I am writing to give some feedback concerning our trip of yesterday.
The bus was just unbelievable – new – clean – and comfortable…. My residence couldn't stop saying what a beautiful bus we had and what a beautiful bus I had reserved. Michel the bus driver was just marvelous – he was attentive – and explained the many features of the bus before we left and was very attentive to all my requests. Michel was very good – his driving was exceptional – he didn’t speed – he didn't pass other cars because they were going slow – he kept his speed all along the trip.
I have only good things to say about the service that Valeria has given me before the trip – answering all my questions before my departure, and the service she gave me when I was stressed abut everything being in order. This company has accomplished ALL that.
I thank you very much and I will surely come back for any of my future trips….

We used this company for an airport transfer, but the experience was stressful and disappointing from start to finish.

After the ride, my son accidentally left a bag in the vehicle. We contacted the driver immediately and he said he’d return in 30 minutes. I offered to meet him or pay a service fee/tip, but was told to wait. We ended up waiting 90 minutes with no update. He stopped responding, and our AirTag showed he never turned back.

Only after I emailed the company and mentioned involving outside help did they respond—suddenly and urgently. We were told to be back at our apartment within 15 minutes if we wanted the bag, with no flexibility. Thankfully, we rushed back and found it left safely at the door, but the situation caused major stress and wasted time.

Other issues: We paid for a meet-and-greet at the airport—no one was waiting. Despite notifying the company of our flight delays well in advance and confirming our new arrival time while on the final leg, no one met us. I do acknowledge that the airline did this 3 times however this is typical of many airlines. We had to call upon landing and were bounced between doors just to find our driver outside. Not a peaceful start!

The company said they upgraded our vehicle for free, but that wasn’t what we cared about or asked for. What mattered to us was reliability and peace of mind. They offered to refund the meet-and-greet after we complained, but six days later, we still haven’t received it.

Most frustrating was how the lost bag was handled. It contained medication and essentials, and I would have gladly paid to have it returned promptly. Instead, we were met with silence and confusion, and genuinely believed we might never get it back.

This was not the premium service we expected—or paid for. I can’t recommend this company based on our experience.

My husband recently required surgery in Montreal, and we were fortunate to have Fadi assist us with transportation from the airport and to the clinic. The process for both pick-up and drop-off was handled with outstanding professionalism and kindness. I would recommend their services, as we had a very positive experience.

horrible service. the driver arrived 1h late and didn’t even apologized. the driver also told us that he’ll keep our bottle of champagne while we were at our event. we came back to an empty bootle. Would give zero stars if I could. Horrific cancellation 2 weeks before wedding date due to a “mechanical issue” however friends called them and they were able to book the day before the wedding with no issues - turns out the car was in perfect working condition and they just couldn’t be bothered to honour our contract we had in place for 6 MONTHS. Avoid at all costs. Huge thanks to A Rolls Choice for helping us in our time of need - a far better Toronto based company.

What a cute little cafe! It’s hard to find places in smaller towns like this that have vegan and gluten free options. I had the Pri Pri bowl and the lady in the back even came out and offered to make a vegan gf cupcake for me. Wonderful people and delicious food!

I feel like I rarely feel a restaurant deserves 5 stars but our family lunch today was perfect. My breakfast wrap was amazing! Everyone’s lunch was delicious and so were the coffees, cookies, and cupcakes.

We were extremely nervous since our son and his date are both autistic. They reassured us that they would be in good hands and he really made us feel safe.
The day before prom , we received a call telling us the AC wasn’t working anymore on the limousine we rented. They explained to us that the company would upgrade us to an suv limousine at no extra cost. We were very happy.

I recently used Western limo for a special event, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service! The limo was in pristine condition, offering a luxurious and comfortable ride. We used Western Limo from Lake Louise to Calgary, and then from Calgary to Banff when our flight was cancelled and we couldn't get a flight home for several days. While our flight cancellation was stressful, I knew we were in good hands with Western Limo. Our driver was polite and kind, and he was a safe driver as well. I had booked the $500 Maybach car service for my wedding reception on July 18th and all details were were confirmed via email.
We had all of our guests arriving at 7pm onwards, so I figured that an extra 30 minute buffer would be ok. Pickup was scheduled for 6pm for a 25-30 minute trip for a 6:30pm arrival.

They were 45 minutes late for a 25 minute trip!!! Their excuse was that they thought it was a 6:30pm pickup and they were even late for that. They didn't arrive to our hotel for pickup until 6:45pm. Absolutely unacceptable.

We missed the planned opportunity on greeting and welcoming all of our guests at the entrance, along with the photo opportunity as well. When I was talking to the person on the phone while we were waiting for our late ride, they were also caught off guard about the time mix up and had to double check the emails. They offered 20% refund over the phone for this service but this was a once in a lifetime event that they screwed up. It was the moment and the experience that we missed due to their mistake and there was no way these memories could be redone or replicated. I demanded a full refund for this service. He had to talk to his boss and get back to me.

It has now been 4 weeks and they still have not responded back at all. Very poor administrative/booking service. There is nothing luxurious about waiting for them to respond back to me and resolve their huge mistake. Now I have to chase after them. I definitely don't feel like a client that has been taken care of.

And to top it all off, the service from the driver/vehicle was very basic, no luxury at all. When we got settled into the car, there was no water offered, the driver did not even ask us if we were comfortable, didn't show/point to us where the controls were. At the very end, the driver didn't even get out of his seat to open the door for my wife. If you want a regular taxi ride in a really nice car, this is it.

From a company called "Luxury Limos", I definitely expected an experience of luxury and it fell extremely short of that. I will never use them ever again.

We had booked a 30 minute ride to our wedding venue on July 18th from our hotel and had confirmed via email for a 6pm pick up and 6:30pm arrival to the venue.

Not only did the company get the time of pick up wrong, the driver was 20 minutes late from the time they thought pick up was supposed to be, citing traffic. The driver had texted to say they were running 10-15min late due to traffic but we had assumed pick up was going to be 6:15pm.
At 6:20, we called the driver to ask eta and he had said he was 10min out. By 6:40pm no car had arrived yet and after calling driver and company, the driver didn't show up until 6:50pm; this is when we realized they thought pick up was for 6:30pm.

We ended up being 45 minutes late to our own wedding!

It has now been a week and we have not received any further communication from this company after being promised a resolution would come.

Mind you this was a $500 service we had purchased.

Complete disappointment is an understatement.

I had Shabee as my chauffeur for my wedding last year and he was amazing! He arrived right on time and waited patiently for my husband and I after we had gotten married to chauffeur us to our reception. After the wedding, Shabee was ready to bring us home. Everything about the experience was amazing. The vehicle was clean, there was water and snacks, and the driving was smooth. Because of Luxury limos, we were able to experience our wedding with no stress. Thank you again for a wonderful experience and thank you Shabee for being a wonderful driver on our special day!
