I found Stephanie a week before our wedding date since our previous officiant canceled on us by email. We were heartbroken and so disappointed. Raquel was the first person we hired for our wedding after getting engaged and I could not be happier that we did!! We had no idea where to start and she was there every step of the way from vendor recommendations and contract reading all the way to making the schedules and coordinating the day of the wedding. Raquel was so easy to work with and always had answered to my questions when I needed them. She would ask/tell me about things that I would have never even thought about. When the wedding day was finally here she arrived in the morning ready to go and solved any issues that came up before I even know about them - including sewing a broken button on the groom's tux!! Raquel was our planner for the month leading up to our wedding and she was fantastic! Raquel is amazing! Besides her always going above and beyond to deliver, she is exceptionally professional, organized, detail oriented, and responsive. We hired Raquel from RSG Events for my daughter’s wedding… and she was there more than a year ago, helping the young couple decide on their ideal venue. It went from a smaller, intimate ceremony to a destination wedding — which had to be cancelled due to covid. Raquel was there throughout our journey and helped with our final decision on a much larger wedding, at a local venue the following year.

From our initial consultation, we were already impressed by her understanding of all the different visions and her ability to recall all the details and help create a magical day.

I never realized how Raquel’s role also included being a fabulous therapist! She was able to calm everyone as needed — from months before the wedding to issues that pop up during the day of the wedding — Raquel handled everything seamlessly and helped us have the most beautiful wedding. This isn’t always easy when dealing with 3 different sets of parents, but Raquel made us all feel inclusive and heard.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Jyoti as our full-planning wedding coordinator, beginning 15 months before our son Rishabh and Yasmin’s wedding. From day one, Jyoti impressed us with her expertise, calm demeanor, and incredible organizational skills.

We had Jyoti as our full wedding planner for our wedding this past June. Jyoti did an amazing job and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. We started planning about a year ago and Jyoti was with us every step of the process, leading up to a memorable day that left our friends and family floored. I cannot say enough about Jyoti and the SJ Soiree team! My husband and I chose the Full Wedding Planning, Design and Coordination package for our South Asian-Canadian fusion wedding and we are sooooo glad we did! We had 9 months to plan our wedding - I had my eye on the SJ Soiree Instagram page for a few years (dreaming about my future wedding day), and the moment it was time to start planning our wedding, I knew exactly who I was going to contact!

Jyoti went above and beyond during the entire process to ensure our wedding day was exactly what we wanted and far exceeded our expectations when our big day finally came. From the countless zoom calls, vendor meetings and slack messages during the planning process, to the way she gracefully handled any wedding day challenges that were presented to her, having Jyoti as our planner was the best decision my husband and I could have made. - Every bride dreads the thought of it raining during her outdoor ceremony, and unfortunately that is what we were faced with on our day. Jyoti came prepared with umbrellas and a tent for the DJ booth and thank god she did!!! It started to downpour as we were supposed to walk down the aisle, but Jyoti and her team were prepared and our family and bridal party only got a tinyyyy bit wet compared to what it would have been without the life-saving umbrellas!! Thank you to Jyoti’s team members, Uroosa and Cassandra for embracing the rain as well!
- Jyoti and I had only briefly discussed having little black bows on our champagne tower (something I completely forgot about as the wedding got closer) and I was so happy to see during our reception hall reveal that she remembered such a little detail and had added bows to our champagne tower. It’s the little things!!
- The fact that our South Asian wedding ran exactly ON TIME (!!!!) was mind blowing to me - I thought for sure that being behind schedule was one thing we would have to accept, but that was not a problem because we had Jyoti running the show!!!

From the bottom of our hearts, we are so grateful for everything Jyoti and her team did for us during the planning process, as well as on the day of our wedding. Anytime we look back on our wedding, we will reflect on our amazing experience of working with Jyoti and her team.

If I could them more than 5 stars, I would! StereoFlavour peformed at my wedding in August 2025. They were literally my favourite part of my wedding... I never left the dance floor! The musicians and singers were SO talented, fun and energetic. We got countless compliments on how amazing the band was. On top of that, their prices were fair, they were easy to communicate with, professional and accommodating with any requests that we had. I did a TON of research when it came to finding the perfect band for our wedding... so if you are reading this, let me save you the time and energy and just book StereoFlavour! You will not be disappointed!

