Booked a ride with Toronto Limo Service from Toronto to Ottawa for a business trip. The car was quiet and well-kept, and the driver was incredibly courteous. Made the long ride feel short. Great service!

We rented one of the sprinter vans for my birthday recently and it was fantastic. The van itself was clean and well kept. It comfortably fit our party of 11.
Our driver, Maria, was early to arrive, friendly and accommodating us on our wine tour.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a pretty good overall experience. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the room was clean with all the basic necessities provided. The bed was comfortable, which made for a restful stay.

We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub — a nice bonus! The hot breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The hospitality team was very friendly and welcoming. We especially had some great interactions with Rose, Rodel, and Val — they really added a personal touch to our stay.

Great value for the price. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The staff was very accommodating with requests from our young family. Bonnie was able to confirm a room near the banquet room that allowed me and my wife to utilize our baby monitor while our little one slept, which kept us enjoying the event a little later into the evening. The breakfast in the morning after was also very good, much better than most continental breakfasts at similar hotels. Thank you!

We always stay here when driving from B.C. to my parents in Saskatchewan. It's clean, rooms are well appointed, the pool area is fab and the breakfast is plentiful...coffee is also delicious. This last time, we had a wonderful person check us in, he was accommodating, went beyond with customer service and gave us a 10 percent discount for our one night stay. Thank you. Over the weekend, I had used their limo service for my wedding. I had ordered a limo my my bridal party of 10 to transport us from my home in Scarborough to Main Street Unionville for wedding pictures. Then from Main Street to our venue in Vaughn. And finally late pick up from our venue back to home at 1 am.

First off, let's talk about price. I called at least 10 other limo service and no other company was able to give me the same price. The price I was quoted was very reasonable. Most company's quoted me 600 to 700 dollars before tax while the quote I got here was 495. With tax and tips it came up to 633. No champagne or red carpet service but had bottles of ice cold water in the back.

Word of caution, when you place a reservation, a deposit is collected. Be cautious here because their policy is on booking, you will be subjected to a 30% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel the reservation 48 hours prior to the day of, they'll charge you full price. One thing they could do to avoid any confusion is to let you know the details of this prior to booking. Nevertheless, you aren't charged until the day of when you meet the driver. If the driver is late, or your unhappy with the condition of the vehicle, you may refuse to accept the ride and they won't charge you anything. When you do pay, they accept credit card, cash, debit.

When I had booked this reservation, I had overlooked the reviews on here and so in the beginning, I was a bit concerned with the driver being late or if there would be some other sort of broken agreements. Just to be sure, I gave a call and spoke with Joe whose a manager or perhaps the owner to talk to him about these concerning reviews. After speaking with him, I feel that this company has probably been misunderstood in some of these 'horror' cases, but not to say they probably didn't have any responsibility for these other customers' experiences.

In the end, our trip with this company was great. At pickup, I paid using credit card. For our ride during the day, we got a free upgrade from a 10 passenger limo to a 20 passenger Hummer limo. Our driver, Carlos was friendly and funny. Carlos had also arrived ahead of the pick up time and I even got a call prior to him arriving. One thing that could make this trip even more enjoyable would be stronger AC. There was AC but the air flow was not consistently throughout this particular vehicle.

During pickup, our driver, Michael was also friendly and punctual. He called ahead of time, he arrived early and he even waited for us for 30 minutes after our agreed upon pick up time. The limo for this leg of the trip was a 10 passenger stretch limo. It picked us up, dropped us off as agreed. The vehicle was clean and in good condition.

All in all, I am very happy with the service rendered. They went above what was agreed upon by coming early, even calling us to let us know when they're on their way and they waited for us as we were late for the pick up. As I had mentioned before, I feel they may have been misunderstood in their previous dealings. Understand that these drivers have multiple trips throughout the day and so just as it is important for them to be punctual, you got to be reasonably punctual also.

5 stars for a great price, being early, calling ahead, waiting us on albeit us being a bit late and friendly service. Only thing I would suggest for this company is to tell your customers about your cancellation policy upfront. It wouldn't catch people off guard when they get the email invoice. Thank you for your service. If I had another event needing a limo, I would return here.

