We worked with the Studio Spero team on a bundle of educational videos. The whole team was so flexible, kind and easy to work with. With our project, we had a mix of adults and youth as well as youth actors assist us with filming and Studio Spero was professional with every individual. We ordered this service 13 months in advance after some intensive shopping around. At first, we were attracted by relatively inexpensive coverage with two videographers on site and samples of work they have on the website. Two guys appeared on our wedding day, which took place in Ottawa Marriott hotel, were helpful and understanding of all the sentiments of the day. We hired Viking Films for our wedding, which we had to reschedule twice due to the pandemic. During that time, they proved to be very understanding of the situation and had no trouble accommodating our requests. Vivian, Georges and Jason were very professional throughout our collaboration. They studied the wedding day timeline we provided and made sure to capture all the key moments we had emphasized. Upon receiving the “draft” footage, we requested a few tweaks, including addressing audio issues in some sections of the video. They promptly rectified the concerns and delivered the revised version to us, along with all the raw footage (which is always fun to watch, especially for uncovering the little details we, as newlyweds, may have missed on the actual wedding day).

Overall, we were fully satisfied with their services and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for wedding videography services.

If you are looking for professional, timeless, and thoughtful videography, you cannot go wrong with Villaview. Videography was one of the things that my fiancé and I were on the fence about at the start of the planning process - it seemed like a nice-to-have but not a need-to-have. Looking back, I can't imagine our wedding without Villaview.

Michal was extremely professional from the beginning. He took an interest in what type of wedding we wanted to have, what our backgrounds were, and what style we were looking for. We had several meetings leading up to the wedding where we discussed style, shots we would like, and other creative ideas. A week prior to the wedding, we had a call where we agreed on a schedule that he would follow. Of course, the day never goes exactly to schedule. We found that Michal delivered on everything he said he would and was flexible to any changes that happened during the day. We also added a second shooter as our wedding had 205 guests. Overall, very professional and we are satisfied with the finished result.

We really can't say enough positive things about John and the entire AGI Studio team. Photography and videography were our top priority for our wedding day and the service and quality we received during planning, the wedding day, and after was more than we could've ever dream of.

Before the wedding day, John, our photographer Tony and videographer William were extremely communicative and also very receptive to our vision and feedback!

To be honest, I feel like I don’t even need words to praise my photographers—just look at these photos. They’re all absolutely stunning. The only problem is having too many beautiful shots to choose from for social media.

Actually, I already liked my photographers and videographers even before the wedding, during our meeting. Each of them is so interesting and easy to get along with.

Two weddings in Toronto that I particularly loved were shot by Tony. After I expressed how much I liked his work, I asked Tony, “Can I show you some photos I don’t like?” Tony said, “Sure! It’s important for us to know what you like and what you don’t like!” Then I asked, “Can I show you yours?” 🤣🤣🤣Tony has such a great personality—he immediately said, “Of course!” The other AGI team members laughed so hard at that moment hahaha.

During the meeting, I mentioned that there was one wedding video by AGI that I really loved. After hearing this, Fred said, “The couple at that wedding gave us a lot of creative freedom. For creators, that’s actually something really special and fulfilling.” The moment I heard that, I was genuinely touched. I’ve always been easily moved by the “passion” shining through in others—especially when someone is deeply enthusiastic about what they do. Maybe it’s also because I’ve never felt that way about my own work :)

On the wedding day, the photographers and videographers were extremely, extremely passionate and professional (so passionate that at one point, the groom wasn’t allowed to join in just to get me the perfect shot 🤣).

Even though I’m not great at posing, they gave me very professional guidance and helped me complete the shoot naturally. The results turned out amazing.

I told them I love photos with light and shadow effects, and they took every opportunity to capture those moments for me. Every scene was absolutely breathtaking.

What’s more, the emotional support throughout the wedding was incredible. They made me believe I was the prettiest girl in the world on my wedding day.

Another moment that really moved me was during the banquet. The photographers and videographers were eating, but the moment they saw me coming downstairs after changing clothes, they immediately stood up and started shooting again (I hope they eventually got to enjoy their meal 🤣).

While taking photos at the bar area, Tony used his hands to block the reflection on the mirror with his clothes just to get the right lighting. He was so focused on getting the perfect shot that he even tucked his camera between his legs. I was really touched and asked, “Is it okay to put the camera like that?” Then Elsa quietly shouted, “That’s my camera! 😭” It was absolutely hilarious (Elsa mentioned she loves watching comedy shows, and this moment was pure comedy gold 😂).

Although our video isn’t ready yet, I still want to give a shoutout to our videographers in advance—I have full confidence in them. Vincent really took the time to get to know us. He watched the videos we posted on social media and complimented them (key point 👀). Even though he has witnessed countless weddings, Vincent told us he was moved to tears during our vows. We asked him whose vows he liked more, and he said he loved both. I joked that it was like asking someone to choose between their mom and dad. Then, about ten minutes later, while we were shooting another scene, Vincent casually said, “On second thought, mom is better.” At first, we didn’t get it, but once we realized what he meant, we burst out laughing.
