Thank you for your GREAT service! My parents and I enjoyed Sam Limousine's (Syed Zafar) time with us. He was above and beyond trying to show us all the cool sites of the city. He took his time in each place and waited for us patiently to take our photos and gave us short details on each place. He was very flexible about making the time for the tour and he was really kind and gentle. What a wonderful way to start our trip in the Canadian Rocky Mountains! Thank you, Syed!

We got a limo for our friends 30th birthday celebration. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received! It was affordable as we split it between the 9 of us, we didn’t have to split up into multiple cabs or Uber’s, we got to crank our own tunes, drink our own alcohol and arrive to our destination safely.

Our driver Ryan was so friendly and professional. He brought us to some great spots for photos which we really appreciated.

Syed was who I spoke with on the phone and he was very accommodating and easy to book with.

Highly recommend this company for your celebrations or group rides rather than splitting into cabs/Uber’s!

We heard about Sams Limousine Services when we were going to stay at clique hotel in Calgary so we arranged with him to pick us up at hotel in the morning after we were to fly in however because of crazy weather and airline issues we never arrived in Calgary till that next morning which he was so super easy to contact via txt and rearrange to pick us up at airport instead. He drove us one way trip to drumhellor to meet up with family Syed is super friendly super professional and clean nice car we loved our drive it was well worth it when we come to Calgary again we will surely use this service definitely a fabulous finding

We had an amazing time in the limo on the way to my daughter’s wedding. From the start to finish, the experience was seamless!!! The limo was spotless, and comfortable- the driver Sheldon was not only professional, but fun and accommodating. They truly went above and beyond to make the trip special making sure to keep the vibe perfect the whole ride. This really set the tone for the day. I highly recommend them for any service.

Ordered Slice Limos for our wedding and they didn't disappoint! Driver appeared professional and arrived a earlier than requested. Ordered the SUV limo and it fit 12 of us (10 wedding party and 2 photographers) but a bit snug but it was fine! Champagne glasses and napkins were available as well. Was able to connect our phones to the limo speakers which was a bonus. Driver was polite, respectful, and easy to communicate with. Price was very reasonable! I used Slice Limo for my grad and it was honestly one of the best parts of the night! The limo showed up early and super clean. I booked a limo in Toronto with Vale Royal for my daughter’s prom, which turned out to be the best decisions I made. We received an upgraded limo, which left all 14 teenagers that were going to the prom in a state of amazement. The chauffeur arrived on time and was very courteous even though he was dealing with 14 teenagers all by himself.

The limousine was very impressive and was clean inside and out and had plenty of room for all of the children to sit comfortably. It was probable the greatest limousine I have seen throughout Toronto. Vale Royal was very flexible when it came to picking up groups of kids from different locals and the chauffeur provided business cards to each child, which included his cell phone number in case they needed to contact him. Everyone who rode in the limo has stated that they had no problem with leaving their personal items in the limo upon entering the restaurant before the prom and the prom itself.

It brought me great comfort to know that upon request the chauffeur agreed that he would do a head count before leaving each location just to make sure no one was left behind. Once the prom was over the chauffeur kindly took each child to their house, which showed his dedication to his job and his clients. The value, professionalism, and quality service that Vale Royal provided to my daughter, her friends, and myself was outstanding.

(Haha) Tony was SO professional, fun, kind, and took us to a beautiful spot to take photos and took the best pictures of us! He was extremely professional as well. I saw a lot of other companies online but the reason I called A1 was because they had their pricing on their website while every other site was “call for quote” which is very annoying. I loved the transparency, it made it convenient and easy for us to budget and book. The follow up leading up to our ride was professional and kind as well. Unfortunately at our arrival there was insane rain so we had to bolt out to avoid getting soaked, and we feel terrible we couldn’t give Tony the thanks he deserved. Thank you guys so much

It is always a great time with A 1 limo as it is hassel free. I booked the 26 person limo bus early in Jan for july. Each time I would inquire about questions they would promptly reply that day no mater what hour of the day. Our driver Tony was great. although he got stuck in traffic on the way to pick up the group he was able to piviot with all of my schedule changes. As in changing the meeting place to load the bus with supplies and the pick up the rest of the group.
He was prompt on pick up and drop off at each venue and parked as close to the venues as possible.
At the end of the night he made an extra stop to drop off all of the extra supplies.
Communucation was great between the party host and the driver.
my only suggestion would be to allow an extra 5 to 10 mins in the beginning to accomodate traffic.