Definitely recommend Stretch Limo Toronto . After searching through several options, this company was the only one truly interested in gaining a new customer. The other companies were inattentive, weren't available to meet, etc. When we reached out to Stretch Limo, their response time is prompt, they answer the phone, then get you answers. They gave us a tour of their fleet, gave us very reasonable and competitive prices and assured us that we would be taken care of on our wedding day.

I had to give a one star because there is no option for 0 star. DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT BOOK THEM. I made a reservation for two hours for June 17, 2017 to have a limo pick up a bridal party at 10 am in the morning and be dropped off by 12 noon at the church. The time when the church wedding would start. I specifically made it clear to them that the limo would have to be in Newmarket by 10 a at the Grooms house as it would take a least an hour drive to the church. I confirmed with them 2 times, even the day before the wedding and each time they told me, not a problem. Well on June 17th, at 10 am no one showed up. When the Groom called them, he was told by the driver that he was on his way and would be there only at 11:30 am, to basically take it or leave it. I am beyond disgusted, that the lack of respect for the Groom on his day, knowing full well it was extremely important to have him at the church on time, was brushed off as "you will get there when I say so".... How dare you! Luckily we were able to find a much more respectful limo company who went out of their way to provide us a limo and did indeed get the groom to the church on time. This company should be ashamed of themselves! I know I am for them. Absolutely disgusting service!!

HORRIBLE service, limo broke down twice, they completed the trip using a van. The limo driver drove very recklessly and over 135kmh on the highway.

Limo driver also refused to stop when we asked him to, we had to call the police to get him to stop.

Yes this companies prices are slightly cheaper then others BUT its not worth saving a couple bucks if it ruins your trip.

Limo's are poorly maintained, the driver had to stop to pour cool water over the engine bay. it was also poorly cleaned.

We booked a 14 passenger Lincoln Navigator for our wedding which never showed up to take the bride to the church. The bride, her elderly parents and bridesmaids had to find another way to the church. As a result they were late for the ceremony.

The company arranged for another vehicle which arrived 2.5 hours later. Our package included a 5.5 hours, red carpet and champagne. We only received 2.5 hours with no red carpet or champagne and we never received our deposit back. Plus we had to pay the new limo company up front before they would take us to our reception.

They were rude and not sympathetic when we tried to get our money back. And difficult to get a hold of. They offered no compensation. We relied on them to be our transportation for our wedding day and they definitely did not fulfil their obligation/contract.

Don’t let this happen to you on your special day.

We booked with Wedding Toronto Limo for our wedding on May 22, 2022. The driver arrived on time and took us to our first look photo location without a hitch. The vehicle was clean and supplied with water bottles and 1 bottle of champagne. However, on the way to the ceremony, the driver took the long way. It should have only taken 20 minutes to get to the ceremony when we looked on Google Maps, however, our driver avoided the highway (even though the collision was cleared) and took 35 minutes total. This pushed back our timeline; resulting in some guests seeing the bride in her dress prior to the ceremony, shortened the time that the bridal party had to freshen up, and delayed our ceremony start time.

Had an absolutely amazing time on our party bus! Communication was great leading up to the event, and Eric was the best driver ever. Arrived 15min early, let us know right away. The party bus was for my sister's bachelorette and was definitely a highlight, awesome Bluetooth system and can't thank Eric enough for his amazing service. Would definitely recommend!

We rented a 13 seater Ford Transit for our family vacation airport drop off and pickup and were extremely happy with the great service we received! Our drivers were were professional, prompt and just amazing! We will definitely book your services again for our next family vacation!

We rented this limo for prom, and at the low cost of 500$ for a one-way trip, we got what we payed for. The car is old and visibly used, there are rips in the seats and the audio system does not work. The customer service could be better, since I never got any confirmation of payment or anything of that kind. When we put up the separation, the driver used the opportunity to start smoking. In the end, if you want your special day to be perfect, either rent from a different company or prepare yourself for a less than ideal limo experience.

