We used Toronto Limos 416 for my wife’s 35th birthday and we had Joe as our driver. He was absolutely amazing. We booked the Mercedes sprinter limo, we cannot thank Joe enough for his exceptionally service. Everything was on time, and the Limo was beautiful. Toronto Limos 416 took us down to the Jays game and back for my birthday. I have too many good things to say about this company and their staff. Richard was very easy to work with. Mark was the most friendly, helpful and thoughtful driver. Would certainly choose them again.

Great experience! We booked the Lincoln Navigator SUV limo for a bachelorette party and all went perfectly. The booking process through Richard with quick and super simple! He also gave us a great deal and was super responsive with any questions/updates we had prior to. On the day-of, the limo was right on time and our driver Mark was the sweetest person! He was super great when coordinating pick-ups and the timing from location to location. We had also decorated the inside with balloons and streamers, and they said they'd take care of everything at the end of the night.

For my birthday this year we decided to go out for dinner and rent a limo bus so that everybody can be transported to and from the dinner party. Renting with Toronto Limo 416 Limousine was a phenomenal experience. The Limo bus that we got was very big, spacious and comfy. The driver Richard was amazing. He really made our family feel comfortable and safe with him as our driver. He was very friendly and engaging with everybody that attended the party . Everyone was so impressed with the service. Very disappointed I got married on August 17, 2024 and my limousine that I had reserved for about 7 months did not come to pick me up, so I did not have the limousine service 20 minutes before my wedding I called and I was told that he would not come to pick me up for 55 minutes I said sorry ???? And he told me wait I will see if I can push send a truck then I was called back telling me that I had been arongante and that he was canceling my contract and hung up on me ???????? The day before my wedding it is sure that I told him put yourself in my place sir I am getting married in 20 minutes and you tell me that I cannot have my limousine ?????? Anyone would have panicked ???? I really do not recommend this company !!@!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE- We asked for MILAN to help with all our Grad Day activities and he is the most friendly and helpfull person. This was the second time Milan has helped our Daughter with a special occasion it feels like part of the family now. The booking staff was so easy helping me accomodate the variety of trips needed, as well as the multiple changes I needed to make , always happy to help. I'm an anxious traveler especially when several times have to be met e.g. flight connections. Ambassador was on time and even wait inside the airport with our names when we returned at 3:00am.. My family and I were visiting the Banff, Canmore, Golden area and opted to use Ambassador for the day to make driving and parking stress free. I used their services for my wedding and truly, it was impeccable and amazing. Choosing the proper car (which was in meant condition, Royal Princess 1966) was easy with so many choices, great conditions, and having a great service by Marlène. After doing a number of comparable spreadsheets as you do for a wedding, we decided on Goodtime limo and this is by far one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! As we had many guests flying in from out of town we hired several of the limo party buses, and while the wedding was fun what they talk about the most was the ride to and from destinations. The clean vehicles, alongside the reliable and kind drivers make Goodtime limos an easy decision if you are choosing! We especially want to thank driver Bob who we’d hired to do late night drop offs from our reception to our hotel. Being the couple and honestly surprising ourselves that we made it until the end, we had a little bit of packing up which we did not account for. Although we missed our last shuttle Bob told our family members he’d go back for us and did just that. It was unbelievably kind, and we are forever grateful to have booked with them! Will be recommending to all our family and friends!

It was okay. None of us were able to connect to the Bluetooth so we weren't able to listen to the music and the driver missed the turn twice. Making us a half hour late for the wedding ceremony and we were the bridal party! It was fine though the wedding went smoothly.

Limo was late.
once they were 15 mins late I had called to confirm. No one answered the phone from my phone number which the reservation was under. He did answer from another phone number. Took 4 phone calls to confirm the limo pick up. The limo did show up 1.5 hours late to bring kids to a concert. Once the limo showed up, the limo driver told me he was double booked for the same time. He showed me the text of the double booking. The driver was great. I was pretty disappointed that this limo company didn't reach out to me afterwards. I have followed up with the company and I go no response.

Do not use! We booked this service for our wedding. When the limo showed up it was smoking and my husband could not take it. We had to arrange our own rides to our wedding. We have been trying to get a hold of them for 6 months to get our money back and they refuse to speak to us. Everytime we call the employee says we have to call back at another day and time. These phone calls have been going on for 6 months. We lost $650 and were late to our own wedding.

