Great spot for a quick and affordable meal. The service was friendly and the portions were generous. I tried multiple dishes and it was flavorful and awesome. Clean seating area and fast turnaround. Would return.

While walking by, I saw musicians rehearsing for a wedding—it looked like they were getting everything ready. Having a wedding at such a beautiful pier? So dreamy!

VERY HAPPY that I chose Belvedere as my wedding venue.

It’s PRETTY, the view is amazing, it’s not so complicated, you get to choose spaces for your wedding; I did outdoor ceremony and indoor reception, price is reasonable and they don’t have much complicated regulations. They also have vendors that they can help with, like my catering was based on their list of recommendations. They also gave us a cute little gift for our wedding, and we really appreciate it.

A trendy event venue featuring nice views of Old Montreal, the Old Port and the St Laurent river. The evening offers a nice view of the Cité Mémoire Projections of Montreal’s History when facing west from the venue.

We were there for a party of a friend.
It was a quit place right in the middle of the downtown. Easy access with public transportation. Good place for not family parties.
I didn't like the place for a family party because of five reason:
1 the air-conditioning wasn't work properly and for hot days it wasn't a good place
2 the sound system was not really for party. It was like a very simple home sound system. The sound hasn't good quality.
3 the entrance was not appropriate for wheelchair or stroller. There were a few steps to enter the salon.
4 like number 3 the washroom was on the basement and for guest with limited ability is hard to access.
5 the kitchen was too small for arranging lunch, dinner,... For 20,30 guests

I should mention that finding parking is really hard in Friday, Sunday nights.

Nice place in downtown Montreal, with a couple of caveats.

I recently organized an evet at Caucus and overall, I was happy with the experience. However there are a couple of things that can be improved.

First the good things:
Shawn was a great communicator and was quite prompt in answering emails. The location is quite nice and even though finding parking spots on the street in not easy, there are quite a few indoor parking spaces close by at reasonable cost.

There is a nice bar at the corner of the room, which proved to be quite popular for our event :-) and there are enough chairs to seat around 20 people. This was enough for our group since our guests were mostly young and many were standing around chatting.

There are two washrooms downstairs (you would need to take 7-8 stairs to go down), and again that was quite ok for our guests, but if you have older guests or guests with limited mobility, this needs to be taken into account.

The kitchen was ok for our event since we didn't plan to server hot/warm food, but if you do, keep in mind there are no stoves or microwave ovens.

Now the things that can be improved:

There is an air conditioner, but it's certainly not strong enough for a hot summer evening (like the one we had) when there are around 30 people or more in the room. Shawn offered me to take a tour of the room a week before, which I did, and the room seemed comfortably cool, but it was impossible to imaging how it would feel once the room is full of people and if the weather outside is hot. So on the day of the event, unfortunately, almost all of our gusts felt uncomfortably hot. Such a nice place could've been much better equipped for Montreal summers.

Finally, the pricing policy could be made more flexible, esp. for private events, when the host might not know exactly how long the event could last. The current policy says $200/hour or $1500/day, but if you reserve for say 6 hours and end up using the place for 9 hours, you will end up paying (6*200) plus an additional (3*200) for a total of $1800 which is more than a full day. This doesn't make much sense.

Overall, I'd recommend this place for corporate or private parties of up to 40 people max, and when the weather is cool outside. Also, if you're not sure how long your party could last (including the time it takes to clean up), you're better off paying the $1500/day.

On behalf of my team and I, we were very happy with Caucus and we recommend this place to all of our partners, coworkers and family members. This is a very beautiful place, fully equipped, easy to access as it is situated in Downtown Montreal. Shawn, the venue contact, will answer all your questions very fast and will give you easy instructions and reminders about the place. Everyone had a great time! Thank you Caucus!

Amazing experience! Very nice space that is perfect to throw a social or corporate event. The concept is very convenient too, sort of like Airbnb, where you can easily rent the space and have access to it without having to meet with anyone.

Great co-working space that’s bright with many workspaces, good office equipment, and stable wifi. Also a fridge to store your lunch, and complimentary beverages and more. Rooms to take private calls, and a meeting room as well.

Recommended for a friendly and relaxed experience, without the office commute. Hazel was warm and helpful during our visit and ensured we had what we needed, as well as suggested nearby services we required.

Definitely a revisit when we’re back in the area!

We held our engagement party at Collaburo. We rented the downstairs room and the outside patio space.
The space is amazing and the event Manager went above and beyond to make our event go smoothly. Everyone complimented the space and specifically patio as a little oasis in the heart of the city.
We picked a busy date during tulip festival and their team helped make everything work out perfectly.

