From the moment we started communication with DJ Hany, until the last song was played, the entire experience was great. DJ Hany was very transparent with no only his prices, but was very keen on understanding our music tastes. Unlike other DJs, he walked us through samples of the types of music he would play for each genre we chose (we literally listened to a few and he showed us how he transitioned between songs live on a call), and this was extremely helpful, so that we could visualize and understand how the night would go and plan for it in the best way possible.

DJ Hany was able to accommodate playing music both outside and within the venue. The equipment, including speakers, lighting, microphones, etc, all worked well. He was able to coordinate what songs were played at the specific moments required with no issue.

DJ Hany also did light MCing for us, including announcing our names and advancing the night along. He was also flexible as the night advanced - for example, he helped plan a game, but when the night was advancing and we were running a bit behind, I decided to cut the game and for DJ Hany it was no issue at all.

Also, DJ Hany was quick on taking requests and handled transitions between songs very gracefully. The most important job was keeping the energy high and transitioning skillfully and we felt this was done great - We had, in my opinion, diverse music at points, rotating between Lebanese music, 80s, and 2000s, and not once did it sound disjointed or harsh - everything was smooth.

All in all, I highly recommend DJ Hany for your wedding. It was a pleasure working with him!

Jim was absolutely amazing, and we honestly cannot recommend him enough! From the moment we met him at a wedding show in early 2024, we knew we were in good hands. Danillo, Rakesh and Marcello were an amazing team, they were so professional, easy and fun to work with. 10 years ago (already!) Dany did our engagement photoshoot and his team did our wedding photos and videos. Everything turned out beautiful! A couple days ago, we asked Dany to do a family photoshoot at the same location. The pictures turned out amazing! Dany is very talented and attentive. Working with Dany and Tony for our wedding was a pleasure. Dany was always very responsive and able to answer all our questions. Tony (our photographer) was so funny and made us feel at ease. If you are on the fence about getting a video, get the video! Marcello (the videographer) was amazing and having the footage of us and our family and friends enjoying our wedding day is something we can enjoy for many years to come. Overall they were very professional and we are so happy with the result. I highly recommend!

Working with Pacifica Productions has been one of the highlights of planning our wedding! We had the pleasure of doing our engagement and wedding photos with them. They are extremely talented, fun, charismatic and make you feel comfortable when taking pictures. They really personalize every experience to the couples’ personalities. Our wedding day happened to be during the big storm we recently had which can easily be a stressful situation, however they still pulled it off and we were still able to get the pictures we wanted done! Rainbow and her team are phenomenal. I did not stress once during the day. She allowed me to be a guest and enjoy my own wedding. The day flowed seamlessly. I had a wedding with a very large bridal party (17!) and Rainbow was so organized - we were even ahead of schedule which never happens! She is always one step ahead and anticipates my every move. We want to thank Rainbow and her team for helping with the month-of coordination of our wedding at Langdon Hall this past weekend. We also hired Rainbow to be our MC since many of our guests spoke Cantonese, and Rainbow could run the event in both English and Chinese.

From the beginning of hire, Rainbow was overall responsive in answering all the questions that we had. I am a pretty organized person myself and did not need much help picking out my own vendors, so the month-of coordination package was perfect for us. I appreciated how Rainbow helped answer my questions throughout the process, came up with a detailed scheduled (and revised it multiple times to match my changes and needs) and connected all our vendors in the last two weeks before the wedding. Royal Events was creative and heartfelt and put together the most beautiful decor for our Sangeet and for our wedding ceremony! We had Jyoti as our full wedding planner for our wedding this past June. Jyoti did an amazing job and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. - Jyoti and I had only briefly discussed having little black bows on our champagne tower (something I completely forgot about as the wedding got closer) and I was so happy to see during our reception hall reveal that she remembered such a little detail and had added bows to our champagne tower. It’s the little things!!
- The fact that our South Asian wedding ran exactly ON TIME (!!!!) was mind blowing to me - I thought for sure that being behind schedule was one thing we would have to accept, but that was not a problem because we had Jyoti running the show!!!

Like most 2020 brides, I have had to deal with a lot of last minute decisions in regards to my wedding. When I reached out to Stephita, it was a late evening, wine drinking, google scramble to desperately find a place to help me get invitations for a date just over 2 months away. My husband and I had the great fortune of selecting Studio V for our wedding that was held there earlier this month. Dawn's venue was the first we saw when we started looking for a space and we immediately knew it was the right venue for us. It is intimate with a lot of character and it was the perfect size for our wedding with 50 guests. And after meeting Dawn we knew we were in good hands.

Dawn was very helpful with assisting us plan our wedding. She was always available to answer questions and provide ideas.

On the day of, everywhere went off without a hitch. Dawn, Eliza and their staff did an excellent job decorating the venue and making sure our big day went smoothly. It was everything we hoped for.

My partner and I held our wedding here in October 2022. We wanted a small wedding due to the changing environment of covid and fell in love as soon as viewed the venue. We had the most beautiful wedding, bettet than we ever imagined.

Dawn and Eliza are both so amazing. From our first consultation and walk through, to booking and planning, right until the last mins of our wedding day, the communication was quick and the overall planning was easy. You want to have good communication with the venue and you get that when here. I felt super at ease especially for someone who is Type A.

At first i hesitated getting a wedding coordinator as naturally I love being hands on, but we found it so helpful to have Eliza communicating with our vendors and helping with our schedule. You need a Eliza by your side brides/grooms! Highly recommend getting the wedding coordination service as add on.

Our vision of our wedding came to life and Eliza was there to help flush it out to make it even better. We held our tea ceremony, nikkah, lunch reception and lion dance.

We probably could've came with less decor based on how much was at our disposable from Studio V. So if you're on a tight decor budget, and love dried florals, minimalism with a mix of boho, they may have what you want and more without the additional coordination or cost.

The staff that Studio V hired for the day of were also top notch. So kind, so helpful, and the service was beyond amazing. Even our guests were complimenting at how lovely the service was. As soon as you enter, you feel so welcomed.

Wouldn't have had my wedding any other way.

Shoutout to Studio V Events and their amazing crew, especially Dawn and Eliza, for making our wedding day an absolute blast! We had a Hindu ceremony, which required specific arrangements and traditions, and Eliza and Dawn helped make sure everything was in place, which made the ceremony flawless. We felt respected and valued throughout the entire process - Eliza was incredibly accommodating. Their respect for our traditions was apparent and we really appreciated that. We also were able to have our dog at the wedding which was wonderful!

Eliza helped us craft a flow of events and spent a bunch of time planning out the day with us over the phone. She had some great recommendations for vendors, the set up and the flow of events - all these aspects helped make our special day memorable. Our guests loved the space and the set up. Importantly, the team was super laid-back and calm, which seriously eased our wedding planning stress!

One of the most common pieces of advice I received before the wedding was that I wouldn't have time to enjoy the day because of all the chaos. However, thanks to Dawn, Eliza, and their fantastic team at Studio V Events, I can confidently say that we had an absolute blast at our wedding. They handled every detail with grace and efficiency, leaving us free to soak in every moment and enjoy our big day.
