept the day on running schedule, stepped in to help wherever it is needed, and also helps the wedding parties as they get ready and during photos.

As a result, our day was fun, stress free, and absolutely worth it.

May not only find the best cost efficient options, she negotiated and negotiated until we get the best bang for our buck. I trust her so much to the point I chase after her to say: “May how can I pay you and Fleur more to do more for me? Can you please help me with rehearsal dinner/afterparty?” I just knew it was gonna make this best decision I made on Fleur an even better one.

🍬 and boy did I have the best 36 hours of my life, from rehearsal dinner the night before to the afterparty into the early morning after. There was no a single thing I needed to worry about beside enjoying myself. Even though we had 100 guests, countless boat rides, two literal buses - I didn’t even spare a second on worrying logistics and can focus all of myself with friends, family, loved ones and my new husband. Fleur team took care of my stuff, coordinated all the vendors, fed me, watered me, boozed me whenever I needed, held my bustle, fixed my veil, packed my designer stuff to my mom so they won’t get lost. You name it they are already on top of it.

You can pay for a great wedding planning service, you can pay premium for an exceptional one. But how do you name a price on having the absolute best day of your life? I just know I got a steal.

This is a late review but it's still fresh in the mind. Arthur helped plan and organize our wedding in late 2016. We approached him a very tight four-five month timeline and he and his team responded very professionally. He offered us to be as involved as we wanted in choosing furnishings, menus and venue. Early on, he was a bit busy as he was running multiple projects but as the date drew nearer, he was more and more focused on getting the job done. He did an absolutely amazing job on the Big Day, staying organized and keeping everyone (more or less) on time. If there's one criticism, it's that his staff appeared a bit less consistently, meaning we might meet someone new on his team while planning one thing and then not see them again, but Arthur was always great to deal with one on one. Highly recommended to make your wedding run smoothly and turn out great! As a bonus, we are even still married today!!

My husband and I had 3 main goals for our wedding of which one was a great band to provide a memorable party! We danced the entire night and 3 months later our guests are still talking about what an amazing party our wedding was. Nick and Arthur were a pleasure to deal with from the initial planning phase, right through to the night of. Arthur set the tone to our ceremony with his talents on the Saxophone & the band's energy was exceptional - they had the dance floor packed the entire night.

Where can I start ? Working with Amanda has been simply amazing . From the second I walked into her office she has impressed me with her kindness and her ability to listen to each persons preferences. She is the most resourceful and helpful person I have worked with. She did all my decorations for my wedding that just passed and let me tell you everything was perfect. Amanda has so many different amazing decorations for all different tastes. We did the reception at a restaurant and Amanda managed to make it look just like a hall. Also , I had a problem with my staircase in front of the house and she went beyond my expectations and she managed to hide the staircase without me even asking her . Like I said , she goes above and beyond for her clients and I would recommend her to anyone that is planning an event. She is also super easy to reach and she answered my messages within minutes.

Gracehills event and rentals is by far one of the best event organizers for doing the décor. I got the balloon decor done for 2 of my events and the decor was really fabulous. It was for the one year anniversary of my club and the re-launch of my restaurant. Grace is very pleasant and understanding about the client needs and she always goes above and beyond to make sure her client is always happy. The price does reflect the quality of work and I am 100% sure after seeing her work you will realize it too that its WORTH IT !!!!!! A huge Thank You Grace !!!!

Lola simply has an natural eye for decor. She decorated the hall for our student gala, and to say that I was beyond impressed is an understatement. With just a paragraph of our event vision, she ran with it and created an extravagant event, with dazzling glass vases filled with pearls, high-rise flower arrangements, shining table covers, and iridescent mirrors. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I entered the hall. Our VIP guests truly thought they had entered a luxury wedding. In all of their social media posts, Lola’s decor was the focal point. I still have yet to meet a decorator that can contend with her creativity, hardwork and dedication. Moreover, Lola significantly reduced my stress surrounding the event by thinking of logistics that had never even crossed my mind. She was adamant about attending the hall beforehand to scope out the dimensions and feel of the venue; she carefully reviewed floor plans, planning every inch to a tee. If you want your guests to be in absolute awe, you must absolutely go with Lola. Our guests are still raving about the beautifully decorated venue to this day. But don’t take my word for it. Just take a look at the fabulous photos from our event and you be taken away.

It was a breeze working with Shannon on my micro-wedding. She was able to help us organize a traditional style wedding with a lot of cultural elements with 5 weeks of notice! The constant reminders and status updates made us feel looped in the process.

Both my wife and I, are not residents of Ottawa but the wedding took place there. We had a lot of doubts of how to plan a wedding in a different city but Shannon made sure to set up everything perfectly with all the venders without us having to be worried about anything. Worked with Charlotte for almost 2 years leading up to the wedding day and she made the process extremely stress free and so much fun!! We worked with Mad Bash Group for the design and month-of coordination of our wedding, and it was easily one of the best decisions we made. From our initial conversation, over months of planning, culminating in a two-event and 12+ hour day, the whole team was amazing - engaged, professional, and kind. I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Mad Bash. They are the best of the best in the GTA. They think outside of the box and are SO creative. Every person, at some point in their lives (whether they admit it or not), thinks and dreams of their perfect match. For those lucky ones who win that life lottery, there is nothing more important than to share the love and joy with their family and friends on their wedding day. That was the case for me and my new husband. So after our engagement we began our extensive search for ideas and vendors to create the perfect and magical wedding we had in mind. That search came to a stop when I met Lynzie from Mad Bash Group and had the pleasure of working with her amazing team, Sharon and Sarah. What Lynzie and Sharon delivered was absolute perfection and pure magic. Every guest and vendor was lost for words when it came to describing the beauty of our wedding and compared it to what they have seen only in movies and fairytales!

We had an extraordinarily tough time - finding out that our NYE wedding was both time limited and had a bunch of other restrictions just two weeks out. That was after our venue canceled on us and all the other inevitable snags that come with wedding planning during a pandemic. Lynzie was kind, organized, accessible, and extremely creative. Our night was perfection and she made everything so much easier. Money spent with LBL is a no brainer - you are protecting your investment and there is no price on peace of mind.

Mad Bash is an incredible company to work with. From the planning to the execution, Lynzie, Leanna, and Sharon were friendly, and professional and really worked alongside us to execute our vision. Their ideas and creativity were on point, and they are by far the best I have ever worked with. Our event, Dreamer Day 2022 would not have been nearly so successful if it hadn’t been for the sheer brilliance of their team. I cannot recommend them enough; they are simply the best!!

Thanks to MAZ Event Planners we had a wonderful event with beautiful decor, professional staff and delicious food. Our space was flipped upside-down making a regular hall into a stunning ballroom. I was very pleased and happy with the services provided by Ali and his team, and our Nikah ceremony was very successful. We had arranged catering services through Ali for about 120 guests at Crestmont Community Center. I had two main requirements - to ensure the guests were served well, and that we have a place for prayer as well. Ali and his team ensured the food was sumptuous and in sufficient quantity. Served hot and neatly laid out and very accessible for the guests to get as and when needed without having to wait long and in lengthy queues. His team ensured the place was properly and neatly setup, and then after the festivities, ensured proper cleaning of the facility. I did not have to worry even an iota on anything. I was also very pleased with his support in the planning leading up to the event - especially prayer preparations. We did make a couple of changes even upto the last day - and Ali was available and very accommodating to these changes. Would love to have his service at my next event.
