Rula and her team did not disappoint! Our wedding was May 16th. Rula went above and beyond for us from picking up our wedding favours and dropping them to the venue to doing a beautiful memorial table for my husband’s mother. She put so much thought and effort into executing the perfect decor. Our guests were blown away. Weddings can be very stressful but Rula made sure to take care of everything day of; she did not contact us with any issues and made sure to keep us focused on just showing up and having a good time. It was truly a seamless experience and we would recommend All in One Events to anyone looking for a decor company that is truly passionate about what they do & will ensure amazing results.

MC Malik provided MC services for my daughter's sweet 16 and did so effortlessly. He engaged the crowd as soon as he grabbed the mic. He organized a game that got everyone involved, regardless of age group. I had guests ask if he was a relative, that's how good he is... he totally integrated himself like he's part of the family. I never thought we needed a MC, but so glad that we had MC Malik there.

We worked with Gee The MC for our August wedding. He was absolutely amazing. The lines of communication were always open and he delivered the experience he promised. My husband and I wanted someone who could bring energy to the party while being respectful to our grandparents who were in attendance. He did that and more! From the entrance, to the selfie rush, to the speech introductions….to my hubby’s scandalous dancing. Gee knew how to maneuver the motions of our event. Our family is still talking about him today! Everyone loved him!

It is our first engagement shooting experience, but Alexandre teach us with patience and professionalism. We're grateful to choose him as our photographer, best ever in the city! We're now enjoying our photos everyday, thanks him for reserving these beautiful memories for us!

If I could put 6 stars, I would! Alex and Irina are an amazing team and photographers that we met at Salon Marions-Nous. My husband which has an eye for photography, fell in love with his work. As the bride, I really needed to be reassured that my needs where going to be addressed and that my wedding was going to be personalized to my taste. He did that beautifully! Alex did not pressure us into getting more services such the video package (which he does also), he simply listened to our needs and executed them. It was such a pleasure working with him and we absolutely loved his pictures. He captured every "single" moment of our special day! We love 600 pictures captured by him and Irina. A Party We’ll Never Forget… And Neither Will Anyone Else!

It’s been a year since our wedding, and people still tell us how it was the best party they’ve ever been to and that’s 100% thanks to DJ Majd, DJ Kloud, and the entire BTB team.

From the music, to the MC work, to the saxophone set and full entertainment experience, everything was flawlessly executed. Majd took the time to plan every single detail with us, both in front and behind the scenes, and made sure nothing was left to chance. The team was so organized, so thoughtful, and so in tune with what we wanted, that the day went off without a single hitch.

We had a full itinerary, no surprises, just good vibes and nonstop fun. We told Majd, “All we want is to dance, jump, and have fun all night,” and that’s exactly what they delivered. Honestly, we’ve never seen an entire room, young and old, on the dance floor all night like that. It was to the point that nobody knew the midnight table was served because we were all dancing away. THEY JUST GET IT.

We’ll forever be grateful to BTB. Truly, calling them just a DJ service doesn’t do them justice, they were the heartbeat of our celebration.

We had our wedding with Back to Basics - DJ Kirky this past weekend and could not thank them enough for the energy and atmosphere of the night. They brought our wedding night to life a million times better than we could have imagined it. We literally could not leave the dance floor, nor could our guests. From hyping up our bridal party to checking in on us to mixing beats after beats, DJ Kirky is truly a master of his trade and we could not have picked a better artist. There are truly no words that can capture the gratitude we feel for the Back to Basics team after our wedding this past weekend. Going into our reception, we had very high expectations of what we knew they could deliver. We never thought they would shatter those expectations tenfold. The ability they have to read the room and pivot based on the vibes of the crowd is exceptional. You know the music is good when guests tell you they couldn't leave the dance floor for the midnight buffet or even a bathroom break because the fear of missing an epic song or insane remix was too great. Kirky & Jason brought the energy, captivated the room, and made every moment of our evening unforgettable.

Entertainment and a great dance party were top priorities for us, so splurging on B2B was absolutely worth it! Our planner had the utmost trust in their team and we quickly saw why.

