As a couple from the states, the idea of planning a wedding in Banff was daunting- luckily for us, that’s where Mel and her team came in. From our first call, we knew her and her team were the right fit. She understood our need and want to have a wedding that didn’t feel like a wedding- but felt like US! From a murder mystery rehearsal dinner, to renting out a coffee shop for our guests, to a dog themed brunch- Mel and her team made sure every detail we wanted were executed to perfection. Mel helped every step of the way, from walking through silly steps of our timeline I didn’t understand, to calming my nerves before walking down the aisle- she is truly not only an amazing planner, but someone we now consider a friend. Working with Melissa and her amazing team was the best decision we made for our wedding! From the get go Melissa was so wonderful to work with and made sure all the small details were handled. Because Melissa was welcoming her second little one (congrats to Melissa!!) right around our wedding we had the amazing Kayla and Alex helping us out on our wedding day and they absolutely nailed every detail! Our ceremony and reception spaces were perfect and Kayla and Alex were on top of everything.

She is also the best resource for brewery recommendations ;) Overall, just book her. You wont regret it.

Recently had our Intimate Wedding here - affordable, easy to book online, and friendly coordinator, officiant and admin overall. Recommend for a stress-free wedding for a smaller party - ours were just immediate family (but the chapel can house up to 150).

Chapel features stain-glass windows on the sides, wooden finish all over and a garden at the back of the chapel for photos. The party can park in the front, and there is another parking area nearby for the guests. Highly recommend! :)

Dennis is super professional - came exactly when he said he would, photobooth was set up so well, both kids and adults were lining up, printer worked fast, people kept coming back - and the price is great! He customized the photo strip for us. He is very very pleasant to work with, I will be taking him again for the next big party I will be hosting for sure. Thank you, Dennis! We had the honour of working with DJ Brittan from Revolution for our wedding yesterday, and she truly brought the magic! From the moment we started planning, they were great to work with. and Brittan seamlessly incorporated all of our music choices into the night.

The timing was spot on, and she expertly kept everything on schedule, even when a few things had to be shuffled around. Her energy and flare made the dance floor infectious, and she had an amazing ability to read the room and play the perfect songs to keep the party going all night long.

What really impressed us was how Brittan went above and beyond, reading the room, and playing some of our favorite songs even though they weren't on the must-play list. It made the night feel extra special and personal.

As our MC, Brittan was professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly and that our guests had an amazing time. She was high energy (which is exactly what we wanted) and brought the vibe we were looking for. We also want to give a shoutout to Roxanne, who was incredibly helpful behind the scenes, answering all of our questions quickly and professionally.

We never had a single worry about the music or entertainment, thanks to Brittan's expertise and professionalism. She truly knows how to mix music and create an unforgettable experience.

First time customer and I am a huge fan now! This establishment is the perfect setting for the ultimate experience. It’s a true SPA. I have been to countless businesses for a pedicure or manicure etc but nothing can compare to this service, and it’s in a rural town and not the big City. My friend and I had the floating pedicures; a manicure and the bonus was a head massage. Let me tell you it’s absolutely surreal. There is nothing like it! The cleanliness of this oasis is impeccable. I also absolutely love the fact that you are not lined up like in chairs and it’s loud and not attentive to you the guest. My friend and I were in a relaxing room and no other customers. It was relaxing and the weighted eye masks during your pedicure and head massage is just the touch to whisk you away to an incredible experience. Highly recommend!!! I will be promoting on my social media platforms.

Best facial service … EVER! Sometimes you want a facial for specific skin treatments and sometimes you just want to melt away in a sea of tranquility …. The latter was my goal this week. The service I received is called the Tranquility Face & Body Ritual. It’s a 90min service that includes a body massage and facial, which also included massage! The aesthetician was well trained, the room was quiet, the music soft …. I was indeed relaxed!