When you call initially, don't expect the person on the phone to tell you any details on vehicles availabilities or rates they have no such information. Had to call 3 times this week to get more information from the sales team, only to get a text message 4 days after my initial call to tell me they are sold out for that day and apparently sent me an email that I never received. Very frustrating experience.

Used online tool to book car service from Calgary airport for my elderly aunt and uncle. Provided credit card information and assumed all was well -- nope! My relatives ended up having to pay out of pocket.

I had even spoken to someone on the phone the previous day to make sure things went smoothly and this was never mentioned. And of course there is no one available during the weekend to handle payment issues, so I only heard back from Allied on Tuesday.

On a positive note: I hear the car was clean and the driver was professional.

Driver 1087 going East on highway 2 between Canmore and Calgary, September 1 : tell your driver to be patient in traffic and not almost rear end drivers in front ? Saw him driving and stopping at inches from other cars. It's unprofessional, unsafe and I'd say, a liability for your business.

Safety must always come Unclean Vehicle or Personal Hygiene – A dirty car, foul smells, or poor personal cleanliness can make the ride uncomfortable for passengers and reflect badly on the company

Allied Limousine driver passing in the right lane that becomes blocked. Then deliberately forces himself left into my lane, while still being on the same level. Only my braking avoided a collision. Black Cadillac XT6 SUV 400, plate number 0-CJ285, 18. June 2025, 16:20. North connector from 16th Ave to Deerfoot Trail North. If he's not already, this driver will become a liability for the company.

Used Allied Limo Services for my trip to the airport. The driver arrived before time and was very professional and kind. The car was clean. The only issue I had was the customer service staff mentioned I would receive a message on my cell phone with the driver’s details but on the morning of the flight when I did not get a message and called the dispatcher they said that’s it’s an email they send plus I had to call twice to get the details.

I’ve had the pleasure of using this limo service on three different occasions, including an unforgettable experience on my wife’s birthday in a party bus they provided. The pick-up and drop-off service was seamless and right on time every time, adding to the smoothness of the day. The party bus itself was a huge highlight; with an excellent music system, it truly felt like a rolling club – perfect for a celebration! The pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the top-notch amenities. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add a touch of class and fun to their special occasion!

NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!I I hired them for my daughters grad and paid for a party bus! 800.00! No bus shows upon… they claim literally ten min before the expected arrival time that the bus broke down! and they send an old musty torn leather limo with NO AC…. So They did offer us another two hr discounted spot…. To compensate … so I trusted them again! STUPID ME… Requested the party bus for my next grad yesterday!! I confirmed every day for a week that we would get the bus! And every day they said yes yes yes yes… Had 18 kids!!! And yup… IT DOESN’T SHOW UP… they did send a hummer instead. An old one! Again!!
More importantly…. The driver says they don’t have a fleet but contract out … always at the last minute and rarely what the client expects!

Lastly… dropped the kids off at the wrong hotel…

DO NOT BOOK THEM! Listen to the reviews! I reserved and paid for a party bus with this company for my wedding a couple weeks ago to accommodate 20 guests. I followed up with them several times before and they reassured me that the party bus would be available. Come the wedding day, a limo for 14 people shows up and we’re informed that the AC broke on the way. Given the limo could not fit all 20 guests this meant that some of my guests now had to drive an hour to our venue. This caused unnecessary stress on what should have been a special experience. A second limo showed up 10 minutes later and there appeared to be confusion and no prior knowledge between both drivers that another limo was coming. They informed us the company contracts out for vehicles. The whole experience was unnecessarily stressful and we paid for a party bus/service we never received. I would strongly discourage from booking with this company as they are dishonest, do not provide quality service and cannot be relied on.

DO NOT USE!!!! When I scheduled my ride they company explained that I would have an amazing experience and have the highest quality of service and vehicle. On the night of my ride the driver called and said he would be about 10 minutes late. Understandable with traffic. Well an hour and a half later the driver showed up in a complete mess of a vehicle. I would have rather been picked up in a garbage truck. The AC didn’t work and it was a mess. Also, I forgot to mention it wasn’t even the vehicle I requested and was told I would be picked up in. When I called and canceled the ride the person on the other line was rude and had zero understanding or customer service skills. From now on I’ll be using a different company.