Kirk and Majd were fantastic during the planning process, and on the big day Kirk and Jason completely exceeded our expectations (our planner said that’s their norm!). The music throughout the entire day was incredible. Dancing between courses (something we hadn’t experienced before and initially weren’t sure if our guests would be into) and an epic dance party that had friends begging for more when the night ended. We got tons of compliments about the music.

Kirk checked in with us throughout the evening, even making sure we stayed hydrated, and invited us to take the first Photo Booth picture, which were well-appreciated and thoughtful touches.

The Photo Booth was a massive hit with all ages. Guests kept asking what filter was on the photos because it made everyone look amazing 😂

Amanda and Lexine are single handedly responsible for the stress free wedding day that my husband and I were able to enjoy. We spent a year planning our day and Captivating Occasions was right there to provide guidance all along the way. The spreadsheet that these two put together to keep our wedding day on track was so appreciated by not only us but all our vendors. Amanda and Lexine ran our rehearsal, set up our decor, ran our wedding day and came back late in the evening to take everything down and pack up. Being busy in our careers, spending hours planning a wedding was not something we wanted to do. Claire made the whole process seem easy - even though we know, without a doubt, that she was doing so much hard work behind the scenes. Alex and her team were absolutely amazing every step of the way through planning, communication, and wedding day execution! My husband and I live in the US and were planning our wedding in Toronto. We knew we wanted a planner that could go to vendor meetings, meet via zoom, and could make it all come together for us as we were out of the country. We chose to work with Blush and Bowties because of their attention to detail, intentional designs, their focus on the experience of your day, and their overall enthusiasm for taking on the planning of our wedding!

From the very beginning Alex provided mood boards that were exactly aligned with what our hopes and dreams for our wedding day would look like, we worked off of those and a 3D rendering to carefully and intentionally choose all of the details and decor. Alex sourced the best florists and vendors to take on the vision of our wedding and make it come to life. She gave options and never pushed us towards the most expensive option and guided us through what would be the most impactful on our budget. It was so helpful to have her give us timelines of when the dress should be ordered, when to send out invites, what sites to use for RSVPs, she kept our timeline on track and stress free! She is kind, funny, organized, thoughtful and calm.

Seeing her work her magic and be the director of the whole production of the day was truly inspiring. She is an expert and works endlessly for a seamless hassle free day for the bride and groom. I felt nothing but ease and trust in her as I knew she was amazing as what she does. Our wedding day could not have been any better!! If any hiccup came up, she immediately and calmly found a solution. Having her plan the wedding was one thing, but then seeing her coordinate our wedding day was a whole other thing that she so effortlessly did with a smile on her face! She is truly the fairy godmother every bride needs on her wedding day!!

I loved being as hands on as possible with Alex to figure out details and design ideas because I enjoy it, but I know she would be the best person to work with even if you didn't come with any ideas and wanted someone to just take it away and do their thing to make a beautiful and memorable wedding! She looks outside the box, knows what's trending, knows what's boring, knows what should be skipped and what's important, and is always up for doing something unexpected and untraditional!

I have been following Destination Wedding Planners on Instagram for a year before my now husband popped the question. Like many couples engaged in 2020, my husband and I ended up having two weddings: the “real” big one that got delayed, and the microwedding that got suddenly planned in a panic. So it’s hard to know where to begin with how wonderful, helpful, indispensable, and reliable Kim and the Envision team were over years of planning (and replanning) two weddings during a time when nothing was remotely certain. Kim somehow knew what I wanted better than I did, always ready to tell me exactly what I needed to hear (even when it was “no!”). She also did our flowers and design, and essentially read our minds through the entire process. She was also fantastic at working within our budget, especially keeping the encore wedding in mind. Kim, in her expertise, suggested some fantastic vendors, and came up with ideas I had written off (like a vineyard wedding? I never would have imagined. But Kim did). The wedding days themselves were logistical wonders. Meghan took over in the weeks leading toward each event, and she might be the most competent person I’ve met in my life, while still being so warm and cheerful. Many wedding planners in southern Ontario have years of expertise, they have connections, they have the portfolio. But Kim is truly a rare gem of a person. She’s so real, so genuine, so down to earth. You will get your dream wedding with Kim not only because she is a connected, creative, hard working professional, but also because of who she is as a person and how much true passion and dedication she puts into her work. Working with envision weddings was the best choice I could have many for my wedding. I got the wedding planning services with the amazing Jenna and floral and decoration services from Kim and her amazing team!!