The spa itself is fabulously charming! So much thought went into every detail. And there’s a kitty!!! I can’t wait to come back - this little day spa is 10/10!

Great location downtown, charming heritage home converted to the spa. Relaxing and esthetically appealing is a understatement. The staff were warm and welcoming. The owner Jody was so attentive always checking in to see if we were happy or needed anything. My sagestone spa pedicure and tranquility ritual body treatment were amazing! I came in for a presentation and was absolutely amazed by how everything at Sleepless Studios is set up and built. Sleepless Studios is an absolute gem in Toronto! We used both the podcasting space and the photo studio, and were seriously impressed by the top-tier equipment available in both- everything you could need and more. The space itself is clean, bright, and thoughtfully laid out, with a great vibe and energy throughout.

The location is super convenient, and there's a real creative buzz- lots of talented people to connect with and network. Plus, free Red Bull!!

Celebrated a grade 8 grad here and it was beautiful!!!! First off the venue was already beautiful and didnt need to add decor, the multiple lighting options they have was awesome. Secondly, the owner was amazing to deal with, answered all our questions, no matter what time it was haha, so patience and helpful. I would 100% recommend this venue for any kind of event! I rented this space to host 25 people for a baby shower. It was the perfect location and size for this kind of event; everyone that attended loved it. It's a beautifully decorated loft with really cool vibes. We brought our own decor for our halloween theme, but you don't need to bring anything, the space is gorgeous as is. It looks exactly like the photos online. Host Danny was quick to respond to me, very easy to chat with and super accommodating. I would definitely come back!

The perfect spot for a corporate off-site meeting space! The space comes with tables and chairs which you can set up however you like, and it also has optional projector that you can add on with a giant screen! Danny, the host made things flawlessly easy for us!

We hosted our mom’s 70th birthday celebration here. Gorgeous space—clean, well-equipped, and beautifully laid out. Everything we needed was available, and the ambiance added something really special to the event. Thanks again!

Had an amazing time at The Chef Upstairs. Had the pleasure of making a Mexican cuisine. The staff made it really fun and an enjoyable experience cooking with strangers. Loved the atmosphere as well as all the little fun facts that the Chef was throwing at us while we were all cooking. Will definitely try out another experience in the future.

I had the best time at The Chef Upstairs for their “Spring in Italy” cooking class! I went with a group of friends, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had. The atmosphere was fun, welcoming, and full of laughs and the food? Incredible.

The recipes we made were delicious, but the standout for me was the mushroom salad. Who knew something so simple could taste that elevated? Every dish was a total win.

Chef Matt was fantastic, knowledgeable, engaging, and so easy to follow. Hollie and the rest of the team were equally amazing, keeping everything running smoothly and making sure we were all having a great time.

If you're looking for a unique and hands-on foodie experience with friends, this class is a must.

I attended the La Casa Mexicana class at the Midtown location and had a great experience! The chef and host were very welcoming and knowledgeable, supporting us throughout the night. The other attendees were also warm and friendly, which made for a great atmosphere. I learned a lot during the class, and the food we prepared was delicious. I'm definitely looking forward to taking another class in the future! Highly recommend!

Excellent evening with Chef Obi and Assistant Bonnie at the Indian Cooking lesson!!! They are knowledgeable, skilled, accommodating, and super fun! Learned how to make fresh crisp Samosas, Nan, Palak Paneer, Butter Chicken, and Chai Tea Creme Brûlée, all from scratch! Highly recommend for anyone who likes to cook!

We celebrated our anniversary with the “Bold Flavours of Mexico” class and it was an amazing time!! Chef Adamo and Holly were both so welcoming and made the experience fun and easy for everyone! The environment was great and the food was even better!! We will definitely be coming back for another class!

