Megan was beyond amazing! She was so organized, and went above and beyond for us. We had nothing to worry about on the wedding day, she made sure the decor was perfect, met the DJ when he arrived, handled music for the ceremony, wrangled a massive bridal party, made sure everyone ate in a timely manner, and I know she did a million other things I didn't see. She had us on task leading up to the day as well, and made the whole process so smooth and easy. Not sure what we would have done without her, but she was an absolute life saver. On top of all that, she was calm and collected the whole day which really helped our nerves! Can't recommend her enough. Thank you Megan!!

I have said over and over again that the best decision I made was hiring Megan and her team for my wedding day!! Rainbow and her team are phenomenal. I did not stress once during the day. She allowed me to be a guest and enjoy my own wedding. The day flowed seamlessly. I had a wedding with a very large bridal party (17!) and Rainbow was so organized - we were even ahead of schedule which never happens! She is always one step ahead and anticipates my every move. We want to thank Rainbow and her team for helping with the month-of coordination of our wedding at Langdon Hall this past weekend. We also hired Rainbow to be our MC since many of our guests spoke Cantonese, and Rainbow could run the event in both English and Chinese.

From the beginning of hire, Rainbow was overall responsive in answering all the questions that we had. I am a pretty organized person myself and did not need much help picking out my own vendors, so the month-of coordination package was perfect for us. I appreciated how Rainbow helped answer my questions throughout the process, came up with a detailed scheduled (and revised it multiple times to match my changes and needs) and connected all our vendors in the last two weeks before the wedding. Royal Events was creative and heartfelt and put together the most beautiful decor for our Sangeet and for our wedding ceremony! I was quite particular about what I wanted for certain things, and had no idea for others -- they delivered for both! It all turned out perfectly and they were in and out without us even knowing it -- even on a super tight timeline on the wedding day and in an unusual venue (Telus Spark Infinity Dome). - Jyoti and I had only briefly discussed having little black bows on our champagne tower (something I completely forgot about as the wedding got closer) and I was so happy to see during our reception hall reveal that she remembered such a little detail and had added bows to our champagne tower. It’s the little things!!
- The fact that our South Asian wedding ran exactly ON TIME (!!!!) was mind blowing to me - I thought for sure that being behind schedule was one thing we would have to accept, but that was not a problem because we had Jyoti running the show!!!

Stela , where do I start ? We hired stela a year before our wedding for our month of coordinator. Stela went above and beyond , she was hired for the month of , however stela would be there for me months before the wedding. I am a perfectionist so I’d message, call and email Stela on the weekends , late nights and early mornings , she was always there to my beckon call.
