Used Ottawa Luxe Limousines for a special wedding anniversary. We were a group of 6 people and the entire service from booking until the very end of the evening was nothing short of remarkable. This company is tremendously professional and blew my expectations out of the water. Mason the driver was great and his attention to detail was terrific. Would not think twice about using these guys again!

Wayne was the driver for my daughter's birthday party. He showed up early to let me add a few balloons and decorations to the limo. We picked up all of the girls and the looks on their faces were priceless. Wayne went above and beyond and the whole experience was flawless from beginning to end. Very professional and would highly recommend.

Must be fake advertising asked to see their limos and got the run around. I’m sure they don’t even have them! Thanks for wasting my time.

Why don’t recruiter inform candidate whether candidate has class 1 2 or S endorsement still they can fail you ,after attending all theory classes for s endorsement.

If candidate hold S endorsement and class 2 license. Why don’t you take candidate road test first. Why after all theory classes and in last take road test then fail. I could nt understand all this.

The experience of training for a job here was, to say the least, mixed. Over a period of maybe 5 days I had four different trainers. While they were individually good on their own, there was an inconsistency pattern between them, one so severe it caused me to be referred for a "second opinion". At this point I was so frustrated with their process I simply left and have been fighting to get any kind of response from their manager Sarah about getting my Class 2 written certificate back with no luck as of the time of this writing.

This was a complaint of so many other people I trained with. You are taught to do something one way and then the other trainer says "no no never do it that way." My assessment I was given did not line up at all with the on the road feedback either. I was told "if you hop a curb, you are done". "if you get a second opinion, it's basically over". And then the person I was training with had what could be reasonably described as a pretty sub-par drive, yet went on without a hitch while I was scrutinized, mostly for things I had been told were okay to do by the other trainer.

I appreciate Southland's committment to safety. That is very clear in their process. And the trainers are all very committed to that as well, and extremely thorough in the work they do - there is no denying that. But having to be made to wait for two hours before training because "well the trainer has to go do this now", getting a different one all the time, and constantly being given mixed message on the order of procedure is confusing and frustrating. Some of the staff are outright miserable to even try to talk too, and if you go to the office to try and ask a question, sometimes people myself included were treated like a leper for merely doing so. I also never was told how to receive pay stubs, and gettin a response about anything from the office people is like pulling teeth - the typical kind of crap you see from arrogant people who have become too comfortable sitting at a desk all day.

There are also lofty promises of charter jobs etc but when you ask anyone working there they will tell you - good luck, it's all seniority based. So there are some expectations set by their recruitment team that don't line up with reality. Just really inconsistently run, and though I'm not claiming my training went perfectly, I think it would have gone much smoother and more successfully had they had their ducks in a row.

Please do yourself a favor and don't even apply here. They lie about how much you're paid per hour (the recruiter told me that they only pay for the time you were on the road, not your pre-trip or post-trip). Also, I popped in to see the recruiter (because the ad said that was possible) and all she could do was roll her eyes at my questions about the position. I understand you may be having a bad day, but how do you expect to hire people when you have that attitude as the first impression? I'm sorry I wasted my time here.

I’m sorry but I’m VERY disappointed in Southland Transportation for the regular problems they have with mechanical breakdowns and not being able to hire drivers who don’t regularly call in sick or for whatever other reason they cannot be on time to pick kids up in the morning or from school in the afternoon. With the hugely expensive bus fees they charge parents to transport kids, it’s totally unacceptable the poor level of service they provide. My daughter has been “late”
to school more times that I can remember due to being over an hour late getting to school and has also had to wait over an hour to be picked up at the end of the day from school to be driven home. This makes for a very long day for these kids not to mention the extra time parents need to devote to pick them up. Never an apology or explanation from this monopoly of a school bus service! They should be held accountable and have to justify their increased costs. I’m guessing that they are like any other large organization these days it seems where they are top heavy with management and bureaucracy, fluff and marketing “Safety is number one” yet the condition of their vehicles is always called into question. I’m sure I’m not the only parent who is frustrated with this so I’m offering my two cents… I mean the almost $900/year to this outfit for sub-par service and performance. Do better Southland !! 🤬

Once again our route has been affected by delays but this time not due to breakdown. Because the substitute bus driver won’t even show up! Our bus driver took a two day leave ahead of time. So yesterday and this morning it showed a 80 minute delay! I was so irritated because we are middle schoolers and we have a ton of work to do there and in the afternoon we are exhausted but the bus doesn’t even show up! If you arrange a substitute driver atleast have them show up on time!