I booked the Garrett for our holiday work party and it was one of the best nights of the year. The staff and team made the planning so easy and I was so impressed with the level of attention to detail. It was incredibly easy and fun to work with their team and I would recommend them to anyone who asks for a great venue. Almost one year later and our team is still raving about what a perfect night that was. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I am a wedding photographer in the city, and I can’t believe I’ve never shot here. I just toured this space, and wow is it beautiful. We recently hosted an event at the Garret and had an amazing experience. The space is gorgeous and really gives that cool downtown loft vibe. We can't wait for our next event at The Garret and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an intimate downtown venue.

The venue is so amazing for any type of event it is welcoming, cozy, and just an all around great place. What makes the Garret even more amazing is working with Heather she is prompt with her responses, ensures a smooth night for your event, and reminds you of the small details you might forget! I needed a last minute bartender not only did she find one but he was the most friendly, outgoing bartender I have ever dealt with! We used The Garret for both the girls getting ready before our ceremony and our cocktail hour while the team flipped The Pioneer for our reception. The space is beautiful and unique with amazing views and exposed brick walls. It made for amazing getting ready photos as well as comfortable for lounging before the ceremony. Our cocktail hour was amazing in this space. Logistically it was perfect that it is right next door to The Pioneer so our guests didn't have to go far between the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. It also has an open kitchen which allowed our guests to watch the chef create our delicious snacks.

I had my wedding here and had a wonderful experience! Our wedding guests raved about what a cool venue we found. The space has a cool history that shows through its brick walls and chandeliers. We liked that it is centrally located in trendy Inglewood and still offers complimentary parking to guests. The Commons staff are true professionals, providing helpful advice for people like me who are not used to planning large-scale events. Shout out specifically to Caterine, Karla, and Nathan for making our day so memorable! The staff are true professionals who are great at what they do.

I've attended multiple functions in this room over the years and it's always clean, accommodating and well organized. The space is flexible and accessible for everyone.

Everything else was beautifully taken care of. It was small, simple, and exactly what we needed. On top of that, it was very affordable for everything that was included. We had the best time and are so glad we chose Pop-Up Chapel. My sister also had her wedding with them, so we’ve seen firsthand how consistently great they are. Really highly recommend to anyone looking for an easy, meaningful, and well organized celebration.

The experience was seamless! Everyone we spoke to throughout the process was super accommodating and kind! We really wanted to go with a stress-free ceremony option and this was not only affordable, but everything is sorted for you! All we had to do was show up and not worry about any of the small details. My husband and I fell in love with the venue (Globe and Mail Centre) and without Pop-up chapel there would have been no way for us to have our ceremony there. We did end up having a dinner and a reception later in the day after our ceremony, so this was still an amazing option even if you are planning a big celebration after the ceremony.

My husband and I are so happy with our experience with the Pop-Up Chapel Co. They were incredibly easy to work with and made the entire experience a breeze - once we provided a few of our preferences we truly just had to show up. All of the vendors that supported on the day-of were amazing, too!

We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a low-stress way to celebrate their wedding.

Dario, was fantastic. The place was great for the large event event of 34 people. Karaoke was huge hit. TV in two rooms were used for bday slide shows. Bluetooth speakers are great quality and there are two. Pool, ping pong, racing sim, Pac-Man, just great. Lots of fun and tons of room. Thank you to the staff. Great work.

We threw a party there for my husband’s birthday and had a great time! It was like having a bar to ourselves where we could shoot pool, play fuseball, shoot some hoops (my favorite) & have our own dance party. Everyone had such a great time and thought it was a great idea! Best part, no after party clean up like we would have had to do if we hosted at our house.

In a super random location, there is not much parking and it’s in the upstairs of the sex and weed shop next door.

Went there for a party rental and the games are a nice touch but the inside is super dated and very hot in the summer. They have AC but it’s not very strong on a hot day with a lot of people inside. There is a full kitchen and a room with pool tables but everything inside is a bit run down. If your doing a low key kids party or teenager party it might be a good option. Anything for adults I wouldn’t recommend.