Fabulous company! My daughter celebrated her 22nd birthday with friends and they were absolutely thrilled with their ride and the driver, Tony. He was in communication with my daughter and even shopped for drinks for them to have in the limo with a list she sent to him which was greatly appreciated. The limo itself (tuxedo stretch Excursion) was stunningly beautiful. They had so much fun they actually canceled some of their plans so they could spend more time in the limo. Tony was kind, professional and patient, and kept them all safe the whole night. We will absolutely contact this company anytime we need a driver for a special night! Thank you so much!!

Hired Canada Limo to take us too and from ball game at dome. Great communication from dispatch and drivers. Both vehicles impeccable condition. First driver was excellent, second driver while good got really wound up with the traffic downtown and tried doing multiple detours, blocking traffic to only land up right beside existing traffic we were trying to get around going onto Gardiner. 4.5 stars highly recommend.

I highly recommend this company! First off they were very professional, on time and helpful with passengers and their luggage. They arrived early both time and were always ready to go without hesitation.
Toronto traffic is heavy, especially during the week and along with the ongoing construction that we saw during our commute, you get an idea that the travel can be stressful; however, we never noticed, because of Canada Limo. They were in control and navigated all of this with ease. No sudden stops, no wrong turns, they were never overly aggressive.
It was just a very smooth and professional drive from Pearson Airport to Niagara Falls and back again upon the end of our trip!

I used Cascade Limousine Service to get from Cochrane to Calgary. Very easy to arrange and very friendly. The vehicle was a nice newer Lincoln SUV. The driver was friendly and professional. They were early to arrive (good thing, I wasn’t rushed at all) and the ride was smooth. I definitely will be using the Cascade Limousine Service when I need the next time I need transportation.

Seven life long girlfriends enjoyed the service of Cascade Limo last week. Celebrating our 60+ years of close companionship, we held a Reunion in Calgary & Umar drove us to Didsbury, where we all went to school - past all our family homes, with stops at other memorable places in town. Umar is new to Cascade and is a wonderful addition to the Company. Polite, kind and professional, he showed enjoyment in putting up with 7 excited Ladies, smiling at “oh! turn here!” “ohhh, could we stop please and have a picture taken!” Thank you, Umar and Cascade Limo for giving us a lovely memory to tuck in with all the others we shared over our special time together.

Hands down the best limousine service out there (we’ve tried a lot). Richard coordinated everything and was incredibly responsive, even texting with me leading up to the trip. Eric, our driver, was so friendly and was a true professional. We used the service going from the airport to our home, with a six year old and 1 year old. They supplied car seats, arrived ahead of time, grabbed our luggage from the luggage pickup and brought everything to our door at our home. I’d encourage everyone who needs a very nice and well appointed car service to check them out!

Do not book this company! I booked a private tour 2 months in advance for my dad's 85th birthday. He has limited mobility, so this was going to be perfect. The company canceled on me a day before our tour, and they were rude and completely inflexible leaving us with no options for my dad's birthday weekend that my parents traveled 8 hrs for!

Our driver, Salim, was friendly and flexible. The tour of Montreal was informative and well done despite the rain.The pick up at the cruise ship and the drop off at the airport went very smoothly.

Salim picked us up right on time in Tremblant (where transportation can be tricky) and ensured we made it safely to YUL. It was a perfect experience!

Eric, the gentleman who I dealt with, was responsive, direct and clear about all of my arrangements. He was easygoing about arranging to get groceries as I had to go into quarantine. If you are reading this, do not even consider another company, just call or write them and they will take care of your needs. I wrote to two other companies, and Eric was the most responsive and reliable of all of them. My driver was Jerome and he was a delightful person.

I hired Groupe Classique Limousine to get me to and from Esteril for a Porsche Ice Experience event. The service was excellent. The driver was on time for both pick-ups. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. I felt safe at all times, as the driver navigated the narrow and slippery roads up to the Laurentiens. I found this service to be of great value for the cost. I will definitely use this service again.