Stay away from The Ottawa Limo Company. Reserved their 25 seater party bus for my daughter's prom. The booking ended up coming through AAA Limousine & Coach. Confirmed twice in the days leading up to the event and was assured that all was good

Bailed on us, BY EMAIL, the night before my daughter's prom saying that their 'affiliate in Ottawa cancelled due to health reasons'. Save yourselves the stress and book with a reputable Ottawa Limousine service like Premier Limos who squeezed us in between two other bookings to save prom for my daughter and 24 others.

We use The Ottawa Limo Company regularly for our clients and they are always courteous, professional and prompt while representing/servicing our brand - I highly recommend this local limousine service for all your events!

Honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had trying to get information on a service. I called this company to ask some questions about service for a short 90th birthday celebration trip. The guy on the phone would NOT answer my general questions directly, instructed me to “fill out the online form” for a quote. After one frustrating call, I filled out the form. After 2 days, I had not heard back from them, I called again to speak to someone, I was informed the quote could take up to a week (!?) and rudely informed that they were VERY busy (tone of voice suggested I should know this!?). I finally received a quote emailed to me the next day. The quote included a “rate” of $745 plus various other charges. There was no breakdown of how many hours the “rate” was for, and I was unclear where this company is based out of as there are 6 different towns listed in the email bottom. The last line in the quote email says “if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me”. I replied to him that I had a couple of questions and could he please call me to discuss. His tremendously rude reply (IMO after the other difficult interactions) was “Our quote is straight forward, however you’re more than welcome to call us any time” I was floored! So insulting and definitely NOT indicative that you are at all interested in making nearly $900 from me for a couple of hours work. That was the final straw. I am NOT interested in dealing with a company that cannot answer simple inquiries in a polite manner. I think “Justin” could use some customer service lessons!

I rented a limousine last weekend for my son for his 25th birthday 🥳 The driver arrived at my house 30 minutes before the time that he was scheduled to be here . We went outside to see the car and was very impressed on the cleanliness and look of the inside of the car with the fancy flashing lights. throughout the night, I kept in touch with my son, and told me that everything was going smooth, and was having fun.He told me that he found the driver very funny. I can’t ask for a better service and professional company like Atlanta limousine. For sure I will be a returning customer. Thanks again

Sadly we had a disappointing experience with this limousine service. There were used glasses with leftover champagne left in them when we got in there for the first time, no ice for the champagne, no water bottles and air conditioning was not working. We advised the driver of this and he said it was on but the air was not cold at all and the temperature was 30+ degrees outside. You can only imagine when it's a wedding party in the limo, driving around for pictures and having to be drenched in sweat because we were unable to cool down in between destinations. No apology from the owners, management or even a reply when my cousin reached out to let them know of this situation. Very disappointed 😞

I never take time out of my day to write reviews, but this was the worst limousine experience I have ever had. There was nothing pleasant about it. It appeared nice on the outside, but everything on the inside was horrible. Hot air coming from the AC, used and dirty champagne glasses, warm champagne, no music. There was really nothing in general; it was basically just a large vehicle to fit 8 sweaty passengers in it. The least they could have done was respond to my brother-in-laws message and take 2 minutes out of their day to apologize!

I’m only giving them one star because zero isn’t an option. I booked two reservations for the same day, each around $700 USD. They charged me months in advance for one but never charged me for the other. Looking back at their inconsistent charging practices, it feels like they knew they weren’t going to deliver.

A week before, I emailed to confirm both and all I received was “confirmed.” The morning of, I called to check on timing and was told nothing about any changes. They showed up late, and only after I called the office to chase them down. When they finally arrived, to my surprise, it was two limos instead of the party bus I had booked for 23 people. At no point did they inform me of the swap. For the evening reservation, I followed up several times on the status and was given the runaround with no clear answers. Out of pure frustration, I canceled that second reservation an hour before it was set to start.