Limo didn’t show up for my wedding day and they continue to ignore my refund request… not sure why this company has good reviews.

I never ever write reviews, but after this past weekends interactions with Robinson Limousine I feel as though I should because it was an AMAZING experience. I was in a very tricky situation where I more than likely was going to be scammed by the other limo company that I had booked for prom. There was a group of 15 of us so we needed a larger vehicle. So, three days before prom I called every single limo company with no luck as many other schools also had prom that day. Due to the size of our group other companies did not have big enough vehicles left to offer. Our pick up address was out of the way which is why the most that was offered from another company was a limo for $1600 for a one-way 30 minute trip. Eventually, I call Robinson Limo. To my surprise they answered, listened to me explain my situation, and worked around it! The man I spoke with over the phone was very understanding and patient. Robinson Limousine was able to work out a limo for a GREAT and comparable price. At this point I was still nervous that something wasn’t going to work out because of how sketchy the last company I spoke with was. However, come the day of our wonderful, clean limo arrived right on time with the lovely “Shanna Banana” driving! My friends and I could not get over how awesome she was. I hired a 14 passenger limo from Robinson Limousine for a birthday surprise and am very happy with their service. They arrived early, letting me know they were there. The limo was very clean. They provided two bottles of sparkling wine and had bottled water available. The limo was very comfortable, and it felt very exciting and fun to be traveling in such a classy car. Thank you Frank.

We had Robinson Limousine for our wedding on the weekend. We had a great experience with them. They made multiple trips, and the ladies group was very behind schedule. The driver was extremely accomodating for us and made sure we still arrived on time even though we were running late.
The limo was clean and stocked, and we all had a glass of champagne on route.

We booked Robinson Limo for our wedding day and we were very satisfied with their service. Our driver Rob did an excellent job maneuvering a snowstorm the day of our wedding. He is a professional and skilled driver. He ensured we had everything we needed and event helped everyone walk through the snow and ice when we arrived at the various destinations for the ceremony, photos, and reception. He was courteous and all around great!

Very good Bussing service. Dave was my son’s driver for the school year. Awesome guy to deal with. Always on time and committed to the safety of the kids. I could tell that my son was very comfortable riding with him. Hope to have him back next school year.

First day of busing with this company.
Standing at the bus stop waiting for Dreams bus that is white and had been white on his previous rides. Called cause no show. They say the bus was sitting there. Not a white bus saying Dreams a yellow bus that isn't marked Dreams. Driver doesn't acknowledge they are there for Dreams or the school he goes to. So son misses bus he doesn't know what he was looking for. For that fact the busses are yellow and not white parents should have had an email telling us what to look for for the upcoming year.
The Driver doesnt bother to tell anyone at the stop which bus they are for. Poorly communicated on first day of school. Better communication is needed. Have you had a bus map. This would have not been a problem either cause we would have know it was the correct bus. When I called to ask about the bus that hasnt shown. They won't send it back for pick up either cause they said she was there but there in a bus that doesn't state Dreams how would anyone know. Not a good start. Very Unprofessional.

I cannot give enough positive feedback for this company! Their regard for the safety of their riders is utmost. Student riders also have adult riders who assist them as needed. Every bus has a camera that allows them to monitor drivers when necessary, which isn’t often as each driver is given a safety driving course as part of their training. The owners of this company are very personable and care about riders as well as their staff. It is unfortunate that the majority of their clients who utilize their services don’t give ratings as they are satisfied customers. I highly endorse Dreams!

The driver of this bus was driving extremely fast on a very icy road at 3.30 pm Wednesday Dec 13 heading North on 21 St Sw from 33rd Ave SW. I was crossing the road with my children and the driver accelerated towards us. I sent my children back to the pavement as the van could not hav stopped on the icy conditions.

I will be reporting U70638 this so you should expect a visit and at least $500 ticket for failing to yield to a pedestrian.