I cannot recommend this company enough! They were absolutely wonderful during our wedding dinner—they created such a warm, elegant, and joyful atmosphere with their music. The volume was perfect for conversation, the song choices were classy yet lively, and so many of our guests complimented how much the music elevated the entire dining experience. We hired Stereo Flavour for our event this past Sunday and let me tell you they are wonderful. The communications was on point, they were very kind and, their talent is unbelievable. My husband and I had the great fortune of selecting Studio V for our wedding that was held there earlier this month. Dawn's venue was the first we saw when we started looking for a space and we immediately knew it was the right venue for us. It is intimate with a lot of character and it was the perfect size for our wedding with 50 guests. And after meeting Dawn we knew we were in good hands.

Dawn was very helpful with assisting us plan our wedding. She was always available to answer questions and provide ideas.

On the day of, everywhere went off without a hitch. Dawn, Eliza and their staff did an excellent job decorating the venue and making sure our big day went smoothly. It was everything we hoped for.

My partner and I held our wedding here in October 2022. We wanted a small wedding due to the changing environment of covid and fell in love as soon as viewed the venue. We had the most beautiful wedding, bettet than we ever imagined.

Dawn and Eliza are both so amazing. From our first consultation and walk through, to booking and planning, right until the last mins of our wedding day, the communication was quick and the overall planning was easy. You want to have good communication with the venue and you get that when here. I felt super at ease especially for someone who is Type A.

At first i hesitated getting a wedding coordinator as naturally I love being hands on, but we found it so helpful to have Eliza communicating with our vendors and helping with our schedule. You need a Eliza by your side brides/grooms! Highly recommend getting the wedding coordination service as add on.

Our vision of our wedding came to life and Eliza was there to help flush it out to make it even better. We held our tea ceremony, nikkah, lunch reception and lion dance.

We probably could've came with less decor based on how much was at our disposable from Studio V. So if you're on a tight decor budget, and love dried florals, minimalism with a mix of boho, they may have what you want and more without the additional coordination or cost.

The staff that Studio V hired for the day of were also top notch. So kind, so helpful, and the service was beyond amazing. Even our guests were complimenting at how lovely the service was. As soon as you enter, you feel so welcomed.

Wouldn't have had my wedding any other way.

Shoutout to Studio V Events and their amazing crew, especially Dawn and Eliza, for making our wedding day an absolute blast! We had a Hindu ceremony, which required specific arrangements and traditions, and Eliza and Dawn helped make sure everything was in place, which made the ceremony flawless. We felt respected and valued throughout the entire process - Eliza was incredibly accommodating. Their respect for our traditions was apparent and we really appreciated that. We also were able to have our dog at the wedding which was wonderful!

Eliza helped us craft a flow of events and spent a bunch of time planning out the day with us over the phone. She had some great recommendations for vendors, the set up and the flow of events - all these aspects helped make our special day memorable. Our guests loved the space and the set up. Importantly, the team was super laid-back and calm, which seriously eased our wedding planning stress!

One of the most common pieces of advice I received before the wedding was that I wouldn't have time to enjoy the day because of all the chaos. However, thanks to Dawn, Eliza, and their fantastic team at Studio V Events, I can confidently say that we had an absolute blast at our wedding. They handled every detail with grace and efficiency, leaving us free to soak in every moment and enjoy our big day.

I've shot multiple weddings at Studio V and I enjoy them very much. It's one of my favourite locations to capture weddings in Toronto :) Eliza and Dawn are the best, they will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. We had our intimate wedding with family and friends here last Dec 2022. I just can't say thank you enough to Eliza and Dawn for being such wonderful people to work with. We had Eliza for our wedding coordinator and she did most of the work and I am so happy and satisfied with how everything worked out at our wedding day. Eliza was very patient and understanding since Day 1 with what I want in our wedding. All of the staff were accommodating and made sure all of our guests are having a good time during our wedding day. The space itself is very spacious. Thank you so much Studio V Team. The Arcade Studios is the ideal rehearsal space for any creative artist. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The musical equipment available is maintained well. The rooms are fit with led vibe lighting that sets the mood. A friendly atmosphere around the building is also a pleasure to return to weekly. The studio manager Stefan Loebus is always attentive to any questions or concerns. Myself and my band have very much enjoyed our experience with renting at The Arcade Studios.

Great affordable studio space! It's especially awesome for us who just go to jam since there's a drum kit and amps available for use. Stefan is also super responsive, accommodating to our schedule changes, and overall really chill!

This is a great place to work. The studios have everything you need for jamming, good gear, and super responsive management. I highly recommend Arcade Studios for any serious bands or musicians looking to turn up loud.

This is our home rehearsal studio and we love it. It’s well-run, well furnished, safe, inspiring and cozy. Besides practicing here weekly, we’ve shot a number of embarrassing videos. Renting from here is the best move we’ve made as a band.