This was supposed to be a bachelor weekend for 23 people, and they ruined it. They refused to refund me despite not providing the service I paid for. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. Stay far away.

We booked this service well in advance for a bachelorette, only to have it cancelled at the very last minute, with the excuse that the bus had “broken down on the way” to pick us up. While unexpected issues can happen, the way they handled it was beyond disappointing.

Instead of offering a real solution, they told us that had we been closer to the city, they could’ve arranged a backup. This makes absolutely no sense, either you offer reliable service or you don’t. Blaming our location (which was known to them from the start) felt like a convenient excuse to avoid responsibility??

They claimed they would issue a refund for the full amount we paid, but surprise! no refund has ever been received. Worse, they’ve been completely unresponsive since, ignoring emails, phone calls, everything, all while keeping 100% of our payment for a service that was never delivered.

If you're considering booking with them, be aware: if anything goes wrong (which it probably will), you're on your own

I never write reviews, but this experience was so frustrating it needs to be shared. This was by far the worst service I've ever received. Not only did they fail to show up for the scheduled pickup, but they had the audacity to inform me two hours after the scheduled time that they wouldn’t be coming at all.
Getting a refund was an absolute nightmare. It took me over three weeks and countless calls, I had to reach out at least 20 times before anyone took action. They kept making excuses like “no one’s in the office” just to delay the process.
Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company completely. Highly unprofessional and unreliable.

This was our son and his friends and family the worst experience ever, we reserved ahead of time for my son Prom, witch will be a memory for the rest of his life. The limo was supposed to show up for 2pm, it was a hour and half late. When the car finally arrived, it was a ugly looking Lincoln dark grey instead of the colour we ordered white, first the chauffeur and a terrible dress code, unprofessional, the rear mags was full of dirt, it was missing its emblems on the side, the chrome molding was fated, the sunroof was sealed shut with epoxy , the paint was peeling off, the car gone through some terrible bodywork, you can see the uneven body panels and it been repainted by spray can, so i ask my son how is the interior when he left, he said it smelled like cigarettes, carpet was dirty and there was still drinks in cup holder that was not pick up before they got in, totally DISGUSTING. Worst of the worst experience ever , if you want pictures, boy i got pictures. This is such a embarrassment. We are looking into communicating with person in charge for a full refund or a retake of full services with proper vehicle that we ask for in contrat.

HORRIBLE service, booked a limo for 24 people and one for 12 showed up leaving half of my party stranded. Requested refund and they still have not paid, every time I call they say “it will be done today for sure”. Do not waste your money

If there was an option for negative stars we would be giving this company that. We had rented a SUV limo from this company for my daughters grad this year. At first we thought they were very accommodating, very nice to talk with over the phone, we were able to extend time on as the school had changed grad show up time an all. The driver was friendly.

BUT here is where it was a SHOCK to us. The limo on the other hand was a wreck /disaster!!!!
The limo was NOT in good condition it was all dented up that looked like it should have been at a body shop! Inside the Limo the AC NEVER worked, it was actually blowing warm air we had to have the windows rolled down just to get air movement through an my daughters grad hair was getting wrecked! Also the stereo speakers were blown an they didn't work in the far back of the limo.
When we left the school on the way home we were caught in a rain storm an the emergency sunroof window started leaking. It was leaking so bad that my step father was soaked. My step father had to take 2 of their wine glasses an hold them above his head to help collect the rain as he was getting soaking wet from the rain. It was so bad that it had filled both cups at least halfway up! After being dropped off we had talked to the driver he agreed it was not in best shape an it shouldn't have leaked, an the AC should have worked as well as the radio, for that matter we told him to let his boss know an to get a hold of us. It's been several weeks later an no contact. That being said I'm sure the company will come on here as a reply about slander an ect as that seems to be their response. I do have pictures an proof showing all these issues that were wrong as well as videos. If I can give any in put to someone else needing a Limo for a special event I would strongly advise renting somewhere else!! If I would have known I would be renting a limo from a different company. I wanted to support local an that was a mistake, to follow up the company never made an effort to correct or do anything to compensate for this. I would highly and strongly suggest going else where!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a terrible experience with Arrow Limousine & Sedan Services Ltd. We used their service to get back to our hotel after a wedding. It was supposed to be a shuttle bus, but they upgraded us to a small limo bus with very loud music. The ride took forever as they took a suspicious route that we were tracking on Google Maps. At one point, we passed right by our hotel without stopping.