Make sure to ask your kids how their bus ride went- still stand by this, for everyone's wellbeing. I did not know they had seatbelts on the small buses! Supervisor was well spoken and professional. Driver could use some training in dealing with children properly.

In my first experience with Quest after experience with dozens of operators in both Calgary and many other large cities they impressed me so much. Aman was incredible with timely and professional correspondence and the driver and vehicles were first rate. We were even upgraded free of charge on our return trip. Prices were very reasonable and I would recommend to anyone. They are now my preferred and only operator when I need a black car service for both personal special occasiona and all my business travel.

Amazing experience with quest limos at my brother’s wedding. The driver was really professional and it was an excellent experience overall

The fact this company has a 3.9 rating is ridiculous. I wrote a review for their other page already because I don’t want another bride to make the same mistake I did by booking them. Horrible service, not on time, rude owners.

This business is a chain, operating in Vancouver as well as Calgary (as per the website) I booked their services through the Vancouver location but I have no reason to believe the service in Calgary would be better due to the head office replies and mistreatment. Amazing party bus took us guys too airport for vacation in Cuba. Luggage all fit and guys were on time each way. Price was good for great service. Gave boss SAM a box of Cubans he deserves . Never lets us down. He works black limos for my bank f Montreal main office downtown

I used Star Night limo rentals last month for our Christmas party. We ended up renting a limousine to carry everyone together (we had about ten people in the limo hire). I was very happy with the limousine services that we received. The interior was very clean, the outside of the limo was also clean even though there was a lot of salt and snow on that day. The sound system inside the limousine was awesome and the chauffeur was professional and most importantly for me, he was punctual, showed up at arranged time exactly. Excellent limo transportation that delivers and one of the best Toronto limousine service companies that I have used.

Absolutely love this company. I have been using them for a few years now whenever I need limousine service in Toronto, and every time I am treated to a great experience. The limos are excellent and very clean. The staff and drivers are very nice, prompt and courteous. Recently, we rented an SUV stretch limousine for my friend's birthday and we had a really great time! An outstanding limo rental experience all around.

Rented a limousine for a night out. I would say that overall the experience was great. The limo was very clean and modern and had all the latest features. The Air Conditioner was a little weak, but that was probably because it was a very hot day in Toronto. Next time I need a limo service in Toronto, I will definitely use them again. Also, the chauffeur arrived ahead of time and was very courteous and friendly.

You get what you pay for. We found this company to be significantly less expensive than other limo companies, but we certainly paid the price. We used this company for my bachelorette party and our wedding. The limo on the night of my bachelorette seemed to be old and not in great working order - the radio barely worked and the driver was not very friendly. There is no aux cable so no hooking up any of your own music. On our wedding day, the limo broke down at the first stop (picking up the bridal party), and my father-in-law had to get under the limo and fix it himself, because the driver had no idea what to do. The driver took the strangest routes to the ceremony, which took way longer. I had given addresses and directions well in advance, so this seemed unnecessary. I have reached out a few times to Star Night Limousines expressing my disappointment, and have not heard back from them. By all means use this company to save money, but be aware that things will not go completely smoothly or as you imagine.

This limousine service was absolutely amazing. The Party bus was beautiful both during the day and at night. Driver was fantastic with us and cooperated with our time schedule, overall it was a great experience. I will most definitely use this limousine service again!

We requested a Range Rover Limo from limousine 777 Montreal and David was our driver who took us to Place Montreal Trust. To be honest the Limo was way too comfortable than I imagined. The inside of the limo had a sweet scent and it was just refreshing. I regret not booking them for our return journey. If you want to go for a shopping spree then you should book your car with the limousine 777 Montreal , the chauffeurs know all the routes around the city.

The Limousine Montreal team is really top rate and excellent, professional, pleasant, kind and friendly. Their chauffeurs have been driving me around Montreal for several years now, especially when going shopping and to and from the airport. The services are superb and I always feel like a VIP each time. Would highly recommend.

Worst company to try and sign a contract with… you ask questions about there limo and make fun of you for not knowing very bad service…