Attended my neices birthday party here. The place was very spacious and clean. Lots of games and entertainment for birthday parties and game nights. Highly recommend for anyone looking to do their kids birthday or want a spot for poker night or pool and ping pong. Thank you so much to the owner and staff who made this possible.

My husband and I attended with our friend and had the most fun. It was such a unique experience, the actors did an amazing job and the food was great. My husband is gluten free and diary free and they were able to accommodate his allergens. I loved the location. The puzzles were fun and challenging and we were able to save the day! There was a photo booth and it really felt like a wedding.

Great experience and great venue. Actors are fun and the experience is really what you put in is what you get out of it. The food taste is great just was very dragged out delivery and seems to interrupt the experience rather than complement it. Drinks are pricey so you can decide for yourself if it's worth adding for the ambiance - no different than what you'd get at a typical restaurant these days I'm assuming.

"The Wedding Party" at The Old Mills was an experience to remember! I have a deep appreciation for Old Mills, as it’s one of my favorite boutique hotels in Toronto, and the setting added to the charm of the evening.

This event may very well be the greatest collaboration of all time! The combination of a murder mystery dinner with an interactive experience was simply brilliant. I particularly adored the mystery-solving component, which kept us engaged and on our toes throughout the evening.

Our table mates were fantastic. Initially, we were strangers, but we quickly formed a bond as we worked collaboratively to unravel the intriguing plot. It was heartwarming to see couples at our table celebrating their anniversaries, adding an extra layer of joy to the occasion.

The only downside to the evening was that the food did not meet my dietary requests, even after multiple attempts to communicate with the staff. However, the fun and excitement of the event more than made up for this setback.

Overall, "The Wedding Party" at The Old Mills is a delightful experience that combines mystery, laughter, and great company. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a unique night out!

Pro tip: Be sure to walk around the hotel, there may be music and party happening that you can twirl and dance to!

From the first time meeting Katherine, I felt very comfortable with her and calm regards to planning my wedding. As someone who gets overwhelmed easily, she made sure I was satisfied and happy with the planning and the chapel itself. She always followed up with me and my husband to see if everything’s okay prior to our wedding date, if we had any questions or concerns she was able to assist us.

Our wedding was amazing, from the ceremony, the decorations at the chapel, food, staff and reception. Till this day my wedding guests are saying wow it was such a lovely wedding, they loved how Katherine was welcoming towards everyone and she made sure everything was okay. The wedding photos and video looked amazing as well.

From what I have heard and experienced from other weddings, I cannot believe that in my wedding at the Toronto Wedding Chapel I did not have to worry absolutely nothing, about anything!! I was in shock because usually the bride is stress (I am perfectionist), but no, it was only happiness. The event was so beautiful, the staff, the pictures, the food, the Champagne, the place, EVERYTHING was so perfect (I want to get married again with my husband haha). We had a wonderful time!! Bellamy Loft gave my husband and I a wedding better than either of us could have ever imagined. Not living in Toronto, I was uncertain how we would ever find vendors and a venue for our dream wedding. Bellamy Loft took all the worry away.

The workers and coordinators, all wonderful, from Bianca always responding in a timely manner to any and all questions by email, to Novia and Lydia helping with planning and the final set up. Everyone was a pleasure to work with.
Their partner vendors are also all terrific! They selected them all for us, and while we were nervous a little, after the night we had, we would not change a thing! The photographer was lovely and we are excited to see all of the beautiful shots! The photobooth is a must! We have still been receiving raving reviews about the food and how lovely of a bartender Matthew was. And no one can stop talking about Chris, the DJ and how he brought the party and the party never stopped!

Bellamy Loft took care of everything at an extremely reasonable price. Our officiant was attentive and charismatic. Our photographer had attention to detail. The venue was perfect. The focus was on us as a couple and we didn't have to stress about a thing! Would highly recommend to couples looking for an intimate ceremony. Thank you for everything.