Amazing place to practice wether your in a band or solo musician. The rooms are clean, organized and everybody is super friendly👍Check it out for yourself if your looking for rehearsal space!

During my research, there weren’t that many available options for smaller, more intimate gatherings, but as far as I’m concerned, The Knox is all you’ll ever need: picturesque, charming, cozy, classy. Michelle and all those working with her run a beautiful establishment. There’re also a good amount of inclusive décor options which make for significant ease of planning. Her website is clear and detailed and correspondence with her was always quick and responsive.

You know a venue is lovely when it looks as good as it does even as a blank canvas, and decorating that space on our big day was the ultimate fairytale experience.

The Knox was a wonderful venue for our 80 person wedding on August 2, 2025. I highly recommend also staying at the Maple & Rose, which is only a 2 minute drive from the Knox.

Working with Michelle as our Coordinator at the Knox was a wonderful experience. She is well versed in wedding planning and captured all the little details that may have slipped through the cracks. Even with last minute changes (literally the day before!), she was able to make it happen efficiently and without any stress.

We had an outdoor ceremony under a tent, followed by cocktail hour on the side and front yard, and the reception was held inside. The lighting is simply beautiful inside and having candles makes all the difference once the sun goes down. We had our first dance under the string lights outside on the side lawn.

We received so many comments about how the space "suited us" and guests really felt the intimacy. If you are looking for a wedding venue that is beautiful, accommodating, and intimate, I couldn't recommend the Knox more. It was truly a magical day with friends and family.

Of note, when it's dusk / when the sun goes down, there can be mosquitos (dependent on the season). We bought a couple Thermecell Mosquito Repellent canisters from Home Depot and placed them on the perimeter of the lawn, which helped a lot.

The Knox was the PERFECT setting for our wedding! The service was amazing, special thank you to Sydney for helping make our day run seamlessly. The venue itself speaks for itself, the most beautiful, classic blank slate that you honestly don’t even need to decorate for it to look beautiful! We had minimal additions for decor and it was still extremely elegant. All of the staff has such wonderful attention to detail, and the special gift we received the night before our wedding was a lovely, unexpected touch! Everyone had a wonderful time! Thank you so much Michelle for helping us with our tour and checking the space out a few weeks before our wedding day to make sure our vision for the floor plan would work out. We couldn’t have asked for better!

We were so fortunate to get married at The Knox in July 2023! The venue is absolutely stunning both indoors and outdoors. Love the smaller and intimate setting inside. Merrickville brought a little extra nice charm to the day and night. Michelle made everything so easy for us as the owner, she was there from our first site visit, walking us through the plans for the day, and took care of everything for us alongside our wedding planner on the day of. We felt so comfortable and relaxed with her and her team, they are all amazing! She also gave so many great recommendations of places to get our wedding photos, bars for after hours, places to stay, and vendor recommendations.

When looking for wedding officiants, my partner and I were a bit lost. After doing a few google searches, we found, who unbeknownst to us, is the Michael Jordan of the wedding officiants- The Marrying Lady, Tade.

We also had friends who had wanted her as their officiant, but unfortunately for them, was already booked.

Junto Studio is a great venue in Toronto. It was reasonably priced but more importantly, beautifully decorated. We did not need to worry about decor because the set up is already so gorgeous. We are so excited to see how our photos turn out.

We had a small wedding of 24 people that included a dinner. The communication with Rana was easy and she was so helpful with recommendations. They were accommodating with delivery times and was even dog friendly so we could have our dog there for the special event.

Kelsey helped on the day with coordination and she could not have been nicer and lovely to work with.

We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a photography studio, or a small to medium event. Can't wait to have another occasion so we have an excuse to rent it again.

We had the pleasure of working with Junto Studio for our first out-of-province event, and they were an absolute joy to work with! Theresa and Rana, the owners, were incredibly sweet and accommodating throughout our communications. From the very beginning, they answered all our questions and got back to us in a timely manner, which made the planning process smooth and stress-free.

The venue itself is stunning and required little to no setup from our team because of how much is already included. The decor sets a groovy and inviting atmosphere for attendees, creating the perfect environment for our event. One aspect we really appreciated was the abundance of content they have on social media showcasing their space. Planning this event completely remotely was made so much easier thanks to the numerous pictures and videos available online. This allowed us to visualize how the space would work for our team well in advance of our site visit, which was just four days before the event.

Furthermore, Junto Studio provides phenomenal value for the cost. The comprehensive amenities and beautiful decor included in the rental price meant we didn't have to spend extra on additional decorations or equipment. This made it not only a convenient choice but also a cost-effective one for our nonprofit organization.