The ride was miserable and unpleasant, and everyone just wanted to get back after a long day at the wedding. The music was too loud and we were all tired. The driver was unfriendly, even rude, and the AC was blowing too hard, leading to complaints from everyone.
Would never recommend them to anyone!

I strongly advise against doing business with this car service! We had booked this company for a SUV limo for our wedding this past Saturday. We had paid the service in full at reservation by mistake as the owner charged us the full amount by “accident”!
On our wedding day, the driver showed up very late with an atrocious party bus!!! No one called us to advise of the change nor delay. I called the owner for explanation, he didn’t want to hear it and after a 20 min discussion he hung up on me.
I have never experience worse customer service ever.

I have gone with SLS for almost 20 years. This company has been around for 30 years. They are respectful and take care of their clients really well. I own a store and we have to always deal with bad clients. Especially clients who always think they are right. Little advice, if your already getting a great price don't start asking for more. Some clients always try to get more but do not want to pay for it. If you want a service, be ready to pay the price. If you don't like the price go somewhere else and don't go on these reviews and try to ruin businesses. Business people have families to provide for. They are the ones you will hurt.

SLS deserves only 5 star ratings because they are the best in the limo business. They are the most reliable, just to prove it, next time you see a limo in Montreal, look for the logo, majority of the time it will be SLS.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I booked with the owner of the company months before my wedding, was assured that everything would be taken care of. A few days before my wedding I get a call "confirming" the limousines that I ordered and everything was wrong. Was told too bad they couldn't do anything about it, only after my fiance and I said we would go with another company did they miraculously fix all the problems. Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there! On the day of the wedding, on the way to the ceremony, the brakes on the limousine I was in stopped working. Instead of pulling over like we asked, the driver kept on driving putting our lives in danger. We then CRASHED into the building upon arrival. The owner could not care less. No refund, no apologies, nothing. WORST COMPANY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I would not recommend this company to anybody!!!

I am very happy that I used Empire group Limousines for my birthday. Even though we were in a hummer limo everyone was engaged with so much to do. The sound and light system just added more to the fun. I would absolutely recommend empire group Limousines to anyone having a birthday party.

We rented a limo for our graduation, hoping to have a fun and memorable ride with friends, but the experience was anything but that. From the moment the limo arrived, the tech system inside was completely frozen — we couldn’t play music, adjust the lights, or close the divider. We asked the driver and staff for help, but were largely ignored as we sat in the driveway for over 20 minutes doing nothing.

Eventually, I had to tell the driver to just start driving because we were wasting time we had paid for. Even then, the system never worked, and we had to call customer service ourselves. The driver pulled over and got in the back to try to fix it, which wasted another 20+ minutes — still with no results. At that point, I gave up and said we’d just go without music, since we were running out of time.

Because of all the delays, we barely had a few minutes at one photo stop. With the time we booked, we should’ve been able to enjoy multiple stops and have a relaxed, celebratory ride. Instead, it was stressful, silent, and rushed — not the kind of memory you want to have for your graduation day.

Really disappointed in the lack of professionalism and support. We expected a premium experience, and instead we were left frustrated and let down.

Absolutely awful experience. The drivers had very little communication towards us, letting us figure everything out ourselves with no help. The limo arrived on time yet didn’t leave until we got our music playing, however, the bluetooth was broken with the screen to use it being frozen with nothing we could do. This alone set us back 15 minutes on an already relatively tight schedule. The host of the limo called her mom who promptly called the front of the limousine in which they stated they would pull over. They pulled over for another 15 minutes which had cut a total 30 minutes out of our 90 minute timeframe, and they couldn’t even fix the bluetooth issue. Once we were tired of waiting we decided to head back on and told the driver to just get us to our location, the driver left without a word which left us confused on what to do next. Due to this time-loss we could only arrive to 1/2 of our desired locations, with only 7 minutes instead of 10 to take pictures. Overall, this experience was very poor, with no communication or human like connection with the drivers. 1/5 stars, would not ever ride again.