My wife and I got married at the Cumberland Belle in May this year (2025). We knew it was going to be our venue as soon as we met Manal for the tour last year. The outdoor area was perfect for the small, nature-surrounded wedding we wanted. And the inside of the old church was beautiful and just the right amount of space. Overall, it was exactly the right place to host our most special day.

The venue was absolutely beautiful and had such a great vibe. The staff were super helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. They really took care of us and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!

Exactly what we were looking for! The venue is gorgeous and was perfect for our wedding of ~70 people. We wanted somewhere we could take advantage of the beautiful fall foliage and also where we could bring our own catering, bar, etc. As soon as we saw the Belle we knew it was perfect! Even though it rained and we didn’t end up using the outdoor ceremony space, we couldn’t be happier with how the day went. Manal and Michael were super easy to deal with during the planning and set up process. Highly recommend!

If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would! This was an outstanding venue for my friend’s bridal shower. it has beautiful lighting and was perfectly spacious for the amount of guests that were hosted. Definitely a place I would recommend for intimate gatherings and celebrations!

I am beyond happy with the Cumberland Belle. Gorgeous venue with stain glass windows. The owners were more than happy to answer any of my questions which make booking as smooth as possible.
When I booked, the venue included chairs, tables, audio equipment, outdoor seating, and a wooden arch for an outdoor ceremony.

The venue had a separate entrance for the catering crew as well as a kitchen with a fridge which can in handy for storing the reception snacks and keeping drinks chilled.

Lastly, being able to ring the church bell after getting married was the highly of our wedding!

I cannot recommend Shana and her incredible team enough! She was our wedding coordinator for the month leading up to our big day, and she was nothing short of amazing. From the very first meeting, she put me at ease and made the entire process so stress-free.

Her attention to detail and organizational skills were incredible. From making and distributing timelines, working with vendors, helping with rehearsal to the big day itself - I felt like I could trust her and her team completely to handle everything, and she did! Not only was I able to enjoy every moment of the day without worrying, but so did our families and friends. Our families have been in and attended many weddings, and they're still telling us that this was the most relaxed they've ever been. Even my guests are complimenting us on how smooth and organized the day was.

Shana is everything we could have hoped for when we chose a wedding planner. I had gone for my Senior Prom and it was such a lovely venue the staff were so incredibly accommodating and kind, I had such a lovely time and I'm so happy that this was the venue for my last celebration in High-school! The speakers were great and the decor and photography opportunities were absolutely grandiose! I cannot express how kind and patient the staff were and I'm so utterly greatful for their kindness. Such a lovely venue made the night that much more special! I also really really appreciated the option of gender neutral bathrooms and the cleanliness of said bathrooms. Overall the whole experience was excellent!

What can I say about this place?

Well... A great beautiful place to have memorable moments, the staff, each one of them just flawless customer service, the food? Just extremely delicious!!! The servers, classy, professionals and friendly.

Even though I hired a sound engineer, they helped me maneuver through all the necessary vendors—personally contacting them and helping to arrange the services I needed. Their support with the sound system, decorations, and overall setup made a complex event feel effortless.

When we left two honest review, it was deleted after the vendor disputed both rewards! Even after sending proof, the app said it could take months to review. This platform protects vendors, not users.

We trusted the ratings and ended up working with a fraudulent vendor. When we shared our review, it was immediately removed, and we were asked to provide proof because the vendor disputed it. We submitted all the evidence, but the platform simply responded that reviewing it could take months.

Our team enjoys working with EventSource to attract leads and bookings for events of all types. The dashboard is easy to use and maintain and the sales rep (Jonathan) is so caring of his clients.

Johnathan was incredible to work with. He helped us set up our account, checked in on us regularly to see how it was going and was very hands-on. Incredible experience working with him and Eventsource.

I will never get over how beautiful our wedding turned out! We had a huge storm coming around the time of the ceremony and Janice and staff were so helpful in helping us beat it so we could have the ceremony outside. The food and drinks were the best I had ever had at a wedding (I've been dreaming of the mushroom bisque) and we had gotten so many compliments on it throughout the night. The gardens and outdoor spaces are meticulously maintained and were in full bloom on our day, creating the most romantic and natural backdrop for our ceremony and photos. Best wedding venue in the Calgary/Airdrie area!!

I have always had my heart set on getting married here ever since my friend chose this venue for her wedding in 2019. I was a bridesmaid in that wedding and after that night, I knew Gathered would be at the top of my list when it was my turn to get married.