NotJustYou is a Sickle Cell Support Organization that is devoted to creating support systems that provide tools and resources for individuals and families affected by sickle cell disease.

We held our wedding reception at Junto Studio and it did not disappoint. We love their aesthetic - the warmth and how they decorated the place. When booking with Rana, she made the process so easy. So friendly and helpful. The experience from beginning to end was so pleasant. We will definitely consider using the event space again in the future - for another party or even a photoshoot!

Our wedding day exceeded even our biggest hopes, dreams, and expectations. The day was overflowing with joy from start to finish, and we were able to slow down, take it all in, and savor every moment because we trusted that we had the best team of vendors in the business — all thanks to Karina. Hearing afterward about the last-minute issues (none of which were caused by Karina or her planning) that she and her team handled with such skill only confirmed how professional and exceptional they are.

Karina guided us expertly through every step of the process as our full-service planner. She has an incredible network of top-notch vendors, and she connected us with people who were not only talented but also such a joy to work with. Every single vendor went above and beyond, from our photographer and videographer to the florist, baker, musicians, DJ, and more.

She also has years of experience as a florist herself, and that paid off in spades — her eye for décor and design is amazing. She helped us integrate every detail (chairs, florals, stationery, linens, cake, music) into a cohesive whole that looked even better than the Pinterest boards I had saved. She gave fantastic advice throughout, kept us on budget, and helped refine my many ideas into an event that was cohesive and beautiful.

Our guests raved about the flowers, the atmosphere, and how packed the dance floor was until the very end. From start to finish, Karina’s advice, vision, and attention to detail brought everything to life in a way we’ll never forget.

Most importantly, Karina and her team (Paige and Jaylin) were the heart of it all. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything seamless and stress-free, elevating the service to a level that felt like a luxury venue. They anticipated and solved problems before I even knew there were any, they sewed a button that had fallen off the back of my dress in between photos, they kept us perfectly on schedule, and they orchestrated every little detail with thoughtfulness and grace.

Instead of post-wedding blues, we’ve been left with post-wedding bliss. We are still glowing, smiling every time we think back on the day, and so grateful to have had Karina in our corner. If you are planning a wedding, do yourself a favor and hire her. She is simply the best in the business!

As my husband and I set out to plan our wedding in Banff, we knew it would come with some challenges and nuances since we are not locals to the area and have never planned an international wedding. That’s when we decided to call in the experts at LFW, and we had the pleasure of working with the one and only Lynn Fletcher herself. It’s hard to really put into words how great of an experience it was working with Lynn and LFW. Probably the best way to convey the experience was a “feeling of safety”; a feeling of being taken under someone’s wing, knowing your best intentions are being looked out for.

In the year leading up to our wedding, Lynn took the time and care to understand who we were as people, and, more importantly, as a couple. Each meeting felt like a casual conversation about what we had in mind, and when we struggled to fill in the details Lynn was there to take us the rest of the way. She took our design and transformed it into something we never thought possible. She provided truly expert insight on things we knew (and still know) nothing about. We appreciated the level of attention to detail her professional lens brought to the process. It was like working with your best friend who has thrown events you only dream of attending. We put our trust in her…and we are so glad we did.

She was our protector on our wedding day. She carved out little moments throughout the day to check in on us, and made sure that we didn’t get wrapped up in all the stress that usually comes with weddings, but instead made sure we could truly enjoy it. One thing she did that I truly loved was revealing the reception to us alone while our guests were enjoying a happy hour in another room. All three of our faces (mine, my husband and Lynn’s) lit up with joy and excitement as we reflected on what a years worth of planning brought us.

Through our relationship in planning, we built trust with each other. We knew that things would turn out exactly as they should because Lynn was on top of it. Reflecting on the amazing day, one thing was immediate from both Travis and I; that we felt so taken care of on our day…and that made it even more special.

We booked an official event with Diaspora there that's why we were a little worried about "rock" vibes, but staff in Main Stage Rehearsal is extremely flexible, friendly and professional. I have no idea how in one hour they turned the venue into completely different vibe. Everyone absolutely loved it. I know for sure we will be back there with many more events. You can trust these guys with very important events of your life, they will not disappoint!

The rooms are spacious, acoustically treated, and fully equipped with high-quality gear that’s always in top shape. Veronica was our lead photographer - she was absolutely incredible. She made us feel at ease, was such a good energy, led us through the day so seamlessly and her work was beautiful! we are beyond happy and could not be happier with our pictures. 10/10 would recommend mango and Veronica!!!!