My wedding was in August and I wanted to take some time to reflect before I wrote this review. We booked a limo for us and our bridal party for 3 hours to take photos and drive us out to our ceremony location. First of all, we booked the limo stretch SUV for 12 people. What came to pick us up was a party bus which was not at all the look we expected. Admittedly we were running late during photos (like every wedding ever) but were not in a panic as we assumed that if there was a hard stop on our time, the driver would’ve let us know, and that if we went overtime we would simply pay for the additional time. The groom and I weren’t checking our phones (again, like every bride and groom on their wedding day) so we did not receive the emails and phone call from head office warning us about our time. Meanwhile, the driver stood around the limo the entire time we were taking photos and did not say a word about our time. When we got back to our limo at 3:15 the driver refused to drive us to the ceremony location because he wouldn’t be able to make it there by 3:45 (our end time) and he had another client to pick up. We spent another 15 minutes in the parking lot, the groom arguing with the driver and dispatch who was extremely rude and unprofessional saying that it was our fault for being late and threatening legal action if we wrote unfavourable reviews. In the end, the driver said he would drive us but would leave us wherever he got to at 3:45. This ended up being the Deerfoot City parking lot. We had to call 4 Ubers to take us to our location and ended up being very late for our ceremony and not to mention extremely stressed. While again, we take responsibility for running late, it was NEVER communicated to us that there was a hard stop at a certain time. The driver had ample opportunity (3 hours to be exact) to let us know. Communicating with the bride and groom over emails on their wedding day is completely unreasonable, not to mention the extreme disrespect that dispatch showed towards my husband on the phone. I will never use this limo company again and do not recommend them to anyone. $800 later and we didn’t get to our destination and experienced a high level of unnecessary stress on our wedding day.

Terrible experience with Signature Limosines - they refused to complete the journey to deliver us (bride and groom with the wedding party) to our own wedding! The driver pulled off an exit from Deerfoot and dropped us off in a parking lot claiming they had another group to pick up.

Reason provided to us was that we were out of time on our contract, but the entire situation was incredibly unprofessional.

First, the driver could have notified us when we were running out of time. When i questioned them about this they informed me they had “emailed me” to let me know. For anyone who has been married, you can understand how ineffective emails are on the day of your wedding - while taking pictures with the wedding party. Second, when departing the hotel for pictures the driver was no where to be found for ~10 minutes leaving us in the limo waiting. This would not have been an issue, but had this delay not occurred there would have been no issue with getting us to our wedding.

I will not be trusting this organization with transportation again, and if you value getting to your destination I’d recommend you consider our situation.

The manager is incompetent in understanding or resolving obvious shipping label issues and charges customers for tax on packages that were never sent by the sender or intended for recipient and refuse to refund or resolve anything and should not be working in customer service or with the public at all. Thanks for ripping me off!!! What an absolutely miserable "manager", disgusting behavior

Absolutely horrendous experience here. This is the second important package the carrier has lost and the service rep at the post office was rude, demeaning, and refused to answer any of my questions. I asked for the customer service number to create a ticket for our lost package and she rudely told me she had already given it to my husband. I asked if she could have the respect and decency to give it to me also, and she accused me of being disrespectful and indecent with her, rolled her eyes, and walked away without helping me. I asked her coworker if I had been indecent or disrespectful and the coworker just gave me a sad apologetic look and the customer service number I had asked for. If you see a short woman with straight reddish brown hair, ask to be helped by anyone else because she's miserable and wants everyone else to be miserable too. How she's employed still is beyond me.

Absolutely terrible. Thanks to this place being no help and somehow “misplacing” my grad photos, then changing their minds and saying they apparently gave it to someone else, I will now never receive them. They also don’t answer the damn phone and most of the staff is just outright nasty and condescending.

The people here are great. Office staff are kind and the carriers are helpful when I need to know something.

Terrible customer service and rude lady working the counter who states been there 15 years and with all that time and experience would not look up a Canada post number commercial department number, as it would just be wrong to help a customer.