My sister also got married here a year before I did, which proves how special and sought after this venue is.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Alysa, Elaine, Ashley and her team. It went exactly how we envisioned it and our guests had such an amazing time. They raved about the food, the beauty of the venue, and the friendly hard-working staff.

Gathered offers an “all inclusive” type package of sorts which includes elements that take the pressure and stress off the bride and groom with wedding planning. This venue works well with all sorts of themes and aesthetics. The natural beauty of the space offers such a beautiful backdrop for your ceremony and reception.

It’s a bonus that this venue is close by to Airdrie and North Calgary. There’s several hotels to choose from in Airdrie to host your guests, and there’s also a campground nearby.

The food is absolutely amazing. Elaine puts so much care and love into what she serves you and your guests. Everything we had at our wedding was outstanding.

Secondly, the team behind the Gathered is an absolute dream. As a family-run business, you can feel the heart and passion behind what they do. It's not about making money for them, they're truly passionate about making your wedding dreams come true. I don't even know where to start with Alysa and Elaine. From start to finish, they were an absolute dream team to work with. Always on top of things, with regular emails, information packets, and check-in meetings. Alysa is incredibly organized, efficient, professional, and knowledgable. Answering my endless type A emails (sometimes multiple a day), ensuring everything is in place so wedding day goes off without a hitch. And Elaine's food. OH MY GOD. To die for. That is the #1 comment we got on our wedding: that it was the best wedding food our guests had ever had. You can taste the passion in her cooking. This place is really awesome! Great rooms and a really great environment to practice. I've only gone a few times so far but everyone working there has been super accommodating and very helpful. Definitely check this place out for band practice or for just going in by yourself to practice or jam. I will definitely be a regular here. Thanks so much guys!

Great rehearsal studio in the north of Toronto.The standard of the drum kits are the best I’ve played compared to similar environments. The sound treatment is also well thought out and studios are all very clean and comfy. Alex and his team are very professional in their approach and were very accommodating. Will go back next time I’m in Canada. Highly recommended!!

We were given dirty glasses, and even after asking to replace them, the same ones were brought back. When we asked to have our burger cut, they just handed us a knife, while other guests had theirs cut in the kitchen. The food was mediocre, the staff seemed unhappy, and the place was dirty. Would not recommend.

Hey I've been popping in for years practicing those drums and that's because I enjoy the space and you feel comfortable right away. The crew are top notch, professional but also chill good dudes that always treated me so well. Super cool spot and love hearing the incredible music in walking through the halls🤘

Got to spend time with a good friends band; "Goreobscenity", was an absolute blast! Im not from toronto so im super impressed with how Main Stage has set the place up, if you are looking for somewhere to practice, go here for sure! Lights, ambiance and awesome atmosphere and great gear!

Fun beautiful place for a wedding, the lighting can be quite low at all times of day so I would highly recommend looking into photographers with off camera flash experience. The whole park is beautiful and lovely for weddings!

Located at the back corner of the park, Gunn's Dairy Barn has a delicious assortment of food. Beef or Chicken burger, hotdogs all nice. Go on a rainy day and it'll be pretty empty. Only complaint was pretzel bun on burger was a tad cold. Definitely coming back.

A very solid venue that's quite flexible with special requests for events. Not much space though and style is country only.

Staff were enthusiastic and very helpful. The brunch was good and fresh food was rotated in quite often.

The food was amazing - the buffet was filling, we didn't eat anything until the next day.

I couldn’t have asked for a nicer venue to host my intimate wedding then at Jan’s Garden. It was a beautiful place, with tons of gorgeous flowers and greenery. Jan was friendly , accommodating to our requests and made things simple.
The venue does offer a photograph and an officiator which makes things easy. We didn’t use the photograph (we already one) however we did use the Officiator who was lovely.

I recently had the opportunity to photograph a wedding at Jan’s Garden and it was a great experience from start to finish. The garden is stunning and it’s clear how much time and love has gone into it. As a photographer, it was a fun space to work in with different levels and plenty of space to move around without disturbing guests. Jan is also wonderful! She’s very kind and made sure everyone was taken care of — it was cool and a little rainy the day of the wedding, and she even brought a blanket out for the flower girl. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an intimate wedding ceremony venue.

Jan's Garden was a magical place for us to have our small, intimate wedding of 18 people. Her garden is stunning and we had perfect weather on Sept 1st. Jan is an amazing hostess and went out of her way to accommodate our needs for the wedding.

We felt blessed to be surrounded by such beauty on our special day and all our guests loved the gardens! Our officiant Soleiha's wonderful storytelling/ceremony was perfect to celebrate our love and Ryan captured those special moments so creatively. We are forever gratefully to all of them.