When I was looking for a florist, I talked to a couple other designers that were far less experienced than Envision, but Envision
still gave me the best price quote. I’m so glad we went with them because they were absolutely beautiful! It was the chuppah of my dreams! The team did a great job transforming the room for the ceremony and the reception. Our sweetheart table and centerpieces looked amazing. They also added flowers to my bouquet the day of to make it match my vision exactly! They are very knowledgeable and practical about what kind of flowers to use, and how many you need to get the look you want! I would recommended them to design your day!

To anyone thinking of working with the Envision Wedding Team - DO IT! We could not have imagined our special day and surrounding weekend coming together the way it did without them.

We are a couple from California, so we went with the full wedding planning package knowing that we needed to work with someone local - for timezone and geographical reasons, as well as knowing the current market and having network contacts in the industry, among other important factors. We got more than we could have asked for, as we are a Filipino-American couple with plans to incorporate cultural wedding traditions, and us luck would have it, Kim grew up with Filipinos and was already very familiar with what we wanted to do. Also definitely worth mentioning that as we were going through the interviewing process, a non-negotiable for us was someone who has had prior experience working with Casa Loma, which was to be our wedding venue. Not only had Kim done weddings at Casa Loma before, but she is so highly regarded by them that she was invited to decorate one of the rooms there during Christmas. Needless to say, there was no one else for the job for us after completing all the other interviews. So if you're getting married at Casa Loma, you DEFINITELY need to work with Envision!

Our celebrations took place over the course of a full weekend which also included a welcome party, rehearsal dinner, and farewell brunch event. Kim and her team were instrumental in every part of the weekend. They don't just take care of you for one special day in your life, they are with you through the whole thing.

When you work with Envision Weddings, you get the whole package - they work with you on all design aspects – we had a lightly Tangled-themed wedding and they brought our vision into reality. They have their own floral studio and can do the day-of stationery as well. Their industry connections were amazing, and we were glad to have been put in contact with their partners and vendor recommendations. Kim was also an invaluable teammate, going to bat for us when working with outside vendors when the time came.

During the planning process – Kim was able to accommodate our late night zoom meetings due to the timezone difference. She also reassured us wherever we were during our planning process – TRUST that they know what they’re doing. They were our biggest advocates and supporters, as well as our therapists when we needed it (lol). Also special mention to Megan who went above and beyond so many times throughout the process and the day-of team including Chantal who helped to keep us sane, on track, and on point on our big day, even in spite of how chaotic things seemed at times. It’s also worth mentioning that our venue coordinator at Casa Loma changed on us unexpectedly TWICE during the process, but the Envision Team kept us solid and grounded until the end.

Kim, Fiona, and the whole Envision Wedding Team really are incredible at what they do and we are so fortunate to have been able to work with them and build off of their passion and hard work. You’ve given us memories and experiences we’ll never forget.

Day of, we signed the papers before the ceremony - a special moment with just us and our siblings. The ceremony was beautiful - the perfect mix of humour and sentiments! Lots of happy tears and laughs. It felt super special for both us and our guests!

Keith was the wedding officiant of our dreams. As a young couple, the journey felt quite daunting and he made us feel extremely at ease, supported and answered our many, many questions with patience and kindness. His relaxed and humorous demeanour made him a hit with our guests (and us)!

We are also incredibly grateful for his support with the expedited marriage registration/certificate, which helped us greatly with our immigration documentation. Thank you again for such an amazing experience. Cannot recommend him enough!