I booked a limo for my bachelorette with Tiffany limos. Our drivers name was Mr. M and he was the best! He was so kind and had champagne glasses waiting for us. He popped open the bottle and poured it for us. He was very flexible with the timing to pick us up at the end of the night. He even let us stop to use the bathroom which very nice of him! He also had water for our drive back. The best experience highly recommend them!

I booked a party bus for a bachelorette party with Tiffany Limousine and had the absolute best experience. Joseph was so easy to work with and so fairly priced. Used Tiffany Limousine for my friend's bachelor party recently and it was great. I worked with Joseph and he was friendly and quick to respond, reaching out the day before our trip to let me know our bus had an issue but he was going to upgrade us to a larger bus as an alternative solution. Price was pretty good as far as large party bus hourly rentals go. Driver was friendly and punctual and took good care of us. Only minor thing was the bus didnt have a cooler for some beers we brought with us, but we made it work. Overall it was good service and I would recommend

We booked shuttles for our wedding this past weekend - to drive our guests from the venue back to the hotel safely. Shuttles were great! And arrived on time each time. (We had 4 departure times). Good customer service. Amazing price for service. Very happy with the company. Highly recommend.

The service was amazing I felt supported throughout the whole process. I would get a phone call from a real person in the week before and the day before the event to confirm the details. The bus driver was extremely nice and accommodating even when I gave some questionable instructions to enter a parking lot that may have been to small. He found a visible area near where I said. Nothing felt sketchy and no additional charges were made because I didn't need to change the plan. And even after the event they followed up to make sure it went smoothly and they sent me a breakdown when I requested it :) Would recommend to someone else for sure

A friend and I attended a tour driven by Abdul on the fairy bus with ABestX from Calgary to Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and Johnston Canyon. The tour was well organized from the beginning with the company calling us in the morning at the pickup location to help us find the driver. Then, when reaching each location our driver was knowledgeable and organized. We were given great tips for each location and the meetup times were always efficient and organized! It was an amazing tour! Not to mention, the price was the best around especially for going from Calgary! I totally recommend.

It was truly an unforgettable experience to have seen Banff for the very first time! I have contacted ABESTX weeks prior to our travel and decided to go with them since they have the lowest price in the market! As we waited that early morning, the shuttle came 10 mins ahead of time, the ride was smooth from Calgary to Banff and vice versa, and kuya our driver gave some hints as we drove all the way! The tour audio has been prerecorded which I thought was smart, but if you ask the tour guide for extra infos he’d be glad to share it with you! Our first stop was Lake Louise, then lake Morainne, then we hiked all the way to Johnston Canyon, and ended our tour in Banff Town! 😍 Overall, I highly recommend their service, if you want a smooth, and picturesque journey in Banff! We booked a private tour with Abest to visit Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and the other stunning lakes around Banff — and we couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Traveling as a family of 9, including my brother and his 1-year-old baby, having a private tour made everything so much more convenient and comfortable for us. The booking process through Facebook Messenger was quick and efficient. Once we finalized our date, their reservations team sent a secure payment link via email for the 50% downpayment. The remaining balance was due 7 days before the tour — everything was smooth and seamless from start to finish.

On the day of our tour, our driver and guide, Kuya Manny, arrived on time right at the front of our hotel. We were so lucky to have him as our guide! He was not only professional and patient, but also incredibly knowledgeable about all the places we visited and the Banff National Park and Banff in general. You could really tell that he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time.

One unexpected bonus — his photography skills! He patiently took beautiful photos of our family at every stop. He knew the best photo spots in each area. He even gave us great local tips for our self-drive itinerary the following day — like going to Bow Lake early in the morning and parking near the red lodge to get the best views. (Please tell him we truly appreciated this advice!)

Do NOT! Recommend this company.. the problems started on the night before our wedding!!!! I got a message from Joe Saying, “is our services still needed for tomorrow” after having them booked and a deposit for months before! So I told them yes and everything was all set… so I thought. The morning of the wedding I got another message saying that the car was unable to drive from Toronto to our location, and if we’d just like to cancel??? So unprofessional! So I told them no we definitely need our car we were relying on it for our plans of the day! So he sorted out another car… again so I thought! The car pulled up, nothing like what we agreed on he was sending me pictures of a silver car ( when we Originally booked white) and showed up was a run down rusty looking car! So I tried to not let it bother me seeing as it was our wedding day, we also booked the wedding package that come with champagne and flutes… didn’t receive any of it and our driver had no idea what we were even talking about, later to find out the man driving us, WASNT FROM THE SAME COMPANY!!! Joe had it arranged for some other business?? which we had no idea about???? And the best part of it all… he took all the money before we had the chance to even know what was going on! Stay away From JD Classic Cars!!!!