We held multiple events here and our guests were very impressed with the hall's decor and cleanliness. Working with Sunny ensured our vision was accurately portrayed on our special day. Just had my wedding at the Westbury ballroom and honestly the entire day was perfect! The venue is gorgeous and includes a beautiful terrace that they open if the weather permits (we got lucky to have good enough weather in May)! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well fed and hydrated!! The food and service were excellent! Stephane was amazing from the start of our wedding planning to the very end!! Really glad to have had our wedding here! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had our son’s Bar Mitzvah yesterday and it was an amazing event thanks to the staff at Westbury ballroom. Beautiful place , we had attended my friend wedding, the parking is very small. We had to park like 5-7mins away so cautious . It wouldn't matter usually but it was raining that evening. Otherwise ,it would be a place we would attend again .

We cannot say enough about Seventh Heaven and especially Katelyn. I used Katelyn as my month of coordinator and from the very start, Katelyn was my saving grace—she picked up on all of my cues and orchestrated the most perfect day, even when unexpected hurdles came up. She handled everything so seamlessly that our guests never noticed a thing. I truly could not have survived the day without her.

And the food—wow. Our guests are still raving about it. You can genuinely taste the love and care put into every dish, which is so refreshing because wedding food is rarely something people talk about afterward. Ours was unforgettable. From start to finish, the service, attention to detail, and heart behind this team made our wedding a true 12/10 experience. We are forever grateful.

I’ve rehearsed everywhere in the GTA. This is my favorite by far. Great staff, great rooms, great location (parking you don’t have to fight over or stress about tickets or pay anything at all for!) - and lots of reliable good quality gear on-site. The owner Ricky is hella nice and cares for and looks after everybody above and beyond what you would get anywhere else. If you haven’t checked this studio out, DO IT. I don’t say this often, but it’s worth the price of the 407 😂 And if you live nearby - I envy you !!

Great Place to play. The staff is kind and welcoming. The rehearsal room is well-equipped, clean, comfortable and with great sound. The equipment is adequate and in perfect condition.

The staff here are attentive and kind offering friendly conversation and even coffee.The Sound has excellent hours and great parking. The rooms themselves are equiped for all levels of musicians from acoustic to big bands. I think this is the best studio in terms of room layout and the equipment is top notch. Im going to be here writing songs often and the proximity to 407 is a major plus even during rush hour it is easy to access The Sound.

Wonderful practice space, the room was big, clean and super well equipped with everything we needed and more (we booked studio 3).

The owner, Ricky, came in on his day off just to say hi and welcome us since it was our first time at the studio. Super friendly staff as well, they were extremely accommodating. Nothing but good things to say and would 100% book here again.

If you're looking to rehearse in the GTA as a large band or even just a duo, look no further - cannot recommend this place enough!

We had our wedding here and it turned out perfectly. The views are stunning and the ceremony was so beautiful under the trees. The outdoor space was big enough to have the separate areas for the ceremony, a large area for cocktail hour on the lawn m, and a 40x40 tent set up. The inside of the building was perfect for our dance party, but would be a perfect place for dinner as well. The landscaping is beautiful as well which made the whole space look incredible. This place had everything we needed and Gabrielle was so easy to work with.

We recently had our wedding at the Southern Alberta Pioneers Memorial Building and it was the perfect venue! The rental rate for the whole weekend was so reasonable and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable as we had ample time for set up and clean up before and after the wedding. Gabrielle was so so helpful and able to answer any questions we had. We almost got rained out but the space provided the perfect backup plan in case we needed it. I would highly recommend this place as a venue for all sorts of events!

We had our wedding at the Pioneers building! It was incredibly magical. Gabrielle is amazing and helped make our day so special. What a hidden gem of a venue.

I had the privilege and honor to have my wedding at this establish in August 2019. Southern Alberta Pioneers Memorial Building is Calgary hidden gem (and I truly mean gem). I am third generation Calgarian and none of my family or I knew that this placed existed. The beauty of this building and its surrounding garden space will take anyone's breath away. All day all of our guest had came up to us and had to express how they were all blown away, and how incredible the venue was. We saw many of guest just take a moment with their loved ones to sit on one of the many benches and reflect with their loved ones. Just by seeing them sit there they were at true bliss, calm, relaxed.... just gazing at the view (from the mountains in the background to the elbow river just right below) a moment of true reflection and then they got up and walked away with a huge smile on their face. I can not thank Gabriella and her team enough. They are amazing, so easy to work with and so calming! Gabriella made everything so easy for us, and is extremely accommodating. If you are looking for a "wow" venue this is the place to go!