When I say I had a TRAILER FULL of decorations, including 3 arches and over 12 bins of decor, I ain’t kidding! Fiona and her incredible team didn’t even flinch. Fiona is highly organized. Here is another professional in the wedding industry who knows what to do and has an impeccable eye for detail. Fiona is a talented stylist / decorator and brought my wedding vision to life. While I did not hire her to be my day-of wedding coordinator (as I didn’t need it with my venue), I know she offers this service as well and would highly recommend her and her company!

Fiona Lau and her team were invaluable to our wedding planning. We paid for Full Planning and I recommend this package for every couple who can afford a wedding planner (very reasonable prices). Fiona is the perfect balance of highly organized and going with the flow; ensuring important issues are promptly addressed while not letting minor details bog us down. She is exceptionally team-oriented ensuring that I, André and all the vendors felt like we were all on the same page. She was crucial to making our planning process and wedding so enjoyable.

Some of my favourite moments:
- When our first officiant had to cancel (many months before the wedding thankfully), Fiona helped us book a new amazing officiant within 24 hours.
- When we had the final meeting with our venue, Fiona did all the heavy lifting so Andre and I spent most of that meeting in our own world admiring the venue. We only chimed in when they needed our opinion.
- My mother coming into my bridal suite saying, "What is this?! I am the mother of the bride, I am supposed to be stressed but I have nothing to do!"
- During the wedding, I was completely in the moment without a worry. Everything was magically in the right place during the event. Even when I got home, I went through all my stuff worried that something had been forgotten at the venue but it was all in place...I don't even know when they did that but I know that was Fiona and Danielle's doing!

I am absolutely happy with my decision to hire Fiona as a coordinator with partial planning support for my wedding in 2023. If you are planning a wedding and wondering if these services are worthwhile, they absolutely are and will make the entire process and day-of much, much less stressful.

This review will be long, but I wanted to provide as much detail as possible to help you make an informed decision and know what to expect.

Fiona was very professional, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. We met regularly both in-person and virtually on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, where Fiona would check up on our progress and identify what we needed to do next. As we did not have family in the area who could help us, we found her recommendations and checklists vital to our success.

She helped us by pulling together a vision board complete with the colours we'd chosen to help with decorative aspects and finding the perfect venue. She was happy to provide a list of vendor recommendations, but definitely was not pushy and will work with anyone you have chosen.

She set up templates to document and track our budget, decorations, guest list and more. All of this is done in Google Drive and easily accessed and shared with whoever needs to be involved.

Once we'd chosen and contacted vendors, Fiona attended many of our meetings with them. This is very helpful because she asked so many questions that I had never even thought of to ensure all bases are covered. She reviewed our contracts before we signed and highlight anything which seemed non-standard, missing, or that we should clarify. This was very reassuring given the amount of money at stake.

Fiona developed the schedule for the day and worked with the coordinator at the venue and with all of our vendors. The day of, Fiona and her staff were basically *the* fairy crew. Fiona's team received all of our deliveries, in some cases picked things up for us, ensured that the venue was set up, kept the day on running schedule, stepped in to help wherever it is needed, and also helps the wedding parties as they get ready and during photos.

As a result, our day was fun, stress free, and absolutely worth it.

May not only find the best cost efficient options, she negotiated and negotiated until we get the best bang for our buck. I trust her so much to the point I chase after her to say: “May how can I pay you and Fleur more to do more for me? Can you please help me with rehearsal dinner/afterparty?” I just knew it was gonna make this best decision I made on Fleur an even better one.

🍬 and boy did I have the best 36 hours of my life, from rehearsal dinner the night before to the afterparty into the early morning after. There was no a single thing I needed to worry about beside enjoying myself. Even though we had 100 guests, countless boat rides, two literal buses - I didn’t even spare a second on worrying logistics and can focus all of myself with friends, family, loved ones and my new husband. Fleur team took care of my stuff, coordinated all the vendors, fed me, watered me, boozed me whenever I needed, held my bustle, fixed my veil, packed my designer stuff to my mom so they won’t get lost. You name it they are already on top of it.

You can pay for a great wedding planning service, you can pay premium for an exceptional one. But how do you name a price on having the absolute best day of your life? I just know I got a steal.