Wedding July 8, 2023 ordered two limousines, one of the two had air conditioning not working, it was very hot that day! I asked for two limousines specifically for the interior and I did not receive what I wanted. One of the two drivers did not really know where to go, it was heating up quite a bit. I was not satisfied, I was very disappointed, especially since Mr. Benoit Lamontagne told me that it was not the air conditioning that was not working, it was the driver who did not know how to start it! Big lack of training. The only positive points I can give are that they arrived on time and the drivers were helpful. The rest is very bad, last time I hire this company! We booked a limo for our anniversary in October 2024 and everything about the booking was smooth from start to finish. This is a great company to work with - everyone was lovely to deal with. We would definitely use this company again. The car was spotless and on time and our driver's attention to detail and personality were spot on.

My Response to Limo To Go’s Misleading Reply

After my wedding, I posted a review explaining what happened. I later noticed it had disappeared, so I posted it again. It was removed a second time, and I found out the company had reported it as fake. I then sent Google proof, including my itinerary and confirmation email, showing my review was legitimate. Once verified, Google restored it.

The Address Was Correct
The confirmation email clearly listed the correct address, which shows up on Google Maps, Apple Maps, and even a quick search. I even called the day before my wedding to confirm everything, including the address, and Naser assured me that they knew the location. On the day of the wedding, when the limo didn’t arrive, I called and was told the driver couldn’t find the address. When I reminded them the itinerary showed the correct location on Google Maps, the excuse then changed to “We tried calling you all morning.” In reality, there was only one missed call during my ceremony. Later, when I asked why I had been told they knew the address beforehand, Carol claimed Naser was the one who knew it but that he happened to be away in the mountains at the time. None of this adds up, since the correct address was always on the paperwork.

Backup Vehicle Only Provided After Pressure
Only after my friend, a lawyer, intervened and referenced contract law did the company suddenly find a vehicle. The driver, Abdulla Khan, even mentioned he had to skip another event to cover for us. Later, Naser admitted I should be “grateful” because they had to reassign a vehicle from another booking and downgrade that group, offering them a discount. That makes it clear there was no backup plan in place.

Late and Rushed Service
The replacement vehicle arrived two hours late. Despite the delay, we were rushed through our time because the driver had another scheduled event. It made no sense that we were hurried when the company was the one at fault for being late.

Charged Full Price for a Downgrade
The limo provided was smaller and in worse condition than what we had booked. Guests were overcrowded, some sitting on laps, and the steps were broken, forcing people to jump down instead of stepping out properly. Despite this downgrade, we were still charged the full agreed price.

Inappropriate Remarks
When I raised these issues afterward, Naser made offensive remarks about East Indians. When I challenged him, he tried to justify it by pointing to a negative experience with a former MP. This kind of comment had nothing to do with my situation and was completely unprofessional.

Overall
When things run smoothly, this company might perform as expected. However, when something goes wrong, instead of taking responsibility, they provide inconsistent excuses, delay solutions, and shift the blame onto the customer. My experience showed poor planning, lack of accountability, and inappropriate behavior.

My wife and I used Limo To Go for airport to lodge transportation and for a day trip to tour Banff and Lake Louise. Carol was great to deal with for setting things up and I would highly recommend Donnie for your driver. He knows the area, the people, the places to eat and is just a good guy. All of their vehicles were clean and in excellent condition and Donnie was a safe and friendly driver. We used their services for our airport travel from Calgary, around Kananaskis, Banff and Lake Louise.

Drivers showed up on time to pick us up. Professional service in the beginning. Limo had no air conditioning which was unbearable on our extremely hot wedding day Saturday, August 9. Air conditioning would’ve helped us not melt the makeup off our face, keep hair intact and more importantly not have us sweat before walking down the aisle. Good thing I had fans for the girls. Driver told us we weren’t feeling the A/C because the limo was in park…the party bus had minimal A/C as well for the boys. When going to take our pictures, the driver kept rushing us to head back as it was nearing the end of the contract…at the price we pay plus the tip we would expect them to not cause added stress on a special day. Working till 7:10 wouldn’t have killed them…good thing our wedding party was able to head back to the hall with them. My husband and I hitched a ride with our videographer.
